00:00:03

Good morning, girlies, it's The Toast. It's Jax and Claude and we're your hosts. It's your favorite show, the fast 5 things you need to know. We'll start your day off swirly, it's The Toast. I sound amazing.

00:00:25

Welcome back to The Toast and happy Monday from Andy

00:00:27

Cohen's favorite podcast. Hey, Jax, how you doin'? I'm doin' good knowing that I didn't

00:00:29

watch that clip because I don't have the heart for it.

00:00:34

If you guys don't know what we're discussing, it will be discussed in our second story, so just hang on. Hope you guys had a great weekend.

00:00:39

And like, I need— I think maybe I'll watch it on the show just to—

00:00:43

Get a live reaction.

00:00:44

Familiarize myself with the subject matter. But like, I—

00:00:47

when people send me stuff like that, like, oh, people are talking about you, and like, someone told Andy Cohen what you said about him being moody, like, out of context, like, let me tell you, I have no interest.

00:00:58

I don't wanna get into it yet because it's a kind of a layered emotional thing. So we'll talk about it in the second story, but just know like something crazy happened to us this weekend. Okay. Just know that.

00:01:08

Regarding Andrew Cohen.

00:01:10

If you guys don't know what we're talking about, like it'll be in the second story.

00:01:12

Not regarding the other thing.

00:01:13

No, something crazy did happen to us, but unfortunately we can't talk about it just cuz like it involves other people. But like we were basically like asked to leave a kid's Halloween party and it was devastating.

00:01:23

We weren't asked to leave like We were not—

00:01:26

we can't, we actually can't even talk about it. Like it's so high level, but just know like our weekend was literally ruined. Not us, like all in costume.

00:01:32

I was kicked outta a Halloween party. I was actually like on my way yesterday, I would say back before like 2:30 PM on my way to having a near perfect weekend. Like, and I was, I was thinking about like, wow, what a great weekend. Mm-hmm. You

00:01:43

know, until we were asked to leave. Like, I, I can't even talk about it. It's like so high level. Um, but just know like. A near perfect weekend. Like seriously, I don't, I don't mean to be one of those like clickbait YouTubers, but like my Uber driver almost killed me. You know? Like it was insane.

00:01:57

Yeah, it was insane.

00:01:59

You asked to leave the children at his Halloween party.

00:02:00

But the rest of the weekend was really party G. Of course. I actually didn't see you on Saturday because you were observing the Sabbath and we went our separate ways. I was.

00:02:07

And I'm so glad I was observing the Sabbath because if I wasn't, I would've seen that Andy Cohen video in real time when it happened. I saw it after I enjoyed a beautiful Sabbath with my family. And you know what? That's what the Lord was protecting me from. Honestly.

00:02:18

I saw it. I was getting my hair blown out. I was sitting in the chair. I literally was like, I literally brought my hand to my mouth and then I put my phone down.

00:02:26

I had a very physical reaction to it. I got like a stomachache.

00:02:28

Of course.

00:02:29

Yeah. Like I had to go potty.

00:02:31

And the first time someone sent it to me, it was like a TikTok. So I was like, well, unfortunately I can't watch it.

00:02:34

Can't see it. But it did make its way to Reels.

00:02:36

It made its way to Reels. I started watching it and I was like, no, thank you. I went back to reading my book while I got my hair blown out. I'm reading Calamity Club. It is very good.

00:02:45

Oh, good.

00:02:46

And we are starting a book club, which means you'll be reading it for my book club.

00:02:49

Yeah. I have been invited to the book club. I feel that I wanna be there. And here's the thing, here's the thing about the book club. Like, I'll be there if Olivia goes because Olivia's like, well, I'm gonna read it. Olivia has not read a book since high school.

00:03:05

She has not.

00:03:06

If she actually, I asked her yesterday, I'm like, are you going to the book club? She said yeah. If that bitch goes, of course I will go.

00:03:12

And I, so I'm like co-leading this book club with a friend of mine. And I think we have a strict, like, you have to have read the book rule.

00:03:18

You don't even have to say that. I just wanna say if I didn't read the book, no offense, I'm not coming. Like, I don't wanna hang out with you guys all talking about something.

00:03:23

I go to a book club, but we don't read the book.

00:03:24

Oh my God, I hate that shit. That's not a book club, that's just dinner. Like, make dinner, who cares? Yeah. No, no, no. When, at my book club, which, you know, is no longer, shout out, rest in peace to the Ballabosta Book Club, it wasn't even a question. Like, and if somebody was there like reading the last 5 pages, it was like extremely frowned upon, but we allowed it. Like, not even, I'm sorry.

00:03:42

I will be shocked if Olivia reads the book one, 'cause she doesn't read. Like, does she even know how to read anymore? I know. Unclear.

00:03:47

No, I know. I mean, she has a job, so like I would say yeah, 'cause she has to like read emails and stuff.

00:03:51

Okay, so she can read, that's good. But Calamity Club is really long.

00:03:57

It's a big book for her to get. She doesn't read smut. She never read The Things We Know About the Light. Like,

00:04:02

yeah, she didn't read the fun ones. She's like just coming in hard for the big one.

00:04:06

She's gonna hate it, I'm telling you. So if Olivia doesn't go, I feel like I don't have to go. But if Olivia goes, of course I have to go.

00:04:10

Okay,

00:04:11

so Olivia, if you're watching this, it's like sort of all the success of the book club like really rests on your shoulders.

00:04:16

But I would say like if you plan to maybe come, like you should start the book soon.

00:04:20

Well, I will know the week of if Olivia's gonna make it.

00:04:23

The week of might not be enough time for you. Like

00:04:25

for me it will be, for Olivia it won't. That's what I'm saying. Mm-hmm. So I'll know if Olivia hasn't read it.

00:04:29

And then none of my sisters are coming to my book club.

00:04:32

No. And like maybe if you had chosen like an easier book for the first book club of your like inaugural book club, we just like—

00:04:37

We decided to choose a book that is good.

00:04:40

Well, that's what you get.

00:04:41

You know what I mean?

00:04:42

Like, that's what you get.

00:04:42

It's known to be good. The other girl I'm doing with was almost done with it, so she's like, we should just do this book. It's so good. And I really wanted to read it. And I can only read so much in one month. I'm in another book club, Redheads.

00:04:52

Of course, of course. Kind of a famous one.

00:04:54

Very well known. Redheads is definitely having a moment right now.

00:04:57

Don't you feel that The Toast is having a moment? I feel like it's always important to acknowledge our moments. Between like the Golden Globes and now Andy Cohen, like I feel—

00:05:05

That's true. I think the Golden Globes like definitely helped.

00:05:07

Oh, you guys thought I was like—

00:05:08

I more so recognize when we're in like a flop.

00:05:11

Oh my God, it's all I think about. But I feel that it's important to recognize both your highs and your lows. And if I've been acting different, um, it's because of the Golden Globes. It's not because you're pregnant? Oh, well, obviously, cuz I'm a woman and I'm highly emotional and I shouldn't get access to nuclear buttons.

00:05:26

She's hormonal.

00:05:27

But, um, no, it definitely has to, like, in my personal life and in my professional life, if I have been acting different or like a little rude, it's because like I'm on the shortlist to be nominated and like I feel that I've earned that right. Um, and you know, I think I'm like an amazing celebrity podcaster, but to be truly validated by an organization as stellar and beautiful as the Golden Globes, um, yeah, it's made me into a little bit of a diva monster.

00:05:44

Nightmare. Yeah. I just wanna say it hasn't changed me at all.

00:05:47

I don't know if I actually agree with that.

00:05:49

You think it's changed me?

00:05:50

Again, I've actually been meaning to talk to you about this. I feel that it's given you this sort of beautiful confidence that maybe you didn't once have.

00:05:58

I'm very not confident.

00:06:00

Yeah.

00:06:00

Very not.

00:06:01

Shy.

00:06:02

I am shy. Not on this podcast.

00:06:04

You're not shy.

00:06:05

But I was actually just remarking on this with a friend, how like shyness has really plagued me most of my life, making friends, et cetera. And recently I've noticed that I'm not really that shy anymore and I'm not really awkward anymore. It's kind of nice.

00:06:18

You know, I would say you're— I wouldn't consider you a shy person, like at all.

00:06:22

Not, yeah, no. I don't know like when that happened because like, Like so much of my life was marked by shyness. Don't you know? Like high school, even like when I went, and then when I went to my teen tour.

00:06:33

Well, the teen tour was plagued with other issues.

00:06:34

No, but it's really like shyness and like awkward. Like I was always just like thinking about like dynamics and like, what do I say? And, and even when I went to college, like my friends, like I made my friends in the first 2 months of college. And then once I became close with them, I wasn't shy, but like they would definitely say like—

00:06:48

Categorize you as shy.

00:06:48

Like coming in, you know, that she was like the quiet one.

00:06:51

I feel like giving birth vaginally, like sort of,

00:06:54

mans you up.

00:06:55

It does, 'cause like you can't be like legs spread with a room full of strangers screaming your head off like, and be shy, you know?

00:07:01

Yeah, no, I wasn't shy about that, but I think motherhood has made me—

00:07:07

I think a lot of people feel that 'cause you have to like make new friends.

00:07:09

No, and also just made me like more confident. Like, look at me.

00:07:12

La-dee-da.

00:07:13

And I'm actually quite, I would say I'm quite like a social lubricant actually. The quite opposite of awkward.

00:07:21

Okay. Lubricant.

00:07:22

You know what I mean? 'Cause I was just talking with my friends, 'cause we're always talking and I feel like most like women our age are talking about like making new friends now.

00:07:29

Yes. There is like certain stages of your life. Like of course, like the first day of high school, but also like lowkey when you become a mom, it's like kind of everyone's starting over.

00:07:35

Yeah. Or like moving to the burbs. One of my friends is about to move to the suburbs and like, she's like, where do I, what do I do? Like, and I'm just like, you know what? And first of all, like you were always cooler than me and I'm actually having a fine time. You're gonna be great.

00:07:47

Oh, it's kind of like high school hierarchy being flipped. It's so much the nerds are cool. It's funny.

00:07:51

I'm gonna pull people on Earth.

00:07:54

Literally. That's funny.

00:07:57

No, but it's like all the social skills I've learned over the years have really come in handy and I just find them, I'm very like welcoming.

00:08:02

I'm so glad. I feel like you're—

00:08:03

Non-awkward person.

00:08:04

You're really like a telltale sign. Like it's never too late.

00:08:06

It's never too late.

00:08:07

To become a redhead or to become a social butterfly.

00:08:09

Yeah, it's true. And just because you've been shy or you've been awkward, like it can, you can grow out of it.

00:08:15

Yeah. And this is my advice for people who are shy, somebody who's not shy, like, Just don't be, you know?

00:08:19

It's actually, we're having the 22 Jump Street effect where like, I was shy and now I'm not, and you were not and now you are.

00:08:26

I'm not shy though. And I like, I'm reclusive. Yeah. That's different. Like if somebody wants to talk to me, like, yeah, I could talk, but please don't. Like, I'm not shy. I'm not like worried or thinking, what are they thinking? I'm like, I don't give a fuck. Who are you? I don't wanna be spoken to or invited to things. I'm a recluse.

00:08:43

Okay.

00:08:43

I'm in my recluse era while you're in your butterfly era.

00:08:46

Okay, that's fine. I just, I like wonder what, what comes next. Maybe you're cocooning until you're a butterfly.

00:08:52

Sure, sure.

00:08:53

Just like our butterflies in the Hamptons.

00:08:56

Like nesting.

00:08:57

No, cocooning.

00:08:58

But like, like nesting. 'Cause I'm pregnant.

00:09:02

Yeah, I was pregnant too.

00:09:03

Nesting. And you were nesting, by the way. You were not a social butterfly when you were pregnant.

00:09:06

I was a butterfly.

00:09:07

No, you weren't. Oh my God, no.

00:09:08

When you're, when you're pregnant with kids, like—

00:09:10

Thank you.

00:09:10

You can't, no, you can't.

00:09:12

Recluse. Oh, watch me. Like, I'm actually mastering the art of being a pregnant person. We have a little baby. Uh, it's true, I actually have a newborn.

00:09:19

Yeah.

00:09:20

A lot of people don't realize I just gave birth.

00:09:22

But like, when you've got like bigger kids,

00:09:25

they can go play with their dad. Mama's a recluse.

00:09:29

Um, so yes, other than that, so I didn't see you on Saturday, but we had lovely time.

00:09:34

We did. It was a great weekend.

00:09:35

Oh, and we went to a party Saturday night. It was my favorite theme of our favorite theme.

00:09:39

We went to a famous couples throughout History Halloween party.

00:09:42

We got invited to a Halloween party and it was like literally the greatest theme of all time. It was famous coupling, so it was like pairings. So it didn't have to just be like lovers. Yeah. Romeo and Juliet. You could also be like peanut butter and jelly.

00:09:53

Right, right, right.

00:09:54

So Zach and I were, he was our, our favorite costume. He was Dallas Cowboy Dak Prescott and I was DCC.

00:10:01

So cute.

00:10:01

So cute.

00:10:02

Good costume.

00:10:02

Yeah. The kids are excited.

00:10:04

Of course. But it

00:10:04

was just a great theme and we're always saying, 'cause that's not the Halloween

00:10:07

party that you were asked to leave. No, no, no, no.

00:10:09

I was very much welcome there.

00:10:10

I just want

00:10:10

to

00:10:10

clarify.

00:10:13

And then our Toast-O-Ween.

00:10:16

Toast-O-Ween. Oh, I meant to tell you 2 things. One, well, one thing, Toast-O-Ween this Friday, you guys. Yes. Just like countdown to Toast-O-Ween. Countdown's gonna start now. Um, but also we have a guest coming on the show this week. I forgot to tell you, Ben Soffer needs to stop by.

00:10:28

Oh,

00:10:28

he has major news to share and he's actually giving the exclusive.

00:10:32

Really?

00:10:32

Yeah. He said, can I come on the Toast? And I said no. And he said, but I have to tell everyone XYZ. I said, oh,

00:10:37

mouth me. Is it

00:10:40

Yeah. Okay. Um, so he'll be here.

00:10:41

Worthy announcement. We can have him here.

00:10:42

Yeah, exactly. I thought it was worthy. And he was like— I said, we can record your segment. Um, and like, I was like, come, because tomorrow he's coming to the studio. I was like, after The Toast, why don't you come? We'll record. He was like, oh, you don't want me for the whole episode? And I was like, no.

00:10:53

So we're gonna record his segment?

00:10:55

Yeah, I think we should do like a little interview with the groundbreaking news. I love that. Yeah.

00:10:59

I love that.

00:10:59

And I think we'll put it maybe on Wednesday or Thursday. What do you think? And then Friday, of course, Toastween.

00:11:03

Okay, sounds good to me.

00:11:04

I like Toastween being on a Friday.

00:11:06

We, we need to consider something. I forgot.

00:11:10

We do need to consider something. Are you gonna say it? Yes, of course I am. Yeah, right, right.

00:11:14

Yeah, we're so annoying. Yeah. We'll discuss what it is, but I didn't even think about that. Yeah. We're so annoying, but all will be revealed on Friday, you guys.

00:11:24

All will be revealed.

00:11:25

We're just being annoying so that you can have a good time on Friday.

00:11:28

Yeah.

00:11:28

Just know that.

00:11:29

All will be revealed.

00:11:31

It's really not that crazy.

00:11:33

All will be revealed.

00:11:35

The English language?

00:11:36

No, no, no, no. It's like maybe it's from traders or something.

00:11:39

Maybe Joey Grazia Day and Ian Stirling in the turret.

00:11:43

I saw a commercial for Jergens narrated by Ian Stirling. He's obviously like making bank.

00:11:47

Oh, so I have to go buy Jergens then?

00:11:48

Correct.

00:11:49

I will buy anything Ian Stirling tells me to buy.

00:11:52

Hugh wrecked. And Jergens is a good product.

00:11:54

It is a good product.

00:11:55

This is not a McDonald's— we're not getting a Jergens— is there a McDonald's ad today? No, you guys.

00:11:59

I'm in my Saint Tropez era of self-tanner, but I went through a Jergens era. It was during my shy era.

00:12:06

I'm in my Beauty by Earth.

00:12:08

Beauty by Beach Dry. Yeah.

00:12:10

I'm in my organic tanner era. Um, although every now and then, like once every 2 weeks, I go salty face cuz like I just need to feel something and I, I've just stopped caring as much.

00:12:19

Beauty by Earth is great. I was on the Beauty by Earth grind for over a year. Like it's fantastic stuff.

00:12:25

Agreed. If you're looking for like a super clean alternative for your pregnancy or just life, or beauty, breastfeeding,

00:12:29

like, and

00:12:29

you just

00:12:30

want like clean tanning. It's a great toning product, Beauty by Earth.

00:12:32

It's good. The smell for a pregnant person, but even like a layperson, is not— is different than the others.

00:12:38

And do you have to rinse it off? I forget.

00:12:39

Yeah, it works just like any other.

00:12:40

It works just like any other. The rinsing off, I have to stay up so late.

00:12:44

Oh, well, I only really do my face and a splash of water, you know?

00:12:48

Oh no, I like— so I'll take my shower at like 7:30, 8:00, and then I have to stay up till like 10:30. Like,

00:12:53

why don't you sleep in it?

00:12:57

Couple things. I don't like, like, smelling it all night and feeling it.

00:13:00

Of course, in the sheets.

00:13:01

And then also when the kids come in the bed, I don't wanna make them orange.

00:13:03

Yeah.

00:13:04

And I just would rather have a great night's sleep and be a little less tan.

00:13:07

Okay.

00:13:08

That's what I'm personally dealing with.

00:13:09

Oh, well, what I'm personally dealing with as it pertains to sleep is like, I've sort of had this complicated relationship with my pregnancy pillow. Like I've been sleeping with it and my sleep is awful.

00:13:17

Mm-hmm.

00:13:17

So the other night, like I slept without it and I slept amazing. So I'm like, okay. But then like last night I just really needed the support. You know, I just don't know how to sleep.

00:13:25

You're not feeling supported.

00:13:26

No, I'm not. Coupled with the fact that a little mosquito bit me right on my shoulder blade, like where I can't reach, like really truly cannot reach. It was kind of a night from hell.

00:13:38

He gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers.

00:13:40

And I will say, I am not one of God's strongest soldiers. Like, I never claimed to be. I would argue I'm like one of the weaker ones.

00:13:46

You would actually argue the, the other side of that quote, like God only gives you what you can handle.

00:13:50

Not even, I can't handle what I've been given. I'm deeply unwell. I had a nightmare last night about The Masked Singer. Like, I, I actually, I'm going through a lot.

00:13:58

I had a dream last night that I got too skinny.

00:14:03

Oh, she's sick. I can't even talk to her. Like, that's insane.

00:14:06

No, but it was—

00:14:06

meanwhile, I'm having nightmares inside the Quinn Corky costume.

00:14:09

No, but, and it was like, it was strange. It was like only my arms were so skinny, but like my belly was still there. Kind of like—

00:14:15

That's like such a life. Like, like that is like the most real dream ever.

00:14:18

Kind of a nightmare.

00:14:19

You never get it all. You know, you don't get skinny arms and a skinny belly. Which one would you rather have?

00:14:24

Skinny arms.

00:14:25

I think I would too.

00:14:26

I like my arms more than my belly.

00:14:27

Right, bellies are easier to hide.

00:14:28

Bellies can be hidden.

00:14:29

Yeah, I've never been like a crop top aficionado.

00:14:31

No, even before I had kids. Right. I'm a modest woman.

00:14:34

Even when I was super snatched, like, it never occurred to me to even purchase one.

00:14:37

Yeah, no, or maybe like a crop top with a high waist, but not like

00:14:39

leggings.

00:14:40

Yeah, not showing midriff.

00:14:42

No, that's never been my thing.

00:14:44

You know, maybe like an inch, but it's like not midriff, it's just

00:14:47

Rib. Underboob. Yeah. Like, yeah, that's like, like, that's the most fit part of my stomach.

00:14:51

That's a hack. Like, that's not actually wearing a crop top.

00:14:54

1000%.

00:14:55

You know, if you know, you know.

00:14:56

What are the stories like today?

00:14:58

Um, I'm gonna find out during the outbreak. Oh, okay. No, no, there's actually like a couple like big stories and then like a bunch of little stories. So it's like, which of the little stories do I wanna pick?

00:15:06

Right. 'Cause it was Bravo Fan Fest this weekend, which a lot of stories came out of, and I'm not entirely sure what that is.

00:15:10

Is that BravoCon?

00:15:12

No.

00:15:12

There will be BravoCon.

00:15:13

Yes.

00:15:13

But it's October.

00:15:15

No, I know, and BravoCon's usually around the November, October month.

00:15:17

I thought they got sued for using the name BravoCon and now we're calling it Bravo Fan Fest.

00:15:21

I think they had a lot of success with BravoCon, so like they do these like mini activations. This one was in Charleston.

00:15:26

Was it?

00:15:26

Yeah.

00:15:27

And it was a month before BravoCon?

00:15:30

I don't— BravoCon is next October.

00:15:32

Oh, so we're not having BravoCon this year.

00:15:34

Oh, interesting.

00:15:35

We're having our Bravo Fan Fest.

00:15:36

Bravo Fan Fest.

00:15:37

Bravo Fan Fest. I think that is interesting.

00:15:40

It is. You think it's a recession indicator?

00:15:42

I don't know. I just think we have Bravo Fan Fest in lieu of BravoCon.

00:15:46

And then— but this is not the first one this year that they've done where like they get a bunch of Bravo lovelies together for like panels and Q&As and stuff.

00:15:51

Yeah, but sometimes it's like just specific to a region or something. Like this felt like everyone at Bravo.

00:15:56

It did. And sometimes it's like an upfront, right, where they announce the programming.

00:15:59

We know that.

00:16:00

We know that. Yeah.

00:16:00

This felt like—

00:16:01

What happened to BravoCon?

00:16:02

Rebranded BravoCon.

00:16:04

I wonder if Andy loves or hates BravoCon, like the actual doing of it.

00:16:08

I'm done speculating on how he feels about things. Well, the thing is— Lest one of you

00:16:12

Well, the thing is about Andy is given what happened over the weekend, I feel actually that I know him better now. You didn't watch the video?

00:16:18

We'll watch it in the second story. So everybody, in case you like didn't have the pleasure of watching that—

00:16:23

Stay tuned for the second story, check the timestamps, we'll give you all the details.

00:16:26

Hey, let's do a Bravo first story. I don't think the first story is any bigger than the second story.

00:16:30

And we're in the second story, which makes it like the biggest one, you know?

00:16:33

I agree, and it's layered because there's like a lot of Bravo news from Bravo Fan Fest.

00:16:38

All right, so Jax, Uh, today's actually episode is very special because our lead sponsor is brought to you by Jackie Ashray.

00:16:44

So GU is a K-beauty brand that has wonderful ingredients, wonderful products, and I have been using them for— I think I found it in like January of last year, so almost a year, and the results are on my face. We love the toning pads. That's like was our gateway into GU. I know Claudia uses them too. I do. They stay cold, like there's 100 in there, so they last— it depends how many you use a day, but it Could last like 3 months and still cold and wet. So it's a great way to start your day, like to use a nice cold thing on your face, get out all that inflammation. So if you've ever wandered around the gym doing whatever you know, feels right, but not having any progress or plan, highly recommend checking out the Ladder app. It's gonna completely change how you work out. So Ladder is an expert strength training plan. It's not a content library. These are not influencer workouts or challenges. It's a real progressive program that's designed by certified coaches. How it works is that you get a plan every week. It'll build on the previous week where the workouts connect, and then each week progresses from one before through structured training blocks. It basically feels like you have a coach right there with you, whether you're doing it at the actual gym. Or at home just trying to get a workout in. The in-ear coaching guides you through every set with cues, form reminders, and motivation. It works for any strength training style. So if you're somebody who's like doing prenatal workouts, postnatal workouts, they have programs like that. They also have Pilates, bodybuilding, dumbbell only, hybrid strength if you're doing like glute focus. Whether you train at home or at the gym, they have a program for you.

00:19:13

The progress is tracked automatically, so the app will remember your weights, your reps, your sets, so you can just see yourself getting stronger over time. There's also a community behind it, and it ends up costing less than a dollar a day, which is elite-level personal training for a fraction of what you'd pay in person. Ladder now also includes nutrition tracking at no extra cost. So remove the guesswork with Ladder. Get a real coach in your ear telling you exactly what to do for every workout. There's no thinking, everything is just planned for you. If you watch any of my get ready with me's, you know that I'm obsessed with their mascara. It's the Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara. It's a tubing mascara. I have like, sort of like I said, God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. I have straight eyelashes that don't really hold a curl, and it's kind of been this plight that I've been dealing with my whole life, and someone recommended— I feel like maybe I got like a Facebook ad targeted like 10 years ago, and I bought the mascara, and it's still to this day the only mascara that I use. It's a great company, Thrive Cosmetics. Their products are, you know, nourished with skin-loving ingredients.

00:21:36

They're made really well, um, and they're also really cause-driven. So it's Thrive Cosmetics. They, um, give, you know, millions of dollars in product and cash donations to giving partners. Their products are vegan, cruelty-free, made with clean, skin-loving ingredients. They work with your skin, not against it. So some of their bestsellers, like I love the Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara. People love their lip stains. Their really good lip stains are so having a moment. And then their eyeshadow palette, it's called the Focus Eyeshadow Palette, comes in 4 essential shades, tells you exactly where to put it. The lid, the lid, the crease, the highlight. Like it's kind of user-friendly. I just love Thrive Causemetics. If you wanna get their new Everyday Favorites with 20% off your first order, go to thrivecausemetics.com/toast. 00:23:27

Thank you, /ter.

00:23:28

You're welcome.

00:23:29

Okay, we have a lot of stories today. They're all like actually Bravo adjacent, so we're just gonna get through it. So Bravo Fan Face took place this weekend. Um, lots of news coming out of it, but we need to start with the—

00:23:42

The one about ourselves.

00:23:43

The one about ourselves.

00:23:44

So when I turned on my phone on Saturday night, like 400 people had sent me this video. Andy does this segment at BravoCon, he does it I guess at Fan Fest, it's called Ask Andy, where it's like pretty much just like no holds barred, ask me whatever you want. A lot of times people do ask insane questions. I didn't expect the question that was the most insane to be about us, where a person basically asked Andy— we'll play the clip for you— but they were like, do you know the Toast Podcast with Claudia and Jackie Ashray? And he was like, yeah, I do. Which like, first of all, Okay. Um, the questionnaire went on to say, you know, they often remark on you being in a bad mood. Like, how do you feel about that? What's your take? Like, do you agree? Um, and I will say, we'll play the clip for you in a minute. I will say I was really unexpected. I was shocked by his answer. Okay. 'Cause it could have been an opportunity for him to be like so nasty and so rude. 'Cause like it's his event. Everyone there fucking loves him.

00:24:32

Whatever he would've said like against us, everyone would've been like, yeah, yeah, yeah. And he really took the high road.

00:24:36

Okay, let's listen to it. Hold

00:24:40

on. Are you familiar with the podcast The Toast with Jackie and Claudia Autré? Yes. So they're always quick to call you out for being in a bad mood on Watch What Happens Live. Would you like to give them a response?

00:24:58

Well, I'm a human and sometimes I'm in them, you know, sometimes I can get a little cranky. And instead of faking it, I let you see all colors of the rainbow. That's why we're the most authentic show in late night. Every so often, Daddy gets annoyed. What can I tell you? Hi, Andy. I'm Joel from—

00:25:21

Great answer.

00:25:22

Great answer. Especially because I do feel like the question was set up, like, in a snarky way. Of course. Like, and I feel like I never would have asked the question. I wish the question was never asked. But if you're gonna ask it, like, there are ways to set him up to be like, do you think that's funny? Or— it was kind of demanding a snarky response, and he did not take the bait. And I feel that I am seeing Andy through a completely new lens. And of course, when I saw it, I wanted to die. Like, my butt literally just clenched. Because first of all, who am I? Like, I'm always in a bad mood. Like, it's just sometimes I forget that, like, people listen to this show. And like, I know I get the numbers from Dear Media every month. It's literally like tens of millions of people. I know. But like, I do sometimes just like forget and it's like annoying. It's an annoying thing for me to say, like—

00:26:06

That we say that about him?

00:26:08

Yeah, like I could see him thinking that's annoying and it's like, fuck off, you know?

00:26:11

I guess so, but we're doing like our job of commentating on his show and we're supporting his show and we watch everything he watches.

00:26:17

No, of course, I just know when people are like, does anybody else feel like Claudia's like off today? It's like such an annoying thing to say. So the fact that like I said that, like I wanna die. Having said that, his response really surprised me. Mm-hmm. Because like I said, he really could have like gone there and people would have loved it and ate it up. Like, people love that at BravoCon when they boo Lisa Rinna. Like, they could have started booing us, you know? Like, the fact that he didn't take the bait, which was like so clearly like trying to start stuff. Mm-hmm. And his answer like was good. Like, yeah, like, I'm an authentic— and yeah, they are pretty much the only show— sometimes they're not, but for the most part they do live. Like, it's a live show and like things happen and it's like, I don't know, I really respected the answer and like now I'm kind of like a bigger fan than I was before.

00:26:59

Oh, I'm glad. Yeah, I respect the answer. Um, I think, do we wanna talk about the questioner?

00:27:06

Well, I think— Like, here's what I'll say.

00:27:07

I don't wanna go in on this 'cause apparently she's a fan even if she doesn't sound like one. Um, what happens on this show stays on this show, you guys. And if you plan to like bring it to the people that we're talking to, like you're gonna have to give a world of context that you that you don't have time for in a Q&A.

00:27:25

No, don't do it in the name of swirlitude.

00:27:27

Yeah, don't. If you feel that way, how about you stand on your own two feet and say that? I feel as though you are moody on Watch What Happens Live. You treat every guest differently depending on—

00:27:34

Their level of fame.

00:27:35

How successful they are and like what show they're on. And that's just what we say. And I just feel like we deserve privacy.

00:27:42

I completely agree. Like this goes against our brand ethos and the comments on, 'cause I got tagged in the TikTok 1,000 times, the comments were like, Claudia and Jackie are gonna hate this. Claudia, like, so you know. And so you knowingly went against Toast ethics. Toast. And you didn't even get what you were clearly trying to get, which is drama starting. No, there was no drama. If anything, I'm laying my arms down. I'm going easier on Andy. He's a person going through it. And you know what? I said this and I'll say it again. I do feel like his mood swings, he talked about it on that Hoda podcast or that TV show thing, that he had seen feedback from the audience in these focus groups that Andy's attitude was a little negative. Right. And I also feel like he's at a really happy place in his life, just being a dad and in a happy relationship. That comes through now. I don't feel that he's so snarky and rude anymore, but there was like a couple of years where it was really bad. Um, so I don't actually feel that way anymore, but, um, I, I don't like, I don't like this.

00:28:37

No.

00:28:37

I do not like this all in the name of swirlitude. Like, please.

00:28:41

No, just leave us out of it. Like, ask your question and leave us out of it. We're not there to defend ourselves and, and it's true. That's true. And to explain what we mean.

00:28:47

That's true. We're not there to defend ourselves. So it's just like, this is not something we said once. Like, this is a conversation we have a lot about like his disposition.

00:28:53

And, and we go through specific episodes. It's not like I'm just like, he's moody. Like I'll watch I'll watch the episode of TV, I'll watch the episode of Watch What Happens Live. It does feel like things get rushed. People can't finish their sentences. There's too many games, like, and he doesn't wanna listen to what someone's saying cuz he's worried about moving the show along in the commercial break. And like, he's just a businessman running his show, but like, it does affect the viewing experience.

00:29:15

And sometimes there are guests who don't like get the vibe and are rude and maybe deserve a little bit of like an anti-attitude. But for the most part, it's people who are really excited to be there. Yeah. So like, yeah. I feel that you took one comment out of context and Andy could've taken the bait and he didn't and he kept it positive. And I think that's really nice.

00:29:30

Yeah. And people who we speak about on this show are not supposed to hear what we say.

00:29:35

Unless they're genuine fans.

00:29:37

And— right. Unless you listen all the time and you take all of it together.

00:29:41

Jesse Draper.

00:29:43

Exactly.

00:29:44

But if you're not, like, don't comment like, they said this about you.

00:29:47

If someone just sent what we said about Jesse Draper on an episode where we didn't agree with her or anything and she only heard that, she would have no idea that we actually like her all the time. and we have a disagreement about one thing.

00:29:57

Excuse me, you have to read my novel.

00:29:58

Jesse Draper.

00:30:00

Andy Cohen, like, when I was growing up, like, was probably my biggest role model ever. I wrote about it in my book. I wrote like a huge paper in college about him. When I got to watch him live as a bartender, like, in 2017-something— was it the year I got married? No, I think it was 2016.

00:30:13

Was it where we did the—

00:30:15

No, no, I was just like an influencer. We were not— so maybe like 2015, '16. When I tell you it was the best day of my whole life, like, I, I'm like only recently coming down from the high of it, like, So please, you didn't include any of the context. Like, I've literally devoted my life to Bravo. And

00:30:28

so we just sound like haters?

00:30:29

Yeah.

00:30:30

And we're— we've devoted our lives to Bravo.

00:30:33

Like, professionally and personally. Yes. I've been watching literally Bravo season 1 Housewives. Like, everybody here, did you watch a new— please. I was there when nobody else was. Like, it lacks context. It's just— I'm upset. I'm upset.

00:30:44

Yeah. And now that's what he thinks of us.

00:30:46

Yeah. And that's not the case actually whatsoever.

00:30:50

It's just not the case. I like, Like, so that's unfortunate that he's gonna think like, oh, these girls don't like him, when like, you guys know, no two people have supported all of his endeavors really inadvertently, whether we're talking shit or not. That's support. I feel the same way about people who don't like us who are talking about us all the time. Thank you for your support.

00:31:06

You guys know, like, the night that Hilary Duff snubbed me in the Bahamas casino, me and my friend group also ran into Andy Cohen, and he was— it was like the polar opposite. Like, Hilary Duff couldn't have been meaner to us, and we were like literally left feeling so upset. I still talk about it to this day. And then not one hour later, Andy Cohen was there, and we were I wanna tell you, me and my friends were watching Bravo like when we were 12. Like we freaked out. Like they could have sent, it's like the Lord, we were our biggest, it was like Hilary Duff like crushed our dreams. And so the, the Lord was like, who can I send to fix every— and they sent Andy. He was so nice. He was like drunk and having so much fun and he like thought we were so great. So please don't, I have history here. I, I feel sick about this. I really do. Yeah. Now it could have gone so much worse, I will say. And for that, I'm grateful to Andy. But I am sorry for the part that I played. I feel that you probably don't understand fully what we've said about it because it's not something that can be summed up in one Ask Andy Q&A.

00:31:58

Yeah, and I'm sure like for every episode where we had that feeling, like there's a story there. Like he'd be like, oh yeah, oh yeah, this one did that and this was going like this.

00:32:04

And I would actually love to know.

00:32:05

Yeah, it's tea.

00:32:07

It's tea.

00:32:07

It's not just like a broad judgment calling him moody and hormonal.

00:32:14

Well, maybe he was on his period.

00:32:16

Maybe. Are you ready for more Bravo Fan Fest stories? Yes. So we got a Summer House teaser trailer.

00:32:23

With—

00:32:23

People are flipping because Kyle Cooke and Sierra Miller are kissing in the trailer for Summer House.

00:32:30

Yeah, they play spin the bottle.

00:32:32

They played spin the bottle and then they, they felt like it was overdue.

00:32:35

And like, that's funny. And that's what Summer House should be doing. Like, you're young people all living in a house, you're supposed to all be making out with one another.

00:32:41

Yeah.

00:32:41

And obviously, like, the two of you have a lot in common, shared trauma.

00:32:44

I guess so. But like, before Wes Mandeville, like, I think Sierra genuinely hated Kyle. Like, actual hatred.

00:32:51

Well, the Kyle Cook revisionist story is insane. Like, people literally forget the abuse that Amanda endured. And it's like, yeah, because she like ended up hooking up with her friend's boyfriend, like she somehow deserved it. But we all have completely forgotten what Kyle Cook actually is. Now he's like some hero that everybody loves to have DJ their events. He's the devil. Like, so it is crazy that she made out with him, but I guess like I guess it's just clean slate, tabula rasa.

00:33:17

Yeah, of course. Also, Craig shared that he's in a new movie.

00:33:22

A Peacock original microseries, right?

00:33:24

Charmed by a Southern Monster.

00:33:26

I'm obsessed. I saw this really mean clip of everybody making fun of the AI nature of the poster. I fucking love Craig. I'm sorry. Like, people are so hard on him. They are so hard on him. I love him so much. I'm watching this series.

00:33:37

I'm watching. It's a series?

00:33:40

I heard it was a microseries.

00:33:41

Oh, I thought it was a movie. I thought it was like a Lifetime movie.

00:33:43

And what is a microseries? Is that something like you watch vertically on TikTok?

00:33:48

No, but it's on Peacock.

00:33:50

Oh, it's on Peacock.

00:33:50

Here, it's on Deadline. Now's your chance to see me story on the Peacock mobile app.

00:33:57

Claudia. Yeah, no, I'm telling you, it's like vertical content, right?

00:33:59

Yeah. I love this. He will be playing— the series blends soapy romance, workplace rivalry, and a small town mystery.

00:34:06

It's like Hallmark meets smut.

00:34:09

The story follows Maeve.

00:34:11

Is Craig gonna be like in a sex scene or is it gonna be—

00:34:13

I think it's sexy. Maeve. She has been sent to seduce Hunter, a rumored murderer, into selling his family's estate. But when she discovers that the town's most feared man may actually be its most misunderstood— The Grinch.

00:34:23

It's literally the Grinch.

00:34:24

And the only person who can protect her from her dangerous ex-boyfriend, Maeve becomes entangled in Hunter's world.

00:34:29

I actually can't fucking wait. I can't wait. And I do think—

00:34:33

As family secrets and a billion-dollar development deal threaten to unravel their growing connection—

00:34:37

It's like Hallmark x porn x Yellowstone.

00:34:39

Yeah. She must confront her past and decide how much she's willing to risk. risk for love.

00:34:44

And can you confirm whether this is available like on regular Peacock or it's truly like a vertical series? I

00:34:48

think it's a vertical series.

00:34:50

I love that. Like, I just— this is so inspired. And you don't understand, like, what we know about Craig. Like, when I have ever been with Craig, the, the people that come up to him, mostly older women. Like, older women love Craig. When you watch, like, he does all these events like Sewing Down South or whatever, Hit the Lines, it's all older women. They like think he's so hot. When we— when he came to my Everyone's mother was like, who is that guy? Like, he's very old school handsome. So I think he's really attractive to an older crowd. And I think like an older crowd would love this. Mm-hmm.

00:35:20

But it's mobile.

00:35:21

Of course. And I'll be watching. Good luck to them to finding the vertical Peacock mobile app. But, um, I will be watching.

00:35:26

I will be watching as well.

00:35:28

Kind of banner year for Craig.

00:35:29

I'll be AirPlaying to my TV

00:35:31

vertically.

00:35:32

I can't watch stuff on my phone.

00:35:34

I can, and I will.

00:35:35

Or my iPad.

00:35:37

I'm like, oh, you can or you can't watch on your iPad? I

00:35:39

don't know, it said Peacock for mobile. Is— does that include iPad? It's like,

00:35:42

yeah, I think that includes—

00:35:43

seems like a gray area.

00:35:44

It does.

00:35:45

Um, some more Bravo Fan Fest news. They've renewed In the City, Next Gen NYC, Southern Hospitality.

00:35:53

Andy was asked in the Q&A— I thought this was a good question, finally— um, like, where— what is his stance on Amanda and Wes, like, returning to Bravo in some capacity, In the City or Summer House? and everyone was booing and he just like waited for everyone. He was like, listen, I definitely could see them on In the City. And it's a good answer. In the City needs that, first of all. They have to be on a separate show than Sierra. So if Sierra's gonna stay on Summer House, fine. Um, and Kyle. Um, I think it's a good idea.

00:36:19

I think so too. It's entertainment. We're here to entertain. Also, Lindsay said she hasn't spoken to Amanda since the In the City reunion. She hasn't spoken to Wes since the Summer House reunion. Lindsay was making news. Lindsay and Carl were being cute.

00:36:36

Joe Bradley as well.

00:36:37

Yeah, she said that she's having a hot MILF fall. She called her romance with Joe Bradley hot.

00:36:42

Okay.

00:36:44

And then going into our second story, drama is afoot between Andy Cohen and Bethenny Frankel.

00:36:49

I saw this.

00:36:51

Can you explain the genesis of the drama?

00:36:54

There was a clip going around that Andy was asked a question about, you know, Bethenny returning to Bravo in any capacity. Like, what is his take on that? And he was like, well, I don't really know what Bethenny's up to since I'm not on TikTok. Like, it was like derogatory about TikTok. So then of course Bethenny takes to TikTok to film, um, like a little bit of a response. You should play it.

00:37:13

Yeah, I'm gonna play it. It's on Reels, so we can play it.

00:37:15

And also, I did wanna say that I caught the second half of the first episode of Golden Life. They were playing it on E!, and I wanna say you are 100% wrong. It's amazing.

00:37:22

Oh, you caught the second half? So I haven't seen that.

00:37:24

Oh, when they go to Kyma?

00:37:25

I didn't see Kyma.

00:37:26

And Luann like thinks it's a party, so she brings like like 8 gay guys.

00:37:29

Oh yeah, and then Sonia's grinding on her boyfriend. I didn't see that.

00:37:31

And then Ramona's like, excuse me, this is a sit-down dinner that like I planned and you knew. I told you you could bring one friend, your boyfriend, and here you are like with 1,000 people. And Luanne's like, well, these are my friends, I'm not leaving them. And so they're like— Ramona's like, you guys literally can't sit here. Ramona's beefing so hard with this like little like short gay guy, and he's like giving it to her so hard. She's giving it right back. It was seriously hilarious. There was one disgusting thing where like Sonia got up to, um, she's like, I have to burp. but I can't burp without sticking my fingers down my throat. So she stuck her fingers down her throat and then threw up, and they showed the throw-up in the sink. Like, it was actually really disgusting and like not funny at all.

00:38:03

That's upsetting.

00:38:04

Yeah, but they were like screaming at each other in this restaurant, and then they start grinding on Luanne's boyfriend, and that's like the cliffhanger. Luanne's like actually upset, so she takes her man and leaves. And they were acting— I didn't realize that that was her boyfriend because I missed the first half of the episode.

00:38:17

Right, and that's her boyfriend of 2 years.

00:38:18

Oh wow, he's really handsome. He was like playing into it. Like, she should be mad at him too.

00:38:23

But I think that's, you know, the kind of guy Luann likes. He's like a party guy. He probably didn't think it was that serious. And he's European, so like—

00:38:29

And I do feel that Kelly, I— she was at the table the entire time and she didn't say one word. Like, she's a misfit, 100%.

00:38:35

Yeah, she's just a body, really.

00:38:37

Yeah. And I— yeah, I think it was good. Like, you have to appreciate it for what it is, like the novelty of these women.

00:38:43

And I do expect, like, watching the first half of the first episode—

00:38:45

You were right, the confessionals, like, so low budget.

00:38:48

It's not a fair way to judge the show. So I said, like, I don't know what's gonna happen and maybe it gets better, but it was just giving like strange setups too. Okay,

00:38:55

so then Bethenny responds to Andy's snarky question, and there's definitely drama.

00:39:00

Well, Andy Cohen took a swipe at me on a panel, so let's take the bait. Uh, I think he was asked, would you ever have Bethenny back on the Housewives? And he said, I'm not really that active on TikTok, which is abundantly clear because he's still sitting in the same place I left The only thing that has changed are the ratings. So while he's a little bitter that he lost all his OGs who are living the golden life on E!, and he's living the stainless steel life over on Bravo where he's their bitch, he waits for them to pay his paycheck while we're all over here making our own coin, our own way, on our own terms. So If you're gonna take a shot at this, B,

00:39:49

you better

00:39:49

not miss. You're welcome.

00:39:52

Now I want to say that I wish that was the slay that she thought it was. I don't feel like she made actually good points. I don't think Andy's lamenting about missing the Golden Life. I think you're right about that. I think that like it's definitely this thorn in his side, but not because they passed on it, but because it like is not up to snuff for what Bravo normally puts out. And 2, I don't think that Andy is like this bitch boy at Bravo. Like He is not the president of Bravo, but he runs that fucking place and he's making a shit ton of money and is probably in more creative control than he's ever been in his whole career. Like, he just keeps getting more and more. So I don't agree with her points, but like Andy did take a swipe at her and she has every right to swipe back. I just wish she like hit a little more factual.

00:40:31

No, I think she made an interesting point. Like, we're all over here like writing our own way and you're a corporate cog.

00:40:39

Which he's still crushing it.

00:40:40

He is still crushing it and you can't argue that he's not. But like, so she's saying like, I'm my own boss, Austin, you're not actually.

00:40:46

Sure, like, good one. Like, you know what I mean? Like, I just— it's not a good rebuttal. But these two are always sort of like tiffing, but it seems like at the end of the day it's okay.

00:40:56

No, this seems like they're on the pale.

00:40:58

It did. It was like—

00:40:59

and they always had like a good close relationship. He like notoriously took her side in Carol v. Bethenny. Now they have Carol back on,

00:41:06

and Andy said he can plan a dinner party with 3 Housewives. I saw like some random clip that one of them— he said like Portia Radzi. Like he's so back on Radzi.

00:41:13

So he's now like taking public shots at Bethenny when he could have been like, you never know. He could have just said something like super polite.

00:41:19

It wasn't even a shady question.

00:41:20

No. And he could have been like, I, I don't know if she would ever do it and never say never. Right. That's like a beautiful answer. So he did get a little like

00:41:27

shady,

00:41:28

shady. 100%. But I think it's also hard when you're up on that stage to not like take the shady bait because

00:41:33

the people ask in the audience are all like, they're gassing you up. They want that.

00:41:37

Yeah. Like even like with Erika Andre when she said PK and like she was just like, I'm a showman. You get rewarded for that. Like, that happen with Sonia saying Dorinda's unfuckable. Like, you just like lose yourself to the moment. It's true. You forget that there's someone literally watching at home in their pajamas that's like, what'd you just say about me? Like, that's hurtful.

00:41:52

Although I do feel from Bethenny's video that like Andy struck a nerve. Do you know what I mean? Like, it felt like— first of all, it was rude what he said, like hands down. And there was like literally no need for it. And it's like—

00:42:03

But he just said she's on TikTok and he's not on TikTok.

00:42:06

Yeah, but in a way, like, in a way that's like derogatory. Like, I'm on TV, she's on the internet, you know? Like, like, uh, patronizing. Don't come for us, internet. Correct. Patronizing. So it was rude and she has every right, but I do feel like the quickness and the way in which she responded, like maybe he struck a nerve a little bit.

00:42:24

I think also there's something that went sour in their relationship. Definitely. Neither one of them have spoken negatively about the other. And so she's like, oh, you went there? Let's go there.

00:42:33

Even when, cuz they've had like bumps in the past, like when she did that Housewives Rewatch podcast after for years, like sort of clowning on the podcast and and, and the rewatch. And then she went on Watch What Happens Live to promote it. And I don't know if it was the person who was the other guest or somebody in the audience asked, like, you've clowned on this type of content for years and now you're doing it. And it got very contentious between the two of them. That clip is like so awkward to watch. I think maybe it was even Michael Rapaport who was the other guest. Um, and they've always come back from their little sniffs, and I think they both like understand that it's part of the the ecosystem, but this feels like a little below the belt on both of their parts.

00:43:10

But I also feel like for Bethenny, like she sees every like moment as an opportunity. She's not afraid of conflict. And like, like we just pulled up her page and played the clip on the show. So she's like, oh, Andy gave me, he threw down the gauntlet. Like, this is good for my end.

00:43:24

She capitalizes.

00:43:25

You know what I mean? Like some people like get like scared or like, she like confronts the drama. 'Cause she knows that that is what's like good for her channels. And it is like, we are talking about it. And if she never responded, I would've never heard that Andy said that about her.

00:43:36

Yeah. I, I had not heard it until she responded. So

00:43:39

I think she sees all this stuff as like an opportunity, and as she would probably say, like, it's business, it's not personal.

00:43:44

Yeah,

00:43:45

it got a little personal though. Like, you're still where I left you.

00:43:47

Yeah, yeah.

00:43:50

Um, so I think that's all the Bravo drama from the weekend. And actually, our 3rd story is a little more random, unrelated Bravo drama between Dumas and Erin Leach.

00:44:00

I'm going to need you to explain this to me.

00:44:03

I'm gonna do my best. Yes, because I've been seeing bits and bobs. So I guess on this season of Roni so far, someone is coming for Erin. I believe it's Jessel trying to say like they're in some sort of like insurance fraud. And so Erin then says, well, I heard a rumor about you 3 years ago and I never shared it, but now maybe I will.

00:44:27

About Pavit, the husband being gay, right?

00:44:28

And it was about the husband. Then it turns out that Erin heard the rumor from Dumas.

00:44:35

Like in person? Like—

00:44:36

Well, Erin's husband is Dumas' lawyer.

00:44:40

Yeah, so let me tell you something about Erin's husband. He's a lawyer for a lot of people. I've actually worked with him like on a deal once, right? He represents a ton of brands and I guess people, including DeMaximo. Mm-hmm. I feel that people are a little misrepresenting, like he's Dumas' lawyer, like they're in bed together, you know what I mean?

00:45:00

Yeah, they're making it seem like Erin's in bed with Dumas. I don't think that she is.

00:45:03

I think that his firm represents her in brand deals. I think it's— they definitely know each other, and I think that maybe Erin has even met Dumas just through work, but I think that it's misrepresented just a little bit based on my limited knowledge. Now don't—

00:45:16

Yeah, no, I would agree. If I think about my lawyer's husband, I don't even know their name. It's true. And we're certainly not like— sharing tea.

00:45:26

Yeah, no, no, no, not sharing tea, like not getting into bed on like drama tea.

00:45:30

Yeah, it's really just like, hey, can you look over this contract?

00:45:33

And it's like super unethical too if Abe was doing that. So I think he's a clean lawyer.

00:45:38

Yeah, so—

00:45:39

So I think that like people found out this fact about Dumas and Abe—

00:45:42

And they're trying to be like, oh, Aaron is a puppet for Dumas, and I don't think it's that.

00:45:46

I don't think so either, just given what I know about attorney-client relations.

00:45:50

So Dumas posted like this whole long carousel with a timeline and everything saying, a rumor that was first discussed but never actually revealed on the Do You podcast back in 2023 has become part of a storyline on Bravo's Roni. Apparently other people had heard the rumor as well, and now 3 years later it's resurfacing on the show. With this conversation picking up online, we figured we'd share the timeline from DeMaximo's perspective and explain what we know about how this all started. There are still unanswered questions and undoubtedly parts of the story we're not privy to, but for anyone trying to piece together how we got here, this is our side of the story. October 2023, DeuxMoi receives the rumor via DM, texts it to Aaron's husband the same Oh, well, never mind what we said. Uh-oh. November 2023, Erin hears the rumor off camera while recording an episode of Do You at BravoCon.

00:46:33

Wait, Erin hears the episode— wait, sorry, Erin hears the rumor not from her husband.

00:46:37

Here's the rumor. Okay, correct, she did not hear it from her husband is what they're maintaining. She heard it off camera while recording an episode of Do's podcast. So someone told her— so someone in the Do universe

00:46:50

Someone at Doutardou University told her while they were all together recording the podcast at BravoCon.

00:46:55

Off camera, yes. Okay. 2023 to 2025, DeuxMoi subscribers never forgot the mention of it, that there was a mention of a rumor of a casting.

00:47:02

Never posted it.

00:47:03

However, it was never published and never revealed. 2026, the rumor resurfaces on the season of Real Housewives of New York City.

00:47:09

Interesting. This kind of feels like a huge nothing burger.

00:47:13

Yeah. And so the BravoCon bit— in November, Erin came on the Do You podcast while she's at BravoCon. We mentioned a rumor exists about one of her castmates. No name, no details on the podcast. They said that on the podcast. That's how the listeners know. Off camera, Erin is privately told what it is. She hesitates. She said, I don't even think I want to know what it is. She hears it anyway. Of

00:47:33

course.

00:47:34

For the record, Abe has confirmed he never told Erin about the rumor before this November 2023 podcast recording. She heard it from Dumois. that day.

00:47:43

Well, Dumas has corroborated that they were trying to, you know, protect Abe Leechy's, uh, attorney integrity.

00:47:49

Now give us a scoop at BravoCon. Like, what's the vibe? It's honestly heartwarming to be in the— in this atmosphere where everyone's just like so excited to meet us. Between it being the first season I've ever done and then the first BravoCon, but like, I didn't realize we had so many fans.

00:48:04

I just finished watching the reunion. Is everyone good? Is there still some tension? Yeah, I mean, there's definitely still some tension, but surface level everyone's good. No one's like on such bad terms that they can't be in the same room or anything like that. Are you guys hanging out though while you're there, or just kind of doing your own thing? Yes, I'm, I'm personally, I'm hanging out with everybody who's here. Not everybody's here, you know.

00:48:25

Now I've— God, people are gonna kill me for teasing this, but I heard a huge, huge bomb of a rumor I'm dying to know if it will be like an underlying theme of next season.

00:48:43

I can't believe Dumas is starting stuff. Um, okay, now question from me.

00:48:47

Hasan then like went on to like directly address— I think he made a video of him going into the Equinox steam room, which is like a notoriously gay watering hole, um, just sort of like taking the rumor on its face. and denying it, of course. But she's fine. Yeah. Jessel too, they don't seem to be too frazzled by this particular rumor. Mm-hmm.

00:49:09

But it's like, if someone DMs Dumas and says, like, Pavit Tank is gay.

00:49:14

Tank, yeah.

00:49:16

Pavit Tank is gay.

00:49:17

Yeah.

00:49:18

Like, who cares?

00:49:23

Also, what sort of recourse is DeMaximo doing to find—

00:49:26

Right.

00:49:26

So she can't just go around and be like, I heard a rumor.

00:49:28

Like, anyone— I mean, just saw this, Emily Gillis and Tanya. Shane Gillis, yeah. What's her name?

00:49:35

Gillis. Yeah, no, they just say stuff.

00:49:37

And Tanya, you can't just like say stuff. So if someone— if I'm too blind, I just get messages of random people being like, blank's gay, blank's gay. I'm like, who cares? You can say whatever.

00:49:45

Yeah, I would imagine that like this— at this stage in her career, and you know, through the advice of her lawyer Abe Leitchi, she doesn't post things unless— because I see like when she posts a spotting of 2 people, she'll post it from like 3 or 4 people. Like, she won't confirm it until like 3 different eyewitnesses said. And I think when it comes to like rumors like that, I think she has trusted sources. Like, I definitely know people who 100% tell DeuxMoi stuff. Like—

00:50:11

Yeah.

00:50:11

Like, you can always tell. I think a lot of agents and managers do it, so it's like trusted, um, it's for PR. And I think in exchange being like, hey, I'll give you a little tea about this person. Um, so I think she has trusted sources. She calls one of her sources like the studio exec. So I think now she's not just like making shit up. I have to admit that.

00:50:27

No, I don't think she's making shit up, but other people can make shit up.

00:50:29

Yeah, I think that she does a decent amount of background work.

00:50:32

So it's just because she got like a tip in 2023, like why would that shake up the Roni cast? Like anyone can write anything about anyone.

00:50:38

It's true.

00:50:39

So I don't understand like the point of this story. I think people were probably most titillated to find out that Erin's husband works for Dumont, and I think Erin's having like a villainous season, so they're just like, And now you're in bed with Juman, you started this rumor, and if it's not true, I just feel like a gay husband storyline is like so boring.

00:50:59

It's so like first season.

00:51:00

It's so tired, like how many, we see this all the time.

00:51:02

It's true, and you know what, like if they are gay, like we'll find out in due time.

00:51:06

Yes.

00:51:07

Like it always comes to light.

00:51:09

And also just being like, I heard your husband's gay, like it's different than like, he gets his dick sucked at the Roundup and I know the boys that did it.

00:51:14

And I know the boys who did it. I heard he gets his dick sucked, and you know what, that was Carrie Duber's husband, right? Uh-huh. Right. But I heard he gets his dick sucked at the Roundup, and I know the boys who did it.

00:51:27

Now that's a substantiated rumor.

00:51:31

Bring back the Real Housewives of Dallas.

00:51:32

That's a real—

00:51:33

Wait, it's person, place, time.

00:51:34

And it's Luanne— Luanne. It's Leigh Ann putting herself behind it, not an anonymous du-moi from an anonymous tip on an anonymous website. Like, please.

00:51:43

He gets his dick sucked at the Roundup.

00:51:44

And if that's what counts as a storyline—

00:51:46

I know the boys who did it.

00:51:47

If that's what counts as a storyline at Roni, an anonymous tip to an anonymous website, like, that does not pass muster.

00:51:53

I agree. It's very, um, you know, Orlando Fashion Week for the Real Housewives of Orlando. Like, it's, it's what we're doing in the first season.

00:51:59

And it's very Emily Gellis. Like, I heard that this product gave you diarrhea.

00:52:04

Yeah. And it's like, we're gonna need a little bit more than that, sweetie. Pictures of the diarrhea would help. Okay. What else did you eat

00:52:10

that day? So for those who care, there you go.

00:52:13

There you go.

00:52:14

But it sounds like they're happily married. It sounds like Abe Leechy held up his lawyer oath.

00:52:21

Lawyerly duties.

00:52:23

And it sounds like Erin's just fighting back because you called her an insurance fraudster. So why don't you think about doing that and just know someone's gonna come at you with something?

00:52:31

Yeah, they— 'cause Erin bought this like defunct townhouse and they're like really renovating it to make it like a, like a huge like 4-story home. Um, and then I think there was like a leak or something, so they're claiming that she It's like insurance frauding it up.

00:52:46

Oh, that's what— no,

00:52:47

no, no, her Hamptons house flooded. Jessel was called, and I just want to

00:52:53

say, Jessel called her Hamptons house flooding an insurance scam.

00:52:56

And I just want to say, Jessel's obviously never had a flood, because if you do have a flood and you do have insurance, like, you obviously take pictures just to make it like a little more drama. A lot of people, you know, they amp it up just to get a bigger insurance check, and that's what we get for being insurance holders, you know?

00:53:08

Right. And your house flooded, like, you're gonna need to pay for that flood.

00:53:11

And you do, like, you don't exaggerate, but you're like, the floorboards need replacing. Yeah, but sure, I can I put a carpet over it. Like, but I would like my new floor— everybody does that. That's not insurance fraud. That's just honestly getting your money's worth.

00:53:22

Yeah. Okay, so I think that's all of our Bravo news. Are you ready for our 4th story?

00:53:28

If it's our 4th story, that's brought to you by Tonies. I love Tonies, and I love that they're a sponsor of the show now because the TonieBox is the fabric of my life. I have one for the car. 00:59:00

Thank you. Oh, Turdy.

00:59:02

You're welcome.

00:59:03

Okay, our next story, like, the girls are fighting over apparently Tom Brady.

00:59:09

Oh yeah, like—

00:59:10

So after the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, people were like questioning Joan Smalls and Candice Swanepoel seeming to like be beefing. I don't know what.

00:59:19

Candice what?

00:59:20

Swan-pole?

00:59:21

I think I say Swan-pole, but I don't know if I'm right, honestly.

00:59:23

Swan-a-poel.

00:59:24

That's beautiful.

00:59:26

Candice Swan-a-poel. Um, it seemed like their friendship like was no longer— I don't know if they had like an amazing friendship or whatever.

00:59:32

No, they were like OG besties. Like,

00:59:34

okay, so then people were commenting about it. I think like Just Jared posted, you know, seemingly friendship breakup rumors, and Joan Smalls commented 2 words: summer house. That'll explain everything.

00:59:46

To who? Not— what the hell are you talking about?

00:59:48

Cut to like yesterday, it's reported that Tom Brady and Candace Swanepoel are seeing each other.

00:59:54

Which, let's talk about that first, just like as a coupling. So uninspiring. Like, I just, I'm so sick of like rich skinny celebrities dating other rich skinny celebrities.

01:00:05

Really?

01:00:05

It's just like so obvious. Like, yeah, fantasy bra queenie, like with a quarterback. It's like Gisele, you know what I mean? It's like, he's so— there's nothing wrong with Candace Swanepoel. I'm sure she's amazing, but he's so like basic, obvious. Yeah. I

01:00:19

think he just obviously loves a beautiful woman.

01:00:22

I can't stand him.

01:00:23

Are you just mad that it's not Alex Earle? You can't stand him.

01:00:26

I'm actually not mad. Alex Earle, get behind me. Like, I'm so glad she got away from him, you know?

01:00:31

But you were shipping it.

01:00:32

Yeah, of course, because it was like good for her career.

01:00:34

I wasn't.

01:00:34

But I, I just like, I just can't stand him.

01:00:38

So who would you want to see him with?

01:00:39

Like, I don't want to see him. How about that?

01:00:41

Why can't you stand him?

01:00:43

Because I can't stand him.

01:00:43

There's nothing wrong with him, I don't think.

01:00:45

There is. Oh, really? Yeah, yeah. Bad vibes, bad vibes. That face, really leathery. Like,

01:00:51

I'm, I'm telling you, it's just mean.

01:00:53

Okay, and what if it is? Don't ask Tom Brady at his next Q&A. Don't ask Tom, what did you think about the Toast Girls calling you leathery? No, I just feel like he's like chasing eternal youth. I feel like I just can't stand him.

01:01:05

Okay, well, today, like, or yesterday, it's come out that he's dating Candace Van Ampen. I was like, think whatever you want about that. So going back to Joan Small's comment, it feels as though So like Joan Smalls like has had like a years-long fling with Tom Brady.

01:01:19

What does that have to do with Summer House?

01:01:21

She's the Amanda. Tom is West.

01:01:24

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

01:01:25

You didn't see it as West Mandeville?

01:01:26

I didn't know she was referring to the Bravo show.

01:01:28

Oh, I believe she was referring to the Bravo show.

01:01:30

I thought like the two of them split a house and Candace never paid for it. Like, oh, 'cause she didn't capitalize S and H. It's a—

01:01:37

The whole thing is capitalized. In caps. Summer House. I, I believe she's talking about the show.

01:01:43

Joan Smalls watches Summer House? Like, wait. I was like, I kept thinking, like, how are people getting to Tom Brady?

01:01:49

Okay, Summer House.

01:01:51

From Summer House. I was just like, I thought, I don't know, maybe like they shared a house and Candace didn't do the dishes, like,

01:01:55

and she like brought her boyfriend

01:01:56

and was like being loud, or just like, just like bad roommate, and

01:01:59

he was being leathery.

01:02:02

Oh, Summer House.

01:02:05

Okay, so now do you see?

01:02:07

Yeah, of course.

01:02:07

What could have happened here, that she would be the Sierra that I guess she's had a years-long flirtation and sort of relationship with Tom Brady, and now Candace has come in and he's her boyfriend.

01:02:17

Are you telling me that like she's had a years-long relationship and we didn't know about it? Like, we're always reporting Tom with this girl, Tom with that model. Like, how does he have the time?

01:02:25

Perhaps. But for me, I'm like, well, you're both

01:02:28

dumb.

01:02:29

No, I'm like, you're both Amanda because that's your friend's ex-husband.

01:02:33

Oh, I don't think they see each other as friends.

01:02:36

What about

01:02:36

Gisele? You don't think? like a, like a prior generation of models. Like, she's a little bit older, and I don't think they all like came up together. No, there was— they definitely crossed over in their eras.

01:02:47

I just think you're all breaking girl code. How about that? I think you're all breaking girl code.

01:02:54

I just think like you're both like such like role models for women. You're both like gorgeous. Everyone's obsessed with both of you, and like you're dating Tom Brady. Like—

01:03:00

No, I think that's like— I want to say like, do better. When you're so gorgeous, everyone's obsessed with you. then you date Tom Brady.

01:03:06

No, like, that's how I feel about like Joe Manganiello. No, when you're like— you should be dating Joe Jonas, you know what I mean? Like, you want to impress me? Date Joe Jonas.

01:03:15

Okay, but like, say that's not an option for them because he's dating someone.

01:03:18

That don't impress me much. Like, I just—

01:03:22

like, he's just a very hot— smart— it's just a very hot take that Tom Brady isn't good enough for these women.

01:03:27

Really? I don't think I'm alone. I think like he's becoming—

01:03:30

I think you're I think you're correct in the fact that like not everyone loves him. Like people are annoyed by him and like they're retiring and everything.

01:03:35

They're retiring and then the Gisele stuff and leaving his family. And then of course we all glossed over it because we were obsessed with him and Gisele, but what he did to Bridget Moynahan like also wasn't cool.

01:03:42

Yes, but like who he is and like his brand, like he's a very wealthy, very attractive, very successful individual objectively. Now we can have our personal opinions, but that's just the truth.

01:03:55

Maybe I'm just more principled because like if Tom Brady asked me out, I would literally say no.

01:03:58

No, probably because you're married.

01:04:00

Well, yeah, but like, with that little fact notwithstanding,

01:04:03

like, if you— even if you

01:04:03

were single and like I was at a party and like Tom Brady, like, seriously, I would seriously— no,

01:04:08

you wouldn't be interested in him.

01:04:09

There's nothing less attractive than a deadbeat, like, honestly.

01:04:12

And you find him to be a deadbeat?

01:04:13

I mean, he wouldn't like retire at the right time to spend time with his children. You see Justin Verlander, like, literally couldn't wait to retire. Why? Why? I want to spend more time with my kids. I already feel so guilty about how much time I spend. But that is— he's like, that's a price you pay for greatness. And I get that, but like at a certain point, like, call it, call it.

01:04:27

Yeah.

01:04:27

And like he would never call it, like not even for his kids.

01:04:30

Yeah. And then his wife, for his wife who's literally like, I will leave you

01:04:33

if, if you don't. And then of course like the Bridget Moynahan thing, which like, you know, you could argue both sides of, but it's not good. Mhm. I don't know, I just, I would say no if he asked me out, honestly.

01:04:43

I think we actually need a Tom Brady documentary because things are getting bad for him, the optics, and like maybe he's misunderstood. Maybe

01:04:50

I would like to hear him explain himself as it pertains to the whole retirement thing.

01:04:54

Instead of doing a roast, why don't you do a documentary?

01:04:57

Right, like, why don't you just be honest and real? I don't think he's capable, honestly.

01:05:00

I just feel like for the longest time it was like, we're never going to talk about what happened between him and Gisele. Like, they have a lot of kids together, like, that's just very personal. And now it's just like so spun out of control.

01:05:07

She's literally remarried with a child.

01:05:08

Right. And, and I feel like it's time for him to like tell his story.

01:05:13

Yeah, Tom.

01:05:14

His story. Tom— or no, I think it would be Brady.

01:05:18

Brady Hobbs the 3rd. I prefer Brady Hobbs. Like, if Tom Brady and Brady Hobbs asked me out, I would go out with Brady Hobbs.

01:05:25

Would you really?

01:05:25

No. Did you see Brady Hobbs in the, uh, reboot? He was like this like radical college kid. He was crazy.

01:05:31

Oh, the son. I was thinking Steve for a second.

01:05:33

Oh, I would definitely go out with Steve.

01:05:34

You would go out

01:05:35

with Steve? Business owner. He was so loyal to that wedge.

01:05:38

Yeah.

01:05:39

And also, I need to like think of Sex and the City history as it ending with the Sex and the City movies.

01:05:43

Of course.

01:05:44

I can't really think of it just like that. Even though, just like that, he was just getting left by his wife. Like, he was not bad, Steve Brady.

01:05:51

Yeah,

01:05:51

but Brady Hobbs was like kind of nutty.

01:05:54

Of course.

01:05:55

Yeah, of

01:05:55

course. Interesting. So anyways, apparently that's like what happened between the girls, just putting like—

01:06:00

I totally misunderstood the message.

01:06:02

I can't believe—

01:06:02

am I the only one? I just— the idea that Joan Smalls had seen Summer House is like unfathomable to me. And when I think of like tropes to use for like a woman stealing your man. I don't know what I would— I mean, like, maybe I would say summer house, but I thought that that was like a niche reference, but I guess it's not.

01:06:20

No, I don't think so. Like, for your friend to like start dating the guy that like you've been crushing on and like talking to for a long time. Yeah, that's what I would call that.

01:06:29

Okay.

01:06:30

Um, but separately, Tom and Candace are now dating. Sure,

01:06:35

sure.

01:06:35

Um, are you ready for our 5th and final story?

01:06:38

I am. Um,

01:06:39

it was actually more news about Thomas Markle Sr. Oh, more about the letter. So we're now getting more—

01:06:45

Oh, to the police?

01:06:46

The letter that Meghan said she received,

01:06:49

right? That the police received, that— and she— the police gave it to her.

01:06:53

Yes, exactly. So now we're, we're learning more about the letter, who it came from, and what it said. So The Sun has reported that a letter from Thomas Markle Sr.'s ex-wife wife reportedly confessed that he went to the Far East because, quote, 12-year-olds are legal there.

01:07:09

Well, I saw somebody commenting on this, like, Thomas Markle moved to the Philippines, which is sort of just like a sign of guilt. Like, why?

01:07:17

So the disturbing claim was made by his first wife, Roslyn Loveless, in a 2019 letter she sent to London's Metropolitan Police, obtained by The Sun. Now, Meghan said they got a letter in 2018. I think this was the letter though. Yeah, I'm gonna assume

01:07:28

there was one letter

01:07:29

and it was just the years off. whatever. Um, Loveless wrote, I questioned Thomas Sr. He denied child sex abuse accusation but stated that he went to the Philippines and Thailand because 12-year-olds are legal there. So in 2019, at the time, the legal age of sexual consent in the Philippines was 12 years old, but it was still illegal to pay for sex with anyone under 18. In 2022, the country raised the minimum age of sexual consent to 16.

01:07:50

Well, that's good.

01:07:51

Um, love— this woman was married to Thomas Sr. from 1965 to 1975. Yeah, but very long time ago. Yeah. And she passed away in 2024. So according to the outlet, she sent her 7-page letter to Scotland Yard's Fixated Threat Assessment Center, which handles risks to the British royal family, politicians, or other prominent figures.

01:08:11

Oh, she knew where to go.

01:08:13

The Metropolitan Police didn't have jurisdiction to investigate the allegations in the letter against Thomas Sr. 'cause it allegedly happened abroad, but they did share the letter with both Meghan and her husband.

01:08:22

Interesting.

01:08:23

Now he's being investigated for hundreds, if not thousands, of child child sex abuse images.

01:08:27

Well, that's what we call a whistleblower.

01:08:29

Yeah.

01:08:30

She saw something.

01:08:31

Yeah, but I guess they're— what can they do with just that letter? But they shared it with—

01:08:34

But it's enough to—

01:08:35

yeah. Appropriate.

01:08:37

And then I guess what Thomas Jr. found was enough to get the investigation across the finish line.

01:08:43

Well, it's not across the finish line.

01:08:44

No, no, but like an investigation started.

01:08:46

Yeah.

01:08:46

Yeah. Yuck. I seriously can't even talk about him. Like, he's so fucking disgusting.

01:08:50

Yeah.

01:08:51

He's disgusting looking too.

01:08:53

Yeah, yeah, it's just a crazy— it's a crazy story.

01:08:57

It is.

01:08:57

Like, it's actually the craziest thing. And the royal family has like a lot of drama, a lot of like sordid drama. And just—

01:09:03

I know this also like is not their first brush with pedophilia. Obviously Prince Andrew comes to mind.

01:09:08

Um, of course.

01:09:09

So it's maybe just like something that's like what Meghan and like Harry can talk about, like another thing they have in common,

01:09:17

having like family

01:09:18

With sordid pasts.

01:09:20

Yeah.

01:09:20

And of course, you know, the Nazis and things like that.

01:09:23

Yeah, no, there's a lot. I mean, this goes back for hundreds of years. Generations. So there's a lot of drama.

01:09:29

You could say that again. Well, that's our show, you guys. Very Bravo-centric.

01:09:35

Very Bravo-centric, which it isn't usually. Very clip-centric. I felt like I was, like, listening to a lot of primary source material.

01:09:40

Well, that's so good. We do our work, and that's why the Golden Globes obviously respects the work that we do.

01:09:43

Yeah, the primary source material, and then we also Are the secondary sources.

01:09:46

Make sure to check out our bibliography.

01:09:48

We will have a bibliography attached to this episode. MLS site.

01:09:50

We actually do have a bibliography on every single episode.

01:09:52

We do. That is a bibliography. It's not cited properly, but yeah.

01:09:55

No. And let me tell you, I've never once in my life cited a bibliography properly. Like, never once. I've never gotten a paperback where the bibliography didn't have like red marks all over it.

01:10:03

You gotta go to easybib.com.

01:10:05

I was going to easybib.com. Were you? I don't think I was clear on like what type of— they're like, you have to plug in the information. It's like, is this a First source. I don't fucking know.

01:10:13

But it's all in the public.

01:10:15

Like, if I was going to school now with Chat—

01:10:17

Well, yeah, because you— it looks like ezbib.com is not in business anymore. But yeah, now I would just say to Chat, like, annotate this properly.

01:10:24

Bibliography.

01:10:25

And that's a good use of AI, I would say.

01:10:27

I completely agree, because like, I never needed that skill ever again.

01:10:30

Ezbib is here. It's not easy, you spell out easy.

01:10:33

Okay, let me see it.

01:10:34

You can enhance your writing, cite your sources, check for plagiarism.

01:10:36

It's obviously had like a check for plagiarism. That's a problem for me. They've obviously had like an upgrade. The website didn't look like that back in my day.

01:10:44

Create citations. Let's see, I think website, book or journal, classic, JSTOR.

01:10:49

Oh my God, I just got a pit in my stomach. JSTOR, yuck.

01:10:54

Do you use JSTOR? You're a JSTOR girl?

01:10:57

I think I was like supposed to be using JSTOR and it was like this sort of like mythical feature. Like I couldn't like figure it out. Can

01:11:04

I ask a stupid question?

01:11:06

Yeah.

01:11:06

Like does JSTOR have anything to do with Jewish? Doesn't it feel like— I feel like anything that starts with a J, like J-Swipe, J— like everything that's like J first just feels Jewish to me.

01:11:19

I feel like JSTOR, like the J probably stands for like judicial.
