When I look at my wife Brittany and my son Maverick, I know I have to be physically and mentally present for them, not just financially successful. So instead of working another weekend in total isolation, build hard boundaries into your calendar. Make your recovery as disciplined as your execution. Lastly, true endurance requires strategic disengagement. When you learn how to completely disconnect, delegate the daily fires, and rest without guilt, you return to the battlefield as an absolute monster. Deep self-awareness, ironclad boundaries, and a commitment to longevity create a legacy founder. When you respect the fatigue, you conquer the marathon. Bottom line, you cannot lead the empire from a hospital bed. Read the signs, protect your health, and pace yourself, because when you do, you will stay in the game longer than ever.
