All America, all the time, on the side of freedom and liberty, your voice of hope and truth is here. The Bongino Report PM. With Dan Bongino.

Dan Bongino00:00:32

Nope. Nope. No way. Not a chance. Why would you start a show with a negative, right? Because I'm not doing it. I'm not. I'm not doing it. Well, doing what? I'm not falling for this again, folks. I'm really sorry. For those who may have fallen into this trap, I'm not falling for it. Well, what trap do you speak of, Dan? Producer Jim. You hear we're all supposed to be outraged about the Vivek ad in Ohio. We're supposed to be outraged, Jim. Outraged. Crapping our diapers, cleaning ourselves. We're supposed to be outraged.

We're supposed to be sitting there clawing at our faces, foaming at the mouth, screaming and barking at the movie. We can't. There you go. That's what we're supposed to be outraged. I'm no. No. I'm sorry, folks. I'm sorry. I'm not doing it. I'm not even I don't care about any of that. There's nothing Dan, I can't believe you're not outraged. We're going to call the radio stations. Knock yourself out, bro. Have fun. Let me tell you how many I give.

Zero. You've got a group of liberal folks out there now, from the podcast space to candidates for office, that support the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood, have apologized for 9/11, said October 7th rapes and murders don't matter. You've got audio coming up today, receipts incoming, of a podcaster saying, "We should be firing our pistols at Vice President Vance." No. Yes.

You've got people still, after President Trump has been shot, there have been multiple assassination attempts, threats every single day. You've got people still getting arrested for trying to kill and engage in violence on Republicans. And I'm supposed to just to be clear, if the media, the liberal activist media narrative is true, Jim, and we're all following along at home, me and you are supposed to be sitting here in the studio. I, as my mother-in-law would say, "I cannot believe that I can't believe this." No. Folks, I don't care. You're not doing it.

I'm sorry. You can tell me nothing you say matters to me at all. You have zero credibility. You do not care about a candidate's mother appearing in an ad in Ohio if you're in the liberal media. Please just stop. Stop the silliness. Stop the stupidity. Stop the act. Everyone knows you don't care. Everyone knows you don't care about the Ilhan Omar cam. I can't believe this happened so close to an election.

You can't believe it? You asked Todd Blanch the question yesterday, and he described to you why exactly it happened. And what, you still don't like the answer? You know why, Jim? You know why they don't like the answer? Because their principles are all about, like, "They should not conduct an investigation close to a..." Jim's like, "No, no. Time out." He's like, "I wasn't there like the Trump thing, Jack Smith?" No, no. That never happened. That was SI or something. Where was the media outrage? Oh, that's right. There was none.

You got a party right now, and we, believe me, have all the audio incoming on the show, so go nowhere. In case you think we're making this up. We got senior figures in the Democrat Party talking about defunding the police, talking about a war on the Second Amendment, talking about destabilizing the country and causing instability. We got Hillary Clinton talking about packing the Supreme Court, which would destroy our entire system of checks and balances and our three branches of government.

Openly talking. It's not hidden microphones. It's just them advertising their tyranny. And I'm supposed to be upset, just to be clear, that a congresswoman who retains the presumption of innocence, according to our constitution, which everyone should, but who's been accused and there are allegations of very serious crimes, I'm supposed to be outraged after you tried to bankrupt President Trump, took a mugshot of President Trump, civilly sued him in a case with no victim, after you raided his house, you attacked his family?

We're supposed to be upset about this? No. I know what you're thinking right now. Oh, come on, Dan. It wasn't another thing on President Trump. I mean, he's not really a target. I mean, he was only shot once, Jim. I mean, come on. He was only shot in the head at once. I mean, the second time they caught the guy. I mean, you know what I mean? Whatever. Oh, really? Here's a news report from just the last couple days about more violence directed at President Trump. But yeah, I'm supposed to be upset about an ad in Ohio. Oh, sure. Okay. Check this out.

An Alabama woman has been indicted for allegedly threatening to kill President Trump after he announced in early October his plans to attend the Alabama-Georgia football game scheduled for October 10th in Tuscaloosa. The FBI claims on October 5th, just five days before the game, that Megan Uts posted this disturbing statement on Facebook. "He's not allowed in my stadium. I'll put a bullet through him if he dares." In the post, you can see a photo of Trump who ended up not attending the game because of weather. It's unclear whether Uts had access to a gun, but the FBI says it discovered a TikTok video showing her at last year's game between Georgia and Alabama.

The indictment comes just days after a Kansas man was arrested roughly 48 hours before President Trump was set to speak at a rally in Wichita, only 20 minutes before that where that suspect lives. The Alabama charges are assigned that law enforcement is taking no chances after repeated attempts against Trump's life.

Dan Bongino00:06:08

Listen, this you know, again, we mess around a lot on the show, and there's a lot of humor. None of this is even remotely humorous. I think that's self-evident. Oh, well, what would you know, Dan? Folks, again, for my critics out there, hey, you're always welcome. You know, I enjoy a bit of healthy back and forth. I was a Secret Service agent under Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama. So you're not going to lecture me when traveling around the world's hot zones with presidents I thoroughly disagreed with, risking my life and my family.

You're not going to lecture me about, "What do you know about this stuff?" The question is, "What do you know about this stuff?" Why does this keep happening to President Trump? Because, folks, this stuff is not condemned on that side of the aisle. You've got a podcaster I'm going to play this coming up for you, so please don't go anywhere. And by the way, a very popular one. I'm not talking about some random woman out of nowhere talking about firing pistols at the vice president. This stuff is celebrated on the left.

It is roundly, totally, completely condemned on our side. You are on the better side of this moral argument. There is no question about that. You go on a conservative show and talk about how you want to kill political people, fire pistols at them, or other things like that because you disagree with them, you're done. Number one, you're probably going to get a police investigation, which should happen. You're not allowed to threaten public officials' lives.

But second, you will be on a PNG list. You know what a PNG list? Any of you FSOs, Foreign Service officers, or others? You are on the persona non grata list. You will never, ever be welcomed back. Why? Because we don't do this on the right. We believe in process. We believe in the Constitution. We believe in this great country and its history of peaceful resistance. We don't do this stuff. You are on the right side of this, and you should be damn proud of it. I don't usually get too annoyed about things the liberal media writes about me because you just spend your whole day annoyed.

But I will tell you this. I am not in any way a litigious guy. People say stuff all the time, and I usually just let it go. But you ever accuse me in my show of inciting or promoting violence, I promise you that I'm going to make that I'm going to make that the topic of the show. I'm going to humiliate you. There ain't a show out there that stood against this crap more than us. Tell me someone on the left speaking out about this.

Folks, I'm sorry. Like, that's why I opened up the show today. I'm not going to spend a moment of my time telling you to be outraged by an ad some people consider distasteful in an Ohio governor's race when the Democrats for decades decades. Jim and I are old, man. We're both above 50. You know how many ads I've seen? Republicans want Jim Crow, but Jim Crow, did you miss the civil rights fight in the South that was led by, that's right, Republicans?

Did you miss that? Go try AI. Try, like, ChatGPT or something, you freaking idiot. Ads of Republicans want to drag black men through the street. The media is like, "Oh, this is great. We love this." And then they run an ad, and we're all supposed to sit here and waste time? Folks, you may say you're wasting time. No, I'm not. I'm pointing out to an op going on right now with a bunch of liberal media people that two weeks before an election are trying to distract you from the Democrats' open borders, bring violent crime back, defund the police, inflation agenda, that pack the Supreme Court, pack the US Senate.

This is nothing more than a distraction. There's been no better voice, no better voice for the Republican Party than Caroline Leavitt. Caroline Leavitt is a she's really a savant at this. I mean, she was barely 30, I think, when she got into the White House for this position. And everyone expected former White House Press Secretary Leavitt, not us. Me and Jim had known her before. We had her on the show when she was a candidate, and she was amazing.

But almost everyone expected her to fail. Folks, she was almost savant, like, in her ability to just completely wreck and own media people who were, like, twice her age. Maybe you listen to the show, but you don't like me. Okay, fine. You don't have to like me. It's not a part of the job isn't being liked. It's being right. But maybe you like Caroline. Here's Caroline laying out the stakes in an excellent media hit, and I think she's right. I think the Democrats are worried. You know why?

I've seen the Florida early voting numbers. They are apocalyptic for Democrats. Yes, Democrats. Check this out.

Speaker 400:11:20

Common-sense Americans across the country, Sean, that's what this really is about. That's what's at stake in this election: our livelihood, our way of life, and reminding them to get out and vote. And so you look at the polls, I think there is definitely reason for Democrats to be worried. Look, we know history is not on Republican's side, but President Trump has a way of defying history. And if we listened to the polls, he wouldn't have been in the Oval Office not once, but twice. So ignore the polls, ignore the doom and gloom, and get out and vote.

Dan Bongino00:11:49

Folks, the only reason I'm even, again, bringing up the Democrat media, the liberal activists, sometimes communist media, is we have just over a week now. The early voting is going on now. But until there's going to be a decision about the future of this country, I promise you this is not the last distraction attempt. You are going to see more of this. They're going to try to distract you because they know the Democrats are running the single worst slate of candidates I have ever seen in my life.

Jim, serious question. I'm not jerking around. Have you ever seen a worse slate?

Speaker 500:12:28

No, no. I can't believe these people are even contending.

Dan Bongino00:12:33

I mean, I just remember being a kid, Mondale in was it '84, running on, like, "I'm going to increase your taxes." The economy was booming, thinking, like, "Who told this idiot to do that?" But that wasn't, like, down. They had some semi-respectable candidates down ballot. I have never seen a slate of losers and zeros. Like, this said Troy Jackson, formerly Graham Plattner, a Muslim Brotherhood dude in Michigan, 67 genders, vegan guy in Texas.

I have never Daria Elisa, you know, a full-blown communist. I have never seen a worse slate of candidates in my life. That is why they're doing this. Telling you, ordering you, patriots, ordering you, American patriots, what you should be paying attention to. More on this exact topic, including the insanity of people like AOC being the top of the totem pole of your party.

That's why they want to distract you. Coming up next. We'll be right back.

Speaker 600:13:40

Folks, these weight loss injections are everywhere, but here's the catch. About 15% of users quit because of the cost. Another 15% stop because of side effects. A while back, I had to drop some pounds. I had a bit of a health crisis, as you know, and I had some really bad knees, so I had to lose some weight. I wound up losing over 30 pounds with Lean. Here it is. Lean from Brickhouse Nutrition. It's an absolutely terrific product. The shots weren't for me. It was a hard no. I chose Lean from Brickhouse, and here's why. Weight loss shots work by helping control blood sugar and appetite, so you eat less. There's no arguments. These injections work for a lot of people.

It just wasn't my thing. So Lean was doctor-formulated to do similar things naturally. Lean helped tackle my hunger and helped support energy, steady energy without constant cravings. And Lean did something the injections don't. It helped my body turn fat into energy, so I burn fat instead of storing it. My favorite part? Lean is a nutritional supplement, not an injection. No prescriptions, no needles. I lost weight with Lean. I feel a lot better, so do my knees. Lean, again, is a nutritional supplement, not a shot. I lost weight. I believe you can too. Go to brickhousenutrition.com/dan. Use promo code DAN for 20% off.

That's brickhousenutrition.com/dan, promo code DAN. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It's not a substitute or alternative for care from a health care provider. Thank you. Lean, check it out. And yes, it does work. And people who send me emails. There are people out there, some of you listening to the radio program today, and it's okay to be angry. I get it. There may be a specific, one-issue vote you really care about more than others that has not happened to the degree you wanted it to happen.

Dan Bongino00:15:19

So I understand. I get it. I feel you. I totally get it. But I want to make the case to you today, with a week to go until the most critical midterm election, possibly in our lifetime ever, because redistricting is going to come up, and the things the Democrats are threatening to do if they win, from packing the Supreme Court to opening the border to comparing our ICE agents to the Ku Klux Klan. Believe me, I got audio coming up later. We always bring receipts. Are so dangerous and destructive that if we were to lose this midterm election next week, we're in a world of hurt.

We're in a world of hurt. The damage control is going to be, like, not Band-Aids, but, like, metal stitches. So even if you're not voting for something, say your take on it is, "My specific Republican congressman or senator or my senatorial candidate in my state isn't great. Therefore, I'm going to sit home, not vote, or maybe consider voting Democrat because I'm angry at this thing," I want you for a second to redirect that anger at the appropriate party because I promise you have every right to be angry if your Republican candidate for the ballot has not been terrific.

But you also have an obligation to be angry to protect yourself and your family at the people who are causing your problems. I say this all the time, that Republicans may not be the solution to all of your problems, but the cause of all your problems is most definitely the Democrats. I'll bring this up a couple of times during the show today, but voting by negation is like marketing by negation. And you don't want to use negatives in your marketing. You never want to tell anyone buying your product, whatever it is, cable TV back in the day when people still did that before apps, you used to have to get the cable hook.

Remember, Jim? They'd have to come to your house, the cable guy. They don't even do that anymore. Everything's an app now, right? Or done over the internet. You don't market a product by what it isn't. You market a product by what it is to sell it to people. I can make the case to you that in politics, sometimes marketing by negation is almost more effective if what you're running against is so genuinely awful. This will be a theme of today's show. So I'm talking to the people today who are on the fence about voting and are angry and upset. I feel you.

Dan Bongino00:17:30

I understand. Maybe what you wanted to happen didn't happen quick enough, but it's happening now. Maybe it still hasn't happened yet. This is for you. I am not voting to re-weaponize the government with a bunch of Democrats who are going to use and abuse their positions to clog up the next two years of your life with the China threat, the threat of nuclear annihilation by hypersonic missile, the threat of a massive AISI strike against our industrial control systems and water supply.

I am voting against people that are not going to focus on those problems and are going to focus on endless weaponization of government, the impeachment of Donald Trump, the impeachment of Pete Hegseth, the impeachment of Kash Patel, the impeachment of John Ratcliffe, and the list goes on and on and on. There is a limited number of floor time up on Capitol Hill. They're not even in session the whole time. The House and Senate, they don't work 40-hour workweeks like you. They're back in their district a huge chunk of time. So in that floor time, do you want to focus on affordability, maintaining the current Safer Streets program under the president, maintaining a safe and secure border, or do you want to waste your time impeaching Pete Hegseth?

Who would say that? Well, a bunch of follex MAGA, a small group of follex MAGA Republicans are doing that. But here is Democrat Adam Smith, who, if the Democrats win the House, will be the chair of the committee responsible for this, telling you, "I am going to waste your time on a fruitless, stupid impeachment trial, not just against President Trump, but against Pete Hegseth too." This is absurd and ridiculous. This is what you should be voting against, even if you're having a hard time trying to figure out what to vote for. Check this out.

Speaker 600:19:12

So Congressman, if Democrats do take control of the House of Representatives in one week, you do stand to be chair of the House Armed Services Committee. These questions you have about Pete Hegseth, how do you intend to address them?

Speaker 700:19:24

Well, I think we need to thoroughly investigate all of them to be sure because there's been a lack of transparency at the Pentagon. I think we need to shine a brighter light on it and organize it. Say, "Okay, these are the issues that are most concerning." But then, as you know, right before we left, there was a Republican-led effort to impeach Pete Hegseth. And I think that is definitely on the table.

Dan Bongino00:19:50

Okay, I'm just using this Democrat communist's own words. This is definitely on the table. Jim, they told us they're running on affordability. They told us they're running on gas prices. Ironically, from blue states where gas prices are the highest in the country due to blue state gas taxes and their restrictive oil and gas development policies. Again, I know in marketing, it's never a good thing to tell people what you aren't. You want to tell people what you are. But when the alternative product in the market, sometimes the product you're running against, even if your specific regional candidate is so terrible, sometimes the product you're running against is so awful that marketing by negation actually works.

And in this case, it's critical. You know, a lot of politicians in both parties have failed you. But the question isn't who is going to solve your problems. The question is who is going to solve or mitigate your problems better. The question is a marginal one, not a binary. There's always going to be problems with inflation, government spending. The border problem is going to always exist. People want to come to the United States. Crime problems are always going to exist. The question is who is doing a better job. So the DHS general counsel and attorney who works at the Department of Homeland Security is being interviewed on 60 Minutes.

And this went nuclear yesterday, in case you missed this. These clips went viral. They were all over the place. This is a guy by the name of James Percival. These clips are priceless. Again, this is targeted to people out there who are not convinced the Trump agenda yet is for them. On the fence, folks, thinking about voting or not voting. I'm just telling you that if you stay home, the product you're going to get is so awful, if I don't highlight it, I think I'm doing you a disservice. So this is for folks who are angry. I get you. I feel you. This is the left-wing media arguing again, as they always do, for open borders and stuff, making some of the most absurd, ridiculous, stupid, immature, juvenile arguments you've ever heard about why the Trump crackdown on illegal immigration basically was, like, counterproductive.

Hey, there was just a small portion of these people who broke the law, by the way, who went on to break the law again and commit violent crimes. This guy Percival makes this buffoon at 60 Minutes look so stupid in this interview. This thing was everywhere this morning on X. Check this out.

Speaker 800:22:11

So let's talk about the two crimes that I hear you and others in the administration talk about most, murder and rape. Based on this internal DHS document, in Trump's first year, 0.5% of those detained. 0.5% were accused or convicted of homicide. 1.4% were accused or convicted of sexual assault. I mean, together, that's 2%.

Dan Bongino00:22:30

And isn't it wonderful that we're getting those people out of the country?

Speaker 800:22:33

100%.

Dan Bongino00:22:34

But should that be the limit of who has to follow the law? Just rapists and murderers have to follow the law?

Speaker 800:22:39

I take that point. But 2%, murder and rapists, this is what we keep hearing. This is who's being deported. But that's 2%. What about everybody else?

Dan Bongino00:22:47

Well, again, I mean, so a couple of things. Number one, everyone has to follow the law. It is not an excuse to say, "I'm not going to follow the law because I haven't raped or killed anybody." But number two, there are a lot of other very serious crimes. And one of the things about people who commit less significant crimes is they often commit more significant crimes. And I, for one, as someone who has an obligation to protect the American people, I want anyone who could commit a crime who is not supposed to be in this country out of this country because every illegal alien crime is a preventable crime.

Speaker 800:23:15

So you're saying if someone commits a misdemeanor, why take the chance that they won't then.

Dan Bongino00:23:19

Well, no. Well, what I'm saying is that we have laws. Congress passes those laws. We just enforce them. And this obsession with whether somebody has committed a sufficient crime, an immigration judge has ordered us to remove someone. We're following an order from an immigration judge. I mean. What else could you possibly want to hear? So just to be clear on this, that was 60 Minutes, right, Jim, the interview from 60 Minutes? The perspective of 60 Minutes is.

Speaker 800:23:45

Sir.

Dan Bongino00:23:49

The 60 Minutes approach is, as long as there is just a small portion of these people who already broke the law coming into your country, we shouldn't enforce the law at all if you break the law coming into the country. Forget about the legal immigrants that follow the law. Screw them. They don't deserve your time. We should let them alone because only a small portion of them turn out to be child pornographers, rapists, and murderers. I'm just trying to get the thing. This is what I'm telling you. Even if you're angry and you think the Republican Party has not solved every problem, fair enough, fair enough, fair enough. I told you, Republicans may not be the solution to all your problems.

Democrats are the cause of all your problems. Wouldn't you vote against this kind of stupidity? Here's another clip from this interview, again, just showing this myopic, immature, childish approach to law enforcement. You'd think they would be celebrating Donald Trump's border crackdown and the massive, which we will cover today, massive drop in violent crime in this country that was even triple digits percentage bigger than even the FBI's latest numbers. I'll get to that coming up.

Here's another clip of pure unadulterated idiocy on display. And this is, believe me, this moron virus has infected the entire Democrat Party on the ballot now. Check this out.

Speaker 800:25:02

Based on an internal DHS document that we had access to in the Trump administration's first year in office for this second term, less than 14% of people detained by ICE had a violent criminal record, less than 14%.

Dan Bongino00:25:16

So one of the tricks that people do is they use this violent crime label. It's an incredibly misleading label. There are many horrible, horrible crimes that people do not classify as violent crimes. Let me give you some examples. Child pornography, not I mean, making it is, but watching it is not considered a violent crime. Trafficking in heroin, not considered a violent crime. So anytime anybody ever feeds you a violent crime stat like that, they are absolutely cooking the books to erase the significant criminality and public safety threat that you're looking at in that population.

Speaker 800:25:50

Yeah, I appreciate the nuance there because I think that is very important.

Dan Bongino00:25:52

It's a very important nuance. These people are suggesting that people who watch child pornography and people who sell heroin aren't people that should be removed from the country because they're not, quote unquote, "violent criminals." It's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. The 60 Minutes position is what again? Because this is the Liberal Democratic progressive candidate on the ballot right now, policy that supports open borders. If 100 people, we'll just use round numbers here, were to enter the country illegally and break the law, they have violated the law, we should not enforce the law against those people because roughly five of those 100 will be rapists, murderers, and violent criminals.

And that number is underselling it, by the way, because it doesn't even factor in the gotaways. So figure five out of them are rapists and murderers, right? Another 14 to maybe 20% of those are child pornographers, slinging heroin, drug dealers. So you've got about a quarter of these people, three-quarters who broke the law by entering the country illegally, could have followed the process and didn't. You've got about a quarter of them who are known violent criminals. And the 60 Minutes policy is the Trump closed border policy that has crushed violent crime is somehow a failure?

Folks, again, even if you're confused about who to vote for and you're angry or upset or anything like you use the word angry, you're upset that, listen, inflation didn't come down from the Biden administration highest fast. I understand. Listen, I feel you, man. I get it. I get it. My dad was a plumber and my mom worked in a supermarket. It's not like I grew up from money. I get it. Like, I've been there. I understand what it's like. And not to forget paycheck to pay. You don't even make it to the next paycheck half the time. I get it.

All I'm asking you is take that righteous anger in many cases and direct it in the right spot because there's a party out there that is delusional that deserves to be the repository of this set anger. And I'm sorry, but it's not the Republicans. It's just not. They are fully behind the border crackdown, the crime crackdown, the reindustrialization of America, this battle against inflation. It's not won, but it's far better than the Biden administration. I got all the data incoming on the show today. I am going to back this up. I promise I'm not asking you to do trust me, bro politics.

Those days are done. More coming up next. We'll be right back.

Speaker 100:28:10

Bongino.

Dan Bongino00:28:15

I'm just trying to get across to you that in these national elections, and they're not really national elections. They're really a series of regional elections. An unprecedented number of really stunning results on election night. Now, there are regional interests going on that are going to shock people. I'll give you a couple of hypotheticals. Folks, there could be a huge upset in the state of Minnesota in the Michelle Tafoya race, the Republican candidate for the United States Senate running against that lunatic, Peggy Flanagan.

Now, what's the regional interest? It's kind of a national race in the a lot of fraud happened in Minnesota under Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan. Sorry for stumbling over my words. I'm just trying to phrase this right. That fraud involved a lot of federal programs. However, the fraud acutely hit, based on, like, per capita fraud, it was uniquely bad in the state of Minnesota and Minneapolis. It's a huge regional issue because a lot of neighbors to these new immigrant communities, both legal and illegal, that were folks who lived in Minnesota for a long time, are really upset that people came into their cities and their states and abused the system while they're busting their ass every day, getting dirt under their fingernails to grind by paycheck to paycheck.

You could see an enormous upset there that could overcome some national wave type election. However, it's my job to be candid and straight with you. The numbers out of some states for Republicans are not great. They're not catastrophic. They're not apocalyptic. Yes, Republicans do traditionally show up on election day. But to pretend like the situation in South Carolina, a pretty blood-red state, is fantastic right now, is not doing anybody any good. It's just not.

However, this is a regional race. You've got a guy running for governor in California. I mean, it's fairly obvious they are a deep, deep blue state. We have not seen a real Republican governor there since Ronald Reagan, okay? We haven't. I know you're going to throw out some other. I mean, Reagan was the, I mean, Republican governor that represented our cause. You haven't seen it in a long time. Folks, California, a lot of California residents, I took a trip out there not that long ago.

I was at a wedding. I can't tell you how many people. And I was out in the Idaho area, the California side, and a little bit up in Napa. It was a wedding for a friend. There are a lot of liberals up there. Everybody I ran into, and I'm biased, obviously, because people who would know who I am are probably conservative. But even people around them were like, "Yeah, yeah, I'm voting for that Hilton guy." I know we're on a ton of stations in California. There are a lot of people upset at the direction of the state that are not focusing on, I don't want to say national issues.

They are, but their primary focus is saving their community first. You've heard the term all politics or local. Tattoo it on your cerebral cortex because it is true. I learned that the hard way in one of the congressional races I ran in. I did. I threw myself under the bus when necessary to make a point because I lived it. All politics are local. California is being destroyed by homelessness, by drugs, by a fentanyl crisis, by an economy that needs more work, by overregulation, by fires that destroy properties they can't even rebuild.

You could see a number of congressional seats in California if Steve Hilton brings out a large voter turnout for Republicans in California, of which there are many. There are millions. You could see some regional upsets that would offset upsets in maybe some red states where some swingy seats might go in the Democrats' direction. Here's an ad by Steve Hilton that just crushed it. Again, viral, viral. These viral ads are just, they're free-earned media.

I've got one coming up later, too, with Bruce Blakeman running for governor up in New York against the dreadful Kathy Hochul. But I want you to listen to this ad. This stuff stings, man. If he can get out a statewide vote of unprecedented proportions at a midterm election in California, it'll filter down to city council seats, congressional seats, dog catcher seats, whatever. But you got to show up. We've got the numbers. You just have to show up. There is no reason we can't show up like we did in the numbers in 2024. We're there. We still live here. It's the same people.

We can do this. All we've got to do is go fill in the bubble, touch the screen, or pull the lever, and we'll win. It's not that complicated. Check this ad out. Wake up, California. This is a fact. This is not opinion. The DSA is coming. You think what happened in Paris couldn't happen here. You think Javier Becerra is going to stand up to the DSA. He'd be a doormat for the DSA. This city is a disaster. This is Fentanyl Alley with Nithya Rama as mayor.

It'll be Fentanyl City with Javier Becerra as governor. It'll be Fentanyl State. I'm your last line of defense. I'm the only one standing in between you and chaos. You're going to put up with another four years of this because you don't like Trump, because you don't want to vote for a Republican? That is insane. We got to change things in California, and I'm your only hope. Steve Hilton for governor. Just try it. Folks, this is why I'm telling you to disregard a lot of these, many, not all, but many of these polling outfits that are putting out junk, quote, "social experiment."

What do you mean social experiments? Is it a freaking poll or not? Well, we're running a social experiment. What, lie to people? They're running an op on you. It's not some conspiracy theory that, oh, op, psy op. It is an actual psy op, psychological operation to manipulate you to stay home because you believe it's a fait accompli and these races are over. They are not. They are not. Here's another thing I think could lead to some regional surprises. Folks, the Democrats are counting on minority voters, Hispanic, black voters, Asian voters, to what we would say in statistics, regress to the mean.

If you look at the averages and the numbers over time of minority voters and which party they select, it's not a newsflash to say traditionally they have voted in large numbers for Democrats. Okay, everybody knows that. However, President Trump turned that around. We did not get a majority of overall minority votes, far from it, but we got huge numbers we hadn't received before. The Republican Party and the SMAGA movement. There is a narrative out there driven by social experiment pollsters and elsewhere running an op on you that it's a national election.

Forget about regional issues. Everything's lost. Republicans stay home. Look, all minority voters that have traditionally voted for us are going to, like, come back home. That's not their home anymore. That's not their home anymore. Even the dreadful Chris Cuomo, who the guy's like obsessed with me on X. It's like the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. I saw this guy at a UFC. He was like kissing my ass. Hey, buddy, come on my show. No, I don't want to quote you.

Speaker 300:35:53

There's a lot of Bongino obsession going on there.

Dan Bongino00:35:55

Oh, my gosh. It's freaking weird, man. Like Boiling Bunny stuff. They got, like, security outside the house or something. Here's Chris Cuomo. He interviews this minority black voter in Michigan, and he doesn't get the answer I think he thought he was going to get. Again, this is one interview. I don't want to extrapolate from this a big, huge national trend. I'm just trying to make the point to you that in the past, there was probably upwards of a 90% chance if you interviewed any random black voter, they would tell you the opposite, that they're voting for Democrats.

That's not what's happening anymore. And I'm not sure there's going to be a regression to the mean. I'm not sure there's going to be a coming home of minority voters because they don't consider it their home anymore. Here, check this out. Who are you voting for? Mike Rogers. Why? Because I think that my family and the values that align with conservative people and then also being able to get things done when it comes to all three branches of government is more important. Do you believe people may be wrong if they assume that all black voters will vote for El Sayed because he's considered another Brown guy?

I think that they are. I think that they are. And the reason that I think that it is, because it's a lot of black people that are waking up and realizing that voting Democrat does not necessarily mean that it aligns with your values. I'm not buying the narrative that the Democrat Party, high taxes, open borders, street crime, in any way appeals to rational maximizers, if you follow the rules of basic economics in the black and Hispanic community that want this. Folks, it's getting harder to hide this Republicans are racist crap garbage stupid narrative that's been out there forever in the age of Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and elsewhere where people can go fact check this with SI, AI, whatever you call it, in live time.

It's not working anymore. Remember, these narratives used to be on the nightly news with NBC, CBS, and ABC, and people would believe, oh my gosh, Republican Party is full of racists. Now, all of a sudden, they can just check it in live time and find out that the entire civil rights movement in the South to combat Jim Crow and slavery was run by Republicans. You can just look it up. Regional issues, I think, are going to dominate. That's why I think we're going to see some upsets. We're going to be talking on Wednesday, the day after, a week from today.

And I can guarantee you we're going to be talking about a few races where, like, where in Hades did that come from? I promise. I'll give you another example of what I mean. Regional issues. I live in the state of Florida. I'll bring this up again in a couple of minutes here because it's important. I live in South Florida, even more important. The joke in Florida is the more south you go, the more north you get. Northern Florida is the South. Southern Florida is all transplanted people from up north. So that's where that comes from.

I love living in South Florida. If you know anything about South Florida politics, of which I do, you will know that South Florida has a very densely populated group of Venezuelans and Cubans who escaped the horrors of communism and socialism who don't want to hear from anyone, no less a Florida politician like Angie Nixon running for Senate statewide here in Florida, how they're confused if Castro was, in fact, a dictator or not. This is not a hard question. You don't need a cheat sheet. You just need some common sense.

About family members in political prisons. Not that it would be an upset for Ashley Moody, the Republican who went and wouldn't, but all these predictions and polls that this is a close race. You sure about that? Greg Gutfeld the other day from Fox on the Five was talking about this socialism scourge and how socialism is basically an education problem. It just is, folks. If you just were to educate yourself mildly in this AI, SI era, you would find out that socialism is the single greatest source of political torture and tyranny in modern human history.

Dan Bongino00:40:01

Hundreds of millions starved. Hundreds of millions of people killed. Political prisoners. All you got to do is look it up. He makes a great point here, and this is going to resonate regionally with people who've experienced the horrors of socialism. Check this out.

Speaker 300:40:14

But this, yeah, it's an entire movement that in America can only survive on ignorance. You better not crack open a history book or even take a basic class in economics or this, all this stuff falls down. You're right. These DSA candidates have no depth, so they don't even expect their supporters to know the difference. And they don't. Also, we got to be honest. When you look at their supporters and you look at a lot of these guys, they don't have a family. A lot of them don't work. So the realities of a full life don't, like, impinge on them so they can have these beliefs.

The moment you have kids or you, and I know, of course, or jobs, you realize that socialism is not a doable thing. There are incentives, disincentives, there are outcomes, all this stuff. So you can hold on to these beliefs, but only if you're the actual politician because then when you get elected, you're exempt from the very outcomes you push on the masses that support you.

Dan Bongino00:41:13

This is why this group of, I mean, they call them radicals, are underselling it. Communists, progressive, far-left lunatics running from Talarico to Al-Sayed to Peggy Flanagan in Minnesota and elsewhere. This is why they hate the development of AI so much because they know it's an instant fact-check feedback mechanism for crazy things they've been telling people and voters for decades now. Socialism is an education problem in addition to being a political problem, a murder problem, a jail cell problem, and a starvation problem, too.

Folks do not trust these polls. Okay? You saw what happened in Israel. The polls were way, way off yet again. Do not trust these polls. Go out, fill in the bubble, pull the lever, touch the screen. You show up, we have the numbers, we'll win. There is no fancy formula for this. More coming up next. We'll be right back. If you're undecided in this election cycle, obviously now less than a week from the most critical midterm election, potentially transformative, and I don't mean that in a good way, if the Republican Party loses of our lifetime, are you voting based on results?

In other words, documented factual data about the economy, healthcare, education, government regulation, or are you voting on emotions? And I know it's the reason I'm even hesitant to ask it is for obvious reasons. You're probably like, well, that's a stupid question. Of course, I'm voting on results. Well, it's not a stupid question. And again, I'm talking to kind of on-the-fence voters here. I understand if you're a hardcore Democrat, socialism and crushing the economy, right, Jim?

That is the goal. So, you know, your results, the fact that Joe Biden had 9% inflation, which was, you know, almost triple the Trump administration's inflation record, that is the point. Like, you want to crush the economy. So I'm not really talking to you. You're obviously free to listen to them. But I'm talking to people who are genuinely confused about what direction to go. I think back to when I was in college, my freshman year at the University of Stony Brook out in Long Island, and I was seeing all these political ads.

I was seeing these political ads about, like, Bill Clinton and running for office, and there were all these guys. They were like, independent economists say the Clinton plan, and I really fell for that. Like, I thought independent economists, or I was, you know, I was young at the time. I thought that was real. I'm like, I thought, in other words, like, independent economists were actually independent. You know, media bias was still new to me. I wasn't as embedded or deep in politics as I am right now. So I was kind of, I thought I was voting on results, but, and I didn't vote for Bill Clinton, to be clear, but it was really emotions.

Like, wow, I wanted a job, too, because I hadn't, in fact, done the homework on those results. So if you listen to this show, one of the things Producer Jim and I pride ourselves on are bringing you actual data points, real data points, like receipts. Here's GDP numbers, things we can prove. Here's the number of, you know, federal workforce employees that were let go in a resizing of government. Here's the number of government regulations that were dumped.

Here's the number of states that accepted Donald Trump's school choice plan and the big, beautiful bill. Here's the number of border apprehensions and a number of illegals admitted into the country, close to zero. Here are the numbers on homicides, on violent crime that have gone down. So we pride ourselves on results. I try not to get involved. I say often, I like President Trump a lot, but I don't let it cloud my judgment. You know, I worked for him, and my job was to enact the Trump agenda, you know, in the FBI and his vision on crime and to do it, you know, with using FBI policy and our constitution as a guidemark.

But I am an activist for conservative cause now. I was not while I worked in the government. That wasn't my job. And I believe in this, but I believe in results, and I don't, I try not to, I say, fall in love with ideas, not politicians. I'm genuinely confused if you answered that question and you're on the fence in the, say, we'll call it the affirmative, that yes, I'm voting on results and not emotions, how you could even be remotely considering a Democrat candidate for governor, House, or Senate. I'm really confused.

I'm not being a tool about it. I mean it. I'm going to put together in today's show for you in the next hour and 40 minutes now plus, I'm going to put together for you a back and forth of what people out there advocating for you to vote Democrat have done to you versus what has happened in the last two years in the Trump agenda. And one of the people out there with the biggest bullhorn is a failure by any measure based on results of a president, Barack Obama.

He's out there hollering, screaming, scratching his face, wetting his diaper, screaming, oh, you definitely got to vote for the D. You got to vote for the D. I don't know what D he's talking about, but I ain't voting for no D. The tragically hilarious part about all of this is Obama is out on the campaign trail. The most divisive president. Now, granted, I get this tilt because no real, well, there are measures of it, but they're hard to categorize of divisiveness.

But I think it's a pretty well-founded opinion based on the political ecosystem when Barack Obama was in charge, how people feel about the country and their neighbor. The king, the monarch of divisiveness. He didn't like the rich. He promoted DEI and woke stuff that got white people, you know, the white male patriarchy was the source of all our problems, critical theory crap, and all this other stuff. Barack Obama was probably the most divisive president we've seen in modern U.S.

history. And his record of failure over eight years is second to none. I know if you're a Democrat listening or even on the fence and you're offended by that, I'm sorry. I'm just telling you the truth. Barack Obama's signature achievement was his greatest catastrophe, the Affordable Care Act, i.e., Obamacare, where rates have gone through the roof. Just go ask your SI program anywhere, Gemini, ChatGPT, Anthropic, open source, Grok. Your premiums have doubled. That was his signature achievement, was increasing your healthcare premiums and getting your plan canceled.

Now he's out there on the stump talking about how we should all be sitting around roasting marshmallows around a campfire, singing campfire songs. The only campfire song this guy's singing is, like, right before that Camp Crystal Lake show when Jason Voorhees, like, that's the only campfire this guy's in. What the hell is he talking about? Here's Obama out on the trail. This is a tragedy. Telling people he's all about fat Barney. Sharing is caring. What the hell is this guy talking about?

He spent eight years telling you how bad you suck. You didn't build that? Well, you didn't either. You never had a job. You were a freaking community organizer. Listen to this crap. Check this out.

Speaker 400:48:35

And division. And I don't know about you, but I am tired of being angry and I'm tired of being divided. I want friendship and neighborliness and joy and generosity. I want everybody rolling up their sleeves in the common enterprise of rebuilding America.

Dan Bongino00:48:56

Oh, this guy, I can't take it. I really, if there was ever a national political figure that needed to just slither away, it's this guy. This is probably the most irritating. I actually prefer Kamala Harris's word salads because they're actually funny. They're quite funny. Like, we listen to her and be like, and the bells go round and round and the wheels and don't let the present past unburden you from the future present of the moment.

And I didn't visit the border, but I was the border czar, but I never visited Europe either. You're like, wait, what? But you laugh. Jim and I sit around. We're like, this is great stuff. This is like Eddie Murphy raw. This is good. But Obama's not funny. He's just annoying. He's out there lecturing in his preacher's word. And we got to provoke fat Barney. Sharing is caring. And we should all do some little s'mores. Get your dark chocolate, your graham crackers, and your marshmallows, and we're all going to sit around with those scumbag evil rich people, Republican, white male patriarch.

I thought you just said everybody fat Barney. I thought you just said sharing is caring. I do. Sharing with those evil white Republicans who cling to their Bibles and their guns. Like, well, why? I thought you just said fat Barney. This guy.

Speaker 100:50:21

Why do they always have an accent? Why does the accent always caring?

Dan Bongino00:50:25

We Obama's one of the worst. Kamala Harris is by far the worst. Hillary does it too. I ain't been.

Speaker 500:50:33

I don't feel no way tired.

Dan Bongino00:50:35

How did you know I did not plan this? I did not plan this with Jim. He reads my mind. Why do they do this? Because they're phonies and they're frauds and they're fakes and they're actors. And the Democrats' biggest concern, their biggest concern is this in this election is that on-the-fence voters are going to be out there doing their homework. What do you mean? They don't want you to look them up? No, they don't. They'll tell you, we're running on socialism, socialism's free schools. Socialism is not free schools.

Number one, nothing's free. The teachers get paid, and when it gets paid for, out of your tax dollars. Taxation is not socialism. Socialism is the government control of the means of production. The socialists running know that. If you have a job, you will, in fact, work for the government under socialism. That's what socialism is. You can go look that up yourself. Don't take my word for it. But you've got candidates running in deep red states like Florida, like this clown running for governor, David Jolly, who's freaking Gozer the Gozerian from the original Ghostbusters. Remember that movie? I may be dating myself. Gozer the Gozerian.

He's whatever you think he is. That's why at the end, they're like, don't think of anything. And Dan Aykroyd thinks of the State Puff Marshmallow Man. He comes walking. He looks like fat Barney, except he's not singing sharing is caring. State Puff Marshmallow is like breathing fire and stuff like that. Like, what did you do? What did you do? I couldn't help it. I was thinking of the State Puff Marshmallow Man. That's David Jolly. David Jolly has run for office as a Tea Party guy, as a moderate Republican, claims to be an independent. He's been pro-life. He's been pro-abortion. He's been pro-Second Amendment, anti-Second Amendment.

You're like, who is Dave Jolly? I don't know. He's Gozer the Gozerian. He's whoever you think he is. He's just hoping you don't look him up. The Democrats' weapon in this campaign is ignorance. They don't want you to find out about Elsa and Muslim Brotherhood ties. They don't want you to find out Talarico thinks they should be Texas should be meatless. Meatless in Texas. That's the funniest thing I've ever heard. Rudy's, what, Iron Fork? There's like everything's iron, like in the brisket space, right? Iron spoke, iron fork, fork iron, iron steel, iron tomatoes.

Everything's shut them all down. Shut them no more brisket in Texas because Talarico's they're hoping you don't see that clip. You got a guy running in Kansas, this guy running against Republican Roger Marshall. There was a clip they played on Fox last night. He's like, hey, man. He's apparently some kind of preacher. This is the Democrat. They don't want you to see this stuff. I don't know if you caught this yesterday on Brett Baier's show, Jim, yesterday. It was amazing. The guy, you saw the guy's preaching up there, the Democrat running in Kansas. You mean Illinois? No, I mean Kansas. Like blood red Kansas. And he's like, yeah, we got to get away from eating so many cows.

Like they fart a lot or something. You're like, wait, what? This is Kansas, bro. This is they are praying you don't look them up. Here's David Jolly running in Florida, a state that could is growing redder by the minute as disaffected blue state refugees wind up here. Here's David Jolly saying, you know, man, we really got to take care of these boys and women's sports. Forget your daughters. Let's make sure we get more boys play with them so they can smash the volleyball and a kill into their face and break their nose. This is a hugely popular position in Florida.

I hope you sense the dripping sarcasm. He's hoping you don't hear this. Well, you'll hear it here. Check this out.

Speaker 600:53:51

They're either wrestling trying to resolve it on behalf of all Americans, their fundamental and constitutional rights, their respect and their dignity, or you're working to humiliate them. And I think it's been pretty disgusting what we've seen from Republicans in the past several years on this. Look, I don't think we need to knock down that youth soccer player who is working with their family and their doctor on whatever their current, you know, crisis is personally. I think it can be supportive of them to allow them to play in youth sports.

Dan Bongino00:54:20

That's disgusting, Jim. It's disgusting. Having asking that your daughter play with other girls and not potentially grown men who are going to smash the volleyball into their face and break their nose. Not only is it disgusting, Jim, he implies in the beginning or just says directly that there's some kind of constitutional right. Jim, you got your pocket constitution. Is that in there? The Bill of Rights. There's that First Amendment thing we've heard about. Very important. Second Amendment, so important. They made it number two. Folks, Jim is going through it. Do you see anywhere in the Constitution a right for an individual with a unit hanging between his legs to play in a women's sports game?

Is that Jim's looking?

Speaker 100:54:59

I do not see that at all.

Dan Bongino00:55:00

Are you sure?

Speaker 100:55:01

Yes.

Dan Bongino00:55:01

Jim, Gozer the Gozerian said it was in there, Jim. You sure it's not there?

Speaker 100:55:05

I'll read further, but I don't see it.

Dan Bongino00:55:07

Okay, folks, listen. I got to take a quick break. It's actually a mandatory break for the show. However, it's a good time because Jim and I are going to research this document called the Constitution or something. It's only like our founding document right there. And we're going to look for the right for kids with units to play in sports with your daughters. We're going to look. If we find it, we'll tell you on the other side of the break. We'll be right back.

Speaker 700:55:29

Bongino.
