We have major developments regarding the Epstein files. I've gotten through over 30,000 documents now, well on my way into the 3 million files released today. And there are some bombshell documents that you need to know about that we're going to talk about. If you missed any of my prior videos, please go back and watch them as well, as I'm not going to be repeating new documents, but I am going to. There's just so much that I have to break them up into multiple series. But make sure to like, comment, share, and subscribe. The more you like, the more people see this, even if you don't like the news because it is heavy. Please like this so that people can see it. And if you want to support my work, subscribe to my sub stack by clicking the link below. No click bait, no bullshit. Here's the news, and here are the files. Before we get into the files, I do want to show you a new statement that I obtained this afternoon from the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. This statement was signed by multiple survivors. I want to read it to you.
This latest release of Jeffrey Epstein files is being sold as transparency. But what it actually does is expose exposed survivors. Once again, survivors are having their names and identifying information exposed, while the men who abused us remains hidden and protected. This is egregious. This is outrageous. As survivors, we should never be the ones named, scrutinized, and retraumatized while Epstein's enablers continue to benefit from secrecy. This is a betrayal of the very people this process is supposed to serve. Virginia Roberts-Dufrey alone reported many abusers connected to Epstein's network. Yet the public still does not have the full truth about who enabled him, who participated in his exploitation, and who has been shielded for years. Hundreds of women have come forward with additional reports like hers. The scale of this failure is staggering and indefensible. The Justice Department cannot claim it has finished releasing files until every legally required document is released and every abuser and enabler is fully exposed. We need to hear directly from Attorney General Pam Bondi when she appears before the House Judiciary Committee on February 11th. Survivors deserve answers, and the public deserves the truth. This is not over. We will not stop until the truth is fully revealed and every perpetrator is finally held accountable.
As we have always said, this is not about politics. We hope Democrats and Republicans will stand with survivors in continuing to demand the full release of the Epstein files. We look forward to hearing from Attorney General Pam Bondi on February 11th, signed by Annie Farmer, Ashley Ruberight, A. W. Daniel Bensky, Jane Doe, Jane Doe, JD, Jess Michiels, Laura Blum-Megee, Liz Stein, Mariah Cciartuni, Marina Lacerda, Rachel Benavides, Sky and Amanda Roberts, Charlene Rochard, Theresa Helm, and Wendy Passante. This is where the Epstein survivors are. And I can confirm, I mean, for the record, I have gone through thousands of documents and I have seen survivor names unredacted. Absolutely unacceptable. I want to point you to to a next major document I have obtained from my review of the Epstein files. This is an excerpt from an FBI 302. This is not just a tip. This is an FBI 302, an interview with FBI agents, including an assisting United States attorney, where an Epstein survivor claims that Ghislaine Maxwell took her to a party in New York. Maxwell seemed very excited that there would be a lot of great men for her to meet. She, Maxwell, presented her to Donald Trump, where they had a conversation for 20 minutes.
She was then invited to Mar-a-Lago, where she was given a tour by Trump with Epstein and Maxwell present. She made clear that nothing happened between her and Trump. But, quote, by the things that Maxwell said, it was made clear that this survivor was available. It goes on to say that, quote, it was set up very much like how Maxwell introduced blank to Epstein. Next document. This is a FBI tip. This is different from a 302 where a Jane Doe claimed, reported the sexual exploitation and rape of a minor child of 13 years of age by Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. Jane Doe was enticed to cross state lines to visit with Epstein and Trump to perform sexual acts on both adult men at special parties hosted by Epstein. Doe was told that this was to further her modeling career and something that she had to do. It is unclear whether or not this tip was ever investigated by FBI officials. Next document. This is an email from Jeffrey Epstein to Ghislaine Maxwell titled I thought you said not to involve Donald anyway, so now the die is cast. You now have to get her employment record.
It will either show she started working in '99 or 2000 as she was full-time there. They're referring to essentially a young girl that had worked at Mar-a-Lago and presumably may have been a survivor claiming to be younger than she actually was. Next document. This is an interview, again, with the FBI in which Steve Bannon, or rather a witness claims that they did not give information because they were terrified of Steve Bannon's relationship with powerful people. At the beginning of the interview, agents thanked Blank for taking the time to follow up on topics from a prior phone call. Blank expressed concerns with talking to agents because he did not want to possibly incriminate himself. Blank was concerned with former contacts acquired from past business ventures in the marijuana business. Blank was hesitant to further discuss Steve Bannon with agents. Blank believed Bannon to be friends with powerful people within the United States, specifically referencing his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Next document. This is a document from former Israeli Prime Minister, Barack. Essentially, we now know that he and his wife stayed at Jeffrey Epstein's home, at an apartment, multiple times. And this is another one regarding a document from Kathy Rumeler, the counsel to President Obama, former President Obama, who has repeatedly come up in these files, where she talks about not taking the job to be the attorney general for President Obama, seeking Jeffrey Epstein's essentially advice on whether or not to take the job.
So right now, we're going through the files. I've gone, like I said, over 30,000 files. There are likely going to be more that come up as I'm reviewing them throughout the night into the early morning hours. I'm not going to stop this review. It's funny. I tell everyone that one of the things that I hated about being a lawyer was document review, going through tens of thousands, millions of documents as a lawyer. One of the reasons I quit. Well, for the record, that training that I had back then is actually coming in very handy now because I'm able to quickly go through these documents. Like I said, tens of thousands of documents in a matter of hours. So I'm not going to stop. I do think it's important to note that the Department of Justice tonight is saying that it will not release all of the files, only releasing half, three million out of the 6 million files that it obtained, saying that 3 million or about half of them are not relevant/responsive to the The Epstein Files Transparency Act and the subpoenas issued by Congress. In addition, the Justice Department is saying it's withholding about 200,000 documents obtained for privilege-related reasons.
Now, it's unclear what privilege is asserted And who is asserting and who is asserting the privilege. Remember, the privilege is held by the person subject to the privilege. So typically, you have attorney-client privileges, work product privileges. And what I am worried about there that they withheld documents related to the prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein, or rather, lack thereof, in the mid 2000s, in which an indictment was drafted against Jeffrey Epstein, a 90-page indictment, but was never actually filed. And a lot of survivors are demanding that we find out why the Justice Department never went through with filing that massive indictment. Their internal memos, non-prosecution memos, we don't have those just yet. They may be here, but I haven't seen them just yet. That's all the news right now. There'll be more updates probably into the morning hours, probably not tonight, as I continue to review them. So spread the word. Make sure to like, comment, share, and subscribe, and I'll see you soon for another update. Thank you for all your support. Hey, folks. Thanks so much for watching.
