This episode of The Dan Bongino Show, recorded on the eve of the 2026 midterm elections, centers on the host's argument that Republicans must turn out to vote. He contends that Senate seats carry six-year terms, so losing them would matter more than many voters realize, and he criticizes statements by Democratic figures about expanding the Supreme Court and changing the Electoral College.
The show also covers healthcare costs and the Affordable Care Act, a Michigan Senate race, and the administration's record as the host presents it. Listeners will hear his claims and the clips he plays, which are presented as his own views and those of the people he quotes.

We are not sunk yet. We will never surrender. We will never give up, never, never, never. It's not who we are, it's not what we do. We never give up.
All America, all the time. Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for "The Dan Bongino Show."
Thank you, Rush. The greatest of all time. Inspirational words. We've been playing here once or twice a week since midterm election season began. Ladies and gentlemen, the Democrats don't give up. We abhor. We can't stand their policies. Their destructive anti-American policies. But let's be candid about it: they don't give up. They've lost to President Trump multiple times in routes, and they just keep coming back.
We can do the same thing, you know. We're really good at this when we want to be. Because we showed just two years ago, we are really good at this when we want to be. I need you to want to be one more time. To want to be really good at this one more time. For this agenda. Folks, whether you love President Trump or can't stand President Trump, the body of results I had Justin print this up. We'll scroll it on the screen later. It's right here in front of you. This is just a little.
It's two-sided, by the way. I called Justin this morning and I said, "We have to make a closing argument for this administration." With actual results. No bullshit. But market. Producer Jim's in the studio. Jim, market. Thank you. With actual results. We're going to reverse everything. And I want you to remember, if we lose—talking just specifically about the U.S.
Senate for a moment—if we lose the United States Senate, I want you to keep in mind, civics 101. These are six-year seats. I'm sorry, but there are some liberals listening who may be unaware of this. And some doomers. These are not two-year, four-year seats. These are six-year seats, meaning what? If we lose seats and lose the Senate, we may be stuck into a Democratic presidential administration. If we were to lose in two years, we may be stuck with a supermajority where we can stop nothing the Democrats do.
There will be no getting the country back. You'll have a packed Supreme Court. You'll have four additional Democrat Senate seats in D.C. and Puerto Rico. There are real consequences to losing. That's why I was so disgusted by that Peggy Noonan op-ed in The Wall Street Journal. Like, you know, we need to just send a message to President Trump. A rebuke to his style of politics. As if there's not a real-world consequence for your friends, your neighbors, your kids, your freaking dog. I'm not losing this place, man.
That flag behind me is not a freaking tablecloth, man. It stands for something bigger than you, bigger than me. We have a responsibility to pass it off to our kids and grandkids. It's our obligation. It's not a luxury. There's a consequence to losing. And it's severe. Oh, it's the most important midterm ever. It is. The things they're threatening, the Democrats—I'm going to play the receipts for you coming up in a minute—the things they're threatening are unanimous. They've never done this before at this scale.
Threaten this kind of damage to the Republic, ever. These are not fringe figures talking about packing the Supreme Court, opening the border, defunding ICE. These are mainstream Democrat figures. They're fringe ideas. They're not fringe figures. Folks, that flag behind you represents something bigger than you and me and all of us combined. The ideas that that represents have been handed down to you as a gift from prior generations of brave men and women who fought for it. This is not the time to not show up tomorrow because you're upset about something President Trump said about Abdul Al-Sayed a week ago.
This isn't the time for that. All right, I got a lot to talk about today. He's asking you, the President, for this agenda for one more round. One more round. One more round. He got back at 2:00 in the morning the other day. I'll show you that coming up in a minute. Galloping around the country like a 20-year-old. I don't have the energy for that. He's doing it at 80. Folks, the Pentagon is now planning for every major military base in America to be able to run on its own power for 90 days. Own power, its own water, its own fuel.
Completely cut off from the grid. It makes you think, why now? What could they be planning for? And if our military is planning for 90 days of independence, what does that mean for the rest of us? We can speculate as to the reasons behind all of this, but one thing's for sure: the people whose job it is to plan for the worst are planning for 90 days. So what's your 90-day plan? Here's what I like about my Patriot Supplies three-month emergency food kit. A lot of companies pump up their servings numbers. This kit is built on a real 2,000-calorie-a-day plan. So three months means three months. And it lasts up to 25 years in storage.
You buy it once, put it away, and you're ready. I have mine. I have for a long time. I use my Patriot Supply. Very happy with them. The Pentagon has its plan. Make your plan with my Patriot Supply. Go today to preparewithdan.com. Please don't wait. That's preparewithdan.com to get your 90-day plan in action. Preparewithdan.com. Preparedness is key, folks. Panic kills. You don't need to panic. You just need to prepare. Preparewithdan.com. Today's show also brought to you by Patriot Mobile. MyChoice for mobile service. GE's choice as well.
It's a fantastic company. I've been telling you about them for years. Many people have made the switch. For the rest of you, don't wait. Every month you stay with one of those big carriers, your money goes to a company that doesn't share your values. Patriot Mobile is the real deal. For over 12 years, they put their money where their mouth is, contributing millions to organizations defending our values. The Bill of Rights, the Constitution, First and Second Amendments, Sanctity of Life, and they support our military veterans and first responders. They're not just a wireless company. They're standing behind organizations that are fighting on the front lines with all of us. And the service is fantastic.
I use it. Higher priority premium 5G coverage on any of the three major U.S. networks. Unlimited data. Free international calling to over 200 countries. And a 100% U.S.-based customer support team. Right now, for Black Friday, Patriot Mobile has the best deal they've ever offered. A free 5G smartphone plus two months of service free. No more excuses. Just call 972-PATRIOT and say promo code DANFRIDAY. That's 972-PATRIOT and say promo code DANFRIDAY. Free phone, two months free. Switch today.
Terms and conditions apply. Thank you, Patriot Mobile. All right, fellows. The most important show we've done since I've been back. It is election eve. Listen to me. We are not covering the CIOPS today. Ignore it. It's clearly garbage. You're seeing all of these losers out there. Zeros, drunks, bums. Putting out all kinds of crap to get you distracted from saving your country tomorrow. I'm not covering it. You want to hear about some stupid imbecile who has a known history of lying and pure idiocy from Maranistan?
Hang out with that crew. I'm done with that. We have to go and save our country tomorrow. These people are part of the destruction mechanism, not the save valve. Here's the President at his rally yesterday. I mean, just, again, this guy's just crushing it. He's been shot at. They took his mug shot. He's been civilly sued, criminally charged, special prosecutors, fake impeachments. And what is he doing? He's still out there at these rallies, folks. He's asking you for one more round.
Show up one more time for this agenda. If we can save the Senate and we can save the House, we will save our country for two more years from the lunacy ahead that they're telling us about. They're advertising the lunacy, the Democrats. They're not hiding it. All I've got to do is use their own words. You don't even need to. Oh, well, we don't believe you. Okay, do you believe them? Here he is getting in last night. 2:00 in the morning. Who the hell stays up till 2:00 in the morning? I can't stay up till 9:00 p.m.
anymore. Here he is at 2:00 in the morning, walking down the stairs of Air Force One. This guy's at what else do you want him to do? 80 years old, flying around the country. I mean, threats against his life, putting himself, the Secret Service working triple, quadruple overtime to keep this guy alive. Also, we can go out and preserve sanity in this country for two more years. He's asking you one more day, one more round. Reminding you always, this President too.
Contrast matter. It's not good enough. This. This is the evidence. Here. Hat tip, paper flip, brush limbo. I used to do that all the time. This is the evidence of the results the two years produced right here. But I'm also going to warn you right now about the consequences of losing. This is not an exercise, folks. I know you hear clichés often. This is not a drill. All caps. This is not a drill. Your country is at risk. The fabric of what you know as the United States of America that has produced this untold level of military strength, economic prosperity, liberty, and freedom, a beacon of light around the world.
There's never been a country like this, ever. Ever. We are. It is unparalleled in the axiomatically, tautologically true sense of that word. There is nothing like us. The whole fabric of that is about to be unwound by the Democrats. Folks, I'm going to play for you a Democrat nominee for President in Kamala Harris. An unquestionably mainstream Democrat figure. And a former President in Barack Obama. In case you think any of this is new, they finally see an opening right now to move and unravel the fabric of this country you will not recognize if we lose tomorrow.
You will not recognize it anymore. Here's Kamala Harris as someone I saw on ExpedUp. Kamala Harris is actually doing the meme. Here she is talking about ripping apart the Electoral College. The Electoral College will never win the presidency again. California and New York will pick the President from this point on. Talking about packing the Supreme Court. You'll never win a court case again. Any business out there hoping for, you know, lighter regulations on your overregulated government business?
People out there on Men in the Women's Room, you will never. Second Amendment, forget it. Throw it right in the garbage if we lose. There will never be a conservative Supreme Court again. And talking about packing the United States Senate so they have a filibuster-proof majority forever so they can jam down your throat. Illegal voting, open borders, defunding ICE. How does that sound? Oh, Dan, they're not talking about that. Here it is in her own words. Here's Kamala Harris. You think the National Democrats don't believe in this? They tell her to shut up. They're not telling her to shut up.
They're telling her, go for it. Check this out.
Winning back the House and the Senate is going to be on a number of things. For example, I believe that we need to expand the Supreme Court. We need more justices on the Supreme Court so that we can have a court that actually reinforces the spirit and principles behind the Constitution of the United States. I believe that we should be pushing for what is possible around changing the Electoral College. I. Right?
Because what's going on?
Well, it's about, you know, the popular vote. It has to matter. Right?
Those are the things that make people feel like.
Overwhelmed. And does their vote matter?
Yes.
We have. Listen, if the folks there want it, we should be pushing for statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. Right? These are some of the things that are structural that we need to do.
Don't. This is Kiki Palmer's podcast, by the way. You don't. Dan, we don't believe you. I'm not asking you to believe me. She's talking about it. Those are insane ideas. She is not a fringe person on their side. They nominated her for President. You think they're joking? Folks, they are not joking. They're not joking. They're not effing around.
They are as serious as a freaking heart attack. They have never discussed this stuff at the level. It's always been floating on the periphery. At the level they're discussing it now, they have never seriously talked about implementing this just days before an election. At the level they've been doing it now. They have discussed it before. Here's Obama. I don't know if this maze more, but hat tip regardless. Here's Obama back in 2020 talking about these exact same ideas.
And back then we were like, I don't know if they'll actually go for this. This is six years later, and now they finally feel like they've got a consensus to rip the country apart. You know that thread you have in that piece of clothing? You're like, whatever, dry clean all and you pull it and the whole freaking thing falls apart? That's what's going to happen if we lose. Here, here's Obama talking about this six years ago. They're not kidding. They feel like now's the time. Check this out.
We're guaranteeing that every American citizen has equal representation in our government, including the American citizens who live in Washington, D.C. and in Puerto Rico. They're Americans. By ending some of the partisan gerrymandering so that all voters have the power to choose their politicians, not the other way around.
And if all this takes eliminating the filibuster, another Jim Crow relic, in order to secure the God-given rights of every American, then that's what we should do.
Sorry, I'm just trying to find a comment, but I missed it. But the gist of one of the comments I saw in the chat, someone just said, and listen, I'm not knocking you. Don't take this personal. I'm not trying to be a jerk to listeners. I appreciate you being here. But your comment is inaccurate. Someone said, well, Dan, President Trump has veto power. That's why I'm talking about the danger of the United States Senate. Do you get why I brought up the six-year term? Let me explain this. I don't want to say slowly because that sounds like I'm trying to be a jerk.
If we lose the United States Senate, and God forbid we were to lose Iowa, Kansas, South Carolina, Michigan, Alaska, those are red or purple seats. We are stuck with these people for six years. Listen to me. Tattoo that number on your brain. President Trump is around for how many more years, Justin? Two. I am not being an a-hole. These senators are here for six, meaning through the entire next presidential term, where if we lose to a Democrat, there is no veto.
This is what I'm trying to tell you. And by the way, the next class of U.S. senators up in two years in the presidential. I don't mean to do a civics lesson, but some people are new to how government works. It's okay. It's okay. Only a third of the Senate is up every two years. The whole House is up every two years. A third, a third, and a third. And, you know, obviously, there's always one extra because it's 100. 33 times 3 would be 99. So there's one that does 34. One class. Okay?
The next presidential cycle, another third of the Senate is up. Folks, it's almost all blue states. Meaning we could be looking at a supermajority, filibuster-proof Senate, and we can't get Kansas back or South Carolina back for six years. Georgia, we're already struggling in a race in Georgia. This is not apocalyptic panic talk, folks. I've told you over and over.
If we go out and vote, we will win. When you talk about liberty, talk about it with a smile. You live in the greatest country on Earth. But I'm hearing a lot of this like, oh, I'm upset about this little thing. And don't worry, Trump can veto it. Trump's only around for two more years. Folks, the House only needs a majority to pass crazy bills. They don't need a supermajority like the filibuster in the Senate. They just need, depending on a quorum, 218.
That's it. And they can pass bills. Folks, I don't care what motivation you use to get it. I really don't. It's not my business. If it's elation at the end, believe me, my closing argument is going to be the most. You're going to be smiling ear to ear. We have a record to run on. That is fantastic. But I would be doing you a disservice because I heard this from a few neighbors this weekend too.
They voted and all, and they're Republicans, but they were like, yeah, Trump has a veto power. I don't think they understood these are six-year terms. We will never get rid of these people. If we lose Kansas to that crazy guy, his name Hamilton, and Marshall loses, you're stuck in Kansas for six years with a lunatic radical. You can't just get him out in two years. Folks, maybe you're like here. Maybe you're thinking, but there are so many moderates out there with the Democrats.
They'll keep a lid on the craziness. They will not. This woman in Michigan, Alyssa Slotkin, has been a, what we would call in the media business, like a quote machine. And I don't mean that as a qualitatively good kind of compliment. Alyssa Slotkin is a Democrat senator from Michigan, right? She's not up in this cycle. Slotkin always portrayed herself as that person who would keep a lid on crazy Democrats. She's out there now and is the craziest one of all.
Hat tip was this town hall. They go out and they put a mic in her face. I don't know if she knows it's there or not. And they're like, hey, man, I think we should do Nuremberg-like Nazi trials for the Republicans. And she's like, oh, yeah, okay. That's not a bad idea. You think there's going to be a lid on these people? Justin just walked out of the studio. He was like, Dan, I swear Obama, Kamala Harris, and this lady are like doing show prep for you. It's like everything you've warned the audience about since you've been back on the air, since the tenure at the FBI. They're now saying yourself.
I don't have to say it. They've said it. What's that? I've been, yes, we've been warned about this before I was at the Bureau. They're saying it now openly. Nuremberg trials. In her mild defense, it comes up by the investigative reporter, but she doesn't disagree and then doubles down. This is disgusting. This woman is gross and she's pretending to be the moderate. You think she's going to put a lid on these lunatics? Please, don't be crazy. There's no time for crazy.
Put the crazy pills back. Check this out.
What are we going to do to hold my Trump regime and its collaborators responsible? I'm talking prosecutions, Nuremberg level. What are we going to do?
So basically, assuming we win both houses, even if we just win one, we'll come up with, we have a list of like the signature cases. So the things where it's like so egregious, such a violation of law, such a corruption case, like, and we will have in every committee, there will be the signature cases where we hold people accountable. It's literally, I just went to Hungary. I went over to Budapest in Hungary because they just got rid of their authoritarian leader after 16 years. And I'm like, how did you handle 16 years of corruption?
We don't have that much, but we have so much. And they did this signature cases. And they're ones that people identify with, like the East Wing of the White House, you know, the Ballroom or the Reflecting Pool or $200 million in, you know, from the Defense Department. So that's what you'll see basically in January.
Do you believe this? So just to be clear, she nods along to Nazi-like Nuremberg trials, Justin, for the Reflecting Pool? You know, Obama tried to clean up the Reflecting Pool. We want Nazi trials that resulted in hangings for the Reflecting Pool? And she, quote, has been preparing for this for months. They traveled to Hungary to get a game plan.
Folks, don't listen. I'm telling you, don't listen to me. Just listen to them. If you listen to nothing, if you tune out right now, 10, 21, 39 seconds Eastern Time, no delay on the live stream, right? Listen to nothing. Just listen to them. Electoral College scrap. Lose the presidency forever. Thank you. Time check. Senate gone forever, packed with Puerto Rico and D.C. Supreme Court packed, open borders, defund ICE, Nuremberg trials for the freaking Reflecting Pool. Are we doing public hangings too?
What's next? These people are lunatics. These people are lunatics. What's crazy about the last two years? Lowest fiscal year border crossings in American history. Tax relief for Texas workers, family seniors. FBI reports 114% jump in violent crime arrests. President Trump takes credit for steep crime rate declines. What's crazy about that? Does that sound like Nuremberg trials for the Reflecting Pool?
Folks, these people are who you think they are. Even if you can't turn out to vote for President Trump for whatever reason you don't like them, it's your own business. Wouldn't you at a minimum vote against Nuremberg trials for the freaking Reflecting Pool? No one's disputing she said that. Hat tip town hall. Zero people. She's not kidding. We've been preparing for this for months. I thought you were working on affordability.
They are not kidding. They are not working on affordability. Folks, all the ops out today too. The nuclear strike coming tomorrow, the poll ops, the poll. Democrats are up by 30 in Texas. These are all ops. The latest conspiracy theory, the Jews crashed a plane in Palm Beach. Please drown out the stupid. And based on the massive audience we have just 20 minutes in today, I get people are doing that, but drag your friends out of it too if they've been sucked into this vortex of stupid.
Go save your country, Mark. She needs you badly. All right, quick break. And I'd be remiss if I did not put up this message from Charlie. You know, folks, Charlie didn't live as long as Rush, but Charlie had a significant impact on our movement. And I believe in the second creation, and I know Charlie would be really upset if we didn't get this message out.
It's really important. Stay tuned for that. And then I want to just, again, I need you to just divorce emotions from results. If you don't like the president, the vice president, Marco Rubio, you voted Republican in your life, you're more of a Bush-Reagan guy. I get it. I get that there are personality conflicts with some. This is not the time for that. That was during the primaries. Quick break here. Hey, what size is your digital footprint? Well, I'm going to tell you from experience, unfortunately, it's bigger than you think.

By the way, seriously, Florida, like we've had El Niño or whatever the hell it is, Niño, Niña, give us like the English or Spanish word, sitting above, dumping water on freaking Florida for like a month now.
My Floridians in the chat, is this getting old? It looks like the freaking apocalypse outside. It's like as dark as it is at 10 o'clock at night, there's so much freaking water in Florida. I'm like, where did all this water come from? Did it come from like the Marvel MCU alternate universe that Doctor Strange missed or something? Where did this water come from? It has not stopped raining here for like a month. I thought this was the sunshine state. Holy Moses, we're going to have to change all the license plates to the doom and gloom state soon, right?
Theresa came in. She's in the studio. Producer Jay, I don't know where he is, but they flew in. Theresa got rerouted to like Alaska last night. She got in like an hour ago. I'm surprised she didn't have more bags under her eyes. This is freaking ridiculous. We're going to need like the Cajun Navy down here soon. Louisiana, be on call. We'll give you like the nod. And we may need you down. I don't know if I can even get home today. I live on this little like island thing. It is surrounded by water.
All right, back to the important stuff. I don't care if it's like freaking flood and Noah's headed down the street tomorrow. We got to get out and vote. We have got to get out and vote tomorrow. Republicans show up on Election Day. I told you I hated early voting. I can't really, I don't like it. I do early votes sometimes. If we're stuck with it, bank your votes. There's no more banking. There's no more banking. Tomorrow is just show up. Show up, sit in line. What if it's raining? Don't care. What if it's snowing? Don't care. What if you need a dog sled?
Go find Cujo. I'd swim. Get the Cajun Navy. Don't care. Fly. Get the, find Pegasus, the horse with the freaking wings. Get to the polls. Pegasus, trolley car, horse. Get a couple of flocks of harrier, freaking harrier pigeons. Get a harness. Maybe they can fly. You vote. It's not about, at this point, persuasion anymore. Folks, the arguments after today are over. Tomorrow it's about turnout.
Hat tip to one of the greatest to ever have done it. My good friend, your good friend, Charlie Kirk, for telling you back in 2024 this same thing. Folks, after today's show and after about 8, 9 tonight, local time for you, whenever people go to bed and put the kids to sleep, there's no more persuasion. There's only do now. There's no more talk. Listen to this.
We win if we turn out. It's that simple. It's not about persuasion. It's not about winning over suburban wine moms. It's not about any of that. It's about turnout. It's about turnout. We lose if we drop the ball. We are in the driver's seat. Look, this is the key, everybody. You have to become a force multiplier. If you're a super voter, just voting is not enough. You have to go find other ones and nag them and get them out of people that were otherwise on the table. It's going to be a question of, can MAGA not just vote, but can MAGA do the work? You all know a voter that can change the country.
Thank you, Charlie. Hat tip to Charlie Kirk show. Folks, after today, it's all over. There's no more persuasion. There's no more talk. It's not a court case, man. You just got to show up. The math is there, folks. The math is there. If everyone who voted for Donald Trump in the presidential just showed up one more time to vote in the midterms, not only would we win, it would be a rout. We would pick up seats. It's just a math problem. That's it.
There are people out there. I know you and I live this stuff. I promise you there are people out there who don't even know there's a midterm going on who voted for President Trump. Come on, man. I'm telling you. I will never forget running for office in Maryland with this guy who was a really smart guy. He worked for a friend of mine on this island off of Maryland. And he thought Bob Ehrlich was still the governor. Bob Ehrlich hadn't been the governor in like eight years. There are people out there who just don't know. It's your job to say, hey, you vote tomorrow?
I can't. Yes, you can. I'll drive you. I'll drive you. I'll drive your kid, your grandma. Your dog can't vote unless it's Democrat. But whatever you need to do. Folks, your country needs you, man. She needs you. This is not a drill anymore. The stuff they are talking about is unprecedented in scale, not unprecedented in introduction. They have addressed being crazy before the Democrats. They have never addressed and openly spoken at this scale and scope about the crazy stuff they want to do.
By the way, throw the polls out. The polls don't matter anymore, ladies and gentlemen. The polls are skewed. How do we know the polls are skewed? Because the people doing the polls, like the New York Times, are telling you they're skewed. No, they're not. Yes, they are. Here, put up that Alex Thompson post. Again, don't take it from me. Listen to them. Quote, "After more than 85,000 phone calls and nearly 50,000 text messages, a potential problem emerged with the polls."
Quote, "Democrats were far more enthusiastic about taking the poll than Republicans were." Why would you believe these polls? They're an op. They are not an accurate representation of what this is going to look like. Was that the New York Times or the Washington Post? I'm sorry. Correction, the Washington Post. We polled Kansas Democrats. We polled Kansas. Quote, "Democrats wanted to talk. Republicans not so much." Why would you believe the polls? This is an op designed to get you to sit at home because you think the race is a fait accompli and over.
Nothing's over. You want to pull out Rocky? Nothing's over. Hat tip to Sylvester Stallone. It's not over. There's nothing over. They're Election Days, not till tomorrow. There's nothing over. Folks, please. The consequences are very real. I can't say enough how much. Again, it's not a personal thing. And I can't believe that Peggy Noonan Opet is stuck in my head. Because I really can't believe how many people think like this.
These older establishment type Republicans who are things they've wanted for decades. Them, forget about you for a second. Think about if you're an old establishment Republican. The old school, the Bushes and stuff like that. Things you have wanted forever. Here's the piece. Thank you, Justin. The case for a historic wave. Peggy Noonan arguing for a Democrat rebellion at the polls. In other words, for us to lose.
You've wanted the Abraham Accords. You've wanted a blow struck against the Iranian regime. You've had problems with Venezuela from, you know, Maduro to Chavez. You've wanted things like tax cuts through the big beautiful bill. Okay, you don't want everything. You don't want tariffs. We get that. Maybe you're a little softer on immigration, but you've wanted a closed border at least, correct? This president is, he's delivered it over two years.
And you want a Democrat rebellion at the polls and super majorities to tear the fabric of this country apart, tear apart the Electoral College because you want to make a point? Your panties are in a wad? Like, are you crazy? You'll be done with this president in two years. You can vote on personality again in two years. Folks, divorce emotion from results. I got to go a little out of order. Justin, put the ABC poll about healthcare up first.
Here's what I mean. You're one of these people, establishment Republican or a Democrat. You're not a, forget the communists. They're voting for Democrats no matter what. You're an on-the-fence Democrat who voted for President Trump once or twice. You're telling pollsters this. ABC News, November 2nd. Isn't today November 2nd? You know them. You're tracking them. Yes. Many Americans are worried about healthcare costs as midterms approach. Why do they keep rising? As Americans prepare to vote in Tuesday's midterm elections, rising healthcare costs are among the top financial and economic concerns according to recent polling.
In other words, people are telling people, forget the results I want, someone fix healthcare. A quarter of voters, that's a lot, say they're, quote, "very worried about being able to afford healthcare costs." And more than a third say they're somewhat worried. That's a huge number. So ladies and gentlemen, who caused your healthcare problem? Forget the emotions. I don't like President Trump. He's loud. He did not, it's not called Trump care. It is called Obamacare. The actual name is the Affordable Care Act.
It is known as Obamacare because Obama and the Democrats gave you this. Here's the New York, the New York, what is happening at the New York Times? All of a sudden, the New York Times is like, we're going to start doing journalism? This is incredible. This just happened the other day. This is not an old article. October 30th, 2026, just a few days ago. Obamacare dealt yet another blow as premiums rise yet again. They're going to jump by another 13%. And then there's going to have to be more subsidies, meaning you're going to have to pay more tax dollars to pay for people's expensive healthcare under Obamacare.
This isn't the New York Times. This is not Bongino.com. The New York Times is, so you're a voter out there. I don't like President Trump's hair. Hey, man, you know, your kids got cancer or something like that and your healthcare costs are going up. So yeah, I don't like President Trump's hair. Who do you think caused the healthcare crisis you're living? They're telling you who did it. The New York Times is telling you. Oh, look, there's another one. What'd you just find that, Justin? I gave it to him.
But we'll pretend they found it. Axios, another left-wing outlet. Healthcare is eating Americans' paychecks. This is Axios, man. This is Axios. Who did this to you? The Democrats. The reason prescription drug prices, and you can argue about the modalities of price control. I don't like price controls. However, the reason price controls have leveled, prescription drugs have leveled off is because President Trump took a stand on what foreign countries have been doing to manipulate the market.
He's the first guy to get some lid on healthcare costs. The person who kicked you in the nads on healthcare are the Democrats and Obama. Even left-leaning outlets are telling you, and you're going to vote for more? Thank you, sir. May I have another? Oh, there's no evidence Obama did. No, no, there's no evidence. You're right. Here's Obama, just the, what was it, like a week ago? Out there. Can you imagine the sack on this guy?
Sorry. Shouldn't have said that. Imagine the nads on this cat. He's out there, Obama, after screwing you over your healthcare, getting your plan canceled, rising premiums that are so bad. Americans are in a revolt over healthcare. A third of them are really somewhat worried about this. And Obama's out on a campaign trail complaining about healthcare premiums he caused through Obamacare. And you're going to vote for these idiots? Check this out.
We need to rein in the cost of childcare so those same young families can afford it. We've got to make sure that nobody has to worry about high healthcare premiums. We have a lot of work to do.
This freaking guy, like he had nothing to do with it. And by the way, now they want to fix childcare next. They want to do childcare. They did so well on healthcare. Childcare now. Childcare would be $55,000 a month if you let these idiots handle it. But it's the opposite. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Give it to the Democrats to break it, to pretend to fix it, only to break it worse.
That's the opposite. And they're kicking you in the nads when you bring it up. Hey, I really care about healthcare. Don't worry. We got you. Like you had us last time. Hat tip to great Maze Moore. It's an awesome account. @mazemoore on X. Fantastic account. Here's about a minute and 20 seconds of Obama and the Democrats promising you things about Obamacare you told pollsters you're voting on, that they have totally kicked you in the junk on.
They just lied to you. Why would you vote for them? What's that? Oh, Grabean. I'm sorry. Grabean. Hat tip, Grabean. Hat tip, Maze Moore to your Grabean. But it's Grabean. Check this out.
If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor. Period. If you like your healthcare plan, you will be able to keep your healthcare plan. Period.
If you like your doctor or healthcare plan, you can keep it. Nothing in this plan will require you or your employer to change the coverage of the doctor you have. The only change you'll see are falling costs as our reforms take hold. If you like your healthcare system and your doctor, the only thing reform will mean to you is your healthcare will cost less. I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits, either now or in the future. It is a cost that will not, I repeat, will not add to our deficits.
And save a typical family an average of $2,500 on their healthcare costs in the coming years.
Those are all fabrications, lies. They just lied to you. You want them to fix childcare costs next? What else do you want them to fix? You think they're interested in affordability? Clearly, they weren't interested in affordability on healthcare. Folks, nothing they've told you. For as much as you like or can't stand President Trump, there has never been a more accessible president in your lifetime.
The guy is an open book. He will talk about anything. Anything. He'll talk about anything from data centers to the national debt. There's no illusions. There's no delusions. There's no nothing. You want to talk about the reflecting pool? Ask them. They want Nuremberg trials for the reflecting pool. You think that, hey, Mr. President, stop talking about it. They're going to put you on trial for the reflecting pool. He doesn't care. He'll talk about anything. These people just lie to you all the time.
Folks, this is the worst, most dangerous slate I have ever seen of Democrat candidates. I was always telling you about the October surprise. I got to tell you, I did not see this coming. I love to see around corners. We've been pretty good at it. We've got a decent track record. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good. I did not see this one coming. Hailey Stevens is a congresswoman, a Democrat from Michigan, who ran against this lunatic, Al Syed. Now, you probably heard the story, but receipts here in Canada, you think I'm making this up.
She's a Democrat in Michigan who bucking, that's a B, the entire party. We're on radio. They got to be Theresa's like, what did you say? B. B like Bongino. This lady, I've never seen anything like this a couple of days before an election, has now come out and endorsed Republican Mike Rogers for US Senate. I want to play the endorsement. I want to tell you some, because I'm not hearing a lot of this on cable news. And I'm wondering why they're holding back.
Because there's an angle to this I think they're missing. Here's the endorsement first. This just shocked the political world this weekend. Surprise. Check this out.
Democratic nominee for US Senate, Abdul said that I was no longer welcome in his campaign and that I should stay away. And he's right. And that's why I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate today. I don't belong in Abdul's campaign. I do not stand with Hassan Piker, who gets trafficked on our college campuses. A dear friend of mine earlier today was saying that education is on the ballot.
And she's absolutely right. And what our students see, what our children see, and who we are as Michiganders is not hate and is not what we are getting out from our Democratic nominee right now.
Folks, I'm going to throw down a gauntlet and tell you something here. And I just want to be clear when I speculate, I'm telling you I'm speculating, okay? So I'm speculating here. But I'm pretty sure I'm accurate. She knows something. She knows something. There is no way a person of her political status basically throws away her political future within the Democrat Party.
I think she actually has a political future as an independent or even a Republican later if she were to convert over. And sure, we'll have you. We're about building, not destroying, unlike the Doomers out there. She's done in the Democrat Party. Not only is she done, she could have been a kingmaker in the Democrat Party by just saying, hey, Muslim Brotherhood sympathizer, Abdul Al Syed, he's great. Vote for him. She said no. I'm not telling you because I haven't seen everything, but I haven't seen anyone else pick up on this yet other than Rachel.
I think it's Bade. I don't know. I don't know. But she put this X post up. She says, listen, this is accurate, by the way. Hailey Stevens isn't dumb. She knew before she backed Mike Rogers that she was about to become the Democrat Party's greatest pariah this cycle and that she'd never resurrect her political career if she did this. If Al Syed loses, she gets blamed. If he wins, she looks weak. There's no political upside to what she did. And yet she chose to do it anyway. She clearly felt it was the right thing to do despite all the voices in her ear telling her not to.
Gutsy. Folks, where credit's due, this took a bear. She's done in that party. Tell me she doesn't know something about this guy. There's been whispers about other stuff running around. I told you I'm speculating. But she must know something really bad about this guy and wants to be on the right side of history. Folks, I know this is damaging. And another reason I think she knows something, they're afraid it may come out, is what do I always tell you?
Always measure the effectiveness of a political attack by the opponent's response. Just a quick example. I ran for office. I enjoyed it. It was great getting out with voters. But people used to say stupid stuff all the time. But one ad in a primary that ran in Florida, it was ridiculous. There was an ad that ran against me in a congressional race. It said like Dan Bongino supports Obamacare. It was the craziest ad I've ever seen in my life. I don't even know where they cut together a couple of things.
Really? Like that's like the one issue I have for 10 years have warned you was the takeover of America was taking away your healthcare. However, the ad was effective. There were people who actually believed it and we had to respond. There were other ads that came out, you know, whatever, like Dan Bongino's a space alien or whatever. You just ignore it because it's so stupid, nobody buys it. Folks, there's a full-blown freak out on the left about this. If it was meaningless, you wouldn't get a reaction like this. Here's James Carville, Democrat strategist, calling Hailey Stevens a used condom.
Come on. No, just listen to yourself. This is freaking insane. Check this out.
If you think that these Republicans are going to treat you as anything other than what they view you as, and that is, let me just break the news to you, a used condom. The Democrats don't even think you're worth a used condom, but that's about where you are. You made your bed sleep in it. You shit in your mess kit. Eat it. And you know, at some point, if you like Fetterman and Stevens, maybe we need to open a cheeseburger restaurant somewhere.
I don't know.
Folks, I follow the chat as always. Some guys say this guy's scum, Carville. He's crazy. I mean, the guy's lost his mind. Yeah, that was gross. Like the connection from like used condom to cheeseburger, like really disgusting. However, someone in the chat said Hailey Stevens's fiance is Jewish. Ladies and gentlemen, there are Jewish members of Congress who are endorsing Al Syed on the Democrat side or who have shut up about it.
That's not a thing. She knows something. She's embedded every day in Michigan politics. She knows something about this guy. And she does not want to be on the wrong side of history, just like I don't. That's why I call these Doomer freaking lunatics out all the time. That's not our party. I want you to watch this. Here's Al Syed. Again, if this was no big deal, just answer the question. He doesn't even want to talk about it. He is desperately trying to change the subject.
Always measure the effectiveness of an attack by the opponent's response. He's clearly freaked out about this. He can't even talk about it. If it's no big deal, just say it's no big deal. This reminds me of that line from that movie G.I. Jane, the Demi Moore, whatever, Navy SEAL movie. You know, people who don't want to make statements don't make statements about not making statements. Look at him, making a statement about not making a statement. Check this out.
None of this matters. You know what matters? There's a family. You can go like 15 minutes that way or 15 minutes that way or 15 minutes that way. And there are families who are preparing to send their kids to schools tomorrow that look like they did 50 years ago. They're worried about what they're going to feed their kids for lunch. They're worried that if one of their kids gets sick, they're not going to be able to pay the bills. Those are the things that matter. I would hope, I would hope, honestly, like you guys, we have a democracy, right? Democracy is founded on a couple of things. The ability to vote, yes, and they're trying to take it away. The other one is freedom of assembly.
And the third is freedom of the press. But y'all, please, I would hope that you all want to ask questions that are relevant to that family. They're the ones who matter. The rest of this, just a distraction.
How is this not relevant? A major political party figure in the state of Michigan, in your party you ran against and barely beat, who nearly beat you in the primary, is now coming out telling voters, please don't vote for this guy, vote for the Republican. How is this not a story? The answer is it is. And his reaction is so telling and so is Carville. He used condom. Folks, this guy is dangerous. Of all the candidates running now, and they are dreadful.
Annie Andrews in South Carolina, Talarico, Peltola in Alaska, these are dreadful candidates. This is a crew of losers like I've never seen before. This guy is the worst. He is a serious threat to the Republic as we know it. And she knows it too, Hailey Stevens. This stuff isn't helping, by the way. Abdul Al Syed does an interview with Ross Douthat on 60 Minutes, and he's asked a question about men in the women's room.
This is an easy one. This is a ground ball. You just say, listen, we've kind of moved on or something like that. He can't do it. Just like he's fumbled the answer to Israel, have the right to exist. Does Palestine have the right to exist? He can't answer a question. He's asked a ground ball question in a state President Trump won about men in the women's room pretending to be like this conservative Democrat guy when it comes to family values. And he's like, hey, man, men should be allowed in the women's room.
I mean, they're just going to learn about it on social media. So I should see some guys unit in the women's room with my daughter? How is that even an answer? Folks, this guy is crazy. And he's emblematic of the slate of losers running in this cycle. Listen to this answer. Talk about a closing argument against the candidate. He made it himself. Here's Al Syed on 60 Minutes.
With transgender kids on sports teams and so on, right? Like these are places where rights are in conflict, right? What do you think happens there?
I don't know that that's actually true. I think we manufacture these social issues. Because here's the thing about it. Ross, you have an iPhone in your pocket probably. Or is it iPhone or a Samsung? You have a phone in your pocket, right? You can get access to everything and anything in the whole world, all the world's information in your pocket. The notion somehow that you are going to prevent your child from being exposed to something that you may find disagreeable and that that is going to be because of school is so profoundly outdated. Because of course, you have all the information and they have all the information.
So here's the thing about it. I think it's really important for us to recognize that the free flow of information is actually a beautiful thing. It's really important. And the most important thing you can do is not try to protect a person from seeing a thing. It's about trying to make sure that as you coach your kid through the world, that you are engaging with them and saying, here's what I believe, here's what you may see in the world. You get to make your choices about who you're going to be in the world. But that's going to require us to make do with the fact that like the internet is a real thing.
Folks, what else could you possibly want to hear? This is the guy Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and others are telling you to vote for while his own opponent in the Democrat Party is warning you. By the way, thank you to Bongino Army, 50,200 people here for the show. That's an amazing crowd in a midterm election. Thank you so much from the bottom of, as I say, my sometimes broken heart. I really appreciate it.
You guys and ladies mean the world to me. 50,000 is an enormous number on a stream at 10:54. So on a Monday, I really appreciate it. You put a big smile on my face. It goes to show you. The Doomers and Morana Stan, folks, they could keep American flags in the chat for you guys. American flags in the chat. I love you guys. And this is just a stunning rebuke to Doomeristan that swears to you like, you know, that the shows like this have no place in America, that we should be talking about doom and gloom all the time.
Thank you so much. You guys mean the world to me. Folks, I want to make a, what we would call an illegal case. Look at that chat. Only we could do that in a chat. Only we could do that in a chat. Tearing it up in there. Love you guys. I want to make for you a legal kind of non-legal, but legal closing argument for the Trump team. Folks, it's not just about voting against the crazy Democrats. Although that's a component of this contrast matter.
But I want to show you what I think matters. And I think it matters to you too. Divorce emotions from results. Pay attention to the scroller coming up in a minute. We're going to run on the screens. The first time we've done this. These are real headlines about things that have happened. Man, that chat is still going. And I want to ask you, do you want more of this or do you want less of this? I can tell you for me, the answer is 100% as clear as Scotch tape.
I want more. We haven't done more in a long time. Bring it. Last break and I'll get right to it for you. Hey, recently my wife and I were sitting at the kitchen table going over financial stuff. In the future, we both agreed that getting help to protect our family had to be part of the conversation too. It's important. Preparedness matters, right? That's why life insurance became so important to us. Having it in place can help provide financial security and peace of mind. Snapshots, sound bites, and contrast. You also have to provide to people snapshots and sound bites about why you are the better option. What has this president and his team done for you in the last few years to make your lives better?
I'll give you one that just happened again last week, and then I'm going to scroll through the last few years, and I want you to read these headlines. Divorce from any emotion and tell me and answer honestly. First, if you can't divorce yourself from emotion, this is a useless exercise. Even if you're a listener, you like me, but you're not a fan of the president, whatever it may be, I want you to read through this divorce from any emotion whatsoever and say, tell me if this sounds good or not. First, I just want to play. This happened again last week. There is a massive crackdown on government fraud happening right now.
Here was Kash Patel last week on another arrest for your taxpayer dollars being flushed down to toilet bowl. I want more of this, not less. Check this out.
I mean, Minneapolis and our partners executed 17 search warrants in a single day to combine into a 26-count indictment. Three of those search warrants were at a childcare center. Two of those search warrants were at the residences of the owners of those centers. And two more of those search warrants were on the Early Intensive Development and Behavioral Intervention Unit here in Minnesota. FBI Minneapolis and our interagency partners arrested four of the alleged fraudsters. Faisal Emmy, Aspen Associates, 11 counts of healthcare fraud, 8 million in intended loss.
Jama Mohammed, American Home Healthcare, six counts of healthcare fraud, $3.27 million in intended loss. Faiza Ahmed, Home Sweet Home, eight counts of healthcare fraud, $10 million in intended fraud. And Habiba Mohammed, Smart Therapy, one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States, totaling nearly $20 million in intended fraud and loss. The subjects intended to defraud thousands of victims of over $41 million, money that was supposed to go to those in need with our precious taxpayer dollars funding that bill.
Instead, they thought they could get away with their crimes. They did not succeed because of this team and the president and vice president's anti-fraud task force.
Again, I thought Doomeristan told you that nothing is happening. President Trump's launching a nuclear strike tomorrow. What is going on? How many times are you going to get rug pulled? Folks, this stuff is insane. Here's reality. Thank you, Justin, for putting this together. I'm going to try this thing where, because I don't want this, you're going to hear my voice, but we're going to kind of blur me out in the background because this is not about me.
I was a small part of the Trump administration. It was not the Dan Bongino administration. I didn't run for president. President Trump did. He has a whole team around him of results-oriented people that have produced a portfolio and a closing argument that I believe is the most impressive two-year run in a presidency we've seen in the 51 years I've existed on this rock we call Earth. Run the scroller. These are real headlines. Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, DHS announces the lowest fiscal year border crossings in American history.
Tax relief for Texas workers, families, seniors, President Trump's working families tax cut putting money back in Texans' pockets. FBI reports a 114% jump in violent crime arrests under Trump compared to Biden's final months. President Trump takes credit for steep crime rate declines. Trump administration has best deregulation year in history. Median US income rises to highest on record, even as Americans feel affordability pinch. US strikes Venezuela, captures Maduro and his wife.
Trump says US has sold more than 13 billion of Venezuelan oil since Maduro's capture. Deportations during Trump admin reach highest levels in years. Fentanyl deaths plunge 22% as White House touts crackdown. FBI touts 6,000 arrests, 44% homicide drop one year into Trump's crackdown. US on track for record crude oil production in 2026. President Trump's pro-growth policies ignite manufacturing resurgence. The S&P has risen 30% first 20 months of Trump's term, ahead of 28% over the same stretch of his first term.
Federal workforce shrank by 54,000 under Trump, watchdog says. Prescription drug prices record sharpest drop in more than 60 years. US trade deficit dips in June along with World Cup effect. Folks, Justin put that together in about 20 minutes. There's more. There's a lot more. But in the interest of time, I just wanted to make for you just about, what did that take? About two to three minutes of headlines?
A closing argument. You want more of that? Or do you want open borders, more disastrous Obamacare that the New York Times is warning you about? Do you want more deficit spending? You want the trade deficit to explode? Do you want our military, you want their NADS cut off, castrated again? You want to get back to like DEI in the military, DEI in the classrooms? You want to get back to open borders, defunding ICE, defunding the police, massive new government regulations regulating your shower head, your freaking air conditioner, your toilet bowl?
You want a tax on your kids going into the bathroom by a bunch of lunatics, men who want to walk into the bathroom with your daughter? Good point, Justin. You want us to bring Maduro back and put him back in charge of Venezuela? You want us to do a Lazarus and resurrect the Iranian death to America mullahs? I don't want that, man. I don't want that. And you don't either. Man, that was a huge crowd today, folks. I really appreciate it.
And because we love the Bongino Army so much, you know we always pick a comment of the day.
