There was a FOIA request that was filed, um, that was just returned back, um, where they had asked, uh, to, you know, release, um, any, any information, any documents, any records related to Ray Epps, um, the individual whose photograph appeared on the FBI's official wanted list Um, in connection with the events of January 6th. And the response from the FBI to this FOIA request: the FBI has completed searches for records responsive to plaintiff's requests. The searches uncovered approximately 1,800 pages of records, 27 minutes of audio, and 49 minutes of video. Right, so they have it. But here's the catch, Andy. Here's the catch. They're not going to be releasing it until, uh, until around June of 2028. They're not going to be releasing it. Uh, defendant anticipates a first interim production in January 2027 with subsequent rolling productions thereafter. The FBI estimates that production of all records without narrowing would require approximately 16 to 17 months. Uh, so from January 2027 to around June of 2028. Yeah. They're still protecting this guy.
