Episode summary

In this Thursday episode of The Toast, hosts Jackie and Claudia Oshry start with sweet potato Maxxing and candy debates before moving through pop culture news. They discuss Jen Affleck's divorce filing after announcing a pregnancy, Whitney Leovitt's reported Hulu series, Sophia Franklin's bartending turn on Watch What Happens Live, and Lindsay Hubbard's upcoming memoir.

They also cover Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lawrence's matching pajamas and a Skims campaign, then finish with listener advice from the Dear Toasters segment. The hosts share their opinions on each story, so listeners get a comedic, opinionated recap of reality TV news.

In this episode Claudia Oshry, Jackie Oshry

This Sweet Potato Maxxin' episode of The Toast, covering Jen Affleck's divorce and Whitney Leovitt's new show, was made with the same technology behind HappyScribe's Google Meet note taker.

Speaker 100:00:04

Good morning, girlies, it's the Toast. It's Jax and Claude, and we're your hosts. It's your favorite show, the fast-five things you need to know. We'll start your day off swirly, it's the Toast.

Jackie Oshry00:00:23

They sound amazing.

Claudia Oshry00:00:25

Welcome back to the Toast, and happy Wednesday—nope, Thursday!

Speaker 100:00:28

Thursday this week is just flying.

Claudia Oshry00:00:30

What a little treat. Happy Thursday, latter half energy. Hope everybody's having an amazing day. Hope everyone's having an amazing day. Hey, Jax, how are you doing?

Jackie Oshry00:00:38

I'm doing good, thank you. Oh, maybe I should be a little more specific. I'm actually—I'm feeling a little bit disoriented, actually. Like, just, I don't know.

Claudia Oshry00:00:45

I love the specificity.

Jackie Oshry00:00:46

Sometimes, like, I just—I'm in a fog. I feel this—

Claudia Oshry00:00:48

Clearly me too, I thought it was Wednesday.

Jackie Oshry00:00:49

This is my second coffee, which I haven't done since before my Maxx pregnancy. So I think that tells you how I'm doing. How are you doing?

Claudia Oshry00:00:57

I would think you'd be doing a lot better.

Jackie Oshry00:01:00

Because I'm with my sister, who I love.

Claudia Oshry00:01:03

Of course. But also.

Jackie Oshry00:01:08

Because I'm with my sister, who I love.

Claudia Oshry00:01:12

Because we sweet potato Maxxed last night.

Jackie Oshry00:01:14

We did sweet potato Maxx last night. I was so excited to talk about this. So we actually had a great night last night. My friend Rebecca—you guys might know her from the book club.

Claudia Oshry00:01:20

Of Redhead's fame?

Jackie Oshry00:01:22

Of Redhead's fame. We called her Becky on the show. She came—she's in Florida, so she came to visit us yesterday. She hung around, we had dinner together, and we decided to sweet potato Maxx. So.

Claudia Oshry00:01:31

Which, if you're not familiar with, like, what's going on in the trends in the food space, the protein Maxxers are now sweet potato Maxxing, where they're eating ground beef and sweet potato and, like, making different bowls.

Jackie Oshry00:01:40

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:01:41

Like, in different variations, but always sticking with the main components of, like, your carb being your sweet potato and your protein being your ground beef. It's very like, you know, Manosphere pot—and we're here podcasting after sweet potato Maxxing. Like, we're literally Andrew Tate and his brother.

Jackie Oshry00:01:54

We're living in the Manosphere.

Claudia Oshry00:01:55

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:01:55

So I like to make burger bowls for dinner, like hamburger bowls, but Ben and I have been casually discussing sweet potato Maxx.

Claudia Oshry00:02:01

You have been.

Jackie Oshry00:02:02

Sending him videos.

Claudia Oshry00:02:03

Sweet potato Maxx curious.

Jackie Oshry00:02:04

Yes, and I've been sending him videos, and we just both want a sweet potato Maxx. Plus, the babies love sweet potatoes, so it's like everybody could be sweet potato Maxxing.

Claudia Oshry00:02:12

Yeah. Kind of everyone but me. Because I had to have a separate meal made that actually looked like it was for Romeo.

Jackie Oshry00:02:18

It was very sad.

Claudia Oshry00:02:19

Jackie got a rotisserie chicken from the kosher grocer, which I love, a rotisserie chicken. And we had some leftover white rice. Like, my plate was bright white. It was, like, blinding me in the eye, and everybody else had, like.

Jackie Oshry00:02:28

And the colors!

Claudia Oshry00:02:29

Orange, sweet potato, brown beef, lettuce, and tomatoes and onions. My plate, I swear, if I had picked the bowl up and put it on the floor for Bruno, nobody would have been surprised.

Jackie Oshry00:02:37

Yeah, it did look like something very bland. But that's what you wanted. So anyways.

Claudia Oshry00:02:41

It was so good.

Jackie Oshry00:02:41

We had our hamburger bowls with a side of sweet potato Maxxing.

Claudia Oshry00:02:43

But you don't feel better?

Jackie Oshry00:02:45

Well, I definitely wasn't hungry last night. I don't think I had an after-dinner snack, now that I think about it.

Claudia Oshry00:02:51

I did.

Jackie Oshry00:02:51

What did you have?

Claudia Oshry00:02:52

I found your husband's candy stash, after claiming that the trigger treaters ate it all.

Jackie Oshry00:02:55

Oh, I'm sorry. I had two of those little Hershey's nuggets.

Claudia Oshry00:02:58

I found his stash after he just lied straight to my face and said that, like, trigger treaters.

Jackie Oshry00:03:02

I've been meaning to send you a picture and say, like, Biggie kept some. Biggie lied. So what have you?

Claudia Oshry00:03:10

Yeah, he did. And he kept full-size bars. It's not like he kept, like, you know, the bad stuff.

Jackie Oshry00:03:15

The laughy taffy.

Claudia Oshry00:03:16

No, he got this Costco industrial-sized mixed box—box, not bag—of KitKat, Reese's cup, like, two huge cup. There might have been a Snickers in there.

Jackie Oshry00:03:27

And Hershey bars.

Claudia Oshry00:03:27

And Hershey—Hershey with almond, which is not my favorite.

Jackie Oshry00:03:29

So we put out a huge bowl of candy on Halloween, so trigger treaters could come and take what they wanted, because we were out trigger treating. And when we came back to the house, like, it was totally empty. And everyone's like, "Oh my gosh, oh no." I'm like, "No." Zach, like, keeps reserves for himself, and he's going to have to put out his personal collection.

Claudia Oshry00:03:44

So he, like, hunched his shoulders and, like, walked back into the house.

Jackie Oshry00:03:47

He was like, "Really? I have to put out the full bars?" I was like, "Yes, you have to put out the full bars."

Claudia Oshry00:03:50

So he went in and bought the full bars, and he was, like, just acting, like, so devastated. Honestly, I'm impressed by his acting skills. He had another—he only put one out of two out, and he also had another bag of, like, little Hershey.

Jackie Oshry00:04:00

Those are new addition. I think he bought those yesterday.

Claudia Oshry00:04:01

Okay, okay.

Jackie Oshry00:04:02

So then when I went in the next day and I saw in the laundry room, there were still a box of full-size bars. Like, Biggie kept some for himself.

Claudia Oshry00:04:09

Notorious B-I-G. Don't worry, Ben and I took care of it. We, like, we went whole.

Jackie Oshry00:04:14

And every time I saw that box this week, I meant to send you a picture of me, like, "Don't worry about Zach, he kept some for himself."

Claudia Oshry00:04:19

And I had a KitKat. I don't have KitKats enough.

Jackie Oshry00:04:21

KitKats are amazing.

Claudia Oshry00:04:23

KitKats are amazing.

Jackie Oshry00:04:25

But my number one.

Claudia Oshry00:04:26

Is Twix.

Jackie Oshry00:04:27

Is Twix.

Claudia Oshry00:04:28

You're wrong for that.

Jackie Oshry00:04:29

I love Twix.

Claudia Oshry00:04:29

My number one, like, might be KitKat.

Jackie Oshry00:04:32

That's fair. That's a good one.

Claudia Oshry00:04:33

But it also, like, has historically always been Milky Way.

Jackie Oshry00:04:36

That's disgusting.

Claudia Oshry00:04:37

It's crazy that when I say that.

Jackie Oshry00:04:39

I hate Milky Way.

Claudia Oshry00:04:40

Everyone is like, "Really? Milky Way?"

Jackie Oshry00:04:43

You could, like, offer me a.

Claudia Oshry00:04:44

It's like the most classic.

Jackie Oshry00:04:45

You could offer me a Milky Way, like, in the middle of the day, like, or even after, as, like, a sweet treat after lunch, and I'd be like, "Ugh."

Claudia Oshry00:04:50

Oh my God. That's insane. Because—and you know they make Milky Way, like, extra caramel?

Jackie Oshry00:04:54

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:04:55

Oh no, Milky Way—I mean, it's disgusting. They make Milky Way, like, extra caramel. It's, like, so fucking good. Every time. It's, like, one of my shockingly most unpopular opinions.

Jackie Oshry00:05:04

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:05:05

But as I've grown, I have realized that KitKats, they might be taking over. KitKats are so good.

Jackie Oshry00:05:12

Yeah. They're a beautiful thing.

Claudia Oshry00:05:13

And they come in multiple different sizes and formats, and they taste different and, like, better every time.

Jackie Oshry00:05:17

Yeah, because the chocolate-to-wafer ratio keeps changing.

Claudia Oshry00:05:19

Yeah. But I do love, like, the classic Big Four sticks.

Jackie Oshry00:05:22

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:05:22

Those are delicious.

Jackie Oshry00:05:23

Love KitKat. And then, of course, I also love Almond Joy.

Claudia Oshry00:05:26

And your Almond Joy is my Milky Way, even though I think Milky Way is, like, so much more palatable and universally liked than Almond Joy.

Jackie Oshry00:05:33

I agree. I would agree with you on that. Like, Almond Joy is, like, sort of a hot take, except it turns out everybody actually loves it. Everybody loves it. And I think Milky Way—it's like, you think it's obvious. You think it's, like, a Snickers. But it's not.

Claudia Oshry00:05:44

Okay, but, like, so everyone agrees that, like, Snickers are better than Milky Way. I totally disagree.

Jackie Oshry00:05:47

Yes. Snickers—like, and if you said your favorite was Snickers, I'd be like, "Oh, classic." It's not my favorite, but that's normal.

Claudia Oshry00:05:53

Although I do want to say, you're not you when you're hungry. Like, that whole campaign.

Jackie Oshry00:05:58

It's not you.

Claudia Oshry00:05:58

Snickers are extremely filling. Like, the peanuts—like, sometimes you eat candy.

Jackie Oshry00:06:02

Yes, protein.

Claudia Oshry00:06:03

Yeah, sometimes you eat candy.

Jackie Oshry00:06:04

Your Snickers Maxxing.

Claudia Oshry00:06:04

You're not full and you feel disgusting.

Jackie Oshry00:06:06

Your Snickers Maxxing.

Claudia Oshry00:06:07

With Snickers, of course you feel disgusting afterwards when you eat, like, the whole one. But you do feel full, like, for a few hours. And, you know, they say a Kind bar is just as unhealthy as a Snickers.

Jackie Oshry00:06:16

I believe it.

Claudia Oshry00:06:16

Me too.

Jackie Oshry00:06:17

I do believe it.

Claudia Oshry00:06:18

And then, like, lots of the marketing when it comes to candy. "Break me off a piece of that KitKat bar. Give me a break. Give me a break. Break me off a piece." I actually just watched a TikTok about how that commercial—like, you know, at the time, KitKats were extremely unpopular. And the whole, like, coffee break, give me a break, made KitKat the number one candy bar in the world. And they were, like, lowkey, like, losers struggling.

Jackie Oshry00:06:40

Interesting. That's, like, the Twix one with the left and right factory.

Claudia Oshry00:06:43

I think that's the worst marketing campaign.

Jackie Oshry00:06:45

And it's like you could have two lefts. Like, it's just stupid.

Claudia Oshry00:06:48

And it's such, like, politically, like.

Jackie Oshry00:06:50

You thought it was divisive times.

Claudia Oshry00:06:51

You thought so? I never even thought of it like that.

Jackie Oshry00:06:53

I thought there were people who were only buying left Twix and people who were only buying right Twix. I never even thought about it like that.

Claudia Oshry00:06:57

I just think it created the divide—it made the divide in this country even worse. And I think the Mars company has a lot to explain.

Jackie Oshry00:07:02

Interesting.

Claudia Oshry00:07:03

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:07:04

Well, that's your candy update for the day.

Claudia Oshry00:07:06

Yes. Don't worry, I ate candy last night. It was so good.

Jackie Oshry00:07:08

And we had sweet potato. And if you've been thinking about sweet potato Maxxing, so good. We just cut the sweet potatoes in half.

Claudia Oshry00:07:13

Mashed it with a fork.

Jackie Oshry00:07:14

No, no, no. Then placed them in the oven to roast. One hour, 400.

Claudia Oshry00:07:18

Sure.

Jackie Oshry00:07:18

400 degrees. Olive oil, salt. Skin up, flesh down. And then we are Maxxing.

Claudia Oshry00:07:24

Chilling out Maxx and relaxing on cool.

Jackie Oshry00:07:26

Shooting some bebop outside of the school. I—I think I might Maxx again.

Claudia Oshry00:07:30

Wow.

Jackie Oshry00:07:31

Yeah. I think I might.

Claudia Oshry00:07:32

Don't overdo it, sister. Don't overdo it.

Jackie Oshry00:07:34

Because you could do, like, a taco theme.

Claudia Oshry00:07:36

Yeah, of course you could change the ethnicity of your sweet potato. You can go to the Caribbean. You can go Latina. Of course.

Jackie Oshry00:07:41

I think I might—

Claudia Oshry00:07:42

Italian.

Jackie Oshry00:07:42

I might have a Latina sweet potato tonight. An Italian sweet potato. Buongiorno.

Claudia Oshry00:07:47

Correct. You could go Mediterranean, do, like, a hummus pita.

Jackie Oshry00:07:51

Oh, interesting.

Claudia Oshry00:07:52

You could really.

Jackie Oshry00:07:53

I love Mediterranean night, but it's a lot of chopping.

Claudia Oshry00:07:57

Mediterranean is not my favorite cuisine. Probably because it's, like, the cuisine that's probably the healthiest. Like, Italian is fat as fuck.

Jackie Oshry00:08:04

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:08:05

Asian, you could go either way.

Jackie Oshry00:08:06

Yeah, you could make it fat.

Claudia Oshry00:08:08

An Asian sweet potato bowl sounds nice as well.

Jackie Oshry00:08:10

That does. And we could have your Belindas.

Claudia Oshry00:08:13

My Belindas! You guys knew when I was on my Weight Watchers journey, which I will be on again soon.

Jackie Oshry00:08:17

But Belindas is good anytime.

Claudia Oshry00:08:20

Yes, but I only discovered it because I was in this, like, underground Facebook group for, like, people who needed to eat on Weight Watchers, but, like, wanted to exert zero points. And I got a couple of recipes, some of which are still used to this day, true story. And they were, like, "You have to get this chili sauce to make your—" because you can use unlimited. Usually the sauce is where the points get you. And so I discovered my Belindas Thai Chili. What do you guys know about Belindas Thai Chili? I think everyone knows. I think it's, like, a huge company.

Jackie Oshry00:08:40

I only know about it from you.

Claudia Oshry00:08:41

Yeah, I know. But, like, you're not a sauce person.

Jackie Oshry00:08:44

I'm not a sauce, but, like, Ben made a sauce. It was very collaborative as well, you know, because Ben made his yum yum sauce, or special sauce, sorry.

Claudia Oshry00:08:52

I'm sorry that everybody just had to see me, like, put my whole mouth on the water bottle.

Jackie Oshry00:08:56

It is what it is.

Claudia Oshry00:08:57

These days, like, I can't get enough water.

Jackie Oshry00:08:59

That's great. That's good.

Claudia Oshry00:09:00

It is, but, like, I haven't drank still water.

Jackie Oshry00:09:06

Me neither.

Claudia Oshry00:09:07

I am living proof that drinking seltzer is the same as drinking regular water, because if it wasn't, I would be dead. I've not picked up a bottle of just, like, Poland Spring, or down here, Zephyr Hills.

Jackie Oshry00:09:17

Oh no. We don't fuck with Zephyr. Pure life.

Claudia Oshry00:09:19

Who the fuck came up with that name?

Jackie Oshry00:09:21

Zephyr Hills. It must be the name of the town.

Claudia Oshry00:09:24

I'm like Poland Spring till I die.

Jackie Oshry00:09:26

Yeah, that's.

Claudia Oshry00:09:26

And they don't sell Poland Spring down here?

Jackie Oshry00:09:28

No. It's, it's really.

Claudia Oshry00:09:29

Could you get it, like, delivered? Like, that's an expense for taking it home.

Jackie Oshry00:09:32

Maybe from, like, Bed Bridges Universe or something.

Claudia Oshry00:09:34

Yeah, water's very regional.

Jackie Oshry00:09:36

Yeah. So Zephyr Hills is definitely a knock in the Florida column. But we have Pure Life, which is totally, like, normal and fine.

Claudia Oshry00:09:43

Kirkland.

Jackie Oshry00:09:44

Kirkland is normal and fine. But do not give me a Zephyr Hills.

Claudia Oshry00:09:48

We have dear toasters today. Just want to let you know, like, to be conscious of the time.

Jackie Oshry00:09:51

Okay. And we actually have great stories. Like, I literally sat down in the first five stories in my email. We're the first five stories.

Claudia Oshry00:09:56

Will we be discussing Sophia Franklin on Watch Robins Live?

Jackie Oshry00:09:58

We will. I'm going to find a way to work that in, because.

Claudia Oshry00:10:00

Because I have a rant?

Jackie Oshry00:10:01

It's need to discuss information.

Claudia Oshry00:10:03

I have a rant about our queen.

Jackie Oshry00:10:06

Okay, so someone's getting the boot. Who will it be?

Claudia Oshry00:10:08

Yeah. Well, no, I could just talk about it right now.

Jackie Oshry00:10:10

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Claudia Oshry00:10:11

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Jackie Oshry00:10:13

Oh, I guess Cynthia Erivo is getting the boot. Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:10:15

Well, she's running out of goodwill anyways.

Jackie Oshry00:10:18

Without further ad-uto, it is time for the fast five stories that you do need to know.

We need to be cultivating a scent, and there's nothing like a warm holiday fragrance. And when it comes to scents, fragrances, the place to go is Bath & Body Works. I've been so into fragrances this time of year because, like, we're starting to play the holiday music, we're starting to cultivate the vibe, and a scent is the perfect addition. It makes your holidays feel festive and nostalgic. It brings back memories, like, of just waking up on Christmas, Hanukkah morning, in your jamas, like, running into your parents' bedroom. It's just—it's the luxury of layering scents, honestly.

They offer the scents in, like, multiple different uses. Like, you can do the three-way candle, which includes up to 48—45 hours, excuse me, of room-filling fragrance. The Snowflakes and Cashmere is available in more forms than ever. Across home fragrance, body care—yeah, you too can also smell like your Christmas trey. Today's episode is also brought to you by Thrive Cosmetics. Thrive Cosmetics is a makeup brand, and we love makeup, so, like, you know, that's always good.

But Thrive Cosmetics, it's layered, as to why we love them. One, they're a cause-driven brand. Thrive Cosmetics. They give tons of money back to, like, local communities, women's shelters, different organizations, which is fabulous. They're also, like, totally vegan and cruelty-free. And they make amazing products. So they have eyeshadow—the Focus Eyeshadow Palette, which I, like, love makeup. And I would say I'm probably above average in terms of doing my own makeup, except I can't do eyeshadow. That's, like, the one thing I really can't do. And I love the Eyeshadow Palette from Thrive because it really simplifies the eye routine.

It comes with four shades, and they're literally labeled as to where it goes. So it'll say, like, Lid, Crease, Highlight. You know exactly where to apply them. The ingredients are infused with skin-loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid, aloe leaf extract, antioxidant-rich rice extract. The formula nourishes and conditions the delicate eye area with every application. They also have the mascara, which I love. It's the Liquid Lash Extensions mascara, the Lasting Mark Lip Defining Stain. I also love their hydrating lip balms. Everything they make is really good. And again, they're cause-driven. They're vegan, cruelty-free, made with clean, skin-loving ingredients, and they've donated over $185 million in product and cash donations to over 700 giving partners.

That's Thrive Cosmetics, C-A-U-S-E-M-E-T-I-C-S dot com slash T-O-A-S-T. Today's episode is also brought to you by David Protein. So Gold, which is David's Hero Protein Bar, I'm sure you've seen it. You could recognize the packaging. They're popping up everywhere. They are so popular. And they kind of took the protein community—Sweet Potato Maxxers were obviously a part of this community—they took the Sweet Potato Maxxing community by storm because of their calories from protein ratio.

So I think a lot of us have protein bars that we love. Some of them have a lot of protein, but they have so many calories. And some of them don't even have that much protein, and they still have so many calories. Well, David's has 28 grams of protein, 150 calories, and zero sugar. So that's a 75% calories from protein ratio, which makes it the highest protein-to-calorie ratio of any leading bar on the market. And it's also delicious. The Gold bars feature an indulgent, doughy texture, studded with satisfying chunks and airy crisps. There are so many good flavors. And it's not like—I feel like they have, like, a head chef or something, because their flavors are, like, always a little bit more elevated. Like, they have salted peanut butter, peanut butter chocolate chunk, blueberry pie, red velvet, cinnamon roll.

I go for the more savory. I feel like that's not surprising. Buh-buh-uh obviously goes for, like, you know, the more— Buh-buh-uh.

Buh-buh-uh.

Like, the more, like, acai-like flavors that I don't like. But it's very personal. It's very personal. Most protein bars are packed with excess calories and sugar. Well, David is different. They deliver the most protein for the fewest calories. It's great for staying full, hitting your protein goals without compromising on taste or texture. They also recently launched shakes. Ben is obsessed with them. I highly recommend checking those out too. They're gold. You can't miss them. So don't just take our word for it. Grab it for yourself. Head to Walmart today to stock up on four counts of your favorite flavors, like Ben's blueberry pie or my salted peanut butter. Check out walmart.com to find a store near you.

Today's episode is also brought to you by Game Time. What time's it?

Game time.

Looking to buy tickets to literally anything: concert, comedies, theater, sports, more. Yeah, we got—we got sports. You got to have the Game Time app downloaded on your phone. Sometimes buying tickets, especially to, like, popular, viral, like, concerts or events, is modern warfare. And by the time you find a seat that you actually, like, decently like, you get to check out and it's almost doubled in price because of all the hidden fees. Well, fees are included in the Game Time price that you see. What you see is what you pay. It's revolutionary, I know. So why are people obsessed with Game Time? One, the fees are included, so you're going to know your total up front. There are no surprise fees at checkout.

Two, they offer zone deals, so you save even more when you choose a section and then, like, Game Time choose the seats for you. They also help you snag new ticket deals before anyone finds out, because you can follow your favorite artists in their app to receive alerts. Jackie Oshry00:16:26

Thank you, T-U-R-T.

Claudia Oshry00:16:27

You're welcome.

Jackie Oshry00:16:28

Our first story, Secret Lives, the Mormon Wives star. Jen Affleck files for divorce from her husband, Zach Affleck, four months after announcing their pregnancy with their fourth child. So Jen and Zach are going their separate ways. She filed for divorce from her husband after seven years of marriage. She filed on Tuesday in the Fourth Judicial District Court in Provo, Utah, according to the filing obtained by People. TMZ was the first to report the news, so.

Claudia Oshry00:16:55

But she's in the O.C. now.

Jackie Oshry00:16:56

As a reminder, four months ago they announced that they are pregnant with their fourth child. So as far as we know, she is pregnant.

Claudia Oshry00:17:03

Yeah, she is. I saw her last night. She went to the O.C. Premier.

Jackie Oshry00:17:05

And divorcing.

Claudia Oshry00:17:07

Which is, like, never a good place to be. And there's a lot of, like, jokes being made. And, like, we'll talk about all that, of course. But, like, at its core, this is, like, a tragedy, right? This is, like, a family with a lot of young kids and literally one that's not even born yet. And they're breaking up. It's awful. I do think that this show has been overwhelmingly bad for them. And it's funny because I saw, like, so many people being like, "Oh, he's the worst. So glad she got away from him." And it's like, my POV is like, "Ugh, she's the worst. I'm so glad he got away from her." Like, they're just so incompatible. And I think that's, like, a perfect example of, like, why people say you shouldn't get married young, because they've both changed so much.

Obviously, the fame is a huge factor. But they both, I think, like, took the fame and the success and just, like, did different things with it and became different people. And those two people are not compatible. They're really not. And I do feel like they tried, honestly. And, like, I can't even blame them for getting divorced, except for the fact that you have a child on the way. So it's like, try harder, barring some really bad circumstances. Like.

Jackie Oshry00:18:02

Yeah, I don't want to judge because I don't know what happened. But I do think that if you are getting divorced when you are pregnant, that things are terrible.

Claudia Oshry00:18:10

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:18:11

They have to be terrible.

Claudia Oshry00:18:12

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:18:12

Because nobody would do that.

Claudia Oshry00:18:13

Wants to do it alone.

Jackie Oshry00:18:14

Nobody would do it to themselves, to their family, especially with three other young children. And I don't want to, like, jump to conclusions because we have no idea what's going on. But last we saw them, from my perspective, like, she was having a mental break.

Claudia Oshry00:18:28

Yeah. And you also shouldn't make huge decisions when you're pregnant, period, because, like, you're not to be like, "Women are emotional." But, like, I'm pregnant right now, and I'm sure if you were to ask me my take on something, I would say this, and then in a year I would say something else. Like, your emotions really do, like, persuade you to feel things that, like, maybe are just heightened or maybe you don't feel or maybe it's the pregnancy rage. Like, it is a real thing that, like, you become a different person when you are pregnant. And I just wouldn't make any long-term decisions right now.

Jackie Oshry00:18:54

Yeah, which leads me to assume that something crazy has happened.

Claudia Oshry00:18:59

You think.

Jackie Oshry00:19:00

Because I don't think you do this unless something crazy has happened. You don't do this. This is.

Claudia Oshry00:19:04

Well, honestly, so many crazy things have happened between them.

Jackie Oshry00:19:07

But, like.

Claudia Oshry00:19:07

But yeah, recently.

Jackie Oshry00:19:08

You know, an unforgivable something.

Claudia Oshry00:19:10

Like a cheating.

Jackie Oshry00:19:11

Not just, like, "You're annoying me. We're incompatible."

Claudia Oshry00:19:14

But you want to go.

Jackie Oshry00:19:15

I want to sing.

Claudia Oshry00:19:15

The church, and I don't.

Jackie Oshry00:19:16

Yeah. You know what I mean? Like, those are normal marital problems that, like, we can deal with when we have the bandwidth, when we don't have such young children and I'm not pregnant.

Claudia Oshry00:19:24

Yeah, it could be deeper than that. It also could be, like, she's coming off of a really bad season where I think she got a lot of negative feedback, a lot of hate. She's also pregnant. So much of that hate had to do with her role in her marriage. Like, maybe that just, like, you know, makes it a tough marriage to be a part of.

Jackie Oshry00:19:37

Unacceptable.

Claudia Oshry00:19:38

Agreed. Agreed.

Jackie Oshry00:19:39

Like, and that's why this is hard for me to, like, speak on without, like, coming off a little bit judgmental.

Claudia Oshry00:19:43

Judgmental. Totally.

Jackie Oshry00:19:43

But this is a crazy thing to do if nothing crazy has happened and it's just your usual unhappy marriage. Like, at least just wait.

Claudia Oshry00:19:50

To give birth.

Jackie Oshry00:19:51

Give birth. Like, come to yourself. We say it a lot in Hero Toasters. I forget. Maybe you said it. You saw it somewhere. Like, don't make big decisions like this when you have a child under two.

Claudia Oshry00:19:59

Yeah. Unless, and we're always saying.

Jackie Oshry00:20:01

Barring extreme.

Claudia Oshry00:20:02

Circumstances.

Jackie Oshry00:20:03

Circumstances, abuse, et cetera.

Claudia Oshry00:20:06

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:20:06

Cheating.

Claudia Oshry00:20:07

Yeah. Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:20:10

So that's why I'm not.

Claudia Oshry00:20:12

She also just has, like, a lot of change in her life, period. Like, she is leaving the Utah Wives. She's going to the O.C. Wives. Have they moved? Maybe they have to file in Utah because that's where they were legally married, but.

Jackie Oshry00:20:21

Not necessarily. She probably just popped into O.C. to film the show.

Claudia Oshry00:20:24

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:20:24

Like, she's just all over. And she.

Claudia Oshry00:20:26

She is.

Jackie Oshry00:20:29

Yeah. I think they really became, like, rootless when the show started and they, like, stopped going to church and they moved to Arizona and they moved to New York.

Claudia Oshry00:20:38

She left Medical School.

Jackie Oshry00:20:38

And now they moved to the O.C. And I what did he say? They've moved nine times in the last few years.

Claudia Oshry00:20:43

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:20:43

Like, these are not, like, great circumstances for, like, a young family.

Claudia Oshry00:20:49

No, and they've moved so many times, like, in pursuit of her career and her dreams. And those dreams, like, really haven't panned out. And I think that's why she was so resentful towards Whitney, who's, like, kind of doing it all and it seems impossible. She also has young kids and she moves a lot and her marriage was tested. But it seems just to be working out a lot better for her. So, like, it's no wonder she's so resentful of Whitney and, like, very clearly just jealous. A lot of people were, like, commenting that, you know, the timing of her announcement is just to, like, overshadow. Because yesterday, Whitney and her family made an announcement.

Jackie Oshry00:21:15

Yeah, we're going to talk about that next.

Claudia Oshry00:21:17

That they have a new show coming out. And, like, I don't I actually don't think it had anything to do with that. I think that also, you know, the O.C. Premier was last night. I saw a TikTok, like, that all the girls were together. So I think, like, net-net, this is, you know, positive for the show. And it does sort of cement not cement. It creates something for a storyline for Jen.

Jackie Oshry00:21:35

Well, yes, because for me, I'm like, "Give me Slamu now." Like, I need to understand what's going on between Jen and Zach that would lead to something like this. Like, for me, I'm like, whatever they're putting on, I'm I was going to watch anyway, but now I have to watch.

Claudia Oshry00:21:48

You know, and also, in terms of Jen and the new show, like, I don't really know what I would be tuning in. To me, the most interesting parts of Jen are her relationship with the Utah ladies. So now she's going to O.C. Well, now I have to watch. Like, I need to know what's going on.

Jackie Oshry00:22:00

Yeah. But I do think it's not just, like, a ploy for.

Claudia Oshry00:22:03

Attention.

Jackie Oshry00:22:04

Attention for the show.

Claudia Oshry00:22:05

Even though they announced a separation.

Jackie Oshry00:22:06

Exactly. Not a filing.

Claudia Oshry00:22:08

No.

Jackie Oshry00:22:08

She went home to Utah to file paperwork.

Claudia Oshry00:22:11

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:22:11

And I think that's just a really crazy place to be with three young children and pregnant.

Claudia Oshry00:22:16

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:22:16

And so I have to assume that, like, things have deteriorated far more than what we saw.

Claudia Oshry00:22:22

And maybe it's just, like, me being naive, but the last we saw of him.

Jackie Oshry00:22:27

We.

Claudia Oshry00:22:27

And he was and by the way, he was the wote in the beginning. I agree with everyone.

Jackie Oshry00:22:29

We know. We all know. We were all there.

Claudia Oshry00:22:31

He definitely seemed really sound of mind these last, like, two, three seasons. He was the one who was taking on a majority of the housework.

Jackie Oshry00:22:37

Very supportive.

Claudia Oshry00:22:38

Very supportive, but also, like, realistic. And that last conversation they had in the soda shop that he clearly is an investor in was actually, I think, like, it was a devastating scene, but it was quite a good scene for Zach because I think it made it sort of sort of cleared up a lot of the misconceptions about him that he is this, like, sort of unsupportive, old-school, traditional woman-in-the-kitchen type of no, he's been, like, very comfortable for many years, sort of following his wife around and taking on the majority of, like, the child-rearing, more domestic roles. And he just wanted to have that conversation offline, and she was sort of, like, exploiting it for the show.

And it was just a bad look for her. And so the last I saw of him, maybe he's a totally different guy offline, but the last I saw of him, I was like, "No, this is a guy who's trying."

Jackie Oshry00:23:18

Yes. And that was our take. I know some people disagreed with us that we thought, like, he was a good, supportive husband. And, like, we were in their domestic disputes, we were actually Team Zach because we saw of her. Like, now she wants to do Sports Illustrated.

Claudia Oshry00:23:30

And write music.

Jackie Oshry00:23:31

And write music. And she's, like, TikToking alone in New York with the other girls. She's going on this trip to see a girl that she hates. Like, every I thought all of her behavior she's, you know.

Claudia Oshry00:23:40

Was erratic.

Jackie Oshry00:23:40

Backing Taylor. I thought all of her behavior was so erratic. And I felt strange watching it. I can't say what I was seeing and feeling, but it just felt strange.

Claudia Oshry00:23:49

I think a lot of the fans, like, never moved on from Chippendale game.

Jackie Oshry00:23:52

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:23:53

Like, and so much has happened since then. I have sort of started to see another side of him since Dancing With the Stars.

Jackie Oshry00:23:57

Even in her confessionals, the way she was speaking, just something.

Claudia Oshry00:23:59

Crazy.

Jackie Oshry00:24:00

Was not aligned.

Claudia Oshry00:24:02

And I want to say that I feel she it's such an unfortunate time for her to be on TV because she's the type of person who's having multiple children really close together. So that's, like, six years of being pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding. You're really not yourself at all until you're done. And with her, when she's done, she gets pregnant again. So, like, the cycle sort of continues. And I feel like she doesn't really know herself. We don't know her. And she's just sort of stuck in this cycle of, like, hormones. I know that's, like, terrible to say. It's like.

Jackie Oshry00:24:30

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:24:31

It's, like, reductive to women. But I'm experiencing it right now. I don't feel like I'm the best version of myself. I honestly don't even know who I am. I don't even know what to wear. Like, I'm just, like, sort of trudging through it until I can get back. And I had started to feel like myself before I got pregnant. So when you're doing it so quick back-to-back, like, I don't feel like you get an opportunity to sort of find yourself again. And she's doing it on a public stage. And so people are, of course, are critical.

Jackie Oshry00:24:50

No, and so and so that's why, like, I give grace even on Dancing With the Stars, I'm like, "Everyone be nice to Jen."

Claudia Oshry00:24:54

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:24:54

Like, "Shut up if you have something nasty to say." And those aren't necessarily my issues. But even, like, the fact that she, like, keeps growing her family and now is going to file for divorce pregnant, I can't compute it.

Claudia Oshry00:25:09

It's decisions that are incongruous with one another.

Jackie Oshry00:25:12

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:25:13

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:25:14

So hopefully we'll know more soon. But all in all, this is just very sad.

Claudia Oshry00:25:18

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:25:18

I haven't seen any jokes, but, like, I have no jokes to make about it.

Claudia Oshry00:25:21

No, it's bad. It's sad.

Jackie Oshry00:25:22

Our next story related, Secret Lives, Mormon Wives, star Whitney Leovitt gets her own reality show on Hulu. So six months after announcing she was leaving Slamu, Whitney Leovitt is back in business with Hulu. Deadline understands that Leovitt is set to star and produce her own show for Hulu. The streamer has greenlit the Untitled series, which comes from the Mormon Wives' producer and production houses. It will, quote, "Follow, firebrand Whitney Leovitt and her family as they navigate her newfound fame and career ambitions while always putting family first."

It sounds like House of Leovitt.

Claudia Oshry00:25:57

Yes. I think a lot of people have wanted this. I think a lot of people prayed for this. And I think a lot of people predicted this. Now, I do find her life so interesting because she's in a similar what we were just saying. Jen, young children, all these opportunities, marital scuffles, of course. Who could forget the great dating app saga? And she seems to be balancing it all perfectly. Now, of course, nobody's perfect. I'm interested in taking a peek under the hood. I really am.

Jackie Oshry00:26:23

I am, too. I just, like, get nervous about shows like this because they're never successful.

Claudia Oshry00:26:28

It is really hard. And the thing about Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is I don't really think any of them need their own show. The interesting part is the dynamics.

Jackie Oshry00:26:35

Yes. And also, no, like, I need a fifth of how you manage your home life. And then this one and then this one and this one. How are you going to fill an hour? It's hard to go from being part of an ensemble to filling the whole hour. Most people are unsuccessful in doing it. Well, also say that Whitney Leovitt is good at everything that she does.

Claudia Oshry00:26:51

True.

Jackie Oshry00:26:52

And I think she'll find success in this because she finds success in everything. I'm just saying, like, typically when someone leaves a show and starts their own show, it's very hard.

Claudia Oshry00:27:01

Even the biggest star from that show, Bethany.

Jackie Oshry00:27:03

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:27:04

Bethany Ever After and Bethany SSIU. Like, those were not huge hits.

Jackie Oshry00:27:08

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:27:08

And she was sort of, like, a guaranteed star.

Jackie Oshry00:27:11

Like, if I was on a successful ensemble show and everyone's like, "Yeah, you're on a show," it's like, no.

Claudia Oshry00:27:15

No, it's a trap.

Jackie Oshry00:27:15

It's a curse. It's a trap. Like, you think but it's like you get to shine when you have other people around you that, like, lift you up. It's just a better dynamic. And you have to have a lot going on in your life and a lot that you want to share for it to work and a lot of, like, supporting characters who we care about.

Claudia Oshry00:27:32

Stassi is a good example.

Jackie Oshry00:27:33

That's why I say House of Leovitt.

Claudia Oshry00:27:35

Yeah. Oh, they were talking about House of Dragon. Like.

Jackie Oshry00:27:38

House of.

Claudia Oshry00:27:38

Yeah, like Stassi. I think Stassi brought in, like, as many people as she could because it is almost impossible to do it. Even if you're the most interesting dynamic, funny, successful, it's just a lot of airtime to fill without, like, spilling your guts completely. So yeah, having an ensemble. I don't know, like, who's in her world.

Jackie Oshry00:27:53

To me.

Claudia Oshry00:27:54

Oh, you know what? Like.

Jackie Oshry00:27:56

Bring back to me.

Claudia Oshry00:27:57

Yeah. I kind of want to hear what she has to say now.

Jackie Oshry00:27:59

I have no idea.

Claudia Oshry00:27:59

At the time, I wasn't ready for it.

Jackie Oshry00:28:01

But I don't know. Their parents or something? Like.

Claudia Oshry00:28:03

Sure.

Jackie Oshry00:28:04

I hope they've been filming. I think. Of a couple successful. Like, the Zolciaks were a successful spinoff.

Claudia Oshry00:28:09

They were. They're an ensemble. They're an ensemble themselves. The family is 11 people.

Jackie Oshry00:28:13

Exactly.

Claudia Oshry00:28:13

It's not just Kim and Croy.

Jackie Oshry00:28:14

And it's like, Whitney has three kids, but they are toddlers. I don't want to watch her toddler.

Claudia Oshry00:28:18

No, and please don't make your toddlers.

Jackie Oshry00:28:20

Don't kids the star of the show.

Claudia Oshry00:28:20

Uncomfortable.

Jackie Oshry00:28:20

Like, it's uncomfortable.

Claudia Oshry00:28:21

It's cruel.

Jackie Oshry00:28:22

It's cruel. Another success, the Bella twins.

Claudia Oshry00:28:29

That's interesting.

Jackie Oshry00:28:30

Let's discuss.

Claudia Oshry00:28:32

They were on, remind me, because that's a little bit of a blind spot for me.

Jackie Oshry00:28:35

WWE Divas.

Claudia Oshry00:28:36

Divas, yes.

Jackie Oshry00:28:36

Yeah. What was it called?

Claudia Oshry00:28:38

And then they got Bella twins.

Jackie Oshry00:28:39

Uh-huh. And then they got the Bella what was that too?

Claudia Oshry00:28:41

I just can't, like, take anything on E seriously. I don't know why. To me, the network is such a flop. Even though that show and that series was not a flop, and it really made the Bella twins stars.

Jackie Oshry00:28:48

No, and it's like it was about, like, their parents and their stepdad.

Claudia Oshry00:28:51

Right. John Cena.

Jackie Oshry00:28:52

And their, like, boyfriends and husbands and everybody.

Claudia Oshry00:28:54

Daniel.

Jackie Oshry00:28:55

Everybody got involved in all of it.

Claudia Oshry00:28:57

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:28:57

And that was really good.

Claudia Oshry00:28:58

That's true.

Jackie Oshry00:28:58

They had, like, a good family that could spin off.

Claudia Oshry00:29:01

Yeah. The Kardashians have done many successful spinoffs.

Jackie Oshry00:29:04

Yes.

Claudia Oshry00:29:05

But they were more so, like, anthologies. Like, they were miniseries.

Jackie Oshry00:29:08

The miniseries. Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:29:11

It's not a guaranteed flop, but it's hard. It is harder than I think people think. Although, I mean, personally, like, I hope they've been filming. I would love to know. I think for sure she had said no to Traidors because it's, like, Connor's time. And then Connor got off in the first week and she literally texted them, like, "No, I'll come now." Like, I would love to know how that worked. I think and they live in New York.

Jackie Oshry00:29:33

I think they live in Utah now.

Claudia Oshry00:29:35

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:29:35

And I just saw she filmed an ad in a gorgeous kitchen. That's not in New York.

Claudia Oshry00:29:38

But didn't they make a whole thing about her moving to New York, even after Chicago, and she was going to do another show?

Jackie Oshry00:29:42

No, and then they also did, like, a home spread with a magazine.

Claudia Oshry00:29:45

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:29:45

But it was in a they moved back to Utah.

Claudia Oshry00:29:47

Oh.

Jackie Oshry00:29:47

I'm pretty sure that was the thesis.

Claudia Oshry00:29:49

I think the success of all the women is predicated on them always being in Utah. Like, I don't know why. I think it's, like, a part of the recipe for success. So and I don't think that she's right for New York. Like, stints for your Broadway shows? Of course. But the interesting thing about these women is their connection to the church. Like, it is this sort of anomaly that people are obsessed with. And so I hope that the show films in Utah.

Jackie Oshry00:30:12

They live in Utah.

Claudia Oshry00:30:13

And I imagine other cast members, they all left on good terms with her besides Jen. So maybe we'll get cameos.

Jackie Oshry00:30:21

Like Macy and Michaela.

Claudia Oshry00:30:22

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:30:23

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:30:23

Macy and Michaela.

Jackie Oshry00:30:23

That's Slamu.

Claudia Oshry00:30:24

Macy and Michaela are also teasing their own show, Eminem. And they're, like, writing in the comments, like, about, you know, production and stuff. Like, if everyone's getting their own show.

Jackie Oshry00:30:32

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:30:32

Why don't you put it all together and make it the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives?

Jackie Oshry00:30:34

No, but it's like if Whitney Leovitt is going to have her own show with Demi and Macy and Michaela, like, that's Slamu.

Claudia Oshry00:30:40

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:30:40

Because Taylor's leaving, Jen is MIA, that's Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Claudia Oshry00:30:45

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:30:46

I don't know. It's just I find that it's a trap, but I also feel like Whitney Leovitt.

Claudia Oshry00:30:50

If anyone can do it.

Jackie Oshry00:30:51

When she puts her mind to something, she will succeed. So.

Claudia Oshry00:30:53

I agree.

Jackie Oshry00:30:54

I personally will be watching.

Claudia Oshry00:30:55

Me too.

Jackie Oshry00:30:55

What's the name of the show? They're Untitled.

Claudia Oshry00:30:57

Oh.

Jackie Oshry00:30:58

So I'm just calling it House of Leovitt.

Claudia Oshry00:30:59

Okay. Leading Levitt.

Jackie Oshry00:31:01

Yeah. Or they could do, like.

Claudia Oshry00:31:03

Levitt behind.

Jackie Oshry00:31:04

Installments. If Hulu, like, gives all these people spinoffs, like, it could just be, like, House of Blank. Like.

Claudia Oshry00:31:09

It's kind of a good idea.

Jackie Oshry00:31:10

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:31:10

The House of franchise.

Jackie Oshry00:31:12

The House of franchise.

Claudia Oshry00:31:13

But, like, Stassi would have to own it because she did come up with the name.

Jackie Oshry00:31:15

Yeah, sure.

Claudia Oshry00:31:15

Sure. Executive produced by Stassi Schroeder.

Jackie Oshry00:31:18

Love it.

Claudia Oshry00:31:19

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:31:20

Oh, Jessie Draper.

Claudia Oshry00:31:22

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:31:23

Is the other Slamu.

Claudia Oshry00:31:24

She's got a lot going on in her house.

Jackie Oshry00:31:26

She does. House of.

Claudia Oshry00:31:27

House of supporting characters. House of Brunette.

Jackie Oshry00:31:28

House of Brunette. Okay. Are you ready for our next story?

Claudia Oshry00:31:37

Mm-hmm.

Jackie Oshry00:31:37

Sophia Franklin bartended on Watch What Happens Live to promote her new memoir, Daddy Issues. Angie Kay and Michelle Collins were guests on the episode. And Sophia actually had some words with Angie Kay. I guess they had some beef.

Claudia Oshry00:31:51

Beef.

Jackie Oshry00:31:52

It's a little confusing.

Claudia Oshry00:31:54

Sophia Franklin's from Utah.

Jackie Oshry00:31:55

Yes.

Claudia Oshry00:31:55

So a lot of people don't put that together.

Jackie Oshry00:31:57

She does a lot of Utah content with Slamu and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

Claudia Oshry00:32:01

I think she had said that, like, her mom was approached to be on the show. I think maybe her mom, like, knows the women. To be honest, I don't really care about the Angie thing. I wanted to talk about this because I was so shocked to see her bartending. Seriously, who's getting fired? And it's not like, you know, they had unreal guests. They couldn't postpone. I actually really like Michelle Collins. She's been on the show 10,000 times. I think she's sort of, like, one of his, like, sub-ins. Like, when somebody cancels or they need someone in New York, someone who could come on short notice, Kelly Rippa. There he has people who will just John Mayer, who will just, like, John Hill, who will just hop in.

I believe she's one of them. She gives great takes, and she's a very good villain. This is not a slight she's been on the show 10,000 times. Like, literally 10,000 times.

Jackie Oshry00:32:39

Put Sophia in the chair.

Claudia Oshry00:32:40

Sophia's writing the tell-all of the season. When I saw her standing there, I wish she had declined it. And I know, like, she's just doing press right now. And so any press is good press. And honestly, she's making more news as a bartender than literally anybody ever has. But I was so shocked and disappointed. And I feel like that was a huge miss for Watch What Happens Live.

Jackie Oshry00:32:56

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:32:56

They had sat her down and just asked her. I heard I saw a girl on TikTok, her, like, local bookstore, like, had it early, and she read it. She says it's the craziest book. She said, "You guys aren't ready for the T." I skipped it because I didn't want I didn't know if she was going to spill it.

Jackie Oshry00:33:07

Yeah. No spoilers.

Claudia Oshry00:33:09

You could have literally had the interview of the century.

Jackie Oshry00:33:11

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:33:11

And you made her the bartender. Like, I'm mad.

Jackie Oshry00:33:14

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:33:14

I'm mad on her. I'm sure she was insulted too, but you just take, like, the opportunity. And I think she did an amazing job. They also asked her about Mosquito Island, which is the Real Housewives of New York.

Jackie Oshry00:33:24

She volunteered because the question was, like, which of the house husbands for Michelle Collins you still think could get it?

Claudia Oshry00:33:28

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:33:28

She was, like, Mauricio. And then Andy asked Sophia, "Have you ever party with Mauricio?" Which, like, she probably has. But she was, like.

Claudia Oshry00:33:33

No, but she had a relevant Bravo story.

Jackie Oshry00:33:34

She was, like, "No, but I have been to Mosquito Island."

Claudia Oshry00:33:37

Which is the island on Real Housewives of New York that's being, like, widely contested. Is it a private island? Is it a dump? And so this is a person who's literally been there.

Jackie Oshry00:33:43

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:33:44

Giving like, she would have been an amazing guest.

Jackie Oshry00:33:46

Yeah. And then Andy said that she was almost cast for Summerhouse. And she was like, "Yeah, I made it to the final rounds, but I didn't get it."

Claudia Oshry00:33:55

I'm so glad she didn't, by the way. Like.

Jackie Oshry00:33:56

And he was like, "Oh, that seems like a miss from casting because, like, you would be great." And she was like she was like, "Yeah, but I think I'm meant to be more of an author."

Claudia Oshry00:34:04

Author?

Jackie Oshry00:34:04

I was cracking up.

Claudia Oshry00:34:06

She would have been an amazing guest. It was like we got so many moments, all the clips, because I went on Watch What Happens Lives TikTok today to, like, see the clips. They were all about Sophia. So it's like, your bartender is making more news than the people in your chairs. And yeah, and then Angie confronted her. I guess, like, Sophia on her podcast, like, a couple of years ago, started a rumor that one of her boyfriends that she was seeing hooked up with, like, who she didn't say Angie, but everybody assumed it was Angie. Like, she gave clues or whatever. And Angie was mad because at the time, Angie was married, and it's not true. And Sophia, like, literally didn't even apologize. She was like, "Oh, yeah, it wasn't you. And I'm glad we cleared that up."

Like, she didn't even though Angie was like, "That hurt my feelings. You hurt my marriage." Sophia was like, "You were sort of waiting for her to be like, 'And you're right.'" She was like, "Well, it wasn't. So I'm glad we took care of that."

Jackie Oshry00:34:46

She's so funny.

Claudia Oshry00:34:47

Like, I can't believe what a missed opportunity it was. And I'm very curious. The book comes out in, like, five days.

Jackie Oshry00:34:53

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:34:53

What other PR she's doing. Like, I haven't seen I know she's been doing all these, like, sort of, like, literary excerpts and Vanity Fair articles, but, like, a sit-down. I don't think she'll do, like, Jay Shetty.

Jackie Oshry00:35:04

I think she could.

Claudia Oshry00:35:05

I think she could, but I don't I actually don't know if that would be right for her.

Jackie Oshry00:35:08

She could do.

Claudia Oshry00:35:08

You have to go on Howard Stern. Like, Howard Stern notoriously hates Alex Cooper. So, like, you know what I mean?

Jackie Oshry00:35:13

Oh, that's funny. But also, Alex Stern's audience, like, isn't Alex.

Claudia Oshry00:35:15

They don't care.

Jackie Oshry00:35:16

They're not paying attention to this.

Claudia Oshry00:35:17

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:35:17

She could go on Jake Shane.

Claudia Oshry00:35:19

I don't think Jake Shane people that are in this industry, like, still afraid of Alex Cooper. She actually is a very powerful woman in media. And I think if you have Sophia Franklin on your show, like, you're sort of aligning yourself with one side or the other. And I don't know if Jake Shane, like, wants to put himself in the middle of that. That's why, like, more traditional media, like, they don't give a fuck. Like.

Jackie Oshry00:35:37

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:35:37

She should have been on.

Jackie Oshry00:35:38

They have everyone on.

Claudia Oshry00:35:39

Watch What Happens Live was the perfect it should have just been that.

Jackie Oshry00:35:42

Yeah. But I think Jay Shetty Jay Shetty doesn't care. He doesn't he's not in, like, the swirly girly.

Claudia Oshry00:35:47

No, he's not.

Jackie Oshry00:35:48

No.

Claudia Oshry00:35:48

And there is, like, a deeply emotional, traumatic part of what she went through, aside from the gossip that we're all looking for, being universally canceled.

Jackie Oshry00:35:54

Yes, but also, like, her abortion that she talked about.

Claudia Oshry00:35:56

Abortion.

Jackie Oshry00:35:57

And also, like, her daddy issues. The show is the book is about, like, her life. It's not just about.

Claudia Oshry00:36:01

Alex.

Jackie Oshry00:36:02

The call her daddy stuff. So I think there's a lot more she could talk about. I wouldn't be surprised if she's, like, next week on Jay Shetty.

Claudia Oshry00:36:07

Jay Shetty.

Jackie Oshry00:36:08

A lot of people who write a book then, like, supplement with a Jay Shetty interview.

Claudia Oshry00:36:12

I'm trying to think, like, more.

Jackie Oshry00:36:14

Like, Hayden Panettiere.

Claudia Oshry00:36:15

Yes, yes, yes. I'm just trying to think, like, what other outside of podcasts. Like.

Jackie Oshry00:36:20

Amy Poehler.

Claudia Oshry00:36:23

That would be good.

Jackie Oshry00:36:23

That would be fun.

Claudia Oshry00:36:25

But again, like, as an Amy Poehler woman in podcasting, like, you are sort of.

Jackie Oshry00:36:30

Mm. No, I think Amy Poehler is above the drama. There are people who are above the drama.

Claudia Oshry00:36:33

Yes.

Jackie Oshry00:36:34

Like, I think Jake Shane, like, is in, like, the girly sphere.

Claudia Oshry00:36:36

He's in the mix.

Jackie Oshry00:36:37

So yeah, that would be planting your flag there.

Claudia Oshry00:36:39

She could go on Hot Mess.

Jackie Oshry00:36:41

Yes, she could, but it's not like an interview show. I mean, maybe she will.

Claudia Oshry00:36:44

Oh, Get Right All with me.

Jackie Oshry00:36:45

Do Get Right All with me.

Claudia Oshry00:36:46

That is an interview.

Jackie Oshry00:36:46

But it wouldn't be, like, you know, "Tell me about your child."

Claudia Oshry00:36:50

No, no. And it's a little too obvious. And everything she's doing so far is, like, very highbrow.

Jackie Oshry00:36:53

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:36:54

So not that Get Right All is not highbrow. But I think she'll continue to do more, like, mainstream outlets.

Jackie Oshry00:36:59

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:36:59

I'm curious. And she's obviously hired, like, very good PR because.

Jackie Oshry00:37:02

She's in The New York Times. She's in Vanity Fair.

Claudia Oshry00:37:04

It's come across our desk multiple times.

Jackie Oshry00:37:06

Well, every day.

Claudia Oshry00:37:07

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:37:07

In every way.

Claudia Oshry00:37:08

I just couldn't believe they made her bartender. Like, I feel and I'm not saying this in a bad way. I feel like the bar for guests on Watch What Happens Live has actually not gotten lower, but they.

Jackie Oshry00:37:18

But it's expanded.

Claudia Oshry00:37:19

Yes. They include lots of different, like, podcasters, digital talent. And I think it's great because for a while, it's like, how many Bravo celebrities in the same four Bravo fans can you, like, swap in and out? So you started to have, like, you know, Danny Pellegrino. And I think it's great when they, like, incorporate.

Jackie Oshry00:37:32

Teams.

Claudia Oshry00:37:32

Yeah, when they incorporate digital talent. So, like, I was shocked. Like, who's.

Jackie Oshry00:37:37

Yeah. And usually these influencers first of all, I find influencers, like, more interesting.

Claudia Oshry00:37:42

Interesting.

Jackie Oshry00:37:42

Than a traditional celebrity.

Claudia Oshry00:37:44

I would watch an episode with Danny Pellegrino and Tinks 10 times faster than I would watch an episode with, like.

Jackie Oshry00:37:48

Jessica Alba.

Claudia Oshry00:37:49

Right. 100%.

Jackie Oshry00:37:50

She's my she's my go-to boring celebrity. Like.

Claudia Oshry00:37:53

She's so boring. That's why.

Jackie Oshry00:37:54

You know, and it's like, I don't need to hear an interview, but, like, go. I love your movies.

Claudia Oshry00:37:58

Yeah, right. I love the Honest Company. I really.

Jackie Oshry00:38:00

I love.

Claudia Oshry00:38:00

I love the wipes.

Jackie Oshry00:38:01

But it's like, that's just, like, my when I think about, like, just a boring celebrity.

Claudia Oshry00:38:05

The brick land. Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:38:08

Influencers oftentimes have had a lot of encounters and experiences with, like, the Bravo world.

Claudia Oshry00:38:13

The relevant people.

Jackie Oshry00:38:14

And, like, remember Tinks was involved in, like, the Jessie Solomon show?

Claudia Oshry00:38:17

Jessie Solomon's weird.

Jackie Oshry00:38:18

Like, we need to know about.

Claudia Oshry00:38:19

Even Sophia, she had this, like, Angie Kay connection. Like.

Jackie Oshry00:38:21

And she auditioned for Summerhouse. She definitely has partied with the people.

Claudia Oshry00:38:25

There's literally no reason and I can't stress enough how, like, how much I actually really like Michelle Collins. Taylor Schrecker is really good friends with her. And she says she's, like, really cool. And this is not a slight against her. She's the perfect person.

Jackie Oshry00:38:35

I mean, she's, like, well-read on Bravo. Love.

Claudia Oshry00:38:37

Like, she literally could have been tomorrow.

Jackie Oshry00:38:38

Uh-huh. Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:38:40

I understand Angie. It's probably they probably aired Salt Lake City last night, so you have someone from the show. And Angie and Sophia, it would have been great. Like, two ops.

Jackie Oshry00:38:47

Yeah. Or Sophia tomorrow night. Like.

Claudia Oshry00:38:49

Like, literally whatever. Bring her back. Like, seriously, fix it. Do it again. All the comments were, like, bartender?

Jackie Oshry00:38:55

Yeah. And these days, bartenders, like, really just, like.

Claudia Oshry00:38:58

Sponsorship.

Jackie Oshry00:38:58

You know, the bakery down the shop that paid.

Claudia Oshry00:39:00

It's a sponsorship.

Jackie Oshry00:39:01

It's a sponsorship.

Claudia Oshry00:39:02

Like, the creative director of Bubbly Sparkling Wine. Like.

Jackie Oshry00:39:05

Exactly. Or, like, Bread's Bakery.

Claudia Oshry00:39:07

Yeah. It's a sponsorship. It's more often than not paid.

Jackie Oshry00:39:10

It's not, like, a personality.

Claudia Oshry00:39:13

No.

Jackie Oshry00:39:14

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:39:14

Because, like, I think the personalities realized it's the worst gig in the industry.

Jackie Oshry00:39:18

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:39:19

Like, you get three minutes of airtime. Andy you're a nuisance to Andy. Like, he's just I think he wishes he never started the bartender thing because it's just, like, sort of this, like, like, nap.

Jackie Oshry00:39:27

Yeah. And it's like he's already in a rush, and he's just guessing.

Claudia Oshry00:39:30

I always talk to the bartender.

Jackie Oshry00:39:32

Who paid to be here.

Claudia Oshry00:39:34

Yeah. Correct.

Jackie Oshry00:39:37

But you didn't pay when you were the bartender.

Claudia Oshry00:39:39

No, no. I was hired talent.

Jackie Oshry00:39:40

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:39:40

But, like, years later, we had inquired about having Ben bartend to, like, for, like, spritz. And we were trying to, like, do it, like, in a funny way. And they were like, "Well, if it's for a brand, it's " so anytime you see, like, a product or, like, a.

Jackie Oshry00:39:54

It's paid.

Claudia Oshry00:39:54

It's paid. I think it was, like, $5,000. And I was like, "That's seriously a waste of money."

Jackie Oshry00:39:57

That's it.

Claudia Oshry00:39:58

Or maybe it was more.

Jackie Oshry00:39:59

It's definitely more.

Claudia Oshry00:40:00

I'm remembering it being 5 or 12. Those two numbers, like, are coming to me.

Jackie Oshry00:40:03

5, like, is a good deal to get your brand on Watch What Happens Live, and Andy has to engage with it.

Claudia Oshry00:40:08

Right.

Jackie Oshry00:40:08

And if it's a good brand, like, with the right audience, everyone would be like, "Oh, we love this."

Claudia Oshry00:40:12

Yeah. It's a risk because sometimes you're the bartender, and it's like it ends up being bad for your brand because, like, Andy hates you. Everyone hates you. And then sometimes you really can make a moment out of it, very rarely.

Jackie Oshry00:40:20

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:40:20

And Sophia did.

Jackie Oshry00:40:21

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:40:22

So it's a gamble.

Jackie Oshry00:40:23

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:40:23

It's a $5,000 gamble.

Jackie Oshry00:40:24

Are you ready for our next story?

Claudia Oshry00:40:25

Whenever.

Jackie Oshry00:40:25

It's on Bravo News 4.

Claudia Oshry00:40:27

Yes.

Jackie Oshry00:40:27

Summerhouse star Lindsay Mother Hubbard reveals her vulnerable new memoir called Activated. So Lindsay Hubbard is ready to share her story with readers no holds barred. The Summerhouse star will publish her debut memoir Activated in 2027 through Simon Schuster Imprint Gallery Books. People can exclusively reveal the cover. So we have Lindsay looking off to the side with Activated above her head.

Claudia Oshry00:40:51

I guess, like, the time is right. She's obviously, like, on the other side of her journey. She was this sort of, like, controversial some of polarizing reality stars. She went through, like, lows and highs and controversy. And then she came out on top. She got, like, sort of, like, a mini Ariana Madix treatment where she's, like, now well-respected with she's like a she's like a Bravo Hall of Famer now.

Jackie Oshry00:41:11

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:41:12

So it's a good time to write a book. When I think of the things I want from Lindsay Hubbard, I hadn't thought of a book. I'm sure it'll be good.

Jackie Oshry00:41:21

I think she has a story to tell because she's 40 years old.

Claudia Oshry00:41:24

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:41:24

So she had lived life before.

Claudia Oshry00:41:26

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:41:26

She was on Bravo. She said, "I've sat down many times over the years to write this book, but life moves quickly in my world. Turning 40 felt like the right time to finally tell my whole story. The book promises never-before-told stories along with a thrilling look at her life before cameras started rolling." I mean, we know she has an interesting childhood.

Claudia Oshry00:41:42

Oh, do we?

Jackie Oshry00:41:43

Yes.

Claudia Oshry00:41:43

Really?

Jackie Oshry00:41:44

And, like, her relationship with her mom.

Claudia Oshry00:41:45

Oh, yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:41:46

And she, like, doesn't have one.

Claudia Oshry00:41:48

Right.

Jackie Oshry00:41:49

So I think there's probably a lot there. She said, "Although you've seen bits and pieces of my journey on TV, there's so much more that fans don't know about my life. From my childhood to college years and my insane PR days." She went to college, yeah. And then she was a publicist.

Claudia Oshry00:41:59

I remember that she came on as, like, this Hubhouse, like, high-powered publicist in the early days of Summerhouse.

Jackie Oshry00:42:04

Yeah. I'm giving you all the details of my very full life with vulnerability, laughter, comedy, and excitement. I mean, every year, let's say a handful of reality stars and influencers write their memoirs, you know, who are chosen by.

Claudia Oshry00:42:13

And Carl's was really well-received.

Jackie Oshry00:42:15

Yeah. Craig did it. A lot of.

Claudia Oshry00:42:17

Did he?

Jackie Oshry00:42:18

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:42:18

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:42:18

Pillows and beer. Was it? No, that was a podcast.

Claudia Oshry00:42:20

That's the name of the podcast.

Jackie Oshry00:42:21

What's Wrong with My Sewing?

Claudia Oshry00:42:23

It's a great name for a book, but I don't think it is.

Jackie Oshry00:42:26

I forget what his was called. We had him on. It was, like, six years ago.

Claudia Oshry00:42:30

I remember.

Jackie Oshry00:42:31

LaLa Kent wrote hers. I think Sheena did. Stassi, of course, did.

Claudia Oshry00:42:35

Pillow Talk.

Jackie Oshry00:42:36

Pillow Talk. Cute.

Claudia Oshry00:42:37

And, of course, his children's book, Patchwork.

Jackie Oshry00:42:40

Oh, yes.

Claudia Oshry00:42:40

Who could forget?

Jackie Oshry00:42:41

A new addition to my library.

Claudia Oshry00:42:42

Yes.

Jackie Oshry00:42:45

So I think Lindsay's a good choice. Like, if they're looking at the Jessie Draper is writing hers.

Claudia Oshry00:42:49

Mm-hmm. Laila Mayhow.

Jackie Oshry00:42:51

Macy, you know.

Claudia Oshry00:42:52

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:42:53

So if they're looking at people who are ready to write, I actually think she's a better choice than most because she is 40. She is now a mother.

Claudia Oshry00:42:58

How's life?

Jackie Oshry00:42:59

She's on the other side of, you know, probably the crazy times in her life. And it probably has a lot of lessons to share. So I think this is a good choice.

Claudia Oshry00:43:05

I agree. And it's a good title, too.

Jackie Oshry00:43:06

Oh, title?

Claudia Oshry00:43:08

Activated.

Jackie Oshry00:43:09

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:43:09

Like, literally, what else could it have been?

Jackie Oshry00:43:11

What else could it be? There's actually a lot it could be, but that's good. I'm I approve. Memoirs of a Hubbard.

But I think a lot of us can relate to the feeling of perhaps it being an overwhelming time of year. And I think a lot of people actually start therapy during this time of year because of the overwhelming, you know, like, complicated family issues or just, you know, being alone or spending a lot of time alone. A lot of their professionals are experienced on psychologists, marriage and family therapists, social workers, counselors. And they'll match you with the initial matcher with the initial therapist so you can focus on your therapy goals. You'll fill out a short questionnaire. Our fifth and final story, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lawrence hit the streets in matching PJs on a Girls' Night Out. So Kim and JLa are kicking off the holiday season with a Girls' Night Out. They were spotted entering the Four Seasons Hotel and leaving in matching Skims PJs from the brand's new holiday campaign.

Claudia Oshry00:49:43

Oh, I didn't see them leaving in the.

Jackie Oshry00:49:45

Yeah. Matching robes, matching jamas.

Claudia Oshry00:49:47

But I also see both are getting something out of this because Jennifer Lawrence clearly, who's never been spotted, like, ever.

Jackie Oshry00:49:53

She's twice a day now.

Claudia Oshry00:49:54

Historically, you know, very private, being spotted with Kim, like, thanks because we're here to support S Degree. And on the way out, we're supporting Skims Degree.

Jackie Oshry00:50:02

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:50:02

Like, women in business, I'm reading right through this.

Jackie Oshry00:50:05

Oh, of course. I mean, we know that they are friends.

Claudia Oshry00:50:07

Did they say where they went? Did they go to Amman?

Jackie Oshry00:50:09

They said Four Seasons.

Claudia Oshry00:50:10

Oh, okay. Okay.

Jackie Oshry00:50:12

We know they're friends. JLa loves Chris.

Claudia Oshry00:50:14

Of course. We just saw her beef with Courtney on the show. I don't doubt that this is a real friendship. I think just, like, the timing is obviously very strategic.

Jackie Oshry00:50:21

Yeah. Like, hey, let's make a moment, you know.

Claudia Oshry00:50:23

And maybe they would have had dinner anyway, but, like.

Jackie Oshry00:50:25

Privately.

Claudia Oshry00:50:25

Yeah. Jennifer Lawrence doesn't do that. Like, curb that curb walk.

Jackie Oshry00:50:29

Yeah. No, we're literally seeing her twice a day in the morning, offer her morning walk.

Claudia Oshry00:50:31

Pajamas?

Jackie Oshry00:50:32

Kim Kardashian.

Claudia Oshry00:50:33

We're seeing her morning pajamas and her evening pajamas.

Jackie Oshry00:50:35

Yeah. Yeah. She's doing the most, which you have to do.

Claudia Oshry00:50:37

I would love to know how S Degree is doing, like, sales-wise. I saw, like, a couple of people reviewing it.

Jackie Oshry00:50:41

I saw one review.

Claudia Oshry00:50:42

I didn't see PR or anything.

Jackie Oshry00:50:43

I saw someone got sent it.

Claudia Oshry00:50:45

You did?

Jackie Oshry00:50:45

And so she was using it, and she didn't like it.

Claudia Oshry00:50:47

Oh.

Jackie Oshry00:50:47

But she.

Claudia Oshry00:50:48

Oh, she didn't like it.

Jackie Oshry00:50:49

But she wasn't, like, trying to be rude or anything. It was, like.

Claudia Oshry00:50:52

Like an honest review.

Jackie Oshry00:50:53

She was just like, yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:50:54

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:50:54

But what I liked, one product that she has is, like, this leave-in thing that you put in before you shower, and then you wash it in the shower, which I love that. I hate a leave-in mask that I have to do in the shower. What, I just wait there for 10 minutes?

Claudia Oshry00:51:07

I think a lot of them.

Jackie Oshry00:51:08

Are before the shower.

Claudia Oshry00:51:09

You can wash it out in the shower.

Jackie Oshry00:51:10

I've never had a mask like that. You put on dry hair.

Claudia Oshry00:51:13

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:51:13

And then you go in the shower.

Claudia Oshry00:51:14

Yeah. Some of them are, like, for a bather. Like, a lot of them, you put them in your wet hair so you lay in the bath with a mask.

Jackie Oshry00:51:19

I'm in the shower, I'm, like, standing there.

Claudia Oshry00:51:21

No, I agree. It's a bath thing. It's not a it's not a shower thing.

Jackie Oshry00:51:23

So I like the idea of a dry mask that washes off in the shower. That works for my, like, you know, my workflow.

Claudia Oshry00:51:30

Yeah. Agreed. I get the sense that you're, like, really baiting for PR, and it's not working. So you just have to buy it. And you have to try it and perhaps do, like, a whole tutorial.

Jackie Oshry00:51:39

Oh, no, I wasn't baiting for PR.

Claudia Oshry00:51:41

So what's stopping you from getting the product? Where do they sell it? Just online?

Jackie Oshry00:51:45

Yeah. I just.

Claudia Oshry00:51:45

Someone can do that.

Jackie Oshry00:51:46

Like, I have a lot of stuff.

Claudia Oshry00:51:47

Of course. Overconsumption culture is so real. I mean.

Jackie Oshry00:51:50

And I didn't see anyone say, like, oh, my God, you need this mess degree. So I'm just sort of, like, waiting.

Claudia Oshry00:51:54

I have not seen anyone saying you need this S Degree.

Jackie Oshry00:51:56

I'm waiting and seeing.

Claudia Oshry00:51:58

And listening and learning.

Jackie Oshry00:51:59

But I'm trying to stay open and supportive.

Claudia Oshry00:52:02

Yes, you are. That's very sweet of you.

Jackie Oshry00:52:03

You know?

Claudia Oshry00:52:04

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:52:04

Like, she never did anything wrong to me.

Claudia Oshry00:52:06

No, of course not. And I just want to say, I am now, like, looking at her hair.

Jackie Oshry00:52:10

Yes. And she's covered it with a hood.

Claudia Oshry00:52:12

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:52:12

But maybe that's the mess, you know, in mess degree.

Claudia Oshry00:52:15

And the thing is, is, like, regardless of whether or not I think this was, like, a good choice for Sarah Jessica Lawrence. What's her name?

Jackie Oshry00:52:23

Jennifer.

Claudia Oshry00:52:23

Sarah what? Jennifer Lawrence. Thank you. Oh, my God. If anyone, like, even my faves had released this, I am not the target demo for a hair care brand that endorses mess. Like, my hair, like, I always want I'm looking for I call your brand Polish Degree. Like, I want a silky smooth polished look, a perfectly straight part, no flyaways. Like, this is just not my hair philosophy.

Jackie Oshry00:52:47

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:52:48

I had the craziest dream. I know, like, nobody cares, but we were with Taylor Swift. No, no, Jackie Free.

Jackie Oshry00:52:53

Unless.

Claudia Oshry00:52:53

I feel like it means something.

Jackie Oshry00:52:54

Unless.

Claudia Oshry00:52:54

We were with Taylor Swift. And she was, like, kind of giving us, like, an interview, but she was also just, like, talking to us. And she shared that she has a five-year-old daughter named Mae, M-A-E. And as she's, like, telling us, we're screaming. Like, we're like, like, we can't believe it. Like, some construction is starting, like, in the room that we're in. So, like, there are all these construction workers. Like, we have this, like, huge high-profile piece of information. Like, so me, you, and Taylor are, like, running around this house. I think it's, like, the house we grew up in, actually. We're running around this house looking for a private place. And every time we go into a room, there's, like, a construction worker laying in your bed or, like, we can't and so we never get to, like, tie like, beyond we never get to hear more.

It's kind of a crazy dream.

Jackie Oshry00:53:32

I believe it.

Claudia Oshry00:53:33

Mae. Mae. Because at first, when she said that Mae, her daughter, I'm like, oh, my God, her and Travis had a baby. Then she was like, and she's five. So I'm like, oh, it's Joe Allen's baby.

Jackie Oshry00:53:40

It's, like, the baby that we always thought.

Claudia Oshry00:53:42

We thought. Everybody did think that during her, like, before reputation, when she took that year off, Kim.

Jackie Oshry00:53:46

No, we didn't think that.

Claudia Oshry00:53:48

We didn't see that.

Jackie Oshry00:53:48

It felt like everybody thought she had a baby, but it's like, well, you could have had a baby.

Claudia Oshry00:53:51

And it would have been actually a good time.

Jackie Oshry00:53:53

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:53:53

She was not spotted for a whole year. Nobody even knows, like, geographically where she was.

Jackie Oshry00:53:57

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:53:57

It would have been a perfect time to have a child.

Jackie Oshry00:53:59

So and I think the name, like, is totally.

Claudia Oshry00:54:02

Mae.

Jackie Oshry00:54:02

She would have Mae Swift.

Claudia Oshry00:54:03

M-A-E.

Jackie Oshry00:54:04

100%.

Claudia Oshry00:54:05

Mae Kelsey.

Jackie Oshry00:54:06

Nobody would have been Travis's.

Claudia Oshry00:54:07

Oh, right.

Jackie Oshry00:54:08

But maybe he would adopt.

Claudia Oshry00:54:08

Mae Alwyn.

Jackie Oshry00:54:09

He would adopt. I think it would be Mae Swift. I think she did it herself.

Claudia Oshry00:54:12

As she motherfucking should.

Jackie Oshry00:54:13

And I think Travis will adopt Mae.

Claudia Oshry00:54:16

I think so too.

Jackie Oshry00:54:18

And he will be the father that stepped up.

Claudia Oshry00:54:20

Seriously cracking up.

Jackie Oshry00:54:22

But honestly, I think, like, that was more of a prophecy and less of a dream.

Claudia Oshry00:54:25

That's why I shared it. Nobody wants to share their dreams. Do I ever come on here? And every time I do, I'm, like, embarrassed to share. No, I'm telling you, I'm onto something.

Jackie Oshry00:54:31

But you also feel, like, subconsciously, like, we can't get him in it alone. Is that how you feel?

Claudia Oshry00:54:35

No.

Jackie Oshry00:54:36

Everywhere we go.

Claudia Oshry00:54:37

No, no. You know what it is?

Jackie Oshry00:54:38

Something in there.

Claudia Oshry00:54:38

It's, like, literally, like, we're 50 feet from start. I'm like, we got this, you know, huge piece of information, but because of, you know, other circumstances, we can't actually finish it. You know what I mean?

Jackie Oshry00:54:46

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:54:47

Like, it's how we'll be nominated for a Golden Globe, but we won't win.

Jackie Oshry00:54:50

But we'll be nominated?

Claudia Oshry00:54:52

They didn't tell me that in the prophecy, but I'm just, like, extrapolating.

Jackie Oshry00:54:54

But do you think we'll be nominated?

Claudia Oshry00:54:56

I'm having a hard time because, like, obviously, I thought no. But the more I'm, like, left to think they gave me a month to think about it. Like, and here are a few reasons why. Statistically, it's not impossible.

Jackie Oshry00:55:07

Well, out of 30.

Claudia Oshry00:55:08

Out of 30. And I happen to know just, like, through people I've spoken to, like, there are four or five shows who will not be submitting. And if you could be on the list of 30, but that doesn't mean all 30 are eligible. You have to pay to submit. You have to put together this.

Jackie Oshry00:55:18

A lot of work.

Claudia Oshry00:55:19

We had to put together this whole presentation. We did it, and we did it. We did it early. So I would say maybe 25. Those are not but how many nominees? Six? Six out of 25 is, like, a 30% chance.

Jackie Oshry00:55:29

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:55:29

It's not that crazy. Also, and I don't know I actually wish she didn't say this, but we had, like, a call with our whole team, and our agent was like, well, you guys are obviously being nominated. And this is we actually not to brag. We have an amazing agent who does, like, really high profile. We're, like, one of his lower tier well, actually, Golden Globes. Like, he's not just, like, saying this. And he was like, you guys are he really believed that we were going to be nominated. And I was like, are you just saying that? He was like, no, no. Like, it's almost, like, guaranteed. I was like, wait, what? So I wish he didn't say that because now I'm like, well, we're obviously getting nominated. He said so.

Jackie Oshry00:55:58

So you're saying there's a chance.

Claudia Oshry00:55:59

He said it, not me. He's saying there's a chance.

Jackie Oshry00:56:01

By the way, I would say to the LA toasters, just keep your eyes open.

Claudia Oshry00:56:04

Yeah. Keep your eyes up, LA toasters.

Jackie Oshry00:56:06

You got a.

Claudia Oshry00:56:06

We got a little present for you.

Jackie Oshry00:56:08

Acknowledge your surroundings.

Claudia Oshry00:56:09

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry00:56:09

Be aware of your surroundings.

Claudia Oshry00:56:11

Right. Don't text and drive. I'll say that.

Jackie Oshry00:56:13

No, never. But just be aware of your surroundings, LA toasters.

Claudia Oshry00:56:16

And LA voters. It's not for the toasters. It's for the voters.

Jackie Oshry00:56:20

No, but the toasters get to experience.

Claudia Oshry00:56:22

Of course.

Jackie Oshry00:56:22

What's going on.

Claudia Oshry00:56:22

What we have in store. What was the story? Oh, mess degree.

Jackie Oshry00:56:27

Mess degree. Mess degree.

Claudia Oshry00:56:29

And that's how S sees it.

Jackie Oshry00:56:31

Mess degree. Mess degree. My hair's a mess degree.

Claudia Oshry00:56:36

Is this a song or are you just making it up?

Jackie Oshry00:56:38

I'm just making it up.

Claudia Oshry00:56:38

Oh, I didn't know if the tune was, like, supposed to be for that.

Jackie Oshry00:56:40

No, I'm just making it up. I just, like.

Claudia Oshry00:56:41

I love that. That's so turdy of you.

Jackie Oshry00:56:43

The brand just makes me want to sing.

Claudia Oshry00:56:44

She's obsessed. And you tell me she's not baiting for PR.

Jackie Oshry00:56:46

The brand just makes me want to sing and dance. Mess degree. Mess degree. Mess degree. Mess degree.

Claudia Oshry00:56:55

Let's dive into Dear Toasters our weekly advice segment, where I guess every Thursday, Jackie and I are, you know, giving back to our community. You guys write into us all the time. Like, Turdy, what do you think about this? Jax, what should I do? And we've decided to turn it into a segment, Dear Toasters. So you can email us, deartoasters@gmail.com, or head on over to our website, thetoastpodcast.com. Scroll down. There's a little submission box. You can see, you know, share to your heart's desire. Hey, Squirrels, I need your advice. Tell me if I'm being prude or if I should just shut up. My sister-in-law is pregnant, which is amazing. I love babies. I think they're the biggest blessing, and I recently just had my first.

The way she does, she does OnlyFans as her main source of income. We thought she'd quit after finding out that she was pregnant, but we found out she's still been posting content while heavily pregnant with no signs of stopping. It feels exploitive and yucky to me. And being a new mom, I can't even fathom what she's doing. I brought it up to my husband multiple times now. It bothers me, and he never wants to talk about it, which I get. That's his sister, but I have to talk about it. Luckily, we don't see her super often, but she's really open about it, and I'm worried about my baby growing up around this. I know it's my responsibility as his parent to make sure he knows what's wrong and normal, but I guess I'm feeling angry that I even have to worry about this.

Do I suffer in silence, or do I really need to broach the subject with my husband? I'm not even sure the outcome I'm expecting or wanting, but I feel like something has to be said or a line needs to be drawn, preferably not by me. Love you girls so much. Thanks for your help.

Jackie Oshry00:58:11

Yeah. Your husband doesn't want to talk about his sister's OnlyFans account.

Claudia Oshry00:58:14

Of course. I just want to say, like, in this particular moment, it doesn't really affect you. Now, down the line of, like, having to you just had a baby, so you shared that. Down the line of, like, having to explain, like, having a family member who does, like, sex work, like, yeah, that's an issue. I 100% agree that that's something that would affect you. At this present moment, it's, like, not your problem.

Jackie Oshry00:58:35

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:58:35

And as someone who just had a baby, like, you have a lot going on. Like, I would focus on that.

Jackie Oshry00:58:39

And you see.

Claudia Oshry00:58:40

Of course, it's crazy.

Jackie Oshry00:58:40

You don't, like, see her a lot. It's not like she's in your everyday life, in your child's everyday life. So if people, like, over there want to make their choices, this could you could take out the OnlyFans and make this about, like, anything that people do in their personal lives that you might not agree with or values that they hold that you might not agree with and don't want your kids around. And I think, you know, that boundary of, like, being around family but keeping a safe distance based on whatever they're doing that you don't agree with is something that can easily be drawn. I don't even know if you have to, like, talk to your husband about it.

Claudia Oshry00:59:08

Right.

Jackie Oshry00:59:08

And I'm sure the fact that he doesn't want to talk about it means that it's weird with him too.

Claudia Oshry00:59:12

It's his sister.

Jackie Oshry00:59:14

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:59:15

When you said sister-in-law, I wasn't sure if that was, like, your brother's wife or your husband's of course, your husband doesn't want to talk about it.

Jackie Oshry00:59:20

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry00:59:21

And, like, you making it your issue right now, not the time. Save it for a few years down the line, and she might be done with it. Actually, I was just watching Trisha Paytas on Jay Shetty, and she was talking about her time on OnlyFans. And I have to say, I've never heard somebody be so honest. It was actually quite refreshing. She says she looks back on that time, and she's disgusted. Like, we have, as a culture, like, we've really embraced sex work, and it's like we're not judgmental about it, and it's a legitimate form of revenue. And sure, but I think a lot of us, like, would never do it and think differently. And so she it was very refreshing for her to be like, I like, I can't sleep at night when I think about it.

Like, I want to vomit. She explained her reasonings for doing it. Like, at first, for a lot of people, it's financial.

Jackie Oshry00:59:59

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry00:59:59

Then you make so much money doing it that, like, it's really not even about the money anymore. She was like, I just had such low self-esteem, and I just felt like this is what the type of work I deserve to be doing. It was really honest. And it was also very refreshing. Like, yeah, I think we went through an era where it was, like, you know, deemed inappropriate to, like, say anything negative about sex work. But to hear somebody who had done it and, like, deeply regretted it, she was like, if I could send one message to anybody who's even thinking about it, like, for whatever reasons, financial or emotional, like, do not do it.

It was like a warning. Some people have to come to that decision on their own.

Jackie Oshry01:00:36

Yeah. But there also are, like, different tiers of what people are doing on there.

Claudia Oshry01:00:39

On OnlyFans.

Jackie Oshry01:00:40

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry01:00:40

Yeah. This girl could be doing just, like, kinky pregnant, like, shit.

Jackie Oshry01:00:45

Like, yeah, like lingerie and just, like, you know.

Claudia Oshry01:00:48

Right. But then there are people who.

Jackie Oshry01:00:49

The female body.

Claudia Oshry01:00:50

Full production.

Jackie Oshry01:00:52

Not.

Claudia Oshry01:00:52

Productions of pornography, like, to completion.

Jackie Oshry01:00:55

I would say those two things are different.

Claudia Oshry01:00:56

I agree.

Jackie Oshry01:00:57

So.

Claudia Oshry01:00:57

A lot of people do, like, foot stuff.

Jackie Oshry01:00:59

Yeah. Or just, like, celebrating the female form.

Claudia Oshry01:01:02

Yeah. Or, like, sexy pics.

Jackie Oshry01:01:03

Sexy pics.

Claudia Oshry01:01:03

Like, wow. That might even be, like, appropriate, like, for a reason.

Jackie Oshry01:01:06

On Instagram, but then if you realize you can get paid for it.

Claudia Oshry01:01:08

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry01:01:08

And you were doing it for free.

Claudia Oshry01:01:09

Mm-hmm.

Jackie Oshry01:01:10

Then sure.

Claudia Oshry01:01:11

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry01:01:12

So I don't know. This is just, like, you got to use your judgment and, you know, protect your sphere. But it doesn't sound like it really is encroaching on you at all.

Claudia Oshry01:01:20

Yeah, right now.

Jackie Oshry01:01:21

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry01:01:21

So just, like, lay it to the side and pray that it works itself out. Her kids are going to grow up too, and she might just come to the conclusion on her own.

Jackie Oshry01:01:28

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry01:01:29

Or not. And then you'll have to have a conversation. And yes, like, your husband will have to get involved.

Jackie Oshry01:01:34

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry01:01:36

Next, ready? Hi, Twirlies. I never thought I'd be writing into Dear Toasters, but alas, here I am. That's the thing. Dear Toasters comes for everyone. My boyfriend and I have been together for five years. We have a pretty stable relationship. Last week, he was taking apart our washing machine to fix a weird noise it had been making. Oh, a handyman. Well, I don't know what he did, but it was so hard to come by. Once he fixed the issue, he struggled to reassemble a particular part. He asked me to grab my phone to read him instructions from a Reddit thread. We've always been comfortable using sharing each other's phones, so I really thought nothing of it. I opened Reddit. I tapped the search bar to find the thread and was absolutely horrified to see multiple searches in his search history for Bradley on a budget's OnlyFans content.

I genuinely froze.

Jackie Oshry01:02:13

He's obviously a toaster.

Claudia Oshry01:02:14

Of all the things I could have discovered well, was it you? Well, of all the things I could have discovered while helping my boyfriend fix our washing machine, this was the absolute last thing I expected. I haven't confronted him about it because I generally don't know how to approach a conversation. I also haven't told anyone in my personal life out of fear that it'll permanently damage their perception of him. Am I overreacting? Is there any way to rationalize this? Is this something I should address, or should I pretend I never saw it? I love this man, but I genuinely don't know how to look at him in the same way.

Jackie Oshry01:02:35

Like, why is he going to Reddit for Bradley on a budget's?

Claudia Oshry01:02:38

I think because and I'm actually guessing here. I think people try to find OnlyFans content without having to pay for it because, like, when you pay for it, you credit card, you should maybe share it with your girlfriend.

Jackie Oshry01:02:48

Uh-huh.

Claudia Oshry01:02:49

Maybe people post it. I'm just guessing here, like, screenshots of what goes down. He might have just been curious about what goes down on Bradley on a budget's OnlyFans.

Jackie Oshry01:02:56

Maybe he's become, like, a big Bradley fan.

Claudia Oshry01:02:58

A budget baddie called.

Jackie Oshry01:02:58

Like, I could see you going on Reddit, like, to see what people are saying about Bradley on a budget's OnlyFans. And it's not because, like, you're a consumer of it.

Claudia Oshry01:03:07

It's because I'm just curious. The thing is, is that you have to ask because it's possible that your man's gay. It's obviously a possibility. And that would just save you a lot of time and heartbreak. And if in, you know, five years, you walked in and I'm having sex with a man, you would think to yourself, well, I did see that Bradley on a budget thing. I wish I just asked a question.

Jackie Oshry01:03:23

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry01:03:23

You got to ask.

Jackie Oshry01:03:24

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry01:03:24

And he's entitled to, you know, his privacy when it comes to his sexuality, but you don't want to be wasting your time. You know, you're a woman of a certain age. So you just have to ask.

Jackie Oshry01:03:32

I agree. And it's a boyfriend.

Claudia Oshry01:03:33

It's a boyfriend. And he also, like, he genuinely could have just been curious.

Jackie Oshry01:03:36

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry01:03:37

But.

Jackie Oshry01:03:38

No, it's like he could have fallen down the Bradley rabbit hole that, as you have, of, like, Bradley's content.

Claudia Oshry01:03:42

And by the way, I'm a huge Bradley rabbit hole. I've never even thought to go look at his OnlyFans content.

Jackie Oshry01:03:45

Or, like, what people are saying about it. Like, he might have just gone down an internet rabbit hole.

Claudia Oshry01:03:49

Right, right, right.

Jackie Oshry01:03:50

And ended in a gay place.

Claudia Oshry01:03:51

Yeah, maybe.

Jackie Oshry01:03:53

You know?

Claudia Oshry01:03:53

And sometimes, like, you do end up in a gay place. And.

Jackie Oshry01:03:56

Yeah.

Claudia Oshry01:03:56

That doesn't make you gay.

Jackie Oshry01:03:57

Where it's like you might find yourself searching something where it's like, oh, my God, if anybody saw me searching this, they'd get the wrong idea.

Claudia Oshry01:04:04

Yeah. And most normal people delete their history.

Jackie Oshry01:04:07

But so he's not hiding.

Claudia Oshry01:04:09

Right. That's true, by the way.

Jackie Oshry01:04:11

Just saying. It could be, like, you know, it could have been a deep internet rabbit hole is all.

Claudia Oshry01:04:15

It happens to the best of us.

Jackie Oshry01:04:17

Or he wants to see Bradley getting down.

Claudia Oshry01:04:20

I know you do.

Jackie Oshry01:04:21

I know you do.

Claudia Oshry01:04:22

I know Zach wrote this in about you. You were fixing the washing machine.

Jackie Oshry01:04:26

I was fixing the washing machine. We are having a washing machine issue.

Claudia Oshry01:04:29

What? What did I say? Hey, Jackson Claude. I'm truly horrified. My in-laws were visiting from out of town today, and as they went to leave the house, I realized that they left a phone. I picked it up to run it down to them, and when I looked at it, I saw Google searches with a bunch of naked women's pictures on it. I need to emphasize that I was not snooping. I literally noticed it just as, like, I locked the phone. It's my father-in-law's phone. Just before they left, he was feeding my nine-month-old. Here are my questions. Do I tell my husband? He looks up to his dad so much, and I think this would crush him. Am I justified in making a rule that my sons are not allowed to play with or look at my in-laws' phones again? My two-year-old loves to watch music videos with his grandpa, but now I'm.

Jackie Oshry01:05:03

What?

Claudia Oshry01:05:03

Now I'm feeling like I have to be a psycho about phones. I feel like I have no one to talk to about this.

Jackie Oshry01:05:07

Okay. Two-year-old watching music videos with his grandpa is the weirdest sentence I ever heard.

Claudia Oshry01:05:11

And, like, put it on the TV. Like.

Jackie Oshry01:05:13

No. And also, like, grandpa came over to play. We're not watching music videos.

Claudia Oshry01:05:16

I do agree.

Jackie Oshry01:05:17

If someone came over to put on music videos with my two-year-old, I would say, get out.

Claudia Oshry01:05:20

Agree. That's not meaningful play.

Jackie Oshry01:05:22

That's not meaningful play.

Claudia Oshry01:05:23

Absolutely not.

Jackie Oshry01:05:24

And music videos these days are disgusting.

Claudia Oshry01:05:26

Now, I don't know if your concern is that he was looking at the naked photos while playing with the kids. Like, maybe they're playing on.

Jackie Oshry01:05:31

Of course. The screen was open. But also, Google doesn't have naked photos on image search.

Claudia Oshry01:05:35

That's true. But grandpa probably doesn't know that.

Jackie Oshry01:05:38

But so what did she see? Just, like, bikini girls?

Claudia Oshry01:05:42

I'm not sure.

Jackie Oshry01:05:44

Yeah. This has to be discussed.

Claudia Oshry01:05:46

You also the thing is, in this day and age, you just have to be careful who you leave your kids alone with.

Jackie Oshry01:05:50

It's so true.

Claudia Oshry01:05:51

Family or not. I'm sorry.

Jackie Oshry01:05:52

Did you see that thing about the Disney roundup?

Claudia Oshry01:05:54

Disney? Yes.

Jackie Oshry01:05:55

You literally can't even.

Claudia Oshry01:05:57

The Disney roundup.

Jackie Oshry01:05:58

You can't even trust Mickey Mouse.

Claudia Oshry01:05:59

It's true. So yeah, you just have like, you've been given some sort of, like.

Jackie Oshry01:06:05

And but you need to tell your husband so that he knows that you're being restricted for a reason.

Claudia Oshry01:06:09

Because I.

Jackie Oshry01:06:10

Not just because you don't want to hang out with his parents.

Claudia Oshry01:06:12

You probably also don't want to hang out with his parents, so this is sort of like a win-win.

Jackie Oshry01:06:15

No, but sometimes when the grandparents come over, it's great. It's like, oh, we get to kick our feet up.

Claudia Oshry01:06:18

Oh, we're just kicking up.

Jackie Oshry01:06:18

Like, grandpa's here.

Claudia Oshry01:06:19

Yeah.

Jackie Oshry01:06:19

He's putting on music videos. Lazy.

Claudia Oshry01:06:21

Lazy parents.

Jackie Oshry01:06:22

No thanks. I could do that.

Claudia Oshry01:06:23

Yeah, right. Also, where was grandma?

Jackie Oshry01:06:28

Where was grandma?

Claudia Oshry01:06:28

Deadbeat grandma.

Jackie Oshry01:06:30

Where was grandma?

Claudia Oshry01:06:31

No, you're underreacting to this.

Jackie Oshry01:06:32

It's disgusting.

Claudia Oshry01:06:33

It's disgusting. And, like, letting your two-year-old play with your phone letting a two-year-old play with your phone.

Jackie Oshry01:06:39

No.

Claudia Oshry01:06:39

When you have, like, random proclivities for, like, Google nude searches, like, you're sick.

Jackie Oshry01:06:44

How about this, even without your random proclivities?

Claudia Oshry01:06:47

Yeah, of course.

Jackie Oshry01:06:47

You don't give a two-year-old a phone if you can't play with them.

Claudia Oshry01:06:49

But people have.

Jackie Oshry01:06:50

If you can't play.

Claudia Oshry01:06:50

People have different philosophies on phones.

Jackie Oshry01:06:52

I agree. But you asked for mine. You wrote into Dear Toasters.

Claudia Oshry01:06:54

Right. Yes. I don't think, like, you coming over to play with the kids and just, like, shoving a phone in their face is helpful.

Jackie Oshry01:07:00

I can do that.

Claudia Oshry01:07:01

I could do that. And get the dishes done. Like, thanks, but no thanks. And when grandparents come over, it should be, like, meaningful time.

Jackie Oshry01:07:06

Meaningful play.

Claudia Oshry01:07:07

Meaningful play. So yeah, that's just, like, bad play.

Jackie Oshry01:07:10

Yeah. And so if you're not.

Claudia Oshry01:07:11

Of course, nudity.

Jackie Oshry01:07:12

Prepared to bring meaningful play.

Claudia Oshry01:07:14

Get the hell out of my house. Isolation cabin, okay?

Jackie Oshry01:07:18

I said good day, sir.

Claudia Oshry01:07:20

I said good day, sir. Sorry you're going through that. But, like, you know, sometimes you need a little bit of, like, a like, the Lord gives you, like, little warnings sometimes. Like.

Jackie Oshry01:07:30

Yes. Yes.

Claudia Oshry01:07:31

And I know this is a small a very small example, but I have this beautiful bracelet that Ben got me for my birthday. Oh, no, Mother's Day. It's rubies and diamonds. It's, like, my favorite thing I've ever, ever had. I was making the bed, like, a couple of weeks ago, and I saw that the little oh.

Jackie Oshry01:07:47

Ghost.

Claudia Oshry01:07:48

The little thing was unlatched. I'm like, oh, that's weird. It must be loose. I have to remind myself to get it fixed. Of course, I didn't. We're getting out of the car. We're going to Yard House, of course. I need my chicken lettuce wraps. And it's raining, so I'm like, ugh. I'm like, getting out of the car, and I run. And as I'm running, I just sense I didn't even see it. I sense something on the floor. Now it's raining. Why do I want to stop and turn around? But I did. My bracelet was on the floor. The Lord had given me a warning when I was making the bed, and I ignored it, and I almost lost my bracelet.

Now, thankfully, he gave me a second warning. I got the bracelet fixed, even though I just saw it took a little loose again. I might have to get it fixed again. The Lord has given you a warning. Do with that information what you will.

Jackie Oshry01:08:31

Mm-hmm.

Claudia Oshry01:08:31

Or, you know, whatever, you know, statue you pray to, the universe, whatever. It's not religion. I'm not trying to proselytize, of course, but you've been given a warning.

Jackie Oshry01:08:40

Proselytize? Goji.

Claudia Oshry01:08:42

No, we don't do that.

Jackie Oshry01:08:43

We don't.

Claudia Oshry01:08:44

No, Jews. That's, like, really notorious. We don't you don't like, if you want to join Judaism, you have to ask three times.

Jackie Oshry01:08:48

Oh, but no, I'm not saying, like, you need to join Judaism.

Claudia Oshry01:08:51

So what are you proselytizing?

Jackie Oshry01:08:52

Oh, find God.

Claudia Oshry01:08:53

Some of you bitches do need to find God. That's absolutely clear in the submissions that I read. But again.

Jackie Oshry01:08:59

I'm kidding.

Claudia Oshry01:09:00

I am not your preacher.

Jackie Oshry01:09:01

Keep doing you.

Claudia Oshry01:09:02

Keep doing you because it keeps Dear Toasters interesting.

Jackie Oshry01:09:05

Yes, it does.

Claudia Oshry01:09:07
