What you thought about that, Eric? Have you caught somebody in Unrival Practice?

No, unfortunately, I haven't. But when I saw this clip of Rach, I'm like, There she is.

You all got the new and improved podcast you did of Unrival. How has that been? Getting to know all the ladies.

It's been fun. It's good to just to get to know people differently. We know each other as hoopers, but we don't know each other all the time, deeper level of their life, where they come from, why they do what they do. So it's cool to just actually sit down and take the time to do it, and it's a perfect space to do it here.

It's been great also getting to know Rach. Rach been bringing everything out of me because I'm more on the reserve side. So just sitting and be in Rach every week, it's been amazing. It's been nothing but positive energy and just laughter.

You had Holly Rowan as a guest, and usually she's the one interviewing you guys. What's it like to be on the other side of the mic? Do you get nervous? Do you think about what you're going to say before you say it? Is it just a vibe? What have you guys learned?

I was nervous for Holly, to be honest. It's because she is so goaded in what she does and the way that she performs. It's just top-notch. I felt like, Is she going to think we suck at this or judge us? But she was amazing. She made us feel so comfortable. It was super smooth. I mean, it's easy when Holly has so many stories. Anything we could ask, we could go on about for a long time. We could have talked to her for hours, honestly.

For me, I get nervous before every episode just talking to people. I don't want to ask the wrong thing. I don't know what's off limits, but I mean, so far it's been great. And just getting to know everybody on a deeper level, just off the course, it's been amazing. I'm ready to build my relationships within this lead.

Juju, I'm I got to tell them about the Marina Mabry moment.

You guys got an awesome bite and an awesome interview from Marina. I fell on my face. I need you guys as advice. What's the best way to have somebody open up? Me and you got along right away, Eric, when you were in college. What's the tip to get somebody to be unfiltered?

I think we know these people a little bit more than you guys do. Obviously, just playing against each other for so many years and being in such a small space like this, you get to know each other really, really fast. But you guys are cool. Your vibes are good. It's all about vibes, and you guys have great vibes. And I think we try to do the same, make people feel comfortable, make it feel like a safe space to talk about whatever. Obviously, it could be scary because this stuff goes everywhere and people are going to interpret the way they want to, but just making people feel as comfortable as possible. I don't know. Just not really caring. Just being weird and goopy.

Then, like I said, your shouldn't have brought it up. Moving on. You don't think I should have brought it up? I have to be vulnerable, Juju. On the area of us. I'm the area. See the... And fast forward to you two looking at me right now, what advice do you have for that young lady right there? And let's mix it up. Ari, what advice do you have for that young lady in that Connecticut shirt? And Rage, what do you have for that young lady in that Atlanta jersey?

I would say, just be yourself and just be ready when your number is called. Just keep putting the work. It won't go unnoticed. It is, and eventually it will pay off. And just know that only the strong survive.

Yeah. I would say the same thing to Ari and continuing to push through adversity when injuries hit or when things don't work out the way you assume it's going to, just know that That things are going to work out the way it's supposed to.

Those photos are wild. Rach, when you see yourself in that photo, what's going through your mind there?

I'm like, did you not brush your hair that day? I think I have braids. I think I must have had a teammate do that. French braids. What is that? I've grown a lot. I figured out how to do my hair. I need to get some sun in that photo as well. There's a lot of things that we need to adjust, but that's okay. It was young me. I didn't know any better.

You were in Connecticut, too. It was probably like, who really? Who's going to see it?

Guess what? One thing about that girl in that photo with that orange shirt on. She wet from everywhere on the court, so it don't matter. She'll get the ponytail tail down eventually.
