We have some news right now. Donald Trump just had one of the most disastrous press conferences of his entire presidency. I don't state that to be hyperbolizing the situation or to say something that's not true. I've watched hundreds of press conferences that this President has given, hundreds of speeches, hundreds of interactions with prep members of the press. And truthfully, this was easily top 10, maybe top five craziest press conferences I think we've ever seen from him. I mean, Jake Tapper literally could write an entire book about mental decline just from watching this press conference. I watch this so that you don't have to. We're going to go through it in a moment. But this was his year-end press conference. It was supposed to start two hours ago. It started late and then ran for about an hour and a half, with most of the press conference being Trump rambling about a whole host of issues that really don't make much sense. I try to stay unbiased. And this is going to be neutral and unbiased. But at the end of the day, we have to say it like it is, and it's pretty clear from what I'm watching today that the President is not fully all there. So let's start off with this clip, which-We grew up in Queens.
We had a place called Creedmore. Creedmore. Did anybody know that? Creedmore. It was a big... I said, Mom, why are those bars on the building? I used to play Little League Baseball there, the place called Cunningham Park. It was quite the baseball play. You wouldn't believe. But I said to my mother, Mom, she would be there, always there for me. She said, Son, you could be a professional baseball player. I said, Thanks, Mom. I said, Why are those bars on the windows? Big building, big, powerful building. It loomed over the park, actually. She said, Well, people that are very sick are in that building. I said, Boy, I I used to always look at that building and I'd see this big building, big, tall building. It loomed over the park. Now that I think it was a pretty unfriendly site. But I'll never forget. I don't know if it's still there because they got rid of most of them. The Democrats in New York, they took them down, and the people live on the streets now. That's why you have a lot of the people in California and other places, they live on the streets.
They took the mental institutions down. They're expensive. But I'd say, Why does it building up those bars? Boy, it wasn't normally. You're used to looking at a window. But this one, you look at all this steel, vicious steel, tiny windows, bars all over the place. Nobody was getting out.
That is Donald Trump explaining how growing up, his mom used to say that he was a good baseball player and how she introduced him to seeing what a mental institution looked like. I mean, this is real. This is from this press conference. He went on to talk about the Angels. Take a listen.
They're picking up garbage. They were great. I don't know. To me, a town, it looks better when you have military people. These are big, strong- That's actually Trump saying that a town looks better when they're a military person Now, on the ground, alluding to the fact that there could be service members deployed to cities across America, Minneapolis, and elsewhere.
Take a listen to this one.
You remember when they used to say that the people that come into our country as immigrants are very nice people. They're wonderful people. They don't commit crime. No, they make our criminals look like babies. They make our Hell's Angels look like the sweetest people on Earth. The Hell's Angels are now considered a nice, high-quality person. I like the Hell's Angels. They voted for me. They protected me, actually, believe it or not. But they make our criminals look like babies.
He's saying that the Hell's Angels protected him and that they voted for him. It's unclear what he's talking about. But I do want to show you the beginning of this press conference because this was, to me, the craziest part. He literally spent the first 20 minutes of the press conference just rambling to himself, mumbling, talking about a whole host of things. Take a listen.
This one here is very bad. I'm going through this Because I think we have plenty of time. I'm going to a beautiful place in Switzerland, where I'm sure I'm very happily waited for. In Switzerland, they don't know about this. They don't have this problem. They have other problems, but they don't have this problem. Look. Killed somebody. And these are rough people. This was all allowed into our country through open borders. These dumbest policies. You know, men and women's sports is dumb. But to me, having an open border for the world to come in, drug dealers and prisoners. Venezuela, as an example, opened their prisons into the United States. That's why one of the reasons I felt so strongly against Venezuela now.
Literally no one knows what he's talking about this entire time. He also spoke about, essentially, ICE agents potentially making mistakes, and he also spoke about Renee Nicole Goods' wife in a horrific way. I want you to take a listen to a couple of these clips.
And they're going to make mistakes sometimes. Ice is going to be too rough with somebody. They're dealing with rough people. Are they going to make a mistake. Sometimes it can happen. We feel terribly. I felt horribly when I was told that the young woman who had the tragedy, it's a tragedy. It's a horrible thing. Everybody would say, ICE would say the same thing. But when I learned her parents and her father in particular, I hope he still is, but I don't know, was a tremendous Trump fan. He was all for Trump. I love Trump. It's terrible. I was told that by a lot of people. They said, Oh, he loves you. I hope he still feels that way. I don't know. It's a hard situation. But her father was a tremendous, and parents were tremendous Trump fans.
Then take a listen to this one.
When she was shot, there was another woman that was screaming shame, shame, shame, shame, right? You saw it. So loud. Like a professional opera singer. She was so loud and so professional. She wasn't a woman that was hurt like, Oh, my heart's injured. She was a professional. She's screaming, shame, shame. She's screaming, shame, shame. I said, That's not a normal person. That's a professional. These are professional agitators and professional people that want to see our country do badly.
That's Donald Trump talking about Renee Nicole Goods' wife. So that was the press conference. I mean, there was a lot more to it. I mean, it lasted two hours almost. I don't want to have to replay all two hours for you because a lot of it was just his campaign, Stump speech said over and over again. He complained about the Nobel Prize, complained about European leaders. But these moments I wanted to highlight for you because a couple of them were new, but also it just shows that this President isn't all there right now. And it's no surprise that there are some members of Congress on Capitol Hill who are now saying, You know what? Maybe it is time for the 25th Amendment. Maybe it is time for Trump's own cabinet to do something about the fact that it looks like the President's mental decline is getting worse. And truthfully, I'll just say this. If this was Joe Biden and not Donald Trump standing up there, they'd be calling for his 25th Amendment. So there you go. Make sure to like, comment, share, and subscribe. More updates coming soon.
