During my days in law enforcement, if we wanted to solve a case, we didn't wait in the precinct for the evidence to walk through the front door. We went out and kicked down doors. Business requires that exact same aggressive grit. Too many modern entrepreneurs are terrified of the telephone.

They hide behind automated emails and SEO. If you want to scale rapidly, you have to initiate the contact. Whether you are selling digital consulting or HighLevel merchant services, you have to hunt. If you wait to be discovered, you kill your own revenue. Second, take the rejection out of the emotional equation. People do not make 100 cold calls a day because they fear being told no. They take it personally. So instead of viewing outbound sales as a test of your personal worth, view it as a pure mathematical formula. You know that every 99 rejections fund the one massive contract that changes your quarter. Make aggressive outbound activity your daily non-negotiable metric.
