This midseason review from the Fantasy Footballers podcast ranks the top 10 quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers and tight ends by points per game, then asks which players are likely to hold their place in the second half. The hosts debate whether Kirk Cousins' touchdown rate is sustainable, how Bijan Robinson's trade value compares with other backs, and which receivers and tight ends are poised to bounce back.
They also preview the Thursday night matchup between the Jaguars and Ravens, weighing the Baltimore quarterback situation and the start-or-sit calls it creates.

Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast, with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright.
Oh, welcome in.
It's football.
No, it's not.
Oh my God.
I thought it was Thursday.
Oh my gosh.
Penalty. Throw the flag.
Yeah, you have any of those flags back there?
Throw the flag.
Oh my gosh.
Yeah, Josh got me.
Wait, Josh told you to do that?
100%. No, because Josh screamed, "It's Warcraft time."
Oh my goodness.
And so I was like, "Oh crap, is it Thursday?"
2,000 shows? You've never done that.
No.
And now you got a penalty flag.
15 yards.
15 yards.
I'll do it again tomorrow.
Oh my God.
Or will I?
Roughing the intro?
Yeah, that's on me.
That's not good.
That's my fault, everybody.
I just, I'm all, I'm very happy that somebody else can screw up the beginning of a show. I feel like that's been me 99% of the time. You know who didn't screw it up?
Yeah. I mean, the Bears here.
I know. It's disorienting.
We're talking about video games and Josh's drop stuff.
We're talking about video games. Josh got you. Man, it's, uh, it's not football time. Well, we'll talk about a game that's coming tomorrow. You know, there will be a Thursday night football game.
It's time to break down football games. Previewing games.
Um, look, it's not a normal three-man show. Mike and I, Mike caved under the pressure.
I did.
Of being 50% of this podcast. And I don't know if you knew this, Mike, but we've made the executive decision, you and I, to also take 50% of all revenue the company generates during Jason's absence.
Oh, that's great news.
Yeah. Yeah, it's, uh, it's only fair.
Great news.
It's only fair. Although he, he is with his family on a little trip, but I'm pretty sure all he's doing is ripping packs of cards, which he has never done, never cared about sports cards in his life, and in the last three days has decided it's fun.
Yeah, he just, he gets good cards.
We have a mid-season review episode today, which is like one of my favorite episodes. We just kind of lay of the land where guys are currently slotted in, who we think will emerge over the second half, who will drop out of the top 10, things like that. Thursday night breakdown, NFL news, or as Mike calls it, no news.
Oh no, there's so much news, man.
I mean, the amount.
The, oh, the trades. I can't wait to get into it.
The internet is not good.
The rumors.
People just, uh, they just blab. Yappers out there. No actual trades have happened.
Just let me know when it's time to talk about it.
Uh, and then we, we'll get into some mailbag too. The community is.
Got a huge list.
Join thefoot.com. That's where all the premium in-season tools are. Bonus weekly episode. And, um, you know, the best people on earth. They hang out over there. Join thefoot.com. Let's just jump right, well, Brooks wanted us to give like a little league of record update. We don't do that very often, but people have asked for that type of thing. Right now, Jason is, Jason's not here because, I mean, that's also his current state in the league of record. Not here. He is, uh, from very early in the season, was intimidated by my roster.
Yeah.
And got insecure about himself.
Yeah, he really did.
And then decided, I'm going to play for next year. So we're a keeper league. Sometimes you have to navigate the picks and trades and keepers, and he wanted to go all in for next year, and he made that decision way too early. Uh, Mike and I both project to be in the playoffs. It's not a guarantee for Mike.
You are, yeah, you, there's two teams that we know will definitely be in, and I'm hanging on by just like a butt hair.
Yeah, by, by, uh, one petal of Zay's flowers.
Yes. I, I am barely in and have taken, uh, a neutering last week.
Yeah, we have, uh, we've often had the question on the show about like divisions or not having divisions in fantasy. And I've always been a defender of divisions because to me.
Because it hasn't bit you in the butt yet.
Correct. And, and I've always been under the.
That's your problem, man.
I've been like, I've been like, you want to build rivalries. Like Jason and I were division mates for years, and he hated playing me twice a year, and I hated playing him, but he hated playing me more. And, um, we have divisions. So we have divisions. But the problem is, is in our league, only the division winners get the buy.
Yeah.
There's a buy week. And the best two teams in the league are currently in my division. And I have currently, I'm like 12 and 4, we play with the median, but there's a 14 and 2 team in my division.
That's very good.
So right now, I am slotted to not get a buy despite having the second best record. And as I've always said, divisions are stupid.
I think they're great.
Oh, you, because you're fighting for one with the worst record.
Well, Jeremy has it right now.
Oh gosh. Does he really?
Yes.
I do. Dang it.
Per the divisions.
11 and 5. So trade deadlines coming up soon.
You're good. The good news is your rivalry with this other team is really building.
I, I mean, that is true. We do play each other on the last game of the year, and if I'm close enough, that could be for the buy. So that'll be fun. Uh, but there you go. There's the, the league of record. Al Borlin is in the mix. Mike's in the mix. I'm in the mix. And then three other kind of pretty good teams on the top half of the league. And, uh, look, there's a couple goals. Goal number one, I win the championship. Goal number two, one B. Goal number one B, Mike doesn't win the championship. It's very, very, people have to understand how important it is to the future of this podcast existing.
I understand.
Like you, you out there, you subscribed, you watch the show, you enjoy yourself. I, I hope. It will not be the same.
No.
If Mike, if Mike goes back to back in league of record, Mike and I have always been fighting for the most titles situation. If Mike goes two titles above me, the show gets worse. And I hope Mike, you realize that.
No, I, I do. Because I realize that the health of you, Jason, your, your hearts, your weak bones will crumble. I will, I will ascend.
You will grow weight.
I won't.
You will be levitating for years.
I won't be around either.
And sleep levitation.
So maybe I don't want to win.
One other update, Al Borlin, what did, what else happened in the league of record?
Oh, I was saying Josh and Matt just acquired a wide receiver three in Ashton Genti.
Oh, a wide receiver three. Yeah. Um.
How's Lamar?
Oh.
Oh, that's a low blow.
Let's be.
Let's keep it above.
The flag's coming to you.
Yeah.
Make fun of a guy who got hurt.
But, man, it's more make fun of you.
He's making fun of you for that.
Because you trade for a guy who sucks.
Now, if you wanted to make fun of Al, you would not bring up Lamar because that's like kind of a low blow. You'd bring up the fact he dropped Drake Maye after two weeks.
Yes. That's fine.
And look at his face.
That's appropriate.
If you look at his face right now, you get, you understand how much that, more that hurts.
Yeah, that one hurts.
Wait, how'd that Tucker Craft trade turn out too?
Oh, the one where you got insulted?
Yeah, where Jeremy really, really hated that trade.
That one's still fine.
Yeah, it's okay.
What are you, Josh? Josh!
It's okay.
They were on a roll.
Josh like, no, no, no, no. He was, he was so insulted by that trade, and the trade is fine.
The trade is fine.
No, Josh, he wasn't.
I gave up too much.
We got to do this again? He wasn't insulted by the trade, Josh. He was insulted because you went to him one to one, man to man, and said, we don't trade with Andy. We're not doing it. You're not doing it.
Oh, I know that.
Hey, hey, Jeremy, we're not going to do it. You're not going to do it, right? And then you traded to him.
Yeah, you might have a point.
That's what the problem was. That is 100% what the problem was.
It is the big, and trading with me. People didn't want to do that. Um, you guys want to talk some news? Actual news?
Yo, dude, I told you. I'm ready.
Let's do it.
News and notes from around the league.
Brandon Iuk has applied for reinstatement and is prepared to report to the 49ers facility on Friday.
I love that he's like, I'll be there.
He just figured this out.
Well, he hired Drew Rosenhaus just now. And then that was, that was their plan.
Yeah, Rosenhaus is real.
Yes, that's real. And Rosenhaus is like, here's what you do.
Because there was one thing you could do.
You want to get out of town? Get into the facility. Go to the bathrooms. Don't flush. Cause havoc throughout the locker room.
Don't do it on social media where everyone can see it. Because then they don't like you.
He'll probably get released now.
I mean, if, if he's.
I don't know if the team can suspend him for like.
Detrimental?
Actions detrimental further.
Maybe.
And keep him. But I mean, you're just doing a dance. You're creating press conference questions. This may be the end of the Iuk situation in San Francisco. We'll see. Browns have placed DeSean Watson in a late concussion protocol. It was late symptoms. There's almost a 0% chance he can play this week now. Shadour Sanders is expected to start. It's against the Saints. Shadour gets an opportunity.
Fire up Harold Fannon.
That's how it feels, right?
Yeah.
Would you make a, like I, I have Craft and Fannon. Would you make the shift because of that?
Probably not Craft.
I know.
Not that level.
It feels like maybe though.
If you weren't with fantasy football last year, Shadour Sanders was the starter for the majority of the season for the Cleveland Brown.
Craft is against New England.
And Shadour Sanders.
I'm doing it.
His favorite thing to do was throw the ball to Harold Fannon.
Which worked out really well last week for DeSean Watson as well.
And so, I mean, that's, it's all just speculation and assumption that that's what will happen. Maybe Shadour loves concepcion. Uh, we don't know, but if I have Fannon and I have other like mid-level tight ends, Fannon is moving up.
Cardinals placed Jeremiah Love on injured reserve with his high ankle sprain.
Yeah, yeah.
Today is waiver day. Uh, I am very curious in our league of record how much Algier went for.
That will go in an hour.
Oh, it's delayed.
Time has changed.
The time changed.
Yeah. We didn't change it, but they, everyone else did.
The world did. Yeah, Arizona stays the same. Uh, Mike Vrabel, no update on Hunter Henry's foot. Said it will depend on how he responds. He wasn't able to finish the game.
And just so people know, we don't change the time. Sun still comes up.
Oh, you're saying everybody doesn't change the time.
Well, yeah.
Like the world's the same. We don't delay something.
Nothing bad happens in our, in our state.
Right.
When we don't change the time. It just, ever, the sun.
Oh, you're just saying we're a good example.
Yeah. It'll be okay.
No, nothing.
We can get rid of this.
Yeah, I mean, we just, we never change our clocks. People are blown away by that.
Yeah.
We just keep on living. And then everybody on the East Coast, anybody east of us just gets the show an hour earlier.
Yeah.
And.
So I guess it does, it helps.
It benefits them.
Yeah.
Um, we are previewing the Thursday night game. Baseball tooting didn't practice Monday or Tuesday.
It's not football time.
Oh, I can't believe you said that. I can't believe, it's so not like you.
I know.
Your mind's in Azeroth. Um, all right. Liam Cohen said tooting will be a game time decision for tomorrow's game.
That's not great.
And then, uh, guys, I, we got it all figured out. Ravens head coach Jesse Minter confirmed that, uh, Joe Finnano will start. That is how you pronounce that. Joe Finnano.
Yeah.
Tyler Huntley is out for the year with his turf toe injury. So Finnano will get the start. There are Daniel Jones rumors.
Oh, we just got another hot piece of news.
And we did get some breaking news.
Yeah.
Breaking news.
The Saints have designated rookie wide receiver Jordan Tyson to return. The window has opened.
Stay healthy, my friend.
Yes, please.
We'll see, we'll see how soon he comes back in the window. If he starts practicing this week, it seems like that would be the reason why he should be back out on the practice field. They did say that this hamstring injury was a different one than the, the first one, so, or the one he had in college.
How many hamstrings does he have?
16. He has 16 hamstrings.
And he's hurt them all?
Mm-hmm. Yep. Yo-hoo. Time 16.
So the, uh, the rumors now coming out from the, out of the insiders.
Oh, yes.
That don't be, keep a half eye open.
Right.
That if the Ravens lose, Derek Henry might get traded.
Yes. Because their season might be over.
Oh, well, you're, they have, you have automatically said we lose on Thursday.
There is no logical argument anyone on earth can make for the Ravens beating the Steelers or the Bengals right now.
I understand you had a, like, the situation was impossible. I mean, you would have had to get a deal done, get that quarterback into your locker room by Monday. Like, they got to be practicing on Monday, learning the playbook. So I understand the situation's impossible. Maybe they still make a move. But if you're moving forward with Joe as your quarterback, you're not, it's done.
So this would be, and you're playing Jacksonville, so you're almost certainly going to lose.
Yes. It was, it was already going to be a tough game to win with Lamar Jackson.
If they lose, they will have lost four games in a row. They will be four and five. They will be below the Browns by multiple games. Below the Bengals, below the Steelers. So you look at the longevity of, of Henry, the long-term, the fact that you're a year away from, I mean, it makes sense.
Yes. But the problem is, we are, us, the fantasy football nerds, we are the ones who are supposed to stir the pot and say, you know what makes sense?
Right.
If this situation plays out, then this player getting traded to make a team better for next year. We're the ones who do that. If you're an inside reporter, you don't do that. You get actual things.
Yeah, you wait. You wait to say, you don't report and say, uh, breaking. Um, this makes sense.
Yes. You, you don't get to do that. That's not your job. That's our job.
And the fact, like, it also makes sense for the Eagles to do this. It was Saquon.
Yes.
But they've said they're not going to do it. So not every team is going to, I mean, who knows with Jonathan Taylor. Right now, there's, maybe this is when a trade happens, but it's dying down. Like the Jonathan Taylor talk is dying down a little bit. There was a report this morning about the Vikings not necessarily having the money to make a move. And so we'll see what happens. And the.
Enjoy pick whatever, uh, mid-20s.
I know. I know. Good enough to get to the playoffs, not good enough to make a run.
Yeah, they won't hold the division.
So yeah, no, no pending trades. Now we, we might get news any minute, but nothing right now. Let's talk some Thursday.
Thursday night breakdown.
Because we were already talking about it. Jacksonville at five and two, traveling to Baltimore to take on Joe Finnano and the Ravens, who are four and four, 10-point favorites on the road. Yeah, Jacksonville has 10-point road favorites is wild. The implied point total for the Ravens is 15 points. That is the fewest at home for the Ravens in 10 years. The overrunner is just 40, but that gives Jacksonville 25 with that low implied for Baltimore. I mean, there are some good teams in the NFL that you could be like, oh, they might come in here and lay an egg and not take it seriously, or you've seen them vacillate between good performances and bad.
Honestly, Jacksonville has been one of the more consistent teams on both sides of the ball all year long. Their offense is number two in EPA per play. Their defense is number one in turnovers forced. I bet they turned Joe Finnano over. I mean, this is, it's kind of devastating for the person with Derek Henry, certainly for the Zay Flowers manager.
Yeah, and the question is, what do we do with Zay Flowers? We, we try to give advice and we try to be honest of like, if I don't really have a strong piece of advice to give, I will say that too, because that's just sometimes what it is. I can tell you what I am doing personally though. As of right now, and I can't imagine this changes, Stefon Diggs of the Washington Commanders is in my lineup over Zay Flowers. Uh, in my dynasty league, where I, I'm, my roster is good.
This is not the humblebrag. It's like, but I'll be playing McCaffrey and Walker. And then like, I'm going to be finding a different wide bench level wide receiver to play over Derek Henry.
I mean.
I don't want to play anyone on this Baltimore team.
I play, I play Waddle over Zay Flowers.
Yeah.
I would play Caleb Douglas. That would be the line, I think. Because Zay, Zay with the ball in his hands, manufactured targets. He could do something of his own accord.
He can.
So it's not to say you bury him under all circumstances. Like I'm not going to play concepcion over him.
Right. This is why I'm saying.
But, but yeah, the Diggs decision is a good one. Like DJ Moore.
Is your, you'll have to, whatever level of risk you're willing to accept.
And, and what do you, I mean, rest of season Zay Flowers situation seems.
Which we did.
Somewhat dire.
In the news, we didn't say it. Tyler Huntley's on IR now too.
Yeah, we mentioned he's, he's, uh, the turf toe season ending.
Did we say that?
We just said season ending, but yeah.
Okay, okay.
He's, like Zay Flowers rest of season, is he a low end wide receiver too? Is he a high end wide receiver too? I mean, I.
I wouldn't even call him, if it, if it's Finnano, then no. It won't. If they go out and make a move for Jacobi is, I mean, the, the pie in the sky one to me is, is Mariota. But I don't think Washington's going to let him go.
No, not with the amount of injuries Jaden's had.
And like Jacobi.
But like Daniel Jones, Jacobi Brissette.
Those make sense.
Tyson Bagent.
You would keep Bagent, uh, is better than Finnano. But like Jacobi could keep Flowers afloat as a wide receiver too. We've, we've seen enough of him force feeding targets to, to players to know that. But I, he was the emergency quarterback for a reason. It's, he's in an impossible situation here. But for fantasy purposes, it's really, I don't, it's dire straights. Like remember, um, we're, this is a situation very similar now actually.
Remember when Burrow got hurt? Was that last year or two years ago? Was it last year?
You're talking about the weeks with, uh.
With Browning.
Yes.
Where, and you were like, you have Jamar Chase.
Yeah, there was.
Jamar Chase was unplayable.
There was a point where Chase was so unplayable.
And it would, like we're getting these trade questions. It's like, dude, there's no path. And then, and.
And then we got a name to the.
And then a mystery, the clouds parted and somehow the Cleveland Browns in division decided that they would trade Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals and he came in and fixed it.
It feels like Flacco would be an answer.
Yeah, but that's also in division.
Yeah.
There's no way the Bengals, the Bengals solve what the Browns did.
No, they wouldn't do that.
We're not doing that.
No.
We need Joe Flacco. So other than a, a Hail Mary miracle that none of us see happening, it looks like Flowers is like a double flex type of play.
Gross.
Yeah.
That's like getting an injury to Flowers.
Yes, it is.
It is.
It very much, it only works.
Because he was just a top five guy.
You have to decide if you're going to play him. Henry will, I think Henry will be okay-ish, just not this week.
Yeah, I agree with that. And then Bashal Tooting, you know, who's been cooking, unfortunately you've got a game time decision. There are two possible outcomes. He sits and then all of a sudden Chris Rodriguez is actually a great start.
Yes, he is.
Or.
I think Rodriguez is startable no matter what.
That's what I, that was the other thing I was going to say is if Tooting's in with the likelihood of this being a blowout, they would get Tooting out of this game as fast as possible. They might look at this game and just say, hey, we just don't need Bashal Tooting to win this game if we can give him, because you get 10 days rest.
Right.
After this week. So if you're dealing with an ankle that's, you know, touch and go.
And if you want to talk a, a, a ridiculous conundrum for fantasy football.
Oh, I can't wait.
Trevor Lawrence has been pulled early in eight of the Jacksonville Jaguars last 15 games. Over half the time, Trevor Lawrence has been pulled because they don't need him anymore. And who is playing sound from the Ducer Alley? Is that.
I think that was outside.
That was outside? Keep it down out there.
It's our crowd.
Good Lord.
They thought it was football time.
All right, you guys are safe.
They gathered.
You guys are safe. It's about to drop the hammer.
Yeah, well, I was trying to give it more than a second. You were not.
It was really loud.
It was loud.
But so Trevor Lawrence, like if I, I think I'm still playing him.
I think you have to. I, I think he'll, you know, three quarters of this game. But yeah, you risk a defensive score and a rushing touchdown and then things just disappearing. Maybe two defensive scores or short fields, not a lot of yardage accumulation, right? You could have a game where it's, you know, 150 and, and one.
I mean, it's like the.
For Trevor Lawrence.
The, the streaming options of the week. That's, well, compared to that. So it's like, do you risk Trevor Lawrence or do you say, I want a full game of Malik Willis against the Detroit Lions? I want a full game of Sam Darnold against the Arizona Cardinals.
I'd play Lawrence.
Okay.
I would. And it's, you know, it's more than just the kind of the numbers behind this game. It's also the prime time. You know what I mean? Like Liam Cohen, Jacksonville statement game, Thursday night in front of everybody. I think I'd play Trevor Lawrence. And they've got a high implied point total still.
Yeah.
And maybe it all comes in the first half, but.
Trevor Lawrence.
I couldn't live with myself throwing Malik out there and having him having a disaster game or Darnold after last week.
Trevor Lawrence will almost certainly be pulled by the fourth quarter.
That's true.
You just have to hope it's only the fourth.
Yeah, that's funny. Parker Washington, one top 24 finish in six weeks. You playing him tonight?
Yeah, I'll still play him.
And then you've got, uh.
The Ravens have given up points. They are right now the 20th, 23rd in adjusted points to the position.
Is there anybody else in this game that you're even thinking about besides the running backs for Jacksonville, Lawrence, and then Parker?
I mean, I'm, I'm fine with.
Brenton Strange?
I'm fine with Brenton Strange as a low end tight end one.
Yeah, okay. Well, let's take a break and we'll get into the mid-season review.
Review a Sawrus Rex.
Oh, there was no finish to that drop.
Well, because it used to go.
Yeah.
This one's coming in from.
Right. Yeah, no. Yeah, we, and we didn't want to, we couldn't toss one on there. That's okay. That's an old school drop.
Yes.
I love that.
Very old.
I love it. Um, all right, mid-season review time, Mike. What do we think's going to change? Top 10 quarterbacks right now. Fantasy points per game. You ready?
Mm-hmm.
Joshua Allen at number one.
Okay.
26 points a game. Almost 27. Uh, that is the second highest of his career through eight weeks.
I think that one's pretty good.
I think that one's staying.
I think that one's good.
That one's staying because Mr., uh, you know, Joe Brady's an offensive mind and the defense is not good enough. Joe Burrow though, at 24.2.
Wow. Last week, last week must have jumped him up.
Yeah, he's, he's had some huge weeks. And then, you know, those guys are kind of in a tier of their own, really. Uh, Brock Purdie at 20 points, Jared Goff at 20 points. Both of those a little surprising to be that high. Jaden Daniels, Drake May, right behind there. And then Kirk Cousins. Like you have five guys at 20 points.
Kirk with chains.
Kirk with, uh, a tough schedule coming up, but he's number seven. Caleb, Trevor Lawrence, Jordan Love rounding out the top 10. Speaking of Cousins, like they play San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Cleveland. By week, Chargers. All negative matchups. Denver after that. Uh, that's going to be.
That's going to be tough.
That's going to be really tough. They're very fortunate to have won this last game because this streak of losses could have gone on for a while. Um, if you look at all of the other quarterbacks, and you can talk about any of those top 10, but you look at the, you know, Dak, Shaq, Mahomes, um, those might be the biggest names outside the top 10. So it seems like Kirk is one of the biggest candidates to drop out of that list.
Kirk Cousins is, is his touchdown percent is sitting at a cool 6.7.
Okay.
So 6.7% of his attempts are turning into touchdown passes.
That's because 100% of his attempts to rock bowers turn into catches.
And just for, and he has different weapons, but for context, last year was 3.7.
What's the league average?
League average is usually like four and a half, four and a half ish, 4.4. And Kirk has run hot before. Like he's overall, like career wise, he's 5.1. So he is a, a, a touchdown throwing quarterback, like more than, than others. But it's been really, really good for him right now. And that's, I think it will not do that.
Yeah, I mean, I think the players that I'll be interested to see if they have sustained success. I don't, you know, Purdie, Cousins, uh, those are some questions. I mean, I think Drake May and Jaden Daniels are there to stay. I think Goff for the most part is there to stay. Uh, Lawrence has the easiest rest of season schedule for quarterbacks.
Yeah.
So, you know, that's a big deal. And then Jordan Love, it's been pretty good. You know, Dak, I'd love to come on here and be like, Dak's the obvious candidate to move into that range. And I, I have watched enough games where I am personally confused and frustrated.
Same.
And I feel like the year started pretty good for Dak. Like the first couple of weeks, I was like, oh, that's the same old dude. Like, you know, he's got these weapons. And you got Jerry Jones coming out saying, I got to get the ball to Pickens more. I mean, the way Dak's throwing it, like the accuracy issues that I'm seeing, I don't know if chucking it down the field is going to pay off. I mean, Dak is somebody that should be able to move into that echelon.
Yes.
I think CJ Stroud is somebody that should be able to stay in that echelon with the weapons he has and no running game, but.
Wild. Do you realize in their loss to Arizona, what Javonte did?
I don't think he had a good game.
No, he did not.
I believe he had like 25.
He carried the ball 24 times.
Yeah.
24 times.
It was in my price pick because I figured they'd do that against Arizona.
Oh, they did?
Wasn't it only like 50 something yards?
He ran for 56 yards on 24 carries with a long of six. Like that is, I, I would expect a good flip.
And there was good sim was in there too. I mean, it was like.
I would expect that this game against Indy, that they're going to open it up. But watching Dak, yes, he 100% with his schedule and everything, he should. He should easily make it in the top 10, but he doesn't, he doesn't look like Dak.
Seven of the next, next eight games are indoors, which at this, you know, as the year progresses, that's a good thing. A lot of them are plus matchups, like you said, Indy, San Francisco, Tennessee, Philly, the next four. Um, you know, the Tyler Shaq conversation is a tough one for me because I feel like Shaq is playing pretty much as well as he can play.
Yeah.
But you've had outside the top 15, three or four weeks, he gets Tyson back, but the offensive line doesn't get fixed. Tyson, you know, does he boost the offense? I think probably a little bit, but I don't, I don't look at it as like some revolutionary change. Maybe, you know, maybe Tyson comes back in, in two weeks, he looks like a million percent and this is the top 10 player you, you were expecting. Maybe I'm too, you know, hesitant.
No, I, I think it is perfectly fine to be hesitant of a player who has injured all 16 of his hamstrings.
Right.
Was, he's an awesome talent, but he's been very hurt. And guys coming off of this injury, reaggravation is definitely a risk. It's more of a, okay, we're in the middle of the season. Who has something changing that could really elevate or, or destroy what's going on for fantasy football? Like with Kirk, you're like, okay, he's running hot. He's got the number one pick behind him. They've been losing.
It would, the our speculation would be Fernando Mendoza will eventually get, get some starts here, uh, toward the end of the year. So if you're counting on Kirk as like a QB2, that probably doesn't work. And Tyler Shaq though, has somebody coming in who is.
To the positive side.
Yeah. So he's.
Which I do feel about Mahomes as well with Rashi Rice's return.
Yeah.
Like Mahomes is probably not going to be a wide receiver 15. He might not be top five.
He won't.
But I think that that's something you can pay attention to. Maybe another weapon in Emmett Johnson. I would also mention like, not that you're streamer rest of season. I do think Malik will be, Malik Willis will be a streamer.
We'll see. He's been better the last two games.
And then he's got Detroit this week. So if he has, you know, a third straight game.
Right.
You know, Sam Darnold, you've mentioned as a second half sleeper.
Yeah. His schedule is so good. Arizona, Las Vegas, by week. San Francisco is about average, but the Dallas, Giants, Philly.
Yeah.
He's got a really strong stretch coming up.
All right. Running backs. Here we go. Top 10 running backs right now. Points per game. Again, uh, half PPR scoring. Jameer Gibbs at number one, 25.5. That's good.
Goodness gracious.
You know how he's averaging 29 opportunities a game? If you give a player that electric 29 opportunities, you're never going to be let down.
Yep.
Number two still, Kenneth Walker at 21.3.
We'll be back. We'll be back, everybody.
He's had a couple off weeks.
Couple down games.
Uh, the next two, Christian McCaffrey.
McCaffrey's okay.
McCaffrey is there at points per game at 18.1. So it didn't feel that way maybe.
No.
Because he hasn't had those like week winning weeks. He's just been consistent. And then James Cook at 18.
Yep.
Cook is so funny because I, I watch these games. I've got Josh Allen. We love Buffalo. Allen is the 100% option inside the one.
Mm-hmm.
So it's Allen, Allen, Allen. Maybe even inside the two, the way they could push that thing forward. There is a specific Cook zone that's about five yards away from the inso.
Two to five or like three, three to five.
You're like, Cook will get a chance and he almost always scores on those. So it's, he manages to get into the inso. He's on pace for 17 rushing touchdowns again.
It is funny to have an elite level running back.
Yeah.
Get inside the five and you're like, you just start rubbing your hands like, oh baby, free touchdown for me. Gets a carry, gets to the, gets to the one. Normally you go, oh baby, we're going to get another carry here. We're going to punch it in.
No, you're rooting for a false start.
And you get to the one, you go.
You're rooting for a false start. Yeah, you're rooting for a false start on Allen. Um, Bijon is number five right now at 17.6. I, I feel like that's one we could linger on for a second. He does lead the league in rushing yards, but Michael Panic Jr. from time to time.
Nice.
From week to week. Yes, it is. Yeah. I did say we'd stay here for a minute. Um, I, I guess my question to you is just like, is that a disappointing outcome? Like right now Bijon is basically producing at the same level of, you know, four or five other guys. Chuba, Swift, Taylor, Kyron.
It's really the last three weeks. Um, the game against Chicago was a massive disappointment where they gave Bijon Robinson nine carries.
Yeah.
I mean, remove head from butt. That's so weird.
It's funny because the, the, these last few weeks are the weeks where Brian Robinson Jr.
I know.
Has been out. And so you're like, this is going to be cooking time.
Yeah. And then San Francisco, that's a tough opponent. We get it. The Tampa Bay one though, 19 for 76 is actually, that's fine. That's a solid game, but no receptions and no touchdowns. Meanwhile, in the exact same game, two other running backs on the opposing teams are just running for like 12 yards a carry.
So do you, do you feel like, like would you trade Bijon for McCaffrey or Walker?
No.
Not for Walker?
Uh, Walker maybe.
Yeah.
But like, but, but McCaffrey, no. Bijon will be back. It's one target for zero receptions for Bijon Robinson is.
That game he's out.
That's another higher.
What about Chuba and maintaining this pace? He's averaging 21 opportunities a game.
Man.
He is sitting above, you know, Jonathan Taylor, above Derek Henry, above Kyron Williams. You know, it doesn't feel like there's a path for him to go away.
That's probably the best way to put it.
What's the argument for Chuba? Like he's catching passes now. Like Jonathan Brooks is not a part of this season. He's had top 10 finishes or sorry, top 12 finishes five weeks and the other two were like not that bad.
Yeah.
Like Chuba is the least sexy, totally legit elite running back.
Yeah. And he gets the Saints twice coming up here.
Oh my gosh. And he's on my mortal enemy's team. So he's going to be fine.
I think you just ride it out.
DeAndre Swift is on pace for 21 rushing touchdowns despite running for 3.8 a carry.
DeAndre Swift.
Taylor needs to be traded or you're going to be probably bummed out about the rest of the season.
Yeah. You're going to need them to target him. He's going to have to get like 30 opportunities a game. DeAndre Swift, I think it's worth the conversation of, I, like this is kind of what I thought was going to happen for DeAndre Swift. I thought he would be an excellent fantasy football running back. The 21 rushing touchdowns though, the question, will, will Mononga be back?
No, it will. It will change when he comes back.
Because Mononga was, Roshan is getting a couple touches here or there. Kyle Mononga was a timeshare with DeAndre Swift.
Because he produced at such a high level.
Yeah.
No, it's, it's an important question, especially for the like, you know, touchdown opportunities.
Yeah. Mononga is on this list. He's tied for 15th and points per game.
Yeah. I guess if we're looking points per game, I'll just read the other names so we can make a determination on who you think would fall out. If you're watching, you can see them on the back wall. But Swift, Taylor, Kyron, Henry, Warren, Javonte, Bashal Toot and Bucky Irving, who is emerging. Um, by the way, Bucky Irving, I didn't know this, but I'm pleased. Uh, fourth most rushing yards, uh, in the league and the easiest rest of season schedule for running backs.
Oh boy.
On a team that I think, I genuinely think they have discovered a new plan for the offense. With the, with the loss of Mike Evans, the lack of emergence from Aboukah to that level, right?
Right.
Aboukah is not good enough to be, it doesn't seem like he's good enough to be a dominant one. You have a bunch of other miscellany at, in the receiver room with Tess.
Don't call me that.
Tess John, what are you laughing at over there? You never heard that word?
No. What was the word?
Miscellany.
No, I definitely have never heard that word.
Yeah. Like, you know, a plural of miscellaneous.
Someone talk about it.
It's got to be a real word.
I don't know.
Makes sense.
It sounds a lot like a name that probably shouldn't be mentioned. That's why I gave you the look.
Involving tea?
You're, no, you're fine.
Okay. I don't know.
It's on him.
I'm a fool.
Is it a real word though? That's what we need to know.
If it's not, I'm a fool.
Kyle's, we got to go. Okay.
Of course.
Kyle says yes.
I'm an idiot. Proceed.
Well, we knew that before this situation. Um, but I, but your laughter got me. Uh, Bucky Irving, easiest rest of season schedule. The identity of this team seems to be running the football. You know, Al, I, I sent and removed a trade offer to you. Did you see it pop through for a split second?
I did not.
I had offered you Derek Golfer, Kenny Gainwell as the Bucky Irving manager.
Oh, I did. I did see it.
And then I pulled it back because I wasn't necessarily feeling it, but it was like Kenny Gainwell to me is a really high priority ad for a team who's developing a running opportunity, like a running philosophy in case Bucky, who has been hurt, goes down and you don't have Lamar.
Right.
So.
But it's a high priority for me to not give you guys that are a high priority for you.
Okay. Jordan Love, rest of season. Uh, all right. Ashton Genti at 15 and Mononga at 15. Out of that giant list of 15 players, who's the most likely to fall out of that for the second half? I think Genti's on that list. Um, I think I hate to say this because it feels so disrespectful, but there's a chance Jalen Warren drops a little bit. I think, I think, uh, Rico Dowdles looked good.
He has.
Is there anybody else on that top 15 that you're like, man, I don't have confidence in them? And you know, the names outside the top 15 right now, Pollard, Brees Hall, Braylon Allen, Ramon Dre, Judkins, Chase Brown at 22.
Yeah.
That's what happens when you score no touchdowns.
Right. Because they count for points.
Chase Brown has actually been okay-ish. Um, but when you don't score touchdowns, man, you, you can't compete. Uh, Javonte, I would say he carries concern just because Javonte is, he goes as the, the Dallas Cowboys offense goes. And he, dude, I think the team would be better if they didn't play Javonte. What do you, what, what's going on? Cackles?
It was Mussolini.
Yes.
I didn't care.
Oh, you're just getting the joke.
I'm just getting the joke.
Ah.
I don't, I'm so mad I got the joke because I used that word and now I won't be able to without thinking about you thinking that.
Golly.
So you thought I was saying there's a bunch of Mussolini.
I thought you just misspoke.
Okay. I just worked Mussolini into conversation.
I thought you made sense.
I misspoke.
Golly. It took me way too long. Oh my goodness. All right. Um. For the, for the record, we don't like that guy.
No, no, no.
I just want.
Let's go on formal record here.
Sometimes here when you're in the public eye, you got to like publicly state just so.
No, we disavow all.
Just so we're on the clear.
Miscellany?
Yes.
We're laughing at the.
Mussolini.
No.
Thumbs down.
Two, two thumbs.
Two, two thumbs down for Mussolini.
Wish I had more thumbs.
Jay Grizz also opposed, but guys that can move up into that make a run. Let's put it that way. It obviously seems like Chase Brown is still in that conversation.
He is.
If you can get into the insone, Jonah Coleman.
Which Chase Brown did score last week, but it was called back.
I am sweatier now than when that joke was first brought up.
What about Jonah Coleman? What about Ollie Gordon? Are those guys that you think could be in the top 15?
I don't.
Neither one.
No, because.
You don't think Coleman will be given the keys?
Correct. RJ Harvey will be back. JK Dobbins will get goal line touchdowns every once in a while. Um, and Ollie Gordon, there's the team is for how wrong I was about Ollie Gordon being a, a pickup. He has really helped teams that did, but the team is just not good enough to sustain top 15 numbers for a player who doesn't catch passes.
Does that mean you don't have somebody in that top 15 you think is, is on their way out?
I, I'm, I'd be concerned about Javonte. Um, Ashton Genti just from a point of what is going on here, like how is he really hurt? Is he just not capable of being a rusher at the NFL level? Uh, that it's not a, this is not a, like I think Mike Washington's so much better than Genti. Not at all.
No, but you've seen enough a year and a half of Genti not being efficient running the ball.
Correct. And there can only one guy is getting a carry at a time. And if the team, if the coaches decide we're going to move forward with Mike Washington running the ball, we're just going to keep throwing the ball to Genti, you got to catch a lot of passes and have a lot of broken place to maintain your numbers at this level.
It does seem like, uh, Kubiak has come in and said like performance is going to be the dictator of, uh, well, not the dictator.
Oh, don't use that word right now.
Not the dictator.
Don't use that word right now.
I'm sorry. It's going to be the determiner.
Yes. There we go.
Of the.
Goodness gracious.
What kind of show is this? I blame Al completely.
Just for the record. Also, two thumbs down.
For all dictators. One, two, two thumbs down. It doesn't matter if it's, you know.
No, it was just stopping.
There's a miscellany of dictators out there.
There we go. And we've come from.
Two thumbs down for all of them. Publicly. Not afraid to say.
My opponent's afraid to say it. Jason's afraid to say it.
Oh, that's why he's not here.
Yeah.
Um, and that says something, right? Afraid to say it. It's a, we got to ad break. We're taking a break for ads. We're coming back to wide receivers. Two thumbs down. All right. Wide receivers. Points per game. Mike, you ready? Half pick.
Yeah.
Jason.
I, I think he's, I think he's going to stay.
He is, uh, he's got seven of eight weeks above 19 points. Do you know how awesome that is for fantasy managers? I, I'm tempted to make Al Borland a trade offer for him that he couldn't refuse just so he has to give him up. You know, like if I sent you Gibbs.
Interesting. Ooh.
You wouldn't be able to turn that down, would you? Or would you? Would you turn down Gibbs?
Just one for one? Are we talking in league of record?
Yeah, yeah.
Because I haven't been both leagues. I was just.
No, I'm aware of it.
Okay. Uh, that it'd be a lot harder to turn that down in league of record.
It's the most ever to start a season. Seven out of eight weeks.
He is accounting currently, uh, the numbers I'm seeing, 68% of the wide receiver yards.
That's crazy.
60.
They're going to need to find percent.
They're four and four with this season. So you're going to need to figure some stuff out beyond him. Points per game. Puka Nuku is sitting at number two. He is, uh, the only real option right now. You do worry about Stafford and the injury reports. No Devontae Adams, whatever. Puka's there.
Yeah, no, it's fine.
CD Lamb at three. 17.3 points per game. Number one in targets, two in receptions, three in receiving yards. All right, Mike, it's your time to shine. T Higgins at number.
Hey.
T Higgins at number four.
It's my guy that I have nowhere this year.
I know. Because you finally were like, you know what? I'm going to just take a year off of T Higgins. And he's healthy and producing.
He, whenever he's been healthy, he's been a superstar for the Bengals and for fantasy football. I mean, he's T Higgins. So even I'm like, yeah, I mean, if a guy's going to get hurt, it's probably T Higgins. But he's just, he's running so nuclear hot right now. Three games. Uh, so 157, 148, 155. I mean, yeah, I'll hit it. Like that's three of his seven games.
He's been basically at 150 yards and then two other ones. He's at 90 or, or a higher. He's just, he's running so high.
He's running really high.
Would he be, would he be a trade away candidate?
No.
Okay.
No, no, no, no, no.
Just, I mean, unless.
Let me ask you, let me bring up names later on this list and find out.
Okay.
Because there's a couple that I think you, you might entertain. Amon-Ra St. Brown comes in at five. He's at 16.4 fantasy points per game. He's always there and he always will be. Christian Watson is number six from the ambulance back to the field on pace for 89, 1513. Jamar Chase is at seven. I mean, do you, do you find yourself disappointed with the season so far for Chase? Have you had.
Yes.
You haven't had the dominating kind of game, weak winning weeks yet.
Yeah. You, you have, I mean, the last week was pretty weak winning for you. Uh, and you know, like week two was 23 points. Week three was over 20. So he does have three games over 20, which is, I mean, that's pretty hard to lose when you get that from that output from one player. He's just, he's had a couple duds. Meanwhile, T Higgins is, is elevated his game. So that, I think that's just, it's just the comparison. It's the thief of joy. Like when you're looking over at, well, why isn't Jamar doing what T Higgins is doing?
Mike, just in case you want to track along with the breaking news that's coming out about Jonathan Taylor.
Oh, oh, Colts head coach.
Who's interested?
This is a report.
Are the Broncos interested?
I'm bringing it straight to you, Mike. I don't want you to miss it. Colts head coach Shane Steichen, um, on the question, uh, why play Jonathan Taylor with trade speculation? Quote, he's on our football team.
Yeah, but why not actually play him then?
Hmm. No, I'm just giving you the news.
Why would you give your foundational piece of the rebuild? Because you have your rebuilding now because you sold other guys.
And you suck.
And you're not good. So you're getting ready for the future. And you're like, this is the foundation. We're going to give him eight carries.
That's right.
Make it make sense.
Uh, Jamar Chase at seven. Zay Flowers. Oh, man. Zay Flowers at eight. And he's going to be the.
Do we, do we have any?
Do you want some sad music?
Yes.
I don't, I don't know what we can legally play anymore in the sad music, but I'm going to push his button. Mike, is this your, do you need to say kind of like your final goodbye to this guy? Because it does feel like it.
Zay, you, you, uh, man, you.
You got that money. You showed everyone that it was worth the investment. It's time to let you go.
I mean, it sucks. He's going to make some plays the rest of the year.
He will.
But it won't be necessarily.
He'll give you a tiny bit of hope and we're just, I'm putting him on my bench, just crossing my fingers that some, some team is like, hey, we got a backup. You want him? And they're like, are you sure? And then, then Zay Flowers.
I mean, Jacobi, if he went there, it would be awesome for Zay Flowers.
Yeah.
Uh, Devontae Adams is sitting there at 14.5 just below.
Not for the Ravens, but for Zay Flowers.
Yeah, for Zay Flowers. Chris Olave at 14.3. Devontae Smith at 14. Malik Neighbors at 13.8. Matthew Golden, Nico Collins, Mike Evans, Ted McMillon. I feel like the biggest discussions are here at wide receiver. The question I was going to ask you is whether you would flip T Higgins for like Chris Olave.
Hmm.
And it seems like.
Interesting.
Maybe no.
No. With, with the offensive environment, I'd rather have T Higgins. I mean, if you're going to trade him for like Amon-Ra, for whatever reason, if someone has Amon-Ra and they're like, man, look what T Higgins is doing. I'm open to that discussion.
Yeah, we do that in a heartbeat.
Uh, but.
One guy's, one guy's a dog.
Other than that, I mean, maybe if you, you, uh, want to take the shot on Malik.
Would you trade him, would you trade him for, yeah, I was going to say Malik Neighbors.
Malik Neighbors, it's, it's difficult though, because it's, you have one full game, you have five quarters of JJ McCarthy. And even, I feel like the most die hard of JJ McCarthy truthers, you can't look at that and be like, yep, we're good to go. It's for sure going to happen. It might.
Yeah.
But it's, we'll, we'll see. We need, we need some more. But Malik has been pretty great.
Uh, you have Nico down at 14. I think he's somebody that can move up.
I agree.
I, I see Devontae Smith as somebody that, you know, unfortunately has a bit of a flower situation going on the rest of the season.
It doesn't seem as bad, but he's also, I mean.
Been hurt.
He's been hurt. He's missed four games here with a hamstring injury, two separate stints of it. So it was a reaggravation that he is, he's a scary proposition of we haven't received, I don't, I don't think we're getting full news on how bad the injury is. And they got, so they have the Giants this week, then it's the bye week. So like, do you play Smith this week when you get a freebie the next week? Yeah, I don't know. I'm, I'm concerned about him.
I'm going to read some names that are outside the top 15. You tell me if they're going to be bounce back candidates for the second half of the year or you don't believe.
Okay.
Justin Jefferson at 18.
No.
Uh, Gary Wilson at 21.
No.
Drake London at 23.
Yes.
Uh, let's go George Pickens at 28.
Uh, he'll bounce back from 28. He won't finish that low.
Emeka Abuka at 34.
I don't think so.
DJ Moore at 37.
Yes.
And, um, Rashi Rice at 35.
Yeah. He'll be, he'll be okay.
If I look at that, those top names, Flowers and Devontae Smith, those guys are going to drop out of that list, I think. Uh, Mike Evans dealing with the injuries at 15.
Well, the thing about Mike Evans is his points per game can't move.
That is true. That's true.
So I actually think points per game wise.
He might stay there.
He's pretty safe there because he either it doesn't go down or he plays and he's awesome when he plays football.
Tight ends, Mike, let's, uh, let's close out our midseason review here at the tight end position. And number one in points per game, Brock Bowers at 17.2.
Yeah, I feel good about that one.
Tray McBride 14.7.
I think so.
And then there's the rest. It's how it feels.
Yeah.
And maybe not, but Isaiah Likely is third right now at 13.1. Second most targets among all tight ends.
He's the same thing as Malik. If you want to believe I.
You're okay with it.
I'm for it.
Would you rather have Kittle, who's at four, or Likely?
Yes. I'd rather have George Kittle.
Would you rather have Laporta at five or Likely?
Oh.
I mean, basically what happens is if Laporta scores a touchdown, you're happy. If he doesn't.
I think I'd rather have, I'll take.
I'll take the target.
I'll take Likely.
Mike Gasicki is at six.
Michael Gasicki?
He's tied with Tyler Warren and Travis Kelsey basically, and then Dalton Kincaid. Fannin at 10 is emerging.
He could.
Tucker Kraft at 12. Colston Lovelins at 19. Kyle Pitts at 21. So, you know, when, when you think about dropping out of the top 10, I think Kelsey is, is in that consideration. I think Warren is going to be, it's going to be tough.
I agree.
Because I don't know how good this offense like, without a touchdown, Tyler Warren's not a 45 yard play guy.
Correct.
Um, Gasicki, I don't give a, I don't think he's staying around. So guys that can emerge out of there, Mike, Tucker Kraft, I'll, I'll same questions as the previous one.
Okay.
Uh, yes or no, bounce back or bounce into relevance for the rest of the season every week start. Tucker Kraft?
Yes.
Um, Lovelins?
Yes.
Hawkinson?
Uh, man, probably. He's, he's so difficult because of how, I mean, if you're just.
I did, I unfortunately have to admit, I watched some routes.
Okay.
And I thought he looked good.
You thought he looked all right?
I did.
Yeah, maybe, maybe he's fully back. It's just how many weeks in a row can you have fellas working together in a tight-knit family community? They're in the locker room.
Yeah.
And you have Justin Jefferson who's looking over at like, why does TJ Hawkinson keep getting the ball? Like if I'm Jefferson, I'm in Kyler Murray's face.
Spread that out a little bit.
And I'm saying, why is TJ Hawkinson getting the ball? I am open on every play. And if Kyler's like, no, you were covering, you are, sir, you're mistaken. You saw it incorrectly.
There is no covering me.
If I am on the field, I am open. I'm Justin Jefferson.
Yes, yes, yes.
Throw me the ball.
Nice to meet you. Um, Kyle Pitts. Last one for you.
I, yeah, probably. I mean, Kyle Pitts was, was doing.
I mean, if you had to lock in for the rest of the season, Gasicki or Kyle Pitts?
You, I would take Kyle Pitts.
Okay.
Pitts was heating up and then ran into that, the, the rainstorm game.
Yeah, which that game, that game ruined. I was thinking about that for this whole, for this whole show, but like Drake London's points per game and Kyle Pitts points per game were really nullified by a rainstorm to a larger degree.
Yes.
Both were kind of doing well with, uh, Michael Penix before that. Um.
So we do have the report. Not only is Jordan Tyson, uh, designated to return, he is participating in practice via Nick Underhill.
I got to remove Jason from our Slack channel here. Hold on a second. Let me do that. Golly, dude.
This is a thing now, huh?
This is a thing now. Um, I, we had almost escaped an entire episode without hearing from him. And he just shows up in the Slack channel and posts the most exceptional, exceptional things. Um, so he's doing great. Uh, there you go. Any other news? Any trades going down?
Dude, so many rumors. Uh.
Let's spread some of our own.
Yeah. No, I'm, I'm hearing that the Arizona Cardinals could be open to moving Jeremiah Love. Uh, let's see.
What else do we got? Who are some really, uh, Justin Herbert, they, they're listening.
They're, they're open.
They're willing to listen to someone.
I got, I got a quarter of an eye open. Keeping my eye on the Justin Herbert situation. Um, let's see. The Rams crazy.
Oh, really? You're hearing stuff?
It's crazy.
Hearing stuff about stuff?
Puka.
Really?
They're open.
Because he doesn't have a long-term contract.
Not publicly.
Not publicly.
No, no, just back.
Everything, everything is back channeled. I mean, Ken Walker, I heard that Kansas City. They're, they might be open to.
Interesting.
To getting some, something back for, for Kenneth Walker.
Interesting.
Tony Pollard. Tony Pollard should go to a team. He would actually help.
He should.
He would help somebody.
He does not deserve this.
He is doing so well running up hill with that offensive line.
Like Calvin Ridley deserved what happened on the Titans just because of how bad he was, he played. Tony Pollard doesn't deserve to be on a bad team.
Wait, wait. Our league of record, our waivers are about to go through, but 30 minutes ago, you guys, the deucers, while you're supposed to be deucing, you guys were just making a trade. Is that accurate?
Yeah. I needed to get somebody off my roster before waivers went through.
And so you got rid of RJ Harvey.
Yep.
Who didn't you buy RJ Harvey with?
For like 15 from the same people. Yep.
And you sold them back. So you bought him for how much?
I think 14.
Fab? Or this was a couple of weeks ago?
13 fab.
And you sold it back to Papa Josh for four?
Yep.
Wow, that's a bad investment.
I was going to have to drop him. So.
That's called, uh, what? Buying high, selling low?
Yeah.
I mean, the guy got hurt.
It's kind of the opposite of, uh.
Buying low, selling high?
Yeah. Of the, of the, the, the, like the tool.
I'm guessing I'm not getting my money back on Lamar Jackson either.
Well, I'm, I'm, I'm just, you know, no, you wanted a dollar. I'll offer you a dollar of fab. I'm kind of delaying here because I, I would love to at least.
You're going to have to delay like five minutes. So we got to shut it down.
I guess we got to shut it down.
I could, well, hold on. Hold on. You got rumors? Uh, tell me some more.
Trevion Henderson, maybe, maybe. Uh, the Miami Dolphins, I know they just signed Devon Achan.
Right.
To that huge contract, but they're open.
They're open?
Yeah.
You know, um, that, that brings to mind. I'm actually open to trading any of my players in my fantasy league. I'm open to it.
Okay.
Have a conversation. I will say this, like this would be a good time, you know, like to join the Foot Clan while we're waiting for this to go through.
Certainly.
And you can come hang out with us. For those of you out there that are the super dorks, not Mike and I.
No.
We're not nerds or dorks. We just play video games.
Oh my God, we're so cool.
But we're like the cool gamers.
Yeah.
But then there's the dorks out there. And if the dorks want to come play some World of Warcraft.
Like I wear a cut-off, uh, denim vest.
Right.
While I play.
Because you're cool.
Uh-huh.
Yeah, I don't know. And you pull up to your house in a firebird. I know.
Yeah.
I know.
Sunglasses? You think I play wow without sunglasses?
Um.
We do. It's, this is worth saying with the Brandon Iuk stuff, the, the commanders are said they are not expected to be in the market.
Which is crazy because they were rumored to be in the market when there was Terry McCloy.
And Brandon Iuk destroyed any semblance of, of a career that he had saying, I got to get to the commanders.
All right. Well, we will shut it down. This was never going to go through. So, uh, we'll catch you on tomorrow's show. We got tons of matchups to get into. Mike will actually know what time it is on tomorrow's show. Could be football time.
Something going on tomorrow.
Could be football time. And, uh, two thumbs down for dictators.
That's right. Goodbye.
