Maine Governor Janet Mills reminded voters this week that they can still vote for her even though she suspended her campaign for U.S. Senate. Daily Wire reporter Zach Jewell has more.

Mills told the Portland Press Herald that voters shouldn't get the wrong idea about her April decision to suspend. She said, quote, I simply suspended active campaigning. I am still on the ballot. Her comments come as Graham Plattner, the novice Democrat who pushed her out of the primary, is rocked by another scandal. The latest controversy is over explicit messages he sent to other women after he married in 2023. While he and his wife have disputed aspects of reports around the messages, Graham has admitted that they are real. And in addition to Plattner, the scandal has also wrapped up Morris Katz, the architect of Zoran Mamdani's successful New York City mayoral campaign. According to reports, Katz tried to browbeat Plattner's former political director into denying the salacious messages. After the messages went public, Katz openly fumed at, quote, incompetent opportunistic operatives.

A MrBeast contestant who won a jet from the YouTuber has allegedly been arrested for drug trafficking. Daily Wire reporter and host of That's So Criminal, Lyndon Blake, has the story.

A feel-good internet story has now turned into a viral international drug case. Jabari Brown, a young pilot who won a multi-million dollar private jet in a MrBeast competition, has been arrested in Paraguay. This is after drug enforcement agents discovered more than 570 lbs of marijuana aboard a private jet he copiloted from Miami. The 21-year-old was one of 4 Americans detained, but in an unexpected turn, he was the only one to walk free. Officials said Brown wasn't the owner of the jet in question. They identified an Estonian businessman as its owner and pilot, and he had reportedly fled the country before the bust. The 3 other passengers have been slapped with charges relating to international drug trafficking, and Brown was released by police with no charges.

The FBI made its largest crypto seizure ever in a global scam compound crackdown. Daily Wire reporter Jacob Wheeler has more.

Agents conducted raids on compounds in Dubai, Myanmar, and Thailand, arresting nearly 300 individuals connected with scams perpetrated against Americans. During the raids, the FBI seized over 127,000 Bitcoin which is valued over $8 billion. The FBI estimates that Americans have been scammed out of more than $20 billion via these foreign operations. Director Kash Patel issued a stern warning following the raid, saying, quote, if you target Americans, we will find you, disrupt your network, and bring every available tool of the federal government down on you.

The state of Florida sued OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman on Monday. Alleging that the company marketed ChatGPT without sufficiently warning of its dangers. Daily Wire assistant editor Nathan Gay has the details. Florida Attorney General James Oothmeyer accused the company of valuing profit over safety and fueling violence. More than 20 lawsuits have been filed against OpenAI over alleged harms tied to ChatGPT. Complaints have risen claiming that OpenAI ignored warnings from experts about ChatGPT, which the state says has aided, quote, mass shooters and encouraged vulnerable individuals towards suicide, according to Axios Media. OpenAI said it has a zero tolerance policy for using its tools to aid in committing violence.

More details of Bill Gates' personal life have come to light and may be shattering his carefully crafted public image. Daily Wire lifestyle reporter Lauren Baer has more.

President Trump announced Tuesday that he is appointing Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William J. Pulte to be the acting director of national intelligence after Tulsi Gabbard's resignation last month. Pulte, a staunch Trump ally with a reputation for aggressive institutional cleanups, will maintain his current role leading the Federal Housing Finance Agency and overseeing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Pulte is known in DC for bringing fraudsters to justice with his help in charging New York Attorney General Letitia James for fraud and for philanthropy with his Blight Authority not-for-profit.

Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters is free after being released from a Colorado correctional facility on Monday. Her release comes after Colorado's Democrat Governor Jared Polis finally gave in to pressure from the White House, ultimately commuting her punitive sentence. Peters is known as the grandmother who dared to ask questions about the 2020 election. Back in April, the Colorado Court of Appeals ruled that her trial judge Matthew Barrett was biased against her conservative beliefs and violated her First Amendment rights. Big tech giant Google is seeking federal approval from the EPA to release 32 million, quote, good mosquitoes across California and Florida. This doesn't sound sketchy at all. The public health program titled Debug Project was created by Google's parent company Alphabet a decade ago. It plans to release male mosquitoes carrying Wolbachia to mate with wild females. Wolbachia is a parasitic bacterium that disrupts reproduction. Males carrying it mate with wild females, leaving them unable to produce viable offspring. It is completely harmless to humans as well, as it is already naturally occurring in many other insects. The surplus of mosquitoes will not cause any more bug bites, as only females bite humans, possibly infecting with West Nile, Zika, and yellow fever. The quote "good bugs," as Google refers to them, would prevent the world's deadliest disease vector from infecting millions and killing between 500,000 and 1 million individuals every year by preventing the bad bugs from being born altogether. A caveat, however, this is nearly identical to the plot of the 1997 horror film Mimic, and that led to superbugs hunting New Yorkers in the sewers.
