My guest and I had an amazing conversation on his show.
It's been about a month now. I was more excited to come on your show than any show I've ever done. I flew out there, saw beautiful Utah, got the whole experience with you. I swear, I got introduced to you by our friend Ben Azadi, and he told me you were his mentor. Then I started to get really into everything you were doing. I was like, Oh, I have to beat this guy. He is so perfect for me. Just the way that you talk, how charismatic you are, the knowledge base. I mean, that goes without saying, but it's the personality that I was drawn to. Then talking to you and seeing the faith and everything that goes along with who you are. I would say your brand, but it's just you. I think that the reaction that you get from people is so more than justified. What you you do and how you help people, it is, for me, it's inspiring and it's encouraging, and it actually motivates me to try to do more. But I can't give you enough accolade on an introduction. I could run down a list of things, author, podcast host, Functional Health, former chiropractor.
You do it all. I love you, brother, and I appreciate you coming here to see me. So my friends, Dr. Daniel Pampa.
Yeah. Thanks for having me. We did have a blast that day. We did. We're going to have a today.
We're going to have more of it.
We're going to educate some people on some amazing topics. But yeah, I said this right before we started recording here. Your story just blew me away, captivated me. We went on and on. I even realize it was beyond two hours, I think. That's it was. Yeah. I mean, honestly, I felt like you had so much to offer because of what you've been through. I was lecturing in Africa one time, and this was Zimbabwe, and There's two big leaders in Zimbabwe at that time, Mengabe and a guy named Gatsi. It was like evil and good. Okay, I'm telling them. The people love Gatsi because this guy was changing the nation. This guy was ruining it, right? Anyway, here I am at this leadership conference. First time, there's presidents of countries in the room. I mean, it was a big deal. It's the first time I was lecturing with a interpreter, and that was weird because there was a timing thing, right? Right. It was a little bit awkward. I was not in my game, right? But anyway, so after I'm done speaking, Gatsy comes in a brisk pace right down the center of the hour, right towards me, and I'm like, Oh, my God.
First thing is, what did I say? What did I say? I'm like, I must have said something. Maybe it was the interpreter, right? But I could tell he was coming for me. I start walking off, and of course, he meets me, and he looks me in the eye, says, Dr. Pampa, your authority It doesn't come from your education, your brilliance, your this, your that. It comes from the victory God gave you. He turned around and walked away. I said, What did I say that made him say that? I didn't even process what he meant by it. I was just processing what I made him say that, and I was not even understanding if it was good or bad. This is what he said. Now, in hindsight, looking back, I understand what he meant, meaning that my story, your story, your story, my story, their story, is where not only our purpose is, but it's where our authority is. Meaning if you're going to change lives, your story is where you change it from. You told your story, I realized how much authority you had for people out there that were just suffering, dealing with addictions, dealing with...
Because here you are on the other side making a difference. So your authority comes from the victory God gave you. I love it. Anyways, it was years later that I realized what he meant. It was like, I I realized that God just laid that on his heart like that. So it wasn't something that I said. It was just something God gave him, and he's a man of God. So God gave it to him. He was going to tell me, and he rushed down the aisle to tell me. So I'm telling you the same.
Isn't it amazing how your faith works, though? Because you understand things in a moment, but then it never ends. You can read the same reading over and over, and you take something different from it every time. So what you're saying, too, is so true, is I knew a lot, and I and it resonates, and then it rears its head later what it actually means, and then you get it.
That's the thing, it took me years to get it. There was a time where I forgot about it, frankly. It was something like this. It was like, Well, let me tell you what someone told me once. It was like, Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, that is it. Through the years, I've watched that, the lives that changed. I was lecturing. I had a little meet and greet here in Scottsdale, and a woman came up to me, it was like, I heard your story, and that was me. I joined your program. Let me tell you how not just my life changed, but my family's. She went on and she told me her story. But again, it was my story that she said she trusted because she had spent a lot of money doing a lot of things. She heard my story and was like, Okay, I trust that because that's me. Yes. Yeah, likewise, you have an opportunity to change the world because of what you've been et cetera. That's it. You are.
I appreciate that. That brings us to yours because who you are and what you became is shaped around everything that happened to you and what you went through. I know your story well, but a lot of people may not. I want to get into that. I generally don't start there, but yours is so personal and incredible, and it really shapes who you are and why you are who you are today.
Yeah, it was around 1999, the end of '99, 2000. And your life was very good, I'm going to be honest. I had two young boys at the time. I have five kids now. There's a whole story in there. Great relationship, great business. I was cranking. I was a structural correction chiropractor at the time. I mean, huge busy office, purpose-driven. I'm telling you, when I say it, I mean it. Life couldn't be better. It was exactly what you'd envision a great life to be. I was cycling. I was racing bikes at the time, and so I was doing a lot of training. I would say it would be the one addiction that I had. It was like, I love to train. I was racing mountain bikes to the expert level. I was a cat three, not that people know what that is. It's a moderate level of cycling, a road cycling. But anyway, I was training on the road for mountain bike racing. That was my expertise. I was putting in probably 300-some miles a week. Oh, wow. People put a lot more than that in because I was so busy, I had to specifically train, and I was very good at the training hard.
That said, I thought I was overtraining because I was dialed into my intensities, how to vary that, et cetera. I cut back. I cut back on the training, but I wasn't getting better. I literally remember I took two weeks off, and I swore I was more fatigued, and then these weird headaches started. Then just things I've never dealt with before, like weird anxiety would come and go. Just fatigue to a whole different level for no reason. Even if I did sleep, a perfect night, wake up just like, Man, I'm dragging myself out of bed. Never happened. Then my hair started thinning, so I thought, It's my thyroid. I couldn't adapt to stress anymore. Even like my baby screaming, my kids She'd be like, I'd flip out. I wasn't that guy. But my wife was like, My gosh, who are you turning into? I'd sit back and be like, I don't know. I really was like, Gosh, I had this anger. I never had that before. Then it was insomnia, then panic attacks, and sound sensitivity, gut problems went, chasing food things. I mean, so many things that people deal with today, that's what I was dealing with.
Like many people, I was looking things up with the Internet wasn't like today, but I was chasing things, looking things up. I remember going to bookstores and just reading people's books. I was like, that got it crazy. Like I said, I did say my adrenals are fried. I would really assist the adrenals, and it helped a little bit. My anxiety would get worse. Then I started addressing my thyroid, and I felt like some things would get better, some things would get worse, but I wasn't better. I was At one point online, and I found mad hatter's disease. Do you know what that is? Yeah, I've heard of it. People making felt hats got mercury-poisoned. Even lead was involved. They got very sick, and they were known as mad hatters. I mean, literally, I had every symptom. I was mad as a hatter, as the saying goes. But I went and got a blood test. Matter of fact, that day, I went to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I met with the head of toxicology. He ran Mercury, a bunch of other tests. I ran every test we could think about. I remember it was around $5,000.
The reason I remember is because my insurance didn't pay for it. I had to pay for it. I should have negotiated it. I probably didn't. I didn't have the money at the time. Anyway, bottom line was it all came back relatively normal. To the point, he said to me, Son, you're healthier than me. That was not a good day. If he said, We figured it out. You have a form of cancer. I'd be like, Okay, at least I know what I'm up against, right? But that's not what he said. I went to many other doctors, and it started to just get to the point where they would send me out of the door with a psychotropic drug, meaning, You're crazy. Try this. That'll help your anxiety and the crazies you're getting. Here you go. There was times where the drug might have helped because I was out of my mind. I was crazy. I always said I was crazy, but there was a reason. Right. But so fast forward, I was working with a very bright endocrineologist trying to balance the hormonal shit I knew I had. He said to me, I think you have mercury toxicity He based that based on my weird ups and down body temperature swings.
I said, I thought so, too. But I did the blood test and it came out normally. So that's the wrong test. That would be if you were a mad hatter, meaning if you were getting exposed every day, it would show up in your blood, but you're not. It's probably chronic if it's that. So he said, Do this challenge test and see if it's in your tissues. That's an indicator. But even if it's not, it could just be in the brain, blah, blah, blah. I said, Where do you think I got it from? I did the test, and not only that, I had all kinds of high heavy metals. So my pathways of getting rid of it were shut down for sure. Okay. But I said, What do you think I got it from? He said, Did you have any dental work done around the time this all happened? So I'm like, I know the date this happened because I had my cycling journal, and I opened that up, my training journal, got the date. I called my best friend who I knew put a gold crown in, took a silver filling out. Those fillings contained 50% mercury.
People didn't know that, 50% mercury. And I said, Hey, Derek, what's the date? When did I get that filling done? And I knew it was around that time because when my symptoms started. But he gave me the date, and it was just days after that is when I started recording. I didn't feel good today. I didn't ride. Then it was the next week, and that was, Man, I had the worst day I literally tracked myself when it all happened. It was after I got two silver fillings removed. Look, that was the straw that broke the Campbell's back, meaning that just vaporized a lot more mercury that I already had stored up. I wore contact lenses in the '70s, '80s, and '90s. The Saline solution that we used had thymersal in it, which is a mercury derivative. We were putting it right in our brains. They outlawed it in the early '90s, but people that wore contact lenses had no idea that they were putting mercury directly into their brain via their optic nerve. That was another huge source. There was a time where I was really into lifting weights. I was hanging a ton of tuna.
I lived at the beach at the time. I had all kinds of mercury sources throughout my life, and I had fillings in, which is those fillings, they're 50% mercury, they vaporize mercury right into the brain. Wow. Ladies, this is the DRASH study. It was one of the first studies. It was a German study. The number of silver fillings in mom's mouth is proportional to how much mercury they find in the baby's brain on autopsy. Where did I get my first load? My mother had a bunch of fillings. That's where the bucket started filling. Of course, the contact lenses. Of course, the fillings in my own mouth, the tuna. Then one day when they drilled the fillings out and vaporized more mercury, the bucket overflowed. I was also, at that time, training a lot, which is a stress that your body has to adapt to. I lived in a low-grade moldy home as well. No one else was sick, but it became something that once I was challenged, it wasn't until I got out of that home that I was like, Oh, that was stressing me, too. One of the things I teach, and I've trained doctors about these topics for over 20 years, is that you have to figure out people's perfect storm.
Meaning it's not one thing that typically makes them sick. It's a combination of typically three stressors like me that boom, and all of a sudden the bottom falls out. That's what happened to me.
It just compounds and builds and builds over time, and Before you know it, it just boom.
Yeah. People think they want the one answer. They want the one pill, one powder, potion, lotion, whatever it is, the one magic, the one biohack, the one... It's not how it works. They want the 10-day cleanse. They want the It's not how it works. Training doctors for so many years, that's always been my message. Number one, people don't get better just by giving them supplements. Today, people don't get better just by changing their diet. It's It's an accumulation, a stockpiling, a bioaccumulation of toxins over someone's life, and then that bucket overflows. You have to look at someone's life and evaluate these exposures and stressors. Deal with that cause directly, appropriately. That's how you get people well today. So that's been my message, and I'm not changing it. No, shit.
So what did you have to go through then to fix this issue, to counteract the mercury problem?
Good question. So I still had fillings in my mouth. Matter of fact, he had put gold in.
Is that worse?
Well, it was worse because I still had probably four silver fillings in, and it creates galvanism. Galvanism is an electrical current. It's a battery effect. You know what a battery is? It's two opposing metals in an acid. That's exactly what What happens in your mouth. So when people have a crown, a implant, a braces, there's a lot of reasons somebody could have a bridge, could have metal in their mouth, and then they have silver fillings. Studies show the mercury in those silver fillings pours out of those fillings when you have that galvanic situation. That current makes that mercury vaporize even that 10 times the amount starts going into the brain. The moment you have two opposing metals in your acid mouth. And that's what happened to me. He put that gold in there, and I still had fillings in. I remember the day that I got the gold out because I had read how Huggins He was probably the most famous dentist that really... He lost his license speaking about silver fillings containing mercury, et cetera, and how to remove them. But he talked about how the gold even takes on some of the mercury vapor itself.
Get the gold out. Anyways, I got the gold out, and it was like I could sleep through the night, like most of us, I would say. Once the mercury started coming out of my brain, then I regained all my nights, then the anxiety went away. But there was a level of that weird anxiety that went down just by getting that galvanic reaction out of my mouth. The brain hates that electrical current. It's measurable. One of the things that Huggins did was measure the current in people. He would always say, take the highest negative silver filling out first as an order and never cross the midline. Anyway, a lot of that stuff. I'm working now in my program with doctors, dentists around the country who not only know how to remove these things correctly, and then we start. You have to understand, you can't just get the fillings out. That vapor turns to inorganic mercury and is locked in your brain for the life. The half life is longer than you live. You have to get it out of the brain, and that's a big part of what I've been teaching for many years, the safe way to get these things out of your brain.
It's not just mercury. The amount of aluminum that we're getting from cooking an aluminum foil, antiperspirants, jet fuel contains aluminum because it literally They've formulated a jet fuel that makes jets more efficient. They can fly longer and save billions of dollars. But jet fuel has aluminum in it. It's literally getting into our water supply or our food supply. Point is that we have a lot of exposures to many different types of toxins that accumulate in the brain. Typically, when people don't feel well and can't figure it out, have hormone challenges and can't figure it out. And by the way, the control tower sits in there in the center of your brain. It's the hypothalamus pituitary. That's what runs your thyroid. The hypothalamus takes in all the information from all your hormonal needs and needs in the body. Takes it in. That's like the antenna that takes in and says, Okay, what do we need? Then it tells the pituitary, Okay, we need more thyroid hormone down there. We need more this. We need more that. The pituitary then sends things to the adrenals, sends information to your thyroid, produce more thyroid hormone. Okay, so many people like I was are downstream trying to figure out the adrenals and the thyroid when the control tower is the big issue.
I had so much mercury in my pituitary. I remember, I still have the study. Then when I found the study that showed that mercury from amalgam filling 90% of it ends up in the pituitary hypothalamus. I'm like, dang it. I knew something was wrong with the control. I mean, I knew because I'm down here, I'm like, what is something wrong with my pituitary? I mean, I had a medical background. I knew something was going on there, but it was weird when I would try to address it, I would get more anxiety. It was because all I was doing is stirring the bucket around. You have to be careful about what type of detoxes you do. But anyway, so when I got the mercury out of my brain, it didn't happen for a 30-day cleanse. Not so... It didn't ever from sitting in silence. But then I got my life back. I could sleep through the night. The anxiety went away, that anger, irritability, all that stuff went away. But it takes time. It took time to get in. It takes time to get out. My program, I say the goal is to teach people the process so they can actually do the detox long enough to matter.
That's the key.
My wife's probably back there I'm saying, Man, I bet he's got some things going on because he's always so pissy during the day about me. But my aluminum, I had it checked at one of the biohacking conventions. I was that I had a quick scan thing done and my aluminum was off the chart, and I started to panic. I haven't gone back to get it looked at, but my mercury was also high, and I'm wondering, I've had 20 root canals.
Let's talk about that. One of the things that I teach, I have a lot of criticism, and I take some crap for it about functional medicine these days because a lot of it is running expensive tests and giving people a lot of vitamins. I have no problem with testing. I have no problem with vitamins. But none of that is really focused on the real cause of why people are sick. They say that 84 to 85% of all disease starts in the mouth. What do they mean? Well, I just talked about fillings. But root canals and what we call cavitations, oral infection general, which I call hidden infections, are a big reason why people can't fix their gut. It's a big reason why people have immune challenges and even autoimmune and even develop cancer. So these hidden infections, they get in there into these areas of your mouth and hide from your immune system because there's so little blood flow. So root canals. Years ago, a guy named Boyd Haley, out of the University of Kentucky, he did a study where he had all the dentists in the... There's an organization of healthy dentists called the IALMT.
Org. Anyways, it's a place to find healthy dentists. But anyway, They were sending him healthy root canals, meaning if someone had pain symptoms, don't send it. We only want root canals that no one had any problem with and you took out. They were sending them healthy root canals. 100% of them had dangerous anaerobic pathogens, bacteria in and around them. The reason why, when they take out the root, what's left behind is something called microtubules. Literally miles of these things where the bacteria run and they hide in there. Then basically, they put a sealant in the tooth where the root was taken out, seal it, but those bacteria now are sealed in, and they create a lot of problems. Matter of fact, there was other studies showing on the side of root canals, thyroid cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, different types of cancers on the side of the root canal. So root canals, cavitations, meaning where people had wisdom teeth removed. Okay. Eighty-some % heal over. You have no pain. Twenty-some years later, you have immune challenges, you have different weird symptoms, and it could be the cavitation. When those things are decavitated, as it's called, surgically fixed, people immediately say they feel like that they're reconnected with their body.
I had a guy, and he came a friend, a guy who was from Canada, and he had 21 years of severe pain, part of which he had major liver pain. He had the means to do everything, and he did. He was that guy. He would do it. You tell him, stand on your head in the corner for 10 minutes, he'll say, It's 20 better. He was that guy, and nothing worked. Finally, we do something called a cone beam.
Yes, the cone beam. Cone beam, yeah.
He sees these lucencies in the jaw. You don't see infection. By the way, you don't see these things on X-ray. This is more like a CAT scan. 3d, they're able to look around and find these voids. And these voids are where the infections hide. So he had two of these big voids. He went to Dr. Jerry Curatola in New York, great dentist, and he texted me on the way out, and he said, Maybe it's coincidence, but I feel pain-free. That liver pain is gone. Do you think it's going to last? I said, I don't know. We'll find out. That was probably 10 years ago now, maybe more. He hasn't had that since. He walked out of there pain-free. I can't tell you how often that has. Some people say literally in the chair, when they took the infection out, it felt like they were reconnected to their body. Anyways, I say all that to say that it is some of these things that functional medicine doctors, if they truly want to help someone, you have to look in these areas where most people don't look. You have to ask people about their home. People are living in moldy homes, unknowing they're getting exposed.
They don't smell it, they don't see it because they live there. Or they have someone come in and do a mold test and they just test the air. Yeah. Yeah. 90% of those are false negatives. And yet they're being affected by the mold in a home. You have to dig in these areas with people's history, looking at certain symptoms that could be neurotoxic illness. But when you look at the explosion of thyroid conditions, toxins are at the forefront. Diabetes. I think the last one I read is 83% of diabetes is toxin-related, which is toxin-induced insulin resistance. It's called TIR, T-I-I-R, toxin-induced insulin resistance. People say, I change my diet. I can't come off my medication. My blood sugar starting. That's mostly toxins. The reason why, toxins drive inflammation of the cell. Your hormone receptors are on that cell, and inflammation blocks them. You can make hormone levels better in your blood by taking hormones. But if they can't connect to that receptor, just as useless as a cell phone without a tower, useless.
How big of a... Okay, so let's just take a percentage here, and I know this is a broad perspective, but if we were just looking at correlation between toxins causing health problems, do You think it's 70 to 80 % of people's problem? What would your number be for people that have some issue? It's either coming from there, originating from there, has some problem, concern there. What do you think?
I think it's 95% of that battle. Really? I do. Look, people talk about processed food. I agree. Processed is not good. But food in itself is the carrier of the I see. Water is a carrier of the problem. Makeup, personal care products is now a carrier of the problem. Bobby, our HHS Secretary. I love Robert F. Kennedy Jr. I see Bobby because I know him personally. I don't know how anyone could hate this man. I think you should love this man on both sides of the aisle. Take all politics out. Remember, he started on the left. The right has taken him in. But it's like, let me tell you something, this man is the real deal, and he's always fought for everything that I believe every one of us are concerned about. That was the health of our children. You would think that was it. I don't know how you can hate this guy.
I'm confused, but I also don't know politics so well, so I don't know what the problem is. But I think anybody that's trying, when the whole perspective is to make America healthy and make people healthy.
Yeah, they started hating him. You don't have to get political, but I will in the sense there's a real thing called Trump derangement. Yeah, I agree. It's a real disease. There's no drug for it. I don't think there's a cure for it. I don't know if it's genetic or not. It's real. But when poor Bobby lined up with Trump, then it became hated. Now, get it. He should be hated by the big pharma. He should be hated by big ag. He should be hated by big food And I was a month ago at DC, and Bobby walks in, and he might have had three. Maybe there was one as a door, two other secret service with him. I'm like, That's not enough. I'm in this building, and I was looking for the bathroom, and there It was a stare. You could get to this. All I kept thinking was, How protected is he? I felt like someone could have got it. It was 50 people in the room. Anyways, I fear for Bobby. I love I think he just has a heart of gold, and he's already done great things for our country. He has not done yet.
Just the changing of the vaccine schedule. Why do people hit? Why do people want to label everyone vax or anti-vax? He's for making this safer. He's for drug... Vaccines are the only drug that you can't sue a drug company for a danger or an injury. That's a mistake.
I did the interview with Aaron Siri for three hours.
Was he amazing? He's winning every case. You know why he's winning every case? Because there's no science around where they say the science is. There's zero.
I know. Zero. Dude, okay. He sent me his book. He approached me to do the interview, and I said, I want to do it, but let me think about it. I got on a plane on the flight. I read half the book, and I called my wife when I landed. I said, I don't give a shit. I am doing this interview. I said, This is some of the most troubling stuff that I had ever seen or heard in my life. We sat down three hours and did a full-flown interview, and then me and her stayed there until, I don't know, it was like midnight. I was with them like seven hours.
I've been connected to this problem. Oh, it's insane. So this was nothing new that I didn't know. But that was shocking you, wasn't it? It blew me away. And that's why I say, whether you're a vaxier or anti-vax, you read Aaron's book. It's called Vaccine's Amen. Find it on Amazon. I don't care which one you are. If you care about children, or you care about your own children for that matter, read that book. He Look, he deposed the vaccinologist of all vaccinologists. This guy, he is the man. He wrote the Holy Bible of vaccines that every three... Listen, medical doctors, they don't know anything about vaccines. I say that in defending them because they don't have time. The immunologist, they don't know anyone. The only ones he found that really know anything or think they know anything, or the vaccinologist, and the man is Stanley Plotn. He deposed him. He went in there thinking, Man, I'm going to be right. He must have something. He prepares all of this, and he's like, They've got nothing. He's like, So Svaneley must have something, right? Nothing. Nine hours. You can watch it on Highwire. Nine hour deposition.
In his book, he breaks it down. But nothing, not only nothing, it's It's so damaging to the whole thing. It will shock you, it will anger you, and you'll feel duped.
Trust me. I was seeing fire red. I always tell people, Look, if you want to take these, go load yourself up with them. I'll tell you, but the kids that have no choice in this matter. When I saw the list of everything, and then it was like five days.
Five days. Hepatitis B was one of the examples. Five days of a clinical trial. Oh, it's not It's a double-blind placebo trial. See, every drug requires double-blind placebo trials to prove safety. That's right. Except vaccination. They do a five day in that case, and rarely does it more than that, of just looking at what happens in five days to a kid. There's no placebo group. There's been a couple of vaccines, two, maybe three, where they actually had a placebo group. You know what they used instead of saline? They used the old vaccine or straight aluminum. One of the very things, when we talk about aluminum in the brain, one of the very things that drives most of the symptoms. So literally, they were comparing the vaccine group with the placebo group. Aluminum shots? It's like, are you kidding? Because all you have to say then to prove safety, to get the licenger, because that's all they're doing. They're doing that five days so they can get licenger from the FDA clearance. And all they have to do is prove that between the two groups, that the symptoms were relatively the same. Well, of course they were.
But if they gave it to Saline, they know this, there's no way the sickness would not outweigh the risk or the risk would not outweigh the reward. I know. But it's sick. Read the book. But anyway, I didn't even know where I was going with that. But Bobby is making things safer. How did I even get on Bobby in the first place? Oh, man. That's why I love our conversation. It's because they go all over the- Someone out there.
We were talking about food and the processed food and what it carries, when you're talking about, there you go.
Good, very good. So The fact is that Bobby said, I can't believe I just took all that to say this one thing. Say this one thing. Bobby just said last week, he said, this is one example. He said, The problem isn't gluten. It's a chemical called glyphosate. When we were kids, I'm 60 years old, there was nobody with a gluten sensitive.
I was going to say this just started coming around.
Of course. We still had gluten. It's like I grew up in an Italian fail meeting, none of us were reacting. Now, today everyone's reacting. It's the leaky gut caused by... Glyphosate causes your gut to be wide open, okay? Yeah. And your brain. It opens up these two protective barriers It's adding to brain toxicity, which is adding to all the anxiety, brain fog and all the stuff we're seeing, and it's opening up our gut. That's one chemical. Now, we look at the amount of mercury, lead, aluminum, I can keep up, plastic, all these other pesticides, atrazine, which is a chemical that makes male frogs female. It's like, we wonder why kids today are confused. It's like the guy, Tyrone Hayes, the scientist of the company who makes the pesticide, hired, said, You got a problem here. They fired him and then just slathered his name in the industry because he showed that their stupid chemical actually was making male frogs female. I mean, you want your kid? It's still being used. Our food is being sprayed. See, it's not the food. Atrazine, it's still being sprayed by glyphosate. It's still being poisoned with all kinds of different chemicals.
I'm just naming two. The fact is, this is the first generation not to outlive their parents. Chronic disease. Bobby made this point, too. He says, If you look at what's happened in the last 60 years, why we see chronic disease surging everything from thyroid, autoimmune, cancer in kids, all these get autism rates from 1 in 30,000 to 1 in 20, 1 in 10,000, today, 1 in 31. One in 31 kids being born is autism. In some states, like California, you're talking about one in twelve. If that doesn't concern people, what's changed is the level of toxins, not the level of processed food, not the level of carbohydrates. On the level, I mean, yes, we need to eat less carbohydrates, perhaps, and less processed food, for sure. Okay, and bad fats. I make a stance on all of those problems. The toxins are the number one problem, chronic diseases. That's the question you asked me 20 minutes ago. That is the number one reason why chronic disease is surging. The thyroid is the first to go. If you look at thyroid cases, what happened in the last 20 years? The thyroid is canary in the coal mine.
What does that mean? That means it's the most sensitive sensitive gland that we have, organ that takes in toxins and disrupts. I always say, if you have a thyroid condition, you have a toxic condition. I would say the same about diabetes.
Well, this shit just started happening. How long ago? I mean, these diseases, these problems, this stuff just started coming around. People act like this was something 100 years ago, 50 years ago.
My kids will tell me, Dad, every one of my friends has gut problems. Every one of my friends has some type of medical issue. There was nobody in my class that I remember having a medical... I mean, I'm not one.
We were drinking pops out of the pop machine every day and everything else and didn't have one problem.
Yeah, no. That's what I'm saying. The game has changed. Absolutely. I mean, good point. People are drinking Pepsi and Coke, right? We were. It's not that it's good. No. The point is the level of toxins is what has changed. If you look at a food... People do this on the internet. I've probably done it on my Instagram. But if you look at ingredients, even in fast food.
I just did the McDonald's fries. I just saw it recently.
It was a good one. The list of ingredients is this long. Back when I was a kid, it was this long. If that. You could do that with every product. You know what the difference of those ingredients is? Chemicals. That's what the difference is. It's all chemicals. I always say, if you can't read it, don't eat it. We think of processed food, but no, it should be called chemical food. It's processed. Chemical food is the answer.
Well, it tasted better back then than it does now, too.
You When you go to Italy, many people watching this have been to Italy. What don't you see in Italy? You don't see fat people in Italy. How does this you do when they're Americans? You could spot the Americans. I'm not kidding. You could spot the Americans from... And you said. I have. It's like in France is the same way. They eat a ton of fat and they eat a ton of carbohydrate.
And they're walking everywhere. They even smoke.
They even smoke. In Italy, they eat 20% more carbohydrates than we do. Why is their diabetes rate half? It's because the chemicals aren't there. They've outlawed glyphosate, the one that I said opens up the gut barriers. They're not spraying their food with atrazine. The amount of chemicals, their personal care products, lists are like basic ingredients. That's the difference.
The problem, too, is that people's minds are so closed and shut because they're brainwashed or they just say, The big people make us sound crazy. This shit is true. It's like, this way I do what I do because most people let know I'm not a doctor. I'm just the realest dude around. With everything I've gone through and everything I've done, I'm like, Listen, I don't have a side. I don't have a horse in this race. I'm not selling anything. All I'm doing is selling you a reality on what's really going on.
Like, you stand on vaccines. You interviewed Aaron, you read his book, and you said, Holy shit.
That's what you said. Everything he has, he says it. It's all cited. You can literally go look it up and find it. It's sitting right out. I In front of our faces.
Dude, you have to interview Del Bigtree.
Yes, I want to.
He does high wire.
Yes, I know who Del is.
His documentary, people can get. I think they can get it for free still. It's called Anne, A-N, An Inconvenience Study. So aninconveniencestudy. Org. I think it's. Org. But find it. It's free. Watch it. What Dell did is, years ago, he challenged the top researcher of Henry Ford Health Institute. The reason why that's significant is because there were other studies comparing the vaccinated to the unvaccinated as a very clear study of saying, great, which one's healthier? Because if vaccines work, we would see better immunity health statistics on the vaccinated group. That's right. Absolutely. And so the studies that were done, there may have been six or seven, it all favored the unvaccinated. I believe it. But the criticism was that wasn't done by a legit... That study had this problem, but that was it. So he challenged the man himself at... He was the head of Henry Ford Health Institute and known for their research. This is what they do. Big pro-vaccination. Even the gentleman who did this study, he said, You know I'm extremely pro-vaccinated. That's why we have this. He said, Yes, so then why don't you do this study? Because you have one of the largest groups to study a vaccinated/unvaccinated because of the way the insurance work.
He said, Because this would put it to rest, wouldn't you agree? I think two years went by, and he said, Man, you said you were going to do this study. Well, okay. He got him to do the study. Then another year or so goes by, and he's Are you doing it? Yeah, we did it. Well, what are the results? Anyways, the results were same as the other one. The unvaccinated had six-fold less autoimmune, two and a to fold less autism. I mean, every chronic disease was elevated by big numbers in the vaccinated group. He said, Why won't you publish it? He said, My career would be over. Well, would you meet with me? So he agreed to meet with him. Dell, because he had to do this, and he talked about it in my interview, he came in with a camera and a hidden microphone because he had to. I love it. And so here he is. And then the movie, you see this conversation go down. And by the way, it was the only way he had to do it because no one would believe it. So the guy said just that, I can't publish it.
My career will be over. But his justification was, he's partly right. They wouldn't change anything anyway. So why should I lose my career? But Del asked him the smartest thing. He said, Could anything have been done better, different about the study? He said, No, we flipped it every way. It was smart because the outcomes of criticism, well, it wasn't this. They didn't look at this. He said, No, this is the best. He said, We flipped it every way you could. The outcome was the same no matter what. The study is perfect. He said, amazing. The fact was, is that there's yet another study showing that the vaccinated group had all chronic disease conditions elevated compared to the unvaccinated group. The unvaccinated group, most of those had zero incidence. That's a scary reality.
Super troubling. Like Aaron was telling me, they're just products. That's all that these are. They're products. Yeah.
He says, There's no conspiracy here because I criticize people on our side of thinking that they're developing these because then they end up in the healthcare system selling them more drugs. It's not like that. No. They're sitting in a boardroom with people on a board that they want to make money. That's it. They're saying, Wait a minute. It's like, if we do a double-blind study, what's it going to show? Because they don't know. These board people, they're sitting there making business decisions, and all they're doing is like, well, wait a minute. There's a chance it's going to show that it doesn't cost safety. Well, we don't have to do this. Why would we do that? Of course, we won't do that. That'll hurt profits. That could ruin everything that we're doing. Every decision is a boardroom money decision. I argue that many of them still even believe in the products, but many would argue that those top people aren't vaccinating their kids.
Oh, yeah, I believe it. Then it's, Well, so and so is brilliant, and they're saying this. Well, do you think they can't be bought? Are they human? Do they not revolve around money as well? Not everybody's so ethical in everything that they do. This is reality of life. But it comes across. It's easy to think that, Oh, well, so and so is this big doctor, and so we got to believe everything they say, but that is just not reality.
That's like Plotkin. I mean, look, the vaccine, I can't remember. It's like the court, the trowel, whatever that is called. The gavel is is named after him. It's called the Plotkin gavel. I mean, this guy is like the God. It's like whatever he says, it's just done. It just goes. That's it. That deposition- That thing is great to watch. Oh, yeah. It's good. It is good. But that deposition he did, it really showed how the whole system is built, how they go by this man's word, and his word is backed by nothing but his own opinion. He even quotes himself, literally, without an actual study.
It is so crazy. I don't understand why it's like a cult-like following because I'll say this to my wife, Are they married to the vaccine? Because people get so angry to these... What are you so mad about?
You have to understand. But regular people, normal people? Yeah, that's just puzzling, That's what I'm talking about. See what happened in COVID. Now we know. Where are the apologies? Because everyone knows that vaccine was a fail. It didn't protect. This is not my opinion or anyone's opinion. It didn't protect. No. Not only that, it harmed. It's driving autoimmune, it's driving turbo cancers. It's the amount of cardiovascular disease, stroke. You can keep going down the list. Tinnitus. I mean, all these crazy Crazy things that have come out of that. It was an absolute mistake. Where are these people now? They were screaming at someone like you, me, that it was like, You're putting people at risk saying that and this and that. I mean, you're dangering Because they convince people that if you weren't vaccinated, you were putting everyone else at risk. Okay, even the vaccine... Matter of fact, Aaron and I discussed that. Even the existing vaccines, that's not true. Your kids are not putting other kids at risk by being unvaccinated. Yet it's The straw man that they still hold up is why they say, your kids should be vaccinated because they're a threat to my kids.
Covid was the same thing. You're not vaccinated. You're putting all us at risk. The only way to actually slow a virus down is herd immunity, meaning you have to get the virus. My goal from day one was, come on, kids, let's get this virus, get it over with, and let's travel because this is going to be the best time to do it. We did just that. Did you really? We did just that. Now, look, we're healthy. That was a very bizarre, it was a man-made disease virus. Our immune systems absolutely did not like it. For some people, it was absolutely devastating for I wouldn't recommend that for some. But for us that are healthy, we got it. It was like a regular flu for us. My wife didn't even get symptoms, and she had it. But the point is, herd immunity had to stop that. It wasn't the vaccine, it was herd immunity.
I know Unfortunately, I've had it like eight times.
Every strain, yeah.
Yeah, seriously, I've been very susceptible to it.
I had three, but each time it came down to a cold in the end. But it's good, though, because you're Coming up, this virus is going nowhere. It will be here. Always. Yeah. It's good you have these antibodies, and the next generation will be fully equipped.
Yes. I mean, there are things you can do to mitigate it. Ivermectin I took it the last time, and it helped a ton. It really did. I never took it but the one time because I just didn't have it around me or anything, and I got some and took it. Two days later, I felt really-Yeah, no, it helped.
Because like I said, it was a weird virus. We have watched, again, thyroid, canary in the coal mine, cases go up like crazy. It put a lot of people in what we call cellular danger response. So post-COVID, as it's known, long haulers, as it's known, right? A lot of different names for it. But Aka, I just haven't felt the same since COVID. Okay, that many people, vaccinated or unvaccinated, this can happen to, or in what they call spiked protein persistence, where their body is still producing spike proteins. I was blessed to be in a group out of Europe where they have an actual test to measure spike protein that's approved in Europe, but not here yet. And you could see the difference They can see the difference. Two different spike proteins in the vaccinated group, one spike protein unvaccinated. However, even in the unvaccinated, you would see some of them have spike protein persistence, where their body is still producing. There's also something called a cellular danger response that creates something called dysautonomia, which simply means you feel like crap, and you still feel like crap. Your adrenals are fried, your thyroid is affected, and a lot of people post-COVID ended up with that.
We solutions. My program now literally had to adopt these post-COVID solutions because so many people are not well because of it. We had to adopt these solutions.
Wow, that's crazy. My argument at the time was, because I wasn't as very well-versed on vaccines like now, and I had been in the supplement industry for so long, and I had had so many struggles with either helping people get something approved or people's kickback on me was, Well, you don't have 30 years of data on this, so I'm not taking it, or I don't trust it. How can you prove it? They were wanting 15 and 30 years of data to take a supplement, just a basic supplement. To get an FDA approval because they're not getting anything out of it is just rigorous and damn near impossible. That's why a lot of supplements are FDA-regulated.
This thing was approved overnight.
Like that.
Listen, I've interviewed Pierre McCala. He knew right away, Okay, this is not going to go well. They slathered him, attacked him, social media saved him. Then Robert Malone. Robert Malone, he was part of this technology, and he's saying, Wait, hold on. As soon as he did, knock them down to the side because the drug companies, they saw the cash cow. This is a trillion-dollar industry. Again, imagine. Imagine having a drug that you don't have to prove safety with double-blind placebo trials, like every other drug, and you don't get sued. Okay, that's just a dream.
It's just.
That's the way it's been since 1986. I know.
When I learned that, that's as soon as I got to that chapter of the book, I set it down, and I sent the text message, and I said, I'm doing this interview, and I said, You're not going to believe when I get home when I tell you all about this shit. It's insane.
When people, of course, Bobby's talking about changing the vaccine schedule to that of some of the other European countries, the Danish country. They have some of the best health statistics in children. Oh, well, what's different? Their vaccine schedule. Schedule, yeah. They literally I think we have 17 vaccines in year one, and I think they have nine or something. I mean, literally half the amount of vaccines in year one. It may be less than that. I don't remember the exact numbers. Aaron has in his book. But fact is, look at the difference in health. Why are we giving hepatitis B vaccines to a woman who has no history of hepatitis B? It's the stupidest thing. We're giving it literally day one when the immune system has not even developed yet.
But how many people just do it without asking or wondering?
That's what concerns me. I always tell people, Don't listen to me, please. Do your own homework. Read Aaron's book. Listen, when you deal an attorney, this is different because an attorney goes to trial, they win on fact. That's it. It's like they have to back everything they say. You're getting something that literally has won every trial. This information is real. It's beating everyone. They have nothing when I tell you they have nothing. This is not science. People call antivaxxers, unscientific. It's the opposite. Eric got into this thinking there was something here. He got into it thinking like... He was like you. He knew nothing. He was no different than you. When he started getting into this sniffing, he's like, I smell a rat. It's like, Send me everything you have on it. They sent him some crap. He's like, Is this what you wanted me to look at? This is your science? He realized, They have nothing.
The information, when it's put out, you can see and you can tell. That's why I like you so much, because I know when you go and you got balls of steel, by the way, because when you walked in there, I couldn't take the one you did on the chicken at the store when you were calling out the plastic and the chicken right in front of the workers. I had to watch that literally four or five times.
But my point is- It's air at me.
Well, but you do that because you care and because you're not making money off of that. You're not selling anything.
When you heat plastic, it's going right into the food.
You killed me with that.
I said, The balls on him, I love it. Yeah. To me, it's like, Gosh, it's just stupid. I'm watching, I do the video, and I'm like, This guy's listening to me. He comes right in, he just grabs the chicken in the plastic on the thing and just walks away. I'm like, Well, that's... You know what I'm saying? My impact is zero. I'm telling you, if I watch someone do that video, I'll be like, well, that makes sense. I'm buying that. Oh, my gosh. Picked it right up. Once I got done laughing, I was like, man, but this The point here is so good.
I wanted to talk to you about that aspect of what you do because those are super entertaining, but they're super helpful because you don't say everything everybody wants to hear. I can tell you, when you talked about tattoos, and I was like, Shit. But it's so eye-opening, and it's so helpful for you to go and do that and take the time to walk around and go to these places and call these things out and point things out. I know some people They call it fear mongering because you're saying stuff that they don't want to hear because it's true, and we need to know it.
Well, I obviously apply what... My team will bring me things, and I'll go, Yeah, but see, I don't do that yet. I swear to God. There was one just recently. I'm like, Yeah, I don't do that yet. So I can't do it. Can't do it. Yeah. But meaning, I have to be bought in. If I'm bought in, if I think it's a major, I bring it. It's like some things maybe aren't majors, but I still do because I bought in. But most of what I teach is I don't wear polyester underwear. I see more, you know what I'm saying it. I wear pure cotton, so I bought in. The genitals are not good to be exposed to that. Well, what is it?
To talk about that real quick. No polyester?
Yeah, I buy them with nads. They're called that, the underwear I choose. I just did that.
But why?
Because, yeah, It has an effect on the testicles and testosterone. Really? Yeah, because you have petrochemicals and a lot of other chemicals that are carried in by those fabrics. When you sweat in those areas. I don't mind a shirt or a pair of pants necessarily. I think there is a difference of these tissues, and I speak this for men and women, versus other tissues, just based on the studies that I've read. It's the areas the tissue is more sensitive and absorbs differently, and also the amount of heat and friction that's involved in those areas. There's things like I travel with my own toilet paper because toilet paper, that nice white they get, the way they bleach it, it creates dioxons. It just so happens those tissues, vaginal tissue, anal tissue, not like tissue paper, tissues, meaning the cells. They're very absorbent of those chemicals and leads to higher levels of prostate cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer. Those tissues are very sensitive. So I think everybody should invest in clean regular toilet paper. Also the formaldehyde levels, the reason they use formaldehyde because it makes it stronger. And so formaldehyde is used, again, another big cancer causer.
So yeah, I think females should be very cautious about what female products that they use. What's the word for those products? I'm going to say, female. Anyway, hygiene. Female hygiene product. That they should use and not use. I think you should invest in organic. I think women should use pads that are organic pads. Anyways, I think I try to focus on the bigger issues when I bring it. And again, I have to buy in. That said, when I first started, back up, I didn't want to start at all. My son said, Dad, you need to do this. She did something. I said, That's the stupidest thing. And here's why it's stupid, I said, because you can't teach anyone anything in a minute, minute and a half. How wrong was I? But that was my stance. I said, I'm not wasting my time. It was the same thing. Because I hate social media. Because of my distaste for social media, I didn't want to do it. He did something very clever. He hired my younger son, Simon, to get paid on the videos. So of course, my love and concern for my younger son, I was like, Okay, all right.
He has a job. My son hired him into our business, so I started doing it to help him. Even though I knew this was a waste of everybody's time, I'm going to do this for Simon. That's where my social media started two and a half years ago. Wow. It grew to almost 2 million now, just on Instagram, but my other platforms are growing. Let me tell you, I fell in love with it when people started coming up to me saying, Let me tell you your one video, and let me tell you how that and they have a story. My wife will tell you it happens all time.
I'll never forget the chicken video. I will never say it. But let me tell you something. I was the same way. All I ever wanted to do was the 8-12 minute videos that most people don't even listen to a fraction of. I kept doing it, and I kept doing it, and I didn't listen, I didn't listen. Then you start posting those shorts, and they got 20, 30, 40,000 views when your other ones are getting a couple of thousand because people don't listen. But you could be super impactful in a short amount of time if you know how to do it.
It's it. You have to know how to do it. You have to grab their attention, and then you have to bring them the information When there's a solution, a solution. I piss people off because I don't often have a solution. Or there's this fine line of selling product. If you make a mention of a product, you have to mention of a product. There's all these weird rules. I thank God, I don't have to do social media to make $1. I don't attempt to make $1. I don't do it for the money because I have other things that generate money. Sure. I think just getting the word out there has helped other things. But if I have a deal like my mattress, I haven't even done a video on this yet, but it's the best damn mattress in the world. Took me nine months to research it all. It's But I have to say, he gave me a discount on the mattress, and this is the mattress I like. Most often you'll hear me say, the product, find it on Google it or find it on Amazon or something. That's most often what I do. But when it's a hard product that someone can't find, I'll promote the product.
Sure. I'll say the name. I have no problem doing that. People want me to do that, but I'm not doing it to sell a product. Somebody's got to promote the shit.
I mean, somebody's doing it. I promote. I'm very careful about who I work with. I work with very few companies, although I use, just like you and anybody else, we probably use a ton of things. But I try to go for the most impactful I think is going to be the most beneficial long term. I think if we can get people to think long term, I was just having this discussion on the way here. Everybody wants shit right now, right now, right now, and they never think about anything. This was the battle I had with the bodybuilders forever, which I couldn't take, which drove me into the mental institute because nobody thinks about tomorrow.
Bodybuilders, no offense, guys, but there's a lot.
And that's it, and nothing else matters. It drove me in The same. Because I just... Maybe it's because the value I have on time from losing it. But I think about everything long term, and I think that if we can teach people that, like you're talking about these toxins that build over time. If you start addressing it early, you can prevent so many problems later on in life. I try to stress that to people that are young, don't understand or just think, Oh, that shit doesn't matter. You talked about the glyphosate. Even organic stuff, that stuff sprays over and can get into the organic side of things.
It's a fact. I think everyone needs to eat organic today. Yeah, I do, too. But to your point, as much as I try and I practice what I preach, I am still being exposed. Yeah, you can't get away from it. That's why I still do my own detox. It's something I will do for life because you cannot avoid the exposure. Organic food is still picking up high levels of aluminum, even from the sky, let alone the water. That's insane. You have to do the best thing you can. That's why you have to focus on the majors. If you're drinking city water, what are you doing? It's like, get an RO unit. You can get them for $300, $400 at Costco. I'm not saying they're the best units. I'm just saying. You can do it. You can do it. Every family should have one. No family should be drinking tap water. If you can't afford all organic Although I think no one can afford not to get all organic, eat from the Clean 15 and avoid the dirty dozen. You see, there's steps that you need to take that are huge. What are you washing your clothes in?
Because this is, again, when I say, folks see on the majors, what you wash your clothes in, these detergents, name the brand, the regular detergents that people wash clothes in are loaded with fragrances that they do not have to disclose to you. The cancer and hormone disrupting ingredients that are in it. You know why? They're protected by IP laws. Everything that has fragrance, your shampoo, your skin lotion, what you wash your clothes in, the reason these are bad is because they're absorbed. All these hormone disrupting chemicals are absorbed right into your skin, into your bloodstream. It's called transdermal, and it is on you for eight hours a day, whatever you have your clothes on. Then you're sleeping in your sheets for eight hours at night. We just went 8, 8, 16. That means for 8 hours a day, you're walking around naked. My point is, is you probably have clothes on even longer than that. But the point is, is that you are absorbing these chemicals through your sheets and your clothing all the time. I'm telling you, so a big one is get good non-fragrant, like Ecover. Eco, is that what it's called? Seventh generation.
Make sure, because if it's not the fragrance has to be either non-fragrant, it usually says free and clear, or it has to be from essential oils. Do not buy it. The fragrances carry the biggest amount of toxins. That said, there's other toxins in there. When I walk my neighborhood, walk your neighborhood and you smell that smell from certain houses, that's because they're using fabric softener. Fabric softener should be outlawed. It's that toxic. Really? Again, your exposure is great because you wear your clothes so many hours, you're in your bed so many hours, and you're absorbing these chemicals. Change that. Change your water. Change your personal care products, and you'll change your life. I mean, if you just do that.
So scent-free soap or body wash, too, scent-free detergent.
Yeah. All scent-free. Scent-free everything. God forbid, don't use When I walked in here, remember, I said, I smell something. Candles are another one. No candles, no-What about hairspray? No good? No fragrance. They have health. Here's the difference. Today, in the last For the last 10 years, five years, they have a nontoxic version of everything. Find it. Find it. I'm telling you, your personal care products, your water, and yes, your food, the chemicals are causing disease. We went full circle now, right? Now I'm giving people the exposures. Yeah, if you still have silver fillings, that's a big one. That silver filling is putting mercury in your brain 24/7 and in your gut. You'll never fix your gut or your brain if you have silver fillings. If you're living in a moldy home, if you have these hidden infections, that's where we started. Those are the big ones, the big neurotoxic exposures. Now we're talking about living life.
But the little ones accumulate into something. Absolutely.
Drinking out of plastic, come on. We've learned how dangerous these microplastics and nanoplastics are. Hormone disruption. You know what's in vogue right now? Everyone's taking hormones. How's that working out? It's not. It's not. It works out. I talked to a gal today. She said, When I first started taking them, it seemed like it was really helping them, but now it's not. Why was the question? Why? The reason is because that's not the problem. You don't lack the hormone. It's like, even if you did, what's in the control tab?
I was going to say, what's causing the lack hormone if you are. That's the thing is everybody wants to take the actual hormone, but they never want to look and see what's causing the depletion or the lack in the first place.
Remember I said, toxins accumulate on our cells. Every hormone... Look, hormones do not make you feel better in your blood. They make you feel better in your cell. They have to connect to the antenna on your cell, get in the cell or their message, and then you feel better. Now you burn fat efficiently. Everything. You make energy of it. Your brain works. No brain fog. All that It happens when your hormones get in your cell. But if your cells are inflamed, number one cause, toxins. They accumulate in and around the cells, driving cellular inflammation, and they block that process.
When I was at our friend Warren's house, and I went over there, and he started showing me everything that was nontoxic, and he got me the sheets ordered right away for our bed, and I was like, holy shit. I need to really look into this more and focus on it more, understanding, knowing that we have grandkids now I can pass this information on to. Because I want to prevent things early for everybody.
If all we did is go back to the way we lived life in the '70s and '80s, we would solve everything. My point is, it hasn't been that long. We're talking 50 years here. It's like, we just need to go back to then. We can do that if we eat organic. We can do that if we buy the healthy products. It's I had this conversation with an old gentleman, right? I'm not eating organic. I never ate organic growing up. I said, yes, you did.
You just didn't know it.
You just didn't know it because they weren't spraying glyphine. They would say it was a '90s thing, bro. It's like, that's where it started. So, yeah, you were eating organic. We do. You just have to pay for it.
Well, and then what they feed. That's why I do everything grass-fed, because I think people don't realize what that means and what they're feeding the animals. They're feeding them the brain It's literally so horrible.
You can tell I hate glyphosate, and so does Bobby, fortunately, because he's going to change some laws from the top down. Now, Monsanto, the company that produces it, right? I'm going to need a bodyguard believe in this place, right? But they were very clever because they created something called desiccation. It's not bad enough that they're spraying all the crops with this herbicide, pesticide glyphosate. But they came up with something even more clever. When they spray a grain, it creates a shriveling. They showed that it actually makes... It can double almost your harvest. Profits through the roof. If you spray Soak your grain with this chemical right before harvest. It desiccates it, shrivels it, and then your harvest is like a breeze.
At what expense to our health.
Exactly. But the farmers believe because they're told, it's like vaccination. They're told that it's fine, it's safe. I sat on a bus. I was staying at the Montage in Deer Valley, and I was taking the bus into town, and it was the Monsanto bus. They were there for a meeting. That guy in the front, he was so pro glyphosate. Here's the message, though. He believed it. They were laughing, saying how safe their product is. I sat there like a coward because it was the whole pot. I was the only one on there. I did. I didn't say a word. What were you supposed to do? I don't know. When I look back there, though, I think the new me, I think I would have been like, Oh, boy, can I tell you something? Because I'm older now, I don't care. You know what? I went through a process of like, What good is it going to be? Then we all do that. Then I also realized they believe their product. You know what I'm saying? It wasn't like they were, who, who, who, ha, ha. No. People think Monsana is trying to kill me. Now, there's people at the top.
Dude, I've been there. You know these things, right? But I really believe at this level, they believed it. They thought people would call their product, cancer product. But by the way, Bobby led the showing glyphosate causes non-hydrogenous lymphoma and cancer. So now millions and millions of dollars have been awarded to showing that this chemical causes cancer. You still walk in Home Depot and see Roundup, the active ingredient is glyphosate. Eight. Okay, so and then guess what? Spring spray in our food. So we know millions are being awarded in the courts that it causes cancer. We know all these things are true, and it's still being used. What? Other countries have outlawed it. Why not here? Because Monsanto has a foothold.
But man, when they're paying you and then they're educating you and showing you how they regurgitate information and make it so convincing. I've been there. When I started getting into supplements and stuff, I got duped because I was new and I was anxious. That's what they do. They pray on people that aren't younger or more anxious and energetic. I know firsthand because I've been through it. But then it's like going to medical school. What do they teach you and talk about? Prescribe, prescribe, prescribe. Put everybody on this. They don't get taught everything they need to know. They go in there with the right motive and heart. Absolutely.
They're not doing anything wrong. No doubt. Look, they don't have time and a place for a drug. I'm not slather. But again, we take more drugs than any country in the world. We take more vaccines than any country in the world. Guess what? We have more chronic disease than any civilized country in the world, and we rank last in infant mortality. That's insane. How does that working? Just something's wrong. I think we need to do something different. I agree.
But that's what... It's the train. When I was in prison, no matter what you had, the answer was Ibuprofen. I mean, it didn't matter what you had. I don't care. But That's how they're programmed even there. It's like, well, just give them this. Well, same with doctors. If your cholesterol is out of their range, statin time.
That's a $50 billion industry. Exactly. Yeah. We know statins are multiple problems, joint problems, liver problems, brain problems. Oh, I can go on forever. Oh, wait, hold on. Another study just came out. Did you see it? Okay. Showing that the higher cholesterol, especially over 50, the longer people live. I know. Higher, more, better, more. Yeah. It's like, wait a minute. They had- We lied to.
They had mine down in the '30s, and I panicked.
'30s? Yeah, LDL.
Yeah, my LDL down in the '30s. No, no, no. I panicked because I said, This is insane. I don't want this. Because I had found some plaque in my arteries, which is probably due to low fat diet and everything else.
Yeah, yeah.
I've been able to reverse just like you're told you can't. But I immediately said, no, no, no, no, I took that statin for about three weeks until I learned enough in that three-week time period to get right off of it.
I just saw you yesterday. Amelia is a really good restaurant here in Scotch. Amelia is. Amelia is? Yeah. Amelia is? That's what it's called. My daughter and I were there and I saw a cardiologist, Jack Wolfson. I said to my daughter, I said, Hey, you'll see the Instagram. Wait for it. I said, Watch this. I said, Just follow me with the camera. I Start at the table. I said, Hey. I'm speaking to the camera. I said, There's the famous cardiologist Jack Wolfson over there. I said, I'm going to ask him how cholesterol causes heart disease and how it is. We walk over, I'm like, Hey, aren't you the famous Jack Wilson, the cardiologist on Instagram? He says, Yeah. He knew who I was, though, right? He's like, Aren't you the famous Dr. Famba? He flipped it on me, right? Anyways, I'm like, Just cholesterol causes heart attacks, and how bad is it for? He's like, Cholesterol doesn't cause heart attacks. Cholesterol is the best thing, the most important fat in the body. So I'm like, Oh, yeah. Dude, that's good. That's so an eftel. But he's an anomaly, right? Yeah. Doctors are raised that Cholesterol will kill you.
Meanwhile, it is the most important fat in the human body. It's the most important for the brain. It's the most important for the cell memory.
Yeah, when I learned all of that and started eating different, like we talked about, everything changed. But that's a whole another two-hour topic.
Yeah. In this episode, we already pissed a lot of people off. It's great. And politics will do that. Of course. Vaccines will do that. Sure. Anything else we want to piss people off about? No. I don't know.
Talking about the new food pyramid that came out.
This South Park already had it figured out, right? They always do. Yeah, that little clip, I did an Instagram with it, right? The South Park thing, they're so funny. They are. I'm just incredible. It's like We figured it out, sir. Yes. How are we going to stop this spread of disease? He's like, We flipped the pyramid. That's it? We flipped it. It is like, you see all the things, all the stats coming down. Oh, my God. They flipped the pyramid. But it's hilarious. But how the freak did it get flipped? I mean, the fact that all Bobby did in the administration and Oz did, all they did is flip the pyramid. That's all they did. It was been a joke for years. But here we are. We literally flipped the pyramid, and now it's right.
Yeah, but too many people know now. You know what I mean? Everything gets exposed at some time. This just took too long. Exactly.
But it's like, not that, God forbid, the Biden administration would get back in. I will call that the Kamal administration. They'd probably flip it back.
Too late now because everyone. Well, man, dude, I swear I love this. We're going to do more of these anytime I'm here in town or I'm in town. We got to do more of these. They're fucking awesome.
Yeah, all we do is chat. I love it.
