Welcome to Ben on Breaking News. I'm Ben Mycellus, and this is our breaking news. A historic week indeed. The historic week we've been waiting for. A wipeout of Trump and MAGA across the country. At the federal level, at the state legislature level, at the local level, MAGA was rebuked in a massive, massive way.

And folks, we have a new group of Democrats who will be leading in the House of Representatives, in the Senate, in state legislatures. And I want to talk about that during this episode. And I want to talk about some additional races that were not called as of even yesterday, but we're getting more data in. Some of these races perhaps cannot be officially called yet, but they're moving very close for us to be able to make that call.

I'll give you an example. In Mississippi, Scott Caloe, we had Scott back on in September of 2025. Do you remember that? We did a video that said Mississippi is waking up. And lots of people said, "Ben, don't get our hopes up. You're being hyperbolic." Mississippi, what are you talking about? Well, Scott Caloe looks like almost certainly he is going to win that Senate race against Cindy Hyde-Smith, the MAGA Republican senator there.

And there's, of course, a backstory where she was trying to deprive and deny him of a federal judgeship when he was going to be appointed by Biden. Right now, again, I'm not like an odds guy, you know, and I'm not going to take money ever from the Cauchys or the Polly Markets or them. So I'm not in any way sponsored by them. Just it is a data point amongst lots of data points. I just want to be very clear. But Scott Caloe's odds over there to win that Senate race are about 98% right now.

And lots of people are saying they're kind of ready to. I don't want to things can happen. It could get weird. But I think we're getting ready to be able to make that call. Another one, Lauren Boebert, looks like she's about to lose in a plus 18, plus 19 Trump district in Colorado right now. We're getting closer to being able to make that call over there. Other calls we're able to make, we'll go over that on this show.

I mean, you just take a look at what's happening in some of these state legislative races as well. You take New Hampshire, for example, where Republicans had the majority right there of their statehouse. And now Democrats have a super majority over there. You look at even like the Texas Supreme Court races that were up, and you had Democrats winning all of those seats on the Texas Supreme Court and all of those statewide offices.

Democrats won in Texas. Like Texas is a blue state right now, folks. You look at Indiana where Bo Bye became the Secretary of State. If ultimately Indiana went with Trump's gerrymander, the entire Indiana Statehouse would be Democratic right now. Because all of Donald Trump's, all of Donald Trump's gerrymandering turned out to be dummy mandering. They lost every gerrymandered seat across the country.

You have Major Ojeda. He ended up beating the National Republican Congressional Committee Chair, the guy in charge of running the House races for the Republicans, lost his race. Fred frickin' Wellman from the Midas Touch Network. Shout out, Fred. Won Missouri's second. We have a Midas Touch Podcast congress member right now. Not sure what he's going to do with the podcast or the show, but congratulations to Fred.

That victory was all his. And incredible, incredible work over there. And really just grassroots meeting the people of Missouri's second congressional district, flipping it blue from the MAGA Republican extremist Ann Wagner. So we got a lot to discuss. And folks, though, you know, with this victory, Democrats have a mandate and they best not blow the mandate.

I think the biggest aspect of this mandate is accountability and oversight. We have a creature in the Oval Office surrounded by other ghoulish creatures. We have a sex predator in the Oval Office. We have a felon in the Oval Office. We have a vile piece of trash in the Oval Office. And that Oval Office needs to be cleaned up.

Get the trash out. That whole disgusting family trash. Losers. Losers their whole life. Like their companies that they bankrupted, their disgusting, perverted, sick behavior throughout that life. What this election said is that is not America. As Warren Buffett said, you're not going to do a deal with bad people, folks. That doesn't mean the Democrats should not fight for affordability.

Of course they should, because that's what the American people were saying as well. That our cost of living is impossible. But Donald Trump's already said, he said, call me Mr. Veto. That's what I want to be known as. Whenever Democrats pass something, I'm going to veto it. Well, I think Democrats should certainly pursue an agenda, first and foremost, of course, that's focused on affordability. Keep on putting legislation that the American people want.

Making housing affordable. Access to healthcare. Universal pre-K. Universal healthcare. Let's talk about making sure that the American people are taken care of. Let's talk about raising a minimum wage. Not just to a living wage. We deserve more to just live, right? People deserve to be paid with dignity. So don't just make it a livable wage.

I don't think people wake up and go, you know what I want to do with my life? Man, just, can I just be livable? I think that's the bare minimum. Give people a wage with dignity. Damn it. Tax the frickin' rich more. Tax them more. Put bills that say those things. Absolutely. But if you think you're going to be doing deals with that sex predator, with that vile piece of, you know what, in the Oval Office, he can't do a deal.

All he knows how to do is destroy. He knows how to steal, how to pick your pocket. That's all. He's a lifelong fraud. And what the American people said is that is not America. So I don't want to see people nice to him. I don't want to see people coddle him. I don't want to see people appease him. I want people to roll up their sleeves. And just like in Canada, where they went elbows up, go fist freakin' up and punch the F back.

That's what the American people want to see. Not just Democrats. That's what independents want to see. That's what conservatives want to see. Trump ain't a conservative. Trump is a freaking fraud. The American people know that. That's what you're seeing. You know, you're seeing people say, ah, you know, in Texas, they're saying, wait a minute, I don't want data centers. I want healthcare.

I want to be paid more. I'm sick and tired of being frickin' defrauded by these billionaires who are out there doing $70 million weddings and flying in 18 different private jets. Qatari jets. Bullshit. Americans are saying, we stand united against all of this crap. So understand your mandate and what it is about. It is about ruthless oversight.

Robust oversight. Not weakness. Okay? That's what it is about. It's actually very simple. You talk to any American. That is what they want. Subpoenas need to fly every damn day. I want to hear about it from the Agriculture Committee. I want to hear about it from Budget. Of course, we're going to hear about it from Oversight. I want to hear it from the Armed Services Committee, from the Intelligence Committee.

I want to hear about it from every single committee, every damn day, doing oversight, subpoenaing people, calling them up, let them run scared, then go to court and sue their asses and force them to testify. And if they plead the fifth, make them do it in public. We will live stream the shit out of that every damn day. That's what the American people want. The American people are under no illusion that you can do a deal with Donald Trump.

You can't do deals with bad people. And Donald Trump's not just a bad person. He's not even really a person. These are demonic forces in the Oval Office. These are the worst of the worst scum. All of them. It's really that simple. Understand your mandate is to hold these people accountable. Be strong. That's you want to know what every American talks about? That's what every American talks about. And when it comes to impeachment, do not take it off the table.

Do not take it off the table ever. I want to see these people get impeached right away. And you know what? If people are going to vote, if this showed you anything, as Dr. Abdul El-Sayed said, you know, these bullies, they huff and they puff and they act all tough. But you have to stand up to them. You have to fight back. And if you take a look at Abrego Garcia, if he can defeat Donald Trump in court, so can we.

If Eugene Carroll can defeat Donald Trump in court with the facts, so can we. If those two people, they don't have powerful armies, though. They had good lawyers, but they don't have powerful armies. They don't have the full DOJ at their disposal. They don't have a Department of Defense at their disposal. They don't have the billionaires at their disposal. No. If people like that, if everyday people who are wrong can stand up, so can we.

So stop with the head fakes of, oh, but what if we do this? But what? No, but this is not a time for the buts. Donald Trump's time was the buts. That's all he wanted to talk about. Men's asses, men's buts. Okay? For us, there is no but. It's here is what we are doing. Here, we hear you. We're listening to you. We understand. We understand you're angry. We all have a right to be angry because this regime screwed our country.

Frickin' today, you have the top Russian advisor to Putin, Kirill Dmitriev, is in the Oval Office doing some weird frickin' propaganda with Melania Trump. You got Melania Trump, Kirill Dmitriev, and Melania saying what a great humanitarian Putin's people are. Both sides in the issue of kidnapping children. Yeah, Ukraine's kidnapped all of these children is basically what Melania said. Ukraine's kidnapped them. And Russia did it too.

So we're just going to reunite all of the children because Ukraine was stealing them and Russia was stealing them. No, you want to talk about what the facts were? You could talk about Russia stealing the Ukrainian children. And then when they came up to a certain age, using those children to fight against Ukraine in a war where they're now getting killed in a catastrophic war, and you're giving cover to that with all of this frickin' bullshit. That's what's going on. Let the oil companies know. Let all of the US companies know that if they touch that Russian diesel, that there's going to be real ramifications for them.

Be freaking tough. Tough. Put it all on the line. Because that's what the American people voted for. And yes, the American people voted for affordability. Absolutely. But these issues are inextricably intertwined. You know why also? Because in a healthy functioning democracy, when you get shelacked, the way the MAGA Republicans just did, you know what happens in every other democracy pretty much, but ours? That's a vote of no confidence and the government leaves.

Because that's what the American people were saying. The American people were saying, these pieces of shit need to go. That's the message that was being sent. And when you see this in other governments, it's a no confidence, especially parliamentary systems. Heck, in Canada, if they can't put forward a budget, that's a vote of no confidence. And they need to constitute a new government if they can't pass a budget. A new vote, a snap election has to take place. And so what the American people really want to see is Trump deposed.

We want to see him go under oath. But people want these people out. And I know we have to live with them for two years. But what the American people are saying is that for these two years, establish the precedent. Do everything you can to get them out. Everything you can. And we understand that our system is a president serves four years, sure, whatever. But you better fight like hell. Like the goal and the objective is impeachment. Why see? I teach negotiation at a law school.

That's what I do. I teach negotiation. I teach different law classes. On negotiation, you never give up from the outset any one of your possibilities. So if asked about it, you say it's on the table. Now, personally, I want it more on the table. I want it now. That's what I want it. I want it right freaking now. Start with Hegseth next week. Sure. Great. Bessent the day after. Epstein Island Lutnick the day after.

I bet you Republicans would work with Democrats right now who have lost their job, who are in this lame duck session. So let's start right now. Let's go. Epstein Island Lutnick for all of his lies. Let's get him. Bessent, that little pathetic thing. Freaking Bessent. Obviously Hegseth. Right? I mean, I want to see Admiral Brad Cooper, Mr. Podcaster. Dude started a freaking podcast today talking about eating grilled cheese sandwiches or French fries or something today.

Dude is talking about French fries. We don't give a shit that you're eating French fries, Admiral Brad Cooper. I don't care that you like French fries. What are you doing podcast? You're the commander of CENCOM. You're behaving like a freaking loser. I don't care. I like to shoot hoops. I don't care if you shoot hoops. You got us into a catastrophic war and you're losing the war. I don't want to hear about your French fries and your ketchup. Stupid. Stupid. I want him impeached now. But certainly don't take it off the table. It's ridiculous. On the table.

First and foremost. It's on the table. All options. If you mean it, say it, that we will pursue the ends of justice wherever they lead. If that is impeachment, that's where it goes. If it is a war crime tribunal, we should make referrals to war crime. Oh, we can't do that. We can't do that. Bullshit. We could do anything. If Donald Trump can cut off USAID and destroy these independent agents, we could do it. If you can do it for bad, we can do it for good.

Wield your power. That's the mandate that is being sent right now. I want to be very clear. Because this doddering freaking loser creature in the Oval Office, you want to see this? So my team tells me he's doing right now while I'm recording. This is what they're telling me he's doing right now. He's making... Look at what this piece of shit is doing right now. Okay? And for those who are new to the MeidasTouch, this is why independent media is important. Okay? We speak with moral clarity. That's it. It's a simple, simple formula.

We just speak the truth. We say what we feel to you. And look at this loser. Look at this freaking loser. Be clowning us, embarrassing us on the world's trades. Precisely the reason that people want this loser gone. Because of shit like this. Trump.

Speaker 200:19:43

We have something that's of great interest to a lot of people, the Oval Office and the Cabinet Room. I'm going to make this... I'm going to make this into a landmark of all ages so you can't make any renovations to all of this piss on the wall. Here, let me show you everybody what that looked like just moments ago. I'm just seeing this now as well. Let's play it.

Ben Meiselas00:20:07

Well, thank you very much. We have something that is of great interest to me, but it's of great interest to a lot of people. And it concerns the Oval Office and the Cabinet Room. Very important spaces. And I'm going to be signing a document which will make them into a landmark for the ages. It won't be able to be taken down, destroyed, touched, or anything else. It'll be... It's called actually a national monument.

It's a federal landmark. And when completed and when we get the documentation fully done and legally binding, it'll make it impossible for anybody ever to destroy this incredible space. We won World War II. We won World War I. We won a lot of things. We built a country largely modern, the country as we know it, the modern country. And we certainly had some good years during my so far six years.

And I just...

Ben Meiselas00:21:11

Show the other clip from the Oval Office, please. Let's see the other one.

Ben Meiselas00:21:16

We've had tremendous victory in this office. So we're making it a national monument and it will not be allowed to be touched by anybody, destroyed, ripped down by stupid people in order to build something in a slightly different shape. We like the Oval Office and it's a symbol like the White House itself. It's a symbol.

Ben Meiselas00:21:38

And then he says, what we're doing in Iran is not a war, he says. He says it's something else. He says, we're doing an occupation. He says, we're doing an occupation. Some words today. We're doing an occupation. Here, play this clip.

Ben Meiselas00:21:54

Those are wars. Somebody said a war with Iran. No. We have succeeded with the blockade tremendously. And we have destroyed somebody. A man told me today that's from the area, a neighboring country, that it'll take them 25 to 30 years right now to rebuild their country. And, you know, so we'll see how that all works out. I think it's working out very well. Somebody else called, you know, they say it's an occupation.

Remember what? Because it is virtually an occupation. And we're not looking to be wise guys, but it is an occupation.

Ben Meiselas00:22:35

Get that piece of trash out of there. If you don't see the American people see the emergency, the hell is that thing? The hell are you talking about? And by the way, you want to know what Iran's doing? You vile sex predator, you vile piece of trash, you freaking loser. You know what they're doing today? I'll tell you what they're doing. You know what? Motion Razae, the top advisor to Ayatollah Mojtaba Khomeini.

You know where he is? Yeah, he's at the Kremlin right now with Putin. While Putin's number two or top advisor, Kirill Dmitriev, is in the White House right now. Yeah, Motion Razae, I know how you said, we don't know who the leaders are of Iran. Yeah, I know who they are. I know who all of them are. I know who the top advisors to Ayatollah Mojtaba Khomeini are. I know at the army level. I know at the navy level. I know at the IRGC level. I know at the civilian parliament level. I know at the foreign ministry level. I know at the deputy foreign ministry level.

I know at the presidential level. You know what? You know why? Because that's what you have to do to educate yourself, to know that you're not feeding us a bunch of bullshit. Because what was actually announced today is that Russia and Iran will be building gas pipelines connecting the countries. And they will be building more train and freight capabilities, more rails, more railways going to be built. The railway networks will be improved. At the same time, they also announced that they would be providing a lot more helicopter equipment to help Iran fight us, to help Iran fight you, you freaking idiot, and intelligence sharing and gathering.

So that's what's happening over there. Also, I'm not sure if your friends who called you, you know, who are working on replacing the US security architecture in the region with one dominated by China and Russia, not sure they told you if you actually had people who did their jobs at the State Department and people who did their jobs at the Defense Department rather than talk about injecting themselves with testosterone while they look like the most weakest and pathetic.

I don't even want to call them. I don't want to call these people. They would tell you that Iran's had multiple phone calls today with leaders from Oman and Jordan and Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and others. While all of this is going on, they are planning for what the future looks like over here. They are looking for the future. Now, this is just coming in right now. Donald Trump commented to Iran on Axios. Now we will make a decision, he says, regarding Iran.

Do we want to go further and ensure that this will never happen again? I would prefer not to destroy what is left of this country if possible, but I may have to do so. You will know very soon. Folks, get the sex predator piece of trash out of there. And Democrats, step the hell up right now because this sicko who has suffered this psychic injury, this trauma about what a freaking loser he is right now.

You see him. You saw him yesterday. And this is why I did the interview with Dr. Bandy Lee, because I want to study people's psychology. I want to understand. And she explained what you saw yesterday was almost a cathartic moment for him, feeling like the loser that he is. As he was walking around the ballroom and doing all of that, he looked like a defeated, like just bizarre and deranged, right? I mean, you know, more so, you know, than even usual. But what she warned about is that then as he tries to find his balance, a likely outcome of people who feel trapped, who feel like such losers when limits are placed, is to lash out.

And in the case of somebody like this, she said that could lash out in the form of catastrophic war to feel emboldened and empowered. You've got Hegseth, who's about to actually be impeached, likely with the support of Republicans. You have Netanyahu, who's about to be deposed from power as a coalition has formed with the Yashar party, with Gadi Eisenkat and the Arab bloc forming a government over there. And actually the Orthodox party in Israel not supporting Netanyahu anymore.

So you have some very desperate war criminals right now who are panicking and who want to escalate this catastrophic war. And if you think that you're going to finish them off, you're going to finish... They're not finishing them off. They're stronger than before the war, you freaking idiot. And it's not me propagandizing. I'm telling you the truth. They have more ballistic missiles. They have more cruise missiles. They've upgraded their drones. They have their targets ready to go in the region.

They will cut the underground cables that exist that connect the internet to the Middle East. They will destroy the American assets and American-related assets in that region right away. You didn't destroy them. They've hit five tankers in the Strait of Hormuz in the past 24 hours. They've downed two US Lukas drones in the past 12 hours using electronic jamming equipment, which was probably also provided by either Russia or China.

Although, don't underestimate Iranian engineering, okay? Because they have some of the best engineers. Stop acting like Iran and a proud Persian civilization, even if they have their criticisms and serious ones and serious issues with the government. Stop acting like they're cavemen and that you can obliterate them. You did it. You've already lost. They've already destroyed a ton of our bases. They've destroyed our logistical freaking hub in Bahrain.

Stop with the bullshit. Stop pretending that it's like, that is like, oh, we're beating. You didn't beat them. You lost. You lost. And do we have Admiral Brad Cooper? Show it this idiot. I mean, this is CENCOM? You're doing a bro podcast about freaking French fries? Are you stupid? Are you that freaking dumb? What the hell are these people right now? I mean, for real. Are these gremlins? Like, who are you? Here, play this clip.

Speaker 500:29:16

So you're more of a salad, chicken Caesar salad person. But here's something that people might not know about you. You are the original, in my opinion, my thoughts, you are the original fry guy. You like French fries. Most people don't notice, but I did notice. When we stationed together years ago, my lunch would come. I always had French fries. You know, bad on me. But you would see my French fries coming on my plane. You'd at least take one or two. And they would tell me, and you never knew. I don't think you ever knew that I knew you took my French fries. So is that your favorite food, French fries?

Speaker 600:29:47

We should let the world know. For years, I've been eating your French fries. The secret is now out. But yeah, I never met a French fry I didn't like. And thus the need to exercise frequently to balance that out.

Ben Meiselas00:29:58

What are you talking about? Your French fry habit? You French fry eating? Dude, I don't give a shit about you eating. You're the commander of CENCOM. Behave like a grown-up. We don't want to see this podcast of you two talking about this shit. You got us involved in a catastrophic war. You have the so-called commander in chief out there say, oh, I'm going to teach them. They've already been destroyed. No, they haven't. Bragging about occupation.

The hell is going on here? That's real. They posted that. That was CENCOM posted that to the world on their official CENCOM. The secret is out that you're a bunch of losers and everybody sees that the United States is so damn weak right now. It's like a Major League team putting out, no offense to the middle schoolers who would do a better job, like putting out the middle school team. Not even the middle school team. Again, unserious. You know, I don't know.

I was going to say, you know, back in the day when I went to school, we had this area called like the bump. And the bump is where all the bad kids would smoke cigarettes in middle school. And they'd be at the bump. And you would see the kids smoking cigarettes at the bump, right? Yeah, I mean, no offense if you... I mean, I'm not, I don't endorse smoking. You shouldn't be a smoker. I'm not trying to like whatever. But if, you know, it's like the middle school bump kids. You're like the bump kids trying to play Major League Baseball. That's what you showed the world.

And sure, you may have the military equipment, but you don't know how to use it because if that's your behavior, that's what it reflects to the entire world. Anyway, I want to show you this. This is it rages me. Let me get back to a more happy place right now and then I'll get back to an angry place. This is a super cut that Brett made about the election. Let's play it.

Speaker 700:31:52

Except for the fake polls out there. My poll numbers are great. No, they have such fake polls.

Ben Meiselas00:31:57

CNN projects that Democrat John Ossoff will win the Senate race.

Speaker 800:32:02

Keisha Lance Bottoms will become the next governor of Georgia.

Speaker 900:32:05

You can dismiss the polls, okay? The polls are wrong.

Speaker 1000:32:09

Don't buy it. I'm telling you, I'm on the ground in the swing districts. I am seeing huge energy and crowds. It feels like 2024 to me.

Speaker 1500:32:50

I know. I'm only 26 years old, but I've never seen a poll that was real. Every single one is fake. Why are we suddenly going to start believing that these polls are actually showing reality?

Ben Meiselas00:33:03

Democrats will win control of the US Senate.

Saw Sean Duffy's nephew.

Speaker 2300:33:51

I'm only 26 years old, but I've never seen a poll. I've never seen a poll.

Ben Meiselas00:33:56

Shut up. I mean, shut up. I mean, we need to stop allowing these losers to like, you know, think. Just tell them to shut up.

Speaker 2300:34:06

I'm seeing a poll and I'm like, shut up, you freaking loser. I mean, all these people, just stand up to these people, folks. That's what this election showed, that you stand up. You expect me to have a rational conversation with Sean Duffy? I'm seeing a poll and I'm like, shut up. Shut it. For real. I mean, you know, or Donald Trump, you're going to do negotiations with that guy? Oh, let's talk about affordability. I think what we need to... I mean, good luck. Good luck trying to do a deal with that thing.

You know, good luck trying to do a deal with that guy who's on audio bragging about sexually assaulting women because he says he's rich. And when you're rich, you could do it or brags about going into the beauty pageant locker rooms and looking at girls naked because you can inspect them naked. He said, you want to know one of the reasons why they're so obsessed with men and women's bathrooms? It's because that's what Donald Trump would do. That's why the... you know, it's always projection. That's what Donald Trump did. He brags about doing it. That's who we should be freaking worried about right there.

Ben Meiselas00:41:36

Welcome back to Ben on Breaking News. I'm Ben Micelis, and this is our Breaking News. A lot of bump kids in the chat, huh? A lot of bump kids. I wasn't meant to offend the bump kids out there, but I think we should do some merch that says, I was a bump kid, and now I'm a Midas Mighty. I was a bump kid, and now I guess we're all bump kids when it comes down to it, though, right? We're all just bump kids trying to just trying to get over the bump, if you will.

All right, let's talk about some resignations at the White House and within the Trump regime. Earlier today, we learned that Harmeet Dhillon, Donald Trump's handpicked DOJ civil rights chief, has resigned following the Democrats' historic midterm rout. Dhillon, as you'll recall, gutted the civil rights division, drove out career attorneys, and pursued some of Donald Trump's most odious legal crusades. Also, there has been a lot of reporting, first by the Independent and then by Bloomberg, that Secretary of State Marco Rubio is trying to figure out how he can extricate himself from this regime.

You can't extricate yourself, Rubio, when you're inextricably intertwined with all of the war crimes. You, sir, are a war criminal who should also be turned over to The Hague for war crimes prosecutions, along with Hegseth, along with Donald Trump. The kind of energy I want in future Democratic presidential candidates is I want them to confirm. I want them to agree, perhaps even in writing, that on day one they turn over the war criminals to war crime tribunal.

I mean, to me, like impeachment's like a five. You know, like I want to see like war crimes tribunals. Like that's what I mean. The war criminals need to go in front of war crime tribunals. I think it's a pretty basic formula. I mean, what they did in Manab, what they did in Lemaire, slaughtering little children in Lemaire with these tungsten pellets. Little boys, little girls were playing around at volleyball practice. The Trump regime slaughtered them there. The children from Manab in elementary school slaughtered with Tomahawk missiles over there.

A lot of other war crimes being committed off of Venezuela and South America. The shooting and destruction of these fishing boats that the Trump regime says are narco-traffickers. Even if they are narco-traffickers, you don't just kill people, okay? Also, narco-traffickers, which type of narco? What are we talking about actually here? People still get due process. You don't just kill people who are accused. That's not what we're supposed to do here. So those are war crimes, but there's no evidence that they're actually narco-traffickers. But I'm not afraid to say, even if they were, they still get due process.

You don't just kill people. You know, low-level narco-traffickers, not good. I mean, they deserve to be brought to justice. Does it mean you just go up and start shooting them in the face? You know, I mean, these are probably impoverished people. These aren't the narco kingpins. The narco kingpins are Donald Trump's friends. That's who Donald Trump is installing to lead these narco regimes in South America. That's what's actually happening. Trump's pardoning the top narco people.

I mean, Trump's pardoning the narco-laundering ring, right? We all know about that Binance hack that happened. Trump's buddy from North Korea apparently hacked this Binance crypto that was previously prosecuted for being used for laundering funds for the biggest narco-trafficking. Trump pardoned that guy. Trump pardoned that big narco-trafficker from South America as well, Orlando Hernandez. Trump, Trump, so don't so spare me that. But those are war crimes, war, you know, war crime tribunals.

That's what, frankly, frankly, the impeachment, the impeachment argument is like, like, like we're kind of well past that, right? Like, like the impeachment argument is like, that's like, that's like, that's like the chaser. That's like, that's like the orange juice. Like, what are we talking about? I don't know what you're trying to mean by that. But what we need to be focusing on is like, there's a bigger picture here. I mean, like these are, these are war criminals covering up their war crimes. But yes, I'd like to see, I'd like to see the impeachments.

And we could start off with Hegseth on Monday. We could start off with Hegseth on Tuesday. But Marco Rubio, Rubio's like, no, I'm not doing that. That's not true. That's a lie. He hasn't said that, but his people have said that. His people have said that. I just, for really no reason at all, could we just show Saddam Hussein's statue being pulled down? Just want to show it. Here, let's play.

Speaker 2700:46:25

We have to. We have to. We have to. Whoa. I needed a hand. I needed a little bit. Here it is.

Speaker 2800:46:44

I'm getting a little better. I'm getting a little better.

Speaker 2700:46:47

Nice, nice. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Yeah, and then I'm just going to show you Bashar Assad's statues being tortured. I don't know. I'm just, I just have an impulse to show it to you. I don't know why. I'm just going to show it to you.

Ben Meiselas00:47:20

Just showing historical, historical, historical footage over there. Take a look over here. Congressman Marlon Stutzman over here. This is a MAGA Republican. He's saying there needs to be some accountability. Here's what he has to say. Let's play this clip.

Speaker 2900:47:39

We're in the minority in a big way, and this gives us a chance to start fresh. You know, I'm a business guy, and if in business all of a sudden you lose that much of your work to your competitor, you're going to fire people. In fact, I think there should be some heads rolling from the White House as well right now. And I think we need to start with our own house right now and making sure that we have new leadership, new voices. You know, I appreciate everything they've done and tried to do, but it didn't work. And so I'm going to be supporting Jim Jordan in this race and believe that as we look to the other positions as well, that we need new people stepping up.

That's what Republicans are for. We're for competition and getting the best people out in front to lead our party.

Ben Meiselas00:48:22

We need the heads to roll. Sir, who are you going to bring in, sir? Let's bring in the gym coach who covered up the petos at the college. Sir, it's a brilliant idea, sir. Let's bring the guy who is not a lawyer, who had, are you a lawyer or are you an attorney? The non-licensed guy who went to law school. No offense to it, but you shouldn't be leading the judiciary from.

Have a constitutional problem right now. He's actually going to be leading the judiciary committee in Jamie Raskin, right? Like someone who's actually qualified and competent and is a lawyer and is a top lawyer and who knows what he's doing, right? Right. It's a thing. But let's do Jim Jordan. This is what Hegseth is posting right now. Let me share. This is a video. He's lashing out over efforts to impeach him. Here, let's play this clip.

Speaker 3000:49:26

This is not about me, but of course the other side, in case you've noticed, they're obsessed. A disgruntled, defeated congressman, along with all his Democrat allies, has also dropped sham articles of impeachment against yours truly. Just like they tried against President Trump twice. You see, their policies don't work, so their obsession with political theater disguised as power drives them to try to destroy their opponents.

It's all about the politics of personal destruction. Didn't work against President Trump, and it won't work with me. You can rest assured of that. To the troops, don't blink. Ignore the noise. Never hesitate. You see, all this is politics. You do real things. So stay the course. And as always, President Trump leads the way. In service of our nation, he has endured more than anyone can fathom.

He literally took a bullet for this nation. He shook his fist and said, fight, fight, fight.

Ben Meiselas00:50:37

Shut the fuck up. Traitor. War criminal. That's what the Americans, you know, I don't like to curse, but I'm fired up on this episode. You are a war criminal. That's what you are. You have destroyed our military. And don't you dare cloak yourself in our troops who you've abandoned, quite literally abandoned them in the Middle East. You've destroyed our military leadership.

You have pushed out or fired our top four-star, three-star, two-star, one-star generals. You've stopped promoting people because they're Black, Latino, or women. You have literally gutted our military. You've made us weaker than ever before. You couldn't run a veteran's nonprofit. You were pushed out of that because you were so corrupt for a small veteran's nonprofit group. And then you've also attacked our veterans community as well.

You want to build a gigantic arch to cover up the view of the Arlington Cemetery. And when our courageous veterans sued to block it, the argument from the Trump regime is, what standing do veterans have with respect to the Arlington Cemetery? So spare me that Donald Trump has endured, you know, you use your hand gestures, that he's endured more for this country. No, he was called to serve during the Vietnam War, and he did not serve.

He claimed that he had bone spurs on five different occasions and got deferments and didn't actually serve when he was called to serve our nation. Then had the audacity, in between speaking about men's asses on the campaign trail, to say that all we had to do if we wanted to win the Vietnam War in a week was to bomb Ho Chi Minh City, which then was Saigon, which was the capital of our ally, South Vietnam. And if he wants to actually open up a history book and know why there wasn't strikes on Hanoi, that would have caused World War III and drew China and Russia into the war as well, a war that we look back on as being utterly catastrophic as well.

But I suppose when Donald Trump is promoting that we should bomb the capital of our ally, is that really any different than how he treats Zelensky or how he treats Canada or how he treats NATO or how he treats our actual allies who he's thrown under the bus? So I suppose to some extent, yes, Donald, if we would have bombed our ally during the Vietnam War, it would have ended in a week because we would be bombing our ally.

And what Trump has done with Ukraine is frankly the equivalent of bombing our ally. And against all odds, Zelensky has managed to not surrender, to hold the front, to recapture a lot of land previously. And now he has to endure a winter onslaught without any interceptors, the remaining interceptors going to the despicable Netanyahu regime that already has the Iron Dome.

That's where our remaining interceptors are going to, while the U.S. has run out of interceptors. And Zelensky is left to fend for himself while Russia has built up a massive arsenal of thousands and thousands of ballistics and Iskanders and other ballistics given by North Korea, dual-use parts that were given by China, Iranians' contribution with the initial Shahi base that became the Geran 4s and the Geran 5 jet-fueled drones that Ukraine now struggles to strike down the way they used to be able to strike down the Shahids, the cruise missiles that are at play.

Donald Trump and this regime of war criminals has done so much damage international, and they want to do more. As Dr. Abdul El-Sayed again said, and I want to quote him because there are so many people too, like Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, he'll never get the independence. He crushed with the independence. What are you talking about? I don't need to hear from people to tell me, people who aren't fighting with us, people who aren't shoulder to shoulder with us all of these years.

I don't need people to show up 30 days before an election who haven't been there with us to tell us what independent voters are going to do or what this type of voter is going to do or what that type of voter is going to do. Do you know that Zoran Mamdani has a significantly higher approval rating with Jewish New Yorkers and Jewish people generally than Israel, than Netanyahu's regime does right now in Israel?

I mean, do you know that people view Mamdani more favorably? That overwhelmingly he still has broad support amongst the Jewish community even? So don't tell me this group is that group and that group and independents will never vote for that. And you don't know. I don't need to stop. And corporate news, do you see what they're doing right away? They're coming at it again and they're being like, so this was a, this was kind of an election that was like all about like not progressive. And I'm like, what are you talking about?

That's the lesson that you, the opposite. What are you talking about? They're going to, they're run by oligarchs, right? So they're going to do their thing. But we need to build our structures here. And we need to be supportive of each other. Does that mean we're going to be right all the time? No. Does that mean we're going to be perfect? No. But we need to remember that we all fought with each other, that we were in the trenches with each other, not before an election, but during life, in life. Because life is not just an election.

Life is every fucking day that we have to deal with on this earth. It's taking our kids to school. It's going to the hospital. It's running errands. It's giving back. It's trying to find a doctor. It is struggling. It is trying to live and support ourselves and our family and better our community. Life is every day. Yes, elections happen two years or there could be special elections, but life happens every damn day. And we fight for life.

We fight for each other because we fight for what's right. That's what this is about. And then the elections will fall into place. Because when you have the values and principles on your side that you fight for in life, then the decisions in the election become easy. Then we can fortify our minds against the bad actors who pop up during the elections and try to deceive and pit us against our fellow Americans and fellow people in the world. We fortify our minds against the bad faith actors.

That's an important lesson I want you all to remember as well. WTF America is our book, The Way Out of This Hell and Back to Democracy. We talk about so many of those ideas in this book. It was not an election book, but I wanted to drop the book during the election to remind us about what's really at stake, why we win. Not just for the sake of winning, not because it's a game, but because this is about life. This is about family. This is about community. It's about the planet. It's about what we do with the short time while we're on this earth and what we leave to future generations.

That's why we win. That's why we care. It's about that. Also, store.mitastouch.com, check out the latest merch as well. The blue wave merch. Go and check it out right now. I think you'll like it. I was part of the blue wave. All right, let's take our last break of the show.

I spend a ridiculous amount of time online between running Midas Touch, social media, emails, shopping, and all the different apps we use every day. I don't even want to imagine how much my personal information is just floating around out there. And here's what's disturbing. The data brokers collect that information and then they put it up for sale. It's so messed up. Your address, phone number, personal details, things you never intended to make public. But that's why I've been using Delete Me, and the results have been pretty eye-opening. Since February 2024, Delete Me has reviewed over 12,000 potential exposures of my personal information and removed 211 exposures.

That's 211 instances of my information being out there that Delete Me helped take down. It is really unsettling to see those numbers, but I'm happy Delete Me is taking care of it. And the process is super simple. You just tell Delete Me what information you want removed from people's search sites. Their experts handle the work, and they send you regular personalized privacy reports showing what they found, where they found it, and what they've removed. Especially with the work we do at Midas Touch, that's peace of mind that I really appreciate.

Ben Meiselas01:02:15

Select Quote's going to have to help me with my blood pressure over here. I'm so fired up right over right there. Thank you to our sponsors. I'm going to do some good news now. I'm going to do like a good news section to lower the blood pressure. And then, you know, I may get fired up again. I can't guarantee where this is going to go. Unscripted. Okay. Let's talk about what's going on in Mississippi. As I noted before, it does appear that Scott Caloum can go on to win this. We can't confirm. We can't make the call yet.

Odds are very high as the votes are coming in. You still don't know what's going to happen over here, but it looks like he can go on and win. We could be talking about 56 seats, folks. You take a look at what's going on in Colorado's fourth congressional district. That's Lauren Boebert's seat. It's looking and we can't make the call yet. Anything can happen. There could be late drops, so who knows. But as of now, Democrat Eileen Laubacher, veteran, looks like she's going to beat Lauren Boebert. We will see though. Nancy Lacour, who was fired by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth in August 2025 after 35 years of service in the United States Navy.

It looks like she, I mean, it doesn't look like she has defeated the Republican Jenny Costa Honeycut in South Carolina's first congressional district over there. In Arizona's first, another flip, Democrat Amee Shah defeated Dr. Republican Jay Feely over there. We're talking about in North Carolina's fifth, Virginia Fox. Remember Virginia Fox, that evil lady, person?

Remember when MAGA Mike Johnson has I got to find that video somewhere. Remember when MAGA Mike Johnson first became the speaker and like he was asked like a very basic question? Remember it's like, ah, shut up. Ah, shut up. Anyway, she lost. Democrat Chuck Hubbard. See, that's what I mean. The blood pressure. Just tell the news, Ben. You don't need to do impressions for the rest of the show. Democrat Chuck Hubbard has defeated incumbent Republican Virginia Fox in North Carolina's fifth. Democrat Jessica Killen defeated incumbent Republican Jeff Crank in Colorado's fifth congressional district over there.

I know we know about the big Texas races. We know the governor's race, which was previously called Governor Gina Hinosa and Senator James Talarico. But also, Democrats won the lieutenant governor's race, the attorney general race, comptroller of public accounts, agriculture commissioner, railroad commissioner, commissioner of the general land office, Texas Supreme Court chief justice, Texas Supreme Court place two, seven, and eight, the entire Texas State House of Representatives.

You all saw the interview I did with, yeah, we have the Virginia Fox clip, folks. We have the clip. Take it away.

Ben Meiselas01:05:18

Mr. Johnson, you helped lead the efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.

Speaker 501:05:22

Oh, God.

Ben Meiselas01:05:27

Next question.

Speaker 501:05:30

Ah, shut up. Shut up.

Ben Meiselas01:05:35

Pretty much all of those people have lost their jobs. Like almost all of them have lost their jobs. You saw the interview I did with Governor Shapiro yesterday. By the way, I'm going to do another, I'm going to do these like podcast specials where I have like two featured guests and they're kind of different, which kind of makes it cool, right? Like I had Governor Shapiro and Mayor Mamdani, right? Obviously different people, but both are fighting for affordability and I put them in the same episode, which I thought made a really cool episode personally.

And so tomorrow, not all that different, but tomorrow I'm going to do Bernie Sanders and Congressman Garcia in an episode. I'm going to do a special drop tomorrow morning. When should we do it? Like 9:00 a.m.? So I'm going to do these like special drops that I'm just going to release kind of randomly, but they're going to be great episodes. So I think tomorrow we'll do Bernie Sanders and Robert Garcia. That'll be a cool episode. Oh, why am I mentioning Governor Shapiro?

Because there's the trifecta in Pennsylvania. Democrats flipped the Pennsylvania Senate for the first time in over 30 years. It's a big, big deal. Democrats flipped the Michigan House. That's a trifecta in Michigan, meaning governor seat, House, and Senate. Democrats flipped the Georgia House for the first time in over two decades. Democrats won control of the Georgia House of Representatives. As I mentioned before, Fred Wellman, Midas Touch host, went on to defeat MAGA Republican extremist Rep.

Anna Wagner in Missouri's second congressional district. New Hampshire State House exploded from a 43-seat GOP majority to a 200-seat Democratic supermajority. You know how big that is in New Hampshire? That's huge. Also, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed did indeed call his shot. He previously said that he would smoke Mike Rogers by seven, and he won by a little over seven.

As I noted, Scott Caloum is up there right now. I think he's likely going to win that race. Let me share with you when he spoke with voters what that looked like. He went to the Trump rally in Mississippi, and he waited online with people who were there for a Trump rally. Let me show you what that looked like. Let's play it.

Speaker 601:08:13

What are you expecting at the rally? I never been to a Trump rally.

Speaker 501:08:16

I know.

Speaker 601:08:16

Oh, okay. I'll just ask you.

Speaker 501:08:19

Where are you from?

Speaker 601:08:19

I'm from Columbus. How you doing, sir? Can I introduce myself?

Speaker 501:08:23

Bill Caloum.

Speaker 601:08:23

I'm Scott Caloum, Bill. Good to meet you. Thank you for your service.

Speaker 501:08:26

Thank you.

Speaker 601:08:26

Absolutely. What matters to you as a veteran right now?

Speaker 501:08:29

The Second Amendment, right?

Speaker 601:08:30

Second Amendment. I'm big on that.

Speaker 501:08:31

Kind of iffy on the AI.

Speaker 601:08:34

From Mississippi to Tennessee?

Speaker 501:08:35

Indiana.

Speaker 601:08:36

Yeah, you're from Indiana? Let me ask y'all, what matters to y'all as voters? What are y'all top issues?

Speaker 501:08:40

For me, gas prices.

Speaker 601:08:41

Gas prices. How do you feel about the war in Iran?

Speaker 501:08:44

Get out of it.

Speaker 601:08:45

Get out of it.

Speaker 501:08:45

We don't need to be there. It's not our problem.

Speaker 601:08:47

Let me ask you, what do you think about the tariffs? Are you a fan or not?

Speaker 501:08:50

Not really.

Speaker 601:08:51

Not really?

Speaker 501:08:51

How do you feel about flop cameras?

Speaker 601:08:53

I'm not a fan of them because I worry about privacy. What's your top issues?

Speaker 501:08:58

Mostly just.

Ben Meiselas01:08:59

Prices of everything.

Speaker 601:09:00

Prices.

Speaker 501:09:01

Gas prices.

Ben Meiselas01:09:02

Price strains.

Speaker 501:09:03

Economy.

Speaker 601:09:03

Yeah, yeah. That's what I'm running on.

Speaker 501:09:07

Yeah, absolutely. Have you taken any money from APAC?

Speaker 601:09:09

Absolutely not. You mind me asking you what matters to you as a voter right now?

Speaker 501:09:13

Honestly, well, honesty.

Ben Meiselas01:09:21

What you learn when you speak to people is that these binaries of progressive, conservative, independent, people buy in large actually share a lot of the same issues when it comes to affordability, housing, honesty, integrity. And it's these oligarchs who want to try to divide us, find these wedge issues that pit us against each other. And so it's really important that we lead with values and principles first and foremost.

That's the whole game. When you gamify it, when you put this team versus that team, it obscures the truths. Because then people are just entrenching themselves into why they like the Mets versus the Yankees or the Celtics versus the Lakers, but where the stakes are much higher. And so we can deconstruct that and say, we're all Team America. We shouldn't be happy that there's like the number two aide to Putin doing Russian propaganda from the White House today.

Like we shouldn't be like celebrating that our taxpayer dollars are going to fight catastrophic wars and commit war crimes overseas. Like that's not what we want. Blowing up schools versus building schools here. We don't want to see a government covering up a child's sex trafficking, bringing the Epstein files. And they're going to pit us against each other. I mean, what was the thing they kept on saying in this race? They're going to transgender your kids. What does it even mean? They're going to transgender your kids. Don't bully a marginalized community. And we as leaders need to stand with marginalized communities and never abandon marginalized communities.

Never allow it to be used as a wedge issue. It's not a culture war issue. It's not culture. It's not a culture. These are people. We treat people with dignity and respect. If they're trans, if they're gay, if they're straight, if they're white, if they're black, if they're Asian, if they're Jewish, if they're Muslim, we treat people with respect and dignity. It's a very simple formula. Okay? That's it. That's it. That's all you say. That's all you say. Simple. I'll show you what the MAGA Republicans were trying to do at the last minute to get out the vote, which failed. They sent the MAGA prince, Scott Pressler.

He was in New Hampshire, which you just saw the results of New Hampshire. So it seems like he had a very positive impact for Democrats in New Hampshire. We got to send this trio right here of Scott Pressler and these other two dudes. We need to send, like, here's what I advocate for. Send this crew around. Like 50 state tour. Let's fund it. Let's fund these guys to go to every state, every city.

I mean, if you want to know what, you know, I get asked a lot. Political messaging, political messaging. You know what I think about values and principles. But if you want me to start getting tactical, if you want me to be, you know, okay, show us some tactics. Okay, I would fund these three. And I would say, all right, 50 state tour, hit every community, and tell people to vote for Republicans. Just go for it. And we'll help, we should help fund them.

Maybe they start a GoFundMe, whatever. You know, I'm all for it. Here, listen to it. Listen to what they say. Let's play.

Speaker 701:12:48

Hey, everybody. This is Scott Pressler. I'm here with Davis and Brandon of Turning Point Action. Now, we just wrapped up in a high-energy, electric event here in Manchester. And so after the event, we're knocking on doors, making sure that everybody is coming out to vote for our Republican candidates. And Davis, who is running for the United States Senate here in New Hampshire?

Speaker 501:13:10

Johnny Sununu.

Speaker 701:13:12

And who do we have for Congress here, Brandon, in this district?

Speaker 501:13:16

We have Anthony DeLorenzo.

Speaker 701:13:18

So New Hampshire, I stopped what I was doing in Pennsylvania coming to your state because I believe in you. Make a point of vote by Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026. Game on.

Ben Meiselas01:13:30

So that was the Trump MAGA approach. I'll show you how Democrat Bo Bye ran in Indiana. Let's play his ad.

Speaker 801:13:43

Most politicians are weak, bought and paid for by special interests. I'm Bo Bye, a captain in the Marine Corps, a seventh generation Hoosier, and I'm running for Secretary of State because I'm disgusted with the corruption in that office. I'll end it on day one. No more wasteful spending for politicians getting rich while Hoosiers struggle to pay for food and gas. I'll stand up to anyone and clean this mess up. I'm a Marine, and we never back down.

Ben Meiselas01:14:13

You want to play Saddam Hussein statue falling down one more time? We could. We could do anything. It's our show. It's your show. Should we do it or should we not do it? Do we do it?

Speaker 501:14:30

Whoa.

Ben Meiselas01:14:52

I just do things for no reason now. It's post-midterm energy. I'm going to show a random clip of Saddam Hussein statue getting torn down for no reason. I just say, let's play it. That's what we do. Oh, man. WTF America, the way out of this hell, back to democracy. Check it out. Check. It's a good book. Spent a lot of time. I spent so much time. I spent so much time. It's an enduring work that I hope gives a sense of the generational change we're capable of, what lessons we can draw from an international landscape.

How do we fortify our minds to this globalist authoritarian network, the Trumps, the Bolsonaros, the Netanyahus, the Putins, the Javier Mileis, the Bukeles. We have to see the bigger picture of what's going on here. Of what's going on here. Store.midasTouch.com. You've got that blue wave merch. Go check that out.

There it is right there. I was part of the blue wave 2026. Store.midasTouch.com. Go check that out. And also, what great work Scott McFarlane, Katie Fang, Luke Radel, incredible work by them during the midterm show. Got nearly 3 million views. 3.5 million views across all of our platforms. Nearly 3 million views on YouTube. Special shout out to Adam Salty, to Jeremy, to Sydney, to the entire team.

They did great work behind the scenes. We had a great group of interns who were working there with Scott and Katie and Luke. They did a really good job. And we hope to just continue to build on that type of production. There you have it. Appreciate you. I want to hang more. I have to do, I have to prepare for the next show with the brothers. That one starts pretty soon.

Eight Eastern, five Pacifics. I got to prepare for that. Got to walk the dogs. If it was up to me, I'd hang here forever. I'd never leave the stream. All right, I'll see you all soon. I appreciate you. Love you all. Have a great day. We won, but let's translate that win into the change that we all demanded in the elections. Real accountability, real oversight, and let's fight for people's rights. Let's fight for people to live better lives. And that means affordability. That means quality of living.

It means cost of living. And that's what we're going to be focused on. Really appreciate you. Love you all. Thanks, everybody. Shout out MidasMighty. Want to stay plugged in?
