State regime media which calls itself Fox News was having a meltdown last night as the results came in, as the blue tsunami swept across the United States. The Fox propagandists were not taking it very well. Let me show you what went down: as South Carolina was called for Dr. Annie Andrews and Darlene Graham, who state regime media tried to prop up the sister of Lindsey Graham, lost in humiliating fashion. Watch as Sean Hannity goes, "It's brutal, it's brutal."

Here, play this clip.

Speaker 400:01:32

South Carolina again, Sean.

Speaker 500:01:35

Brutal. I mean, you know, I kind of agree with Trey in the sense that I think Darlene was put in an untenable position. She actually would be better, more South Carolina focused than her brother, who was very foreign policy focused. She hadn't buried her brother, she hadn't mourned her brother, and her governor and her president asked her to serve, and she did. It's sad to me. You know, ended tragically.

Ben Meiselas00:02:02

And I'll show you what was taking place as Dr. Abdul El-Sayed was giving his victory speech, a pretty significant victory there in Michigan. You had the state regime media propagandists still pushing all of this hate against Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, and they're like, "Well, this goes and shows you that Hailey Stevens, you know, her endorsement actually hurt Dr. Abdul El-Sayed." And you see, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, he's just, you can't start your speech with a message to your Muslim base.

The hell are you all talking about? Watch what they say. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 400:02:39

Speech. The problem is, you see the right-hand part of the screen, and the race has not yet been called yet, at least by our decision desk. We'll keep monitoring what he said there. And meantime, Joel Pollock, to you. El-Sayed thinks he's going to win this race. It looks like he's probably going to be right with the number of votes that are up there and the percentage that he leads by. Your thoughts on the speech and everything else that happened tonight?

Speaker 600:03:02

Well, first of all, it's interesting that his result is getting called later than many of the other Democratic victories in the Eastern time zone. And he may win, but he's lagging behind his party. And it turns out that his message of anti-Semitism is not a winning message. And even though Hailey Stevens's last-minute dissent might not have been successful in pulling the race over to Mike Rogers, I do think it was important to see somebody stand up on principle and say, "This is not what we stand for as a party."

She doesn't really have a political future in the Democratic Party anymore. But he now will operate, in a sense, under a burden to prove that he can be more than he was during the campaign, to prove he can move beyond the radicalism of a Hassan Piker. I don't think we saw it in that speech. You don't start your speech with a kind of message to your Muslim supporters first. I thought that was really grating. He remains a very aggressive, in a sense, belligerent politician, and I don't think he plays well with others.

Ben Meiselas00:04:07

Then I'll show you what was going on where state regime media actually believed that MAGA extremist Michelle Tafoya of Minnesota was going to beat Peggy Flanagan. She did not. And Flanagan went on to win that Minnesota Senate race. But they sent their guy over there, Bill Mulligan, you know, the guy who always tries to fearmonger about the border. He's like that guy. They sent this guy to Minnesota. And let me show you how state regime was covering this when it was clear that the Democratic candidate Flanagan was going to win.

And she did win. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 700:04:41

So let's go to Minnesota, where we find Bill Mulligan live in Michelle Tafoya's headquarters tonight. How's it going over there, Bill?

Speaker 800:04:51

And Martha, good evening to you. I can tell you the energy in the room here at this watch party is best described as quiet, subdued, and apprehensive. They've had the TVs on behind us here, and they've been watching Republicans getting blown out of the water all across the country. The most recent one, Texas turning blue. They just saw the results of Greg Abbott losing and Ken Paxton losing. And you heard some groans from in here. The people in here now wondering, what does it mean for this race here in Minnesota? The numbers here are early, and they're not bad by any means for Michelle Tafoya.

Just looking at it right now, Michelle Tafoya is up by about 6%, with 34% of the vote in statewide. However, the Democrat cavalry is coming. Hennepin County and Ramsey County, that's Minneapolis and St. Paul, the big urban areas where it's a Democrat stronghold. Both of those counties right now have less than 1% reported. So there's going to be a lot of Democrat votes coming in. Michelle Tafoya right now up by six points. But again, the energy in this room, very quiet, very apprehensive. It has been a really rough night for Republicans.

They're hoping here in Minnesota it's going to be a different story. We'll send it back to you.

Speaker 700:06:00

It looks like they're perking up behind you, Bill. You know, they like that number. But as you say, what is about to come in may not be as positive.

Ben Meiselas00:06:09

Okay. Okay, now we'll move to Texas, where state regime media propagandist Will Kane was having a very tough time with the results in Texas. And he's like, "I don't know how this happened. I don't know how we lost the governor's race and the Senate. You're telling me that Abbott lost to Gina Hinojosa and Paxton lost to James Talarico? But, but, but our propaganda told us we were going to win it all." Sorry, Will Kane. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 400:06:39

Yeah. Well, I mean, that Texas governor's race is a shocker because going in tonight, I think there was confidence in the Republican Party that Abbott was going to pull this out, even if it was a few points.

Speaker 900:06:52

Yeah, absolutely. That's the most shocking I mean, that might be the most shocking return of the entire night. And then I get to the why. What's actually going on? If this is a story about what's going on across America, what's actually happening? And look, this is the part where I'm giving you my opinion, but I think it's pretty well-grounded. I look at the pros and the cons of the last two years under Donald Trump, and the pros significantly outweigh the cons. I mean, you looked at a closed border. You're looking at deportations, both self-deportations and forced deportations, at historical numbers.

You're looking at an economy that is achieving in terms of GDP and unemployment. You are looking at massive wins in the culture war, bringing back sanity. And then on the con side, because we have to factor that in as well, yes, gas prices are high. The Iran war is unpopular. And there's inflation as an extension of gas prices at the grocery store. But the pros outweigh the cons. So what's happening? And my explanation for that is, I believe that we are entering an era of politics where we have wild populist swings on a four and maybe two-year cycle.

You know, this is a midterm, and midterms always go against the party in power. But I think we're entering a very schizophrenic swinging era for our politics, back and forth. And the dangerous thing about that, Brett, is that in this case, we're swinging towards socialism. And if that's where we're headed, that's a hard one to swing back from.

Speaker 700:08:17

Yeah, I mean, we've seen disaffection of the parties, of both parties. Will, thank you very much. Will Kane.

Ben Meiselas00:08:24

Back to state regime media, Fox propagandist Sean Hannity. And he was like, "Ah, but is it a big deal? This is normal stuff. This is what happens in the midterms." No, this was a historical freaking tsunami beatdown. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 500:08:43

I promise you one thing is a certainty. Democrats will overreach. They will take this as a mandate that it is not meant to be. America is not voting for socialism/communism. It is the typical cycle that we would normally see in a midterm. I think two years from now, we're going to have a very interesting night.

Ben Meiselas00:09:04

Then they brought in Caroline Leavitt. And Caroline Leavitt was like, you know, she was doing her thing. I mean, she's the biggest freaking liar out there. But she was like, "I just think that the American people temporarily forgot about the good policy we did." They just forgot about it. No, how about y'all are covering up child sex trafficking rates? How about y'all got us involved in catastrophic never-ending wars? How about y'all want to put data centers in everybody's backyard? How about that y'all took away people's health care and started trade wars with Canada and the rest of the world and ripped away people's health care?

And everything's more expensive. I mean, maybe you have the worst policies. Maybe you are all demonic, awful human beings. Maybe that's it, Caroline. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 1000:09:50

Before the president launched the operation in Iran, I remember being at the podium talking about how gasoline was $1.99 in states like Colorado. And that was because of his energy dominance plan, not the Democrats. So unfortunately, I think the American people forgot about the good policy, maybe listened to the lying media on the other side that is definitely in the backseat of the Democrat Party. And the Democrats don't have policy solutions.

Speaker 700:10:15

They know how much money they have.

Speaker 1000:10:17

They got more money in their pockets because of the president's tax cuts that Democrats voted against.

Ben Meiselas00:10:22

Then you had Brett Baier caught on a hot mic, and he was like, "What do we say? Can we spin this race in a positive way? Can we spin it?" And he's like, "Oops, I guess I'm live." Anyway, here, play this clip.

Speaker 400:10:35

Never seen so many yard signs out for Abdul El-Sayed as she has ever seen there in that area. Brett, Martha.

Speaker 1100:10:43

Okay, can we do a spin on the races that oh, I'm sorry, Garrett. I guess we're on TV now. Thank you so much. That's what happens at 1124.

Speaker 700:10:53

Exactly.

Speaker 1100:10:53

Okay, thank you.

Speaker 700:10:55

Thank you very much, Garrett.

You know what's something I never really thought about? The water coming out of my shower. Also, the way I say water until you started calling me out for it, just my New York accent, people. We spend all this money on shampoos, conditioners, skincare products, trying to take care of our skin and hair. But what about the water we're using every single day? That's where Joly comes in. Joly makes a filtered shower head designed to remove chlorine and heavy metals from your water. And I love how simple it is. You literally swap out your old shower head, install Joly in minutes, and you're done. If it's all showers, the water pressure is fantastic, and it actually looks great too.

It's one of those small upgrades that can make your everyday routine feel a little more luxurious. And it's a great starting point for taking better care of your skin and hair. So if you're looking for an easy way to upgrade your daily routine, check this out. Try Joly risk-free for 60 days by going to jolyskinco.com/mitis. That's jolyskinco.com/mitis, M-E-I-D-A-S. Joly is also now available in Costco and Target, both online and in store.

Then one of the Fox propagandists, Clay Travis, who does like an outkick or something, he does like the sports show with state regime media. Here's what he said earlier in the day when he said, "There's no blue wave. Things are looking really good." Here, play this clip.

Speaker 1300:12:17

The data so far, and again, I am speaking at 3:00 p.m. Eastern, a little bit after now, there's no blue wave. A blue wave has not materialized in the country so far. Now, maybe when you look at the number of Democrats and Republicans showing up, all of the early voting, combined with the states, Florida in particular, which give you the breakdown by party, the Florida Republican Party has surged out to a huge lead today. They are maintaining it.

They've added 500,000 votes to their lead so far today. If you look at the numbers coming out of Arizona, if you look at the numbers coming out of Nevada, there's going to be a lot of close races. But there has not been a tremendous blue wave, certainly no blue tsunami.

Ben Meiselas00:13:05

Also, the state regime media host seemed stunned when Brett Baier reached when Brett Baier read the statement from Democratic Congressmember Robert Garcia, who will be chairing the House Oversight Committee, saying that, "Lawyer up, Donald. Lawyer up, Trump regime. Lawyer up, big tech." Here, play this clip.

Speaker 400:13:28

Point, what could be the incoming oversight chairman, Robert Garcia, just put a statement out. If they go on to secure the majority in the House, he would be the chairman of the Oversight Committee. He has two words, quote, "Lawyer up." That's the message of.

Ben Meiselas00:13:48

Harold?

Speaker 400:13:49

So, I mean, they're sending the signal that it's going to be a bumpy ride, and that's the choice that at least Robert Garcia is making.

Ben Meiselas00:13:57

More from this discussion between Brett Baier and Hannity about the catastrophic war in Iran. Let's play it.

Speaker 400:14:04

If we as a country did not go into the war in Iran, and that was not on the agenda tonight, is this a much different race tonight?

Speaker 500:14:15

I think 100%. I don't think there's any doubt about it. I kind of want to go back to Harold, having this narrative. I agree with Larry Kudlow, the fundamentals of the economy. I'm a supply-side capitalist like Larry is. However, Harold is correct. If people don't feel it, then it is a problem. And right now, I believe we will get there. I think the two years of any president, especially a dominant personality, is an incomplete grade. We'll get a full grade coming up in four years.

But I would argue people want the border secure, but they didn't like a lot of the videos that Democrats played up at all. Americans are good people with a heart, and they didn't like some of what they saw. I would argue on Iran, there was unfortunately, it's the best thing for our children and grandchildren, but higher gas prices, how people feel, I think, is the more dominant feeling force right now. So it gets complicated because I really believe in the policies.

I think the president will be proven correct, just like Reagan was, and Clinton in a lot of ways was, and even Obama. And that's why two years from now, I think we'll be in a different spot. He'll have a complete grade.

Speaker 700:15:30

I would just say the president didn't like those videos out of Minnesota either. And he made a change at DHS based on that. He was not happy with what he was seeing there, and they did adjust. You know, one of the things.

Ben Meiselas00:15:42

Then Fox propagandist Jesse Waters, he said, "Well, I guess it's not a red wave. So are we not going to get our $5,000 checks?" You know, Donald Trump lied and said, "I'll give you $5,000 checks only if Republicans win." Yeah, just like the DOGE checks, just like the tariff rebate checks. He's the fraudulent regime, fraudulent regime. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 400:16:07

And thank you for having us in your hour.

Speaker 500:16:11

You're welcome.

Speaker 700:16:11

Welcome to primetime.

Speaker 500:16:13

It's not a red wave. I don't think we're going to get our $5,000 checks. I know Brett really needed that one. So the Democrats are having a good night. It's not a great night. That remains to be seen. But if it is a great night, you're going to leave me alone, right?

Speaker 700:16:29

Totally. That's what you would do to me.

Speaker 500:16:31

That's exactly what I would do to you. Listen, so the Democrats handed Donald Trump three major problems: the economy, illegal immigration, and crime. And if you look at these exit polls, crime and illegal immigration doesn't even show up. So he solved two out of the three. He didn't solve the big one, the economy, the big kahuna.

Ben Meiselas00:16:55

Laura Ingraham, then this was a line that we heard her and Hannity and others say, "I think the Democrats are going to overstate what they don't have a mandate. I think they're going to screw this up." Here, play this clip.

Speaker 400:17:09

Bill, we'll be back shortly. Let's bring back our panel. Also joining us this hour, Laura Ingraham, Kayleigh McNanny, and Robert Wolfe. Laura, your thoughts on the night just starting.

Speaker 1400:17:19

Well, this is exciting. It always is. Brett and I were joking that we couldn't even count the number of presidential races and midterm races we've been covering. But I think everyone has to keep a little bit perspective here. As we know, midterms are tough. Reagan lost 26 House seats in '82. Clinton lost 52 House seats, as everyone remembers, in '94. Obama lost 63 House seats, six Senate seats, 14. He lost nine Senate seats. And it's tough, right? But with that having been said, the idea that the Democrats could very well misread any mandate that comes out of tonight, it's likely, right?

There's no sense in anything that we're seeing so far that the country is going to embrace trans rights, court packing, open borders, abolishing ICE, wealth taxes, diminishing Second Amendment rights. That is a real misread of what may happen tonight. That, I think, they will do, however. That's a big mistake on their part. I think Trump's hurdle is the Iran conflict, high gas prices, high food prices. That's really it. And Trump decided, and I asked him this in an interview last time. I interviewed him.

If you lose your entire majority as a result of what looks like high prices, will the Iran conflict, as far as gas, be worth it? He said, "I wouldn't change a thing. I'm not in the business of regrets." Interesting. He thought it was worth that gamble.

Speaker 400:18:45

Yeah.

Speaker 1400:18:45

And I think that's ultimately tonight.

Speaker 700:18:48

Yeah. Dana, you know, on that question, it really sort of.

Ben Meiselas00:18:55

You had Caroline Sunshine, a pundit on state regime media, and she said, "But why are we spending all of our time talking about Hassan Pikert and El-Sayed when they were talking to voters about the issues that matter to them?" Here, play this clip.

Speaker 1500:19:10

President Trump didn't win. No. President Trump's message won. Unfortunately, he wasn't the messenger. His staff and his team allowed his winning message in 2024 to be co-opted by his opposition. All of the candidates on the Dem side that won tonight, we were spending time talking about Hassan Pikert and El-Sayed. Hassan Pikert and El-Sayed were spending time talking to voters about how, "Hey, you know what? Maybe you don't want to send all your money to overseas wars and have it come back home and work hard for you here. Hey, we want to take on corruption.

Hey, we want to make the economy work for you." That's President Trump's message. That is the Trump doctrine. And Republicans tonight allowed that message to get co-opted by insincere actors.

Speaker 400:19:52

It seemed to me, Jillian Epstein.

Ben Meiselas00:19:54

Then you had a full meltdown mode on state regime media, Fox. Let's play it.

Speaker 700:19:59

But if you ended the Iran war tomorrow, a lot of these energy prices are going to be high for a while because of long-term contracts. They're starting to come down. But when you have inflation and you have that, you have wages not keeping up with it, you want to blame something. And the Democrats were effective of saying it was the Iranians. And if you look at Abdul El-Sayed, what were they saying? Your gas prices are high. Your grocery prices are high because America supports Israel, right? Again, it's like you're finding an excuse all the time to say, "Why are these policies not going to work?"

Caroline, everybody else is exactly right. The Democrats don't have an energy plan that is going to lower your gas prices next week. In January, they're not going to pass a bill that says, "We have got a plan." What they wanted to do with the Green New Deal is make it more painful for you to drive so that you would stop driving as much. So I think the Iran war was an issue, but I don't think that there's any way that these Democrats can end it. Brett, you remember, how do you end a war? How do you try to end a war? Defund the troops. And I'd love to see them try.

Speaker 400:20:57

And I asked about that.

Speaker 700:20:58

That will not happen under this president.

Speaker 400:20:59

That couldn't happen. You were going to respond. Sorry.

Speaker 700:21:01

Yeah, I was just going to say to Dana's point about so many news stories coming out of the White House.

Ben Meiselas00:21:06

And then you had more of, in this case, it's Dana Perino and it's Brett Yeom talking about, like, so why were we calling Talarico Talafrico? Because you're in a cult. Because you are in a freaking cult. That is why you're playing this clip.

Speaker 400:21:25

Result. And Dana, one thing we can definitively say about tonight is that candidates matter. Quality candidates matter.

Speaker 700:21:36

Yep. And there's consequences for policy actions. And there's also consequences for making a decision. So when I think that Paxton might have won the primary against Cornyn anyway, and I think that that was one of the reasons that President Trump at the last minute was like, "Okay, I'm for Paxton." And then that required the Republican Party and then Elon Musk to put in hundreds of millions of dollars into this race to lose by that much. And the coattails that I think Talarico had the coattails over in a hose. I hardly anyone talked about her.

But everybody talked about Talafrico and the social issues and the fact that he had said, "Gone is non-binary," and all the weird stuff, right? And he was very disciplined on message, talking about affordability. And he let some of that stuff roll off his back. The Republicans spent two weeks suggesting that he went to a mental institution when he said he had the flu. And so they just wasted all of this time. And all of that money that was in Texas couldn't be spent in other places, like in helping Michelle Tafoia, for example.

Speaker 400:22:40

And the Talafrico comment backfired, Mike. That's right. Because the one thing the guy didn't seem like, you know, he had some pretty exotic views on things, but he didn't seem like a freak.

Speaker 500:22:50

He seemed like a Boy Scout.
