Hi!
Every movement your body makes depends on energy at the cellular level. Many people think resilience, strength, and performance come from discipline or training alone but that is simply not the case. They rest on a deeper biological foundation, your cellular energy system. At the center of that system are your mitochondria, the powerhouse of your cells. Every step you take, every weight you lift, and every muscle contraction depends on mitochondrial energy. Muscle cells are especially energy demanding and contain thousands of mitochondria. Without energy, muscle simply cannot perform. And that's why I recommend Timeline's Mitopure, a supplement containing urolithin A, which supports the cellular process mitophagy. Mitophagy helps the body remove damaged mitochondria and support healthier function. Mitopure may support cellular energy, muscle strength, recovery, and healthy aging, which are the keys to supporting mitochondrial health. Timeline's Mitopure is now available at a new lower price of only $79, but you have to visit timeline.com/dylanjameli. That's timeline.com/dylanjameli to Save today. All right everybody, welcome back to the Dylan Gemelli Podcast. So I have a really intriguing guest today, and when I got introduced to him and I started to learn what he did, there's a strong correlation in what I talk about, but it's an entirely different approach.
So I'm beyond the good conversation we had and the things we got into. I'm excited because I want to share this with people because I think this might, might just be the missing link that a lot of people have going on, myself included. But we're going to get into all of that. My friends, my guest today is considered America's foremost expert on intercellular hydration. I can confirm that after our last conversation, but he's helped tens of thousands of people for close to 30 years achieve optimal health at the cellular level. And he's the co-founder and owner of Energized Health. So I am really, really excited today to bring you my guest, John Jubilee.
Great to be here.
Hey man, I appreciate you coming down here and seeing me and the work that you do. I've had the pleasure now of talking to you, but then learning more about what it is that you do and, and it's just not something talked about a lot. So I want to get into a lot here. We're gonna talk about everything cellular today that you are an expert on, but I, I want to know first how you even discovered this, because it's not a prevalent topic and I feel like it should be.
Well, only, only God, Dylan. You know, it's like God has a sense of humor because, you know, I went to business school, always thought I was going to be in business. I became a banker at a very young age, you know, 23 years old, became one of the top bankers in America, ended up with over 100 bank branches. Rock in the world in banking. You know, I was on the COVID of magazines and speak to 5,000 bankers at conferences, all of that. You know, I was kind of in that whole lane. However, however, bankers wear suits every day. And the bad thing about wearing a suit every day is, number one, a suit will cover 30 to 40 pounds of fat really easily. So, so it's easy to be a fat banker, but you don't look fat because you're, you're wearing a suit every day. But worse for me, You know, I played a lot of sports when I was younger. You know, it was super fun. You know, played on an all-black football team, all-black basketball team, and all-black league, by the way. So it was a great, amazing experience. But in the summers, we played a lot of street ball out on the concrete, basketball.
And so I ended up with no cartilage left in my knees. I had no cartilage left in my knees. Like you could hear me walk into the studio and you'd say, is that Rice Krispies snap, crackling, and popping? Because that's what my knees sounded like. So I had the bone on bone in the knees. I had hypertension, I had high blood pressure, and I had tried every diet out there. And back then they didn't do the GLP-1s, but if they would, I'd have tried a GLP-1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I would have tried them all because I really did. I tried everything money could buy. For 10 years. And so frustrating, you know. And how many of your listeners— come on, be honest— how many, how many of you guys, you tried 1, 2, 3, or more diets? I mean, everybody has tried all the diets nowadays. So I tried them all, but I learned something. Like, they all work for a minute, and then you get a revelation that I have taste buds and I want to eat something that tastes good. So, you know, all of those diets that are restrictive, they're never going to be sustainable because God did not make us to withhold good things.
You know, the principle is really more about moderation, right? And that's what people challenge with. So my challenge was I tried them all, none of them were sustainable. So I kind of did the Oprah thing, you know, gain, you know, lose 30, gain 40, lose 40, gain 50. You know, I mean, I was up and down, up and down, up and down. But the worst thing for me was the high blood pressure, the hypertension, and the bone on bone in my knees. And so I had a moment where I'm throwing the football in the backyard with my boys, you know, for like 15 minutes. By the way, don't you think I'm out there all day? Because no, 15 minutes I was done because my knees hurt so bad. So I'm, you know, instead of sitting on this couch, I'm laying on this couch and I'm laying there and I'm having a moment as a dad, you know, and I know you're a father. And so as a dad, I'm having this moment of, oh my gosh, am I going to be this couch potato dad? I'm not even going to be able to play with my kids, let alone grandkids.
Wasn't even a thought at that time. Like, how am I going to show up, you know, for my family? And then it gets worse. And then I see a picture of myself and I look huge in this picture. Like, anybody ever seen a picture of yourself where you think, did they Photoshop my picture to make me look that bad, or do I really look that bad? And so those those two things was my moment where I realized I'm going to be a couch potato dad and I look terrible. What have I done and what can I do? But I've already tried everything. I really did. I tried, I really tried stuff. You know what I'm saying? I didn't just go for a day. I mean, I'm talking 10 years of really trying. So I was so frustrated. So, you know, I went and I prayed and I fasted. And I was asking God, like, please give me an answer. Surely you made these human bodies. Like, how do these things get healthy? And I'm not a smart guy, Dylan, but I'm a gifted guy. I was born with a photographic memory. You know, when I was second grade, I could read an encyclopedia and quote it, you know, out.
When I went to college, I tested out of 12 years of college math in about 15 minutes. That was a good 15 minutes. Take it. That does. But I always say that because people always ask me, how did you figure this out? Well, God gave me some tools, and when I went and researched and used those gifts, I researched thousands of pages of science and all these medical studies. And my brain— so how I tested out of all that math is I would just look at, you know, what algebra— when people would write out all those steps, I didn't write out any steps. I just say, oh, that's a to the third minus x squared. Like, my brain just skips all the steps. So when I'm looking at science, I saw it like that. And so what I saw was two simple things. We're just like a big bag of water and cells. We're pretty much just water and cells. Your bones are made out of cells, your brain, your heart, your kidneys, your lung, you know, everything is just made out of cells. So we're like water and cells. So if our cells are healthy, everything is healthy.
How do you make a cell healthy? Well, this is where, you know, you are right. I've had so many doctors say to me over the years, John, you cracked the code. Like, no, this is the missing link. Just what you said. They use that term. This is the missing link. You cracked the code of health and wellness. And why? Because at the root cause of 99.9% of any pain in your body, any illness, any disease, it's one thing: cellular dehydration. You don't have the hydration inside your cells. And can I just keep it real simple? Because I like to keep things simple for people. It's like your cell is like this, it's like a glass marble. And so we all know, drink more water. We're all drinking more water than we've ever drank in our life, but it's all bouncing off those glass marbles. Those cells are like a glass marble, Dylan, and The hydration is bouncing off and going right down the toilet. When we take all these supplements, we're all taking lots more supplements than we've ever taken in our life, and they're bouncing off. That's why I call expensive pee, because we're spending all this money on supplements and it's just ended up in the toilet as well because the cell is like this.
So what I did, first of all, I measured my hydration, which fascinatingly, in all my doctor visits in all my life, no doctor ever told me the number one most important health marker measurement ever. If I'm supposed to be mostly water, shouldn't we know how much water we are? It's more important than our blood pressure, than our A1C, than our cholesterol. It's our most important number. No doctor even measures it. So I start researching to find how do I even measure hydration, let alone cellular hydration. Cost $11,000. This was 1997, by the way. Cost $11,000 to buy the machine to measure my hydration. I measure it. Guess how low I was in pounds? 20 pounds low of water. Of water that was supposed to be not in my body, in yourself, in myself. And 20— now, a gallon of water weighs 8.3 pounds, so I was almost 3 gallons low. Of hydration.
Wow.
And by the way, I'm not a rare case, you know. I've been measuring people for 29 years. Most people are at least 10, or at least 10, some are 40 pounds low of what they're missing out of their cells. And so when I realized, okay, you know, so, so now what's, you know, what's the You know, billion-dollar question. Oh, well, how do I get the cell to go from this to this? How do I get that hydration in that cell? Because the cell, as you know, uh, 'cause you got some amazing science background, brother. I love your stuff. I love your stuff and all the science you get into. But that cell has two membranes that are blocking, not one, it's got two. It's got a, a double protective of like, no, no. Nothing's getting in here. And then as it oxidizes, it just gets harder. That outer wall gets so hard. It's the glass marble. And so this is where I really do believe God just like, it's like lighting up things off the page. Things just lit up for me of here's the protocol, you know, of here's 12 steps I'm going to do.
Realize this was just for me and my health, but 88 days is a cellular cycle of the human body, which I'm sure you know. And so I, I put myself on this 88-day protocol. Okay, I'm going to do this for 88 days and I am going to transform that cell. It's going to be a sponge. It's going to be a sponge at the end of 88 days. And sure enough, 88 days later, I was astonished because every doctor told me, you have to get 2 knee replacements. You cannot regrow your cartilage. Every orthopedic surgeon, they all say the same thing for 50 years, by the way.
Mm-hmm.
Well, at the end of 88 days, my knees were not making any noise anymore. So I never even thought about at that time, well, am I regrowing cartilage? I just knew, well, they're not snap, crackling, and popping anymore, right? And they don't hurt anymore. So I was pain-free in 88 days. I had no more high blood pressure, no hypertension. By the way, I did gain in 88 days, I gained about 18 pounds of cellular hydration. Wow. Because I was measuring it. I also gained about 15 pounds of lean muscle mass, which was not even my goal, by the way. I just wanted to feel better. I wasn't worried about what I look like, but I lost 40 pounds of fat. That's what I call a healthy side effect. So I wasn't trying to lose fat, wasn't trying to gain muscle. I was just trying to get healthy at the cellular level. But I learned the side effect of getting healthy at the cellular level is you are going to gain lean muscle. You are going to lose your subcutaneous and visceral fat, all measurable. But that was the origin of where this came about. And then I can tell you this real quick.
And then for the next 11 years, I stayed in banking. But imagine if you knew me as a banker or you went to church with me. And I also— my give back to my community was I coached high school football and basketball, and I was a strength coach. And so that was my giveback. And so all these people that saw me began to come to me and say, John, oh my gosh, what did you do? You know, I want to do what you did. So I began to just help 1, 2, 5, 10— well, over 11 years, I helped several thousand people. And every single person, Dylan, had the same result. They all gained their cellular hydration, When that was my only focus, by the way, I told him, forget everything else. Just do this. Focus on this one thing and everything else will take care of itself. But at the end of 11 years, I learned every single person is going to gain their cellular hydration. They're going to gain lean muscle mass. And as you know, that spikes your metabolism for the rest of your life. They've lost visceral and subcutaneous fat. But here was what I was not expecting.
No matter what their illness or disease was, it reversed diabetes, high blood pressure, spinal stenosis, diverticulitis, Hashimoto's, psoriasis, all kinds of things. And of course, your skin is your body's biggest organ. There were people, Dylan, that thought they had birthmarks, that the birthmark went away because their skin got so healthy.
Right.
And so which, by the way, I am 65 years old. You know, I'm 65 years old and have not been sick one day since 1997. So that's 29 years to do the math for everybody. But the only reason I share my age, I had a funny thing happen. Some famous scientist from Dubai, I was talking to him about science for like 45 minutes, and then I said, oh, by the way, I'm 65. He goes, stop, sign me up. You should have led with that. He said, you should have said that. He said, I'm sitting here talking to you. I thought you were 40 years old. He said, that's unbelievable. But that was the origin of— I helped people for 11 years for free. And I learned because I kept reverse engineering the science because I'm very inquisitive like you are. And I wanted to know, how did that reverse diabetes? I see the real cause of diabetes is cellular dehydration of the pancreas. It can't regulate insulin. So what we did is we pushed hydration into the pancreas. It super activated it. Now it optimized at the cellular level. No more insulin issues, no more diabetes.
Oh, why does it reverse high blood pressure? You're pushing hydration into the sludge blood.
Mm-hmm.
'Cause the blood has a thick viscosity like ketchup, needs to be like water. So now we're hydrating that blood and so the viscosity of the blood changes. And so do the arteries open up like a 4-lane highway because they're dehydrated, they shrink up. We put the hydration in there, they open up. So now we've opened the artery, we've changed the viscosity of the blood, no more high blood pressure. And so I could just go on and on, like whatever disease you would name, I could basically go back and tell you, well, here's why the real root cause of that was just dehydration. And I'm talking even people that about 1 out of 4, you know, major cities, 1 out of 4, rural areas, 1 out of 5 people is on antidepressant, anxiety medication. Even that is tied to cellular dehydration. It's because when the, the brain is even, it's the most hydrated organ, by the way, in the body. But when it's even just 10% dehydrated, it can lose half its neurotransmitters and brain synapses at just 10%. So imagine if it's like I was, I was way more than 10%, but those 8 areas of the brain, when you put that full hydration in there, it's like walking through the house and flipping the lights on.
And all of a sudden everything lights up. No more anxiety, no more depression, you know, no more psych meds needed.
It's like mental clarity.
It's mental clarity.
Everything just opens up and everything that was foggy and depressing or whatever the case, it just goes away.
Yes.
Wow. So you spent a great deal of time implementing, coaching, teaching, but not selling, just doing. No. And just offering or helping.
Look, I just— and this is funny, this is funny, but it's just shows it's— it was pure passion. It was pure passion because Thankfully, I had a big team in my banking. Yeah, but I would spend an hour, 2 at the most, in banking. It was 11 years, and the whole rest of my day was just helping people, helping people get healthy. And, and I was part of a, you know, kind of a high-level business leaders group, and these guys were all telling me like, John, you got to go full-time in the health and wellness. You got to go full-time in the health and wellness. And I'm looking at these guys like they were crazy, you know, like I'm one of the top 10 bankers in America. But one day, I won't say the name of who it was, but like a really super successful American businessman who every— everyone in your audience would know who he is. But he just sat me down like knee to knee, toe to toe, and just pointing his finger in my face for 90 minutes. John, this is your God calling. Like, no one can do what you can do.
Like, this science is going to change the world. It's going to change so many people's lives. Like, you have to go do this. He said, I got 800 employees. I'm going to give you my whole team for free. Like, but you got to go do this. And, and, and Dylan, I really did. I walked out of that meeting and I just said a simple prayer. I just said, God, are you speaking to me through this man? And I really felt like God said, yes, I am. And I said, well, what does that look like? He said, we're going to do this. I said, what is this? He said, I'm going to put every resource and every connection in your hand. You're gonna go make people healthy. And so, Dylan, within 72 hours, I gave away— I gave away my company. I walked away like Indiana Jones took that leap of faith when he stepped out on nothing. That's what I did. I just stepped out, and I didn't know what that was going to look like. I just started helping people. That was 18 years ago, and now we've been able to help tens thousands of people get off all their medication, get back their life, their health, their vitality, their energy.
It's so, so joyful to get to help people do that.
Highly commendable. And you know, that's where the trust factor comes in. And once you have that, you can really do all. You trust in, in what you're being told by God. So I've argued, and I think a lot of people in science have argued that generally all diseases start within the cells. I, I would say the gut may be secondarily, but generally speaking, the inflammation, the cellular lack of cellular health, and boom, we've got disease. We've got everything from cancers forming to heart disease, all of these things. It's, it's generally cellular related. So in what you do, we are not looking necessarily at mitochondria health, cellular membrane health. We're just looking at the rehydration of the cell, which is in turn gonna keep it healthy. Am I, am I saying that right? Which is then going to eliminate all of these other diseases that are forming.
So let's look at this word inflammation. Yeah. We are in flames. We're in flames in our body, right? Like there's little fires going on. That's what inflammation is. It's like fire. So when inflammation comes into the body, which can come, you know, 4 main ways inflammation comes: smoking— most people don't smoke anymore, but still some do— but obesity. Yeah. Is number 2. And by the way, Obesity is really 20 pounds or more, even 20 pounds. You know, there was a, a huge government study done that said 20 pounds of fat will kill you faster than 2 packs of cigarettes a day.
Absolutely.
It's a government study.
I'm glad you pointed that out too, because obesity, some people think of that as just being like 100 pounds overweight. That is not the case. That is, it's once again a term that's been misused.
No, it really is. So I would tell people the danger level is 20 pounds. It really is. 20 pounds is a danger area. And then just poor diets. Yeah. You know, just poor diets. And look, the reality is, guys, we're all in trouble on the diet thing in America because we have to really pick our food to not have a poor diet. Like, I grew up on a horrific diet because I grew up in abject poverty. My mom wouldn't take food stamps. I thought the only two meats in the world was liver and Spam because those are the two cheapest meat you can buy.
True.
I really didn't like either one of them. You know, but, you know, put, put enough ketchup on the liver, I could get it down. But literally, we grew up on totally processed food, on white bread, you know, peanut butter and jelly, Campbell's soups. You know, Campbell's soup was a staple in our house, and mac and cheese. You know, it was the cheapest things you could possibly buy, plain spaghetti, you know. So in America, we really, we have terrible diets, which that immediately all by itself will cause inflammation. And here's the last one, and probably Every person, 99% have this stress. Yeah, stress. So just having stress, you know, and there's a term— my, my wife wrote a book about cellular trauma. So there's stress, and that's one level that'll cause inflammation all by itself. Oh yeah. But there's a study called the ACE Study. I really recommend for everyone to go take this test for yourself. You know, it's Adverse Childhood Experiences. They did this in San Diego. But it's basically 10 things. Were your parents divorced? Did you grow up with, you know, verbal abuse or physical abuse? Were you sexually abused? It just kind of runs through.
Well, I'm a 9. I'm like 9 out of 10 of those things, you know, happened to me. So I had a lot of cellular trauma, which that in and of itself will produce inflammation in somebody. But think about this. So when your body is in inflammation, guess what? It calls the fire department. And guess who the fire department is? It's the hydration inside your cells. It says, hey, listen, we know you need that to keep your pancreas optimized so you don't get diabetes. But guess what? We got to keep you alive first. So we're going to take that good hydration out of your pancreas, out of your kidneys, out of your liver, out of your brain. Nope. We're going to take your hydration to put these fires out. Right. So the body is always in an emergency, like the red lights are always flashing on the inside. So picture inflammation, you know, in a real way that, no, there's fires all over my body. My body's taken my healthy cellular hydration to put out all of those fires, which damages the cell. Because what's the difference between a raisin and a grape? You mean just hydration?
Yeah. I mean, just raisins. All a raisin is, is a waterless grape, right? So you rip it up, it is shriveled up. So imagine raisin organs. Your brain, your kidney, your lungs, you know, your skin, your skin. Why do we get wrinkly? We lose our healthy hydration.
So you're using your reserves when you've got high inflammation.
You're using, you're using what your body's supposed to have to keep your thyroid healthy, your brain healthy, your heart healthy, your kidneys healthy. You're using it for something it's not really supposed to be used for. But the body's number one job is first, I gotta keep you alive. But if we put the body in a state of homeostasis and a state of peace and health. No, we'll fully hydrate all those cells so every organ can function how it should.
Okay. Then that poses the question, cuz we, you know, I think you've given a thorough breakdown and understanding of the, the way that we need to penetrate the cell, the outer resistance that we have, and the need and necessity of what's happening because of all of the outer things, some in control and some like we cannot. So how do we get the water into the cell? What's the method? What's the mechanism of action here? What is it?
So yeah, this is the great question. This is what I filed the patent on, by the way. So, so without getting into a couple thousand pages of science, you know, if it's okay, I will give some practical steps that can begin the process. Okay. Won't be the whole—
whatever you're comfortable with.
Yeah, it wouldn't be the whole process, but you know, the whole process is basically it's 88 days. You commit, do these 12 things for 88 days, you know, and I know you're a big accountability guy and I know you talk about that huge. And so we want people to be accountable, you know, so we have coaches, you know, that will help them stay accountable and realize— and all of our coaches, by the way, were clients. Some of them, Dylan, are 20 and 30-year nurses. After they did this, they quit nursing. They said, no, this is why I got into nursing, to make people healthy. Like, this transformed my health. So we have nurses that had diabetes for 20, 30 years, you know, they had all kinds of diseases, and they reversed them with this by getting healthy at the cellular level. Wow. But anyway, that's kind of just tell you a little bit about our coaches. They all have their own miracle story, but they help people stay on track. They help them stay accountable. So that they do all 12 things for the 88 days.
So all your coaches have essentially went through this.
They all did, actually. Everyone in our whole company.
That's perfect. Yeah, you want that. I mean, if I'm going to do something, I want everybody to be doing it, you know, to live it, to do it, to believe in it. That's, that's the way I get sold. Not the $5 million marketing campaign that I know is bullshit. You know, this is what I want. Yeah. Real life experience and people that know what they're doing because they've already been through it, telling me what to do and what's going to happen.
Yeah. And, and I should give a qualifier. Those first 11 years when I was helping everyone for free, thousands of people, by the way, when they would come and ask me, John, can you help me with, you know, my liver is failing or my fatty liver or my kidney is failing or I have Lyme disease or Crohn's disease. I had one answer, Dylan, for 11 years. Guess what it was?
You tell me.
I said, I don't know. I would never give someone false hope, right?
Of course not.
So I would only say, I don't know, let's see. But after 11 years, Dylan, I changed my answer because I never saw anything not reverse because what you said is 100% accurate. No, it is all about cellular health. All cancer is, is unhealthy cell. Yeah, that's all it is. So when people, you know, would come to me, no, you don't understand, you know, blah, blah, blah. I say, no, trust me, I do understand. I've been helping people for 29 years and I know what your doctor said. I said, but do you know I have dozens of doctors? They had an incurable disease and now they're on my website. Now they're on my website saying I can't explain medically how this reversed. But this guy cracked the code because when I got healthy at the cellular level, no, that kidney they said would never function again, that I'd be on dialysis, you know, and if I didn't get a transplant, I'm going to die. No, it reversed and now it's functioning great and I'm not on dialysis. And we have tens of thousands of those stories. So let me give some practical steps. And you guys that are watching, you're going to want to take some notes.
Take a few notes here because these will give you some first steps. To get yourself started. And I'm going to break a few myths here. You know, I know you love to break them. I am all day, every day, man.
So feel free.
I know sometimes when I hear you, I feel like that, like the Ghostbusters song should come up, like Mythbusters, Mythbusters.
I love doing it, man. I've always been that way. And I just, I like to disprove whatever I can whenever I can because there's always an answer.
No, there— well, there really is.
There is. I don't— you know what term I can't stand is idiopathic, because all that tells me is you just don't know. You just don't know shit. That's what it tells me. Me and you give up. I don't give up. I want to know and I want to dig. And so that's why I bring in people here to teach. And there's so many people that know so many things that so many people don't know or aren't allowed to talk about. And I think that that is the biggest travesty, hoax, and really, honestly, it's a hateful, hateful attribute to have because that means you don't want to help your fellow man or woman.
Well, it's so true, and I gotta share with you when I first started, I started on radio. I started on SuperTalk 99.7 in Nashville, Tennessee, a 2-hour radio show. And, uh, but they told me, they said, John, you can't say, you cannot say you cured somebody. Oh yeah. No, I said, but, but we did. They said, well, we, we know that you did, but, but you can't say that. I said, what? No, because the FTC will not allow you to say that. I said, oh, well, what am I allowed to say? You know, I don't want to get kicked off the radio. I want to help people. And they said, well, you can say you reversed it, but you can't say you cured it. So, Dylan, I had to learn all these things. But it really is amazing that the whole, whole system— and I never wanted to believe this, by the way, I really was just such a rose-colored glasses guy. I could never believe there was a medical system that was designed to just milk us for a lot of money and keep us just sick enough to keep us paying, you know, and keep us coming back.
And I really didn't want to believe—
people don't want to believe that. You don't want to believe people are like that until you experience it, right? But you have.
Yeah. Well, and I'll tell quickly, give some encouragement for your ladies out there. So I was part of a medical study with perimenopausal, menopausal, and postmenopausal women. So I was assigned 130 patients. And just imagine all the guys are chuckling like, that poor guy. Because yes, those women had some challenges, right? That there's challenging perimenopause, menopause, postmenopausal. You know, women have a lot of mood swings and a lot of— they can have fits of anger. And because they're sweating, they're gaining weight, you know, it's a lot of challenges. Well, the good news is I had 130 success stories. All my women, they lost that fat the doctor said they'd never lose. The doctor said, 'Duck, you just got to get over it. Like, this is your new body. This is the new you. Just get used to it. Just part of aging. No, you're never going to have a sex drive like that again,' blah, blah, blah. All the stuff they told them, they all reversed. They all got great sex drives, slept like a baby, got back their college bodies. Their hair got thick, you know, the hair and the skin. That was almost a pet peeve of mine.
These women are reversing all these things in 90% of them just wanted to say, look at my hair, look at my skin. They were so excited about their hair and their skin, but they all reversed. I'm so excited. I'm thinking what a breakthrough this is going to be for the women of America. And then I get the phone call. Mr. Jubilee, we're going to have to excuse you from the study. I said, excuse me? Excuse me from the study? Like I'm being excused? Like, did you see my patients? I said, I'm 103, and I said, my, my results are off the chart. They said, well, off the record, that's why you're being excused. This study is to prove women have to have hormone replacement therapy. They have to have medication, and you are skewing the results of our study. So you are being excused. That was such a shocker for me. That was my wake-up call. Like, wow, it really is. A system. It really is a diabolical system that's trying to keep people in the whole medicate, medicate, medicate, medicate, always just coming at the symptom and never going to the root cause. And the same thing for men, by the way.
I've had men increase their testosterone 200 to 500 points, and I'm talking 50 and over guys, 200 to 500, all natural. Just by focusing on, hey, get them healthy at the cellular level, their body will still produce their testosterone at any age in the right level, what I call your true genetic blueprint, you know, what God designed you, you know, to be.
Yeah, I'm, I'm, uh, not a fan of this age-related decline concept that is always inevitable because it doesn't have to be. There's going to be some things that change as we age, factually proven for sure, but there's so many things that you are led to believe are just, uh, gonna happen. It's just inevitable and it's just not true. There's multitudes of ways to prevent, mitigate, extend life, and to live extremely well. And I would argue some of your most quality time in years as you get into 40s, 50s, and 60s. There's, there's certainly some things that you have to change over time. It's just like anything else with wear and tear, but I, guarantee you that there are so many things that we're told that are just completely inaccurate and people just accept them. They do. And like you, many people have the rose-colored glasses on until they see it firsthand when they try to make a difference. That's the thing that, that puzzles me the most is when people try to make a difference and they get not only shut down, but they get stopped and told no. No, you're not going to do that.
Now, what does that say? That's why it's commendable when you don't stop. And you know what? God will protect you if what you're doing is right.
He will.
Always. That's why I always say at this point now, it's like, I always have this worries, man, should I talk about this? Should I talk about that? I'm like, you know what?
Yeah.
If I feel like I'm being told to talk about it, yeah. Cause I know he's going to protect me one way or another. And if I'm not supposed to talk about this, I'm going to find out. You know, but ultimately when you're doing the right thing, it works out eventually. And I think you're seeing that now.
Well, 100%. And I would love to speak to that, what you just said, because you are so right about— we are lied to of the whole aging. Like, they want to try to program because that is the largest population in America, by the way, is the baby boomers. People born, whatever that is, 1964 and after. It's the biggest demographic that we have. So they want those guys to believe you got to be on a whole box of medication every day, uh, you gotta think about using your walker, a cane, you know. They're trying to push them all, you know, in that way. So I want to just tell you, this is my experience. My experience is— and I'll just share one story, but I could share 10,000, seriously, of seniors. I'm talking real 70 and over seniors. No, all my seniors gain 10 to 15 pounds of solid muscle at 70 and over. I had a couple 92 years old, 92. And I'll tell you this story. These guys, these guys literally come up to me and they said, hey, we know who you are. They said, can we, can we do your program? And I'm smiling, you know, just a cute old couple.
And I said, well, could I ask a question? How old are you guys? They said, we're 92. And I said, well, I'll tell you what, make you a deal. I said, you can do it as long as you guys promise not to die. You cannot die on me. That would be really bad for my marketing. And they chuckled and they said, we'll stay alive as long as we can. So 92 years old, They enter this 88-day protocol. This guy gains 17 pounds of solid muscle at 92. And then he gets into rowing. So he, he got into the rowing here. That was like his hobby, you know, after he got healthy, he's like, well, I like rowing. He enters the state championship for Tennessee for rowing. The oldest age category they have is 70 and over. So he enters the 70 and over. He wins the state championship. So now he qualifies to go to the Nationals. He goes to the Nationals. He won the national championship for rowing in Boston, Massachusetts, at 92 years old.
Geez.
For 70 and over. Missed the world record by 12 rows. He was so mad. I said, Joe, you got the world record, man, for 75 and over, dude. Those guys are 20 years younger than you. But his wife was so sharp. After she did it, she said, you know what, John, I'm smarter than these young whippersnappers. I'm going to run for mayor. She was elected mayor of her city in Tennessee at 93 years old. Wow. So at any age— no, at any age, I truly believe we're designed to live 120 years at full strength and go to sleep. You don't have to get sick and die. No, you can die with dignity. Nobody ever should be changing your diaper or wiping your bottom. We should be doing that till we're 120 years old, and then we go to bed one day and just don't get up. Like, that's how we die with dignity. But there's— my experience is I've seen thousands of people 70 and over, they're running Ks, 10Ks, they're running marathons, they're climbing mountains. No, they're doing things they never dreamed they'd be doing. Because they had bought into the old way of thinking.
But once they get in our community and then they realize, oh my word, like, look what all these people are doing. Well, maybe I can do it too. And guess what? And then they do. They do do it.
Here's a question, and if you can't answer it, I understand, but where do you get the 88 number? Is that like that set number? I'm just curious where that comes from.
No. So interestingly, And again, I know you're a very scientific guy. So some of the larger, like our larger skeletal muscle groups, those are not 88-day cycles. But in the general cycle of most of the cells in the human body, they work on an 88-day cycle.
Okay. I understand.
So that's why you'll notice a lot of doctors will schedule like an A1C every 90 days or, you know, because they know in a general cycle, that's a very safe number that you're going to get a good test in that range.
So let's say—
but some of them are 7-year cycles, by the way.
Okay. So we go through your program, miraculous changes, like you're talking about, things drastically change. What, where do you go from there? Like, how do you make sure that we're still staying in the state that we're in?
Great question. I love your questions. That is a great question. So it's like, think of yourself as a big glass of water. Once you fill up a glass of water, it's really easy to keep it full. The hard part is filling it up. Of course. You know, but once you get it full, it's so easy to maintain it. So obviously I've been in maintenance for 29 years, so I've really been the same, in the same size for 29 years, not sick one day. And to answer your, answer your question, and then I do want to share one other point with people, you know, eat everything in moderation. So I tell people my favorite vegetable, carrot cake. You know, I love to— everything in moderation. You know, so I, you know, I have two 11-year-old— I've got twin 11-year-old boys, so they love pizza. So, you know, I eat pizza at least once a week, you know, double sausage, double pepperoni. I eat real food. I live in California, so In-N-Out Burger is a big thing, you know, so got to eat that at least every week. Chick-fil-A, got to eat that at least every week.
So I, I eat real food in moderation every single day, and so can everyone else after they do what I call build the house. So if you build a house the right way, how many times you have to build it? One time. And that thing will last more than 100 years. I mean, there's houses 1,000 years old in Europe right now. Here we tear them down and build new ones. But, but if you build a house right, it'll last you 120 years. So you build it, but then you still have to maintain a house. We've got to mow the grass, got to change the light bulbs, and So then it's what I call lifestyle celebration phase. So once you get healthy at the cellular level, now you're going to go into lifestyle celebration phase, but it's way easier. So now you can add back in your sweets in moderation because we teach don't eat sugar or white flour while you're transforming at the cellular level. Once you get healthy, you can add those back in, but only in moderation. But it is amazing because once, once you reset that hypothalamus and you reset that metabolism, it's reset like back when you were 17 years old.
So what 17-year-old ever woke up and said, what's my diet today? Right? You don't really have to think about it, right? When you're 17 years old, it's like, no, you're just like, hey, I'm just living life. I eat when I'm hungry. I'm not hungry, you know, I'm good to go. So the great news is, is no, you really get to enjoy your life. And here is something I do want to share scientifically, though, that I proved this last year is true. There's a scripture in Deuteronomy. This is in the Bible, and it says, as your years are, so shall your strength be. What? Like, that's in the— no, that— what does that say? Wait a minute. The older I get, I'm going to get stronger, right? That's what the Bible says. So when I read that in the Bible, I thought, well, kind of looks too good to be true. But I was 37 at the time. That's 29 years ago. I'm 65 now. So, so I could bench press about 200 pounds, you know, which I was happy I could do 200, you know, at least it's 200. And I know it's not a lot, but I was happy.
I'm not a weightlifter. I'm a health guy. So every year I would just, I'd try to go up about a pound a month, which is only 12 pounds a year, which doesn't sound like very much. Right. And it's really not very much, you know, a few quarter pounders. So, but over 29 years it adds up. And so I came home from the gym one day and I was like, honey, guys at the gym said I'm like a world record. She said, oh, what were you lifting? I said, 525. So she starts Googling and she comes back She goes, "Babe, you think you could do 541?" I said, "Honey, I don't even lift for strength, you know." I go, "I just lift for health." I said, "I could probably train and do it." She goes, "Honey, that is the world record." I go, "Really?" She goes, "You should go do that." So guess what? I set the world record for chest press as a senior citizen. Wow. I did 555 pounds 14 times. I couldn't dream of doing that ever in my whole life. Wasn't a goal, wasn't on my vision board. And I'm not a weightlifter, but I just exercise a simple principle of daily habits.
Do the next right thing. I'm doing this cellular health, you know, and all these, you know, I'm in California where you got all these giant bodybuilders and weightlifting guys, and they're all coming up to me like, how are you doing that? And I said, cellular hydration. They're like, sign me up, man. Whatever that dude's doing, I want to be doing that. So I want to encourage people, no, we can do way more than what they ever told us. What you said, absolutely, you said it so right. We can do way more than what we ever thought we could do. We can keep a super healthy sex drive. We can keep super healthy energy, vitality, strength to do everything we want to do in life if we just build the house, right?
I have seen way too much, and I know way too much to ever listen to that nonsense that they try to tell you. I'm way, way too, too knowledgeable and understanding for that, and too experienced. And I don't like to accept that type of thing because I am always going to be under the belief that no matter what bad there is, God put something here to fix it because he knew ahead of time everything that was going to happen already.
Yes.
So there All of these things that have come about and transpired, this was already known. So there's obviously a scenario in which we can fix this, and evil will always try to pull that away and let it stay. So, you know, that's why these conversations are so important and for people to know, because when you talk, you, you, you're not arrogant, you're not anything, you're just very, very straight to the point and confident, like matter of fact, like, yeah. And so for me, it's like, okay, well, I have no reason to not believe it. And I, you know, I look into everything before anybody comes on here, so I don't think I'm bringing in some nut job that's going to go crazy and say some shit that makes no sense. But I mean, I've never seen anything or any comment left of you or anything of any kind that would make it sound like you're nuts or don't, you know, or you're just making things up. I haven't seen it. And I look into everything. I love the confidence. I love the information. And I, and one thing I do want to point out, 'cause I come from training bodybuilders forever, all the steroid users, everything.
And when you talk about putting on the size that you're talking about, you know, adding 2 to 3 pounds of lean muscle in a year and actually keeping it is pretty damn significant.
Yes.
You're, and you're giving numbers that are really big. Yeah. And for people that shouldn't be able to do it at their age and I'm assuming some of these people had a lot of fat to lose too when you're talking about the fat that they lost. I mean, 40 pounds of fat and everything. But my curious question then would be, what about people that come to you that are in pretty damn good shape? And then are they still gaining that kind of size? Is it because, you know, it's easier to gain the muscle while the fat's dropping, so the combination of weight isn't so crazy? Like, you know, great.
Yeah. I love you, man. Very sick. I love your questions. So I have pro athletes, so I got pro football players, I got NBA, MLB, NFL. And guess why? Why do you think those guys are interested in this science? You know, they're eating the perfect nutrition. They got trainers, their trainers have trainers, you know what I mean? Like, these guys have 10 of the top experts making millions of dollars to tell them all this perfect science. And they still seek me out and say, hey, we, we want to do what you're doing. Because even those elite athletes, guess what I guarantee my pro, my pro guys? 50% strength increase in 88 days. 50% in 88 days. That's huge. For anyone, it's huge.
Yeah.
For anyone, but for a pro athlete that's already at this level, No, it's massive.
Yeah.
Like they just look at me like, are you out of your mind? Do you know how strong I am? I'm like, I don't care how strong you are. I say, listen, you just do this. So you know what your muscles are made out of? Water. 75%. Guess what I'm doing? Hey, brother, I'm pumping more water in there than you ever had in your cells in your life. And guess what? Those mitochondria, they're just not You know, I love to get— I like to break things down simple for people. So those mitochondria, everyone knows their energy source, right? Yeah. So they're like little thermonuclear power plants, I tell people. But they're also information centers. They're also information centers. You know, they're pushing out information. They're telling that body, hey, you don't— you're not on fire anymore. You don't have inflammation. So now we don't need to keep taking water out of these cells. Let's stop that. Fire's over. Now let's hydrate. Let's energize. Now we're going to push more power and energy into our strength, into our muscles. And oh, by the way, it's really hard to get a cramp when you have intracellular hydration. It's really hard to get one.
And to a pro athlete who's making $50 million a year and he's got to go out because he's got a cramp, that's not a good thing. So the, so the answer is Yeah, those guys, the biggest thing for them is their strength, their endurance, and their non-cramping.
Yeah. You know, and, and most of them, everybody wants an edge. Of course, who wouldn't? But a lot of the edges are purported as something's gonna be harmful to you. It's gonna hurt you. And that's a lot of the reason why I got outta that type of coaching because I always convinced myself, well, you're teaching people to do it safe, which I was. And trying to get people to not do it, but you're still contributing by coaching them at all, which is why I got completely away from it because I don't want any part of it. I want to be on the side that you're on where we're saying, okay, we can enhance your performance without taking a performance-enhancing drug. We can do it in a, in a healthy way and manner. There's just not a lot of option for that, if any.
Well, and I'm glad you brought this up. So if we can, because I think we could help some people here. Yes, that are really, that are taking that stuff. Or taking anything, by the way. So, you know, I'm, I'm like a— I'm like Roy Rogers of health and wellness, you know? Like, I never met someone I didn't like. If they're helping people in health and wellness, I'm all about it, right? Sure. Um, but I also love the guys that are doing it the wrong way, and, and I want to help them not do it the wrong way. Yeah. But if they are going to do it the wrong way, I still want to help them as much as I can. And so, so I'm kind of in that world where I am in Orange County, California. Oh, shit. Right. And so some of these gyms I get invited to, you know, there's Ferraris and Lamborghinis parked in the middle of the gym.
I've seen them, you know what I'm saying?
And they're these private elite gyms and, you know, no membership. It's like invitation only, all that. And there's massive influencers are in there, guys with 10, 20 million followers. So anyway, I end up meeting these kind of guys and these guys are on everything. They're on everything. They all have their own pharmacist, you know, that reads them with stuff. And so what I encourage those guys, and I'm sure this is what you'd be doing too if you were so part of that world. I tell those guys, look, if you're going to do that stuff and I show them 30 pictures in my phone of dead, of dead bodybuilders who look amazing in their coffin, they look amazing in their coffin and they all died, you know, like super young. But they look amazing, but they're dead because that stuff will kill you. And that's why I tell them, I tell them, I say, look, that stuff will kill you. You can die prematurely. But if you are going to do it, you should at least do this to limit, you know, limit your side effects. So it's kind of like the big thing now is the GLP-1s.
You know, everybody wants to do a GLP-1. And, you know, can I take a minute and just share with people that on GLP-1?
Yeah.
Okay.
Absolutely.
So guys, GLP-1, it's already in there.
Yeah, I know.
You have GLP-1 in your body, and if you want to produce more of it, you know, there's 4 natural ways to produce more GLP-1. You know, eat some avocados, you know, or coconut oil, eat some healthy fat that will naturally produce GLP-1, all natural. Eat some protein, you know, that'll produce GLP-1, you know, all natural. Get some sleep. You know, when you're sleeping, you know, you naturally produce GLP-1. And eat some fiber. Those are the 4 ways to naturally put GLP-1 with no negative side effect. And again, I like to make it simple for people. So look, GLP-1 is supposed to work in your body naturally. For 1 to 2 minutes and it's done. Its job is over. It's 1 or 2 minutes. It's, it's you eat your steak and baked potato and your GLP-1 kicks in and says, hey, you're full. You're good. That's the job of the GLP-1. And then as the human, our job is to go, okay, I got the signal. I'm going to stop eating now. I'm not going to have carrot cake tonight because I just had a steak and a baked potato. Maybe I'm going to have it in 2 or 3 hours, but right now my GLP-1 just told me you're full.
Stop. It did its job. But those GLP-1s everyone's shooting themselves with, those never stop working.
Yeah, I know.
They stay in there and they keep telling the body a wrong message because no, you're not full. You need your nutrition or your hair's going to fall out. And if it keeps sending that signal, the pancreas is going to short circuit. That's why a lot of those people get pancreatitis. Now the pancreas is going, wait a minute, you keep telling me I'm full. Like, you're only supposed to tell me for 1 or 2 minutes. You're telling me 24 hours a day I'm full. And now the gallbladder is also short circuiting. A lot of these people are getting gallstones or having to get their gallbladders taken out. They're getting pancreatitis. Then because they're not eating their nutrition, you know, you get the hair falling out, you get the skin sagging. So I just want to encourage people, look, if you're going to take a GLP-1, at least get yourself hydrated because it can help offset. And a lot of the people have sarcopenia, they're losing their lean muscle mass. Oh yeah, 30 to 60%, the studies say, of the weight loss on a GLP-1 is lean muscle. Oh yeah, and it's hydration.
And then when they gain it back, it all comes back as fat because you are going to gain it back. You absolutely— it is 100% inevitable once your mind turns back on. And anytime that you start to take away from your body is how to naturally work, nothing good is going to happen because you're trying to play God and how we were structured. And that is the wrong thing to do. It is 100% wrong.
Yes. Hey, shout out to Oprah. Seriously. Oprah went on national TV and said, I did GLP-1s for 1 year, exactly as prescribed. I lost muscle. I lost water. I lost some fat. I went off the GLP-1, I gained back all the fat.
Yeah, that's what's going to happen.
She told the whole world, guys, this is my real experience. So I give her a shout out that if Oprah is going to stand up in front of the whole world and just say, I mean, you just said it scientifically, but she's validating it, you know, as a user, like, no, I did it. And she even said she tried to eat perfect. She tried to actually, she tried to do everything to make sure that didn't happen. And it still happened.
Yeah, it's, it's like I said, it's inevitable. Anytime you do any of those types of things, just like taking any exogenous hormone, testosterone, anything, you're, you're telling your body you're shutting it off and it's, it shuts off just like you said. And guess what happens when it tries to turn back on? It's haywire because you've, you've ruined all of the way that it's supposed to function and you can't trick it. You, you could try. But it just doesn't end up going well. And, and that's the thing. That's why the, the natural solutions and, and like you said, people don't, they don't want to hear what you said about food with GLP-1 because it, it's not so profound. You know, nobody wants to hear that. They want all or nothing. They want everything in one night in one sitting. And that is just not how any of this works. It is all a marathon. It's not a sprint. And nobody wants that. Nobody wants the long game. What I learned and started to tell myself to, to plan for the future and everything that I did revolve 12 to runs tomorrow, you know. Things changed. And that's the thing, it's hard to conceptualize future because everything's now.
And I understand that shit. I lived that way for a lot of years where I want everything this second, right now. There's no— that's it. That's what Dylan wants. It's not about what John wants or what Dylan wants. It's about playing that long game, you know.
So good.
And that's it. That's, that's it. That's a little bit wisdom I think I've gathered over 44 years.
So good. So good. Well, I do want to make sure to encourage people, though. My, my personal workout partner, because I have so much grace still, and because as I've seen so much, right, I've seen the struggle of people and I truly do have a big heart of empathy for— so I really do have grace for everyone. So the people that are on GLP-1, I say, hey, at least get your hydration in. Help protect your muscle, get your hydration so you're not losing that. At least it can help offset, you know, some of those negative— yeah, you know, side effects. So at least do this, you know, with that. My workout partner was using stuff. He was using stuff that he shouldn't have been using. And, and you know what's funny? I never said a word to him. In about 18 months later, he looks at me And he goes, "John, you think I could get off this stuff?" And I just looked at him, I said, "Bro, I am 25 years older than you and I'm lifting the same weight you're lifting and I'm not using any of it." He said, "Good point." And guess what?
He's off. He's off everything. He got off everything. And he still looks great and he's still super healthy, you know. Now he did the protocol, you know, too. He said, yeah, he goes, well, I'm gonna do what you're doing then, you know. He goes, give me those 88-day training so I can do something different.
I always ask people when they, when they want to do those, and, and, and, and I, I'm a risk-reward weigher on everything that I do, and it's got to be heavy on the reward side and low on the risk side, you know what I mean?
And yeah.
I always say to them, and this is even for pros, and I, I am just a straightforward, I'll say whatever, you know, I have no motive one way or another other than just to keep it real. Even if you get a pro card, even if you get a pro card, 'cause I modeled, right? And I thought, oh, I've made it, man. You know, I'm, I've got a huge modeling contract from Italy. And you get over there and you're like, man, if you're not in like the top 1%. You're not making nothing. So these guys, they get a pro card, but then what? And at what cost? Because you, I mean, genuinely, you're gonna have to take shit to get a pro card. It's inevitable. It sucks, but that's just the way it is. You just don't have— nobody has the proper genetics to ever be that big without help. You just don't.
No.
And anybody that says that, I, I, you know, I just, I've seen too much at this point. And it's like, well, for what? Because If you do survive, which you pointed out, there's a lot of people that die quite young. If you do look at those guys in their forties and fifties, they're broken down, they're shriveling up to nothing. They have no quality of life. Or we could do something like you're offering and talking about and be a mayor when we're 90, break records, you know, at whatever age that you want to talk about, lifting records, rowing records. I'm gonna, I'm gonna go for that one. I'm gonna go for that one. Call me crazy. I wanna live long and feel good, you know? So dude, I think you're great, man. I'm, I'm so glad that, cuz when I, when I got introduced to you, I was like, man, I am so on overload. I don't know how I'm gonna, I, I'm so many FAR months out and I, something, I, I told, I was in the car with my wife and I said, I don't know, man, cuz I, I, something's just telling me to talk to this guy right now.
And you caught me at the right time, at the right moment. And I'm just, I'm really glad that it happened the way that it did. And we got here because I like to talk to everybody, but there's only 24 hours in a day, you know, but things tend to happen and fall into place as they should. So, you know, tell everybody, I'll link everything down below to follow you. Where can we check out some of your, your content or information and where do people come see how they can get on this program?
Yeah. So I would just recommend for people, first of all, let people know we have no salespeople. We have no salespeople in our whole company. So all we do is share. So we share a possibility of, hey, if this is for you, if this can help you get healthy at the cellular level, you know, we'll, we'll just have one of our coaches. And again, you've heard me share, you know, some of these are nurses. They all have their own miracle story though. And so just schedule a breakthrough call. So just go on the website, it's Energized, you know, with E-N-E-R-G-I-Z-E-D, energizedhealth.com. And just book a call and just talk to somebody and they'll answer all your questions and, you know, they'll share. And the cool thing is, no matter what people's individual issues are, we probably have 1,000 people that had that issue and reversed it. And you brought up something earlier. It's kind of fun for me to share this fact, which is, you know, and thank you for doing your homework and for, for stewarding your audience that God gave you. And let me do, you know, you are the number one Number one, you are the number one podcaster in America.
That is not a small feat. And so God's given you a huge platform and you have stewarded it well.
I appreciate it.
By making sure you do know, you know, who you let sit on this couch or sit across, you know, from you to talk.
I appreciate it, man.
And I'm sure when you were doing that research, one of the things that you'll see in 29 years of reviews You know, Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, all that. We're all A+, 5-star, you know this. But they pretty much all say the same: this sounded too good to be true, but it changed my life. I couldn't believe what this guy was saying, but it changed my life. And so, uh, for, for whether it's a pro athlete, you know, somebody that wants to just get stronger, be healthier, live their, their fullest, which I'd put you in that category, to just optimize, to be your very best self that you can be. You know, it's going to be great because you're going to do it, right? Oh, yeah. Yeah.
We're going to update and go over everything and share it. I mean, that's why I talked to you about it. I want to— I want to get the whole nine, man.
Awesome.
Yeah, I'm a cellular guy, you know that. So I want to know you. I want to fix everything, dude. I'm all about it. I do. I'm more practical than some of my cohorts, which is fine. I like them trying everything, but I'll let them try them for me first. You be the guy. Well, I'm not doing 750,000 different things at once. I don't think it's necessary.
No, no.
But I'm very blessed to learn and see different aspects and methods and ideas. And some may seem crazy to me, but I still like to hear about it, you know?
So, well, Dylan, we're kindred spirit with that too. So I have people come to me all the time. Will you try this or will you try that or will you try this? Will you try? You know what I tell them? It's so fun. I just say, I go, it's not that I go, I would love to help you. I said, but you don't understand. I said, when you're healthy at the cellular level, I said, there's really nothing you could give me that's going to make me any better. Like when I set the world record, I did all my blood work and urine, you know, I posted it all online. You know, it looks like a 20-year-old college athlete for real at 65. You know, it's just all perfect, perfect, perfect. I'm like, What do you think you're going to give me? You know, that's going to— I go, I am the worst person you could give it to because nothing's ever going to happen. I go, no, I already found the Fountain of Youth. I was able to crack the code. I said, no, I know how to help people be healthy from the inside out.
I said, this really— never seen it, Dylan, not transform anybody, no matter, no matter what they had going on.
Well, I love it. I'm glad we got to talk about this and share it, man. And I hope it brings more light to what you're doing. And I'll report back. Let's go. Awesome, man. Well, thanks again for coming, brother. I appreciate the time and the conversation. And there you go, people. I hope you enjoyed and are learning more ways to take control of your own health. So that being said, stay tuned for plenty more to come. Dylan Gemelli signing off.
