Good morning, girlies. It's the toast. It's Jackson Claude, and we're your hosts. It's your favorite show, the fast-fired things you need to know. We'll start your day off swirly, it's The Toast.

00:00:22

They sound amazing.

00:00:25

How do we start?

00:00:27

I'm cragging up. I just had this thought.

00:00:29

I'm like, I got it.

00:00:30

No, I got it. But no, you just hit him with the welcome back.

00:00:32

Welcome back to the toast. We have a theme song. Welcome back to the Toast. Happy Monday, the first episode of 2026, the first episode of Season 9. Season 9, we're feeling fine. Jax is back. The Toast is back. So much to celebrate. Happy New Year. Jax, how are you doing?

00:00:50

I'm doing good. This is the first Monday of the New Year. This is my first official day back at work. And so it's the Monday-est Monday that's ever Mondade in the history of Mondays on a Monday.

00:01:01

It's so true, Jax. Let me say we are thrilled to have you back.

00:01:04

Even for people who aren't coming back for maternity leave.

00:01:07

Right. It's a big day for everyone.

00:01:09

I was seeing some content about how this holiday season felt longer than other holiday seasons. And why? And it's because Christmas fell on a Thursday. So then Friday is a wash. Then the days leading up to New Year's are a wash, and the New Year's is on a Thursday. Friday is a wash.

00:01:21

Of course, we take the weekend off.

00:01:22

Another weekend. Yeah.

00:01:23

It was amazing.

00:01:24

It was amazing. And I feel very excited to be back in the saddle. Back to some routine. The holidays were so great, but you can't live like that forever.

00:01:35

I could. I just want to say, it's so funny that you say that, actually, because I've always thought, obviously, one day I'll reach a level where I don't need to work. That's obviously in the goals for me. And I could never be that person. I always thought, I'm like, I always need to have something. No, I haven't worked for the last month, and I've been totally fine, extremely fulfilled in my personal life, and I just want to say I could definitely do it.

00:01:54

Okay.

00:01:54

Yeah. I'm learning new things about myself.

00:01:56

So we'll work towards that.

00:01:58

Now, let's just set table here. Jax is back. How are you feeling? How are you doing? How is Bebe? Talk us through your journey.

00:02:06

I'm feeling good. I think I said this on a Patreon, and I feel like in the past, when I've come back from maternity leave, it's like, ratata, I'm back, bounce, back, Rata, rata. And I feel like this time I'm putting a lot less pressure on myself because it's like, I have to go back to work, but I'm not out of the bubble. I'm still feeling very soft, physically, emotionally, spiritually. I'm still Newborn Bubble Jacks doing the toast. And I just want to honor that space that I'm in. Honor it, yes. So I'm just trying to hold space for the two truths while still being able to do this show because this show is so fantastic. We support We sport mamas. We sport new mamas. And whatever I'm feeling is what I can share on the show. And whatever I'm experiencing, whatever I have to bring to the table as well, I'll bring to the show.

00:02:52

And does me still being in Florida make your return to work harder or easier? Because if I was home- I'd be working from home. You'd be working from home, but because What a missafeeding. I can't leave. We are out and about at a studio. So what do you have to say to me?

00:03:05

So I did have that thought because on the one hand, working together- She's been thinking mean thoughts. No, because initially I was like, Well, Claudia is here. That's amazing. We're going to podcast together. There's nothing better. But then I'm like, Well, shit. I have to commute. I'm out of home. When I was working from home, I just pop upstairs. I feed before, I feed after, and I don't miss a feed. Now I'm pumping all that jazz. But it is such a treat to be able to do it in studio with you. You know I love my even though this morning, Tesla Navigation took me the worst way. Two trains, 1,000 red lights. But I'm excited to be... We love this studio. We love coming to the office.

00:03:42

Also, yeah, Jackie and I did not commute together because we are not living together.

00:03:46

You guys, she moved out. I moved out. I knew my time- I feel like an empty nester.

00:03:50

I knew my time being a guest at your house was coming to a close because you had another baby, I had a baby. And it's just a lot of people in the house. It was just a A lot. And I think also I spend a lot of time here, and I always would spend more, but you're living in someone else's house. You want to get back to your plan. I'm like, in your hair. But I really was not ready to go back to New York. So Ben and I got a little place, a little rental. And it's nice to have our own... Space. Own space. I had my own space, and I knew I was going to be seeing you every day, and I still pretty much come over every single day for lunch and hangs and playdates. So it's fine.

00:04:22

Yeah. No, it's been great. And now we're really coworkers.

00:04:25

Okay. So we are out front.

00:04:27

Did you?

00:04:27

I got a great parking spot.

00:04:28

I did. See, I don't know if you know there's also parking in the back. I do know.

00:04:31

For girls like me. Yeah, I know. I parallel parked with one hand because I was holding a coffee.

00:04:37

Tasty coffee.

00:04:38

Oh, I want to move back just quickly. You were talking about how you're in a soft era physically. Yes. And I just wanted to say, I'm not.

00:04:44

I know.

00:04:45

Yeah. I started my Zetbound journey after the toast wrapped, so I haven't been able to update everyone. But yes, I just took my fourth shot. So it's been three weeks. Yeah, it's been three weeks. And I lost six pounds.

00:04:54

Slay. Slay all day.

00:04:56

Yeah. It's annoying because I started saying I lost six pounds in the middle last week.

00:05:00

So it's like you're plateaued.

00:05:02

When I had actually lost 5 pounds. Five and a half. And then I did my weigh in today, and it was 6. And I was just hoping for it to be 7. It's fine.

00:05:09

It's not split hair.

00:05:10

Yeah, no, it's 6.

00:05:12

That's very exciting.

00:05:13

Yeah, it's been wonderful. I highly recommend the Zetbound life.

00:05:17

Just try not to rub it in because not all of us are there.

00:05:20

I know. And you would say this to me when I was complaining on my breastfeeding journey, your time is coming, and Jackie, it's coming.

00:05:25

No, I know. And I say it to myself. I saw a reel from a reel people about the pressure to bounce back versus the pressure to breastfeed. Yes. Not even about anything else. Because, and I saw in one of the comments by an astute- User. That it's The dichotomy is that in order to breastfeed adequately, you need to be in a calorie surplus. In order to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. They're budding heads.

00:05:54

Yeah. You cannot bounce back whilst breastfeeding. It's just science.

00:05:58

Unless you're a supermodel. But for us, No, even the supermodels, they're not breastfeeding. No, like some people, the weight, they can't keep it on when they're breastfeeding. Right. Not me.

00:06:07

Not I.

00:06:08

Not I. So, yeah, I'm just honoring that. I'm a breastfeeding supremacist, so I'm just going to keep, like in a long. And if you don't like it, you could listen to the audio instead of watching the video.

00:06:22

Okay. You're talking to yourself. Because nobody cares about you.

00:06:29

Yeah. No, it's true. I've got some nice, comfortable clothing.

00:06:33

And by the way, a great thing about me still being in Florida and us being forced to use this studio is it's chest up. Lower half is so not my business.

00:06:41

I find our studio, though, our home studio, so flattering. So I don't really know.

00:06:47

No trust. If I can... The monitor chest up, she's one pound. Thank you so much. Now, I do think we should take a minute to talk about this year at a glance. It's the beginning of the year.

00:06:58

Set our intentions.

00:07:00

And just clarify with one another, this is our ninth season, correct?

00:07:03

You said it is.

00:07:04

And I said it is because I have a distinct memory of this episode last year. Our title being about season... We ate with that or something. E ate something, I think. Maybe that was two years ago.

00:07:14

I don't know. No, we have confirmation.

00:07:16

So this is season 9? Yeah, okay.

00:07:17

This is season 9.

00:07:18

This is season 9. Let's set some intentions. How do you want this season to be different? How do you want to tackle this season?

00:07:24

I want to lead in this season with authenticity.

00:07:28

Yuck.

00:07:31

Okay. How so? And by that, I mean cold, hard truth.

00:07:36

I love that.

00:07:37

And that's what authenticity once meant.

00:07:39

Right. Well, I have some intentions as well.

00:07:42

Please set them.

00:07:44

It's going to be a little bit more of this.

00:07:46

I think that that is authentic. Yes. And that leads to cold, hard truth.

00:07:51

The last time I was in Florida, I wore glasses because I was just not feeling pretty, and it gave me this power. I wore some glasses.

00:07:57

You lost six pounds. You still want to wear them?

00:07:58

Oh, sweetie, six That's sweet. It's five. It's six. I swear it's six. But when I put these glasses on, it emboldened me to just say things I wouldn't normally say. Like, yes, Bunny Blue is a whore, and I should be able to say that. And I loved wearing glasses. I loved the energy it gave me. So my goal this year is to bring that energy without the glasses, just year round. It's a performance car. Yeah, I planned this there in the car. I just loved being able to be myself, be free.

00:08:30

I just want you to know, in our own ways, we've just said the exact same thing.

00:08:33

A thousand %. And we talk a lot, especially on the Patreon, when we do audio-only episodes, why are our audio-only episodes so much funnier? Why can't we be that funny on the regular show? And it's because we have this anonymous veil over our eyes, and that's what the glasses represent. And let's be veil-less this year, okay?

00:08:50

Okay. I'm so down. Yeah. I'm so down, except then something happens, and I think it stops our veils in our track. And it happened to me last night, actually. And also I feel like over the break, a lot of people became tosters. I don't know if it's just a coincidence while I wasn't here, but like, celebrities and such. Yeah. Jackie, I was thinking about that this morning, too.

00:09:10

Because somebody we're covering today in the Fast Five actually reached out to me and told me that they listen to the podcast every day. I I don't say who it is. And I just want to say what I'm going to say about the story about this person, my take hasn't changed because maybe this person needs to hear that.

00:09:24

Okay. Love that. Last night, I posted this quiz that I took online about your reading type because so many people were like, You should take this quiz. It tells you your reading type and recommend books. So of course, I took it. The reading type was bad and the bookwrecks were bad and it didn't describe me at all. So I posted that and said, I took this quiz- The inventor of the quiz is a toaster?

00:09:42

The inventor of the quiz?

00:09:44

Wife is a toaster.

00:09:47

I'm screaming. No, it's terrible.

00:09:49

He posted my screenshot. I was like, Sorry, you feel that way. Oh, no.

00:09:53

Oh, no, not the funding.

00:09:55

I can't even post a quiz. Okay. To be honest.

00:09:58

So funny. I actually went through something I remember last night where I had the great misfortune of watching that new show on Netflix, Palm Beach.

00:10:05

Members Only.

00:10:06

What a piece of shit.

00:10:08

Zack and I turned it on for five seconds.

00:10:09

Find a bigger group of losers, a less cool, influential group of people, except for that one girl.

00:10:15

I wouldn't even... We literally turned it off immediately. I was like, This is not a real show. And that was before I saw that people are actually watching it and talking about it. I thought it was the trash that only I watched.

00:10:23

I was about literally typing a post being like, This piece of shit. I just knew somebody was going to send Oh, my mom's on that show. I just didn't want to be a part of it. So yes, having this great big platform is both a blessing and a curse, and one that we try to walk as gracefully as one can. I'm sorry about that quiz. That's terrible.

00:10:41

So awkward.

00:10:43

That's terrible. That goes in the Philip Phillips Hall of Fame.

00:10:47

I didn't think a person, a lone man, made the quiz.

00:10:51

One person made the quiz.

00:10:52

I thought it was a company. So credit to him. Your quiz looks like a company.

00:10:56

Your coding is amazing.

00:10:58

He said he needs more funding to I like the quiz better. It's not my problem. I didn't like the quiz. Maybe it'll be better for you guys. But I also think you can't put me in a box, okay?

00:11:08

It's true. Maybe she'll like the quiz next week or something.

00:11:10

When it comes to reading, I like a little bit of everything.

00:11:13

You're unpredictable. So a quiz predicting your choices is never going to work.

00:11:17

Speaking of reading, Redheads, I know the mystery of the Redheads. Where did it go? Everyone's talking about it. Where's she been, Serena? Redheads are coming back this week. Our book for this month was My Choice, Next to Heaven by James Fray. Amazing. You would love it. Really? Our vibe of wealthy drama.

00:11:34

I need to start reading again.

00:11:36

This is the book to get you back into it. I didn't even know that when I picked it three months ago. I'm back, baby.

00:11:42

Okay. Reading is like something I've lost in motherhood. And I don't like to talk about the things that I've lost in motherhood because I really haven't lost anything. And you've gained so much. I've gained so much, and it's really so wonderful. But I have lost the will to read. And it's not even like I don't have the time. We have nap time. I happen to have a wonderful baby who sleeps long hours. I have time. I just don't have the will.

00:12:03

I understand. You can't do it all.

00:12:05

I can't.

00:12:06

You can't. How are you doing?

00:12:08

So glad you asked. I'm actually doing amazing. Life begins when you stop breastfeeding. People always say postpartum is longer than just the nine months because one pregnancy is 10 months.

00:12:18

They call it the fourth trimester. Yeah.

00:12:20

And then the three, four months before you start really feeling like yourself again. And I feel like that's extended while you're breastfeeding. There are so many hormones. I am doing the best that I've been in honestly, two years.

00:12:32

Yeah.

00:12:33

I love that.

00:12:34

When you were thinking about weaning, I was telling you all the pros, all the cons. And then I called you and I was like, by the way, when you stop breastfeeding, it's sad. But you get to be the woman and the mom Mom.

00:12:45

That's exactly what you said. You said you're going to love the type of mom that you're able to be. I also didn't realize how much physical energy I was- Expending. Right. I was so tired all the time. Ben would take Ruby for walks. I'd be like, Honestly, just come back later. I can't do it. Now I'm doing the walks. The physical energy is huge. Yeah. No, I have a whole new lease on life, you guys. You're not ready.

00:13:05

We can't talk about it too much because we're putting down the thing that I- That you're doing.

00:13:09

No, it's such an important thing.

00:13:10

I know.

00:13:11

And until we get our in-house wet nurse, this is just something that you and I have to deal with. It's fine.

00:13:19

It's fine. We decided on the Patreon that our next hire at ToastHQ will be a wet nurse.

00:13:23

Yes. She has to live at Jackie's house because we need her to be absorbing our germs and stuff. Yeah.

00:13:29

No, she needs to be part of the family. She needs to be Margot.

00:13:32

Literally, Margot start lactating. We also did so much content on Patreon while we were gone. And if you're not a Patreon member, I'm sorry that you missed it. It was fabulous. I feel like we also said a lot of truths on there, too. Yeah.

00:13:43

A lot of truth.

00:13:44

We're in our truthful season. Okay. And I feel like when we look at culture, we're always talking about, Oh, this generation. What do they need? They need truth.

00:13:52

Hard truth.

00:13:53

This is just truth social. Okay? For real, I am Taking the glasses off.

00:14:03

Okay. And I'm ready. In a physical sense, but not in an emotional sense.

00:14:08

Wait, what?

00:14:09

You're taking the glasses off physically, but not emotionally. Verbally.

00:14:13

Yeah.

00:14:14

Exactly. Should we get into it?

00:14:16

Oh, and there's also so much to talk about.

00:14:18

There's so much to talk about.

00:14:19

Alex Earle, Kelsey Ballerine. The theme today is love. Zach Brian. Yeah, in all different forms.

00:14:25

And your cup is a beautiful symbol.

00:14:28

A beautiful reminder of that love.

00:14:30

Every story today is couples news. I guess the holidays people couple up, people decouple, people get married, people thank their partner of three years. Things happen.

00:14:39

People what?

00:14:41

Thank their partner of three years.

00:14:43

Oh, people thank their partner of three years.

00:14:45

You're my partner of nine years.

00:14:47

You literally are. Actually, you're my partner of our lives.

00:14:50

Oh, that's so beautiful. I thought you were like, But you're not counting the breath when you do.

00:14:54

Oh, that's true. We don't count the breath. We've actually been podcasting for 10 years. We don't get enough credit for that. But we only say nine because we don't talk about that one year. I still had my mole. It just doesn't count.

00:15:03

And it's not really our year.

00:15:05

We don't own the intellectual property. We don't own the year.

00:15:09

So, yeah, we could split hairs. We could. But I think nine feels right. Next year when we're double digits, I don't- We're having a party, obviously. We're always having a party. But it's weird because two years ago, we celebrated our- Toast anniversary. That was for six. Then seven, we skipped a party. So coming up on eight. But we're on season nine. Yes.

00:15:28

Okay. We have this conversation every year. It's our ninth season, our eighth year. Right.

00:15:34

But how does that make sense?

00:15:38

Joggers. Not a problem. Joggers. Not my problem. But we've had this conversation Every year. It's correct.

00:15:46

Okay. So happy Season 9. Should we get into Season 9, give you a taste of what you can expect for Toast 2026?

00:15:52

I guess that we should, except for the fact that it requires me to do the ads. And I haven't done an ad in three weeks. I don't know if I can do it.

00:15:58

I think you're a professional, a consummate professional. You've been doing this for eight or nine years.

00:16:03

Depending on who you ask.

00:16:04

So now, without further a do, do, do, do, it is time for the fast five stories that you need to know.

00:16:10

And the Fast Five stories that you need to know are brought to you by Bearbells, which is certainly fueling my life. 00:22:09

What's the first one? Alex Earle, right? Yeah. Okay.

00:22:11

Alex Earle was spotting Canoodling with Tom braided in St. Bart's over New Year's Eve.

00:22:18

So much. So much. So even before she was seen with Tom braided, I was so excited to talk about- She was having the best holiday ever. She was on a yacht filled with celebs, Kelly and Miles Teller, Glenn Powell and Michelle Randolph, manager Miles, lots of famous people. It was just a pargy place for her to be. And Nina Dobrev. I loved it. I didn't need anything else, honestly. I was like, Girl, love that. Then the Tom braided thing. And I will say, I first saw it on Demois, and it was one video, and they were just talking.

00:22:46

But she was rubbing his back in wide circle.

00:22:48

But that wasn't the first one I saw. Oh, okay. So I was like, Okay, you know what? Love that, but it's obviously not... It's just like...

00:22:54

Yeah, they're in the same group and they're talking. Yeah.

00:22:56

It's like you would talk to your dad's friend, whatever. And then saw the rest of the content, everyone on same parts, doing the Lord's work in getting all the different angles. And I was like, Oh, my God. It's what we think it is. And immediately obsessed. There are a lot of different takes.

00:23:15

I want to know what the streets are saying before I share my thoughts.

00:23:19

So the streets are jealous bitches. It's important to know all the jealous bitches live on the street. And that's why they're jealous bitches. And they're like, This is disgusting. What about Braxton? Like, Girl, shut the fuck up. You would do it, too, if you were Alex or all. She is so hot. She is so famous. She is so young. She is the name on everybody's lips. And it's like, yeah, there are a lot of jokes. Tom braided, since The Roast, he's definitely a loser. But he's Tom fucking braided. Everyone acting like they went into the exact Same thing. Like, Girl, yes, you would. And sorry, I don't give a fuck about Rock Stan. I don't. I love this for Alex Earle. And it's so funny because if I'm talking about it from two different perspectives, Tom braided, you're literally disgusting. That could be your daughter. You're disgusting. Alex Earle? Yes, Yes. I have two different perspectives based on who I'm talking about.

00:24:04

Got it. It's definitely a confounding one. It's not the immediate slay.

00:24:10

And I don't ship, to be clear.

00:24:12

I don't know. He's not good enough for her.

00:24:15

He's disgusting. But he's Tom Breedy. She had to do it.

00:24:18

I guess if the opportunity presents itself, you should do it. But to me, this is the first signal that maybe her and Braxton ended a little bit contentiously because you don't go and publicly hook up with your man's idol. He probably had posters of Tom braided.

00:24:32

To be clear, she wasn't publicly hooking up with him. She was hooking up with... Also, I didn't see them kiss, did you? They're just chatting friendly. The rubbing of the back. The rubbing of the back also, that's something you do when you're hella mature.

00:24:44

I know. Like, very tactile.

00:24:46

You would think she's the underdog, right? She's so much younger. He's the goat.

00:24:51

She's putting the moves on him.

00:24:52

That back rub, she's in control.

00:24:54

She's in control. I completely agree.

00:24:55

Once I saw the back rub, I wasn't worried about her. I'm like, this bitch knows what she's doing.

00:24:58

I'm not worried about her at all. But I feel like depending on who you ask, what Tom braided means to them, for some people, this is the catch of all catches. For me, it's a little like Leo.

00:25:09

It's very Leo. It's a rite of passage if you're going to become an it girl.

00:25:13

Yeah, I get. Yeah. No, it's all good for the Alex name. Now she's in even more homes, and she's pedantic.

00:25:21

She could date anyone now.

00:25:23

In a sports world in a more significant way.

00:25:25

I just feel like I'm always calling it with Alex Earle. I feel so obsessed with her, not in a weird way, and I'm a very healthy and normal way for a woman my age. I knew. I like that she had a rise to fame with a boyfriend who was stable, and I feel like it was actually really good for her. But at some point, she's Alex Earle. Something like this was just bound to happen. I'm so glad that it did. I loved just being a user and a regular, regular person enjoying all of the content. I don't ship. I don't think that they will ever see each other again. I think that the reaction online- It's too much. For Tom braided. I think that It was a moment, I don't think they're dating. Maybe I'm wrong because I am wrong about stuff. Oh, classic. Yeah, Taylor. I've never met before. I like Taylor or Travis. But I do think it was just a vacation, like romance. A fling.

00:26:11

A fun thing to do.

00:26:13

Perfect for her celebrity. I don't think she needs to see him again. And I don't want them to start dating. They do both live in Florida. But I don't want them to start dating. This solidifies Alex as a true A-list celebrity.

00:26:26

Actually, now I want them to start dating. It would just be so interesting. Yeah.

00:26:31

Did you see the video with his flashlight on?

00:26:33

No.

00:26:34

So somebody was filming them from the back and his phone was in his back pocket of his jeans and his flashlight was on. It was like as if their age discrepancy couldn't have been more obvious. Yeah. Like, he can't keep up. She's dancing and he's definitely getting tired. And When his flashlights on, it's like, Girl.

00:26:47

Yeah.

00:26:47

It was a sign.

00:26:48

Go home, dad. Literally go home.

00:26:51

I loved watching everyone in St. Bar. It's like, oh. Yeah. It looked purgy. Do you see Bethany went and hated it? I did see. She did a whole video about how it's hunger games of celebrity fashion socialites. And I think she left early. She hated it. And then everybody got stranded there because they closed the Venezuelan airspace on January first, so they couldn't get home.

00:27:09

Oh, I didn't know that part of the story.

00:27:11

Right. So I think the party continued.

00:27:13

I didn't know how the capture of Maduro affected those on Saint Bart's.

00:27:16

The capture of Maduro is an extremely linear event, and it actually impacted Alex Earle directly. And you wouldn't think that it would, but it did.

00:27:24

That those two things could be related.

00:27:25

So, yeah, everyone got stranded there.

00:27:27

That's so interesting. I liked Bethany's take. I thought what she said about everyone's at the party, wondering if they're at the right party. It's extremely real. I would just say if you were on that boat- You wouldn't be worried. You were in the right place. But she was also on the Bezos boat. Who was? Bethany. That's where she spent New Year's. That's the close friends that she spent New Year's with. She was with Lauren, her close friend. Oh my God. What I think about dream friends. So that's also another boat that would be the right boat to be on.

00:27:53

While setting our intentions for 2026, I think befriending and having Lauren Sanchez Nicole Bezos on the podcast should be like a big goal of ours. She lives in Florida.

00:28:01

You know she's one of my favorite children's book authors.

00:28:04

Oh, really?

00:28:04

Yeah. I have to give you her both.

00:28:06

I read it.

00:28:06

The Fly Who Fle to Space.

00:28:07

It's awful.

00:28:09

That's not how you're going to make a friendship.

00:28:11

No, I know. No. Okay, cut that out. Okay, cut it out. It's literally the best book. I was reading it and I was laughing. It's literally the best book. I was reading it. I was laughing. I actually have never read a book. Really loved it. No. I know think he did something with The Odyssey, but he had never read The Fly Who Fle to Space.

00:28:35

No, and there's a sequel coming up.

00:28:36

No, I'm on the waitlist. Stop. I just think she's such a prolific woman.

00:28:41

She is.

00:28:42

I'm not being sarcastic now. I love her. I really want to become friends with her.

00:28:45

She's done really great things for culture and the bridge between the business world and the celebrity world. I think that's actually really a skill set that she has that she should be teaching others.

00:28:57

I love that Bethany was on her boat. Slay, Bethany. Slay, Yeah, I think they're friends. I believe in. They're definitely the same elk.

00:29:04

Yeah.

00:29:06

Hustlers.

00:29:07

Yeah, hustlers. Much like us. Yeah.

00:29:11

Makes you think.

00:29:12

Licks and Tom. Tom and Licks.

00:29:14

Literally the best moment of my life. That's a where were you type of thing.

00:29:18

It was a shock. Where were you? Some things you just can't predict. You couldn't write it any better. I know. But I can't explain why for me. It didn't do everything that it did for you.

00:29:30

It was one of the best moments of my year.

00:29:32

And it just started. The year is off to a great start.

00:29:34

Yeah, I loved it.

00:29:35

Yeah. Well, let's see what happens next.

00:29:37

I just want to thank Kelly Teller. I just feel like in some way she was responsible. She is always at the intersection of giving the fans what they want and major celebrities. It's so crazy. She's married to literally the most famous man in the world, and she's in the best rooms ever. And at the end of the day, she's just a girl.

00:29:53

No, and the girls on the trip looks like they were having so much fun. She's coming back to the boat like, Oh, my God, should I with Tom?

00:29:59

Yeah, and they're all sitting down. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, and I just know in some way that she was responsible, and we owe her a huge debt of gratitude.

00:30:06

Yeah. Are you ready for our next story?

00:30:08

If we have to stop talking about Alex- We can always go back. I just feel like she'll come up.

00:30:12

She will. Our next story, though, is some more beautiful relationship news. Timothée Chalamet declares his love for Kylie Jenner in a sweet Critics Choice Awards 2026 speech. So the Critics Choice Awards were last night, if that's the thing that you're into. Timothée Chalamet won an award for his performance in Marty Supreme.

00:30:32

Which we need to see. I just want to say I am so behind. I have not seen anything since November. I didn't even see Wicked 2. I haven't caught up with anything. There's a couple of things we absolutely have to see for the job. We need to see Marty Supreme. Agreed. I do think I'm going to go on that journey again that I did last year of watching all the Oscar movies so I can give real takes.

00:30:48

What are the other ones? Nothing popular. Just we'll hear about them when they're nominated.

00:30:53

Wicked 2. I need to see it.

00:30:55

That's not it.

00:30:56

And by the way, Traitor starts this week. We're going to be so busy.

00:30:59

My new favorite I'm watching all the shows this week.

00:31:02

Yeah, I'm watching all the shows. I'm seeing all the things. I need to see Marty Supreme.

00:31:06

I'm so close to being caught up on Real House Eyes of Salt Lake City, so you can expect recap for me.

00:31:11

I haven't watched anything except for David Attenborough, Our Planet. I'm obsessed. It lows me to sleep. I've been such a bad influencer.

00:31:17

I've only watched Real House Eyes of Salt Lake City. At least you're doing something. I've been on episode three of last season Reunion for 10 days.

00:31:25

My life starts today. I'm back.

00:31:27

Yeah. When does The Bachelor premiere? Usually, it's the first week of January, but I haven't... It's not.

00:31:32

It was when we were 16. I don't know if they're still on that schedule.

00:31:35

They should be. That's a miss for you guys because I was ready to take you on.

00:31:40

Timothée and Kylie, I feel like they've done a couple of award shows together, not always walking the carpet, but they've sat together. He's never won. I feel like when somebody wins, we study who he kiss his first. What does he do? Does he go to his mom? This was the first, hopefully, of many, because I do think Marty Supreme... Last year, that Bob Dylan movie, I'm sorry, Timothée was never winning. Him being nominated was seriously charity work. The worst movie ever. This year, he actually has a shot at a bunch of awards. I do think this is not going to be the first, the last time we see like, kiss, whatever. It was genuinely too much. He literally went straight to Kylie.

00:32:14

He loves her. He thanked her in his speech. He said, Lastly, I would like to say thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And then she mouthed I love you.

00:32:30

No, stop. Okay, so I'm literally getting first of all. Second of all, I need to discuss the use of the word partner. It feels like... Because at a certain level, I feel- It feels like a domestic partnership because they're not going to get married. They're not, right. It reminded me up until recently of Taylor Swift. Joe Almond was her partner. They were basically married. And I feel like the use of the word partner is extremely intentional, and we need to look really deep into it.

00:32:55

Because it's not girlfriend.

00:32:56

No, and at some point it's like- I'm sorry, but if you get up there and think you're girlfriend- What are you, 12? Agreed. Yeah. Fiance sounds nice. Partner sounds great. I feel like there are words you can use that make it- Fiancé would sound nice. Yeah, but there are words you can use to make it, the relationship, sound more.

00:33:11

Serious.

00:33:12

Him using the word partner is crazy.

00:33:16

I agree. I can accept if they never get married. Same. But he should at least propose to her so that she can have her ring. A piece of jewelry. All that. So I'm really on baby watch because I think that's what's next them. I think they're going to be in each other's lives forever.

00:33:32

No, I think Timothée would make an amazing father.

00:33:34

Yeah, and she's an amazing mom. Of course. I'm sure he's already a great... I don't know what you would call him.

00:33:42

Like, step. He She's not the stepfather. He's the father who stepped up.

00:33:46

The steppartner, you know? Yeah.

00:33:49

I wonder what Stormy thinks about Timothée.

00:33:51

She seems really a lovely girl. So I'm sure she's really jazzed.

00:33:56

Kylie looked Georgina.

00:33:58

She did.

00:33:58

They also went to the Palm Beach Music Festival of the Arts or whatever for this movie. Club Chalame was in attendance. Did you see? I did.

00:34:06

The Palm Springs Film Festival.

00:34:08

Whatever. Yeah. Generous for them to go. I just feel like they wanted to spend the weekend in Palm Springs.

00:34:13

Yeah, that's an easy one. We'll stay at my place. We'll check it off the list.

00:34:17

Club Chalame was in attendance, and Club Chalame was in attendance. And Club Chalame did let everybody know on Twitter that she said, Hi to Tim. Timothée, wish him a happy birthday. And then somebody was like, Did you see Kylie? And she was like, It was civil. But at this point, if you I love Timothée, you have to accept Kylie because that's his partner, and that's his foundation that got him to win these awards that you love him for.

00:34:36

Right.

00:34:38

Eat back. Eat shit, bitch. The year of truth.

00:34:43

This is just really, really beautiful. I'm so happy for my girl.

00:34:46

I need to see him.

00:34:47

She's handling this spotlight. This is a new spotlight for her, being- In the arts. In the arts, the partner of a beloved actor, very serious. She is just floating through the space with style and grace. You know she's-while still being Kylie.

00:35:02

Sexy, Vixen.

00:35:03

The faces are the same. She just can do it all.

00:35:07

I don't know if you saw Jimmy and his assistant from Hacks, they dressed up as Kylie and Timothée, which when I saw it, I rolled my eyes. I'm like, Okay, huh? Then they did an interview It was so funny. I was laughing so hard. I wanted to hate it, but it was funny.

00:35:19

What was so funny about it?

00:35:20

That they lent them the exact avids, and Meg Salter was like, Fits like a glove. It was funny. Yeah, I know.

00:35:26

That is funny. I like I liked it because it felt like already, Timothée and Kylie and their red carpet style, it's like Brittany and Justin. It was duplicated and triplicated.

00:35:39

That's an amazing comparison.

00:35:40

Thank you. To be able to recognize it weeks later.

00:35:43

To reference or not reference.

00:35:45

To reference or not reference, put in a blender, mix it up.

00:35:48

Give birth to it. Breastfeed it.

00:35:51

Hate breastfeeding. Go unsep out.

00:35:54

Right. B formula. I just want to say this was so magical. I feel like the theme of the stories was everything. Every time I saw one of these stories, and that's why we really should be doing podcasts every three weeks, because the stories, every single one of them, I had such heightened... When I saw Kylie and Timothée and I heard this speech, like, gitty. Straight up gitty. Loved. I love love.

00:36:16

I love love.

00:36:17

I just need to see him on Kardashian. It's like, that's how you know.

00:36:20

But she's not even on Kardashian.

00:36:21

It's so true. She gave us nothing this season. Like, literally, she could not have given us less if she tried.

00:36:28

He would sooner be on of Kylie.

00:36:30

Like, she- The best show.

00:36:32

Is committed to giving the Kardashians nothing. Yeah. That's unfortunate. Yeah. Maybe on her YouTube. You know?

00:36:41

No.

00:36:42

Why? Like a vlog of him cooking with cookies with Stormy.

00:36:46

Okay. Nicola and Brooklyn like cooking.

00:36:50

Well, she does- Kylie does love to cook trim tacos always.

00:36:53

Yeah. Really me life. Like, that's insane. I know that.

00:36:58

That would be like someone knowing that you love chicken rocks.

00:37:01

Okay, so it's not weird because everybody knows I love chicken rocks. Yeah.

00:37:04

Thanks, guys. Are you ready for our next story?

00:37:06

No, I went to... Now we're the family who does stuff.

00:37:10

That's what it means to have kids.

00:37:11

Yeah, we're always doing stuff. And so we're looking at local. We went to Butterfly World. It was amazing. And this girl came up to me. She was like, Are you the girl who lost six pounds? It was funny. Yeah, I was like, Wait, it is me. Yeah, it was really funny.

00:37:24

Now, are you ready for our next story? Thank you for sharing that anecdote.

00:37:27

I guess, yeah. I just feel like at some point I'm going to have to do the next ad, and I just don't want to stop swirling with my swirl.

00:37:32

I understand. If we were gitty about the stories before we're about to nose dive a bit because Chase Stokes and Kelsey Balerini are back together after a messy year for the heart.

00:37:44

Oh, yeah, the heart was messy. Yeah.

00:37:46

So he posted on Instagram. After a lot of Instagrams that I personally didn't keep up with.

00:37:51

No, we were talking about it on your maternity leave. He was making these lame ass, desperate please on Instagram. Dumont was saying that he had been unfaithful. Kelt, he found out and was like, Absolutely not.

00:38:02

And also, I think the song that she put out.

00:38:05

Which one? The park song. People Please Her. Oh, yeah. I sit in park.

00:38:10

I sit in park. It's also germane to this conversation. Okay. And so you need to study the lyrics at azelerics. Com to understand how Kelsey feels in general.

00:38:17

Kelsey's in a serious era of her life. She's making big decisions. She's thinking about the future. And he's out over here filming in Charleston, like fucking other girls. I don't think so.

00:38:27

And then being messy.

00:38:29

On Instagram.

00:38:30

Instagram.

00:38:30

Sorry, guys. I tried.

00:38:32

Wishy-washy, back and forth.

00:38:33

Like, heading to the fans, making Kelsey the villain. When I saw that, I was so done with him.

00:38:37

Whilst also, I think a sprinkle of what the children called love bombing and euphemisms for his bad behavior, such as a messy year for the heart. It means like, I was a bad boy. I did my girl dirty.

00:38:49

So after all that, they posted, I think on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, a bunch of pictures together saying they were together. Kelsey had to give it some caveat, being like, Sorry, I've changed my mind. And can you read what she wrote? It was like...

00:39:03

Oh, well, I have what he wrote, which is, Something I've learned this year. Don't take advantage of the most beautiful thing that in 33 years of life are fleeting. Take accountability. Learn from mistakes. Lean into love and say it often. 2026, my year of growth, my year of truth. Oh, okay. We're aligned. Okay.

00:39:20

I changed my mind. I'm team Chase.

00:39:22

Starting here, starting now. Happy New Year's. She wrote, Messy year for the heart. Oh, that was her quote. Messy year for the outside Coming in. Messy year for the way it became an out of our hands portrayal of it.

00:39:34

Well, that's his fault.

00:39:35

Yeah. And the public and famous.

00:39:37

Of course.

00:39:38

But what I'll say, and all I really care to share indefinitely with my personal life anymore, is that I really love love. I believe in it. I believe in him, and I believe in breaking patterns. Now go kiss your person and stop speculating. Okay, so she said he cheated. He cheats. He's a big fat cheater. And I am going to give him another chance because I believe in more chances and that can change. And I believe in the love that we share because I love him.

00:40:02

And I think what she's saying is at the end of the day, if I get screwed over, I was just being positive. When I saw this, I rolled my eyes, and then I read her thing, and it did ward me off a little bit. I'm like, You know what? That's sweet. How do you expect to find love if you're not open to whatever? I fear that this is just a canon event that every woman has to learn on their own terms. We can't interfere. These are the type of things that shape a woman. The only thing with Kelsey, and I'll say that sucks for her, is she's opened up so much about her personal life in the last couple of years, and it's all very empowering. It's all like, except nothing but the best. And then sometimes you have to accept a little less. And she put herself in a bad position because it's like she's always writing, and everybody uses her music as inspiration. It's like, you know what? Yes, you can walk away from this marriage if it doesn't serve you. And it's like, you want people to show up for you. And it's like, well, she girl boss a little too close to the sun because sometimes we all just...

00:40:57

We put up with what we put up with. It's just a part of life. People are not perfect. And so her being the face of accepting nothing less than the best through her music, she just set herself up for failure because we've all been here. It's fine. It's fine.

00:41:11

No, and it is a really high bar to set in general. But then you're with the big fat cheater. And it's like, well, they're certainly better than that, even if it's not the best. So I believe that people can change. I'm big into chances. From what I've read in the blinds and such...

00:41:28

Dumont says it's like a pattern. Yeah. It wasn't like a one-time, I tripped into her vagina type of thing.

00:41:33

Or a two-time.

00:41:35

Right.

00:41:35

Or a three-time.

00:41:36

But what does Dumont know? It's always important to ask yourself. Dumont either knows everything or nothing.

00:41:41

Dumont is going hard in the pain with this.

00:41:44

With this one, yeah.

00:41:45

I think he cheats a lot. I think he's a big cheater.

00:41:48

Okay.

00:41:49

Chase the cheater. I don't think that you should... I think that sometimes you have to compromise in a relationship. I don't think that's something that you should accept, especially in... Actually, period. There's no But this is supposed to be the best of times.

00:42:02

Right.

00:42:02

I just don't know how someone can change that drastically. But then bringing her song into it, she does want a future kid. A future, right. I don't know that this is the way there.

00:42:15

But she's trying.

00:42:18

Yeah, these two just took such a nose dive. To me, they were the happiest, most perfect couple.

00:42:24

Not only that, as a couple, they took a nose dive, but also when it comes to personal image and likability, these are two people who have never really had anything but glowing reviews for them as people. And now once they posted this, everyone's rolling their eyes. And it's the first time I think either them are encountering fatigue with fans because up until this point, it was like everything like, yes, yes, yes, give us more. And that's a girl. And I think that's going to be hard for their relationship because they're used to being beloved.

00:42:50

And it's easy when everyone loves you.

00:42:53

Every time you pose a picture, it's like, you want to keep being in love because everyone loves it. But now we're all like, well, should And then I feel like it starts to sour because these aren't two people who are totally offline. They know. Yeah. Sometimes like- Everyone's rooting for you. It makes you root for you, too. Of course. But sometimes the public perception of your relationship cannot penetrate your relationship because you are so removed from the internet.

00:43:15

Highly intimately.

00:43:15

Right.

00:43:16

Not to compare.

00:43:17

No, no. But Jason, he took to Instagram stories to like, Plead for Her Love. Like, these are two people who are not offline. They know, and I do think it actually can penetrate. So my advice, that would be just to like, unplug.

00:43:29

Yeah. Yeah. Or just see it through. Maybe this is just dying a very slow death.

00:43:34

Right. Some things do.

00:43:37

Slow and painful. I don't know. I'll also say I haven't kept up with their relationship as much as I just keep up with her music. Right. And oboe.

00:43:47

There hasn't been a lot to keep up with in their relationship. It's just been good.

00:43:50

Yeah, it's just been good.

00:43:51

In the beginning- In the beginning- He knows all the words. Right. Everyone was following in the beginning. He was coming to shows, knowing the words, cheering on. And then they just sailed off into happy bliss. So no one really kept up with them.

00:44:00

And then they sailed back.

00:44:01

Right. And then it got really weird. Yeah. Smash burger in Croatia.

00:44:05

But I'm going to also blame that on his personality a little bit.

00:44:08

One thousand %. If there's something wrong here, it's him. I'm just saying. I'm calling it now. I'm calling it now.

00:44:13

00:49:57

Thank you very much. Our next story. Wedding Bells for Jack Brian. He married- Spooky wedding Bells. He married Samantha Leonard in Spain after a whirlwind romance. So the country singer posted a photo on Instagram of him in a tux carrying his beautiful bride.

00:50:14

It was leaked It was on line first. It was like a video of him running through the streets of Spain carrying a girl in a wedding dress, and he was wearing a tux, and they got into a convertible that said just married.

00:50:21

And then we saw this photo. So it's giving more like actual wedding.

00:50:24

Yeah, I saw a photo of the inside. It was definitely planned. It was like, looked like a Mindy Weis affair.

00:50:28

At first, I was just like, oh, they got No, them being married is not crazy.

00:50:32

Him having this whirlwind romance with a girl that looks like Breonna chicken-fried. None of this is surprising to me. The thing that is surprising and that actually takes a lot to shock me, I'm a woman who's seen a lot.

00:50:43

Was the caption? Of course. It's tougher than the rest. So he posted a photo of him carrying his blushing bride, and the caption was tougher than the rest, which on its face might not...

00:50:56

No, even on its face, it's insane. He's basically saying- Knowing his is what makes it so crazy. No, because even if we didn't know he had a history of abusing women, making your first photo with your wife about your exes, that's just a toxic thing to do.

00:51:11

But say you didn't know about the exes. I guess- No, everyone has exes.

00:51:14

The rest is- Touffer than the rest. Touher than the rest. Not like, Can't wait for our beautiful life together. Referencing your exes, even beyond what we know about him, is such a toxic thing to do. I would be like, Oh, girl, run. When the rest of your exes have left you because you have been so abusive towards them, it makes the caption even It is literally, first of all, it's an admission, right?

00:51:34

Yeah. I can't even. It's a game, no, no. What he possibly meant, thought he was saying, because for me, I'm just hung up on the abuse.

00:51:48

And I know the day... It's not going to work out. We're going to hear from her.

00:51:53

You think so?

00:51:54

I don't know. I just want to say one thing, and I'm really not trying to be a woman who doesn't support other women. But like, Brianna Chicken Fright, she turned down $12 million to save other women, right? We know. And if you chose not to believe her, whatever, how does a girl like this end up in this situation? I know he's famous and rich, and it's very alluring. And at some point, you are powerless. But It was the biggest story in the world. Maybe she's stronger than the rest.

00:52:21

Stop. No, it's a really hard line. It's hard to know what to say.

00:52:25

Because I do feel like we will hear from her and it's terrible. I I don't even know what she's going through. And it's like, I just know it's horrible. I know he's the scariest person on the planet. Maybe we won't hear from her because maybe she will take the money, a million other things. But it's like, did Brianna's chicken fried die on the cross for nothing? For him to literally get married to a twin less than A year later? I don't know. I don't know what the right thing is, but it's like, Girl, I'm praying for you. I'm seriously praying for you. I'm like, I do believe in change. I do believe people can change 100 %. And I don't believe that he can. I'm just like, When I talk about people, I'm not talking about Zack Bryant.

00:52:56

Yeah. You have to want to change first, and I don't think that- You have to know you're wrong. I don't think that anything that happened in the last year had him sit down and think hard. He's just going hard.

00:53:07

He is who he is, yeah. The caption is so crazy. The story of them getting married, I literally don't care.

00:53:12

Then Brianna took to TikTok. She posted a Taylor Swift song as a reaction for Taylor Swift's mastermind. And then she was voicing the lyrics like, Checkmate, I couldn't lose.

00:53:23

I don't feel like that applies here. Maybe she was just making a TikTok. That audio is common.

00:53:28

Oh, so you're just saying She didn't respond.

00:53:31

She makes a lot of TikToks to Taylor Swift lyrics, and sometimes you could be like, Well, if she made one to Dear John, for sure. This song, read the lyrics again, Mastermind? I don't consider...

00:53:41

Pull up with a TikTok. Maybe seeing it. Sometimes when people describe a TikTok in an article, everything is lost.

00:53:47

Tiktoks cannot be orated.

00:53:48

I just want to say, I don't think that Travis was really saying him and Taylor don't fight. Speaking of things lost in translation.

00:53:54

Yeah, I agree, by the way. Okay, cool. Okay, Brianna.

00:53:57

Let's go to the primary source. How 2026 is the year of primary sources? Fine. I know. Well, when it's just a TikTok, that's fine.

00:54:07

That's not it.

00:54:08

It looks like this. Here.

00:54:12

She just says, Checkmate, I couldn't lose. That has nothing to do with him. I'm just saying. She should have posted, You knew, girl, is my clone. And then I would have.

00:54:23

That would have been really on the nose. But maybe she's saying- I just think the first TikTok, and she has to post TikTok.

00:54:28

She is a TikTokeer. I think the first thing she posted after he got married was going to be like, It's about Zack. And I actually don't think it is.

00:54:33

I feel like she's saying, I didn't lose. Because sometimes when your man moves on and married, it's like, well.

00:54:41

No, I really don't.

00:54:44

I don't really want to think about it anymore.

00:54:48

I really... This man has been foiced in on me, I just want to say. I've never been a Zack Bryant fan. I'm genuinely proud to say that. And his music... We talked about it before we knew he was a crazy abuser. His music missed us, and it was like, well, we should. We love country music. I got him confused for a while with Zack Brown. And like, justice for Zack Brown. You just know people get him confused with Zack Brian.

00:55:07

Zack Brown's ex also has things to say. Yeah, that's true. They're similar.

00:55:10

He's with Kendra Scott. Isn't that crazy?

00:55:12

Yeah. One of my faves.

00:55:14

I know. I forgot what I was saying, but it's like...

00:55:19

You want to move on from this story is what you said.

00:55:21

Did I? I feel like you said that and you want to move on. Sure, sure.

00:55:24

No, no. I feel like you said it. Did she say it? She didn't say it.

00:55:28

No, thank you.

00:55:28

I didn't say it. She didn't say Okay.

00:55:30

You did.

00:55:31

No, I know why I did. I thought you said it, too. I just feel like- That was just predict.

00:55:34

If Rihanna was going to respond in the form of a Taylor's Trip lip sync, there's so many other things she could do.

00:55:41

Okay. So that's your saying. She's not responding.

00:55:44

No. She might. She will. She's not shy about talking about it. And people are like, When is she going to stop? It's like, Girl, if that were you, if that were me, you would never fucking hear. I would be shouting it from the goddamn rooftops. And I feel like a lot of people talk about abuse they endured, and they don't say the person's name. And I just name them. I love when people name them. Because when I Google that person, it should come up for other girls, too. So leave her alone, honestly.

00:56:11

Sounds good. Yeah. Are you ready for our fifth and final story? A little confirmed new couple news. Sorry to turdy, but Joe Jonas is dating model Tatiana Gabriella more than a year after settling his divorce from Sophie Turner.

00:56:23

Have I updated everyone that I'm so back on my Joe Jonas crush?

00:56:26

You have. I don't know if it was on this show or on the Patreon.

00:56:30

Jonas was my celebrity crush my whole life. And then John Mayer took over, and then I got so over John Mayer, and Joe Manginilla was a brief fling. I've been looking for a celebrity crush, and I'm so back with Joe Jonas.

00:56:40

And now he has a girlfriend. How do you feel about that?

00:56:44

Well, I I still have a husband, so it's only fair that he could have a girlfriend.

00:56:48

For sure. But it might influence your thoughts on his coupling.

00:56:51

I don't know anything about her. I feel like he's in this stage. She's been spotted with a couple of people, this is going to be so mean, but nameless faceless models. Like bottles, models. They mean nothing to me. I don't know why everyone's acting like this one's different. I just feel like he's- Because he commented on her Instagram.

00:57:05

So he's claiming her. Yeah.

00:57:08

No, and that's good. I don't think that this is the one.

00:57:11

You don't think she's the next Jay system?

00:57:12

I'm not threatened. Okay.

00:57:15

But I'm happy for him that he's happy. His brothers have love and Sophie, and Pellegrino. He deserves that, too.

00:57:22

No, Sophie and Chris Martin.

00:57:24

No, but she's back with Pellegrino.

00:57:26

And then Dakota and role model. And role model.

00:57:30

I Sure.

00:57:31

Yeah, she's going to be Sally. I feel like she wouldn't do a good job. She wouldn't be a good Sally.

00:57:37

I feel like she would. I feel like she has more charm and charisma and riz than people think.

00:57:42

Yeah, I think she has a lot of charm and charisma, but personality-wise, not like dancing.

00:57:48

No, I think she's always surprising people. That's true.

00:57:51

I feel like she's constantly being underestimated.

00:57:53

1,000 %. However, when it comes to Dakota and roll, this is a blind spot that I'm happy to keep in the rear view.

00:58:02

I want to give you three chances to guess a role model's real name.

00:58:07

Tucker.

00:58:08

You knew it.

00:58:09

What? You're lying. No, you knew that was the name. It's not it. Yeah. No. It's not. It's not it. Yeah. No. I'm not. It's not.

00:58:14

It's Tucker. It is? You're lying. You obviously knew that. Why would you say Tucker?

00:58:17

I just want to say I did not know. You did. I want to say that was completely a guess. However, it's possible that I once read that. That is somewhere in my mind.

00:58:26

Obviously. Why would you say Tucker? I don't even think you know that name.

00:58:30

I just, I even know I guessed it. She's fucking with it. I'm not.

00:58:35

You're lying.

00:58:35

I don't know his last name.

00:58:36

Okay, we're fucking with you. His name is not Tucker.

00:58:38

Now you know I'm a truth teller.

00:58:40

It is Tucker.

00:58:42

I'm googling it.

00:58:44

It is. It is. It is. It's Tucker role. Model. I don't know his last name.

00:58:48

It's Tucker. Roll Model Singer. Tucker Pillsbury. I just want to say, if I- Are you messing with me now? If I ever saw his name, I would have remembered Pillsbury, too. And I just want to say- It makes me feel like I didn't know it was Tucker.

00:59:03

I do think that a lot of times, celebrities change their names unnecessarily for a stage name. And Tucker Pillsbury was never becoming famous. And I think him coming up with his own stage name, which for a while, I didn't understand why he had a separate name. I totally get it now.

00:59:18

It's more than that. It's Tucker Harrington Pillsbury.

00:59:22

He's like, royal, but fat.

00:59:24

He's giving like, billionaire. Totally. From the Pillsbury fortune.

00:59:30

He's from Maine.

00:59:32

Maine is very... It's both. Quiet wealth.

00:59:37

Yeah.

00:59:38

His father is a real estate appraiser. His mother is a special Ed teacher. That's so cute. As a child, he was heavily inspired by Elvis Presley.

00:59:48

And why is his name role model?

00:59:54

Okay, first he went by Tucker. Then he changed his to Role Model and switched from rapping to singing.

01:00:02

Oh, yikes.

01:00:03

They didn't say. Oh, he allegedly took his name from Paul Rudd's character in the 2008 film, Role Models.

01:00:12

Oh.

01:00:13

In an interview. You must have missed that one. Exactly. Jack saying he confirmed this was a joke. Hmm. I'm sorry.

01:00:20

Okay, it turns out like he's not that interesting.

01:00:22

Yeah. Oh, he used to date Emma Chamberlain?

01:00:24

Oh, yeah. And then Emma Chamberlain recently, that's the only time I had ever heard of him, and he was a really small artist. She was definitely like, You should quit music. It was not happening. And then the Sally thing really made him. The song went really viral on TikTok, and then the whole concert, who's my Sally tonight? Really made. And then that audio of him saying, who's my Sally tonight? Has become really viral. And Emma did it the other day, the internet broke. It was cute. So I think that they're on good terms. That is cute. They did it for a while.

01:00:49

And Emma was with Breonna for New Year's. Was she? Yeah. She was in Brewer's carousel.

01:00:56

Brewer has a couple of random famous friends. She's best friends with Joey King.

01:01:00

Okay.

And I guess Emma Chames. I don't like that. I just said that. Emma Chames. I felt really choogey. Can you guys cut that out? What else do you want to talk about? I'm so sad. I don't want to wrap this up yet.

01:01:14

I know, but we have a great week of shows for everyone. We're going to be together doing our thing.

01:01:19

And did you feel like in the beginning, it's always like we get our feet wet a little bit. I feel like we were a little shy in the beginning of the episode.

01:01:25

Oh, I don't think so. I think we came out guns blazing.

01:01:27

I think this is one of our best episodes of the year.

01:01:30

Oh, it's our best episode of the year.

01:01:32

And what are you thinking for the title? What's our tagline of the year? I guess it's like, Truth.

01:01:37

The Year of Truth. We can either go that route.

01:01:41

We say this every year, by the way. We're going to care less. We're always like, we give no thoughts.

01:01:45

Well, I feel like when we think now that the year is over, we can talk about it at a glance, our fave. And I wouldn't say that 2025 was necessarily the year of truth.

01:01:56

But I wouldn't say it was a year of lies.

01:01:57

No, no. But for me, the theme of 2025 was growth. Wow. Okay. I'm not just speaking for myself, for you as well. Oh, I came in personally. You were pregnant. You had a baby. For me, lots of growth. Like the toast expanded. We had two maternity leaves. We were growing. Yeah.

01:02:13

And we said this on the patron. We We do apologize for the double maternity leave. We did not plan it. And we actually are going to try to plan it next time so that we can ideally sync up and have one shared maternity leave because it's not reasonable. This was a crazy year.

01:02:25

Yeah, but I don't know how that really would work either.

01:02:29

Well, let's start spending more time together and our cycles will be synced, and then we just have to leave it up to the Lord.

01:02:35

Yeah. So I do think that 2026 is poised to be the year of truth, which would be- I also think it's poised to be the year of the Toast.

01:02:43

I'm just putting it out there.

01:02:44

Yeah. Always.

01:02:46

Always.

01:02:47

So we could go with that. Title-wise, Truth Social. That was a cackle fest.

01:02:51

The whole episode was a cackle fest.

01:02:54

Also, Cut That Out would be a really fun- Yeah. Like, Oh to- Cut It. What do they want to cut out?

01:02:58

Right. Right. Heavily edited episode, Click Here. Yeah. That's our title.

01:03:04

So, yeah, we'll noodle on it.

01:03:05

Yeah. Okay. Ready?

01:03:09

Yeah. And now our favorite part, we get to have lunch together.
