By accessing and using the Podcasts by HappyScribe website (the "Service"), operated by Happy Scribe Spain SL, Calle Santa Teresa 6, 08012 Barcelona, Spain (CIF/NIF B02911691) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

Our Service provides free access to podcast transcripts. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Reading and searching podcast transcripts
• Sharing links to transcripts
• Quoting portions of transcripts with proper attribution

Intellectual Property

The podcast content transcribed on this website belongs to the respective podcast creators and copyright holders. We provide transcripts as a service to make audio content more accessible. The transcripts are generated automatically using AI technology and may contain errors.

Remove a podcast or report content

If you own or publish a podcast, host one, or appear as a guest, you can ask us to:

• remove a whole show, or one or more episodes;
• remove or correct your name, your People page, or a passage of a transcript or summary;
• fix a transcript or summary that is wrong or misleading.

Email dataprotection@happyscribe.com or use our contact form (pick "Request to remove a podcast transcript or episode"). Please include:

• the link(s) to the page(s) concerned;
• what you'd like us to do (remove or correct, and the correct text if relevant);
• who you are and your connection to the content (for example the show's owner, its host, or a guest of an episode). If we can't tell, we may ask you to confirm it, for instance from an email address listed in the show's feed.

We answer every request within 7 days. Removed pages disappear from the site and are no longer offered to search engines. It can take search engines a little longer to update their results.

You can also report content that you think is unlawful the same way. We review each report and take the content down if it is.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, national, or local regulations
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• To collect or track personal information of others
• To spam, phish, or engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
• The correction of defects or errors
• The absence of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Scribe Spain SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Changes to Terms
