Hey, guys. It's your friend, Mel. I have this huge day at work today. I'm super stressed out. So I'm going to try the cold exposure technique to settle my nervous system. I'm going to use the let them theory to let the emotions rise up and breathe through it. And I'm going to use Huberman's three-wall technique. You stare at the wall, and you're going to want to push through it three times as the cold water hits. When the third wall hits that you want to push through, boom, you're done. You ready? Let them let go. All right, let's turn the water cold. Oh, my God, that's one. That's one. Yikes. Two, three. That really works. Just let the feelings come up. Stare at the ball. And by the time the cold water is off, you've let those emotions rise up and you are in control. And now you're going to have the right day. And so am I.
