Good morning, girlies. It's The Toast. It's Jackson Claude, and we're your hosts. It's your favorite show, the fast five things you need to know. We'll start your day off swirly, It's The Toast.

00:00:22

They sound amazing.

00:00:24

Welcome back to The Toast, and happy Thursday.

00:00:26

Hope everybody's having a part, delicious- Thursday? I didn't know that was happening.

00:00:29

It's not? No, I think it is. I'm like, Every day this week, wrong. Every single day. I just have so much going on.

00:00:35

No, every day is just a tornado.

00:00:38

I know. When you start fighting with someone in your head, I was like, this lady in the parking garage here today, she started with me, and I had a whole argument being like, I just had a baby. I'm like, I literally had a baby almost a year ago. When do you stop saying that?

00:00:52

I think one year. You are postpart... Well, first of all, you don't get back to your true self until two years. Of course. You're mentally, your DNA.

00:01:00

I will be in hospice saying, I just had a baby.

00:01:02

Yeah, but I think you have till one year.

00:01:05

Got to get pregnant again. Yeah. I'm pregnant and I just had a baby. Yeah. That's why it was like, that's the best part of being pregnant. Now, I'm obviously romanticizing pregnancy. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But now everyone's so nice to you. They take care of you. Then when you just give birth, they take care of you.

00:01:21

Everywhere you go, you feel like a celebrity. You're walking to a restaurant with a big belly.

00:01:26

Then even when you have a newborn and then you're breastfeeding, you get special accommodations. Then when it's over, you're just a bitch.

00:01:33

Yeah, I'm slowly entering like, just a bitch.

00:01:36

It's almost over for you.

00:01:38

It's almost.

00:01:39

We're not going to accommodate around your schedule. You're everything. You're that girl for the moment.

00:01:43

For sure. But pros and cons because Then the sooner you exit that stage, the sooner- You feel more like. You can just be a human being, and you don't need special treatment. The thing about pregnant women and postpartum women, you need special treatment. Of course.

00:01:53

You're going through stuff. Special parking.

00:01:55

But wouldn't you just rather be good? Feeling good, stepping your step. Good is regular. I want to park. I don't care where I park because I can walk. I'm good.

00:02:05

But I can't walk. That's the thing.

00:02:06

You're not good yet. That's the thing.

00:02:08

I wasn't good before. I'm not a good person. I'm not okay. I wanted to say big news in my life. I didn't even talk to you about this, but I've made a decision. I'm getting off Zetbound.

00:02:21

Okay.

00:02:22

Switching to Semaglutide. I don't feel like the Zetbound is vibing with me. I'm having good results, but I've been getting migraines, and I think it might be due to that. I'm just going back to my O-G.

00:02:33

I don't know why you ever didn't do your O-G for this trip around the O's.

00:02:38

For my year and a half off, everybody was talking about Zetbound. I just felt like, I don't know why I was like- You just assumed you would do Zetbound even- And Ben was on it, and I was like, Yeah, great. Sign me up. We have the same doctor, so I was like, Yeah, give me what he gave.

00:02:49

I just- No, women's health is so personal. I feel like we're always saying that. Healthcare is so personal. Women's health in particular, we're not the same. And you had so much success when you did your first stint with GLP ones. If I were you, I would say copy paste.

00:03:05

Yeah. So I'm just in this terrible period where I'm waiting for my semi-gluetide, and I am a week out of my Zetbound, so I'm eating good in the neighborhood. Let's go to lunch. We should vlog. I'm ready to eat. I'm eating today, literally.

00:03:18

Super size me the vlog.

00:03:19

And there's something about the few days after a shot wears off, where your biggest baddest self. Worse than you are. Of course, I have I have food control issues. That's why I'm on the drug.

00:03:31

No, but you have some making up to do.

00:03:33

But in these days in particular- Mom's been stifled. Actually, I have a dinner reservation tonight, so I think I'm going to go ham.

00:03:38

Somewhere good? Yeah. Have I been there?

00:03:41

I don't know.

00:03:44

Oh, yeah. So good. Yeah. A classic. Yeah.

00:03:47

I thought I'd go Date Night. I'm literally reading car, right? Date night.

00:03:51

Who's she on Date Night with?

00:03:53

I don't know, but that's her vocal stem. Everybody, when they copy her, they're like, Date night.

00:03:56

People can't live. You can't just- Maura.

00:04:00

You can't just be Irish. Speak. No.

00:04:03

Or Kentuckyan.

00:04:04

I mean, that's so us. Like when somebody flubs a word. You. No, it's us. Like, game tunes is a typo that we literally will never let live down.

00:04:12

I was actually moving on from it until Valentine's Day happened again. So it was game two.

00:04:16

Try as we might. We couldn't move on.

00:04:17

It was game two and say once again. But you are the queen of that. I might be like the jester, but you're the queen of calling people out for pronunciations.

00:04:25

I feel like if that's my legacy, I'm okay with that. It's harmless fun. It's annoying at best, but it's not mean-spirited.

00:04:32

No, but we have to talk to Margot. Call Margot.

00:04:36

No, because she won't agree with me. She'll say it's mean.

00:04:40

That's the point. She'll unload her trauma.

00:04:42

Can we talk about some of the Wokeys coming after me for stealing from Target? You know what?

00:04:46

I meant to talk to you about this offline.

00:04:48

I just want to say- These narcs. Who are these narcs? I know. I don't think that I stole. I was definitely like, jujging it up for the joke. I did, like I said, spend $500. I'm pretty sure I got everything. But if I didn't, I was thinking You know what? Well, that's what Target gets for making me. I just want to say, I feel like we've had a lot of Wokeys recently, like coming in the comments. Like, This showing for you. Go away. I didn't steal. It was a joke.

00:05:10

If I did, that's on Target. I went to Target. I am not a trained cashier. If Claudia accidentally got away with one baby onesie after spending $500 at Target, why do people... That's Target's problem.

00:05:23

Why do you work for Target? You work for Target? Everyone coming for me. Seriously, I don't know. I feel like we've strayed into unchartered I just feel like that was a bone that people just ran with, not even the real ones.

00:05:34

I wasn't giving real ones.

00:05:35

To be clear, I'm pretty sure I didn't steal. And if I did, all I was saying was that's the self-checkout tax.

00:05:43

Yeah. And I do think they probably account for that in their annual numbers.

00:05:46

I went into the checkout process in an earnest manner. I was like, I plan to scan everything. If the machine and I aren't working on the same level, I didn't build this system.

00:05:59

Well, I I had the opposite experience. I went to Target yesterday, inspired by you, and it was everything that you said it was and more. I seriously could have bought everything.

00:06:06

I'm telling you, I know this is not a new statement. It's an amazing place.

00:06:10

I actually made money at the self-checkout machine.

00:06:13

Why? You got a coupon?

00:06:14

No, because something that I grabbed didn't have a tag or anything. Free? No. I asked for help, and he tried to scan it, and he couldn't... This is the way I think it... I don't know. Anyways, he was scanning it, looking it up, everything, couldn't find it. And he said, You I had a $5 credit. Because for my time and my troubles, I think that's what happened.

00:06:34

Did you also get the free item?

00:06:35

Yeah, of course.

00:06:36

Wait, so you double one?

00:06:37

I made money. That's amazing. I knew it was a great- And then I also saw you posting affiliate links from your haul, so you really crushed it. I need to go to I need to go to Target every day. I need to go to Target, bring them kids.

00:06:48

Was it a daycare?

00:06:49

I went later in the day.

00:06:52

Nap time for the kids.

00:06:53

It was more so dinner time.

00:06:56

So it was happy hour at Target?

00:06:58

Oh, it was happy hour, and it was mighty happy.

00:07:01

To be clear, the Target warriors lay off, okay?

00:07:05

Leave Koji alone. As she said, she's going through a lot. She just had a baby.

00:07:09

I just had a baby a year ago, okay?

00:07:12

Stop. Pregnancy brain.

00:07:14

Nine months in, nine months out. Did you guys not hear my beautiful speech last week?

00:07:16

It's like, they do, and then everyone's like, gay for turdy, but then it's like, the next day- They're not giving turdy grace. They're not. It's just they forget. They never are. But we're not talking about, literally, everyone who listens to the show because you're not listening. It's so understanding and so full of Love and joy.

00:07:30

Love, joy, laughter, spirit, and positivity.

00:07:32

It's so true. The comment section sometimes have me crack.

00:07:35

Oh my God, Jack and I are always sending each other. I feel like it's crazy that Jimmy Fallon got the job of late night when somebody in the comment section of our daily episodes are funnier. It is the most pure... I'm belly laughing. What's more...

00:07:52

It's good, but I feel so stupid when I post a picture and then someone comments something that I should have fucking captioned it. Yesterday, I posted a selfie with my husband we took it in Palm Beach.

00:08:03

And the caption obviously should have been send or will text message. Of course. And you forgot. It's like, Jackie, you just had a baby.

00:08:09

I was just so excited that we took a selfie. Yeah, of course. I went into my phone to see the last time that we took a selfie together, both of us, without the kids, just both of us made up the two of us taking a selfie. And it was at a wedding we went to in March. We haven't taken a selfie together in a year. That's crazy. I guess it was March. We used to take one together every day. We would just be at brunch.

00:08:32

Yeah.

00:08:33

That's crazy.

00:08:35

Yeah, that is crazy.

00:08:37

A year without selfies.

00:08:40

It's like a year without rain. Much like Selena Gomez, you know?

00:08:43

Yeah. When's the last time you and Ben took a selfie?

00:08:45

I actually take selfies of us quite a bit.

00:08:47

Just the two of you? Yeah. No Ruble?

00:08:49

No Ruble. We don't take other photos, just selfies. That's our issue. We have no photos taken by a third. It's literally just always us hanging out.

00:08:58

As the selfie camera continues It's like zoom out.

00:09:00

One day, it'll give you an arm extension. Yeah.

00:09:04

So maybe you won't have to confront that issue.

00:09:07

Yeah, but I'm at a place in my physical journey where I'm okay with exclusive selfies. When I meet people on the street, they're like, Is it okay if we take a selfie? I'm like, Bitch, I would prefer it. Don't even be asking your friend. Don't be asking your mom. That makes me uncomfortable. That's fan interactions where I feel like Ben Platt.

00:09:20

Yeah. No, a selfie is always a good idea. I forgot. I used to seriously take selfies. Not that that's good either.

00:09:28

No, that's not good either. But the higher the angle, the closer to God.

00:09:31

And yeah, and with these new phones, you can zoom out on your selfie.

00:09:35

Apparently, the Sampons have been doing that for years. But again, nobody knew that because it doesn't matter.

00:09:41

Yeah. They go underwater.

00:09:42

Samsungs are doing things that iPhone will be doing in five years and we'll be like, This is amazing. And the Android users will be like, We've been shouting at you for five years that an Android could do this. An Android could literally cure cancer, and I wouldn't buy it.

00:09:53

It's like, go home green.

00:09:55

Go home green.

00:09:57

Also, Android does have a feature that I'm really waiting for iPhone to get. It's the one that we were talking about when you take a bunch of photos, especially with the kids. And all the kids are smiling in different pictures. There's not one where all are smiling. And Android has this feature where you can use someone's face from the different shot, and then you can make a picture where everyone is smiling.

00:10:18

So I'm pretty sure that's not an Android feature. It's a Google phone feature. I don't know if Google phone is an Android or just considered one of the lesser phones. Are all the lesser phones considered Android? No, no. Android is a brand. Is a brand. Samsung. Yeah. Okay.

00:10:31

Yeah. Also, you know what's a modern thing that annoys me? I wish we could come back from it, but I don't know how we can. I hate when you ask someone to take a picture and you take 12. It's just your impulse to take... If you were taking a picture of me and you- If you want to do a good job, you take multiples. But it's all the same picture. You don't know how to delete them because it's all a good picture. But there's no just taking one picture anymore. Well, yes.

00:10:56

I think the idea is to give people options. But if you aren't moving in the photo, yes, I have twelve. That's why when I take a picture, I'm like this. It looks like a stop motion video. I'm like...

00:11:05

Yeah, but sometimes you could be off.

00:11:06

Even when we take our daily photo, I'm like this.

00:11:10

Oh, I don't move. I'm like, Is this...

00:11:12

I'm moving arm, chin, jaw.

00:11:13

I'm But what if you're off?

00:11:17

I'm like, Brittany Spears in one of her dancing videos.

00:11:19

If you're off with the person taking the camera because sometimes that happens.

00:11:20

That does happen. But then it's on the person taking the camera to move with me.

00:11:23

Then you're like...

00:11:24

Yes, of course. But if you're truly a good photo taker, you're moving with me. You're working with me, not It depends me.

00:11:30

Okay, but they might not be truly a good photo taker.

00:11:32

Then just take one.

00:11:33

Just take one. I feel like, let's get back to just one. Okay, two photos because sometimes I like to smile with teeth and sometimes without teeth. I like that variety.

00:11:40

That's why most millennial women have 100,000 photos in their camera roll, because it's probably like 25,000 moments, 10 times.

00:11:48

Yeah. That was the math on that? Shut up.

00:11:51

Was it? Was it? I said 100,000 and then 20. I would say it's probably 20,000 moments, average 4-5 Okay.

00:12:01

Yeah. I don't know. I know it's never going to go back to the way that it was, but sometimes I'm like, I just have the same picture on my phone over and over.

00:12:08

Yeah.

00:12:09

And I don't know what's the best one. They're all the same, but different. Yeah. So that's just modern problems.

00:12:19

We need modern solutions.

00:12:21

Which would be, oh, the Galaxy phone. The one Google phone picture thing.

00:12:27

Actually, though, the Google phone picture thing requires you to take multiples.

00:12:30

Yeah. So the modern problem has a modern solution.

00:12:32

And then we end up with one good one.

00:12:34

With one great photo.

00:12:36

All right. We might have to get a Google phone. Honestly.

00:12:38

We could get a work one.

00:12:40

I love that. I love that. I love that. We've got lots of stories today. What are they?

00:12:46

Good stories. I watched Southern Charm last night. I didn't know that was happening. Zack and I went to watch JFK Love Story, but we were booted out of our Hulu.

00:12:53

So as we- The family Hulu?

00:12:55

Yeah. I had been- It's starting. Previously, we were on Zack's family Hulu forever. And then I got I was like- Let me try a different family Hulu. Let me try a different family. Maybe they got touched by corporate. So I was like, Let me try ours because nobody complains about ours. So I tried our family and I was on it for a couple of weeks and now I've been booted.

00:13:14

I haven't heard of anyone getting booted from the Hulu, though.

00:13:15

So I feel like- It's starting. It happened to me twice now. And so we were contemplating, we need to make our own Hulu. I don't feel like doing that right now. Let's see what's on YouTube TV. I was going to finish the summer house that I didn't finish the night before. And then I saw Southern Charm was recording, and I was like, I have been so... I don't even know what day it's on because I've been missing it every week. So we watched the episode and everything I said last week, I don't see how Craig is the villain yet. Oh, here. Craig became the villain. Okay.

00:13:40

Listen, we all have a role to play.

00:13:42

We all have a role to play there in Mexico. He's wasted in. He's yelling at everyone and being very crazy.

00:13:47

I just feel like no one's giving Craig grace. He just had a baby.

00:13:51

No, totally. And I feel like no one is giving him grace. He just went through a breakup and he is drinking more than he drank previously because he was only drinking soft alcohol liquor, not hard. Obviously, he's hitting the bottle. His friends are just always yelling at him. It's like, what if you try being there for him? I'm so curious when in the season, Craig came on this show because they started filming Southern Charm in May or whatever. Craig came on this show in June. He was talking about how it is the best season ever. It's getting back to the roots of it where it's like everyone's single, everyone's having fun. They're on this trip in Mexico, and Craig and Charlie are, a spoiler alert, an and Austin and Sally are hooking up. It's like, really, that doesn't happen anymore. It shows because everybody's getting older- Outsourcing their relationships. And they don't really get cast hookup. It's just fun. I get what Craig was saying. But did he come and say all that before it? He became the villain of the season or after?

00:14:46

We probably didn't know that he was a villain.

00:14:47

No, I think he did. He's fighting with everyone.

00:14:49

Yeah, but that's just a day at work when your Southern Charms cast me.

00:14:52

Yeah, and everyone likes to talk badly about him in their confessionals, too, which is super brave. But I would love to know. When he was talking about Charlie, he was like, You would love Charlie. I want to know if they were an item. He was just like, you know. Being coy. Thinking about it. Right, right, right. Thinking about something. Southern Charms stays winning, stays being the best show.

00:15:12

I didn't really watch TV last night. Ben was having a medical episode.

00:15:16

Okay. I'm not going to ask further questions. I don't know if we want to know.

00:15:19

No, he's fine. Completely fine. He does believe he's still concussed.

00:15:23

Okay, well, let's get into the stories without further...

00:15:27

Oh, right.

00:19:41

Thoughtfully shopping croissant coji.

00:19:44

Facts. That's why they hired me as a Shox person.

00:19:46

You're the perfect face. Yeah. Our first story is very sad and shocking news.

00:19:50

Oh my God. I forgot about this.

00:19:52

Real House Waste of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby's son, Robert Jr, has died at the age of 23. He was found dead after officers responded to an overdose call that turned into a death investigation on February 23rd. A Salt Lake City Police Department spokesperson confirmed to Page 6 on Wednesday. Shortly after the news of her son's death broke, Mary spoke out saying she knows that he is finally at peace. She said, Our beloved son, Robert Jr. Has been called home to the Lord. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God's promise and in knowing he is finally at peace. We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow.

00:20:27

No, this was so upsetting. I I feel like we watched this whole situation unfold really quite quickly. I feel like we... I guess maybe it was happening longer, but we found out about it in that ground-breaking conversation maybe a year ago. And then at the reunion, she was talking about how he's in prison. And honestly, as a mom, she's relieved because she knows he's safe in there. And for it to have escalated so quickly, he just got out of prison. This is just the worst possible ending to this story. And then this came across my TikTok, just like, I hadn't seen it. When she was just trying to get through to him, it wasn't the original conversation. I think it was later on. She was just talking about how he's the best thing in her life. She literally never experienced happiness until she had a son, and it was everything she ever wanted, and all the happiness in her life she gets from him. It was just so- I think that was in the original conversation because that's what I watched in the season.

00:21:21

Got it. I watched the Salt Lake City because he was saying that he didn't want to be here anymore. And she was saying what a gift he was for her.

00:21:29

I feel so I feel so sad for her.

00:21:30

I feel so sad for her.

00:21:31

I hope she's okay. I really hope that the network is giving her grace. I know in moments like this, reality TV crews are told to capture it all. I do know that they've halted filming. Cameras went down yesterday, but she needs time. Seriously, leave her alone. I hope, unless she's dying to film, which I can't imagine that she is, I just hope they really give her all the grace imaginable. I'm sure they will. This is so sad. I could not believe what I was reading. I'd been following the saga for a year or two, so I knew that it was happening, but I just did not expect this to be the ending. And I had heard that he had just gotten out of prison. So I feel so seriously heartbroken for her. I can only imagine what she's going through right now. And I feel like she's not a person who lets people in. I don't feel like she has a lot of people in her life to lean on in a time like this. She has an untraditional marriage. I don't get the vibe that they lean on one another.

00:22:24

We also don't know that much about it. So we don't really do or we really don't know.

00:22:28

I just feel like I don't know who she's leaning on in this moment. I just really hope she has people around her because this can be- She's close with Angie now. Yeah, but real close or TV close?

00:22:37

Real close. Okay. She's TV friends with- She's friendlier with people on the show, but I think her and Angie unexpectedly formed a really close friendship.

00:22:47

You need people around you in moments like this because if you're alone, you're not going to be okay. Yeah. I feel really sad. Me too. I seriously, I will think about her and pray for her. I feel really, really sad for her. What a crazy saga. I just honestly, I can't believe it.

00:23:02

To be how it ends. Terrible. It feels like such a short amount of time. Yeah.

00:23:08

Since we found out about it. I don't know how much longer it was going on prior to that.

00:23:13

Yeah.

00:23:14

But it Seriously, just leave Mary alone. If she never wants to come back to the show, just leave her alone.

00:23:19

I think everyone will do whatever she wants. Everyone will rally behind her. I really believe that.

00:23:24

Okay, good. I really hope she's okay.

00:23:27

Yeah, me as well. Are you ready for our next story? Yeah. One of our favorite subjects. What? Breastfeeding and combo feeding. Hillary Duff is on Call Her Daddy, and she was talking about how she could still- I'm cracking up that I saw so many things coming out of this interview, like the Lindsay Lohan thing, the Ashley Tisdale thing.

00:23:47

Oh, I have that. But Jackie chose the breastfeeding one.

00:23:48

She talked about her struggles with breastfeeding and combo feeding and supplementing. I felt it to be so- That's so funny.

00:23:55

I didn't even see it.

00:23:56

I always do wonder, especially when I first had Harry and I was breastfeeding and I was having such a hard time, I really became obsessed with knowing which celebrity is breastfed. How do people do it? It's so hard. I love when people talk about it, especially when it's like they have something new to add to the conversation. She said she could still cry thinking about breastfeeding struggles. I meant she was stubborn about combo feeding. Even with her fourth, when you think you know what you're doing and it gets easier, she had a target time. I did also choose the Lindsay Lohan thing. It was more so like Hillary making. But to me, that was the best conversation conversation. And what did she say about Ashley Tisdale?

00:24:33

She just said... She was talking about Matthew Koma chiming in and the whole saga. She just said she felt really sad for the group of women who were being slandered when that really wasn't the truth. And then Alex was like, When your man chimed in... They made it seem like he did it without Hillary's warning. And that's warning, sorry, approval. What did you make of that? And she was like, He's just so funny. It was a weird response. I feel like she didn't really add a lot because the internet... She came out a hero on that. The internet handled it for her. It wouldn't be wise if her to say more or do more. Let's be really happy with how this ended. She came out looking like a hero. Ashley is the loser. She's the winner. She didn't go there. She was very political about it, which I think was wise because if we reopen it, it could only get bad for her.

00:25:18

And you want to win- Gracefully.

00:25:21

Gracefully. It was very smart. I don't think she's a catty person, so I think that was her natural inclination just to move on from it. Then she also talked about her beef with Lindsay Lohan.

00:25:32

Yeah, she talked about crashing the red carpet at the Freaky Friday premiere and how Lindsay Lohan was her childhood nemesis. Of course, she did that. Then she wasn't surprised when Lindsay came to the cheaper by the dozen premiere. But Chad Michael had invited Lizzie, Hillary, to the premiere of Freaky Friday. She wasn't totally a crasher, but she knew that Lindsay and her were not going to- They were just upstaging one another.

00:25:54

Lindsay went to the cheaper by the dozen premiere.

00:25:55

Because of Aaron Carter.

00:25:57

That's insane. That's so crazy. I I feel like also, you know what I want to talk about is Sophia Franklin's book announcement. I was scrolling through the likes, and actually, Dumont posted about it today, which I was... This is niche internet drama that I'm so curious about. Who liked the announcement on Sophia's Instagram. Let me find it. Because, of course, Alex Earle liked it, which I feel like it shouldn't be surprising. We know Alex hates Alex.

00:26:24

We know Alex hates Alex, licks versus lacks.

00:26:27

And as far as I know, Alex Earle and Sophia Franklin don't have a relationship. So it's not like I'm supporting you in your project. I don't even know if they've met.

00:26:34

Yeah. Who else? But not everyone who liked it means that they have beef with Alex Cooper. You can just support two businesswomen. Yes.

00:26:42

But my thing is that I don't believe there's any relationship between Alex and Earl.

00:26:46

Alex and Earl liking it means something. But I'm saying everybody else- No, everyone else.

00:26:50

I don't think Emma Ledger, the people that I follow, I don't think Emma Ledger orbrook Meachee will have a problem. But Ashton Earle liked it, too. I don't think Ashton knows Sophia. You know what I thought was interesting was that Paige DeSorbo liked it. I feel like... I don't know if Paige DeSorbo and Sophia Franklin have a friendship. I mean, they're both New York early, so maybe it's just like women supporting women. Industry women. Which Paige is a very supportive woman, like of other women. But I I don't like Paige and Alex Cooper have beef because they were hot and heavy for a minute. Remember?

00:27:18

They went on the podcast.

00:27:20

A bunch of times, Hannah and Alex.

00:27:21

Hannah, especially.

00:27:22

No, and I think Hannah is good with Alex Cooper because she was just on promoting her comedy special. She's been on twice, Hannah. But around the time of Alex's Spotify deal was the very last time Paige ever went on. And now, I don't know why, but I always thought that maybe there was beef between them. And now her liking this. I might just be starting stuff. I don't know.

00:27:39

I don't know. It's impossible to know because the way people beef these days is a cold War. You know, nothing ever gets hot.

00:27:48

Right. I just thought it was interesting.

00:27:50

Yeah, but I liked it. I have no horse in this race.

00:27:53

No, I liked it, too. Well, I liked it because I know- People could say, Well, we liked it.

00:27:57

Right.

00:27:58

I was supporting I liked it, too.

00:28:00

A lot of people could be supporting a friend. It doesn't mean that they're taking any side.

00:28:06

I just want to check one thing. Just don't mind me.

00:28:08

Yeah, go ahead.

00:28:12

Why does my phone freeze? Is Instagram down?

00:28:15

I've been having Instagram glitch yesterday. I tried to talk to people about it, but they weren't experiencing it.

00:28:21

You were barking at my tree and I was like, Girl, are you taking problems elsewhere?

00:28:25

No, and it's still happening for me. When I go to upload a story or a photo, my most recent images are from July, and they're all over the place. I scroll down, then it's December. It's just all over the place. That's what I'm dealing with.

00:28:38

That's a lot. I'm sorry.

00:28:39

Yeah, but I figured out a way around it because I still needed to post content.

00:28:42

Okay, sorry. I was looking up something, but I figured it out.

00:28:44

Your theory? Yeah.

00:28:45

Well, I wanted to see if Paige DeSorebo followed Sophia Franklin, and she does, because if she did it, I'll be like, Oh, you went out of your way to this photo.

00:28:51

It's Alex Earle.

00:28:52

Follow Sophia? Mm-hmm. Well, maybe they follow her yesterday. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. Let me see if Alex Earle does. She definitely does.

00:28:58

I need the following tab.

00:29:01

Same. Bring back the following tab.

00:29:02

I know. Like, tea. There would be so much tea that way.

00:29:07

There would be. Alex Earle does not follow Sophia Franklin, so she went out of her way to go to someone's page and like it. Okay. Okay. So that's shady.

00:29:14

That is shady. Yeah. And it was always shady. It was always shady.

00:29:19

I might just be making stuff up with the page stuff.

00:29:21

I think everyone else probably just wants to support Sophia.

00:29:24

Yeah. I have thought for a while that maybe there was beef between them because they were hot and heavy, publicly, swirlling it up, and then it died down. But then Hannah still got involved. I feel like if maybe Hannah likes someone, they're good. People get busy. Yeah, of course. You live different places. Of course.

00:29:42

It's hard to keep in touch.

00:29:44

Just a theory I'm putting out there. Sorry if that makes me toxic.

00:29:47

I don't think so. Are you ready for our next story? Mm-hmm. Some exciting casting, reboot news. Emma Roberts will star in a Bride Wars movie, Reimagination for TV in development at Peacock. So a new TV series that reimagines the 2009 film, Bride Wars, is in development at Peacock, with Emma Roberts, set to star and executive produce through her Bellatrice production company, which did produce Tell Me Lies. Tell Me Lies. So it has a 10 out of 10 track record. Yeah.

00:30:13

When we talk about celebrity book clubs and the Reese Witherspoon model, we don't talk enough about Emma Roberts. She started a very swirly millennial book club many, many years ago before it was really popular to do books.

00:30:27

It's actually not even that swirly. It's very serious.

00:30:29

Intellectual, yeah.

00:30:30

It's very intellectual.

00:30:32

It's called Beltrish, and then I guess she turned it into a production company. Was Tell Me Lies her first project or it was the first one of note?

00:30:39

I think it was probably the first one because we would note anything that she did.

00:30:42

She's crushing it. One of one.

00:30:44

Beltrish Productions. First Kill on Netflix and Tell Me Lies.

00:30:54

Okay, so she's one for two.

00:30:56

But maybe First Kill hasn't... Oh, no, it came out in 2022. Okay, but you got to get your feet wet. Of course, of course.

00:31:00

She made it to Netflix. That's a success.

00:31:01

Yeah, totally. So now- Oh, Bride Wars. Bride Wars, and she'll be using her production company.

00:31:09

Is she going to be Kate Hudson?

00:31:10

Or Anna Hathaway. She's blonde. But she's also Brune Night, and she's also- Yeah, right.

00:31:14

But it's very much a movie about hair color.

00:31:17

Yeah. So it depends which hair color she'll choose.

00:31:19

I'm hesitant because Bride Wars is a perfect film. I'd like to thank the good old folks at Dry Bar for keeping it in the zeitgeist because I've seen Bride Wars probably 20 times, and 19 of them have been while getting my hair blown at a dry bar. I love that movie. I love that genre of movie. That was just such a simple time. I feel like the film was really a love letter to New York in the Plaza. It's really beautiful. And the concept is funny and timeless, Two girls get the same wedding date.

00:31:47

Actually, they're changing it up a little bit. Set against the charming backdrop of North Carolina, Bride Wars: The TV Series, follows a big sitting wedding planner, Emma Roberts, whose arrival in a small town, sparks an epic showdown with the beloved local planner. As the two women battle to plan the same wedding, their rivalry quickly escalates into a larger clash over friendship community they ultimately love.

00:32:06

So it's just really loosely based on- The planners are fighting. At least they're changing it a lot because Bride Wars is perfect and it should remain untouched. But if you want to extrapolate a separate storyline from it, it really doesn't even sound like it's based on Bride Wars.

00:32:20

It's Giving Heart of Dixie. What about it? She's a big city doctor who came down to a small town and had to- And she was competing with the local.

00:32:29

It's a good analogy.

00:32:31

Bride of Dixie.

00:32:35

Okay.

00:32:36

Yeah, sure. No, I'm not going to complain about things like this. No.

00:32:40

It does- Someone out there is thinking of me. It does bear just bringing up the timeless conversation about how nobody can create anything original anymore. Everything is based on something. Everything's a reboot or recreation or renewal, or reunion. But this does feel a little bit more creative and inspired than some of the other reboots we've- And it's good subject matter to be pulling from.

00:33:01

Yes.

00:33:02

It's such a good movie. Like, Kate Hudson's Bings. Actually, the star power in that film, that was a Cribs Pratt's launching pad. I know people say, what do people say was his launching pad? But it is that movie. And who's the other husband? John Krasinski.

00:33:18

Is it? And then the brother.

00:33:20

It's a star-studded movie.

00:33:21

I think it's John Krasinski.

00:33:22

Or I might be confusing, Something Borrowed, IMDb, Bradworth.

00:33:25

No, but that's the other guy.

00:33:26

John Krasinski is in Something Blue. Something Excuse me.

00:33:30

He's a friend who loves her.

00:33:31

And he's the love interest in the sequel.

00:33:34

Interesting.

00:33:35

Okay. Kate Hudson, Anne Hathaway. Candice Bergen is the Plaza. Brian Greenberg, you know him from How to Make It in America. He's one of the husbands.

00:33:45

Yes, he is.

00:33:46

Chris Pratt and Steve Howey.

00:33:49

Is the brother.

00:33:49

Oh, he's the brother. Yeah. Oh, he's also in Something Bore.

00:33:52

Show me him. That doesn't look like the brother.

00:33:54

I feel like the casting director- No, that's the husband of Kate Hudson. So who's Brian Greenberg, the brother?

00:34:00

That's the brother, I think.

00:34:02

I feel like the same casting director for Something Bore was the same casting director for this movie just because it gives such similar vibes. Kristen Johnson, our queen, she's the woman who fell out of the window in Sex and the City. She plays the best friend at the school, right? Yeah. Such a good movie. Some of these people don't look familiar to me.

00:34:22

She should start in a sequel of Bad Teacher. They should remake Bad Teacher, my favorite movie.

00:34:29

Yeah. I need to watch Bride Wars again. That's the takeaway here. Okay, good.

00:34:34

You have your homework.

00:34:35

I'm just following a theory.

00:34:36

Except, don't go. Except, tonight is the traitor's finale. Okay.

00:34:39

The casting director was Marsha De Bonis and Jennifer Houston. And then the casting director for Something Borrowed. They're both movies that are cast very well. Okay, 100% wrong.

00:34:53

I think it was just the time.

00:34:54

I'm glad we followed my theory.

00:34:55

I think it was the time. Yeah. Those were the go-tos.

00:34:59

Yeah.

00:35:00

Are you ready for our next story? What number?

00:35:01

I feel like I'm not, but it feels like crazy to not be ready.

00:35:05

No, I think you're not ready. Oh, okay. And then you'll get ready. Okay. Ballerina Far, Hannah Neelman reveals she's pregnant with baby number nine.

00:35:15

Okay, this shouldn't be shocking.

00:35:16

I'm sorry, this is shocking.

00:35:18

No, she literally... When she was doing press before, she was scarred by the times, the Sunday Times or whatever. They asked, which I thought was such an inappropriate question. They asked her and Daniel in that turnt interview what their thoughts are on birth control. And they did answer being like, We don't use birth control. If God wants to bestow another child upon us, then he shall. And I guess God bestowed because she's pregnant.

00:35:43

Wow.

00:35:43

Apparently, and I saw people talking about this on TikTok this morning, if you live in the area, it wasn't a secret. She takes her daughter to ballet class, and she's fully pregnant.

00:35:51

She has been- Yeah, she runs the store.

00:35:52

For a really long time. So they think the announcement means perhaps she's even given birth.

00:35:56

Oh, my God.

00:35:57

That's just what a theory on Utah Talk I was talking about.

00:36:00

That would be amazing if she was able to have a totally private pregnancy being a huge influencer.

00:36:04

And people in her town and her community respecting that, not selling it to Dumois. Although I don't think this is the type of news, like Dumois covers.

00:36:12

Yeah. It's like, you can go and tell a friend, but at the end of the day, it's just like, the lady is pregnant.

00:36:18

The announcement was also very low key.

00:36:19

It was in their new farmer protein. So she said...

00:36:23

They did this very beautiful movie about when you think of ballerinas, you think grace, you think elegance, you think of But what you don't think, strength. And then it turns black and white. It's showing all the muscles of the ballerine and how they need protein.

00:36:36

Yeah. And then she walks away with her belly.

00:36:38

Yeah, no, not even walks away. It wasn't a grand reveal. In the 11th second, she just walks into the room where they're doing ballet and she's pregnant. It was so low key.

00:36:46

I love it.

00:36:47

And I feel like good marketing, of course, for their ballerina protein.

00:36:51

Farmer protein.

00:36:53

Nine kids pop off heroic queen. Insane. Obviously, it's a lot of kids. That needs to be mentioned, but that's her joy. I don't think I could ever do it, but I'm certainly not here to yuck someone's yums when it comes to how many children they want to have.

00:37:10

No. And it's like, if you can do it...

00:37:13

If you physically can do it, and they have the money, a lot of how many kids you want to have is predicated by your financial situation. They seem to be doing quite fine. So, yeah, do it.

00:37:24

It's awesome.

00:37:25

It's crazy. Her content. I hate to be one of those people because I hate when it's like, You have to tell us, how many nannies do you have and how many house... But I do wonder if she has a housekeeper because she's making so many dishes just to make a smoothie.

00:37:42

Yeah. And she lets the kids do it.

00:37:44

Because she has to boil everything, and the kids are just so fucking messy. It's like, But just make yourself.

00:37:47

Yeah. No, but do you see her six-year-old made a loaf of sourdough? I did. I made you watch that. I did. The six-year-old did a whole sourdough from starter, which if you made sourdough, that's insane.

00:37:59

She She also made a beet smoothie with beets from their garden, and she had to boil the beets. There were so many- These are really messy. So many dishes involved. There was at least one Dutch oven, a couple of Mason jars, bowls, whisks, blenders, and then, of course, it was an ad for the Part Farmer protein because she made a protein smoothie. I was exhausted watching her make this smoothie.

00:38:21

She also has older kids. I'm sure that they help with cleaning and chores. They better. They seem to really have a nice system. They help on the farm.

00:38:29

Do you notice they've been traveling a lot ever since the, you're being kidnapped by your husband and he didn't take you to Great Saligations? They travel now all the time with all the kids.

00:38:36

No, I only saw when they lived in Ireland.

00:38:38

No, because she just posted about their trip. They were gone for a month.

00:38:41

Where'd they go?

00:38:42

Where did they go? Scotland, a bunch of places. Sweden or the Netherlands, somewhere in like...

00:38:49

It wasn't part of Ireland?

00:38:50

No, I know that trip. But then she just posted, Oh, and didn't share that we got back from our trip. And they went to that area. Do you know what I mean? Like Swedish, Sweden, Netherlands area.

00:39:02

What's that area called? I don't know.

00:39:04

It starts with an N, I feel like. Netherlands? No, it's like, what's that region?

00:39:09

Nordic.

00:39:11

Nordic. Nordic.

00:39:11

Nordic region.

00:39:12

Yeah, I think they went there.

00:39:13

That's so sweet. I don't think that she, her pregnant self- Oh, they also fly coach. I just want to say that. Her pregnant self and her eight kids are traveling just to prove a point of the internet.

00:39:21

I don't know. I feel like they weren't traveling a lot before that article.

00:39:23

That was such a crazy time. That was a crazy time. No, I think that she's going to... Ballerina is going to reign.

00:39:30

Rina is going to reign.

00:39:31

No, I'm really exhausted just thinking about that.

00:39:33

But you know what's so crazy about them is that they live on a homestead, and they homeschool. We don't get paparazzi pictures of her. We don't even get people in their town being like, Look, I saw ballerina farm at the ice cream shop. So I would love to see them in the wild. And the fact that they got on a commercial flight is so crazy to me. Why isn't there a picture? Do you know what I mean? And they do fly Coach. I can't imagine them... To me, they feel Amish. And so You know, Amish people don't use modern- Modern world. Yeah. It's like, and they dress Amish, too. So I don't know. I feel like seeing them on an airplane would break my brain. And I need to see a picture.

00:40:11

Yeah. Well, I hope she's relaxing as well as she can. Of course. Taking it easy and not traveling just to prove something to the internet.

00:40:21

I'm telling you, I feel like the internet has something to do with it.

00:40:22

I feel like the internet has something to do with it. Day home. I feel like the internet has something to do with it. Day home, Reina. Yeah.

00:43:13

Thank you, For Tert.

00:43:15

You're welcome.

00:43:16

Our fifth and final story, and then we have a bonus story. Bill Gates confesses to cheating on his ex-wife, Melinda, with two women during their 27-year marriage.

00:43:24

Seriously, justice for Melinda Gates.

00:43:26

Bill Gates gave a town hall to his foundation.

00:43:30

Oh, I saw a story about this, and I didn't read it.

00:43:32

So he copped to two affairs while he was married, and then also apologized for being associated with Jeffrey, though he never saw anything untward happen with Jeffrey. He admitted on Tuesday to his foundation that he did have affairs with two Russian women during their 27-year marriage. Oh my God.

00:43:50

I would seriously feel so awkward. I feel like I just went to work, and my boss is up on the stage telling me his deep dark secret. It's like, I'm all set. Justice for the women I'm sorry, everyone, honestly, who had to just go to work that day. They have things going on in their lives. Why is that? This is so inappropriate.

00:44:07

He told his staffers, One was a Russian Bridge player who met me at Bridge events, and one was a Russian nuclear physicist who I met through business activities.

00:44:17

No, this is so much information. I feel so weird, and I wasn't even there.

00:44:21

He also apologized to his staff members for his ties to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Well, that's good. He notably insisted that he did nothing illicit and saw nothing illicit while traveling in the US abroad with Epstein. To be clear, I never spent any time with the victims, the women around him, he claimed to his staff. He went on to give his wife credit saying Melinda was always skeptical about the Epstein thing. Oh. But he insists that all was kosher.

00:44:49

I feel like Melinda Gates has really been...

00:44:54

What's the word I'm looking for? Vin decaden? Yeah.

00:44:56

Because she was always getting looped in with her husband, right? And when you're that wealthy, people do theorize about you all the time. A lot of times it means nothing. But she was always, The gates, the gates, the gates. And then she was like, Fuck this. She was just like, Bill, Bill, Bill. You can't even be loyal to me. And I'm over here being called a pedophile for you. So I love that she got out, and she don't give a fuck. She was just giving an interview. She's not holding back. I think this is so crazy to tell at work, where was HR? It feels like definitely crossing a line.

00:45:23

I feel like everyone else that's in the Epstein files to a certain point is just backing away from positions. They're resigning Peter or TLF, CBS News. They're either being fired or they're just quietly going into the dark because that's the thing to do. And Bill, he won't go down with this ship. He has this... He's not going to go quietly. He's not going to go, period.

00:45:47

Same with Casey Wasserman. We talked about that, and he said he refuses to leave his own company, but he's now putting his company up for sale. I think he thinks that's a fair way for him to not have to give up what he worked for for all the clients to be happy that he's gone. I don't know who bought it. It's like a sinking ship. You get a great price.

00:46:06

So after we spoke about it, I was reading a little bit more about Casey Wasserman, and it's like, there's not really a smoking gun there.

00:46:12

No, it's very circumstantial. So if I'm Casey Wasserman and I really believe that I didn't do anything, why would I leave my company that I created?

00:46:20

That's what an omission of guilt.

00:46:22

It is.

00:46:22

That's true. That's what a guilty person would do. That's true. And if you didn't do that shit, you don't deserve to have your whole life's work taken from you. That's true.

00:46:31

You don't see Prince Andrew defending himself. That was how he felt. Yeah, right. I don't know. Obviously, I don't follow Bill Gates. I don't use Microsoft.

00:46:45

You're not a Gates Foundation swirly.

00:46:47

I don't even know what they do. So, sorry, that happened. Thanks for sharing. And I feel weird. So thanks for that. I'm like, justice for Melinda. Justice for motherfucking Melinda.

00:47:00

He is such a big character in the files, and everybody else who's a big character in the files really has quietly just gone.

00:47:08

Escaped.

00:47:10

But if he wants to keep working, he does have to address it.

00:47:12

But does he need to keep working? It's my understanding he sold his company.

00:47:16

He doesn't need to keep working. He's a billionaire. Right. So like- Wants to keep working. And he likes being a A billionaire.

00:47:24

A powerful man of the world. Yeah.

00:47:25

So if he wants to still be on stages and stuff and talking to people, you have to just address the Epstein elephant in the room, and he did his best.

00:47:33

Axel Dumont would never.

00:47:34

No, Axel Dumont would never. Never. So that's that for Bill.

00:47:41

So thanks for sharing. Oh, yeah.

00:47:46

Our bonus story- And I feel like the details that he gave about his mistresses were really unnecessary.

00:47:50

Bridge. Like, okay, thanks.

00:47:54

Our bonus story is news that we'll be sharing every week because it's very pertinent to situation, and that is a mast singer unmasked that night.

00:48:02

Oh, yes, please. Keep me abreast.

00:48:04

The mast singer revealed the identity of Snow cone. I knew this one. Not Pug Casa, but we'll talk about Pug. Heidi Montag was unmasked as Snow cone last night on the mast singer.

00:48:16

So this was the first person I knew because I heard her recording. Okay. And what's so funny is that when I was in LA, I DMed Spencer because I was booking for your maternity leave, and I was like, Would you come on? And he was like, I'm so busy. I'm in Santa Barbara. I can't. And I feel like, well, yeah, he was probably holding down the fort. Yeah. While hiding. Or he just didn't want to come on. But I think it's the other.

00:48:45

I feel like he would want to come on. And he's been on many times. Yeah, he was busy holding it down while Heidi was the snow cone.

00:48:49

I had no idea.

00:48:50

You guys could have recorded backstage.

00:48:52

Little did we know. It could have been so easy.

00:48:54

You were in a joining trailer. She made it really far. Yes, she did. How many more people are there? I don't know.

00:48:59

A A lot.

00:49:00

A lot. So we need to talk about Pug Casa because- Yeah.

00:49:03

More information has been released.

00:49:04

More information has been released.

00:49:05

The Pug Casa files have been released.

00:49:08

You guys, it seems like Pug Casa was Philip Phillips, which is insane. We couldn't be bigger fans of his. We're always talking about him organically.

00:49:16

I feel so much better because obviously, I have a chip on my shoulder. I lost. I think I'm the best singer ever. And the first time I compete with someone, I lose. Bitch, you can't sing, right? I was up against the winner of American Idol on a singing competition show. Oh, and also one of the greatest performers of our time, literally wrote the best song of our generation, Home. I don't feel bad in the slightest. The fact that I almost went, and Jenny McCarthy said to me offline, she was like, I couldn't believe you lost your head on whatever it was called, Battle. I feel great.

00:49:46

So now can I share my truth? What? Which is that I really like Punkasso.

00:49:51

I love the version of ordinary that he sang. It reminded me of a lot of the Luke Holmes version. Yeah.

00:49:57

Well, I said last week, before we thought it was Philip Phillips, and we were like, Anthony Ramones, Cordova Street, whatever. I said, I'm really obsessed with Punkasso, and I would hurt you that I was saying that.

00:50:07

You were standing my op, as the kids say.

00:50:10

I was standing your op. Now, can I stand your op in peace because it's Philip Phillips?

00:50:14

Yeah, we know Philip's heart, and he's a good guy.

00:50:17

We know Philip offline.

00:50:18

Yeah. When I tell you there isn't another caring, more generous, talented individual.

00:50:24

We don't know him, but- And you were right that him making that TikTok about us was definitely a network-endorsed-clue.

00:50:32

Easter egg.

00:50:33

But we spoke about Philip Phillips once before. Remember, it's part of our-Yeah, lore. Lore. We spoke about him, and his wife told him- We're always speaking really positive.

00:50:42

I feel good about having been in the same room because a lot of times we say things about people on the podcast, and then I'm near them and I need to die. It's horrible. I have no qualms. I have only said amazing, positive things because I believe... And you know one of the best concerts that I ever went to was John Mayer at the Barclays Center, and who opened up for him, Philip Phillips, on the release of his debut album, which at the time I was obsessed with. It couldn't have been a better concert.

00:51:02

And don't you think Pug Caso, starting with a P, is like Philip Phillips? Because he's very...

00:51:07

Let's also think about the name Pug. How is he? I guess I don't know a lot about him personally, but art and dogs must be big symbols of his life.

00:51:17

Yeah, but the P, I think we got to focus on the P.

00:51:20

But I guess a Queen Corgi, Claudia. I never even put that together.

00:51:24

Snow cone.

00:51:25

Heidi Montag. What's the meaning?

00:51:29

Of?

00:51:30

Snow cone. Where's the clues?

00:51:31

Oh, there was some stuff in the article. Well, sometimes they just need to give you a fucking costume. It's like you figure it out.

00:51:37

It's not that deep. Yeah, right. We'll do the clue package. Yeah.

00:51:40

You know what I mean? Everything.

00:51:42

We can do everything.

00:51:47

Snow cone, in her final appearance, alluded to the loss of her home with her husband. Oh, right. She said, The Spice Girls took over the world with girl power and left a legacy for generations to come.

00:51:56

That's why we can't have a past. Because it was Spice Girls Night. Oh, and now we can say that I was prepping for Spice Girls Night. Little did everyone know I was planning on leaving the show. They were asking what I wanted to sing. Actually, I was freaking out because while I love the Spice Girls, their discography is not singable. It's like giving me. And then Jackie had the great idea that we should sing Mama because obviously- Because she just had a fucking baby. Literally. And at the time, I really did just have a baby. And I was practicing in my dressing room. It's a really hard... They're not slay singers. It's It was more about the choreography, the vibe, the hair, the makeup, the glam, and the girl power of it all. The songs are not slayable ballads. It's hard to vocally slay.

00:52:39

Do you want to give us a preview of what we missed?

00:52:43

Mama, I love you. Mama, I care. That's the only part of the song that I know. Do you know more?

00:52:54

Mama, I love you.

00:52:58

Who sing that I care. Yeah.

00:53:02

Can't remember. Anyways, I'm waiting for Pug Casa. Oh, shit. I can come out with my truth.

00:53:12

Yeah, I am, too. Now that I know, it was only right that I lost, it's fine. When I thought it was Cordebra Street, I'm like, really?

00:53:19

Anthony Ramos, really? Hamilton.

00:53:21

Yeah, right. That I would have been fine with. But it's okay. I am healed.

00:53:27

Well, thank goodness for that.

00:53:29

We will keep you abreast weekly.

00:53:31

Yeah, I love it. We have a serious stake in this show, and I'm so curious. Snow cone, like you had said, like Heidi Montag with Snow cone. I already- I knew that.

00:53:40

I heard her singing at rehearsal.

00:53:41

It's come from me.

00:53:42

And she has a very distinct voice, and she also has music out. And it was the perfect timing because I remember at the time that we all got cast, Heidi and Spencer were really having a moment. They got that Hulu show, and of course, the fires, and everyone was rallying around them. Specifically, her music was researching, so I knew it was her the second I walked into the soundstage. And they don't let you see anyone, but I heard. And I was like, Oh, that's literally my good friend Heidi.

00:54:03

Yeah. So I'm excited to find out one that we don't have a clue about.

00:54:07

Yeah. So that's your best singer recap. That's your show. Anything else you wanted to chat about before we go?

00:54:12

No, I feel like that's it. We have a big day today, like classic stuff, Jackson Claude. We're going to film something exciting.

00:54:19

Yes, we are. And your blog is up.

00:54:21

Oh, my blog is up. My field trip with Zack, so fun. We went to Palm Beach. We saw some fabulous interiors. We just had a great time. We did a little bong, got a little- We took a Pura Vida. Don't you feel like Pura Vida is taking over the world?

00:54:33

Yeah, the ones in New York are so popular.

00:54:35

Everyone who comes to Florida, they're like, That's Pura Vida.

00:54:38

Yeah, it's been insane for tourism.

00:54:40

It's an insane period. It's so good. Like, shout out Pura Vida. Things you did. Things you did that.

00:54:46

That's where quality matters. The cream rises because you know how many deli sandwich salad places there are? No one's talking about them on a global level. No.

00:54:56

No one's living in the Vida Pura.

00:54:58

Living the Pura living in the piramina. All right. So that's, I guess, our show. It's so crazy.

00:55:09

It's such sweet, it's so crazy when we do an episode under an hour.

00:55:13

We can keep going. Just for the sake of it.

00:55:15

No, not for the sake.

00:55:17

Because yesterday, we accidentally did an hour and 20 minute episode, and it wasn't even... Yeah, right. Sometimes we come in under an hour, and I feel like I didn't accomplish what I needed to accomplish for the day.

00:55:26

Okay, so let's keep going, but not just for the sake of it. We have to say interesting things. Is there any more anecdote that you wanted to share.

00:55:32

Let me look through my camera roll. See what I did yesterday. That's such a good idea. I got new Majong tiles, which I was excited about. We are Majing today. We're going to use my new tiles from Bespoke Majong.

00:55:43

You went to Target, as you I don't know.

00:55:46

Spritz is launching something major. Ben got the first samples from me yesterday. He says it's going to seriously change the beverage industry. He was walking around drinking it. He was getting drunk in the middle of the day. I said, That's not good for your migraine.

00:55:57

I tried a sample. Did you know that? Oh, did you see I spilled Blueberries at Target?

00:56:02

I did see that you saw...

00:56:03

Okay, I feel like- It was really upsetting. I put them in my cart and they fell out through the hole of the children's seat, and they all fell on the floor, and I had to pick them all up. That's humiliating. I got light headed from upside down. It was just... I'm sorry. It was just... It threatened to ruin my trip, but it didn't. It's good. That's all. So really, I feel like that's all.

00:56:24

Thank you so much for listening to the toast.

00:56:25

And tomorrow's Friday.

00:56:26

Oh my God. So underrated.

00:56:27

And that's a reason to rejoice. Sachi's Coming to Town.

00:56:31

Sachi Lou is coming to town. Saatchi Lou is coming to town. Saatchi Lou is coming to town. Saatchi Lou is coming to town. And with that...

00:56:44

The 2026? Yes. Do people know that we know him?

00:56:47

Oh my God, Jackie, we've told that story 10 times.

00:56:48

That's seriously my claim to Fame.

00:56:50

Yeah, we went to middle school with the guy who makes those songs. Whose voice that is- And with that, the 2026 season comes to an end. He wasn't that great. In a sky, and it's a sky full of stars.

00:57:03

You know, I had my first kiss at his bar mitzvah.

00:57:06

Wait. Like the lores. Wait. We've told how many times that we know Sammie Lovett, the guy, but you've never told that story. Where was his bar mitzvah?

00:57:14

At a temple. Okay. And I just thought it was my first kiss because he was the oldest. I guess I was very fast. So he was like the first. He was the first bar mitzvah because he's a little old for the grade. Yeah.

00:57:23

So you were like, sleddy.

00:57:24

So I was very fast.

00:57:26

And who was your first kiss?

00:57:27

Yeah. Yeah, of course. Yeah.

00:57:29

Nice boy. I should have him recently. Good time. Yeah. He was holding his two week old. Oh, yeah. I saw him, too. Oh, yeah. You were there. Nice family. Yeah. Nice family. Lovely. Actually, but his brother had a peanut allergy in middle school that ruined my fucking life.

00:57:42

He had a peanut allergy, too.

00:57:43

Oh, it's obviously like- Yeah.

00:57:45

It shouldn't have been.

00:57:46

Generational. Yeah, right. And it's a picky eater. You don't understand the absolute tailspin. Not to victim blame, because obviously having peanut allergy is probably really tough. But it ruined my life. I remember being at home having to test nutbutters that were That you stand. Permissible. And I was having a breakdown. Like, what do you mean? I can't have my peanut butter and jelly. It was like a big thing in our family.

00:58:06

Did you end with a nut butter?

00:58:08

I don't know where I ended up, but it was in a bad spot.

00:58:10

I feel like that's where we found Nutella.

00:58:13

Hazelnut.

00:58:14

But if it was peanut.

00:58:16

Yeah, maybe that's how we...

00:58:17

But also remember the marshmallow spread?

00:58:19

Yes, we went heavy on marshmallow.

00:58:21

We went heavy on marshmallow spread. It was just like- And that was before like, almond butter, sunflow butter.

00:58:26

It was a debilitating time.

00:58:28

I'm sorry. So that's the lure. Still not an hour.

00:58:34

We need to think of the time that we add for the theme song.

00:58:37

Okay. How long is our theme?

00:58:40

It's about 28 seconds.

00:58:42

Okay. So why don't you do your goodbye and Maybe I'll share a message.

00:58:46

Yeah, but there's also something at the beginning of the show I do want to cut out. So we need another minute to make it.

00:58:52

Why are we having such a hard time? We usually can't.

00:58:54

I got this. I got this. Ready? Shut the fuck up. 00:59:53

We don't think about it normally.

00:59:54

There's literally nothing wrong if the episode was 58 minutes. Literally nothing wrong. Now, we're just obsessed with it today. Anyways, we have to go. We are not doing It's a class. So love you.
