I'm sure the sickos and perverts are loving that this show is out right now, PFT.
Really enjoying it.
They're going to—
they're lining up.
Actually, we can't do a podcast because it's HIPAA.
Yeah.
Illegal to share this stuff with you guys.
Listen, we'll get to all of it. But the one thing that I could say that could maybe cheer us up a little bit is that both our quarterbacks got hurt. We don't know the full extent to both their injuries and how long they'll be out. But neither of our teams lost to the Cleveland Browns and Deshaun Watson.
It's very true.
So Zach, like in a weird way, that could be considered worse than anything else that happened on Sunday.
There's pain all the way around.

What?
What?
Some spread.
Not gonna get him. We start in Chicago, whereas my good friend Paul Simon once said, slip sliding away. The nearer the end zone, the more you slip sliding away. As the Vikings and Bears never found pay dirt on Sunday. The Vikings defense made a floor reservation in the Bears backfield all afternoon as Debbie Does Dallas Turner kept on fucking the Bears offensive line to the tune of 2 sack lunches. The scoring was the opposite of a blitzkrieg as Will Third Reichard led the game with 3 field goals and 9 points. Not being able to Johnny Cash in the end zone had Bears fans saying they hurt themselves today. to see if they could still feel after Caleb Williams went down in the 4th and was carted off the field. Sports are dumb anyway, right, Teej?
Very dumb, Boom.
Vikings 9, Bears 3.
What?
What?
We go to Los Angeles where the Raiders are in town to play the Chargers, and Justin Herbert Hoover had his fans in a Great Depression screaming, damn! Kirkland Signature's cousins get a bulk discount on tech touchdowns. Will Trey Tucker Carlson help the Raiders move in the right direction? Meanwhile, the Chargers are smashing the widespread panic button because Herbert's putting the I-N-T in mincy, and his Ole Miss might be tiring him out too much to want to do any celebrating.
And, McCombie Dean said, good night, sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite. The Raiders 26, the Chargers 14. We now head to a soggy Meadowlands where memes was on the scene for the Jets and Packers.
In soggy MetLife, Marshawn Mendez Lloyd can treat you better than Josh Jacobs can as he scores the first touchdown of the game. We skip immediately to the 4th quarter, Jets leading 17-14. The Jets would dread punching it to Sky Bree Moore as he returned it inside the 20 to set up the game-tying field goal. Frank the Third Reich called a shotgun run on 4th and 1 for Braylon Allen and the Chipmunks just to get stuffed. Aaron Glenny Balls must have hurt himself eating too much pussy in Nashville last week because he forgot how to call timeouts and how overtime rules work. In overtime, Luke Gett in the white Van Ness and the Packers defense gets a sack.
They get the ball back. to Jordan—
Jordan Hudson loves Bill Belichick's big old titties to lead to Trey Smack That all on the floor to kick the game-winning field goal to end the game. Packers 20, Jets 17.
Thanks, Kareem. We go to Foxborough where Hank is there for Steelers-Patriots.
In Foxborough, Trey Theon Greyjoy Henderson seemed to get tackled after a 5-yard gain, but what's said— but said, what is dead may never die. as he broke a tackle, bounced out right, and scampered in for a 39-yard touchdown. Sir Gerrance O'Connell was seen fist pumping and dry humping in the box. King of the Northern Lights, Aiden Aurora Borealis, knocked in 2 field goals, and Aaron Sir Rodrick Castle dropped back before getting beheaded and fumbled, scooped up by Elijah Wood Ponder. Who ran through the fields of mortar on the way to steal the score and seal the game.
Fuck!
House New England wins 20-3.
Thanks, Hank! In Baltimore for the Ravens' home opener and a belief that new head coach Jesse US Minter would continue to control every quarter. And it was going that way early as Derrick Henry Kissinger bombed his way into the end zone for an early score, and Lamar found Rashad Tapeman Who looked like he had been working with the special needs all weekend with how open he got. But Baltimore forgot that it's not a matter of if, but when everyone gets shucked over, as the QB was in sync with Chris Kirkpatrick Olave in the second half as the duo continually tore up the Baltimore hearts and defense. The game came down to the end, but it was Byler Shuck who came out and scored both ways with his arms and legs. handing the Ravens their first LGBTQ+. The Saints go marching 24, Ravens 17. We now go to Nashville where Glenny Balls is eating all that pussy with Max. Hey, hey, save some pussy for the rest of us, Glenny!
God, I can't get over Glenny. We had, we head over to Nashville where Cam Arguero-Ward said, hey, I'm Cam and I Feel like kicking Phil E's ass today and gave the Titans an early lead after a terrible Jalen Hurts goal line pick. But after a Saquon injury, Frank the Tank Bigsby stepped in and scored in spite of an incompetent offensive line. Jeffrey Dahmer Simmons was charged with multiple counts of murder towards the Eagles O-line and caused Jalen Hurts' second interception that set up Joey Cry Eagles Cry for a potential game-winning field goal. But with tears in the stands for all the Eagles fans in town visiting Music City, Darius Rucker Cooper said, it's alright, alright, I got all we need, it's alright, we're up 3, as he snuck inside the back of the end zone to put the Eagles up for good. Eagles 24, Titans 20.
Thanks, Max. We now head down to Tampa where there was a hell of a rain delay, and Zach In Tampa, Chevy Chase McLaughlin goes all Sunday afternoon live from 59 yards out, splitting the uprights for 3 points and a Tampa Bay lead. As the kicker-on-kicker crime continues, Andre the Giant Smythe answers with a kick from the top rope, 50 yards out.
Oh brother. Kick is good.
To the second half, Deshaun Watson, and Watson reminds the Browns fans he is for the people with a pass to Zenzel on a train back to Boston. placing it right over his stellar lefty shoulder for a touchdown, sticking it to the Bucs for the first time this season. Deshaun White Watson isn't done yet. He double McTwists the ball to shake— and Blake Whiteheart, who shouts, help me Jesus, help me Jewish God, help me Allah, help me Tom Cruise. Tom Cruise, use your witchcraft on me to score this touchdown. It worked. Touchdown Browns. Cleveland 23, Tampa Bay 19. Thanks, Zach. Out in Mile High, where the Jaguars picked up where they left off to start the game. as Peshul Tutankhamun scored in the first half, having Broncos fans calling for their mummy. Bo Nick struggled early again, throwing a terrible interception to Jordan Is Better Than LeBron Lewis, and the Broncos were in a dark place heading into halftime. It looked like Sean Payton Manning checked to an audible at halftime and put his nuts on the training table because Denver came out a different team in the second half with Bo Price of the Knicks Just Went Up taking over the game and letting everyone in the AFC West know that Bomar's coming.
That one was bad, Teej. It was Jonah Zendaya Coleman who said, what, what are we doing, to his Broncos teammates after scoring the go-ahead touchdown and putting an end to the drama. Liam Coan brothers found out there is still a country for old men like Coach Payton, and that's Bronco country. Let's ride! Broncos 20, Jaguars 13. We finish in the Big D.
Where a commie sought to interrupt all the big parade plans once again. And early on, CeeDee Lamb Chop skipped into the end zone, leaving Commanders fans singing the song that never ends. Yes, it goes on and on, my friends. The commies started singing it not knowing what it was, and they'll keep singing it forever because their quarters suck. As he ate up Mikey Stand Real Still yet again early for a touchdown. The Commanders fought back behind Jaden Daniel Day-Lewis, taking a 3-10 to— You must put your elbow back in its socket again. Leaving Commanders fans to scream, look what they did to my boy!
They massacred my boy! Blake Gyllenhaal Ferguson climbed Brokeback Mountain twice with his hands firmly grasping Prescott's balls in the end zone. Meanwhile, Brian Schottenheimer Turned Caleb Downs for what? Coming with you play after play as Terry McLaurin Hill got killed softly over and over again.
Everything hurts and everything sucks.
Dallas 37, Commies 20. And that was Week 2 in the NFL. Fastest 2 Minutes. I like that you used Johnny Cash as well. Fastest 2 Minutes football season. It's brought to you by Chevy. Check out current offers on the 2026 Silverado at Chevy. Okay. Week 2 in the books. We've got Chiefs-Colts second half, which we'll get to at the end. That was different than Week 1, I would say. PFT?
Well, I mean, right off the bat, let's just address the elephant in the room, why people are listening to the show. The Philadelphia Water Dogs are world champions. Yes. And again, we did it again. Best overs in sports. I was locked in.
Another ring.
Me and Big Cat locked in on lacrosse today.
There was—
maybe you guys can tell me what happened in the NFL.
Yeah, sure. PFT and I, I think I said to PFT, hey, it's 11 to 4 Waterdogs with 4 minutes left in the third quarter. And then PFT, like 15 minutes later, was like, hey, it's 12 to 4 Waterdogs with like 8 minutes left in the fourth quarter. That was— and we did it. Well, we did it.
We loved it so much. I announced to the cave. We are world champions. The PLL is once again ours. And then like 25 minutes later, Big Cat was like, hey, the Water Dogs won the PLL.
Yeah, we did it.
So we like, we celebrated. We got to celebrate twice today.
Double.
That's how it finally hit me. Best owners in sports.
Yeah, it was great.
All right.
14-4. Suck my dick, Denver.
All right.
No, people are listening for, for 2 games specifically. We'll do— we'll bookend them. So because we obviously go in chronological order, so we'll start with the Vikings and Bears. And then we'll end with the Commanders and Cowboys. Uh, Vikings 9, Bears 3. The big story obviously is Caleb Williams getting hurt. I don't know what extent the, the injury extent has gone from like when he first went down, it was like, oh my God, he just tore his Achilles because we were all watching it together. And at first it looked like he maybe got like swiped, uh, and that was maybe an ankle sprain. But then when they showed the replay, it's like, nope, he didn't get touched. So it's non-contact, which is obviously the 2 worst words you can have when it comes to an injury. So initially I was like ankle or Achilles. Now it seems like hamstring. The extent of the hamstring, we don't know. He was walking without a boot in the locker room with a limp.
I don't know.
It sucked. But it's so weird to watch an injury like that and be like, okay, it's just a hamstring. You know what I mean? Like, because, because thankfully just a hamstring.
Yeah.
You have the worst in your mind. And then when it gets, it gets upgraded to just a hamstring, you're like, okay, we can handle a hamstring.
The nice thing about a hamstring is it's not going to— it will not affect anything outside of the self-contained season.
Yeah.
I'm, I'm assuming he's going to be out for 4 to 6 weeks. That's my mental assumption that I've braced myself with. Anything more, obviously it will suck a lot, but it also doesn't suck as bad as an Achilles, where Achilles you're thinking like he might not be the same player again. Uh, as for this game, the Bears were dog shit. Absolutely one of the worst games— well, actually the worst game since like the first 2 weeks of last season that Ben Johnson has coached in, uh, for the Bears. They were just bad all around. Penalties, offensive line miscommunication, Caleb didn't look sharp. The, the weather obviously a factor, but you can't blame it all on the weather because it was just a, like, a joke of an operation through and through. Guys dropping balls, guys missing blocks. Uh, just a really, really bad game. Fumble at the goal line. Like, there's— I actually think, and this is gonna sound like, uh, people are gonna be like, oh, you're coping here.
I—
if Caleb doesn't get hurt, the Bears might win that game because I do think he would have scored on that play. But still, they didn't deserve to win that game because they played awful and the Vikings defense did a lot more. And Brian Flores is an absolute maniac and blitzed the fuck out of, uh, the Bears and kind of Right now, like through 3 games, I think the Bears are 1-2 against Brian— Ben Johnson's 1-2 as a head coach against Brian Flores. But Brian Flores has gotten the better of, of, of the Bears offense when he goes up against them. And it was just, they had, the Vikings defense had 2 turnovers, 10 QB hits, 7 pass breakups. They were everywhere. Carson Wentz did just enough. He threw, he threw one should have been Carson Wentz. What the fuck are you doing? pass in the first quarter that Devin Bush just couldn't hold on to. And then after that, he played clean football. And it's like, they just— the Vikings were the better team. And you can't— like, obviously the game shifted at the end where it's like, I hope Caleb's okay. But it shouldn't minimize the fact that the— if you were looking for cold water for this Bears season, it just got dumped on us because whatever happened last week was incredible and it was totally different this week.
So hopefully it's a motivator. Because I'm— it's a week-to-week league and I'm not like, oh my God, the Bears are in big trouble outside of the injury. This was a bad game, a really bad game, really disappointing.
The silver lining is the Bears are still averaging over 30 points a game.
Yes, which is true.
Which is pretty crazy.
That's true.
You had a big 3 today. The Vikings, they are— they become the first team in NFL history to win 4 straight games with 4 starting quarterbacks, 4 different starting quarterbacks. So it goes back to Brosmer, 9, Kyler Murray, Carson Wentz.
Damn.
No team has ever done that in the history of the league. That is like, that is maybe the best stat that KOC could ever come up for, for himself.
Yeah.
And how he likes to deal with his quarterbacks. That's kind of cool that they were able to do this. This had nothing to do with the quarterback, obviously. The way that they won is more about— I would say it's more about the elements and more about Brian Flores being a mad scientist.
I will say, though, kind of a pervert, probably, if we're even honest.
Brian Flores is kind of a pervert.
Yeah, he is. But we, we make— we joke about Carson Wentz. Carson Wentz played like to the weather and the situation where it's like, don't, don't give— like, this is going to be a low-scoring game. Don't give the other team a really bad turnover at an inopportune time.
And he didn't.
Like, he played clean like that. And the turnover— like, the Bears had 14 plays in the red zone. The Vikings had 1. And the Bears lost 9-3. That's just disgusting.
Yeah, it was a gross game.
It was just disgusting game to watch.
It was a classic gross game. It was not, not pleasant to watch. I'm glad that Caleb's not badly hurt. I can— can I, can I tell you my experience with the hamstring?
Sure.
So an elite athlete such as myself.
Yes.
I had the grade 2/grade 3 back when we went down to see Belichick.
I also had that injury last year.
But yes, you had the grade 2.
Yeah, the grade 2.
Yeah. Okay. So I then tried to kick a field goal. About 4 weeks later did not work at LSU. Mine was about 8 weeks until I could jog with, with no rehab. But mine was, you know, my rehab was kind of like, like you got into stretching.
It's yoga for like a week.
How much physical therapy did you do?
I Googled hamstring stretches a couple of times, actually. I did do some stretches. I'd say 3 times.
Yeah. When I did it last year, I did 1 week of physical therapy and I was like, okay, I got it.
I got the gist.
Yeah, I get it. I get it now. My— I still have a ball of muscle that I can feel behind my, my left hamstring. So you don't want that from Caleb. You want him to actually take it seriously. He'll be fine. I think he'll be okay long term. It was scary more than anything.
Yeah, it was scary. And it also, it sucks because, I mean, hamstring is one of those injuries you don't want it to become something more where it's like, I mean, you think of like Tyrese Halliburton or someone, you know, like where you get a hamstring injury, you could rush back, then you get hurt more. So I think they have to be very cautious about it. You hope that Tyson Bagent can tread water. But more than anything, I was just like, I want— like, if Caleb doesn't get injured in this game, I still would be like, that was just a horrendous, horrendous Bears football game. Like one of the worst in, like I said, in over a year. And all the, all the good vibes, they're not going away. Like I still believe in this team. I obviously believe in Ben Johnson. That's not changing over one game. But it's, it was, he's going to hopefully be able to use this to be like, hey, we ain't, we aren't, we aren't shit right now.
Could be a good thing.
Like, we're not good. Like, that was a bad game. The 8 penalties, 58 yards. We had a couple of times where just penalties over and over. Bradbury at center is a problem. Like the Drew Dahlman retiring situation is like, that's starting to feel like, oh, this might not be the same exact offensive line. DeAndre Swift's fumble, which I, that just sucked at the 1-yard line. It just was a, it was a game that you want to forget for many, many reasons. And the Bears playing like crap was a big part of that.
Yeah.
How are you?
How are you feeling now on the idea of building a dome? Because I watched this game.
Yeah.
And if you've watched the Bears for a long time, you probably have a different perspective than if you have only really paid close attention to the Bears recently. Yeah, but the Bears recently, yes, there's bear weather. And in the playoffs, yeah, they had— they used the weather to their advantage. But for the most part, it's been a bear weather city. But they just lose a lot of ugly games, right?
Well, it's always— yeah, it's been the defenses. You can win those games with defense. We don't have the defense this year, right? I don't— listen, they, they, they've decided they need a new stadium. I wish they wouldn't go to move out of Soldier Field. Yeah, dome would have fixed today. It was, it was a gross game. It was, it was clearly like you just couldn't. And I don't know where Colson Loveland is. I love Colson Loveland. He is Not— we haven't seen him through 2 games, and he— this is supposed to be like his breakout year where, you know, he builds on what— he was the best position player for the Bears last year.
Slow start last year though.
Yeah, true, but you'd think like you'd hope you hit the ground running. I don't know, this game, I don't know how much you can take away from like, uh, offense. Like the offense just wasn't ever going to get started for either team this game, but it's still— it, it's, it's less about like the weather, it's more The penalties, the, the forced errors, the bad blocking. Like, it just, it was ugly. Looked like a team that, that maybe was feeling themselves a little bit.
Yeah.
Off of one week.
That's what I'm saying.
This might be a good thing.
Yeah.
Like, like Ben Johnson, he is—
Oh, he's going to fucking kill them.
Coaches kind of love this shit.
Yeah.
Like, look, like going out there laying an absolute egg after you look like world beaters in week 1. They, they secretly get off to that type of stuff.
And like, it was, it was a double gut punch because it was the Caleb injury. But then it's like the Bears had a chance to win this game. with Tyson Bagent at the end, like, in— and that was such a winnable game. And the DeAndre Swift fumble, you just keep going back to that in my head. And like I said, Caleb getting hurt on that play, I think he scores a touchdown there if he doesn't get hurt, because that's usually right where he would score a touchdown and be faster than everyone. Uh, but I tip my cap to Brian Flores. He's a fucking maniac. I do have one, uh, weird, like, are these guys just secretly linked forever, uh, situation with Alex Bregman, which I could have used for my who's back because— so Bregman, wow. So if you remember, uh, when Bregman signed with the Cubs, it was in the middle of the Packers-Bears playoff game. So like happened, I was in the stands and it's like Caleb made that 4th and 8 throw and it's like, oh shit, like we get the alert from Jeff Passan, Bregman signs with the Cubs. So it's like the vibes couldn't be higher.
Today Caleb gets hurt and Bregman Gets hit with a ball while in the on-deck circle. Looks like he broke— I mean, he's got a huge— he can't see out of his eye. Couldn't be worse, the fact that both those guys get hurt at the exact same time, and Bregman gets hurt 7 days before the playoffs start. It was a bad day. It was a bad day. It was a bad day overall. Yeah, that's a hell of an injury.
You're— yeah, it's disgusting.
Really bad.
Can you see like the stitch from the baseball on there?
I don't know, but it's just like— and Bregman's the man, and he's been this— he has been the 2nd best player for the Cubs since the All-Star break. He's been absolutely incredible.
Also the clips of him and the boys when they won the horse race.
Oh, the vibes were all time. Couldn't have been better.
All time.
Right. So yeah, what were you going to say, Hank?
The way Caleb Williams came off the field, it looked like he might've been like crying when he was on the cart.
Yeah.
The way it was no contact, like your mood has changed considerably since that happened because it seems like the way he was walking in the locker room, it seems like he's going to be fine, which is crazy because Because just the way he was, you know, he was like blocking the tears from coming down his eyes. He couldn't walk.
I thought he was— I thought he tore his Achilles. Yeah, I thought he tore his Achilles. So, yes, it has changed. I was— I didn't talk in the cave for about an hour there. And then as slowly the things started trickling in where it was like, hey, he's walking, he's got a limp. I, you know—
Also, Hank was rooting for the Vikings.
Yeah, he was. That's fine. Yeah, he was. He had the Hunger Dog. Yeah, Hunger Dog. Came close. What, Max?
I didn't say anything.
Oh, you leaned in like you're going to talk.
Yeah, it's just déjà vu. It's all over again.
Listen, what happens in the cave happens in the cave. Yeah, it happens. Tempers flare in the cave.
And then you walk and you step out. It's— it's—
Hank and I've talked. We just— we just won a bet together 30 minutes ago. It's not personal. Yeah, we're back.
We're back.
I know. I never, I never said we weren't.
I removed it from my memory as soon as I walked out of it.
It is very funny how like a hamstring is not a good injury. Like we said, he might be out a month, maybe 2 months. Maybe it's only just a couple of weeks. Maybe it's a very mild one and he just was like caught off guard by it and it caught and he was afraid that it was something more serious. But it's very weird how like an injury that you know, ultimately it could cost him, you know, 5 games this season.
Yeah.
But you're so relieved. You're like, correct. This could— that's actually the best thing that he could have done is like, you know, under-promise, over-deliver when it comes to his soft tissues.
Yeah. And they are in like an Achilles injury. It does. I know that injuries are different than they used to be in the fact that guys can come back from pretty much every injury. But an Achilles injury for a guy with the athleticism of Caleb would have probably zapped something from him going forward that he would never be exactly the same guy. So that was the fear where it wasn't— the fear wasn't this season, it was next season in the future and all that shit. So that is part of why I got relieved. I was relieved there. But yeah, anything— I mean, the Vikings are a problem. They're 2-0. They're 2-0. Everyone else in the NFC North is 1-1. Their defense looks awesome. I don't know what their quarterback situation is because I know Kyler's maybe going to come back in a couple of weeks. From the limited time we saw Kyler, I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.
Yeah.
But their defense can keep them in every single game. They were, I mean, the last—
And the running game too.
Yeah. I think the last 5 quarters, Jones has given them 3 points.
Yeah. The defense is looking good. And then the running game does look efficient.
Yeah.
It looks like it can win you. Like, that's actually what, what they like to do on offense is if you, if you had to draw it up, have a very efficient ground game. Don't ask your quarterback to be awesome. That's kind of like his secret sauce is like he doesn't, he didn't ask Sam Darnold to be like the best quarterback in the entire NFL when he was winning games for the Vikings. So don't ask him to do too much. And I think that Kyler, I don't know, I'm optimistic at what Kyler can do in that system.
Yeah. Okay. Anything else? I mean, oh, they're showing the AI. memes from the AI Kyler.
No, I was just looking at— I was just looking for a Kyler update and then that showed up. So it was funny.
Yeah.
Then you got the Eagles. You got the Birds next.
Yeah. It kind of took a little bit of the buzz out of the Monday night, big Monday Night Football matchup.
Still buzz. Yeah.
Listen, Tyson Bagent's a good quarterback.
Secret Bagent, man. He's good.
Tyson Bagent will be able to run the offense. Tyson Bagent does not have the arm strength that Caleb has. That's obviously a no duh. But he's, he's limited in that respect. But yeah, I expect him—
it—
the thing that sucks is like Tyson Bagent in— I think is going to work fine in Ben Johnson's offense. We still have a bad defense. So like in terms of the ceiling of what you need to do with a bad defense, you need to have explosive plays and big plays and all this stuff. It might be a little bit harder to do with Tyson Bagent.
Thing about the Eagles offensive line right now is that it does not matter if you have a good defense or not, you will get pressure on.
I know. Yeah. I just think that Tyson Bagent would pair perfectly with a really good defensive team, if that makes sense.
Yeah.
I don't know if he's going to be paired perfectly in a shootout, but we will see. I think if he can, if he can go .500 in however long that Caleb is out, that would be awesome. And just have a chance, you know, down the stretch to play some, some good football. It's not— I'm, I'm taking the optimistic route here. Tomorrow could be different if we get different news. And it's like people are talking about Dak Prescott and how he's, you know, the tendon tore off and he had to get surgery and was out for the season and all that shit.
So I don't think— I don't think it's going to be that bad.
Yeah.
I think if anything, it would probably be better than even we think. Like he was walking on it.
Yeah.
After the game. Yeah. And you, you wouldn't be able to walk on it like that if it was completely torn. Grade 3.
I'd hope so. I'm also not a doctor. I just hope that All the doctors, just, just give us good news. That's all. Yeah. Walking with in good spirits. Very light limp. Nothing around the leg in question. Okay. So he might be okay.
Yeah.
He'll be all right.
Okay. Next game, Saints 24, Ravens 17. Chuck, they got Tyler Shook.
They got shucked big time. There's something about Chuck is a— he's the new Mr. Fourth Quarter.
He's so good.
They're never out of it.
They're never out of it. It looked like the Ravens were going to walk here.
Here.
So we'll talk about Tyler Shuck and the Saints because I am like excited about watching Tyler Shuck and the Saints play football. They're, they're very fun. Chris Olave has been incredible. If you're a Ravens fan, this looked all too familiar, which has to really suck because you have Jesse Minter. You have a new system. John Harbaugh is gone. Everything's going to change. That was a John Harbaugh loss.
So it was exactly like what they've been through.
It was. So the Ravens from 2020 to 2025 led the NFL with 14 losses when leading by 10-plus points. John Harbaugh, that was like the end of John Harbaugh. It was like, we just blow these leads. Jesse Minter has coached 2 games in the NFL. He's already got one. He's already got one where he's been up by, uh, uh, 10-plus points and lost the game. And on top of that, we had a Harbaugh special of Derrick Henry having 11 rushes for 51 yards and a touchdown in the first half and then getting 5 more carries in the second half for 17 total yards when the Ravens had a lead. So I don't really understand that except for they got shucked.
They got shucked big time, big time. And credit to, to the Saints for doing the right thing. And in the fourth quarter, going for it on fourth down on the goal line.
Yes.
Because they, a lot of other teams would put that like, especially if you have a a youngish quarterback, you're like, let's just take the lead on the road.
Yeah.
And see if our defense can do something. They went—
he got like, like fucked up. He got, he got like absolutely hammered on those.
Maybe a gain of 2 inches on the second one and maybe a gain of 2 inches on the first one. We can never know because there's too many bodies around there. So there was no clear and obvious reason to overturn it. Butterworth weighed in on that one. We had Mark Butterworth poke his head out of the circle or whatever. He was like, we exhausted all the angles, could not prove clear and obvious that he did not break the plane of the goal line. So it was one of those things where there's too many bodies. It looked like he got in, but it was the right call by, by Kellen Moore to do that. I like the guts that he showed. I like the faith that he's got in Chuck. Only 252 yards, but heavy in the 4th quarter.
Heavy in the 4th quarter.
Yeah.
Chris Olave is a stud. He has 18 catches for 266 yards through the first 2 games. It's clear that they're like, you know, as a tandem work so well together. Also, we had Kellen Moore. He gave out 6 game balls.
Yep.
So Tyler Shuck, Chase Young, Julian Blackmon, Pete Werner, Chris Olave, and Carl Granderson all got game balls. It's nice. Nice. 6 game balls.
I think he could have given out more.
I do too.
I really do. I think Butterworth— I think Butterworth gets a game.
Butterworth could have definitely gotten a game ball.
Hand him one. 6 is actually kind of like, that's too normal for me.
Yeah.
I think you can step it up next time, Kellen.
This also, it felt like, and Chris Olave said this after the game, the Saints, he said, I feel like since I've been here, we haven't beaten a good team. This is huge for us because remember last year they got some momentum at the end of the year, but they also were playing a lot of the NFC South and it wasn't like, this is a Super Bowl, like you know, Super Bowl hopeful team in the Baltimore Ravens. They went into their house, they got punched in the mouth, and they responded and won this game. And Shuck made a little Ravens fan cry. Like, that's— that made a little kid cry on TV.
This—
that's when you know you got it.
This poor kid, he was probably like 9 years old. And man, he is— he is crying.
He's crying.
He's crying.
But he got— listen, but everyone gets Shucked up eventually.
It's better you find out right now.
Yeah.
Like if you got kids in the car, maybe cover their ears or maybe it's time for them to know, like they're going to get Shucked one day. And that's okay.
Shuck MVP odds.
Oh man, you're thinking crazy. But I like it.
Juicy.
That's all I got.
I just, I just did a little sprinkle.
You know what this is leading to, Max?
It's leading to if Shuck won the MVP.
This is—
everyone who listens to this podcast will hate us forever because always, like, if he gets into a place where he could even be in the conversation, we will be—
he's in the conversation.
You know, it's true.
We're having the conversation out there. I can, I can smell a world where it's the Saints against the Eagles, first round of the playoffs.
I can't have that.
And you might get shocked.
He has the most passing yards to start a Saints season through 2 games since 2009. Drew Brees, 669 was Drew Brees' 2009. Tyler Shuck has 662 passing yards through 2 games. He's the best. He's fucking— he just throws a catchable ball. He throws a catchable ball. And I, I saw that he said that Anthony Weaver, the defensive coordinator for the Ravens, called him poor man's Josh Allen.
Yeah.
Apparently everyone in the Saints facility was just calling him poor man the whole week. So they heard that and he delivered.
Like, Josh Allen is rich as shit. Poor man's Josh Allen is still Like pretty wealthy, I guess, like rookie season, second year Josh Allen before he got paid. That's a pretty good quarterback.
I mean, I'm looking up how much Tyler Schuck has gotten paid. I mean, he is the greatest deal in NFL history.
He's a bargain right now. Yeah.
He's, he right now is getting paid $1.3 million this year.
Yeah. Pretty good.
That's pretty damn good.
I mean, they, they very easily could have beaten the Lions week 1.
Yes.
We could be staring a 2-0 Saints team in the face.
Saints fans should be pumped because it's also like the NFC South. We know it's, it's not the hardest division. So there is no team that you're looking at like that team's the best in the division easily. So Saints can— why not dream big?
So, oh, and they have the—
well, I guess they have the 2-0 Raiders coming up and then the Falcons.
Yeah.
They could win both those games.
You know, I'm—
Chuck's leading the league in passing right now.
I know.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's good.
He's really good.
That's why he's probably going to play against the Birds in the playoffs.
That's— we don't know that. But MVP.
We don't know that.
We don't know that either. There's a lot of things that we don't know. There's a lot of things that we don't know. We're just having a conversation.
We're just speculating. We're using our imagination.
This is a national sports podcast. You got to talk about all the teams.
Yeah.
But yeah, you know that. In the teams that I root for, I'm a bit of a loser. Maybe one of the biggest— Hank, you don't have to nod that hard. I mean, I'm the one that's saying it.
I'm nodding in agreement.
Okay.
All right.
That's fine.
Hank, are you slotted?
Slotted.
Dialed.
Nice.
Stay dialed.
What's the difference between dialed and slotted?
Slotted is when you put your arms closer to your body.
Yeah, slotted is position. Dialed is a state of mind.
Got it.
Actually, they're both states of mind.
What about Max? Is he locked in?
Never.
Okay.
I'm pretty locked in.
He's been more locked in today, though. He's not having a bad day.
He's a little locked in.
Yeah.
What are the—
he was like watching the AI Kyler Murray videos for like an hour, but—
Well, that wasn't an hour. I watched the video one time. It was funny.
They are cute.
Yeah.
I also made him fat, which I don't know why they made him fat.
Yeah, he's not fat.
He's just—
but he did look funnier. He looked like a— he looked like a fat— like a fat baby.
He looks like a little purple nurple.
Yeah, it was funny.
I was—
I was— I was actually locked in because you were talking about Kyler. I was like, oh yeah, let me look for a Kyler update. Then I got a little distracted by the AI video.
Also, I got to Lock real quick because I just forgot to mention something because I mentioned Hank's hat. PFT. I did wear this shirt today that you got me because I was like, what if it's just a lucky shirt? So I probably never—
Yeah, burn it, burn it.
Yeah. He gave me the Ben Johnson giving the middle finger, Caleb Williams smoking a cigarette, and I was like, I got to, I got to run it back.
Yeah.
Gone.
Hank still has yet to wear the Stone Cold Steve Austin Patriots jersey I got him.
That's crazy.
Yeah, that's crazy. Being a Commanders giver.
He took it back.
He's crazy. He's like, yeah, you're like, what? You don't give a present and then like demand that they wear it. You're right. It's a nice thing.
It's a nice thing to do.
I will wear it eventually.
Okay.
I don't know if you will.
I will.
Okay.
I doubt it.
All right. Well, you're going to say—
Yeah.
One of the biggest loser things that I do is I get very, very into rooting for guys that were on my team that then left, and I'm like happy to see them succeed other places. Almost as happy as I get when anything good happens to my team.
Insane loser stuff.
What?
That's insane.
I know, I know, I know. Max, listen, I'm admitting it. We're— it's an open space for us to share our thoughts.
You're just describing like the last 7 years of Kyle Schwarber for me.
Right, exactly.
Yes.
It's like ultimate cuck behavior when it comes to sports cucking. I kind of like sitting in the chair and being like, It's good to see Chase Young happy and it's good to see him.
He was great.
Chase Young has been legitimately awesome for like the last, I'd say, year, starting like halfway through last season. He's a really fucking good defensive player right now in the league.
And the Saints did a really good job, like of kind of especially in the second half. Like, I mean, it goes back to them not— the Ravens not running the ball. Like Lamar didn't look like he was, you know, as comfortable. Rashad Bateman played very well. We should say that Rashad Bateman was— we've been asking who's going to be— Jose Flowers hurt, who's going to be the Ravens receiver? Rashad Bateman was very good. But yeah, that was, that was just the Saints, man.
They're good.
They're good.
Uh, right, wait, they're good, but are the Saints for real? There's a difference.
Yeah, I gotta see. I gotta, I gotta see this. Uh, next week is gonna be is gonna be big.
I think the Saints might be for real. I think they're— I think they're a very well-coached team.
They got to beat the Raiders at home because the Raiders are 2-0.
That's what a for real team does. They take care of business, right? You got to take care of business.
You got a big win. You're talking about the big win. Now take care of business after that. Yep. Then you— then you get to the for real category. Okay, next game, Bengals 20, Texans 6. Uh, the Bengals defense, that might be for real because this was a game— remember week 1 we talked about, hey, if you're a Texans fan How are you going? How are you feeling about this loss to the Bills? And, and we came to the conclusion that as much as it sucks to lose, CJ Stroud and the offense looked a lot better this week. Back to what was happening at the end of last year because the Bengals defense was awesome today. They held the Texans to 5 for 21 on 3rd and 4th down. Woody Marks and David Montgomery had 14 carries for 18 yards. They had a 43.5 pressure rate. That Bengals defense, they, they— there was the first time they didn't allow a touchdown in a game since week 3 of 2022. And you could hear it like in the postgame, you know, talk. Ja'Marr Chase and them were talking about like, we're feeding off this defense.
Mm-hmm.
It's, it's, it's gotta be awesome to have a defense finally, for the first time in a long time, the Bengals have a defense that it feels like, hey, we can win games even when we don't have our best nights. Which Joe Burrow even said. He said, I was average today.
He said incredibly average. Incredibly, incredibly average. And it must be nice to be incredibly average. And then if you're the Bengals, be able to win by more than just like the skin of your teeth.
Yeah.
The Bengals only had 12 first downs this game. They had Ja'Marr Chase have an incredible— that catch and the body control he made. It was just— it's like insane to watch in real time, in slow-mo. He's just He's so damn good.
But he's out of a slump.
Yeah.
His 1-week slump.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He had 2 touchdowns.
He was incredible. I thought CJ Stroud looked pretty good today.
Well, also, we should say no Nico Collins is a big deal, right? That's a big, big deal for the Texans offense. Right.
But I think CJ Stroud didn't look bad today. He was not the reason why they lost.
No, they're just— their offense didn't— their offense couldn't score points like that was— it's not that he was so bad. He wasn't, you know, the playoff game against the Patriots bad, but they just couldn't. They couldn't manufacture points in a game when their defense played good, good enough that you should be able to win that.
Yeah. This is the, I believe, 3rd time out of 4 years that the Texans start 0-2 under DeMeco Ryans.
Made the playoffs every time.
Which they, they usually bounce back from that. And so some people are saying, hey, the Texans, they're 0-2. I've heard that before somewhere. And I feel like that's usually a time when Big Cat would make them his pinky team.
Yeah.
I think just a lot of people are saying that.
Yeah, not my pinky team. I have my pinky team. People are gonna be so mad about my pinky team, but I don't care because the goal is to not lose my pinky.
I think, I think people should—
when I say my pinky team, people are like, hey, you coward, we want to see you cut off your pinky.
No, I don't.
I'm picking a team I don't think can win the Super Bowl. I think the Texans can still win the Super Bowl. They have to play a lot better. Yeah, in a world where Tank Dell comes back. Nico Collins stays healthy. CJ Stroud plays like he played his rookie year. They could win the Super Bowl.
Yeah. I'm just trying to think who it's going to be.
I mean, listen, they lost. They're 0-2 and I get it. 0-2 sucks. They lost to 2 teams that I think are very good in the Bengals and the Bills. And I think this was more about the Bengals being like, we, that wasn't a fluke week 1. We have a good defense now. We've finally done the things that we need for, you know, Dexter Lawrence and Jonathan Allen. Like they have a good defense. So Al Golden is a good defensive coordinator. It feels like they've got it figured out. And I know it's a long season, but when you have Joe Burrow and you have a good defense, this is what got them to the, to the Super Bowl last time where it's like they can make enough plays on defense and Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase can make enough plays on offense that you can win a game.
I would like them to, to run the ball, to like show that they can just get like super, super physical with the running game.
Chase Brown had a nice day.
Nice, nice day. But I think that's the next step for him is like if Joe Burrow can be incredibly average and the running game can like elevate the team to the next level.
Yeah.
Then I might, I might believe in the Bengals to do some serious damage.
I'm buying the Bengals stock. Hank, you worried about the Bengals?
Yeah, good team.
Yeah, it's a team.
Is the Chargers—
I'll tell you when we get there. Okay, when we get to the team, when we get to the team, I'll tell you. Um, they're not winning the Super Bowl though.
I'm—
I've never been more confident in my pinky staying on my finger, on my hand, than, than this year. I didn't want it— the Texans also, they, they make the playoffs every time I do the pinky bet. Yeah, like they're just— they're gonna make the playoffs this year. They're gonna find a way to make the They'll figure it out. They'll figure it out. They always do. Who do they have coming up?
So they're— let's see, the schedule is the Colts at the Colts.
All right. So they win that game, they're back.
Then the Cowboys at the Titans, Jaguars, Giants, Chargers.
Okay.
Yeah, they'll be back.
They got to win their division.
Texans, I think, will be okay.
I do too. Bengals, good, good team. Yep. That, that is showing that they're different than the Bengals of last year and what we saw last year. And then like Joe Burrow, I love Joe Burrow, does do a good job of like whenever he just comes out and says it like, I wasn't good. I feel like that happens a lot. Now Joe Burrow's got to stay healthy. The fact that he was already questionable this week with a back injury.
Yeah. So what was up with his back? Was it like spasming?
Doctor said he needed a bachiotomy.
Bachiotomy, get a back replacement.
Yeah. One of those.
Maybe start wearing shirts that That have backs on them, Joe.
That'd be nice.
Maybe less chainmail.
Yeah.

Memes.
How did the Jets lose that game?
Just an extremely disappointing loss. Extremely. Like, so, like, I'm not mad. I'm disappointed.
That's, that's worse.
That is worse to be disappointed than— actually, no, that might be better because that means that you expected to win.
Yeah, they should, they should have won that game. I should be sitting here 2-0.
Yeah.
On a high horse. But instead we're just 1-1 because we're still the Jets.
I think—
can I make a suggestion?
Yes.
I think you should be mad. I think you should be.
I am mad. It's just the expression. It sounds better the other way.
Yeah. But I think you should be very mad at your coach.
Which one?
Your head coach.
Aaron Glenn. Aaron Glennie Balls eating all the pussy.
Yeah.
I think this is one of those. It's across the board. It's also on Frank Reich.
Yeah.
So I was talking more about like the time management at the end of the game. And also kind of like giving up. It was a big time— like, I don't know, you would never see a truly aggressive coach that likes to go for the throat do what he did at the end of regulation, which is just be afraid of getting pinned deep by a punt. So not using a timeout.
True. I think he was more concerned if they go for it on 4th and 5. Yeah. And they get it.
But if they don't get it, you win the game.
Exactly.
You have time left.
I don't think they were going to go for it.
Either way, the OT thing is still baffling to me. I do not understand why a coach would win the coin toss and then elect to start with the ball in overtime.
I don't think they knew the rules.
Yeah. He said afterwards he wanted to control the clock. But again, with both teams getting a possession, you would much rather know what you have to get versus like the Packers who got the stop and then knew all they had to do was get a field goal. Is such an advantage versus the opposite where it's like you're, you're, you're playing like the Packers knew going into the— when they get the ball in the overtime, it's like, all right, we just got to get a field goal here. We can be— we don't have to be super aggressive. You want to know if like if the other team scores a touchdown first, you got to know that every— you now get every 4th down to go for it. I just don't understand any coach that wouldn't want to kick in the, in the new overtime rules. It makes no sense to me.
No, I'm with you, especially the way they call the game. Just extremely conservative.
Right.
You want to go second just because you get every 4th down and you're a defensive guy. You want to get a stop, then you get the ball back.
Right.
I just think Geno saw tails, didn't know the rules. So, and his coach is covering for him and his coach is coming because the press conference sounded like a lie. Yeah.
Control the clock makes no sense.
No sense.
Zero sense whatsoever. Like, best case scenario, you get the ball. And you go down the field and it's a 7-minute drive and you score. Best case, right? Yeah. Then big deal.
Okay.
The drive took 7 minutes. That's still a lot of time for the Packers to respond.
Yeah, I think, I think he was given bad information on that one and he's covering, but, but still the 4th and 1 play shotgun was probably what lost them the game.
Yeah.
But it was just across the board, just so, so disappointing.
The Packers, I don't— I mean, they didn't look good. They have— they're just the most penalized team. They just get penalties. They have 26 penalties in 2 games, 14 penalties in this game. The Packers are the first team on record since 1941 to win a game with less than 200 total yards, 100-plus penalty yards, negative turnover margin. Entering today, teams in that spot were 0-44 and they found a way to win. It's pretty crazy.
Yeah.
No takeaways.
That's just the Jets.
The Jets had more penalty or more penalty yards.
Yeah, I know. But I'm just saying the Packers through 2 games have 26 penalties.
Yeah.
The Jets, this was—
The Jets had 156 penalty yards.
This was as gross as the Bears-Vikings game. There was fumbles. I think that were there 8 fumbles, only 1 loss, but 8 fumbles.
Yeah.
Jets own a million penalties. Just gross, gross football.
And I think we were right about the Jets' white uniforms in the rain.
Yeah. Too wet.
Yeah, they're too wet. I think the Jets were wetter than the Packers.
I told you, memes.
You laughed at me.
The Jets looked good though. They actually looked— they looked— it was a clean look for them today.
Yeah, but wet.
Memes, you laughed at me. They looked heavy. I nailed that. Too wet.
I'll give that to you guys. You did nail that.
It was just simply too wet.
Hank's—
I don't think Hank's admitting that they were too wet.
No, no.
Hank, they were far too wet.
They were way too wet.
Yeah.
Because he wants them to look good.
They didn't look like losers.
No, they looked wet till the 4th quarter.
Yeah.
Which they were.
In the 4th quarter, they were too wet.
They were too wet. Our best unit last year, which is special teams, like they couldn't cut— they couldn't cover a punt. That's what lost them the game.
Are you taking any consolation whatsoever in the fact that you should have beaten the Packers, who in theory are a good football team, and you should have, but you had them? Even though it was like colossal mental mistakes and some coaching stuff that led you to kind of collapse at the end.
Day 1 coaching stuff too, like that.
Yeah.
Overtime's got like, if you, when you're going into the offseason OTAs, the coaches probably meet together and it's like, you know, let's just start the year by going through like general overtime practice. Like that had to have happened.
Yeah.
I'd agree.
So win the coin flip, take the— don't like get— don't take the ball.
Are you at the place where you can look at this game, be like, that, okay, that's progress, that we should have beaten the Packers today? We're— we were the better team and we had that game won and we choked it away. Are you at the point where it's like just complete and utter, like, get rid of this coaching staff?
I'm like half and half.
Aaron Glenn's defense is good.
He, he, he, he called his shot in the offseason saying his superpower is calling defense because it's been—
You can't put this game on his defense. Like, the, the Skyy Moore punt return was what kind of shifted the whole game there.
Mm-hmm.
And also the Jets not being able to— because there was that moment when it was Jets, I think they were up 14-7, the Packers fumbled on their own 14, the Jets only got 3 out of that, and they didn't— they, they kicked it on 4th and 1. Like, that's— if you— if the offense is able to get 6 there, which you would hope your offense is able to, Do when you get the ball at the 14, you win the game. So it's like Aaron Glenn's defense wasn't the problem, it was the offense wasn't able to like hit the kill shot.
Yeah, they were, they were just ultra conservative. They just need to install a play where Kenyan Siddiq goes under center and you, you do the tush push and you get a first down. I don't know how every single team doesn't have a tush push guy. Just doesn't make any sense.
Yeah.
Did they run the 05 personnel?
They did. They threw a tight end screen to Jeremy Rucker. It didn't really do anything. It looks cool.
It does look cool. I love it when they have 5 tight ends on the field.
But you also aren't going to get anything out of it most of the time.
It just looks cool.
Yeah, that's what Vernon Davis would say. Yeah.
The Packers also, like the Jets and Packers, like I was looking at it, they— so they played 4 times in the last 10 years, 12 years, the, the, the Jets have blown a 21-3 lead, a 35-20 lead, a 17-7 lead, and then they won one of the games. So it's either they, they blow a lead to the Packers or they win.
I did not know that.
Yeah.
I did not know that.
Sucks.
I mean, think about it this way. You guys—
I wanted you to beat the Packers.
You had a double-digit lead.
Yeah, we, we pissed down our leg to the guys who pissed down their leg and Matt LaFleur. It's tough.
They might have gotten their swagger back, like, oh, we maybe we are a mentally tough team, which I— if that's true, I may never forgive you.
Yeah, we outpissed the Packers and might have done that.
Yeah, you went punt, turnover on downs, and punt after you went up 10, 10 points. Just not good enough.
Especially Frank Reich and Aaron Glennon. Like, they've been coaching for a while. At some point, you got to just go win a game.
Yeah, right. Yeah, that was the 4th and 1 where it's like, go win a game. Go up 14 points.
Then the other 4th and 1.
Yeah, the other 4th and 1. And too wet.
And too wet. It was so wet.
It was so wet. You guys were just too wet.
Did you expect to win that?
Like a pussy in Nashville when Glenny Balls comes.
When you, when you had a 10-point lead, did you expect to win that game?
I expected— I did. I did expect to win that game.
Yeah.
That's good, though. That's, that's a little bit of progress.
Max, you're laughing.
We're right.
No, this is a Glennie, but the Glennie natural is going to get me every time. That was so funny.
Man sprained his neck.
Yeah, he sprained his neck.
He sprained his neck.
He showed up looking like Christopher to a court date.
Vince McMahon, when he was— when he went to go to court for the steroid trial.
Put that clip in right now.
Put it in so people understand. Yeah.
All right.
Any last Thoughts, memes about this game. Hank, this ruined your Hungry Dog. You were mad at the Jets. You said Jets gonna Jet. Yeah, just gonna Jet.
That was just a disgusting, disgusting loss. Any, any thought that they're going to be like a scrappy team this year went out the window after that performance. Oh, their head coach is a moron.
I think they're— I think they're still very much in the scrappy category and maybe like trending towards decently good. Meems?
Would you—
what?
Hank's speaking like a Jets fan right now because he did— Hank was texting me during the game rooting for the Jets.
Yeah, I was literally texting Meems. Me and Meems could have been brothers. Like, we would have been brothers for life if the Jets won this game. I literally texted him, please, just please.
I want to believe in you.
And then, and then, and then, and then the Jets like elected to take the ball and Meems goes, this game's over. That, like, that, that one is where you just—
you—
that cannot happen. It makes no sense. No head coach should ever do that in the NFL, ever. And anytime the game goes to overtime, the team that wins the kickoff— I mean, it hap— it's like the Super Bowl, but that was like the first— that was the first time it happened. That was the, that was the very— that was what, 4 or 5 years ago?
Yeah. Yeah.
And all of us—
and everyone watching that ever was like, that can never happen. And the fact that it happened again 5 years later, I think the Jets just haven't been in an overtime game.
That's—
yeah, they did get blown out a lot last year, so they haven't been in that situation.
Okay.
But I should know the rules better than the guys coaching the game, right?
And also, Aaron Glenn was with Dan Campbell, like one of the most aggressive coaches out there. You would think that he would have picked up a little something from that too.
Or like maybe they watched the Lions game from last week. And we're like, all right, put the pressure on them, we'll score. And then you dictate how it goes.
It's possible. There was one quote that he had postgame concerns me a little bit. He said, this loss is not going to define who we are and what we're about. I feel like if that were true, you don't even think about that. Yeah, you wouldn't even think about saying like, hey, this loss isn't going to define me. Most people lose a game. And, and they don't worry at all about their job being defined by that game.
Yeah, he like kind of tried to get in front of it. He's like, I know you guys are going to think this is going to define us, but I'm going to tell you right now, it's not going to define us.
Yeah, that's not us. We're— I promise you that. So when you think of us, you're not going to think of losing this game, right? It's like, well, you're, you're thinking of that.
Wait, hold on, dude. Why'd you say that? Yeah, we didn't say that.
You did. A lot of you guys think it's going to define me.
Well, if they would have won, it would have been a defining win.
That's true.
Absolutely.
Yes.
It would have been the first real team they beat.
Would have been extremely defining.
Yeah. His resume right now is Titans, Browns.
Titans might be a good team.
Titans could be a good team.
They gave the Eagles hell.
They gave them— they gave them hell like Mincy in Austin.
Hell.
Gave them hell. Should we go to that game? Eagles 24, Titans 20. Titans gave you hell.
Big time.
The Eagles offensive line. I miss Jeff Stoutland.
Yeah.
Yeah. I don't think it's just some injuries. I think it's a big, big deal that you lost. He was the best offensive line coach in the entire league. It was him and Starnecchia from New England. Those are 2 coaches, like 2 O-line coaches that will win you football games. They're more than just offensive line coaches. And so why did you, Why'd you let him walk?
I think he just wanted to retire, right? Oh no, it's because he had— because we got agreement with—
with Petula, with the offensive— the new offensive coordinator. And listen, I think Mannion has— the offense has looked better. It has looked less boring than the— than the Mannion offense did.
We—
Hurts has looked better in his first 2 games than he did for most of last year. So I can't say I'm upset about bringing in Mannion, but it does suck. I wish we could have brought in Mannion and kept Stoutland because the offensive line is really bad and it's really coming from the same position the first 2 weeks. Landon Dickerson was unplayable last week, came out after the game, said he was hurt, went on the IR. And now we moved our— we moved Cam Juergens to left guard, who was our center, and then put in the backup center at center. And Cam Jurgens just couldn't play guard. He just couldn't play. He just couldn't.
That was weird to like change 2 positions.
Yeah, I wish they didn't do that. I'm curious to see if they go back to it this week. Obviously playing a new position and then going up against Jeffrey Simmons for an entire game is difficult. Jeffrey Simmons dominated the game today. He— Cam Jurgens couldn't block him. He just couldn't block him. But he's not a guard. Like, I don't know. They felt more comfortable with Drew Kendall at center than Willie Lampkin, I think, at guard, because Willie Lampkin's a young guy, doesn't have a lot of experience. Kendall has played a lot in the NFL or has played some in the NFL. But I don't know. It's just frustrating. But they won the game.
They won the game.
Yeah.
And here, I mean, Jalen Hurts had a couple bad picks, but he also had an incredible final drive when you needed it the most. He was awesome on that drive.
He played fantastic for 80% of this game and then threw one horrendous pick in the, in the first quarter.
I guess it's set up— it was actually like perfectly right after we were talking. We're like, how are the Titans even going to move the ball? And then it was like 2 seconds later, a pick to the 10-yard line.
Yeah.
And that's like, well, I guess they could do it that way. And the Titans, I mean, hey, it was good to see the Titans fight because they looked like the worst team in the NFL week 1. And They at least fought pretty hard in this game.
Yeah.
And gave the Eagles— I mean, you were sweating it a little.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Hurts had to go down the field with a minute 56, no timeouts.
They were very frisky. They were violent. Simmons like kind of backed up some of the shit that he talked. Yeah.
Somehow both of them came away looking okay.
That's what I was going to say. It's like he kind of threw down the gauntlet being like, we just got to make him play quarterback. And then somehow he was kind of right and he played good enough where it wasn't like him running his mouth that cost them the game.
Correct.
Did you see the hot mic after the game?
No.
Who's hot mic?
Hurts. Hurts was getting interviewed by Fox. I think the game was on Fox for like the postgame interview. Simmons came up to him during the interview. Yeah, it was like, good game. And then Hurts goes, you talk that shit, I ended it. Oh. But it was like, it was like, it was like very playful.
That's fair. Maybe, maybe Super Bowl preview.
Fair play.
These 2 great teams. It was 150 degrees on the turf.
How crazy is that?
Yeah, maybe that for the big, the big boys up front could, could be difficult.
And then I did notice at the end of the game and Max, you were screaming at the TV that the Titans defensive players were holding down the Eagles players who like the ball carriers.
So they would get—
I hated that.
And then in order to like slow them down a little bit, hold them down. If those pellets are 157 degrees, you're pretty much just cooking the guys. You're like searing.
It's a great point. I didn't think about it like that.
They're laying on top of you guys. Yeah, you're at a Korean barbecue.
That's gotta hurt like shit.
Yeah, well, they would— there would be a tackle and then we had no timeouts and they would be tackled in the middle of the field and the guy, the Titans players would just lay on top of them for an extra 5.
Well done.
Yeah.
That's bullshit. That's, that's, that's, that's defensive delay of game.
Yeah.
No, DeVonta Smith was probably like seared like a nice tuna steak. He was also fucked.
fucking awesome in this game.
So was Dontavion Wicks.
Dontavion. Yeah.
Did you—
are you about to say the stat?
What was the stat?
I'm pretty sure Dontavion Wicks had 6 catches today, all for, all for first downs.
Yeah.
And I think 4 of them were on third down.
Yeah.
I don't know that for— Yeah, I have 5 catches for first downs, 4 of them on third down and one on fourth down. 74 yards, 5 conversions. And Jalen Hurts has a 145.8 passer rating when targeting Dontavion Wicks this season. He's been awesome.
He's been really good. Another one is trash, another man's treasure.
And DeVonta Smith, yeah, is so sick.
Uh, he had it. He had one of those catches today that didn't count, but like, they, they still showed 3 replays of it because it was so sick. But he— but his feet were out of bounds.
Would you say I'm being a hater if I said that you got outplayed by the Titans, but the Eagles out-executed the Titans?
I think yes. I think they—
Okay. Well, you're actually not calling me a hater. You're calling Robert Saleh a hater because that's what he said. He said overall, I thought we outplayed them, but they out-executed us.
That— yeah, I think— I mean, they had some turnover. They had some turnover luck in that game for sure.
Yeah.
I think if you're a Titans fan, you're still kind of optimistic. You don't know what's going to happen with this, the new regime that's there. If you're a Jets fan and you've seen it, like watching this from afar, you have to have PTSD in how Saleh is talking to the media because that guy must have like a motivational quote of the day saying calendar that he just like rips off in case you lose. Okay, I've got, I got what I'm going to say here. Like, he does seem like the guy that's the ultimate moral victories guy.
Right.
And like, you know, this today was actually bigger than just this loss because Tough times don't last. Tough people do. It means— do you like just flash back to some of the— because nobody wins a postgame loss press conference like Robert Saleh.
Oh yeah.
I just said it to Max. I was like, Robert Saleh is a big moral victory guy.
Oh, but he's actually said no. He said no, there are no more victories.
He's doing this.
He got out ahead of it.
He had one last week. He said, when you're a loser, you lose. That was his—
That's a good point.
That's a great one. He's doing the 60% shirts.
Oh, yeah.
Because like you get 60%, there's still 60% left in you when you think that you're finished, right? You think that you've spent it all, you got no more energy. But data actually shows that the average human has 60% left.
Nope.
Which I don't—
That'd be like another like 90 seconds.
What kind of data is—
I do not have that. When I'm finished, I do not have another 90 seconds.
Turns out you can keep going. Nope, it's already soft, Bob. Oh yeah, he does. I feel like Jets fans watch what he's saying to like in postgame press conferences. They're like, this fucking guy. Yeah, because he does. He does kind of fire you up a little bit in a postgame like press conference after a loss.
His head's really shiny too. Very shiny. Yeah, he should probably get a little like de-shine.
Maybe get—
what if Robert Saleh like got the matte helmet on his head instead. Matte bald instead of shiny bald. Yeah, that could be a little bit better.
Just like spray paint it with the—
Yeah, same color. Yeah, not a— no, no, not even a different color, but just, you know, the matte finish instead of the shiny finish.
Oh, powdery.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like whenever a team wears matte helmets, I'm like, that's pretty badass versus the shiny helmets. Just a thought. Can you go matte bald?
I think you probably can. You just have to powder it up. I think he's just got to powder up.
Did you guys see the— did you guys see the Kent State coach?
The—
so there was a tweet that's just living rent-free in my head. Someone said the Kent State coach looks like Matt Damon is playing a movie about Brian Daboll. And I just can't— that's the Kent State coach.
Yeah.
Have you seen him?
Yeah.
He looks exactly like Matt Damon.
He looks like Matt Damon singing Scotty Doesn't Know.
Yeah. Yep.
It's fucked me up. I don't know why I thought it. Well, I thought of it because of bald and also Brian Daboll's the offensive coordinator for the Titans. So that's why I thought of it.
Max, is Coach Sirianni okay?
Yes.
He had to get a postgame IV.
Oh. Oh, 150 degrees. It was hot.
Yeah.
Sounds like he gave 100%. Sounds like Robert Saleh is wrong.
I think Sirianni might have had 61% left.
I thought you were at 100%.
What?
I don't know if I'm sick or if you're sick. I thought you were asking if he was on the hot seat after winning the first 2 games.
Was literally, quite literally, a very hot field.
But not, not covering either of them.
Correct. Not even really close to covering.
No, no.
Bad team against the spread right now.
Whose lines anyway for Monday?
Oh, that's tough.
I don't think they're going to—
you got to—
it's up.
Oh, OK, then it's probably Eagles.
No, no, no, no.
Dude, you're home. Caleb Williams isn't playing.
I'm gonna say Bears minus—
Forget about that part.
Minus 1.5.
You're insane.
All right, I'm gonna say Eagles minus 3.
I think it's Eagles 3.5.
It's Eagles 4.5.
Yeah.
What are you—
dude, Caleb Williams isn't playing.
Max not locked in.
No, not locked in at all. What are you doing, Max?
They value home teams in the NFL. He—
our starting quarterback is hurt.
But Tyson Bagent's pretty good.
He—
Caleb Williams—
And we've looked like shit.
Based on what? How much of Tyson Bagent have you watched?
The 2 teams that the Eagles have beat by 2 points have gotten their shit kicked in the other 2 games.
You played a good Titans team.
Very good.
Really good Titans team.
Like, this is a team that they're, they're gonna be hanging around come January.
I'm gonna bet the Bears. I'm gonna believe in Tyson Bagent. But like, that does matter when you factor in a line, Max.
I, I guess. I don't think that much.
You guys, the Bears is a favorite? Yes, actually, that much.
I think it was a 7-point swing. I think you guys would have been 3-point favorites.
I don't think we would have been 3-point favorites. I think it would have been like—
You don't think the Bears would have been 3-point favorites at home on that game?
No, no.
I think maybe 1.5.
Maybe.
Yeah, maybe. People would have gobbled up— I mean, you have the better defense by far.
But yeah, but is Barkley okay?
I think, I think he's gonna be— they said they're not too worried about it.
Max, a sneaky thing, Max thinks the Eagles stink.
I do kind of think that they stink.
He's, he's not getting into it, but he does. He thinks they stink.
I think the offensive line sucks.
stinks. And like, I, I'm, I'm not used to, used to having it stink. We can't run the football. We couldn't run the football against the fucking Titans.
Yeah.
Today, what jumped out to me was that they— say what you want about the Eagles, they have some dumb, dumb play calls sometimes. But usually when they're executing those dumbass play calls, your offensive line is still manhandling the defense.
Yeah.
And just punching them in the face. And I have not seen that too much from the Eagles.
No, no, not at all. And we have— we've played 2 bad defenses.
How's— is Dallas Goedert out for a while? He got hurt, right?
Yeah, I don't know. I don't know. It's hard. It's hard when you're— when you're watching these games on the 2nd and 3rd TVs because you don't get audio.
I know we need to—
So it like takes a while to even like get that information.
I was thinking about it. Wouldn't be conducive to the stream and the watchability. But if we were just like the UN and we all had our own headphones.
I thought about that too. I was thinking about that while I was watching that game today.
I was like, I kind of want to just get an AirPod and just have one, just one AirPod that like you can put in. No way you can have a conversation.
But like, but there's times where you need it.
I know, I agree.
But like most of the time you keep it out, but it's like, okay, I need to lock in here. Let me, let me get these AirPods.
But I think if you just had one in and it's like that happens at sports bars all the time, each table can turn the audio to whatever they want.
All right, maybe we gotta try it. Yeah, because today we had sound on one of the worst games to watch. That game sucked. Patriots 20, Steelers 3.
Trash.
Uh, Hank?
Good win. Good win.
What do you mean good?
Any win is a good win, and this was one of those wins.
One of those— one of them wins. The Steelers are the exact same team. Maybe actually not. Maybe worse. That offense is so, so bad. And it's not taking anything away from the Patriots defense, which is good. Christian Gonzalez is a beast. The Steelers offense is pathetic.
DK Metcalf, friend of the program.
Bad.
And a lot of like, oh, DK Metcalf and Aaron Rodgers are like best friends. This is going to go so well. OTA is horrible.
9 targets, 4 catches, 27 yards. Wide receiver 1. And that's wide receiver 3 shit.
It was ugly. It would— they— there were drops aplenty. Looking back on it, the whole— like, DK probably doesn't believe in any of the Antarctica shit. No, he's probably just like, you know, trying to find something in common.
Correct.
With Aaron, be like, hey, maybe we can bond over aliens. He's not— DK looks like a complete shell of himself right now. I don't know if it's just the uniform that he's got on, if it's the offense that he's in, but like, you didn't— you didn't see DK making egregious drops like this multiple times a game.
The Pittsburgh Steelers. have now gone 69 straight regular season games where they have not scored more than 7 points in opening quarter. Yeah, 69 straight regular season games without scoring more than 7 points in opening quarter. We're through 2 weeks in the NFL season. Obviously, it's a long season. But as of right now, that's got—
is that Roethlisberger still?
No, I know 69 is what? So there's 17 games a season. It's quick math. Come on, someone.
Guessing Zach.
Zach, give us the math.
If we're doing 69 divided by 17, that's going to be round up to 20. 69, that's 70. 20 goes into 70 3 times, 3.5, 4.5 seasons.
Okay. 4.5 seasons.
Yeah.
Yeah. They are through 2 weeks of the season. The Pittsburgh Steelers offense has 1 touchdown. TJ Watt has 1 touchdown. It's so bad. And Aaron Rodgers is— it's over. I mean, that, that, that sack should— he should have just questioned everything. That was not only one of the hardest hits, but then the fumble was one of the funniest fumbles we've seen in a long time.
Yeah.
It just kept on bouncing.
Yeah. And both teams had their chance to pick it up. I was hoping it would keep going. I wanted to go, go out the back of the end zone, have everybody get a touch on it. There was also a sack.
5 players got injured on that too.
Yeah. Bodies everywhere. Yeah, there was one other sack that he had at the end of the game that I watched, and I just— I felt kind of uncomfortable watching it because he does look old.
That was the fumble 6.
And he's like, he's running away and he like kind of tosses the ball out.
Yeah.
Like, it's like, here, you take it. Like he's an old person getting robbed. He's like, yeah, take my wallet. You know, like just throws the ball away. Maybe they'll stop chasing me if I don't have this anymore. It's kind of sad to watch.
It was sad to watch. Let's do a name that— name who said that quote. It's a game we play. Who said that? Who said that? You ready for this quote? Offense needs to be better. Mike McCarthy needs to be better.
Mike McCarthy.
Yes.
Yeah.
I like that he's already doing the third person.
Yeah, it's tough.
Mike McCarthy needs to be better, said Mike McCarthy.
Big Mike.
How are you feeling overall, Hank? Because that wasn't the best. Drake Maye did have If you're going off of week 1 when he had a bunch of guys still running and he didn't push the ball downfield, they did take shots today. And it was basically that was the offense. It was like no down-to-down continuity, but there were the big shot plays that got them down the field.
Yeah, there was one bad interception where he hit like he had like checkdowns and guys open, people still running that he probably could have hit and just underthrew. He's got interception.
He hates Matt Collins.
The knock, the knock on Drake Maye last year was he didn't beat playoff teams. They beat a playoff team today, didn't convert on 3rd and 6.
Oh, that's true. Had a huge, had a huge 3rd and 6 conversion today.
So that's like how I'm taking away. It's like the 2 main things that we focused on on this show last year was like the schedule, didn't beat any playoff teams and 3rd and 6. And he showed today that he can do both those things. Without AJ Brown, obviously the offensive line injury is bad. He's going to be out for the year.
But yeah, the Amon-Ra St. Brown was like sideways.
Yeah.
He broke his ankle. Yeah.
It's pretty bad.
Yeah.
No, you're right. I like that you had to remind us that the Steelers were technically a playoff team.
Yeah. I did a double check. Yeah. But you're right. I was like, oh yeah, they are.
You're right. It's a correct stat. And The 3rd and 6 is great.
It was awesome.
Great completion across the middle. Tough throw. Driving the ball downfield. Rhamondre had a great run. Or sorry, sorry, no, Trevion.
Trevion had a great run. Rhamondre, doghouse again.
Doghouse.
It was, it was, that was like a déjà vu moment where I was playing the Steelers, fumble early in the game.
Doghouse.
Doghouse.
Yeah. You guys basically just have to kind of hope the defense can step up a little bit because the offense is going to look a lot different when AJ gets back.
Yeah, Romeo Doubs had some, had some good plays, had some flashes. That was kind of what I was looking for going into this game. And then, and now we got the Jags. Jags, it's going to be a battle. It's going to be a war.
Yeah. Yeah. Jags off a loss. Motivated.
Yeah.
A lot of people were upset that Max ruined the, the he's still running in the moment.
Yeah.
I don't know. Why are you giving, just saying that, that, that was me?
You, you, you kept—
Big Cat is the one who brought, who said it.
You, you, you—
well, I figured out right away that it was someone's voice.
You did not know.
Correct.
But you kept saying to turn the voice off, so I texted you and said, this is PFT's voice.
Right, but you texted me in the middle of the show.
Correct, and I would have said it out loud. I texted you for it not to be said, and PFT keeps saying, Max ruined it, Max ruined it. I'm willing to take blame.
I also think that—
You keep saying both of us. It is Big Cat and Max ruined it. Why do you keep saying Max?
If you just let— if Max had said nothing about it, Hank would still be going right now.
No, but he kept saying turn the audio off.
That's true.
But I also texted him and said—
Hank would still be running.
Wait, but hold on. I do think it was better that we found— Hank found out on the show.
I also agree with that too.
But a million people would have texted, tweeted Hank being like, that's clearly— there's 10 guys on the field. And it's—
There were a lot of people that didn't understand the bit that did say there's 10 players on the field.
Yeah.
Like, people would have been tagging Hank nonstop.
I just—
and then we wouldn't have— he would have found out by himself.
Yeah.
And then he would have come back being like, that was stupid.
It just would have been so good to move on right when Hank said, yeah, it's 11 guys on the field.
Yeah.
I don't know what to look at.
That would have been— that line was so funny.
Awesome.
Yeah.
But yeah, I mean, Max really throwing me under the bus.
Yeah.
Well, he keeps throwing me under the bus.
Yeah. Deservedly so.
I knew that.
You still have not admitted that you can't.
Well, you texted me on the air. You did say it. You texted me and I read it out loud.
If it wasn't for Max, I would not have— I would not have figured it out.
Yes. Yeah, actually, I wouldn't have either. I would have just said, okay, that voice is really annoying.
Yeah.
That's true. I would have just said the voice was annoying. I know you were on your— if you're on your honeymoon, we— I would have just been like, that voice is really annoying. And then PFT would have told me after the show, hey, that was me. And I'd be like, oh.
Lighthouse formation also was watching— watching it back was— was—
it's a little—
that was funny.
Yeah. But I— Easter egg there.
Lighthouse formation.
We'll have to figure out something new. New wrinkle to it. That's what makes football season fun.
Yeah. I still run.
What?
What? No, you can't.
What?
No, we're good.
We're going to get to it.
I was ready to, like, you know, do something, do something. But now it's not— you kind of ruined it. I— Jane Daniels ruined it.
Ruined what?
I was going to, like, try and do my own film breakdown this week, but now I can't.
But you have one that we'll get to.
I still want to do film breakdown. I said I was doing film breakdowns before that came out last week.
Yeah. So you also said you're going to play the harmonica.
I'm—
that's so—
no, I'm not doing film breakdown. I bought the All-22. Yeah.
Yeah. You can do film break—
do a, do a Jaden film breakdown, but it's going to be like elbow breakdown. Oh, it's broken.
It's actually not.
That's it.
It's not broken.
It's dislocated.
Yeah.
No fracture.
It turns out the All-22 doesn't come out right away. I went— I sat down ready to get in the lab.
Yeah.
Well, couldn't get in the lab.
If you're, if you're Glenn, if you're Glenn Tape Watch, You got people at the league that send you—
He's still running.
You got it.
You got early, you got early film.
They sent Glenn some individual plays almost right, pretty much before they even happened.
I would, I would buy a shirt that just said he's still running.
He's still running.
I don't hate it.
There were so many times that I was watching the ball this weekend. I was just like, he's still running.
Yeah. Same. When Drake Maye threw the interception.
Yeah.
You were out of the room, but I was like, if he gives a little air on that, he's still running. It's a great catchphrase.
Yeah. Forrest Gump.
I'm done. I'm done with the Steelers, by the way. I just, I can't watch this team. This team, it's just brutal. I feel bad. They're in like— Steelers fans are in football purgatory right now. They're not in hell. Hell would be just losing all their games and then like getting on the other side and getting a draft pick. They're just in purgatory where they're— they have good players, but they're either a combination of old or they're all on the defense. And it's just brutal to watch. And like, what would inspire you to want to watch the Steelers play football? I don't know.
There's— they're in such purgatory that they have— they do have like brief glimpses of what it would be like if they weren't in purgatory, where they'll go to like a backup quarterback. Like you'll have your Mason Rudolph game and people get excited about it and you're like, oh no, this is hell.
Yeah.
Like they step out of purgatory every now and again and they get to experience hell. So they're almost more than happy to go back to purgatory.
Right. And if you're going like data points, The Falcons could be one of the worst teams in the league.
Yep.
And that was their win in week 1. And it's not like they blew them out.
Yeah.
So my only other note on this game was J.J. Watt did a really good job in the booth. Hot seat, Tony Romo borderline.
Well, I don't think it's borderline. I think it's— I think his seat is scalding hot.
I would have been not getting a job. So mad if the Steelers— like if the game was closer and the Steelers were winning, like it was bothering me. Like, that should be illegal.
What, for him to call his brother's game?
Yeah. Like, it didn't matter because the Patriots won that game handily, and it would have been completely like— it would have just been like fan anger. But it would— I would have been mad if like the game was close and TJ Watt did something, and then it was like JJ Watt like gassing up his brother. That would have bothered me. Big cap.
What about if Tom Brady calls a Patriots game?
It's not Tom Brady. It's not family. Yeah.
Yeah.
OK. Yeah.
He doesn't have a dog in the fight.
And I did.
And I would, I would love that.
Did say shit. He also said piss missile.
I don't want to talk about it.
Just awesome.
I got shit and pissed on by Tom, but I would love it if he called the Patriots game.
But yeah, it's not the same because he like, OK, kind of doesn't like Drake Maye.
Now Raiders on the other hand, not to talk about it.
Yeah, Raiders.
Fuck that. You wouldn't, you would not. I like that, Hank. You're all about fair and balanced.
What did he say?
Yeah, it's not even—
it's not fair and balanced.
It's not fair and balanced. No, it's just like—
No, he did a good job not talking about him like he was his brother. Hank's just saying if they lost, he would have then got retroactively mad at JJ Watt for nothing that he did.
Yes.
Just the fact that he was there.
It happened early on when like—
yeah, he did get mad early, but the game was close early. This should be illegal.
Yes. If the game had gotten closer and like TJ Watt probably would have had a huge impact at the end, like I would have been upset and I would have probably taken—
Lashed out on JJ. Yes.
Yeah.
But not for any reason. JJ did a good job. He didn't make it feel like this is my brother I'm talking about.
Correct.
You just would have been irrationally angry and been like, JJ.
Yes.
And so for the sake of other NFL fans, you're trying to just save JJ from JJ. Yes.
Okay.
You want him to have this job.
And also at this point, like, I don't think the Steelers should be getting any more marquee A-team games.
I agree with that.
Yeah.
I think there should be some teams that we should come together about and say no, no A-team, no standalone. Oh, and speaking of, yeah, we have a real problem, America.
We have a real problem. The Panthers 34, Falcons 3. The Atlanta Falcons I'm not going to say they're the worst team in the NFL because the Miami Dolphins are, but they're the second worst and they're going to be on the next 3 weeks in primetime. Thursday Night Football coming up. Who's, who do they have after that? They have Monday Night or Sunday Night Football, I believe.
I believe it's, I think it's Monday and then Sunday.
Yes.
Yeah. Thursday, Monday, Sunday.
Is it a double Monday maybe?
Oh, no, I don't think we, I think they got rid of double Monday.
What?
I know.
Yeah, double Monday's gone.
Double Monday's gone.
Shuck's playing in that game.
We should, we should bring back double Monday night.
Massive Shuck ladder game.
If the Falcons are playing, bring back double Monday night games, please.
We're going to try to steal the moon like the, like the Minions movie. We're going to take the moon because of Shuck ladders. But yes, Panthers 34, Falcons 3. The Falcons are— I don't know what Kevin Stefanski did in his past life to deserve this.
I think he might like it.
It's— I—
there's no way he likes what's going on now. So last year he got to his 4th quarterback in 11 weeks. Bad. Still bad because you don't want to be on your 4th quarterback. This year he got to his 4th quarterback in the 2nd week. We saw Jack Strand because Hank's favorite quarterback, Cooper Rush, Was basically like the worst quarterback ever. He got in the game.
He—
2 of his first 5 snaps were turnovers. 10 for 17, 86 yards, 2 interceptions. I've— the Falcons are so bad. They're so, so bad. They're just a brutal watch. I don't know what else to say.
Yeah, very, very much a bummer. Um, the only good thing I'll say is if you are a, uh, what do we call it, the Strand Boys?
Uh, I think we've been working on like, we're gonna get stranded. We're getting stranded.
Yeah, yeah.
Strandwagon's also good.
Strandwagon's good. All aboard.
Really good.
The Standard is the standard.
Yeah.
If you're trying to get a Strand job.
Yeah. The E Street Strand.
Yeah. If you're Kevin Stefanski in the E Street Strand, if you're all about Jack Strand, which I think we are.
Oh yeah.
Say we'll never hear from him again, by the way. Yeah, we are.
No, because you haven't heard the stat.
No, I just know Michael Penix has to— I think Kevin's going to be like, For America's sake, we have to do something before this Thursday Night Football.
Let me tell you this. Jack Strand, if you're a nonbeliever before, listen. First pass, pick 6. Okay. He becomes the 4th quarterback in the history of the NFL where their first pass is a pick 6. The other 3 quarterbacks, Sam Darnold, Brett Favre, Jameis Winston.
Wait, I thought Brett Favre's first pass in the NFL was a completion to himself.
His first pass?
Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure his first pass was famously a completion to himself. But yeah, yeah, I guess the stat that I saw was those 3. Okay.
Were the only 3 others in the history of the NFL, which would be—
Oh no, it was. All right. So I guess it wasn't a pass to himself, which would be— for some reason I thought it was a pass to himself.
An amazing company for Jack Strand to belong to.
Yes.
So let's not give up on Jack Strand just yet.
I might give up on Jack Strand.
I'm not willing to do it. I'm willing to—
You guys need to talk me off the ledge.
You need to give me at least one, one primetime game.
I'm standing all alone at the, at the edge of, of the earth right now.
That pick wasn't his fault.
That pick was not his fault. You're right.
Correct.
That's a fact.
That's all I got.
We should talk about the Panthers because the Panthers played really, really well and Bryce Young is awesome right now. He had 287 yards, 3 touchdowns. He also has like real weapons. Tett was sick, like the deep balls to Tett. Jalen Coker's awesome.
Legette.
Darren Waller, I feel like, has retired like 7 times, and every time he'll just come back and catch 2 touchdowns out of nowhere. It just keeps happening where it's like, oh yeah, Darren Waller isn't retired. 2 touchdowns.
That's a, uh, same face, new place. That last week against the Bears, I was shocked. Yeah. When they said that he was on the Panthers. Are the Panthers, are the Panthers sneaky good or did they play the Falcons offensive juggernauts?
Yeah.
I mean, they played against 2 bad— although the Falcons defense— no, they played the Steelers offense. So they look good because of the Steelers offense. What?
Steelers might have the worst offense.
Yeah, no, they do.
They absolutely do. I just know that Bryce Young looks good. And the Panthers, for the first time since September 23rd, 2021, that's almost 5 years, closed as a favorite and won the game and covered. Well, they'd have to, they'd have to win and cover.
You get it.
Yeah.
Their own 12 straight up and against the spread over that time period.
They did it.
They won as a favorite.
They finally managed expectations.
Yes. Yeah. I mean, they kicked the shit out of them, which it's like, uh, what you were saying last week, Memes, with the levels games. Levels games are important. Like, the, the Panthers might not be a world beater, but they're a lot better than the Atlanta Falcons as currently stated. I don't know. I do think the Falcons, if they get just any other quarterback, they'll, they'll definitely look a lot better because they have all the weapons. But man, is it a tough watch.
So the Falcons fans were booing their offense in the first quarter, like halfway through the first quarter.
Rightfully so.
Very much rightfully so. I just don't remember the last time that Falcons fans have booed their own team. They don't strike me as a, like a boo your own team crowd.
Yeah.
But I like it.
Yeah.
They're, I mean, they're a bad team, man.
Whew.
Because they've had some stinkers.
They're a bad team. Really, really bad. I feel bad for Kevin Stefanski. It's, it's, it's a, it's a, it's a tough, it's a tough go. They're a tough watch.
I'm concerned why it took Stefanski 3 quarters to bench Cooper Rush. Uh, is he just hoping that things— that, yeah, that Cooper Rush got better?
I don't know.
They—
the Falcons are the first team since 2008 Rams to have no red zone plays in first 2 games of the season. That's, that's really hard to do.
It's so tough.
To not even get like, just stumble into the red zone once. That's, that's incredible.
I hope that Michael Penix is, is healthy because if he's not, they're going to be putting so much pressure on him to say that he's healthy.
Yes.
Oh yeah. He's going to have to play and it's going to be—
Stefanski is like knocking on his door a few times a day at the facility and just being like, hey, how you feeling?
Yeah.
Can I get you anything?
Yeah.
It's— they're— they have 5 turnovers through 2 games, pick 6 for 2 straight weeks, not a single play in the red zone. Next 2 games on the road, next 3 games in primetime. Yikes, yikes, yikes, yikes. That is your Atlanta Falcons. Oh, Colts gonna maybe— oh my God.
I think he was down.
I think he was down.
Oh my God.
I think he was down.
This is crazy.
Body language, he's acting like that was a fumble.
I think he was—
I think that was a—
how? Touched.
Touched.
All right, all right.
Not—
wait, was he touched before he went down? I think he may have been touched before.
That's a fumble.
Somebody might have grazed him.
But did he have the ball?
He's touched.
No, no, but he didn't have the ball. He didn't have the ball.
Possession up.
This is great. This is great.
This is great podcasting.
Somebody give us a breakdown. Mike Pereira, go.
Let's get Butterworth on the line.
Oh, man. That is the Chiefs, man. This is what they do. I don't know.
Maybe.
All right.
Do you have their touch? Does he have possession?
Possession.
He's being touched. He has possession. Kind of.
PFT, do a couple. Do a couple.
The kind of was not Oh man. Oh man.
Do a couple ads, PFT, while we, while we wait for the call here.
I'm doing a couple ads while we wait for the call on Sunday Night Football. And this is part of my take and it's brought to you by some of our very, very good friends. What, Hank?

Okay, we're back. We still have a review. I don't know what— I don't know what's gonna happen. What do you guys think?
I think, unfortunately, that's gonna be Chiefs ballgame.
I think that's gonna be game over.
Laquan Treadwell still in the league.
Yeah.
Yep. Good for him.
Yeah. Good point, memes. Positive.
I'm going to go with down.
Yeah.
It was down. Down. How down? Although how down is down?
Who's down?
I think he could have been down.
I think if this was a Chiefs player, he'd be down. But it is the Chiefs.
Oh, Chiefs is the Chiefs.
The Chiefs are the Chiefs. Damn.
I think that they might If it was the Chiefs, they would break out some rule we have never heard of before.
Player was— they're announcing it down by contact, please. Oh, it looks like they're not celebrating.
Call reversed.
Call reversed. Colts still alive.
First down.
First down.
Okay.
And we play on and we play on. Okay. Where are we? Oh, Browns 29, Bucs 19, or 26, Bucs 19. Zach.
Yeah, you go into a game like this, you just think, hey, season or home opener, Browns, things are going to go great. And then things just don't go good. They continue to not go good. And then when you get beat by Deshaun Watson and the Browns.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
First in the Todd Bowl. It's the first matchup of 2 teams whose head coaches are both named Todd in NFL history. And they're both Todd Roberts. Oh, both have the same middle name.
Yeah.
I said it at the start of the show, Zach, and it was like half tongue in cheek. You know, my quarterback got injured. PFT's quarterback got injured, but neither of us lost to Deshaun Watson and the Browns.
I, you know, it didn't look good. It didn't look good at all. It felt like a lot of the passes were behind the line of scrimmage, and the passes that were above the line of scrimmage were just way out of reach for guys to catch. Yeah, there's one silver lining, you know, Bucky Irvin did his thing. He's a dog.
Bucky Irvin was really so good. But they also— this also was a crazy game because it took 5 hours and 15 minutes to play the whole game because there was a 2-hour delay, and it, it just was brutal. So if you're a Bucs fan, to have to wait all that time than to come back and lose. And I thought like the live line had the Bucs as favorites. They were in the better position. They had 2nd and 4 on the 26 with 2 minutes left. You should be able to score from there.
How do you come out of that rain delay? Just not a single duck in a row. You just come out sloppy. It was— it made no sense.
Yeah. They were in disarray. And I think that, yeah, it is tough because you go into that rain delay and you're already feeling like you kind of— you're losing the game.
Yeah.
So like you spend that 2 hours Like reading stats about the game, thinking about what's gone wrong so far. So it's like you almost deal with one loss and then you come back out and then you get another loss on top of that. Mm-hmm. So that's a, that's a tough way to, to lose, especially considering it's against the Browns.
It sounded like Todd Monken had the better plan in the rain delay. He said afterwards about the 2-hour lightning delay, we fueled, we hydrated, we played music, we kept the vibe up. We said we were in the driver's seat. And then after the game, he said the Browns are going to Browns. F that.
Wait, did he say F that or fuck that?
I don't know if he said— I think he said F that.
All right. All right, Todd.
Todd's feeling himself.
I see you, Todd.
Todd's feeling it. I mean, listen, first win for Todd, Todd Monken in the NFL as a head coach. He said everyone gets a game ball. I don't care what it costs. Kellen Moore, you've been put on notice. That's pretty cool. Everyone gets a game ball. Also, Maybe the Browns found something. Have the entire media, Cleveland media and everyone in the NFL leak that Deshaun Watson is about to lose his job. And then you get a decent Deshaun Watson because he wasn't that bad today.
Well, I mean, he had about half of what the expectation is for Deshaun Watson. He had 238 yards passing and 2 touchdowns.
Correct.
So they put his job on the hot seat. Like all these reports came out before, like they're going to evaluate after these games.
games.
Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, good game for Deshaun. Maybe like a 5-dimensional chess move by Todd Monken. There was one point in the game I still need to try to find the, the footage of this. But the announcer said Todd Monken has dropped to his knees on the sidelines in despair about something.
It was the 4th quarter. They had— they only had 2 timeouts left and they called one of them. Yeah, like 8 minutes to go. And they were either down a little bit or up a little bit. But they had to call the timeout.
I need to see Todd Monken dropping to his knees in despair on the sidelines.
Todd Monken has fallen.
He has fallen, sir. Um, do you think— did the Browns make the right decision trading for Deshaun, getting rid of Baker?
So far in this game, yes. Week 2 of the 2026 season, yes.
Yeah, it's time to ask the question. Yeah, should they extend Deshaun?
Imagine.
What are the boys laughing about in the booth?
Meme just screamed, it smells like pussy in here, when he— when the Colts decided to not go for it on 4th down.
Oh, all right.
So that's what we were laughing at.
We're podcasting over here.
Tell him.
You should turn on your mic when you have to say it. All right, we're going to maybe have a tie. 3 minutes left for the Chiefs.
We deserve a tie.
That'd be fun. Chiefs are going to win with Harrison Butker field goal.
And Todd Bowles said after the game, nobody is coming to save us. OK, not really that motivational of a message, I think, to send to your team.
Sounds like he's stranded.
Yeah.
Sounds like he's looking for a new quarter.
He might. He might be looking to get stranded.
Yes.
Yes. No one's coming to save us.
Like, that's not— if you're, if you're a Buck and that's, that's Todd's message to you after the game, Yeah, that's— you're not looking forward to come to work on Monday.
Incredibly uninspirational.
Yeah, it was. Yeah, no, Deshaun outplayed Baker today. Baker had a bad day. I don't know. The offensive line for the Bucs was supposed to be the strength and it doesn't look that way. I don't also— I mean, this is why I said when we finished last season, it's like, how do you bring Todd Bowles back? It feels like you're back. The Bucs have Since week 8 of last season, when I think they started like 6-1 or something like that, they, they've gone 3-10. 3-10 since week 8 of last season. The only teams with the worst record are the Titans, Commanders, and Cardinals.
Yeah.
So they've also lost 11 straight against the spread. That's hard to do. They make the spread. So it's like, you know, it's, it should be, you should be about .500 against the spread. 11 straight against the spread.
I was shocked when I saw that 3-10 stat, but it does also kind of remind you how hot the Bucs were at the start of last year. Yeah, they were really— but this may be like a really good team in terms of closing out tough games.
But if a coach goes 3-8 to end the season and it's his 3rd year and like you have the best roster in the NFC South, you'd think you wouldn't bring him back. They brought him back and now you start 0-2. Seems like we're just doing it again.
Because we are.
That's right.
Like, it's literally what they're doing. Zach, this is a tough one to get over, I think, for you.
Yeah, it wasn't a fun watch whatsoever. I know like on paper it looks like Deshaun like cut us up a little bit, but like a lot of those yards are just like after the catch and we're just like missing routine tackles and they're getting by like 2, 3 guys that like should have— I don't know, it was a lot of yards out there that shouldn't happen because the defense is playing sloppy as well. At one point, Baker left the huddle, he's holding his lower back. That made me a little nervous. I'm not sure what that is, but yeah, we go from here. I'm not gonna It's week 2. So Taboles is the coach. I want him to do as good as he possibly can, you know what I mean? But it doesn't— it just feels like Groundhog's Day a little bit.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Doesn't feel good.
Also, Dom, I didn't see Dom for 6 hours and then he just turns the corner with—
It was pretty loud.
With a dog bone necklace on.
Yeah.
What are we—
He keeps talking about his lucky dog bone necklace. You can't have any lucky anything if you're a Browns fan. There can't be like, oh, every time I bring out the lucky dog bone. That doesn't make any sense.
Yeah. The only, I guess, what would it— what would it work when you beat the Steelers in the playoffs at one time?
Yeah.
But then what, where, where's it been? He's worn it many weeks.
If you have anything that's lucky, it's, it's long since crossed over and become unlucky from the times that you've had to wear it.
Yeah. You look at the expiration date on that lucky and it's, it's long since gone.
It would have been buried in the backyard several, several years ago and dug up today.
Yeah. Then it might be lucky if it was a new thing. But yeah, the lucky dog bone. I don't, I don't understand that. But good for the Browns. I'm— listen, Browns fans are diehards and they deserve a win and something nice, especially this early in the season. You're 1-1 now. Who do you got? Oh, this. Now I'm actually nervous about this. So Dude Wipes did a promo where next week, if they beat the Panthers by 22 or more, they're giving out— or do they not play the Panthers next week?
They do.
They do.
The Browns, Max, you're not locked in. Max just looked up the Buccaneers.
High noon on Fox.
If they beat them by 22 or more, Dude Wipes is giving someone $50,000. And I said to PFT, should we match? Browns might be good. I think we should be scared to match.
I think we should match. And I'm going to throw in a new toilet as well.
Okay.
I'll buy a Browns fan a toilet.
Let's go 23 or more so that way we can— we're not just totally taking their—
It's like a Browns ladder. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
23 or more Browns beat— if the Browns beat the Panthers by 23 or more, PFT and I will find one lucky Browns AWL and give them $50,000 total.
And a toilet.
And a toilet.
Yeah.
2 toilets.
Do you match?
Yeah, I'll match your toilet.
That's huge.
Yep.
I don't think anyone's—
we'll have to make Shane make a graphic for it. It's gonna be a big game.
No one's ever won 2 toilets before, I don't think.
$50,000 and 2 toilets. That's pretty fucking huge. 23 points or more.
Yeah. There's no way. There's no way.
This is gonna be a hell of a gambling cave if they're up like 17 late.
I mean, Deshaun didn't look bad today.
No. No.
And there were even some drops that got left on the field.
Yeah. Denzel Boston, did you see his quote about his big, uh, his big catch and run? He said— wait, wait, I gotta find it. It was, it was, uh, a very funny, uh, he said, after I spun out, I see green grass, I'm to the house, I'm to the Baja. I don't know. Yeah, okay. But that's what he was thinking when he was running.
The bottom?
I'm to the Baja.
I'm to the bottom.
I don't know.
To the Baja. Okay, the Chiefs and Colts, by the way, are in overtime with 2 minutes left, tied 30 to 30. So it feels like the Chiefs need like 15 more yards.
Harrison Butker is going to kick a 50—
tie would be sick—
4-yarder for the win.
Tie would be sick.
I've seen this game so many times.
By the way, hand up on this show. Remember last week, did we not do who's going to win a game first? The Dolphins or the Browns. Yeah, we were very wrong. Very, very wrong. Browns, not the worst team in the NFL. They're not even bottom 2.
I think they're—
I mean, power rankings-wise, the Bucs have to be worse.
Yeah, 0-2.
Yeah, the Dolphins are worse. The Titans are worse. Chargers are worse.
Yeah.
Yeah, worse.
Zach, are you—
is season over or are you I was there a little bit ago. I was thinking that, like, hey, let's just move on, you know. Let's just go to Nick Sixers' opener. But now I— that's the only— so that's the thing. It's like our division is so bad that every year you think somebody's got to win it. Why not us?
Right. It's— no one's 2-0.
No, it's just I think Panthers have a win, Saints have a win, and it's completely open still. So I'm not— I'm not out of it whatsoever. We go to Vikings next week. Football starts week 3. We go from there.
Okay.
Okay.
Football starts week 3. You're still gonna go to war with Todd Bowles.
Have to.
Who do you want to play with the Vikings? Do you want to play against Kyler or do you want to try your luck with Wentz? Wentz-a-soda.
I would like to play Kyler.
Kenneth Walker is so fucking good, dude.
Chiefs is the Chiefs.
The Chiefs is the Chiefs. Colts gonna cover though. Well, yeah, I shouldn't have said that. Maybe those famous last words. Famous last words.
Had enough.
We'll talk college football on Wednesday. But I was on the wrong side of NC State and I was paralyzed for about an hour.
Shocking.
Just sitting in just silence. And then I had UNC-Clemson right after and I said, what am I doing? Why am I doing this? It was quite something. Just sitting there on my couch, not speaking. Okay, uh, afternoon games. Broncos 20, Jaguars 13. Broncos are back. That looked in the first half like the Broncos season was going to be over because we had the Jaguars come out, look good, looked like they hadn't changed anything, like, you know, from last week and the way they ended last season. Then, uh, and we also had a really bad Bo Nix interception at the end of the second quarter really bad. But the Broncos defense showed up in the second half. Bo Nix started finding Jaylen Waddle. He found him in the first half as well. And I see the vision. I see the vision with Jaylen Waddle. He was explosive. It was cool to see. The Broncos defense played really well in the sec— especially in the second half. That Riley Moss interception kind of changed the whole flow of the game. Then they were pinning their ears back. They were getting to Trevor Lawrence. Broncos not as bad as they looked week 1.
That was A dogshit interception, that Trevor Lawrence.
Oh yeah.
3rd and 6, tough down to throw on. We all know that. But it was just— it was a terrible decision. It was like very clearly that Riley Moss had the inside position. Don't know why he threw that. He described it as a very bad interception. And it was kind of like a little bit of the Broncos that we saw last year. It's nice to be like, okay, maybe that wasn't a complete mirage from last season. Yeah, it did to me going into— I said this on Friday's show, but But it did feel like the, the Jaguars, like they could not be any higher than they were. And then the Broncos, public Monday Night Football in front of the entire world, ugly loss, looked like the worst possible team, that possible iteration of themselves that they have been for the last 2 seasons. So it was nice to see that the Broncos still have some of that shit in them from last year.
Yes. Yes, I'd agree that in their defense, especially in the second half, looked like that. where they were harassing Trevor Lawrence, getting him off his spot. We did have, uh, a couple funny things happen in this game. Liam Cohen got an unsportsmanlike penalty, which after a, uh, Travis Hunter pass interference— that was funny. I, I watched the replay. I think he just said, what the fuck is going on here? I don't know why that would be a flag, uh, but that, that kind of sucked for Liam Cohen. And we also had, uh, I, I was thinking about it, the Davis Webb offensive coordinator thing with Sean Payton. Sean Payton is actually a genius because you can move Davis Webb upstairs. I forgot about that. He's downstairs right now. Sean Payton actually did give him an attaboy and was like, good job, at the end of the game. They showed that. But there was a moment, uh, Chiefs win 33-30. We'll get to that game at the end. So Davis Webb In the first half, I noticed it. They were cutting to him a lot and like the frustration. It feels like that was a— I'm not saying that Sean Payton told him that, but when you have your offensive coordinator front and center like that being like, this is the guy, this is the problem, this is the problem, this is the problem.
He was on the hot seat. It felt like in the first half, even though the interception was Bonics, not Davis Webb.
Mm-hmm.
Then second half, they found their rhythm and Jalen Waddle looked great. So Davis Webb, he's okay. And Sean Payton, again, smart move to give the actual buffer that you can always move him upstairs as your next course of action, not just fire him and take control.
And then you can move him back.
You can move him back.
You can move him right back down. And that, that might solve some things.
Yes.
Yeah.
I don't know what to make of the Broncos, just like I didn't know too much what to make of them last season. I think they're going to be a team that if they get the breaks go their way, They will be involved in the playoffs, but I don't think that they're— I don't know. I, I still haven't seen any like improvement from them from last year.
I'll say this, Bo Nix winner, like 5th career win when trailing by double digits. He's been in the NFL for 3 years.
That's—
I mean, you're never out of it with Bo Nix. Sometimes he'll put you in that double-digit hole, but he'll also be a part of the reason why you can get out of it. And he threw the ball nicely, like deep. I just— Sean Payton's wife, you had a good fantasy day. Yeah, good job.
Congratulations. Um, yeah, I mean, a lot of the, a lot of the mistakes that have been made, I don't necessarily think that you can point to Davis Webb and say this is his fault. No, I think that it's going to be very convenient that if, if their offense doesn't have a good game, of course one of the first things people are going to say is like, well, you have a Hall of Fame play caller and he's not calling plays.
Correct.
Why?
Correct.
But in reality, sometimes Like, players do stupid shit.
Yeah, Trevor Lawrence had a 19.8 passer rating in the second half, so that tells you what the Broncos defense was able to do and dial up. Uh, do you guys want to do a real quick idiot jazz? Because I, I don't know why this popped in my head, uh, but it did. I think it was because I was just looking back through this game and I was, uh, like, you know, I, I know what changed the game. It was the Riley Moss interception. Uh, Riley Moss might be the 1-1 name in the NFL for could be a hot porn star. Do you guys agree?
Um, so there's not a lot of guy names that could be girl names, right?
Riley Moss. So then I looked at it, the, the Broncos might be the 1-1 team right now in the NFL for hot porn stars because Bo Nix could be a hot porn star too. Riley Moss. I think you'd have to change it to Nicky Bonito, but Nicky Bonito would be like if it was N-I-K-K-I. And then Tyler Batty might just be a hot guy porn star.
Tyler Batty's good.
That's a— they might lead the league in porn stars.
We're saying like Bone.
No, I think Bone X could be a chick's name too.
Packers got a couple.
Packers got— so I looked it up. What about— I went through a couple. Yeah, Jordan Love is a good one.
More.
Skymore, Jordan Love, Basal Tootin. No, I don't think that's—
no. Facial, Facial Tootin.
Yeah, but it's like actual porn star names. Yeah. The, the, the Vikings sneaky have a decent porn star team because they had— I was looking through it. DJ Dallas. Like, this could be guy or girl porn star. DJ Dallas, Cameron, Cameron Dantzler could be a chick. Jordan Addison could be a chick. Dallas Turner could be, I think, both. And then Bo Richter is like a dude with like a 16-inch cock. Yeah, Bo Richter.
Bo Richter is pretty good.
And then I went even deeper again. I'm sorry, this is really stupid that this spent— I spent 15 minutes of my time prepping for games and I went through this. I think the winner, though, would be the 2024 Miami Dolphins because the 2024 Miami Dolphins had Skylar Thompson. That is a hot chick porn star name. Kendall Fuller.
Yeah.
Also hot chick porn star name. Kendall Lamb. Storm Duck, which I don't even know what that would be. River Craycraft.
Storm Duck is a producer.
Yeah. And then David Long would be a dude, but David Long would work.
Yeah. I'm trying to think what else we got. If I had more time, I think I could go historically right now. Ladd McConkey sounds like a Bears guy. Dude porn star.
Bears had a few. Yeah.
Devin Bush. Yeah.
Kyle Minungai.
Skyy Thomas.
Skyy, any Skyy.
Skyy works. Colston Loveland or something.
Yes, that is big time. We should do the all— maybe we do that like Gruden Grinders, but we just do the all porn star team. We should do that. We should actually do that. Yeah, the, the, the one that I think also part of why I, uh, was thinking this with Riley Moss is that the Broncos did have a classic could be a hot porn star in Ashley Lee. Remember him?
Yep.
Ashley Lee was a hot— that's a hot girl name.
Mm-hmm.
Every time I saw Ashley Lee, I was like, that should be a hot chick. Yeah, maybe we'll do this.
Is he the only Ashley to play? I think he might be.
We, we, we should do this, though. We should do the all-porn team for, for names.
Bam Knight would be another good one.
That's good. That's good. Max Strong would be a good guy porn star name. Like, there you can do both. It doesn't have to just be chicks. Colson Loveland is good. You're right. But yeah, I think you have to have— what were your other— Sky, Cam Lewis. Cam Lewis is another one. You, you need to have a—
it needs to be Dallas.
Yeah, it needs to be. I said that for the Vikings. You need to have equal, like, guy and girl. You can't just be like all guys.
They got to be fucking each other.
Yeah, right, exactly. The Skylar Thompson, Kendall Fuller Dolphins, though.
Come on.
Anyone named Kareem?
Kareem?
Yeah.
Either way, something we should maybe do at some point, we just do the all 22 of porn star names. Skylar Thompson has to be starting quarterback.
Skylar Thompson.
Yeah, 100%. Skylar.
I think so.
Skylar's a stripper name.
It just is.
Jordan Love is—
Jordan Love is pretty damn good. You're right. You're right. You're right.
Frankie Louvoo. Yeah.
Frankie. Yeah. Frankie.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Frankie.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That absolutely could play. Okay. That was all I had there. Broncos win, though. Broncos are back.
It looks a lot like it did last year.
Yeah.
I'd agree.
Best time.
I'd agree. I'd agree. And there—
I—
there's something about Bo Nix that you just can't quit on.
When he—
that interception he threw in the second quarter was so, so bad.
It was so, so— it was awful. Just like chucked it up in the air. And again, I was like, that's not something that Davis Webb had on the play sheet. Yeah, but it was just Bo being Bo.
It was, it was, it was one of those situations. I was like, I think I'm done with the Broncos. And then, and then he was back. It was like, all right, he's fine. So I, I don't know. There's, there's I can't quit Bo Nix, even though sometimes I really, really, really want to. All right.

OK, Shane, get in here. Sit. He's got his Chargers poncho.
Are you bolted, Shane?
Raiders 26.
Always bolted.
Chargers 14. Shane, I told you before, but the Los Angeles Chargers will be my pinky team. They're so bad. They're not going to win the Super Bowl. It's a great choice. It's the only time I've ever felt like fully, fully safe. And I looked it up because I know people are going to get upset. The Chargers before the season had on DraftKings Sports, they had— hold on, I'm going to pull it up. I believe they had 15-to-1 odds. So what I said, probably, I think, yeah, 15-to-1 odds. So for people like, oh, they'd never had a chance to win the Super Bowl, or they're 17-to-1. They were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7th, 8th. I think they're like 6th. 8th team. They were ahead of the Texans. They were ahead of the Niners, the Lions, the Broncos, the Bengals, the Bears, the Cowboys. That's it. That's a team that was in the conversation, you know, Super Bowl aspirations. They are dogshit, Shane.
Yeah, it's not good.
And their schedule right now, these were the 2 games that you had to win.
Had to.
And you lost both of them. The schedule from this point on is the 2nd hardest in the entire NFL.
I think it's someone did the— like went through all the analytics. And in the last 10 years, it's like the 3rd hardest schedule any team's had since like 2017.
Yeah.
You guys are getting fucked now.
Yeah.
Where do we—
who's—
let's do the blame game. Let's start the blame game.
You want to get the pie out?
Yeah, let's get the blame pie out. We're going to talk about the Raiders because Raiders do need some love starting 2-0 for the first time in feels like forever. And, you know, Kirk Cousins was awesome today.
Let's cut the pie, though.
Okay.
How much do you deserve?
I think you look ridiculous.
Yeah.
You invited me on the couch.
Ridiculous.
Ridiculous.
I look like I look normal.
I would never wear something that ridiculous.
I didn't wear any Chargers gear today. So you asked me to come on the couch. I have to come bolt it up.
No, no, no.
This is the only punishment that, like, we made you wear this.
And I just—
punishment.
Yeah.
I want—
yes, I want it on the record. You were wearing that before I asked you to come on the show.
That's not true.
Yes, it is. He was walking around in that all afternoon.
Yeah, you were.
Yeah.
I mean, literally memes. I said you're going to have to come on tonight. I said it to him while he was wearing this.
I'm still bolted up like—
Max, that was true.
I, I don't think that's true.
That's insane.
You did tell me that you wanted me on the show after, so I put it on.
I thought you were wearing that to set.
Yeah.
So, okay. All right, fine.
You were wearing it at some point. Yeah.
Yeah.
After— okay, my bad.
But I need to keep going. I need to pump myself up. My bad.
I apologize, Max.
I don't know. Jim Harbaugh is a big one. Okay. I think there's just a lot of dumb decisions. They've been like platooning guards. So every other drive they're just swapping out a guard.
Really smart.
Yeah, really.
I've never heard of that.
Really consistent. Really helps with the offense.
Do they ever—
I don't know.
I blame Mike McDaniel to an extent. I just think the offense, the Greg Roman offense they were running, that's like kindergarten. Like, yeah, that's like the most basic offense there is. And now Mike McDaniel's coming in, he's throwing in all these motions and everything. They just— however long training camp was, it just wasn't long enough for them to like get in tune with everything. And everything's training camp, everything's so timing-based. Like, they're just— one, one person makes a mistake, it throws off the whole play. So I could see, I could see a possibility where in these next few games, like, they get momentum going and like offense starts to click and like Okay. But it's not looking good right now. These 2 games, I said before the Cardinals game, like both of these are must-wins. This is like—
You lost them both.
I, yeah.
But if you lose back-to-back must-wins, that's, that's tough. Yeah.
Really tough. We're going to have to make up.
I mean, what if you're just not, what if, what if we look back and you're like, actually, yeah, the Raiders and Cardinals were better than the Chargers.
You could, I mean, you could make the case that The Cardinals, like, I think Cardinals pretty underrated. Like, they're—
No, I think the Cardinals are bad. They got absolutely—
Well, yeah, but I mean, like, the Raiders might not be bad. Even before the game, I was telling Colton, like, I could see a path where the Cardinals win. But okay, the Chargers defense is a big problem. It's like Staley-level bad. It was a little better today, but what about—
Well, I mean, Kirk Cousins, like, he was lighting you guys up.
3 touchdowns.
I mean, He was throwing it deep, too. That was my big thing when I said he played good-ish week 1. It's because he couldn't throw the deep ball.
Today he did.
It was like 2 broken plays, though. It was like miscommunication with safeties. I don't know. Obviously I'm not—
What about when you snap the ball while Trey Harris was in motion and it hit him?
Yeah, that's, that's what I was talking about.
Training camp.
They need to practice more is what I'm hearing.
Yeah.
Herbert said after that it was just like time was running out. He was trying to rush it.
But it might have been a couple of days where Harbaugh was like, hey, I know that we don't have practice. practice and I can't make you guys come in, but it'd be really good. Maybe come in on your day off.
Yeah.
What about—
they gotta do something.
What about Herbert? Does he get any blame?
Of course.
Yeah. How much?
Greatest of all time.
The last game, a lot more blame than he should get this game. There was some like really bad receiver plays. Like, did you see first drive? Did you see Arondale Gadsden just like bat the ball away from from Brennan Thompson.
He threw a good—
he was playing defense. And yeah, our tight end was playing defense. And then the Njoku interception, like just a bunch of crazy plays. There's a hole shot to Quentin Johnston. He just didn't catch. It's just like a bunch of mistakes everywhere.
We are—
we're driving down the field to tie the game and Omari Hampton fumbles the ball.
It's like, yeah, that was a great— I'm watching this right now. This is a great breakup by Gadsden.
It was crazy.
Yeah.
Yeah. You didn't like Hank making those noises?
No, he just owned me.
Yeah. I mean, he was the way he did that.
No, I felt bad. I felt— I felt your pain and the way you said he fumbled the ball.
That's just like—
yeah.
Rhamond Stevenson does it fucking 5 times a game.
Yeah.
OK, get it off your chest, Hank.
Yeah, get off your chest.
I don't know. I've been pretty open about like—
I just—
how bad it is.
Yeah. Can I give you a stat which I know you've probably seen? Have you seen the stat I'm about to say?
Is it the Andrew Luck stat?
No.
Oh, no, no.
How much of the blame pie does Miss Beer get?
Hmm. I think she gets a small piece of the pie, but definitely, I think definitely a piece of the pie.
Yeah.
You're going to have to—
yeah.
No, those— that pie is for you. That's what you say.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What's the stat? Let's hear it.
All right.
Teams to lose back-to-back home games by double digits against teams with a sub .200 winning percentage the previous season.
The last one was like that. It was like the Akron Wizards or something. No, close.
It's the 2026 Los Angeles Chargers and the 1926 Racine Tornadoes. Now, here's the problem, Shane. The Racine Tornadoes, they did this in 1926. They then played one more game, then they dissolved as a franchise. They never played another game.
They just ceased to exist.
So you're on franchise dissolution watch. If, if history had told us anything, you would— you are going to play one more game and then just never be a franchise again. Also, fun fact, Mitt Romney's dad was the quarterback for them in 1922.
That's a very fun fact.
Or '24, I believe. The Racine Tornadoes. That's a crazy stat.
Yeah, one more game and then they quit.
They also were led by fullback/kicker Hank Gillow.
And the 2 games, these, these 2 games, same score, ended same score, 26-14.
You guys want to guess the size of their fullback?
I think he was probably 5'11 and £205.
Close. 5'10, £195.
Wow.
Yeah.
He's probably a beast. He probably also, like, built a railroad and, like, in the offseason was like an incredible plumber or something like that.
Yeah, probably was like a World War I veteran.
Yeah.
Yeah. Can I, can I share a stat with you? This isn't really—
please.
No, it's pretty random stat, but I just had it in the pocket.
Sorry. He said no.
Yeah.
Oh, not interested. It's a Chargers stat.
It's a Justin Herbert stat.
Yeah.
Not—
all right.
What do you think?
You want the Justin Herbert stat?
Yeah.
Okay.
Andrew Luck in 94 games was sacked 185 times. Justin Herbert in 99 games. This was before this last game. How many times was he sacked?
Andrew Luck, how many games again?
94 games, 185 times. Justin Herbert, 99 games. And it was— this stat was from before this today's game.
I'm going to guess it was 241 times.
I would say 375.
PFT saw the stat.
Did I get it?
Yeah, it was right on the dot.
241. I did have this written up, that stat written down for today.
Yeah.
Okay. So he's been sacked 241 times in 99 games.
2.3, 2.43 sacks per game.
Now, isn't a sack partially a quarterback stat?
It is.
It is.
So that's what I was saying. When you're— I saw all those clips of, of last week where you had like 3 guys blocking one dude. And some of that is on the offensive line. Yes. But I think some of it's also on the quarterback.
Yeah.
That one play from last week. I mean, I don't know if Harbaugh's just like throwing Trey Harris under the bus. He was like, he was saying that basically in the Shanahan offense or whatever, they have like these outs for when a lot of pressure's coming to the quarterback. Because when a lot of the guys come, there's space behind them. And Trey Harris was supposed to run an out route and he ran in instead. So there's nobody behind those guys. So Herbert kind of Had to eat the sack. At least that's what he said. Maybe he was just like taking blame away from Herbert.
But how's the— did you listen to the Bolt Up podcast? How are the boys doing?
I didn't. It's hard to click on the podcast when the vibes are this low right now.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think I will eventually.
But making the noises again.
I agree.
It is funny to just think about you like you're too upset to click the link for the podcast.
I mean, I might at some other point, but I just, I don't really want to hear right now about how bad everything is. I know how bad everything is.
I thought that Khalil Mack had a good quote in the postgame. They asked him what the message from, from Coach Harbaugh was. And he goes, honestly, I just blanked out the whole time. I don't really know.
That's exactly what you want to hear.
Yeah.
Yeah. I think Khalil Mack's allowed to say this. He goes, my mind was on the game, but I feel like it had something to do with picking up the pieces and getting this thing right.
Yeah.
Just kind of like doing the word salad. That might be what Harbaugh said after the game. Yeah.
It's such a shame. Like, every time we get, like, maximum hope for a season, like, we got Kellen Moore and the offense was like— the team was shit. We have Greg Roman, team's fine. And then we get Mike McDaniel and then it's like shit again.
And it's like, yeah, blow it up is what Guilty as Charged has it.
That's what they're saying.
Yeah. Blow it up.
I was—
it went from Crossroads to blow it up.
I would be lying if I didn't say that Jeremiah Smith had crossed my mind at some point today.
Wait, go keep scrolling over. I want to see what the— all right. It went from LADDNP, Patience, question mark, Balderdash, Crossroads, Blow It Up. That's a pretty good stretch there for Guiltiest Charge.
Shout out to Guiltiest Charge. Shout out to those guys. Those guys are awesome.
So what does Blow It Up mean? Because when I hear Blow It Up, I'll tell you what I think.
Toilet?
No, I was just gonna say everybody, everybody's gone.
Yeah.
No, like fire Harbaugh. I'm not saying this.
I'm saying Herbert.
Blow It Up means Harbaugh fired. Herbert Daniels fired.
Herbert.
Fired.
Fired.
Fired.
Fired.
Herbert fanboys will never, never turn on Herbert.
That's what blows up conversations about Herbert.
There's a lot of Vikings fans who are trying to get something going.
Oh, that would be— the Vikings would be good.
So the Chargers, they're 0-2 with losses to teams that picked 1st and 3rd.
Yep.
In last year's draft. That's probably the first time that's ever happened. Yeah.
What? Pickles making noises.
Oh yeah. Sorry.
I mean, teams, teams can turn around. You saw the Patriots last year. Like, maybe that's just me being hopeful, but okay.
All right.
Yeah.
Let's turn around. But my pick is on the line.
I can't, I can't. Your schedule is the 2nd hardest. I can't say in the history of the NFL.
3rd hardest.
Yeah.
Like Patriots didn't have that schedule.
What do you mean?
No, they did not.
Patriots also turned around in week 2.
Yeah. What do you mean they didn't have—
they did lose to the Raiders.
Yeah, but then they won.
That was week 1, though. We won week 2.
Yeah.
And we're on our fucking roll.
No, I know, but mentally I just can't be— I can't be out on the season yet.
Yeah, I agree with you. You can't.
You want to— no, no, you still want to believe that.
Week 2's too early. Yes, I agree with that. I agree with that. Like, I, I don't know. Hey, you didn't lose to the Browns.
It can click. We didn't lose to the Browns yet, right?
You lost to the Cardinals at home and then, and then you lost to the Raiders.
Yeah, but then you guys— Deshaun Watson and the Browns.
Yes, memes. Memes has a question for you.
I don't know why Max is—
what? When are you ready to call the season?
When am I ready to call the season?
Good question. Bills next week.
Yeah, Bills is not going to be fun. I don't know the exact schedule.
I know it's like Bills, Rams, Niners, Bills defense, Bills at Seahawks, home against Broncos, at Chiefs, at Rams.
If there's a team that you could maybe get right though, like in terms of offensively, the Bills might be it. Bills don't have Max Crosby.
Yeah, I get—
I mean, it was perfect that there was— that the, the game ended on a safety from a holding in the end zone. I know Joe Alt has not been good.
I mean, he was good last week. This— it's—
but today he was not.
He had, he had 3 penalties today. Rachaun Slater had another. He had 4 himself. Yeah, it was the whole offensive line. It's the fucking— we had $100 million in cap space.
Yes, max. Okay.
Best case scenario, where do you see your record after week 7?
Good question.
At Bills, at Seahawks, home against the Broncos, at Chiefs, at Rams.
Best.
That sounds like—
what is— how many weeks is that? 7.
7 weeks.
Best, I think 3 and 4.
I think 3 and 4. But you beat the Broncos and the Chiefs.
I think we split with them this year. Yeah, that's what I thought going into it.
If you could beat them, you're in it.
But like, that's still not— that's still not 3 and 4.
No, no. Win one other game too.
Yeah.
He's saying—
and then you win one of those at Seahawks, at Rams.
Yeah.
Yeah. Sam Darnold's not playing. That's—
Rams isn't even an away game, dude. Puna Foa just go right across the locker room.
Seriously, we'll take him.
Yeah, but like, you know, you can't take him. He's on the other team.
Yeah.
No, but I would take him in a heartbeat.
Well, yeah, obviously.
Wow.
Like, there's trades that happen in the NFL.
Yeah, true.
They got Aaron Donald back. They don't need Puna.
He's mansplaining the NFL to you.
PFT, he told me something couldn't happen there.
I could have.
Yeah.
True.
Good point, Shane. He got you there.
What do you think about Harbaugh not even being able to talk to the media after the game because the Raiders chants in their own stadium were too loud?
I mean, that's, that's been the, that's been the story of so far for years.
Yeah.
I mean, the only way to fix that is to win games and we can't be—
Or you can leave.
That's another way to fix it.
I would love for them to be in San Diego.
Yeah. That wasn't even a joke.
That—
no, I know.
I agree.
allegiance to LA. Like, he just likes the Chargers.
I would love for him to be in San Diego. Yeah, that'd get a lot of— like, there'd actually be like a home field advantage.
Like, I don't know, maybe.
Okay, come back. Thank you, Shane. Sorry.
Maybe Puna will come back.
That sucked. That was a really brutal game to watch.
Yeah, it was really sad. We need to— the only, the only way I can see us making play, we have to get like 10 wins. And that's— so I'll, I'll be out on the But if we start 0-6, 0-7, like then it's no return. Still have hope right now.
That would be tough. Stranger things have happened.
Yeah.
And also here's the good thing is my pinky team, I think like 2 years in a row has made the playoffs.
Yeah.
Starting 0-2. They always have to start 0-2.
Yeah.
So what if this is the year?
Honestly.
Yeah. Like next game the offense could look great and things turn around. I'm just hoping that's the case.
Yeah.
Memes, you have one last question for the Pinky team. Has anyone ever started 0-3 and made a run?
I think the Texans the first year did, did they not? That Texans year with Arian and JJ Watt. I know they're obviously 0-2, but I think they might have lost the third game.
Have you ever picked anyone's team that's on the podcast?
No.
Would I be involved in the Yes, you can.
Absolutely. You can absolutely cut it off.
Perfect.
Or nod off. You want to nod off?
Like eat it?
Yeah.
Let's, let's work. Let's win a game first.
Can I like fucking hope for—
yeah.
Let him hope.
No, no, no, no, no.
You're done.
You're done. You're done.
You're already done.
Let him hope, Max.
Let him dream about biting Big Cat's pinky off. Yeah. It's mean what you're doing right now.
Come on.
Max loves to just kick me while I'm down.
Yeah. Hank's making noises. He fucking hates the Chargers.
Yeah, I picked the Chargers. I picked the Chargers to go to the Super Bowl.
You do hate the Chargers, Max.
But why? Yes, I did.
About them.
Well, they're— I'm just being realistic.
Herbert was my MVP.
You hate the Chargers.
Same.
Herbert's the M. Has anybody—
But no, you said he was your least valuable player. I picked—
You weren't listening, Max.
I am. I'm looking at the Chargers schedule. I'm trying to figure out how they get back in this, and I don't. I just don't see it.
The 2018 Texans, I believe, were my piggy team. They started 0-3. So there you go. So it's happened.
Shane, is Herbert— is he hurt? That's the next step in the Herbert apologist tour. He's hurt right now.
Yeah.
The other reason is I've been pretty upfront with like Herbert when he sucks and that.
Yeah.
But this game, I don't think it was necessarily his fault. All right.
Thank you, Shane.
Thank you, guys.
All right.
Love you.
Bolt up. Bolt up.
Yeah, we always stay bolted. Raiders, congrats.
2-0.
This is awesome for Raiders fans.
And Kirk Cousins looked good. Like I said, he looked better than good than last week. Max Crosby continues to be an absolute beast. Also, Kirk Cousins didn't have a run game today and Brock Bowers still hasn't played.
And he's coming back.
Yeah.
So like back in a little bit, like a couple of weeks, I think.
The Raiders, man. I don't know. It's 2-0. I— it could end nowhere, but like Raiders fans should cherish this moment. And 2-0 is such an awesome feeling to be like, oh, we're 2-0. Like, that's such a cool feeling.
You guys are looking at the, uh, the, the odds, like what percentage of 2-0 teams make the playoffs. Yeah, start thinking about all that stuff. And it seems like you have a very, very smart head coach. Kirk Cousins looks like he's taking He looks like a 37-year-old out there. Yeah, he looks great.
So good for the Raiders. Good for the Raiders. I mean, they have a tough schedule as well coming up, but it doesn't matter because you're 2-0. 2-0 buys you till at least like mid-October because like, oh, what, you're 2-3? You're still alive. You know, it gives you a nice, nice wiggle room for the whole thing. Okay. A couple more games and we'll get to these quick and then we'll get to Cowboys-Commanders. Seahawks 31, Cardinals 7. Jackson Smith-Njigba is awesome.
No duh.
9 for 155 and 3 touchdowns. The offense basically was like, get into a situation where we need JSN, find JSN. And they did that. And the Seahawks defense, the Cardinals were so overmatched. So they actually had one good— they had the classic Jacoby Brissett, like, good drive to start. After that drive, for the final 3 quarters of the game, this— the Cardinals got— had 75 total yards. And if you take out the garbage time, they had 24 yards in garbage time. So they even actually had less. They had, they had 51 total yards from the 2nd quarter on, excluding garbage time. The Seahawks defense suffocated them. They allowed 39 yards on 14 carries and they had 18 QB pressures. They just dominated. That was not a fair fight.
They're a very, very good team still. Drew Lock is— I love Drew Lock. I don't know what it is about him. He might be my favorite backup quarterback in the NFL, right?
Dude, because he's not a backup. Like, he is a backup quarterback, but he's not.
There's some guys that are backup quarterbacks, right? And the fact that Drew Lock has stuck around being essentially a starter in a backup role.
Correct.
He does not have that same mentality that most of the backups have. It's a testament to just how good he can be at his highs. And now there will be lows. Oh yes, there will be lows with Drew Lock, but he is never going to like doubt confidence in himself. He's going to go out there, keep slinging it. And when you have JSN, he can do it. He can push the ball downfield like that. I think until the last minute of this game, JSN had all of the Seahawks touchdowns this year.
Mm-hmm.
And then I think they scored one rushing touchdown with a minute left in the game today, but just as dominant as he's ever been. And yeah, I fucking love watching Drew Lock sling the pill.
Yeah, it's very fun. Seahawks have won 12 straight games. So 12 straight games. They're just really, really good. And they can wait till they're good enough that Sam Darnold doesn't have to rush back because their defense can beat just about anyone.
So we had talked about these Cardinals jerseys when we first saw them this offseason. Yeah, I actually thought they looked pretty good.
They did.
And it's mainly because you couldn't like zoom in and see the to like splatter on them. But it was a good cream-colored helmet.
Yeah.
Good logo.
I agree. Seahawks good. Cardinals not good. Yep. Cardinals, good vibes from week 1. Turns out Chargers might be really bad. I mean, there's just a difference in skill level and everything between the Seahawks. Like, this is why Jacoby Brissett— he's— Jacoby Brissett did the classic Jacoby Brissett by winning the first game and having everyone think, oh, this is actually going to be a functional offense. Oh, this is going to be good. And it's not. All right. Second last game. I'm gonna do this one real quick unless you have something else. Niners 35, Dolphins 13. The 49ers' first 5 possessions, 12 plays, 59 yards, touchdown. 8 plays, 71 yards, touchdown. 4 plays, 65 yards, touchdown. 8 plays, 71 yards, touchdown. 2 plays, 28 yards, touchdown. First 5 possessions, 5 touchdowns. Game over. Thank you for coming out, Dolphins.
Yeah, I just have one fun fact from this game. The Dolphins completed a quarterback sneak up the middle in this game. That was the first time that the Dolphins did that since week 2 of 2022.
Oh, that's a Tua stat.
Yeah. So it's been, I guess it'd be 4 years since the Dolphins had run a successful quarterback sneak.
Is that when, is it, do you, is that when you like can finally move on when you get rid of all the bad Tua stats?
I think that might be the last one.
That's like, hey, we can finally walk away from this. The Dolphins are the worst team in the NFL, in my opinion.
Yeah. The fact that, that they were given as the get-right game for the Niners getting back from Australia.
Yeah. No jet lag.
Got the shit kicked out of them.
No jet lag. If the Rams lose this game on Monday Night Football, Sean McVay is going to look like the biggest dummy when it comes to trying to time travel because the Niners did not look bad. Like, no, no jet lag.
I thought that they would. I mean, I didn't think that they'd lose to the Dolphins.
They came out and played perfect. Brock Purdy was 20 for 22.
Yeah, I was shocked. I was shocked at how good they look considering how much time they had just spent overseas.
Yeah. And, and by the way, George Kittle back, beast. And the last stat I had was Christian McCaffrey is now only the 3rd player all time to have 50-plus touchdowns with 2 different teams. That's a pretty cool stat.
That's very cool.
So it's him, Marshall Faulk, Randy Moss. I thought Jerome Bettis would be on there. People forget he played for the Rams.
He was a Ram his rookie season.
Yeah.
I think he was also Rookie of the Year.
Yeah. A lot of people forget that.
People forget that.
Well, young people.
Young people forget that. Okay. Last game.
Not that young.
Cowboys 37, Commanders 20.
Yep.
PFT.
Yeah.
It happened again.
Yeah.
The elbow, the elbow thing happened again. Before the injury happened, And I'll just talk about the first half real quick. 2 really bad defenses going at it with each other. Commanders probably worse than the Cowboys. But I thought Jaden looked pretty good using the wheels, throwing the ball downfield pretty effectively. I was feeling, I was feeling good about things. I was like, at least this is going to be an exciting game. At least we're going to get to see probably a shootout. Jaden looks like he's back to his old self. And I didn't know how right I was that Jaden looked like like he was back to his old self. Because then at the end of the first half, Commanders are going in. We decide to go for it at the end of the first half instead of kicking a field goal. And Jaden gets stepped on on the play, puts his arm down to brace himself, left hand, elbow bent back. And then they just showed that replay over and over and over and over again.
A lot.
Mm-hmm.
Well, I don't know how many times it felt like they showed it 10 times in the afternoon slate. So at that point, mentally, I kind of, I kind of checked out on this game because, yeah, we were still in it, still had a chance to win or at least make it competitive. But if we're being completely honest, at that point, that was, that was kind of the season flashing before my eyes. I think Jayden is probably— I don't know, they're going to do MRIs and stuff. But it's probably going to keep happening. His elbow is probably going to keep falling off every time he goes to the ground or tries to brace himself from falling unless he gets the surgery.
Yeah.
And then he wears a brace afterwards because this wasn't even that hard. He just put his arm down to kind of prop himself up and it snapped back. And yeah, it was, it was bad.
What do they say? How long is it going to be?
So probably if it's like it was last year, he hurt it against the Seahawks in a game that he should not have been in. And then he was all good to go 4 weeks after that, probably rushed it back and immediately reinjured it against the Vikings.
Is he going to have to get surgery this time?
That's what I'm saying is like he might try to play through it. And if he does play through it, he better wear the brace the entire time. And even if that happens, I'm just convinced that every time he gets tackled, his elbow. And there's a lot of bad tape of me specifically before the draft talking about how his elbow looked great. Oh, like before he even became— because remember that one picture of it?
Yeah, it looks all weird.
It was like his right elbow that looked weird. But yeah, it was, it was gruesome to watch. It sucked. I'm thinking that I don't want to— no, I don't want to say that.
What?
Say it.
I'm just worried that the guy's body isn't made for tackle football.
For the NFL and college football, maybe.
And he was so good in the first half. Like, he, he was back to his old self. He was having a great game. And the defense was letting him down. But at some point, you have to be able to get tackled and not have your elbow look like it's completely disjointed from the human body. Yeah. So I hope that he gets the surgery. I hope it gets fixed. And then if he has to wear a brace, Then I'll be okay with that. Because you can't call it a freak injury anymore.
Right.
A freak injury doesn't happen 3 times in the span of like 7 months. Now, Drew Brees apparently had the same thing happen to him. I forgot about this. Drew Brees dislocated his elbow at the Pro Bowl.
Ooh.
Yeah. And then that was like 2008. And he came back, had a really good career after that. So that kind of thing can happen. But he didn't dislocate his elbow 3 times. Because at that point, it's just, you know, with Jaden, it's going to keep happening unless he gets the surgery. So I'm thinking get the surgery, get back 100%. And some people are mad at Dan Quinn for putting him in danger by like having him go out there and run that play. If you truly think that, you are a loser. And like, that's, that's ridiculous, right? To be like, oh, well, Dan Quinn shouldn't have been going for it at the end of the half.
No, that's—
He put his quarterback in danger. No, he put a score— he was going for it to try to score a touchdown.
He fell down like he got stepped on and fell down. You can't say— and even if it wasn't a step on and fall down, you're playing football, you're trying to win the game. You can't start— yeah, you can't start like coaching being like, well, he could get injured on this play.
Yeah, you can't do that. You can't do that. So that's, that's a terrible— like, some people I think are just trying to like be the first to, to have that take, right? That's ridiculous.
I'd agree with that.
Tom Brady hit me with a shit. Oh shit. When he saw it.
Yeah.
And then he hit me with a piss when you talked about a piss missile later.
Yep.
Tom with a vulgar potty mouth on the air. Didn't really appreciate that for the kids out there. It was— it sucked. It sucked seeing Jane get hurt again. And I was saying this on the stream. There's only like 6— I'll put it this way. There's like 8 teams in the NFL that you should— that their fans are are sane to root for.
Mm-hmm.
And outside of those 8 teams, you're going to get shit on. You're going to have a little bit of hope at the start of every year and you're going to be like, oh, well, we finally found a reason why, why we can turn this around. We can become one of those 8 teams that has a chance. And then it never works out for those 8 teams. It just, it just crashes down. You will never break into that club that's at the top where unless you're a fan of those 8 teams, Being a football fan and an NFL fan is a miserable experience marked by periods of joy and hope that just exists so that they can crush you again. They make you think you're going to get to the top, and then you get something really, really cool and a great player that could turn everything around, and then it just gets taken away from you and you never get there. But if you're a fan of those 8 teams, football is great. But if you're not, you just think, oh, I'm up next. I'm going to be in that that Group 8, it'll be me.
My suffering's over.
Yeah, it's, it's—
And it's never gonna happen.
It sucks.
That's the thing about football. It's never gonna happen.
No, you look, look at the Chiefs tonight. It's like Mahomes is out for a year and then he's just back.
Being a Chiefs fan's awesome.
Back.
He's all the way back.
And then I got Jaden. I was like, I'm gonna be the Chiefs.
I'm not— You were for a year.
I'm not gonna be the Chiefs. It'll never happen.
Yeah.
But I thought I was almost the Chiefs.
Maybe he's— maybe he's gonna be— I mean, it's not— it's not his throwing shoulder, elbow.
Yeah.
Who do you guys think comes back first?
I—
it seems like Kilb.
I don't—
I'm also under the impression, like, everything that I've said on this podcast today could just be completely irrelevant and like washed away if tomorrow I wake up and they're like, Kilb tore his hamstring, he's out for the season.
I'm more—
I'm in a different spot than PFT in the fact that I thought it was Achilles So anything less than Achilles, I was like, okay, we could deal with this. PFT knows what this is. It happened and it's happened before where it's like I had the, the, the reverse where it's like I thought of the absolute worst. And then a minute they said that it's not the absolute worst. It's like, oh my God, we're fine. It's a mindfuck.
Jayden is— my guess is he's going to push to come back in like 4 or 5 weeks. Let's see what the schedule is and how that shakes out.
All right. But hey, to answer your question, I, without knowing, because tomorrow again could be different, I am, I will be disappointed if I'll be very, very upset if Caleb misses. I'm expecting right now for him to miss 4 to 6 weeks. If he misses more than 4 to 6 weeks, I'm going to be like, well, that's the season. 4 to 6 weeks. I've put in my head. I've done the calculations. I think the Bears could still make the playoffs. If he misses 4 to 6 weeks and Tyson Bagent treads water.
Max, do you want him to come back in 5 weeks?
You're talking about Jayden?
Yes.
It depends on— it depends on if his elbow is going to dislocate again.
Correct.
Yeah.
Do you think it seems like he needs to get this?
It seems like he needs to get this taken care of.
Will the surgery fix it forever?
It should. Yeah. So what happens is—
Like, do you think that the Commanders are going to be contenders with—
No, they—
5 weeks? Like, I feel like they need—
The only way that they would be contenders is if he was their starting quarterback and healthy.
That's what I'm saying.
And the fact that he won't be for the next 5 weeks, no.
It seems like he should just get the surgery and punt on this year.
But it's so early for me to give up mentally on a season.
Shane doesn't even have any—
I know.
I'm just trying to— I'm just trying to help you guys.
No, I mean, the fact of the matter is maybe I shouldn't ever have any expectations. expectations for, for my team. I think I'm just going to go back to just, just be— just being a hater.
But no, I don't think it's—
maybe that's— that should be my life.
He gets the surgery, he gets it fully, fully healed. Yeah, it's not his throwing shoulder or throwing elbow. He comes back next year at actually 100%. Yeah, because he hasn't been at 100% these past— this past year in a whole.
I'll say this, he was, he was 100% to start the game today, and he played really well in the first half. He looked He looked like his old self. And it was, it was so much fun to watch. And, but that's the only way, given that how bad this defense is, that's the only way that we're going to be able to win any games. Mariota is a good backup quarterback, but we're not going to win any games because of him. We might be able to beat maybe the Titans with Mariota. But yeah, if this team was going to win games with that defense, it was going to be because Jayden Daniels was out there being special. And I don't think that that's going to happen. And so, yeah, I think what needs to happen with the guy is somebody needs to sit him down and be like, you have to get the surgery as much for you as for everybody that's at home watching these games, because I don't want to watch Jayden's elbow dislocate 10 times on a Sunday every time that he plays. That seems like a pretty miserable experience for him, too.
I got a question.
Yeah.
Roback question. r-h-o-b-a-c-k.com, promo code TAKES. 20% off your first purchase. Q-Zips, polos, hoodies, joggers, shorts. Rowback.com, promo code TAKE. What, what was that?
I also have a Rowback.
Oh no, I just— you just popped that in. Oh no.
What? Oh, why? This is messed up.
I had no— wait, hold on, hold on, Max, hold on.
This isn't me, honestly.
PFT, Max.
I had Jerry Back me up. I had nothing to do with this.
This is messed up.
What?
Who sent you? Who texted you?
Jerry texted us 5 times and we didn't answer him until, until we got in here.
Who texted him?
Jerry, you're disgusting.
Who'd he text?
Me, Max, and Memes.
I'll tell you who texted them. Mr. Bing Bong texted them. That's who.
That's disgusting, Jerry.
Hey guys, it's only fair. You always text me and say you got— Mr. Bing Bong needs to talk to Hank. Mr. Bing Bong needs to talk to Max. The man's injured, Jerry.
Oh, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, you're responsible. You're, you're just as much at fault as anybody.
Jerry, was that, was that your dog in the background? Did you go a full day without losing your dogs? I lost my dogs.
What Big Cat is talking about is my dogs. Uh, one of them got out and the cops, uh, yeah, the cops brought her back. Come here, come on, be quiet or else I have to put you away. Seriously, because Daddy's working.
He lost one of his dogs yesterday.
Do you have an electric shock collar on that thing?
Uh, no, I, I don't do that.
I got one once. Jerry's shocking his dogs right now. Yeah.
No, that's not true.
That's not true. No, but Mr. Bing Bong just wanted to talk to you guys. Hey fellas, how was, how was your Sunday? What'd you get up to this Sunday, boys? How was it? Mr. Bing Bong wants to know.
It wasn't great, Jerry.
It was bad, Jerry.
It was a bad Sunday, Jerry. It was a bad Sunday.
Yeah, well, you know, Mr. Bing Bong just had a couple of questions and some statements that he maybe wanted to say to Big Cat and PFT, if, if that's okay. I mean, Mr. Bing Bong's always around for, for Max and Maxie and especially Hank and Hanky.
I just don't think injuries are, are something to laugh about.
I also thought Mr. Bing Bong was a basketball guy.
Yeah, well, he's, uh, Mr. Bing Bong is everywhere. Okay, I mean, a couple questions. You know, it's funny. I was watching my one quarter of football today. I was sat down and I got my one quarter and I'm flipping around and I flip over to, to PFT's game and I see Marcus Mariota throwing the football. Marcus Mariota. And then I flip over to Big Cat's game and I see that—
Timeline's off.
Big Cat is throwing the football.
Timeline's not adding up.
No, it's not. It's not Big Cat PFT. Yeah. Hey, what, what do we call— is it Baygenta? What, how do we pronounce it there?
It's Tyson Bagent, and your timeline doesn't make any sense. Caleb Williams got hurt like 3 hours before Jayden Daniels.
No, I'm just saying it like, uh, Tariko, you know, Tarikota. Yeah, I love that accent. He's good. He's a professional. Hey, hey, PFT. PFT, uh, Mr. Bing Bong here. It's, it's really sad. It's really sad about your, uh— No, it's real.
I wrote, I wrote some notes.
I had to.
Uh, it's really— I had so much fun doing it. I had so much fun doing it.
Hey, uh, PFT, it's so sad about, uh, your quarterback. And it's crazy too. I mean, you know, looking at that elbow injury, I would have thought his elbow was a lot stronger carrying his mother around on his back. Oh, so Season.
Bing bong!
On his back, we wouldn't be using his elbow.
Oh yeah, that's too bad. And also, hey, Big Cat. Yeah, it's, uh, sad. Uh, it's so sad about, uh, Caleb, you know. It's sad he's gonna have a lot of time on his hands, you know.
Maybe not, Jerry. Oh, your dog's on the— your dog's on the table, Jerry.
Maybe, uh, maybe, uh, maybe it'll give him a lot of time to, uh, paint his fingies and his tootsies. He likes to paint his fingernails. It's a little weird, I'm just saying. It's what little girls do. Paint his tootsies. Hey, you know, uh, hey fellas, you know, uh, Caleb and Jayden, they're gonna have rehab. You know, it's gonna be a lot of work. You know, it's gonna be a lot of work. Unlike, uh, the work you all didn't do when you wrote your book. Everybody else wrote your book. Big Bong, you did no work for it. Even the audiobook, you didn't read nothing. Mr. Big Bong did.
That's not true.
It's for free. It's for free on, um, Spotify Premium.
But please buy it.
Um, hey, but you know what, Big Cat? Um, Caleb will be back, you know. Caleb will be back before you know it. Caleb will definitely be back by opening day in Indiana. Bing bing! That was pretty good.
That was pretty good.
Yeah.
Oh, you know what's crazy? You know what's crazy? I was watching it when I was flipping through and I saw Caleb Just hit the deck. He just hit the deck. He hit the deck harder than, uh, Zach does for one of his 5 prayers every day because he's full on Islam. Big bang! Zach is full on Islam. Mashallah, Zach, we see you. We're keeping tabs on you. Hey, um, hey, by the way, Max, I gotta say, uh, you, you were almost in trouble too, Max. Jalen Hurts Saved your bacon today, right at the last minute there. That was something. He saved your bacon. Hey, speaking of bacon, Zach can't have it anymore because he's full Islam. Bing bong! You don't eat the swine. Don't dig on no swine. Bing bong! Assalamualaikum. Hey, um, the bears in the—
The bosses are great. The bosses are great.
The Bears and the Commanders, it was crazy today just watching both those teams, your teams. They just got the rug pulled out from right under 'em. Just like the rug that Zach has to pray on 5 times a day, but he hears the Lord. Sleepy Zach, sleeper sell. Oh, bing bong.
Uh, those are good.
Exactly. Those are money.
He sees all 5. Zach, Zach, Zach, Zach, I gotta say, Zach, Zach, you also, you know, you also had a rough day too. The Bucs lost to the Browns. That was crazy. I took the points, so I was okay. But yeah, that was a crazy loss for you also, uh, Zach the Straighter. Hormone still isn't open. Big Mac, open it up, Zach! Open the straight!
There's no way he knows what that is. Do you know what that is?
A lot of oil going through.
Oh, okay, you got it, you got it. My bad.
Where did you get a Jalen Daniels jersey?
Why are you—
yeah, that was from last year, remember? When he drafted Jayden.
Yeah. And he cursed.
It's been bad since then.
Yeah, it's true. Everything, everything, Jerry.
Not—
no, I was about to say there hasn't been a single good game. There's basically been no, no good game since you, you went on this podcast and you said he's going to break all records.
All records. Jerry, how'd the Jets do today?
Uh, Jets sort of, uh, shit the bed. But guys, we're used to that. We have no hope. You have hope from the last couple years. We have no hope, so it doesn't matter. Memes, tell them we don't even care. We knew we were—
oh no, memes said we lost that. No, memes cared. He said he was disappointed.
We should have won.
He said he wasn't even mad, he was disappointed.
We should have won.
But hey, uh, guys, uh, guys, uh, um, this is, this is Mr. Bing Bong. Mr. Bing Bong's here again. They, uh, uh, big, big cacti, big cacti. Uh, the Vikings had—
Mario Kart.
Incredible.
Started with Mario Kart. Incredible.
Big Kekta.
Yeah.
Um, yeah, uh, the Vikings had incredible coverage on the Bears today. You, you gotta admit that was good coverage.
They did.
And on the Bears side, uh, Devin Caney had incredible coverage. Look her up. Bing bong. We love you, Devin. Yeah, Max, you blew it. The city of Philadelphia blew it. We got Devin. Bing bong. Say hello.
Look her up.
Hey guys. That was great.
That was great.
Hey guys, uh, Shane, uh, Shane also had a tough day.
Yeah, that was crazy.
That was, that was crazy, Shane. 0-2. I don't even know what's going on. It was crazy. And Herbert, Herbert dropped like 6 balls, which is, uh, still not as many as Hank dropped the ball when he blew it with Tiffany Goldman. You blew it.
Dropped a lot of balls.
You had to get one in.
Yep, had to get one in.
Never let you forget. Hey Hank, uh, this is Jerry here. No More Mr. Bing Bong. How about fucking Travion today?
Yes, huge!
I texted you right away.
Did we win, Jerry?
Oh, we fucking won, guys! We're 0-2.
No, 2-0. What the fuck, Jerry?
What?
Come on.
I'm sorry, sorry, we are 2-0. We are—
we're 2-0.
Yeah, why'd you say it that way?
Because I'm just— I, I really thought we were going to be 0-2, guys. We are not. We are exceeding. We are exceeding our projected outcomes. I don't even know how we're winning tonight. We won with Kelce and CeeDee Lamb. We did not win— we have, we, uh, we have Lamar who sort of shit the bed today. I don't even know how we're winning this. And we got to talk about Scary Terry and what we're going to do with that, because while AJ Brown sits in our IR, we're in big trouble. Hold on a second, I got a couple more of these. Hey, uh, Shane, um, oh no, I already did that joke. Uh, um, uh, hey, PFT and, uh, PFT and Big Cat, you know, maybe you guys need to, uh, be doing some shopping around, you know. Maybe, uh, you guys should be looking at, uh, I don't know, Zach Wilson or, or JJ, JJ, maybe Nine. You know what I'm talking about? Nine is out there because we all know that Zach wants you to get Colin Kaepernick. Bing bong! That's— we know why you want him. Bing bong! Yeah, that's it, guys.
Thank you.
All right, that was great.
We love you.
Love you. Now you're gonna have to—
you have to stay on because you're the worst Wi-Fi of all time. You're the worst Wi-Fi. Jerry, we love you. Before we stop recording, we love you, Jerry. Great to see you. And then stay on.
Yeah.
And look after those dogs. I think one of them got out again.
Sorry about this Sunday, guys. Hey guys, if we can be 2-0 in fantasy, you guys can come back from, from this. Yeah, I'm telling you, that's true. Early in the season.
I love that.
Week 2 is—
week 2 ain't shit.
Yeah, week 2 ain't shit.
It ain't shit.
Yeah.
I love you, Jerry.
You got a bright future in this league.
Love you guys.
Love you, Jerry. That was nice. That was nice.
That was very nice of Jerry.
Jerry puts a smile on my face.
Uh, I appreciate him. I, I thought he was coming just to roast you because he had the Jaden Daniels.
Yeah.
I, I got to say one last thing. Florio is on the hot seat for me because he did— part of the reason why my mood changed is he went on Sunday Football Night in America and said that Caleb Williams only has a grade 1 strain. He's like, he thinks it's a grade 1 strain. So that's a lot of my mood is based on Florio. So Florio's on my fucking hot seat. PFT.
Yeah.
I'm sorry. That sucked.
Yeah, it sucked. It was bad. I'm reminded of the Washington, D.C. sports triangle. that I came up with about like 7 years ago for anything nice that we have in the nation's capital. And it's a superstar and it's a triangle and you can only pick 2 of the sides. And the sides are generational talent, healthy, and doesn't support a Russian dictator. And so you can take any 2 of those, but you can't take all 3.
Can't take all 3.
And so this is just falling in line RG4.
So Jayden Daniels supports Vladimir Putin?
No, I'm saying you can only pick 2.
Yeah, right.
Yeah.
So he's not healthy.
He doesn't support Vladimir Putin. That's one of the legs.
Oh, got it.
Got it.
Got it.
He's a generational talent. And he, he, as far as I know, he's not in favor of Vladimir Putin and the war in Ukraine. Right. I could be wrong.
I have a question for you, PFT. Yes. Did you see some of the mean things that Hank was tweeting?
No, no, I don't follow Hank.
Hank.
I didn't tweet anything mean for the record.
Hank, you immediately started talking about Jayden Daniels offensive line saying, is this AI making sure you signal boosted this? Well, listen, that's—
listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen. That's a fake clip.
PFT last week introduced me to this world of like editing videos of NFL—
Oh no, he didn't.
What are you talking about?
Of NFL— introduced me of this world of someone online editing videos of NFL footage and making it look really real. In this case, it was, it was the Patriots. It looked like it was their full defense. In fact, it was 10 players. This one, the video is all of the Commanders offensive line basically sprinting away from Jayden Daniels screaming, crying, throwing up, and like couldn't give a care in the entire world that he's down and out. And I just asked the question, is this AI? Because again, like, I did not catch the Glenn tape watch. I did not notice that. So I— my, my brain is not trained as well to AI. So I was trying to ask my followers to confirm that this was AI. And I honestly, I haven't confirmed that yet. Okay.
Anyways, so is it— what I was going to say about—
Glenn tape watch.
What is this? AI?
Is the video of the Commanders offensive line running away from Jayden Daniels on the ground fake?
If you watch the game, which I don't know if you did, you were looking at your phone a lot. So I don't know if you were actually watching the game when it happened, but when Jayden got hurt, then everybody at that time, Jayden stood up for a second with his team. Then he went back and sat down. As his teammates were all going to the locker room because it's halftime. And then at that point, the trainers come out.
Got it.
If there's— because if there's one thing about the team, like everybody on the team—
Mariota looks like he's like, he's, he's— Mariota is sitting there.
Everybody on the team likes Jayden. I don't think that there's any problem at all with the offensive line not liking him. They were walking off the field together and then Jayden sat down because he was hurt. The rest of the team proceeded to go to the locker room for halftime.
But not Mariota.
I think it's pretty normal stuff.
Why didn't Mariota?
Kind of sad that you're—
Why didn't Mariota?
Concerned about this.
I, I just was curious.
Because Mariota was probably like, do I have to?
I'm just trying to get better at spotting AI. That's literally— I was not— it was not mean in any way. I'm just trying to get better at spotting AI.
Mystery solved. Seems like you were kind of happy.
Yeah. Listen, Hank, look at this. We like to have fun.
Is this—
this is mean? I would never root for an injury. How is this mean? I would never root for an injury.
Look at my reaction to the injury. I was disgusted.
Horrified. But then you said people want, want an early part of my take drop. You seemed like you were happy. Yeah, you were happy.
Read, read my tweet and tell me how that's mean.
Hank, where's Frank Rich?
Read my tweet.
Read it.
You know what?
Read it. No, not that one. Read, read the part of my take one. Because again, like, this is where it's like you guys are gaslighting, trolling, putting words in my mouth saying that I'm mean when I am literally on your guys' side.
I didn't say that to me.
I think there's a part of Hank that likes it.
That means that I think you were rooting for early release, would be the joke there.
No, I was going through my mentions and I had so many people being like, oh my God, can't wait for tomorrow's PMT. Tomorrow's PMT is gonna be amazing. Hank, please push this button. Hank, please tell Max to push a button. Okay. And I was merely tweeting on your guys' side that you guys, the people that are asking for that, are sick individuals. And somehow that gets twisted into me being mean.
Well, the AI video—
Like, do you not understand how you guys are just gaslighting us?
No, no, hold on. The, the AI video was—
Is this AI? I got fooled by AI on Friday.
Well, no, that wasn't AI.
That wasn't AI. I don't know what it was.
Yeah, that was clearly AI.
I don't know what this was.
Clearly.
Quiggs is not AI.
Yeah, he's just a guy.
He is AI.
He's always AI.
He is.
No, he's—
That was Gibby.
He's, he's—
This might have been Gibby too.
100% AI robot. Um, but yeah, I, I didn't see this clip until Hank tweeted it.
It's kind of sad that like I, I try to do something funny for the show, make a new little bit, new little character That breaks down film. And then that triggers Hank so much that he has to then retaliate by celebrating injuries.
Where? Show me a celebration, please.
Kind of sad.
Please.
Oh, that first reply is actually funny.
What does it say?
They're still running away from Jaden.
Oh, that's funny. It's good.
It's actually he's still running. It's the he's still running guy. PFT must edit out the teammates willing to stay by him.
Yeah, it's a good bet. It's good. It sucks.
It probably sucks beyond belief.
And I do—
I suck. I'm not enjoying it.
Hank, you are not allowed to talk anymore.
Oh, you can't talk.
You can't talk. You can't talk.
Don't pout.
You could talk before the game started. Before the game started.
Pouting.
So Hank, stop pouting.
Whatever.
I'll never have your back again, I guess. Like, sorry.
We're not having his back.
Telling people That is not having—
that is—
that's a troll, which I—
we troll.
I am trolls too. We know what a troll is. Saying— quote tweeting it, that's like quote tweeting and saying everyone please delete this.
No, no, no, this is a question. This is a question.
Don't—
I thought that there was 11 people in a video on Friday and I was confused and I'm like, fuck. All I thought about this whole weekend is like, I can't believe Glenn Tape Watch got me. I gotta be better. How can I be better? Yeah, rely on my followers. Let's do this together. Yes. Is this AI?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I honestly—
what did you find out?
You haven't given me a good answer.
What did you find out?
That looks real as fuck still.
Yes, it's very real. That happened in the game. But is your point behind this whole charade that you're pulling right now to say that to a certain extent, the offensive line was happy that Jayden got hurt?
No, it would be more that they don't care.
I think they—
about him being hurt.
I think they extremely care because all their contracts are very much tied into Jayden being healthy. I think it's probably fair to say that like everybody on the team.
So they don't care about him as a person.
No, they do.
I think they do.
They care about financial.
No, I think they do. I think it's both. Why not both?
Yeah.
So, all right.
So mystery solved.
I'll update tomorrow when the podcast comes out. Talk to PFT. This is real.
This is real.
Mystery solved. Here's the thing is on Saturday, maybe it was Friday, the Cowboys put out their post like promoting this game on Twitter. And the picture that they used to promote the game was Jayden being hurt from last year.
It's fucked up.
That is fucked up.
I'm putting a curse on the Cowboys. Oh, I'm putting a curse. I haven't figured out how yet.
Are they not going to go to NFC Championship game for like 30 years?
Maybe. I don't know if I can find a curse, like a cursed person that's that good. But I'm going to try. I'm going to, I'm going to do some research, find out the best people to go to. I'm going to put the whammy on the Cowboys.
Okay.
And listen, I hope that, I hope Jerry Jones lives a long, healthy life. End of, end of sentence. OK, I'm going to find a curse.
The Cowboys look good. Their offense looks good. What?
Be a real shame.
That was, that was a strong giggle from Anchor.
He's a fucking hilarious guy.
What?
Jerry Jones is bad at his job.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it's good. I, I like that, Jerry.
You want him staying alive?
Correct.
I like it too. And I'm also— he has no succession plan.
Also, wouldn't— but wouldn't the curse be that it's going to be against the Cowboys?
I, I actually don't— I want Jerry around.
Yeah, wouldn't the curse be Jerry Jones lives for another 20 years but the Cowboys never get back?
Exactly.
That's way worse.
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah, I'm gonna find— I don't know if it's a witch doctor, I don't know if it's it's a psychic. I'm going to do some deep research into the most effective types of curses. And I'm going to put a curse on the Dallas Cowboys. And as long as that curse is in effect, they will not win a Super Bowl. They won't smell a Super Bowl. And they'll be doomed to be just as miserable as I am. And that's how you get back at people. If somebody wrongs you guys, you do the exact same thing except twice as hard to them. I'm just—
Hank, you're— you're the 2 guys you're talking to right now, and you do a quote tweet, is this AI? And be like, I was literally asking.
You're happy. Why can't you just admit that?
We're trolls, Hank. We're born of the same troll blood.
Admit that.
We all know what trolling looks like.
We all watched that game together.
Admit you're happy.
You can watch the video of me watching the play. You can watch the video of me watching the replay. Actually, I would like to watch. At no point did I smile. I was not laughing. Like, I was horrified.
Max, can you find—
I like a rivalry. If Jayden Daniels never plays football again, which it seems like he's not going to, there's no rivalry. Like, I want him to play. He can't stay on the field.
Come on.
I know he can't stay on the field.
And that sucks.
You know, I see the thing is you don't truly believe that.
I do. I want Jayden Daniels to play.
Come on, Hank.
I need to find this. I want to see Hank's reaction. And Hank, listen, we are all trolls here. I get it. It does seem like you're rooting for injuries and I would never do that to you.
And I'm not rooting for injuries at all.
This is going to be extremely—
yeah, we—
I—
he did actually react saying he doesn't want to see it. We were going long anyway, but he did. I do not think he was smiling. I don't. No, but the AI thing, that was clearly a troll.
Yeah, that's troll.
Um, yeah, come on, Hank, come on, we're not stupid. You're gaslighting us. You're gaslighting us at this point.
That video was so unbelievable. I literally was like, this must be AI. Again, it's like 2026, AI is crazy these days. Look, Big Cat's laughing really hard.
That's in— that's when I was there in the first half when he wasn't injured, idiot.
I don't know, I'm just watching what they pulled up.
So my big takeaway from this game is, yeah, um, Stop watching. Jayden's probably never going to play football again. The Commanders will never be good. And it's wizard season.
There you go.
Yep.
Wizards.
We're on to the wizards. But now I kind of feel a little bit liberated because at this point, I don't, I don't have any expectations for football season this year. So I can rededicate myself to being what I love to do and what I do best. And that's just being a full-time troll.
So this is after the injury. But yeah, this was when they were showing the replays.
Too many replays.
I'm blocking Hank.
Look fat.
Oh yeah, no, Hank's not. He's not. He's, he's reacting. Oh, zoom in on his face real quick. Zoom in on his face just real quick.
Oh, Max stroking his nose.
Hank might have— there's a little bit of a little smile.
There was a little bit of a grin back there.
There's a little grin.
This is insane.
Okay, let's move on.
Let's move on. Screaming.
Cowboys looked awesome.
Cowboys look pretty good. Well, here's the thing about the Cowboys. Georgie, George Pickens only has one more yard receiving this year than DK Metcalf.
Yeah.
So, well, he had a bad first game.
Quietly, George not off to a great start right now. And I mean, he's a, he's an exceptionally talented guy. I just think that if it goes on, given the fact that it's a contract year thing, they have to find a way to get him involved because if they don't, they could lose him.
Yeah.
All right. That, that, that, that looks like you're screaming horror there, Hank.
Sorry. You can't exist.
No, I, I had, I had I thought you were reacting fine. Is this AI? It's a troll and I understand it.
Somehow, somehow Hank is the victim.
Yeah.
His quarterback's super healthy, almost too healthy.
Whoa.
Like really healthy.
Now he's coming at you.
No, I'm just saying like—
You're getting in dangerous spots here.
I don't know what it is, but like Hank, you won today. The Patriots back on in the good graces of the football gods.
Won the Hungry Dog.
Won the Hungry Dog pretty much almost. And your quarterback is super healthy. Like really healthy.
We're getting into danger.
We should pull up that clip too.
What?
We're just pulling up Gambling Cave clips.
What?
Hank being Hungry Dog.
Yeah. I think I can tell this now. I had big plans for Jayden too this year. I mean, it's not, I'm not going to get any use out of it probably ever.
Oh.
What?
I went out and bought a— one of those giant, like, 15-foot-tall wacky inflatable— wacky air guys.
Like the car dealership guys?
Car dealership guys. And it's a Jayden Daniels wacky inflatable. Like, it's his face.
What were you going to do with it?
I was going to inflate it. Like, those are big plans. I was going to inflate it, like, underneath Max.
How?
Or put it outside the door like we did with Positivity Bunny.
That—
so that's $100. I gotta just—
When?
It was only $100? Yeah.
When are you gonna do that, huh?
When are you gonna do that?
My big plan is for week 1, put that out, then I'm just hanging on to it, uh, yeah, uh, for the next time we played against the Eagles.
It would be nice to just put it up.
Yeah, just do it.
Only $100? That's a great deal.
I also got you a Jalen Hurts one. It's on the way.
Oh, that's, that's great.
Yeah.
Did they have a Caleb one?
They did not. The only, the only 2 that I saw were just Jalen Hurts.
That's sick. That was—
that can't be true.
Those were the only 2 I saw. I didn't look that hard, but those were the 2.
It just happened to be.
Yeah, that's kind of fun. Yeah. So, you know, the best laid plans of mice and men, as they say.
Last game, the Colts and Chiefs. Chiefs, we talked about it kind of there for a second. The Chiefs win in overtime. I will say I don't really understand what the Colts were doing there in overtime and the fact that they got, they got like super aggressive with that deep shot and then they slowed it down and they got stuck in like the middle ground of what are we doing here? It was almost like LSU last night on Saturday night where it's like either score a touchdown or use all the clock and then kick a field goal.
Yeah.
Do one or the other. They rushed to get down the field, then went slow and didn't score a touchdown, kicked a field goal. Then the Chiefs had enough time to kick a field goal and win the game.
Yeah. So if you've watched any football since Patrick Mahomes has been in the league, you know what's going to happen.
Don't give him any time if you don't score a touchdown there. Yeah.
In overtime, if you kick a field goal, you're going to lose that game.
If you get a field goal, there has to be no time left.
Yes. You have to Anyone that's watched football knows that that's how that game ends. So I was not surprised whatsoever.
And Mahomes, I mean, credit to the Colts, they did look a lot more qualified than they did in week 1. So maybe the season's not fully over. That's a tough start to the season to play the Ravens and the Chiefs. Mahomes, week 1, everyone's like, hey, he passed the test of his knee, looked good. The passing is rusty. Now the passing's back.
The deep ball was there.
Now the passing's back. Like, he threw for 382 yards tonight and he was They were taking shots all over the place. Travis Kelce looked like he was young again. It's just Travis Kelce had 101 yards, 9 catches. Like, Chiefs are a problem, man. They're a problem.
Taylor up in the box, box of the year, showing, pointing to the ring finger.
Chiefs are like fully back. Would you agree? Hey, Chiefs are fully back.
Oh yeah.
Like, that's not even a— they're just back to being the Chiefs. It's not— they're just going to— it's probably going to be the AFC Championship in Kansas City.
Yeah.
Chiefs are stacked.
Bills stacked.
Yeah. I mean, I'm looking at their schedule right now. Chiefs are going to start 5-0. They play the Dolphins, the Raiders, and the Chargers. They're going to start 5-0.
Raiders might be good.
Raiders could be good. They're still going to start 5-0.
Tough break for the Colts. Alec Pierce getting hurt.
Yeah.
I don't know what it is, but it doesn't— it didn't look good at all. It looked like it was not contact. It was the, the foot that was hurt from before. So I hope he's okay because that offense just doesn't— without him in the game, it doesn't work. Nothing works without him.
I mean, Jonathan Taylor runs hard. Daniel Jones, he had some nice plays. The Colts showed some life. They showed some life. So the season might not be fully over for the Colts. But the big takeaway is the Chiefs are just all the way, all the way back.
So the Colts, big game. next week against the Texans at home.
Loser leaves town.
Loser leaves town for that game.
Yeah.
And they are going to have a win against the Commanders. That's going to be overseas.
Great.
Good.
You might win that game.
Yeah. Weird things happen overseas. You know what I actually think? Mariota, good backup quarterback. Start the kid from Rutgers. Ethan Kolikmianis.
Yeah.
Come lick my anus. Start that guy.
Yeah.
He's got a little Kirk Cousins in him.
Why not see what's going on there? Give him a start. Okay, boys, should we do Who's Back of the Week and get on our way? Who's Back of the Week is brought to you by our friends at Twisted Tea. Uh, NASCAR fights.
Yeah.
Really good.
Ryan Blaney.
What's—
Carson Hoekavar.
Yep.
Yep.
Yep.
Kind of soft punches. Like they looked like they didn't stick too hard, but it was just a classic. They got in a wreck and then they met in the infield and just duked it out a little bit.
Yeah. Mm-hmm.
NASCAR, whenever they get into actual fights with each other, they didn't really throw any punches back.
Yeah.
Just kind of ate it.
No, they kind of remind me of like, you ever see those bicyclists that fight against each other and they do like spin, try to do spinning back fists and it's just like the softest fight ever. Mm-hmm. I believe that if these NASCAR drivers got into a fight in a bar, it would look like a fight with like punches and some violence. But for some reason when they're in their like onesie, I never really see— it's never really threatening.
One of these is a good punch.
Yeah.
Like if we saw this punch in an NBA game, like it would be a big deal or like an— or like a benches clearing brawl. Like you don't see this in—
No, they go for it. They always let them punch like a couple of times and then they—
Look at that. That is a— that's like a serious punch.
That was good.
Good, good, good.
Who's back, Hank?
Yeah. And the Water Dogs.
Yeah.
And the Water Dogs.
Congrats.
Fuck yeah.
Yeah.
So back. We're so back. Hang the banner.
We actually should.
Yeah.
No.
Yes. Like a banner for ourselves.
Yeah. 100%.
Like owners of the year.
Yeah.
OK. PFT.
Yeah. I mean, I was going to say, talk about the Water Dogs. And then who's back is just, just the RG4 talk. A lot of that.
Why? What happened?
A lot of RG4 talk out there. I can't. I never, I never thought Hank would be a root for injuries guy.
I'm not.
It's sad to see.
I don't know.
I'll say this about Hank. I do not think he's a root for injuries guy. I think he's a make a joke after an injury guy, which—
That's not true either. Okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
I didn't say anything about Caleb Williams or Jayden Daniels.
None of this happened.
I didn't say anything about the injury. I did ask a question about the linemen.
Yeah.
Not caring about the injury.
I think they did care. Also, Who's Back is just it being the 21st of September.
Yeah.
Great song.
Happy birthday, Danny Conrad.
I'm going to listen to that. Tomorrow morning and it's going to put a smile on my face because it's a great song. Everything's going to be okay. Yeah, we'll be okay.
What is the actual weeks that they're going to say? Like, what do you— what if he doesn't get surgery? Is he out 4 weeks?
4 weeks. All right. So that's not terrible. Then he'll come back and it'll pop out again.
But 4 weeks isn't terrible.
You know what?
I've moved on.
That's what I'm hoping for.
I moved on. I've moved on this season to just— we're entering, we're shifting into full-time Okay. What?
I have one question for you, PFT.
Yes, Max.
I don't know this. These are reports that were told to me.
Yeah.
So this is a serious question.
Yes.
No, you are.
No, that's part-time.
Oh, shit. Yeah. He's going full-time.
Full-time.
Maybe if you had just like— you went full-time troll mode last year and then you never got out of it, even when Jayden Daniels was healthy. And that's where I think you messed up.
Oh, what do you mean?
Fair point. Jayden Daniels got hurt last year. Yeah, obviously. And you then entered full-time troll mode. You spent all your time thinking and talking about Drake May.
No, I actually don't.
That never went away, even though Jayden Daniels was healthy this year. And that might have— like, your priorities were in the wrong place.
What do you mean full-time thinking about Drake May?
You made a whole video.
You talking about Glenn?
Yeah.
Yeah, you're talking about Glenn.
Yeah.
Sorry for Sorry for making a funny video that people could laugh at.
It was really funny. I'm just saying, like, if that attention had been more spent on, like, your team and your quarterback.
You think, you think I should have done, like, a hype video for Jayden?
You used to do that.
Look how good this guy is.
Didn't you used to do that?
No, not really.
What? You did.
His handoffs. Yeah.
Which were also, and then every week.
Which were also a joke video.
But every week in the playoffs. Playoffs.
Yeah, I made 2 hype videos for the playoffs. That's different.
So your videos—
yeah, that's different.
That's the playoffs.
Yeah.
I got to say, you said you didn't do that point there just about. Maybe you didn't leave troll mode.
No, I left. I left troll mode. I thought, listen, it's— I'm having a tough day today, but you'll see I can be way more trolly. Yeah.
You give the Tebow speech about being a troll.
No, I can. I can step it up. Be careful what you wish for, Hank. Like, if you want, I will make it my full-time job to troll you.
You—
okay. Yeah, sure. I can't wait to see what that looks like.
Okay.
Okay.
Can I, can I ask this question now?
Yeah. Sense of purpose.
Again, I— these are reports that were given to me. I just have one question. This is serious.
Who's walking around? Where Max reports.
Where did you watch the first half of the Colts-Chiefs game?
Oh yeah, that was He was down bad.
Oh, I was in the bathroom. Yeah.
For the entire half.
Yeah. Yeah.
Are you— are you okay?
I had a bad stomach.
Yes.
But you're right.
But was that like a— I couldn't tell if that was like a stomach thing or it's like, I need to be by myself.
No.
Watch this game.
No, I was literally— yeah, it was.
So that was actual stomach.
It was a stomach thing. Yeah.
Okay. I apologize.
Also, I'm a poop guy. Yeah, you are a poop guy. Yeah. No, it wasn't.
He tried to claim he wasn't.
But that was like an hour.
Yeah. No, it was bad.
Like probably more, I think maybe even more than an hour. It was the entire— it was until we started recording from before the Sunday Night Football game.
Yeah, it was, it was, uh, I'll put it this way. I haven't, I haven't pooped in like, uh, 2 and a half days.
Problem solved.
Problem solved.
Got it.
Oh, okay. All right, good.
Finally.
All right. So that was a, that was a good thing that you were in there for that long.
Well, no, it wasn't. I didn't enjoy it.
But you needed to poop. But I needed to poop. But you needed it. Okay, good, good.
I, it had nothing— listen, I, I've, I've been through pain and disappointment I've seen enough as a football fan. I, I don't need to lock myself into a bathroom to get over a loss.
Okay.
That's, that's strictly just stomach issues.
But you understand the optics of that?
Yeah. Okay.
In fact, like, I heard people coming in and I was like, well, they're going to have some questions.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
It's probably about, probably about 45 minutes.
Yeah. All right. My Who's Back? Baseball playoffs getting close. We're 7 days away. I saw a stat too. This is a really sad one. The Pittsburgh Pirates would be in the playoffs if they played in the AL.
Yeah.
It is a race in that AL spot. The White Sox should get it. I hope the White Sox do get it. They should get it. But I guess they would be a half game out if they were in the AL. But yeah, we're getting the little clinch spot. Max and I are in a fight right now. The Padres, Cubs, and Phillies all one game apart.
Fighting for home field.
Fighting for home field hard. I guess technically also still fighting for the playoffs just because the Diamondbacks still remain there lurking. But yeah, we're— I was a lot more excited for playoff baseball until Alex Bregman got his face smashed in, which is really, really bad.
So he definitely can't play.
I mean, I— he can't see. His eye's completely— I don't know, maybe if it wasn't broken, then it's just like a black eye and he'll be okay.
I think he'll be back.
You think so?
I think so.
All right.
All right.
Good.
So I get positive. Okay. I just saw that. I was like, oh my God, he's not— he's not gonna play for a month.
It looks bad right now, but yeah.
Because he's so, so important to the Cubs, just having any type of chance at anything. But yeah, I'm excited for playoff baseball if Bregman can play. And I really, really want to play at Wrigley because Cubs can win at Wrigley. Can't win anywhere else. So if the playoffs started right now, the Cubs would have the home playoff game against the Padres.
Okay.
We have the tie— the Cubs have the tiebreaker against the Padres and the Phillies. So as long as they can just stay at the same record as those 2 teams, they will get the home playoff. 4th game. I don't know who has the— who has your—
I have— we have it over the Padres. You have it over the Padres right now. The Cubs and the Padres are tied and the Phillies are one game back of both of them. So literally anything.
I mean, do we have the same amount of games left to play? 6 games. And who do you play? We're tough.
We have— we go Brewers, Rays. I think the Rays won't be playing for anything in that Yeah, we go— they play the Yankees. So what happens in that series?
We go Marlins.
Now they won't be playing for anything.
We go Marlins, Red Sox. I think the Red Sox are completely locked in, are they not?
Yeah, they clinched.
Yeah. But they're like, they can't get to the home playoff, I don't think. And I don't know if they can go all the way down to the bottom.
I guess they're 5.5 games back.
They're 4 games up on the White Sox. They would have to lose all 3 of their games. leading up to the weekend, and the White Sox would have to win all 3 for the, for the Red Sox to want to play for anything. So they'll just get their rotation set. All right. Well, it'd be fun.
Love a Chicago World Series.
That'd be awesome.
Well, the White Sox have, the White Sox have given up the Central right now.
I know they're, they're, they're crumbling. They're so young. I feel like seeing that slip away, that might be tough to bounce back from.
The, the Cubs are not going to the World Series. Series. I'll say that their pitching is— their bullpen is so bad. But I just chip in a chair.
You know what?
Fuck that. The Cubs could go to the World Series. Chip in a chair. Chip in a chair. See what happens. Baseball playoffs is weird. Just get hot at the right time. That's all you got to do.
Yep.
You just get hot at the right time. You never know what can happen. That's a fact. That is the playoffs. Baseball playoffs are like you get a couple, couple relievers that are just pitching out of their mind.
Yeah.
You never fucking know. Bats get hot.
Diamondbacks, remember them?
Yeah. Yeah.
All right.
Cubs can go to the World Series. Can the Phillies go to the World Series? OK.
I hate the Phillies. I'm going to watch them. I'm going to like them. Actually, I'm not going to promise I'm going to like them.
No, you're not going to go that far.
Oh, so frustrating. They're so, so— they're playing like you say, get hot at the right time. They're getting— they're getting bad at the—
at the ugly.
I mean, that's the Cubs bullpen.
It's just our bullpen sucks too. We got no one. Ryan Kirkring, the guy who blew it last year, we just sent him down. Who gets sent down on, on September 19th? He was like our setup guy last year. He's been a disaster since July. He has like a 10 ERA. They literally just sent him down a week before the playoffs.
Yeah, but that's, I mean, Jacob Webb, they, they won't send him down and they He probably should.
I guess that's better.
Yeah.
But like, we going into the year, we were counting like we got nobody.
Yeah.
All right, Zach, finish us off.
Whatever.
My Who's Back of the Week this week is gonna be UFC 331 because you guys see the fighter Alonzo Minifield, what he was able to fight through.
Yeah. Disgusting.
First round compound fracture, but fought through the— went the distance.
Bone out of his thumb.
Completely out. Almost looked like a molar, like a big tooth.
Yeah.
Whole thumb.
Yeah. Isn't that like very, very dangerous for infection?
I believe so. I mean, open bone has to be.
Yeah, right.
And then he said, no, I'll just finish the fight and then win by decision. So that was some real man shit.
Stevenson got knocked out one of the fastest in heavyweight history. Yeah, that's what I was saying. Like UFC, for a casual like myself, it feels like they don't have any massive, massive superstars for the future, like young superstars.
You think that's what leads to like a lot of these just like quick just knockouts? Like, hey, we're not, we're not evenly matched. One of these guys is going to starch somebody.
Well, Gable Stevenson is just, he's failed like at everything recently.
Yeah.
Tough.
He tried to go to the NFL, tried to do WWE, went back to college and lost and then just got knocked out. And then did he no-show the ending, right? Like the, in the middle when they put their hands up.
Yep.
That was a loser move.
No class on that.
Loser move by him. All right, good show, boys. We're gonna get some good news tomorrow, PFD. Yeah, I, I'm telling you, Florio, if, if this comes back like a grade 2 or 3 and Florio— did you guys see Florio's report on Sunday football?
I did not. I was in the bathroom.
He's like, I'm hearing it's a grade 1. So that's like, it completely changed my whole mood. All right, good show, boys. Numbers?
8, 5, 3.
He's not a troll.
I'll go 18.
Good.
He's not a troll.
That's nice. That's touching.
You're a funny guy.
There's also this guy in the UFC who's just a rough and rowdy fighter.
I'm gonna take, uh, take 90.
Look, Shane took off the poncho.
Tuivasa.
Shane's no longer bolted.
Nah, 86.
69.
69.
Didn't eat a lot today.
Uh, 15 actually. Tip 15, T-Bone.
Congrats on, uh, the Gators, Jacob.
It looks good, Jacob.
Thanks.
Look good.
We're real, real phony.
Oh, oh no.
Georgia, Georgia is really good. Yeah, Georgia, all-time fuck you move.
26.
What did you guys—
hot.
Yeah, it is hot.
Did you guys see the Georgia move? They were running full defensive line drills during a timeout, and then Kirby said afterwards, he was like, because we— our guys weren't getting enough work.
Yeah, Arkansas, they only threw like 6 passes in the game.
That's such a disrespectful move.
Yeah.
What's that? 32.
22?
32.
32.
Happy birthday to Danny Boy Kane.
Oh yeah.
Happy birthday to George R.R. Martin. Happy birthday to John Tavares. Happy birthday to Doug Baldwin, Duane Bowe, Greg Jennings, John Kitna, Jason Derulo, Bill Murray, Hassan Reddick.
Another bad guy.
Hassan Reddick. Yeah, bad guy. Retract the birthday wish. Happy birthday to our good friend and RIP Tommy Lasorda.
And Danny Conrad.
And Danny Conrad.
How'd you miss that one?
I think that was the 20th, wasn't it, Conrad?
No, 21st. 21st. Okay.
