Good morning, millennials.

00:00:04

Welcome back to The Chose, and happy Wednesday. It is Humptons. Don't forget Humptons, when you love.

00:00:08

I couldn't forget because Broody decided to join us in studio today for Humptons. I don't think it's a coincidence.

00:00:15

It's definitely not. I heard he had a boner, and it was for me.

00:00:19

Classic. Coincidence is God's way of letting us know he exists.

00:00:24

I love that.

00:00:25

I never heard that. You've never heard that?

00:00:27

It sounds familiar.

00:00:28

It's just a wink from God.

00:00:31

I thought you were going to quote one of my favorite quotes about God, which is, Blacking out is God's way of saying, forget about it.

00:00:37

Or one of my favorite quotes about God, Man plans, God last.

00:00:42

God last. Or one of my favorite things about God, What if God was one of us?

00:00:49

Just a slob like one of us.

00:00:53

Let me tell you, I've had a morning.

00:00:55

Claudia, I've had a morning as well. But you go first.

00:00:59

Well, I've I talked about this a couple of months ago, and it finally came to fruition. My episode of Jay Shetty came out today. I saw.

00:01:05

I'm not watching. Don't worry, I won't watch.

00:01:07

Okay. So many people in my life texting me. I know that his podcast is really big. I didn't realize how many people in my own life tune into it who People who don't even really understand what I do for a living, they're like, Yeah, I know Jay Shetty. I'm like, You do? It came out this morning, and it's just one of those things I didn't realize. One time when I was, it was, I think, 2017, I went on Squack the CNBC show at the Stock Exchange because Snapchat went public and they were looking for a young hot influencer to talk about it. Enter. Turdy. When I got off, my phone was blowing up with people from all walks of my life being like, Oh, my God, I just saw you. I'm like, You guys watch Squack Alley? I was so confused. This is reminding me of that. Jackie, I'm afraid of who this episode is going to reach because it's such a big podcast. I knew that, but I didn't really know it. Just seeing all these people from high school text me like, Kill me. Seriously, kill me. Because I really was so... It's probably the most vulnerable I've ever been on a podcast, but also it's the only podcast I've really ever sat down and talked about, not pop culture, not comedy, just like, turdy.

00:02:07

I watched the first hour of it this morning. I just need to know what people are seeing. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. I remember when I was recording it. I had, I think, just announced that I was pregnant, so I was really feeling insecure about my body. Meanwhile, I look amazing comparatively. I wish I looked like that now. If you know me, my friend Rachel texted me, and she was like, Oh, my God, Jay Shetty. I'm like, Please I'm watching. If you know me, and Olivia texted me, too, she's like, I'm watching J. She had me loving it. Stop it. Please stop. Disconnect her WiFi. Shannon was like, What does the video come out? I was like, Shannon, done.

00:02:39

I'll go do a power outage at Olivia's house.

00:02:42

Cut the cords at Olivia's house, please.

00:02:43

She can't watch.

00:02:44

I'm just like, I'm feeling... And I'm not embarrassed about anything that I... I mean, I'm embarrassed.

00:02:48

No, it's not about embarrassed. It's not even the right word. It's just like- Personal. It's very personal in a way that only people who don't know you are allowed to know these things.

00:02:57

Sometimes it's actually easier to tell a complete stranger your deepest, darkest secret than it is to tell your sister.

00:03:02

Yeah.

00:03:04

So check that out. It's video and audio, and we love Jay Shetty in this house, and only he could get me to talk like that.

00:03:09

So kill me. Don't worry, I won't watch. I saw it.

00:03:13

I was like, of all the people I know. In all the land, you are the least allowed to watch it. We are too close for you to know that shit, okay?

00:03:22

I agree. I saw the clips and I was like, Wow, this looks amazing. I wish I could watch it, but I can't. This episode is not available to me.

00:03:32

You are barred from watching, okay? I'm going to tell Jay Shetty to block you.

00:03:35

I hope you guys enjoy it because I can't.

00:03:40

Yeah. If there's a particular moment you think Jackie might find funny, feel free to take a video and send it to her. But that's it.

00:03:46

Yeah, that is it.

00:03:49

That's why I've had a morning, just being a national sensation in the vulnerability community.

00:03:52

What have you had this morning? Understood. Just such a busy morning. I have such a busy day today, and I'm still recovering. I was telling you, this is It's taking a while for me to recover from this sickness. I'm now hearing that what I've had was COVID because I was having dinner at Trouts last night, as one does.

00:04:07

One of my favorite restaurants.

00:04:08

Dear Satchel is here.

00:04:10

Yeah, all my sisters are together without me.

00:04:12

Yeah, we all had dinner last night. Margot is staying at my house. She's only here for a night because we're all going to be together this weekend. We were having dinner at Olivia's, and I was saying how it's taking me a long time to recover from this. I just feel so knocked down, no longer actively sick, but- Weird. Yeah, foggy, everything. I'm like, it's when people would have COVID and you just still had the symptoms. And she was like, oh, well, it's COVID that's going around. I was like, But you said Kayla had the flu, and then Kayla got Harry and Charlie. And that's how it all went. She was like, no, I think it was COVID. I'm like, oh, so I had COVID.

00:04:44

Nobody told me I had COVID. By the way, it doesn't sound like you have COVID. It sounds like you now have long COVID.

00:04:49

It's going on eight days. It's long COVID.

00:04:51

And to be honest, I'm so ready for your long COVID era. I just think that's where you're going to shine.

00:04:58

I completely I agree. I didn't know that I had long COVID, let alone COVID. When I was labeling my sickness last week, it's important to label sometimes.

00:05:08

It is. It feels good to have a name.

00:05:10

But I mislabeled it. I was saying flu, flu.

00:05:13

Meanwhile, I shouldn't say flu. It was short COVID, which has now turned into long COVID.

00:05:18

Yeah, but I'm going to fight it. I'm going to get out there. I'm going to push through. I'm going to try and work my brain past the brain fog. I feel like doing the toast, when it comes to pregnancy brain, even postpartum brain, brain fog from sickness, I actually love doing the show because it forces me to exercise my brain and move past the fogginess.

00:05:37

The toast is brain camp.

00:05:39

It is. My brain would be mush after pregnancy and everything if I didn't- You weren't required. I wasn't required to use my words.

00:05:49

Also, I think reading has helped you get your brain back.

00:05:52

Yeah. No, honestly, everything that they say helps. The toast. The toast is huge. I actively have to use my It's raining every day, and it's good. I'm fighting past long COVID. It will not get me down long COVID strong.

00:06:08

L-c-s.

00:06:09

L-c-s. Thank you.

00:06:12

Not only did I have a morning, I have an afternoon today. Why is the day? There are so many days. Wow. I've seriously been talking about this big thing that's happening to me. I've been talking about it for a couple.

00:06:24

Physical therapy, coxedinia.

00:06:27

My glucose test. Glucose test.

00:06:28

I was going to get there. That was seriously What's my next guess.

00:06:31

My glucose test is today. Not looking forward to it. I'm not going to lie. I have not even tried to... People say you can try to eat X, Y. I've done nothing. I've just been my normal self, which I think is best. I want the best, most accurate results. I'm thinking I'm not going to share my results on Instagram. You'll have to tune into The Toast tomorrow to find out. Oh, oh, oh. Yeah. And so I know I have to drink that juice. I know I have to fast for an hour before the test, which is definitely going to be really hard for me. So when the clock strikes, I need to have lunch right after the toast.

00:07:01

You know what you need, actually, and something that really helped Dana in her GD journey, which you're obviously not on yet, but if you...

00:07:10

If that's what my future holds.

00:07:11

But would have also helped you in the lead up to the test is sourdough because it's sugarless bread. When I saw Dana- That would have been nice. When I saw Dana and she had GD, and I gave her a loaf of sourdough, and we had sourdough sandwiches and whatever, and she then did her glucose monitor after zero degree- Spike. We had pargy sandwiches, and it was so good for her.

00:07:32

Maybe this is my foray into sourdough. You're on, Trey. If medicine takes me that way.

00:07:38

Yeah, we'll see. Anyways, good luck drinking it. Good luck not eating.

00:07:43

I've heard such mixed messages about the drink.

00:07:46

I mean, it's yucky in the way that drinkable medicine is a little yucky.

00:07:51

But somebody said it tastes like orange soda. I heard it's good.

00:07:53

It's really, really sweet orange soda. It's a little yucky, but then you're drinking it. It's not horrible. It's just not my favorite tasty beverage.

00:08:02

And you have to drink it all in five minutes.

00:08:04

Yeah, but it's a small... It's one of the shirt bottles.

00:08:07

Shirt. Oh. It's very shirt. I think a lot of the glucose test mania is overhyped on social Yeah, people want to have their moment. I'm being dramatic.

00:08:17

People want to have their moment, Claudia.

00:08:19

Because I think that what I'm about... I think I'm going to be disappointed when I get to the test.

00:08:25

Yeah, and then it's a blood test. Not fun. Yeah.

00:08:28

So you chug You have to wait an hour. In that hour, I actually have a scan, so I'll be busy. Because I planned really well. And then I'm going to go back, get your blood taken.

00:08:39

Yeah. Okay. Big day.

00:08:41

Huge day. It's also... We have a really fun, exciting week. So tomorrow, I'm headed to Florida for a wedding, so I'm going to see my sister, which is just a bonus. And so Friday's episode, we're going to be together. We actually have booked a sick pargy studio, so get ready for new studio vibes. You know we get new personalities every time we enter a new studio in Florida.

00:09:01

Yeah, and we just get to walk into an office, throw our handbags down.

00:09:05

And get to work.

00:09:06

And that will be a fun environment. I'm really excited. And then we're going to spend the day together.

00:09:11

Yes. Shopping, I'm going to see my kids. I cannot wait to see all my kids. I'm making all the kids come see me.

00:09:17

Yeah. We're going to have fun.

00:09:18

Yeah. I'm excited. It's a big week. Today, we have the Real Housewise of Beverly Hills recap, which I did watch this morning. I completely forgot about it. They're so forgettable.

00:09:26

It's been very forgettable. Last night's episode was a real low.

00:09:30

It was?

00:09:30

It took me over two hours to watch it.

00:09:32

I have a lot of thoughts. Nothing happened. I would never comment on someone's interpersonal family relationships, but Sutton really put it out there for us.

00:09:41

I mean, yeah, she did.

00:09:43

I have a lot of thoughts.

00:09:44

I think she hoped you would comment on it, considering- Yeah, but not in the way that she wants me to. Yeah. We will discuss Summerhouse premieres tonight. You're kidding. I'm pretty sure that's what I saw on the gram.

00:09:58

Oh, shit.

00:10:00

That's exciting. Yeah. We'll watch that. I have such a busy night. I'm like, I'm going to an event. I'm speaking a little bit. I'll tell you guys more about it tomorrow because I don't want to jinks it. Wait, what? You don't know about this? I have an event, and I'm like- That you're speaking at? Yeah. In a way, yeah. What is it?

00:10:17

Like a young woman's entrepreneurship gala?

00:10:21

What is it? It's a women's event.

00:10:22

Young professionals.

00:10:24

No, it's about someone else, and I'm just moderating something. What? I didn't tell you about this.

00:10:31

Oh, my God. Ever since you moved, you're so distant. I don't know anything about you. Also, we're supposed to podcast tonight. Are we not doing- No, we are.

00:10:40

After.

00:10:41

What time?

00:10:42

We'll have to confirm. But now also with Summerhouse, we I'm going to have to watch Summerhouse.

00:10:46

Oh, shit. Our plans just got... God forbid me, one time just want a prerecording episode so I can get on a plane tomorrow. No.

00:10:53

No. No. We will schedule. Okay. But after this, I'm also podcasting with Satchel for the Patreon, which is so exciting.

00:11:04

Yes. Patron is blowing up this month.

00:11:05

I love podcasting with my little sister because she has to talk to me, and she has to answer your questions about what's going on in her life. So make them really personal, you guys. It's not that I want to know those things because I really would rather not know. But I have to ask for the people.

00:11:20

Yeah. If you have a question for Margot that's really deep and dark, put it in our Facebook group so we can get it for you guys, not for us. We don't even care. We don't even want to know anything. Yeah. Yeah, no. Yeah.

00:11:32

That's what's new over here, turdaloo.

00:11:35

That's good. Busy things, busy things.

00:11:37

Yeah.

00:11:38

I can't believe you're speaking at an event.

00:11:40

I know. And you know how nervous I get.

00:11:42

Can you text me what it is?

00:11:45

Okay. I'll try and give you info.

00:11:48

And you'll tell everyone tomorrow what it is?

00:11:50

Yes. I just don't want to jinks it. I feel like talking about it.

00:11:55

Yeah, of course. Let's see. Okay. So it's like a local community event? Oh, wow. I don't know any of this. Oh, wow. You've been tapped as a local lifestyle influencer?

00:12:10

A wee bit, yeah.

00:12:14

Wow. Okay. Hop off. I can't wait to hear all about it tomorrow. You guys, and just know this isn't secret project. She's just nervous. It's not a big deal.

00:12:20

I'm just nervous. I feel like if I talk about it and I brag about it before it happens, then I'm going to be standing there like, Hey, guys.

00:12:29

How you all Look at me. I'm also doing something crazy. So I've spent the last two weeks looking for a dress for this wedding. I couldn't really start before that because my body's changed so much. And I have tried so hard. I have ordered, I have gone to stores. I have really tried, but it's also hard. I really don't want to spend a I don't want to spend a lot of money at this current body shape. I don't think I'll be this shape, really, ever again, even if I'm pregnant. I'll look different. So I don't want to spend a lot of money. So I've really been struggling, and my last box of dresses arrived yesterday. And it didn't work out. I'm just going to this wedding without a dress, which is so crazy. I forgot to update you on because you've been really helpful in my dress journey. I had three more dresses.

00:13:11

I figured when I saw your Instagram story last night about how you tried to dresses, and they were bad, and you didn't send me any pictures. I figured it was bad.

00:13:19

Yeah. Actually, the last dress I tried on wasn't bad, but it was far too expensive. I couldn't, in good conscience, buy something. But so here's what I did.

00:13:27

I just want to say, that part I don't agree with, that you can't have an expensive or nice dress because you're at a certain size, and you would have spent this much on the same wedding at a different size.

00:13:37

No, that's the thing. I wouldn't even add a different size, like my regular size. I would never spend this amount of money on a dress. It's too much. Okay.

00:13:45

But you shouldn't spend less because you don't like how you look versus how much you would spend if you liked how you looked because one, you're fucking pregnant.

00:13:52

No, it's more so about spending a lot of money on a dress that I can wear a couple of times is great. But I don't know when I would be able to this dress again. When would I ever be invited to a wedding ever again at this exact size?

00:14:02

Yeah, but even at a different size, if you wore a dress to a wedding, you're not going to wear it again that soon. You're not going to wear it to the next wedding. It's a wedding dress, so it's a special occasion dress. Now you're making me feel like I shouldn't have returned the dress. You're allowed to have It's an expensive special occasion dress that makes you feel good when you're pregnant. I don't know where you made this law up.

00:14:21

Oh my God, you're literally making me feel bad. Should I keep the dress?

00:14:24

You just said it wasn't bad. Did you love it? Was it great?

00:14:28

Let me send you a picture.

00:14:29

If it was My greatness? Yeah. You deserve to feel great. You're doing great things.

00:14:34

What I then ended up doing was ordering three more dresses directly to my hotel, which is so crazy. I know how crazy it is.

00:14:41

I feel like people do that all the time. Meanwhile, I should be working at a department store in sales because I can make... Like, literally, nobody can push you to spend money, push anyone to spend money on clothes like me.

00:14:52

It's true. Okay, I texted you the dress. It's cute.

00:14:55

You look amazing. And you could tell it's top quality fabric. Now, text me the price. It was top quality fabric. Text me the price.

00:15:02

Oh, I'm embarrassed. Okay. There you go.

00:15:08

I think you deserve it. You look like a queen that you are.

00:15:11

The thing is, I didn't like it that much for that price.

00:15:14

Do you know what I mean? That I understand, and that could be true at any size. But don't punish yourself with an ugly or lesser dress.

00:15:22

No, it's not uglier, actually. They're better. It's from the same brand, but they were all on sale. So whatever. The thing is, I'm going to I'm going to a wedding without a dress. I'm going to a party in a limo. I was thinking the same thing. I'm going to a party without a dress, and I'm leaving for a wedding without a dress for the wedding, which is so crazy.

00:15:39

I have those Norma Kamali, the Ruche dress with Diana. I have a long sleeve one in green, if that's of interest to you, that I wore when I was pregnant.

00:15:48

Well, that's the other thing. I also have two sisters who live locally. If worst case scenario, I'll figure something out.

00:15:54

Yeah, but that's the only pregnancy fancy dress I have, I think. Are you interested?

00:15:59

I'm going to a party without a dress. Okay.

00:16:02

Well, treat yourself is what I'll say.

00:16:05

Here's what I'll say to myteresa. Com. If you don't get me that FedEx wanted to express business day shipping that I ordered, because I ordered it last night, it still hasn't shipped. Now, the wedding's not until Sunday.

00:16:16

Okay, we're good on time.

00:16:18

We're good on time, but where is the shipping information? Just make hast. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Theresa, if you're listening, TikTok on the clock. Party don't start until I walk in. You know?

00:16:32

Yeah. Yeah. Okay, I look forward to seeing what you wear.

00:16:36

Yeah, me too. It's a journey. It's a surprise.

What can I say? Hey, it's okay, it's okay, you're welcome. What is the actual words after that? For all the...

00:21:19

For all the... Yeah, that's what I thought. It's like, yeah, it's a little Lindman Well-wrapped.

00:21:26

Hey, it's okay, it's okay. You're welcome.

00:21:30

Our first story, Kylie Kelsey is on Call Her Daddy this week, talking about, Kylie, but also talking about Taylor. She answered a bunch of questions about her and Taylor's relationship, when she met Taylor, when she found out Taylor and Travis were dating.

00:21:49

Oh, my God. Long COVID is taking Kylie, Kelsey down as well. Oh, my God. Long COVID strong.

00:21:55

I could stop, but it's still there. Should I just let her I'll move your mic out of the way and just let her rip.

00:22:04

She has to do what she has to do. And this is a show that's recorded live to tape. If you want it up early, we're not going to be able to edit out these coughs, you guys. We are just that authentic, okay?

00:22:12

So much better. Thank you.

00:22:14

Of course.

00:22:15

So Kylie, Kelsey revealed when Travis told her that he was dating Taylor or when they found out, actually, because she said that Travis didn't tell her and Jason didn't found out together, but she didn't say how they found out.

00:22:29

Okay.

00:22:29

Anyways, on the new episode of Call Her Daddy, Alex was asking how her and Jason learned that Taylor had come into the picture. She said, I'm assuming your family was getting told this in some capacity, Alex said, to which Kylie responded, We were not. I will say we knew before everyone else, but it was not like it did not hit the group chat. They said that they found out together, but we knew before they hard launched at a game together.

00:22:56

So they didn't find out with everyone, but they didn't find out from Travis.

00:22:58

How do you else find... I guess they mutual friends and stuff.

00:23:01

Yeah.

00:23:02

Or maybe the parents. Maybe Donna knew and she slipped it.

00:23:07

To be honest, I'm not really entirely interested in how these two found out. To me, that's not the most interesting part. I really, and I have no proof of this just based on vibes. I feel like I know Taylor well. I've studied her my whole life, and I'm learning so much about Kylie. She's new to the public sphere, and I just can't see these two really getting along in a way outside of being potential sister-in-law. They're both lovely and nice, But on a real personality level, I don't think these two would find each other in high school and be good friends.

00:23:34

I agree, and I don't think that that's necessary. It seems like... I also feel like in this interview, Kylie answered every question. She didn't give a ton of extra information. She wasn't glowing about Taylor, but it was reminding me of Donna Kelsey on GMA. It's fine.

00:23:51

It could come off rude, but it's more so media-trained.

00:23:55

It's media-trained in just not wanting to talk about Taylor if she doesn't want to be spoken about. She's answering questions from her perspective, but not going in on all these details. She shared that they bonded over vacationing down the shore in the same towns when they grew up.

00:24:12

Taylor went down the shore.

00:24:13

I can't see it. People in Pennsylvania Yeah, they go down the shore. Yes, I know.

00:24:18

I can't picture Scott and Andrea and Andrew and Taylor all at- It's not Jersey Shore, the show? No, I know, but I just... It's Because the Jersey Shore is a very popular beach town. There's many different towns. We know from the show, but most of it is just suburban Jersey. I know. I just can't see it.

00:24:38

Yeah, they weren't in Seeside. They were just at their local beach.

00:24:43

What is Taylor's... Austin Swift. I called him Andrew. I'm watching too much Desmondales Wives.

00:24:50

Then Alex had also asked Kylie if she tried Taylor's homemade cooking before because they said that they've been on a double date, not to a restaurant, but to a house. She was like, Yeah, but I haven't her food because I was eight weeks pregnant, and everything just made me sick.

00:25:03

Got it.

00:25:04

That's funny. Yeah. So there wasn't that much there there, but now we have a little bit more information.

00:25:10

Yeah. I also feel like with the Donna Kelsey vibe, how you said, sometimes it could seem like they hate Taylor, but mostly they're just afraid and don't want to say the wrong thing. I also think at some point it does get annoying to just constantly be asked. I always think that when I saw, Chrissy Abrams was on the cover of Cosmopolitan, and obviously a huge part of her life, and her fandom is the convergence of Taylor Swift. She opened for Taylor, so the questions are natural. But I feel like that happens a lot with Taylor, where she gets brought up in random spaces, and it's annoying. For Kylie, she's out here like a mama for her. She's a spokesperson for her community. She's an athlete. She's pregnant. She's a So it's in every interview, and of course, you have to ask about Taylor. But it also could be like, Okay, can I have a moment to myself?

00:25:53

Yeah. I think it was just a piece of the interview. I think it's what Kylie expects going into any interview, and I don't And if you don't ask any questions, that's also weird.

00:26:03

No, you have to.

00:26:04

You have to for the audience, but also it's a part of Kylie's life. It's a very big interesting part of her life now.

00:26:11

Yeah. Speaking of internet stuff, I, over the weekend, during the Super Bowl, I have thought this for quite some time, just being a chronically online big-time loser. But then I saw a lot of conversations on social media, specifically TikTok, being spoken about Alex Earle's relationship with Alex Cooper. And I had thought for a while that they fizzled. They were hot and fast for a couple of months. And then it fizzled, which is natural. Alex Earle is doing a million things. She's the face of a million brands. But they were then at the Super Bowl together.

00:26:43

Well, it's not natural to fizzle when you work together. It's not like they were- Well, you legally can't. Yeah, it's not like they were besties, and now they've gone in different directions, or someone got a boyfriend or whatever. They were seeing a lot together and doing a lot together because they're working together, and they're still- Contractually obligated. They're still technically working together. So that's what makes it unlike an other fizzle.

00:27:04

And I think it became so glaringly obvious when they were at the same event this weekend, the Super Bowl. And Cooper, I'm just going to use last names for the sake of brevity. Cooper was throwing a bunch of events for her company And Earl is a part of that company, and all the talent that's a part of the company was there posting, and Earl was not. Right.

00:27:22

And they're in the same town. It's not much of a lift. There's definitely beef. And we were talking about this with the Spencer I'm proud of it all. And the more that I think about that situation- It's the Spencer Pratt, yeah. In the same day that he's dragging Cooper.

00:27:36

Her boss.

00:27:37

Lix versus Lix. Lix.

00:27:40

It's Lix versus Lix.

00:27:41

It's Lix versus Lix. Lix is on IG Live with him dancing to his wife's song while he's dragging the boss out by her hair. There is something. And then Nola just completely confirms that. The question now is, what happened? Not did something happen?

00:27:58

Yeah. And so a lot of people are pointing to this episode of Alex Earle's podcast that she now... It's rebranded. She hosts it with her sister, which I think was a great call. I actually really like the sister. A remote sister podcast. It's a remote sister podcast. They had their dad on. They had their dad. They had their dad on them. And I didn't know that their dad manages them. I mean, he's a very successful business person. They're very independently wealthy, and he owns a huge trucking company. And if you actually have ever been in a tri-state area and you're just on the highway, you'll see one of his It's called Earle's Trucking or something. It's huge.

00:28:32

Yes, but him managing them is new. He wasn't managing since the beginning, right?

00:28:38

No, I don't think so, because it was the first time I had heard it. And I feel like that's such an interesting fact, and I love when people keep things in the family. I feel like I would have heard that. So the first time, my introduction was when she released a podcast with him two months ago. And they were just talking about his POV on them and their careers and his business background. And he had said a couple of things that are now, I think at the time, didn't really make waves, but now appear to be making a little bit more sense. Just being like, Yeah, now that he's involved, we're going to start doing things a little bit differently. He's like, There were some things I saw at the beginning of your career that I wasn't entirely comfortable with. I think a lot of people had just immediately drawn her interview on Call Her Daddy. They thought he was referencing that because they do get very sexual. They were talking about anal.

00:29:27

Why are people drawing from that?

00:29:30

Is there a- He must have made it seem more clear than I'm making it in this moment. I'm just paraphrasing. He could be talking about something completely fucking different. We're all speculating here. But that's what the internet I've assumed, but maybe we're all just looking for clues now because of the Super Bowl thing. I've been watching this being like, Oh, these two definitely don't get along anymore, and she's going to leave the network when her contract is up. I don't know when that is, but I think the Super Bowl and the lack of them being together, even spotted once, made this a much more mainstream thing now where I'm seeing it all over my social media. Whereas before I was just thinking to myself, I'm like, Oh, I'm wondering what's going on, too.

00:30:08

Yeah, but there's definitely something going on, but she's still at the network.

00:30:13

Yes, well, contracts are contracts, but she's not supporting the network. That's the thing. I think a part of when you become a talent on that network is you go to events, you do products, you make content for social media, you guest on other unwell shows. It's a full-time job. Yeah, Clambake's Trip to the Cape. She was doing that at one point because I remember she went to South by Southwest when it was just her and Madal and Argie. Those were the first two talents. But radio silence ever since.

00:30:43

Yeah. Storm's a brewing.

00:30:45

I know. To me, this is a gossip I find interesting. This is internet drama, podcast drama. I need to know.

00:30:53

It's internet and podcast drama, very much so. Tiktok and pod.

00:30:57

The convergence of our two favorite things.

00:30:59

Yeah. We'll see what happens. Right now, there's nothing to know because it's just the dearth that's there. It's just the absence of something.

00:31:10

Nobody's spoken on it.

00:31:12

Yeah. It's not the presence of anything yet.

00:31:15

I want to see something. Yeah. Her show on the podcast network still says Unwell. She is legally and probably ad sales-wise being distributed by Unwell. Yeah.

00:31:26

Well, also just a little more Kelsey Family News, is Jason and Taylor's. Nope. Jason and Travis's- Jason and Taylor.

00:31:34

Yeah. Ship.

00:31:35

Jason and Travis's new episode of New Heights came out. And I just want to give Travis a lot of credit for showing up on the podcast with this tail between his legs. He has had a rough emotional few days, and to go and talk about your big man feelings about the game is very big of him. And I feel like they could have pushed a week, and he didn't. Mad respect.

00:31:58

And I wanted to give credit to Jason, because that's also a hard job for you to do, where you're involved a little bit, but you're supposed to be steering this ship while keeping the show entertaining. And he did make me chuckle a couple of times. He did a really good job as a podcaster in that moment, but also a brother and friend. Yeah.

00:32:17

Travis and Jason released a new episode of New Heights. Travis was talking about the motionality of the game, how they just couldn't get any momentum going. He had made a couple of bad decisions that he regrets, and he's obviously just feeling in his feelings about the game. They also said that before they started New Heights, they went months without talking to each other sometimes and how the podcast has really kept them close.

00:32:44

Yes, I saw that, too, which I loved. Quickly, just back to Travis's monolog about the Super Bowl. He did this thing that I also saw Patrick Mahomes doing in the press conference immediately after the game, where it was blaming yourself, being the reason he lost was all my fault. I wasn't a good enough leader. I was making mistakes on... And It's like, okay, well, that's just not true. You all were mad. We sound as a team collectively.

00:33:05

No, I know, but that's part of being a team. You want to protect- It's part of being a leader. Yeah, you want to protect your teammates. You just beat yourself up for the things that you could have done that you didn't do. I think it's going to be a little bit of time before he's moved on.

00:33:22

Do you feel like he is going to retire?

00:33:26

It's not so obvious.

00:33:27

I feel like with Jason, it was like, he didn't say it, but we just knew based on a multitude of things. I feel like it could be a little early for Travis, but if he did, it would be good, too.

00:33:36

I don't think he's going to retire, but I do think now this is the march to retirement. But I don't think you start dating Taylor two years in, and now you're unemployed, and you used to be busy every day, and now you're sitting on the couch recording your podcast.

00:33:50

It's giving Joe Alwyn. It's giving Joe Alwyn get a job.

00:33:52

I think for his relationship, he wants to still be that guy. I don't think he wants to go out this way. I think he wants to prove them all wrong at least one more time, and I think he's going to keep going. He's just going to work harder, and then he'll retire in two years or whatever. I don't think it's this time, but definitely for the first time in a serious way, it's in the air.

00:34:15

It's also hard because Travis is 35, and Patty Mahomes is 29. So that six-year age difference is where your career is. Those are the best years. So I can see him almost staying to keep up with Patty and be this dynamic duo that they are, Patrick and Travis, Travis and Patrick. But Patrick was born in 1995. That's really crazy. I am older than Patrick Holmes.

00:34:40

I thought you were about to say Travis. I was like, Oh, my God. No, that makes sense. That tracks for Patrick.

00:34:45

No, Jackie. Travis was born in 1989.

00:34:48

Of course he was. I also feel like even though Travis isn't as good as he once was, he's probably still better than a lot of tight ends.

00:34:58

Most players.

00:34:59

Until he's That's the worst tight end on the field, don't give up.

00:35:03

No, never give up.

00:35:05

Not until you're the absolute worst. Worst.

00:35:08

That's a really good place to be.

00:35:10

I don't think he will retire right now. I know them speaking with a lot of confidence about this. But why can't I? All the other analysts do it. What do they know?

00:35:19

No, seriously. Just call me Stephen A. Smith.

00:35:22

Call me Colin Cauhert, my mortal fucking enemy. It's crazy. Why? My husband can't go one day without listening to Colin Cowherd. It must be how toaster husbands feel about us. Yeah, of course. When they hear our voices coming down the pipe with these people with these bad takes and annoying voices. That's how I feel about Colin Cauhert. Worst fucking takes.

00:35:43

Oh, that's so funny. Then you meet a poster in the wild with her husband who hates you. He's taking the picture to be a good husband, and you could tell he knows who you are. He's like, Yeah, we listen in the car. And you know he just wants to actually shoot you just to end the misery. We've all been there, so I get it. Yeah, we are some people's Colin I know the feeling, I just want to say, and it's tough. Who's my Colin Cauhert, Claudia Jackie Osher? Let me think. Who does Ben listen to for takes that literally gives the worst takes ever? Ben doesn't really consume content.

00:36:13

But what about creators that is always piping through his phone.

00:36:18

But he just goes through phases of interests. He'll be really into Eastern medicine for a while, and he'll find a bunch of meditative, Jay Shetty, spiritual leaders. And then he'll get really into punk music. He just goes... He doesn't have a consistent faith. He doesn't have a North Star. No. Okay.

00:36:39

I guess I'm better. I'm trying to think.

00:36:40

Who does he even follow on social media? When he scrolls through... Oh, I'm sorry. I know who my husband's Colin Capphert is. It's these four guys.

00:36:50

It's Alex Cornisheli. Correct.

00:36:56

They don't even give takes. I just am forced to watch. So Ben is obsessed with this group of guys on TikTok. It's four guys, and they go and play mini golf, and they make really high quality videos of the game. It's like a five-minute video rundown of all the holes being like, Sam is going for a part two. They get really high-quality video shots. It's infucking sufferable to watch and listen to. He thinks it's so cool. I know he would die, die to go play a game with them and get in one of their videos because Ben loves mini golf. I find it ringing in my ear.

00:37:33

That's so funny. He also loves golf. Does he follow any golf commentators?

00:37:39

No. No.

00:37:41

Just himself. Does he watch golf?

00:37:44

Yes. Golf doesn't have like, raging commentary. It's like a silent sport.

00:37:48

Yeah, but these people will comment on anything when it comes to sports. It's so crazy. Are you ready for our next story?

00:38:00

Is this only number two? Because that was four stories in one. Yes. Cool.

00:38:03

Mandy Moore is slamming Amazon for allegedly delivering a package to her in-law's home that was destroyed in the LA wildfires. So Mandy Moore posted a photo to her story of a totally burnt-down home, and in front of it is an Amazon package. And she wrote, Do better Amazon. Can we not have better discretion than to leave a package at a residence that no longer exists? This is my mother and father-in-law's home. Smh shaking my head.

00:38:28

People don't use SMH. Okay. Mandy Moore That throwing around an SMH is what makes this story, fast five, worthy.

00:38:35

Too bad it wasn't an SMDH shaking my damn.

00:38:39

Fh shaking my fucking head.

00:38:41

We don't use SMH enough.

00:38:44

We don't SRHs enough either.

00:38:47

Shaking my head.

00:38:50

I saw this, and honestly, I rolled my eyes. While, yes, it is really crazy that the package is outside of a door that no longer exists. I ordered something. Right. No. I have to think about the driver. The driver still has a job to do. I imagine if you lose packages as a driver, you are docked in some way. What is the driver realistically supposed to do? To be honest, if I ordered a package and I had a house that burned down and it said delivered, I would go and get it. At least you know where it is. I just think in the grand scheme, Manny Moore has lost everything. Her in-laws have lost everything. She's been one of the most vocal people, a celebrity who really lost a lot. This isn't really worth her time and energy. That's just how I feel.

00:39:33

No, I agree. They ordered something.

00:39:38

By the way, this is totally what happened. Is it a subscription? No. I thought it was a subscription. That's a good call. It's happened to me all the time, when you move and you forget to update your address. So they are in a rental or something, and they needed towels because they're whatever, and they sent the towels to the old bird down house. I know how it happened. And it's unfortunate for sure. Amazon has amazing customer service, and it's really not Amazon's fault.

00:39:59

In that moment, the driver had a package to deliver to an address, and he was probably just as confused as we are all watching this picture. But that might be... Someone might not have an address where they could ship things, but they have this address, and so you would go and pick it up. This is obviously a weird visual, and it's not how packages should get delivered.

00:40:19

But I don't think someone did something so terribly wrong. Of course not. But I do have logistical questions for the Amazon driver. When an entire block of homes is burned down, how do you know which is I was 39.

00:40:31

Gps, your destination's on your left and just plop. Yeah. Plop.

00:40:37

Somewhere. I think as a celebrity, when you use your platform to complain about customer service, you have to be really particular because it does look like out of touch for a celebrity to be like, Delta, you don't give me a refund. It's one of my least fucking favorite things. It's okay for regular folk to do. That's what social media is so great for, is getting access to customer service you might not get just waiting on the phone. When When celebrities do it, it is so out of touch. I don't care if you're... We were just talking about Jessica Chastain versus Jet Blue, The People versus Jet Blue. She's probably right. Give her her $1,500, but it's like, Girl, you have an Oscar. You'll be fine. So you have to be really prudent as a celebrity when you're going to use your platform for a customer service need. I don't think that this was worth it.

00:41:22

I don't think so either. I don't know what the solve would have been here. So they just should have lost the package because really... By the If you're not delivering any take it back to the warehouse, it's gone.

00:41:34

It sounds like, since they were able to take a photo of the box, that they got the box.

00:41:39

It's like Amazon can deliver anywhere, anytime.

00:41:43

Yeah, it's admirable. No Matter of the circumstance, this post-apocalyptic street in Los Angeles, Amazon still shows up. And by the way, you don't know what the driver has been through. Has the driver lost his home? And the driver is just trying to get through the day and get a paycheck and just deliver packages. I don't know. It's an L for Mandy.

00:42:03

It's a good advertisement for Amazon.

00:42:07

Yeah, like Rain or Shine, Fire and Rain.

00:42:10

And Brimstone.

00:42:11

We will be there. We got your package. That's the delivery I've come to expect from Amazon. I'm not shocked to see that big box. You know there were towels in that box. It's just like such a perfect size for towels.

00:42:23

You think people, the mores, get their towels on Amazon?

00:42:28

It's the more-in-laws. So What's her husband's name?

00:42:30

The more macho tonem sista.

00:42:32

Exactly.

00:42:34

What's her husband's name? Goldsmith.

00:42:44

She Where did you? Does Goldsmith- So really is her Mahha Tannam Sister.

00:42:48

Does Goldsmith get his towels on Amazon?

00:42:53

I forgot to tell you. 100%, by the way. I forgot to tell you. Okay. No, I don't I get towels on Amazon. Me neither.

00:43:01

I get everything on Amazon. I wouldn't get towels on Amazon.

00:43:05

My current towels, and I like to rotate them out quite frequently, my current towels are Brooklyn in. After we talked about Mahha Tannam Sister, Maddie texted me. She's like, I love it. She wants to be called Mahha A ton of sister from now on.

00:43:15

That just cracks me up.

00:43:19

Me too. We're hilarious. We are hilarious. Are you ready? So overlooked. Let's not get into it, but we're so hilarious and overlooked.

00:43:26

Are you ready for our next story? It's for you and you alone. Tark El Moussa admits that he accidentally... That he accidentally called his wife Heather by his ex Christina's name. He said, I'm lucky to be alive.

00:43:43

It's giving I, Ross, take thee, Rachel. Emily. Yeah. If you know, you know.

00:43:50

Yeah, it sounds really funny.

00:43:52

It really was. It also shook the community at the time, in 1999 when that happened. I wasn't aware, but people were not okay.

00:43:59

Tark El Moussa makes mistakes like the rest of us, shockingly. One was almost deadly. In behind the scenes clip of an upcoming episode of The Flip-off posted on TikTok.

00:44:08

I love that The Flip-off is making so much news.

00:44:10

Of course it is. It's literally the most newswordy that has ever happened.

00:44:13

Amazing thing. Ever happened.

00:44:13

He revealed that he accidentally once called his current wife, Heather, by his ex-wife, Christina's name. He made the admission after one of his contractors, Brian, called Heather by Christina's name. Tark joked, What did you call her? One more time. Say it for us. Heather It was like, Christina. And Tark goes, Oh, shit. I did that one time. I'm lucky to be alive.

00:44:36

Here's the thing. I'm always the first person to make Tark Ambu to the villain in a story, and he is most of the time. Given the fact that these two look so similar, Tark and Christina still co-parent and still work together so much. I can imagine being on a job site with a beautiful blonde and calling her Christina. Do you know what I mean? He did for so many years.

00:44:56

Yeah.

00:44:57

So I don't think that there was any ill will when Tark did it. I don't know if I would have shared with the world that I did that, but that's why me and Tark are different. We are very different, me and Tark. You are.

00:45:07

I think that's why you got along so well.

00:45:10

We're also inherently the same, and I think that's why we beef so hard because it's like, I hate myself.

00:45:15

Yeah, perhaps. Tark's only had two wives, so it's not like... He'll get out of the habit of Christina. But I feel like for someone who goes through a lot of partners, it's better to just call them all a pet name. They Babe or something. That way you never have to really switch it out.

00:45:33

Christina needs to do that.

00:45:35

Yeah, Christina. I'm sure she has a pet name for her boyfriend. That way, she doesn't have to constantly remember their name.

00:45:41

Boo Boo. Eew. Boo.

00:45:45

I mean, I'm a babe girl.

00:45:47

I am a Moof Mama. At least I know Ben can never leave me and use our pet names because they're not generic. Like, Love Bug, Buddy Hump. It's Muff Mama.

00:46:03

It's Muffalish. Or he could. Or he could.

00:46:07

He could never call anybody Muffalish. The thing is, all of our weird nicknames, I guess, are originated from maybe at one point in our relationship, Ben called me Muffin.

00:46:17

Yeah, Muffon.

00:46:18

Then it became Muffon, Muff, Muffalish, Big Daddy Muff, Big Papa Muff. Yeah.

00:46:23

Yeah, Big Mama Muff.

00:46:25

Big Mama Muff. Small Mama Muff. Now, it's Mufalish. That's what Ben calls me.

00:46:31

Muffilish. You guys are so Muffilish.

00:46:33

Yeah, I'm trying to think. When Ben comes home, what does he say? Mufalish, yeah.

00:46:38

Or like Muff. May Muf.

00:46:41

No, but we've really evolved to Mufalish recently.

00:46:43

I love Alish. He's bronzalish.

00:46:46

He's Brunjilish, Mufalish, and he's papa.

00:46:50

Okay.

00:46:51

I wonder if our kids are going to call him papa instead of daddy. Papa, papa. I so want my kids like, Ma, papa? I want them to be Eastern European, Stedal. Yeah. Love that.

00:47:04

Well, Tarek.

00:47:06

I also think if you train your kids to call the father papa, they will say mama first, as opposed to dada. That's what actually my physical therapist who just had a baby, she was telling me, Lifehack, if you don't want them to say Dada first, make them call Father.

00:47:21

Oh, that's really funny. Like, make it too hard. I just want to go with my kids said Mama first.

00:47:27

Slay the house down. Yeah, that's right, Mom of the Year, world's greatest mom. You bitches could never raise in the standard for women.

00:47:37

Except how are you going to say Bruno first?

00:47:39

Well, as you should. I actually had a dream. Oh, my God, my dreams are so crazy.

00:47:44

Also, babies love I love B. So Bruno is actually a great dog name. If you have little ones and you want to get a dog, it's so easy for them to say. It's really fun.

00:47:53

I had a dream that Bruno came to live with Ben and I because you know we secretly want that to happen. You do?

00:47:58

But also secretly, you want me to take Romeo.

00:48:01

Yeah, but Ben, I don't know if you know, Ben really feels very strongly about Bruno.

00:48:07

He doesn't like his lifestyle.

00:48:10

Ben thinks that Bruno is not reaching his full potential living in Florida. He thinks that living here in New York with us and Romeo, Bruno would be much happier. He thinks Bruno is depressed, and he thinks it has to do with his lifestyle.

00:48:21

Why? Because he's in the home or because he's abused by his brothers?

00:48:25

Well, if you look at him, he doesn't seem happy all the time.

00:48:29

Oh, I don't know. I I put a heated blanket down on my bed this week because I was sick.

00:48:32

He's a grandma. That's the thing. That's what I'm saying.

00:48:34

Yeah, he's a grandma. How old is he?

00:48:37

Four and a half.

00:48:39

He's giving 14 and a half. No, but Bruno loves Cozy ever since I've met him. Even when I was pregnant with Harry, so Bruno wasn't even a year and I got a heated blanket, the way the boy's eyes lit up. Bruno loves cozy.

00:48:52

I just want to let you know if you ever felt like Bruno wasn't fitting into your lifestyle anymore, or one of the kids developed an allergy, whatever, Bruno is welcome in my home. Ben would love to rehabilitate him and make him into a guard dog who goes on four-hour runs.

00:49:07

Well, he goes on an hour walk every day. Bruno's living the life of Riley. I'm just not even- Bruno's living the life of Riley. I'm sure Bruno's fine. Ben is so crazy about the dogs. I'm not taking... No offense. I'm not taking advice from him. I don't want to be like that.

00:49:22

Ben is really crazy about the dogs. I do wonder when we have a real human child- It will change, hopefully. Because sometimes the way Ben talks about Romeo, I'm Ben, he's a dog.

00:49:32

Yeah. When you guys are here- It's the most offensive thing I could say. When you guys are here, the concern for Romeo when he's completely fine.

00:49:40

Yes, I agree. I agree. He's dramatic.

00:52:56

You are most welcome.

00:52:57

Our next story, a little Skims news, because Kim Kardashian flaunt her comedy skills as the fairy butt mother in a new Skims ad for- I'm sorry.

00:53:05

I just checked my phone, like somebody else texting me about Sheeshani. Seriously? Somebody I work with. Seriously? Kill me.

00:53:12

Well, just... I'm sure it's good.

00:53:17

By the way, it wasn't bad. I'm not ashamed of what I put out there. It's like, people know too much about me now.

00:53:23

Yeah, people just know too much about you, but that's always been the case. So just try and forget about it. Yeah. Kim showcased her comedy skills in a new advertisement for Skims because they are releasing shapewear that's like, butt enhancers-Enhancing. And bigger butt, bigger boobs. Which is so her. So she's the very butt mother in this new ad, which was actually really cute.

00:53:47

Yeah. No, I was really obsessed with the product launch. First of all, Skims is always doing crazy things, and everybody's like, That's crazy. And then they slay the house down. Their nipple bra was so popular. And I do I feel like I'm not one of these people. I have enough breasts to go around, and I'm really not a tissue person. So I'm not the target demo for this particular product. But I know that there are actually a lot of women who wear different undergarments, wear different types of clothing to enhance these parts of their body. And so she's really giving women what they want. But I couldn't help but think about Kim's ass in general. The journey we've been on, when they first got famous, she, really now in hindsight, had the most normal body ever. She just had an ass that was a little bigger than someone else of her size, right? Yeah. And the media just became obsessed with it. It was like, Kim's ass, Kim's ass, Kim's ass. And so much so that it got its own personality, and it obviously got bigger with time.

00:54:39

Yeah, and she would accentuate it in whatever she wore because that was her thing.

00:54:44

Yes. It was also this running thing. Is it real? Is it real? Is it real? And I do believe when she launched on the scene, she was just a girl who had a thicker touche, and it was totally real. And then it... Because she got rewarded for it so much and so much attention, I do think she ended up enhancing it surgically or whatever. And then the validity of the tissue became a worldwide... We were talking about it all the time. I forget about that time in my life where everyone was just talking about Kim's touchey. So much showed that she got an X-ray on the- Tyra?

00:55:14

Was it on Tyra?

00:55:15

No, it was on Keeping Up.

00:55:17

Oh, I don't know why.

00:55:18

And she showed us all her X-ray. It was like, It's real. And it was supposed to put the whole thing to bed, but the butt was just getting bigger. And then Chloe randomly got a butt, and we just know they got it from the same place.

00:55:27

And that was before... Yeah, so there was I have a butt implant in there, but I think what they've done, allegedly, it's like BBO, which is just injecting with fat, which wouldn't come up on an X-ray. It's not a foreign object.

00:55:41

Correct. The fact that we have now all these... We actually never got... I know that her butt is not real, right? I'm not stupid. But the fact that it was such a topic of conversation in pop culture for actual years, and now she's even profiting off of it, which I love, But without ever telling us what, really. What is it? What is it? God, what is it?

00:56:05

No, it's so weird how for a while everyone was talking about it, and then we don't talk about it, and she doesn't talk about it. I feel like she would never answer a question about it. Still, probably to this day, but this ad is bringing the questions up again. It's reminding me. Where it's like, we have all just accepted we'll never get the truth or the answers that we want. Also, in all the time that she's lost all this weight, even on the show, she'll complain about her butt without saying any more.

00:56:34

Yeah. Then when Chloe got a butt, and they also, I think, took things a little far.

00:56:41

And not Kylie, Lisa interesting to look at, famously. Kendall.

00:56:50

No, but do you remember Chloe's Tushy? I think she had a botched something because there's a specific season of Kardashian's where she wore... I'm remembering this picture, she her lightwashed jeans. And her Tushy is like, it's actually like a full six feet, like six inches off her back. It's a shell.

00:57:07

That's a BDL, right?

00:57:10

To me, that actually wasn't a BDL. I don't even know. So I think that they were trying different things, like surgery-wise. And that was, I think, the turning point for them was that season where... And Kim's was so crazy, too. But like, Chloe's also just popping up out of nowhere. Kim's was like a 10-year progression. That day-to-day, you didn't notice, but if you looked at a picture from 2010 to 2020, you were like, Oh. Yeah. Oh. Chloe's was seriously in six months. It was so fucking crazy. Chloe... That really put everybody back on the conversation. It is so crazy that we're sitting here talking about a woman's tissue. It's disgusting. But that is what happened. Yeah. That was seriously the craziest time of my life.

00:57:52

Yeah. So things have been quiet since then because we also don't talk about- Woman's bodies.

00:57:57

… These things.

00:57:57

But now she's helping women get a little junk in the trunk artificially, which is a really good product, but it definitely brings up the question again.

00:58:09

It brings up the question again. I know people are clowning on her. This is bad for women. Let me tell you, women are going to love this. This product is going to crush. I don't think this is bad for women.

00:58:17

I think this is great. I don't think it is either. I think anything that makes you feel more comfortable in your body, especially if it's something that you don't have to get surgery or do something permanent or do something dangerous or go somewhere to get a surgery because you can't get one, I think it's great.

00:58:29

1,000%. If this was an She had an issue that I had with my body, I would be the first person in line if she comes out with- I may try it.

00:58:34

It's not something I've ever thought about, but maybe I should be thinking about it.

00:58:38

If she could come out with a Fupa decliner, I will be the first person to purchase. You know what I mean? I think products like this are actually great.

00:58:47

Yeah, I think it's really great.

00:58:49

Yeah. She needs to get back in the lab on the Fupalicious decliner, and I will be promoting it for free.

00:58:57

Yeah. So get your Get your butt pants. What are they calling them?

00:59:04

It was the fairy butt mother.

00:59:06

She's the fairy butt mother, but what's the product called? The Ultimate Butt Collection. Cute. Yeah, it's cute. Are you ready for our fifth and final story?

00:59:17

Yes.

00:59:18

Kylie Jenner is out supporting Timothée Chalamet at the Santa Barbara, the Santa Babra International Film Festival. So Timothée took the stage to collect- It's giving The Sando Film Festival, first of all.

00:59:33

The Santa Barbara Film Festival, that's not a thing.

00:59:36

The SBI FF, the SPIF?

00:59:38

Oh, you didn't say that it was the SPIF.

00:59:41

It's not the TIF, it's the SPIF.

00:59:43

It's the SPIF.

00:59:45

He took the stage to collect the Arlington Artist of the Year Award, the prestigious Arlington.

00:59:49

Oh, wow, wow. I wonder how they celebrated such a major milestone. Of course, she had to go for the Arlington at the Spiff. But it was just at a movie theater. It was really crazy to see them in a rec room.

01:00:00

You could tell she was loving every minute of being his girl, rubbing his back, sending him up there, clapping. She's just Mrs. Chalamet.

01:00:08

It's Mrs. Chalamet. I really can't get over it. They're such an unlikely duo, visually.

01:00:14

No. Because they come from different worlds, but then visually, if you look at a... By the way, have they ever even done a red carpet together? No. No. That's so crazy. No, they're both pale, brunette.

01:00:28

No, she's Yes, if you want to be simple about it. But the way I see it, she's this whole lot of woman, curves, breasts. I'm being really disgusting, sorry, sexualizing the Kardashian's today. But they are these really bodacious women. And I think one of the things that people loved about them for so long was that they've never been pin-thin, with the exception of Kendall, who's a supermodel. They've always represented, even though it's not real, a little bit more of a realistic body. They've always talked about their weights and stuff. So they really There are these curvy, beautiful, bodacious women. And Timothée's, seriously, 90 pound, soaking wet little boy. To me, visually, they could not be more different, even though, yes, they're both pale and brunette.

01:01:11

Yeah. I don't know. I feel like, obviously, it works.

01:01:17

Yeah, no. And the longer they stay together and the more events they go to, I think they're actually probably well-matched. I think they're a good couple, but I'm such a visual person. I see things very visually.

01:01:29

And you still can't see it?

01:01:31

No, I can. I can. I can. I just... I don't know if I get it.

01:01:36

Oh, I get it now. She looks so happy.

01:01:39

No, but I get it for him. Who wouldn't want to date her? He's a very polarizing Just between you and I, not even we're on the same side, but seriously, he's world's sexiest man for some people. For some people, but he's polarizing to others, too. The fact that he is the biggest movie star, heartthrob, he's seriously Honestly, 4 feet tall?

01:02:01

But he's not short, Claudia. He's just skinny. Okay, I'm going to get his height.

01:02:08

Just when it comes to the Chalame family, I'm more of a Pauline Chalame. She's my girl.

01:02:13

No, I have no issue with Timothée, and he makes my girl happy. Me neither.

01:02:17

No, it's all good. It's all good. It's all good.

01:02:19

So I'm rooting for them. I'm rooting for happiness for Kylie and a baby between the two of them.

01:02:25

That would be crazy.

01:02:26

I don't think they'll get married. She's not really the marriage type, but she wants a really big family. And so if that's her partner, that's who she's going to have a baby with.

01:02:34

Great.

01:02:34

So get on it. I'm ready.

01:02:39

Little Wolf Shalame.

01:02:42

That's beautiful.

01:02:44

Would that make her children Jewish? Yes, it would. They could get bar mitzvahed with Mason and Raine.

01:02:52

Yeah, and Penelope.

01:02:54

Of course. I wasn't skipping over Penelope. Just forgot. I wonder what they're going to raise Elvis as because Mason had a bar mitzvah. Who's Elvis? Is that not her kid's name? Rocky. Courtney? Rocky. My bad, my bad. Why did I think his name was Elvis?

01:03:10

Rocky is not Jewish. They are both very Christian.

01:03:14

Christian.

01:03:15

So no, Rocky will not.

01:03:18

But all of his siblings has a bar mitzvah, and he doesn't get one?

01:03:21

I think, yeah. He'll get other things.

01:03:23

That's crazy. Like Christmas.

01:03:25

Like Christmas.

01:03:28

Let's really quickly talk about the Real House Ours in Beverly Hills. It really wasn't worth the hour I spent watching it this morning. Did you watch last week? No, I felt like I could skip it.

01:03:36

You could, but you missed the treat of Cathy's house. It was a treat.

01:03:40

I saw in the previously on, and it looked like seeing my girls, Boze, Erica, Cathy, and Dweib team, obsessed. Her house is gorgeous. I feel like I got the vibes. I could tell what you meant. It was just having hard conversations with good friends.

01:03:53

It really looked- It was like real girl talk. There was laughing, there was crying, there was hard truths. That's how friends really are. It was very Very pleasant to watch.

01:04:01

This episode was so boring, and I got really weird vibes from Sutton wanting to repair her relationship with her mother in the presence of her two friends, one of whom she's literally not friends with, Kyle. Yeah, Garcela is her ride or die. You can go through something like that while also being on camera. It felt so weird and so disingenuous. Her journey is her journey, and I don't feel like it's fair to judge anyone who goes through what she went through with her dad. That's so hard. But she did put it out there for us to comment on, So my only thought is I felt like, Yeah, did she have the most amazing mom in the world who was so loving? No. But it was tough to watch her villainize her mother while only remembering the good of her dad and memorializing her dad so positively. While she was telling us he wasn't an alcoholic, he had his fair share of issues, and she almost has no resentment towards her dad. Not that she should hate her dad who passed, but she had put all of that on her And then when my mom died, my dad died, we got fish sticks.

01:05:03

Give your mom a fucking break. It was actually really tough to watch. And then just talking about, My dad used to sit in this chair. And that's what you do when someone passes, of course. You only remember the good. And I just feel like that almost left her mom to be treated more unfairly by Sutton. And not that she should feel any type of negative way about her dad, because he obviously struggled. But to take any... I think a lot of people, when they lose a parent, you feel mad that they left you behind, or you feel abandoned. She put all of that on her mom, who ended up having to pick up the pieces. And was she perfect? No. She was a good mom, okay? She put a roof over their heads. I just felt like something was being really unfair.

01:05:45

Yeah, that's a fair assessment. It's nice that you watched it so closely to really get that.

01:05:49

I didn't even. Every time I picked up, it was like something bitching about something else. And I'm like, Oh, my God, give your mother a break.

01:05:55

Yeah. To me, it was just crazy that she can't really talk. This is always so weird when people do this, when it's like someone who they have a really hard time connecting with emotionally. They need to have a hard conversation 20 years in the making and we're going to do it with cameras in front of us. That is so weird to me. I actually felt like she tried to have this conversation with her mom show how she's so evolved and that her mom is so hard and backwards. I felt like her mom's responses to everything she said was tough but fair. Obviously, she comes- It really is indicative of somebody who grew up in a different time. Right, but not completely unreasonable. Definitely stoic and hard, but it wasn't totally what- Evil. It had expected either.

01:06:40

Yeah, it was just a tough watch. I don't know. Maybe it was because the way she lost her dad, which is so tragic, but it just felt like we were watching a little too much. When she went back to the house, I was like, This doesn't need to be filmed.

01:06:59

Yeah. And the two episodes- Before she even got out of the car, she's crying.

01:07:03

I felt so bad for her. I don't know. It didn't feel like it was the most productive conversation with her mom. It didn't feel like a productive trip. She's not even close with Kyle. I don't know why this whole ordeal had to be filmed.

01:07:14

Yeah, for two episodes, and who knows if it will end after next episode.

01:07:20

And I think that the guy who works for her is really annoying.

01:07:22

The way they treat him is also wrong. He's not great, but he deserves to be spoken to a human being. A human being. It's so crazy.

01:07:29

Yeah, the whole thing was so weird.

01:07:32

It was so weird. It's also like her and her mom aren't close yet. Like, Sutton has a house in her hometown, and her mom lives there. That's pretty close.

01:07:41

Then the whole conversation about how, I guess her mom had really always wanted to be a modern woman who worked, but at the time, it wasn't- Possible. Common. And that when Sutton, after she got divorced, went on, I guess they were talking about her role as a housewife, like a real housewife, because they said, You're like a working woman. Did she work when she was married?

01:08:00

The store. The store. I know. The Store. She wants praise for the store, and she wants her mom to be proud of everything she's done in the store.

01:08:08

I'm going to stand with her mom on that. I didn't realize they were talking about the store. I thought, in her career, it was like a celebrity.

01:08:13

They're talking about The Store.

01:08:17

The Store. Okay. I didn't get that. I totally forgot because the store is closed.

01:08:24

And the Sutton Green Line, which was really reminding me of, what was it, Fallon Unlimited, when she starts What's the green initiative she does? She uses her mom's maiden name. What is it with the... Hold on.

01:08:42

I actually didn't even watch- No, it's the first season.

01:08:44

She starts her Green Initiative, Fallon.

You can. I'm not watching it.

01:08:55

Eventually, CA acquires it. Oh, Morel Green Energy Corps.

01:09:03

Yeah. She just... Her wanting praise... I'm sorry. The thing is, it feels so weird to comment on someone's relationship with their mom. It's so inappropriate. Who the fuck am I? You put it on TV. So I thought she was just being really unfair and mean to her mom.

01:09:24

And then in conjunction with just the story of her dad and everything her dad did was amazing. Amazing, amazing. My mom It sucks. She gave us fish sticks. It's called dinner.

01:09:33

Yeah. Yeah, that was... Yeah. I mean, clearly, she admits that she's something she struggles with.

01:09:41

Yeah. Maybe she should struggle with it privately.

01:09:42
