The fantasy footballer studio is sponsored by Walmart. Welcome to the fantasy footballers podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright.

00:00:25

Welcome in. Friday, September 26th, The Fantasy Footballers podcast. One more show before the weekend. More matchups. We got the Wheel of Shame coming your way, Jason. Oh, yes. To get things started on the right foot. I mean, I rushed the producers to I hit the record button today because I did not want to have the overflow of all of last night's activities from the Thursday night football game. I just didn't want to have those conversations off the air. We walk in the door. I want to make sure that we get to have those conversations right here, right now, because last night's game was outrageous. What was that? What was that? Yeah, I mean, it was-Stupid. It was a roller coaster. I thought I would come in here today. I'd already I thought about this. We get three quarters into the game. Marvin Harrison has caused two overt interceptions, looked incompetent on route concepts, looked like a man who had had every ounce of confidence siphoned out of him.

00:01:47

That was a broken man.

00:01:48

Completely broken man who was in the Cardinal's offense. I mean, it's very clear, and it makes perfect sense. Without Marvin Harrison, this offense is horrific. Without that functioning as part of Arizona, you can't just throw underneath the Trey McBride. It was so easy for the defense of Seattle to not worry about playing anything over the top, no big threats, nothing on the outside. God bless Michael Wilson and whoever that new guy was that I've never seen before.

00:02:21

That is funny.

00:02:22

I literally- Weaver?

00:02:24

Yeah.

00:02:25

I don't know you.

00:02:27

I was listening to the very... I was on the radio from the very beginning of the game, and when I heard Weaver's out loud, I was like, Oh, so the Seahawks are? They have the ball. Wait, who is Weaver?

00:02:38

So through three quarters, and I was at... I'm taking my son. He's got a sports thing, and I'm watching the game at an Outback. Not a sponsor. I was with Papa Josh. We're watching the game. Papa Josh is like, Oh, you traded for Marvin. You have the best luck in the world. He's going to go off. Yeah, it didn't really look that way for about three quarters.

00:02:58

It was There was an immediate. Marv stopped on a route, and I don't know what would have happened had he not stopped. He might have stopped the pick. He might have, but he stopped his route, and it was a pass right to the defender because Marv was not there.

00:03:16

It was like, No way.

00:03:18

No way. That just happened immediately.

00:03:20

Then it got worse. Way worse.

00:03:23

Cardinals are driving.

00:03:24

A Kyler perfect pass to Marv's hands where he caught the ball and then was like, I forgot I got blue, blue, blue.

00:03:31

It's like the popcorn, the lady holding the popcorn, just tripping in the lobby. This is all on... This is an island game. This is primetime television. As a Cardinal fan, I thought I was going to come in here and stare at this And just have a moment of just... You're the broken man. It almost made me violently ill. I was nauseous with how embarrassing this performance was.

00:03:55

Then the fourth quarter happened.

00:03:58

Then the fourth quarter happens. Marvin Harrison catches a outstanding- Really good.

00:04:04

It was a fantastic.

00:04:05

Touchdown catch over their best defensive back. And you could see the relief on his face.

00:04:14

I've never ever in the 20 years of watching NFL, seeing a man catch a countdown, down two scores, and take a knee to cry. I don't know if tears came, but it was clearly an overwhelming emotional moment.

00:04:28

I like to think he's crying the cat out. That's my hope.

00:04:32

Just leave the cat out the eyes. There is hope. There really is hope because of the fourth quarter. The fourth quarter actually gives you hope for Marvin Harrison Jr. I'm playing Mike in fantasy. Mike told me that when I went into the fourth quarter, my team's projection was 77 points because Kyler had a point, Marv had a point. I ended with like a 104 point projection.

00:04:54

Your projection is up almost 30 points because the fourth quarter gets going. Kyla rips off a 30-yard run.

00:05:02

Yeah, that was nice.

00:05:02

And I'm like, Oh, goodness gracious.

00:05:04

And you are in this place of you want the Cardinals to succeed.

00:05:07

It's a weird thing. When you're watching a football game and you're playing fantasy football, there's four quarters, everyone. I know we all want to react to the three quarters like, Okay, just call it. It's done. Through three quarters, I was living my best life, my two main league, one One of them against the Marv Stack, the other, I'm playing Owl in our main dynasty against JSN and Trey Benz. Jsn has done nothing. And then the fourth quarter happens, and all these guys are just scoring points nonstop. So let the whole game play out before we make our final decisions on what has happened.

00:05:49

It really is a microcosm of all of society's ills. We have-Immmediate reaction. We want to call it in the third. I tweaked. I think I ping-ponged between best team Worst team on Earth, best team on Earth, worst team on Earth. The summary of this game, Arizona ends up scoring with 28 seconds left, not kicking the ball into the landing zone, giving the Seahawks the ball at the 40, bing, bing, boom. It was- Game's over. Jason was so frustrated with clock management.

00:06:18

Because it was- It was unacceptable. It was amateur Bushley clock management.

00:06:23

You were under two minutes left in the game on their 30-yard line. You're not not getting the countdown and then stopping them with two timeouts left and then getting the ball back. This is your only chance to win the game is this drive. You're in the 30. There's two minutes left. You're on the other side of the two minutes, and they're doing a hurry up. Oh, they're doing a hurry up. We got to make sure we got as much time left on the clock as possible. For what? For the other team to have a chance? If you go score, you know they get the ball, right? Freaking idiot. I was so frustrated.

00:06:57

There was a point after the two-minute mark when they were doing the hurry up. Now, the hurry up was working for them on offense, so I got that part. But there was a point where it's like almost somebody called down from the- You need to run. From the Madden booth. There was someone that called down because all of a sudden, they were taking time. Yes.

00:07:12

Well, they got close enough. They got inside the 10, and they're like, Oh, guys, did you know they're going to get the ball if we score? We should run the ball. Like, Yeah, thank you. Also, make sure you don't put your best running back on the field when you want to run the ball.

00:07:25

Well, you want to know why, though, right?

00:07:27

Please.

00:07:28

I know you guys were in love with my dynasty team, Trey Tucker, Hunter Henry,. I played Emari DiMarcato last night.

00:07:38

Oh, my goodness. You got a touch down.

00:07:39

And I got a touch down. It's so stupid. We It's eight matchups to get through. We have so much to talk about. But I need to talk about the other side of this coin here. Kyler ends up okay. Marvin, good game, 6 for 66 in a touch down.

00:07:53

Morgan, I'm paced.

00:07:55

Trey McBride. By the way, I am really on a human level. I'm so happy for Marvin to have that moment. Sure. Because I really did feel for him. If you in that game, the way the first three quarters go, this is just a lot. It's a lot, and I don't know how recoverable that is.

00:08:09

He would probably retire. Before you jump to the other side, Trey Benson, and if you played him last night, I know you're disappointed. As an Arizona Cardinal fan, I was disappointed. They didn't go back to him more. He ended up 8 for 35 on the ground, 5 for 19 through the air. He has juice.

00:08:29

I I like the five catches.

00:08:30

And he can make something happen. I think much, much better things are going to happen for Trey Benson very soon.

00:08:39

I don't think he played a single two-minute drill.

00:08:42

No, he's not the two-minute guy, which is a huge problem for fantasy football, but he is talented, and he was used in the James Connor role, so he will be a valuable running back to you most of the time. And if by the end of the year, he can get involved in the two-minute drill because he's obviously got the passing chops, then he'll He'll be able to tweak his way to a running back one.

00:09:02

I also want to talk about our thoughts on Kenneth Walker.

00:09:06

He's very good.

00:09:08

Kenneth Walker is the best, worst player ever. Totally agree. He really, really... On an The disconnect between fantasy and reality on Kenneth Walker is so extreme, because if you watch Kenneth Walker, you can say, Oh, Zack Charbon, he got stuffed at the line. Kenneth Walker is like, Got 20? Lost seven. Got 25, lost five. Then he had the bad penalty, the mental mistake there. But it's like, he is simultaneously the best and dumbest player I've ever seen, always trying to break the bigger run and costing his team. I think there were three or four separate times they were in second and 15, second and 16 because of Ken Walker.

00:09:51

Yeah, 100%. I mean, that's why they're happy when they give the ball to Charbonet and he gets two yards because it's like, All right, positive.

00:09:58

It's What's weird about it is, I don't disagree. There's so many runs where you're like, Dude, what's going on? But the problem is he's too good. When he runs in and he gets stuffed, Charbonet just goes Falls down. Kenneth Walker bounces off of people, and you're like, Your job is to stay on your feet, but it ends up costing him. I'm not disagreeing with that, but it's so funny to me of his talent level to keep his balance and stay up costs him yards because he bounces backwards.

00:10:34

I agree. Charbonne had a second. He had a shutdown last night. He had a second one called back. If I walked away from that game, do I want to trade more for Ken Walker or Charbonney? It's actually Charbonney for me. Ken Walker looked great on certain plays. It's going to be weird all year, is my opinion on that one. Sure. Jaison was getting shut out, ends up 4 for 79. You saw some flashes from Elijah Arroyo in this game. Yeah. Aj Barner had a countdown Cooper Cup and Tori Horton, pretty much nothing from them. Horton had a real chance at a big shutdown opportunity.

00:11:07

They were mostly playing 12 personnel. Yeah, you were talking about that. For the people who are like, Tori Horton, because he's not on the field, because their plan was, We need to have two tight ends out there.

00:11:18

Which is also why Tori Horton was a little bit of a question mark on adding him, because Cooper Cups not going away. All right, we are going to move on.

00:11:30

Footclan Friday.

00:11:35

All right, the weekly giveaway winner for our Footclan Friday segment this week, $100 gift card to fantasychamps. Com, goes to Happy Campers. Happy Campers from jointhefoot. Com. Congratulations.

00:11:50

Happier campers now.

00:11:51

Yeah, $100 happier. All right, let's talk some news.

00:11:57

News and notes from Around the League, presented by Progressive Insurance.

00:12:04

Jaden Daniels. Uh-oh. Not spotted at practice on Friday after a limited session on Thursday. The game opened at Washington minus three. It is now Atlanta minus one and a half.

00:12:18

Yeah, four and a half point swing means the quarterback has changed. I don't think that we should be expecting Daniels to be the starting quarterback, which makes Marcus Mariota a fine pickup and stream Same option.

00:12:31

Bill Crosky didn't practice?

00:12:33

Yeah, he didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday with a sore knee. We are getting reports. They're filtering in right now that he is on the field.

00:12:43

Just to hang out or are we doing some football?

00:12:45

The latest report I'm seeing here is Jekory Crosky-Merritt is on the practice field. They're doing special teams work. So right now, he's not doing much. So it's a... What do I do? We still don't know. We still don't know what's going on with this.

00:12:58

Bill, we need more out of you. It's hard to make the great Chuck Norris jokes when you-What's a Chuck Norris joke?

00:13:09

What are you even talking about?

00:13:12

What is that? It's a Bill Crosky joke.

00:13:14

I don't even know who that was.

00:13:15

Oh, Bill, get on the field. So if Bill's not there, how should we be bullish on Chris Rodriguez?

00:13:22

Probably.

00:13:24

Volume, anyways.

00:13:25

Yeah. Terry McLaren did not practice either. Not spotted on Friday, and pretty sure Terry McLaren is not going to play football.

00:13:31

No. Everything that is being reported right now is that there's good news for Terry McLaurin. He isn't going to need surgery. When the news is breaking like, Hey, he's gotten eight opinions. It's the Tucker Kraft. And he's not getting surgery, it really seems like he's not going to play. But you're right, Tucker Kraft then played.

00:13:47

But yeah, I think Terry's not going to play. Just saying of the... The reporting is being real weird right now.

00:13:54

Well, we're just hopeful it's not going to be long term for him. Well, this sentence doesn't make sense. It can't possibly mean what it says. Buckswide receiver Chris Godwin did not practice Wednesday after being a full participant on Wednesday. I believe it was Thursday. Did not practice Thursday. Thursday. But it Part of his ramp-up process?

00:14:16

That's what it sounded like.

00:14:18

So okay.

00:14:21

Monitor Chuba because he was added to the injury report on Thursday. He practiced limited, but He was added with a calf injury, never like a later week, new addition to the injury report.

00:14:36

Is that a maybe pick up Rico?

00:14:38

Yeah, you might want to insure yourself, sure.

00:14:41

What else do we have, guys?

00:14:43

The Devante Adams.

00:14:44

Hasn't practiced Wednesday or Thursday with the ham string. As a veteran, I'm still not. I still think there's a chance he's fine and they're just going to manage it, but you don't like to see it.

00:14:54

No, you need at least a limited today.

00:14:57

Yeah, Wednesday, I don't give two farts about, but missing a Thursday entirely is not good. He wouldn't be doing that if he was healthy. He's not just completely not practicing Thursday for rest.

00:15:09

Juan Jennings did not practice on Wednesday or a Thursday. If Jennings were to miss again, DeMarcus Robinson will be playing football this week.

00:15:17

Potentially with Brock Purdy.

00:15:18

He did not suffer an injury. He was suspended. Looked good in preseason. Very capable, dart throw type of player.

00:15:26

Yeah, 100% available. Still not rostered in a single Well, he's in one.

00:15:31

My dynasty League, baby. You know he's scoring.

00:15:34

Well, he's your best player.

00:15:36

He's probably my best player, 2-0 last week. Xavier Worthey, full participant on Wednesday and Thursday. Justin Fields, full participant on Thursday. It seems like Justin Fields will start on Monday?

00:15:46

Yeah, that's usually what happens, and we won't know. We should know by Sunday, but when they are ramping up and progressing through the practice schedule like they have to do in order to clear concussion protocol, usually that means they'll clear.

00:16:24

All right, we covered the Vikings, Steelers, Commanders, Falcon, Saints, Bills, Browns, Lions, Panthers, Patriots, Chargers, Giants, Eagles, Bucaneers on yesterday's show. We'll start here. Ewe.

00:16:37

That's where we're starting?

00:16:38

Well, yeah, we are because we are fighting. That's what 0-6 means to me. We're fighting for our first win of the season, Tennessee at 0-3, Houston at 0-3. Vegas Line, Houston minus seven over under 39. 5.

00:16:51

You don't usually see a minus 40 with a team favored by a full countdown. That means the Titans are projected for 16 points on the road against a very good Houston Texans defense.

00:17:04

Yeah, play the Houston D.

00:17:05

For sure.

00:17:06

Kam Ward, the lowest completion percentage in the NFL right now, 15 sacks taken in three games, on pace to take a record amount of sacks.

00:17:13

No, come on, man.

00:17:15

Yeah. He doesn't look good. I remember after week one, there was mixed- Again, the game against Denver. Mixed signals. Yeah, it was like some people were saying, Kam looked so good. I was like, I feel like we watched different. He did not look good. He was missing passes like crazy. I mean, he has shown a flash here or there, a play. The play where he rolls to the right and throws across his body and has a countdown to Ioh Manor. He has some special moments, but consistency is everything for a quarterback, and honestly, he's consistently not great so far.

00:17:47

Taking the rookie lumps right now. Tony Pollard is averaging 20 opportunities a game. He is-And playing well.

00:17:54

Just not doing a ton for fantasy.

00:17:58

Yeah, he did score last week to finish inside the top 15 for the first time, 16 for 45. This is going to be a tough one for him. I mean, the matchup is just going to be tough. If I'm Houston, Pollard is the number one and number two player I focus on, and I make Cam Ward try to complete passes. So I am worried about the ceiling on this game. Do you guys-I do not disagree.

00:18:20

For sure.

00:18:21

Speaking of ceiling problems, Chase Brown or Tony Pollard?

00:18:25

Pollard.

00:18:26

I think that's...

00:18:27

Yeah, it would be Pollard for me. Chase Brown has a bad match up, too. What about Travian? Taking a shot against Carolina.

00:18:32

I would play Henderson.

00:18:33

Yeah, I think that there's more upside there.

00:18:36

If you don't want to get shut out, like a heavy lead type of situation, I think Pollard is safe.

00:18:41

Yeah, that's fine.

00:18:44

nick Chubb on the other side gets opportunities, doesn't do much with him. But this is maybe a game at home where you could look at with the heavy favorite situation, he's maybe better?

00:18:55

Yeah, for sure. This is a matchup where I think he projects to be good. The truth is, he should either be good at the end of this week. Like, Oh, yeah, he had 70 yards and a shutdown. Their offense should be able to have little signs of life Here at home, favored by a shutdown against Tennessee Titans. And if they're up, they'll continue giving the ball to Chubb. He'll have shutdown opportunities. The only reason I don't think, if at the end of this week, we're like, Man, well, Chubb's done, would be because they continue the Woody Marks He's been going up and up and up in snaps. Maybe in this game, this is his breakout game. That's my only hesitation. Otherwise, Chubb should be good.

00:19:41

What about the... Would you go nick Chubb or would you go Crosky-Merritt?

00:19:47

Definitely nick Chubb. I don't know what's going on with that injury. Yeah. Krosky's hard to even make a prediction right now on a Friday.

00:19:55

Nico Collins, play him, of course. Don't play your Tennessee wide receiver right now. If you do play one because you want to, Io Manor.

00:20:03

It is. It's Io Manor.

00:20:05

And Christian Kirk is a dart throw.

00:20:07

Calvin Ridley has vanished into his cash.

00:20:11

Yeah. I mean, he's back to where we were with Levis, honestly, which is constantly targeted, pretty ugly targets, balls not near his hands.

00:20:22

Yeah, it's not good. I mean, honestly, in this game, it's Nico Collins is a must start, and you have two running backs who are flex options. You might have better options. Pollard on one side, Chubb on the other. Please, stop talking about this game. Yeah, next.

00:20:35

All right, these teams have better records.

00:20:37

The Colts. I am so excited for this game.

00:20:39

Colts are 3-0. Rams are 2-1. Just coming off the loss to the Eagles where they had a big lead. Vegas Line, Los Angeles minus three and a half at home over under 49 and a half. There we go.

00:20:51

I believe it's the highest of the week. This is great. We're going to learn so much about the Colts in this game. You think? I do. The Rams, to me, are one of the elite teams. Watching them play, they took it to the Eagles. They ended up shockingly losing that game. But they are, I think, great on offense and great on defense and well-coached. They have the weapons, and the Colts have looked... They've looked like an elite team, but they've only played one difficult matchup.

00:21:23

Yeah, they're number two, I was going to say, in total yards per game right now. So they are an offense that is cruising. You've been able to play Michael Pitman. Jonathan Taylor has been a monster. Michael Pitman.

00:21:33

Tyler Warren. Yes. Whisperer, Jason. Is Pitman in this week?

00:21:36

Pitman is in. This is a high, over, under. This is not like I wouldn't make... He was my start of the week last week. We built this city. This is like your average Michael Pitman game. He'll finish as the wide receiver 24 this week.

00:21:53

Okay. I was hoping for more than an average Pitman game. Yeah.

00:21:57

Well, you're not going to get it in this one. You're going to get an average in the game, which is a necessary start in fantasy.

00:22:03

Yeah. If you look at his entire... Is this a career average? Because that would be 10. 3 points per game.

00:22:09

That is exactly what he scores in this game. Half PPR, 10. 3.

00:22:12

Okay. 10. 3 on the dot. You heard it here. First, Daniel Jones, you can play him?

00:22:18

I guess so. It's almost like, How can you not play him?

00:22:22

How can you not play him? But how can you play him?

00:22:25

Exactly. You know it's a real Schroinger's cat situation. There's going It would be a, We knew it. But maybe there wasn't with Sam Darnold last year. We kept waiting, and it was just like, he was good. And Daniel Jones has looked so good. His passes, he's ripping them. He's staying in the pocket. He's moving around. He's running. There's been no film of Daniel Jones. It's like, well, he got lucky. He hasn't been playing well. He can only play the defense as he's been scheduled against so far. And one of them was the Denver defense when he was a top six quarterback.

00:22:58

Do you remember Do you remember?

00:23:03

I wasn't sure if we were going Earth, Wind & Fire or Michael Jackson.

00:23:06

No, we did it together.

00:23:08

We all jumped in a time machine a couple weeks ago before the season started. Right.

00:23:13

I remember that.

00:23:14

We had to-Not a lot of room. It was, who's Sam Darnold? Remember my answer?

00:23:20

Was it Daniel Jones? Daniel Jones. Good answer. You remember Andy's answer?

00:23:25

I'll start.

00:23:25

Sam Darnal. Sam Darnal. Good answer.

00:23:28

He's really nailing the Darnal this year.

00:23:30

I think Darnold's good.

00:23:33

He might be good.

00:23:33

Do you remember when Malik Nabors said, quarterback wasn't the problem? When they moved off of Daniel Jones?

00:23:39

And he was adamant. He was like, Guys, I'm telling you, the quarterback isn't the issue. And they're like, Well, what is the issue? And he was like, he knew, and he's like, I'm not sick.

00:23:47

Yeah, it's up for you to figure out.

00:23:48

We're all trying to figure out who did this.

00:23:51

Do you remember when Carolina had Sam Darnold and Carolina had Baker Mayfield? And they were like, Man, we can't figure this quarterback position Sorry, Panthers. That's a good point. I can't wait for Bryce's next team.

00:24:05

Oh, my goodness. Tyler Warren, by the way, here are all the wideouts and tight ends in the NFL with more yards after the catch than Tyler Warren.

00:24:14

No, that's not true.

00:24:17

No, I just read the whole list.

00:24:19

You're telling me that yards after the catch, rookie tight-in Tyler Warren is number one, including wide receiver?

00:24:26

According to Kyle.

00:24:27

Technically, Kyle's telling you that. I want to make sure if it's wrong, but that's the case.

00:24:32

That's impressive.

00:24:33

You're not playing any other wideouts or taking shots on other wideouts in Indianapolis. No. Just stick with the tight end and Michael Pitman.

00:24:39

I like the note here that is written DFS Yes. Adani Mitchell. I'm not going to recommend, Hey, pick him up and play him in your redraft league. Maybe if you're in a super, super deep, maybe you're in a chopped league and you're like, I don't have a guy, Adi Mitchell might be on your waiver wire. And the reason- And Alec pierce is out with a concussion. And the Alec pierce role has... It's given us some production.

00:25:05

Alec pierce is the most unsung good player in the NFL. He never gets credit for anything. I mean, he was 68 yards, 67 yards the last two weeks.

00:25:16

And got hurt in one of them. So Pukas in your lineup. Devante Adams, watch for the injury situation. Jason's start of the week if he's healthy. I suppose he's the sit of the week if he's injured.

00:25:25

Yeah, if he doesn't play, please do not start him.

00:25:30

If he doesn't practice today and you're like, game time decision for Adams, and then he's active, are you putting him in?

00:25:36

So if he is active after basically not practicing this week, he will move down drastically, but he's not a must bench. He's still very good. But if I've got another good option, if I was looking at Devante Adams or Michael Pitman, I'm obviously starting Devante Adams if he practices right now. But if he doesn't practice the whole week, and I've got a guy like Pitman, I'd be like, What I don't want to have happen is Adams go out there, try out the ham string, two snaps in. He's like, Oh, that's tight. I'm going to take this one-off.

00:26:03

Should have just played Marv.

00:26:06

The amount of people in third quarter just getting… I even tweeted, I tweeted, Hey, on behalf of Arizona. Yeah, oh, yeah, dude. I am so sorry that you're having to watch. The responses are so funny because people are like, Yeah, you should be. Okay, it's a joke, my guy. Take it easy.

00:26:26

I had somebody after the game be like, Imagine starting that stack, you clown. I was like, This stack was great. That stack was awesome for me.

00:26:35

It ended up being a good play. It was fine. It was good.

00:26:37

All right, let's take a break. We'll talk about our next matchup.

00:26:41

I called you a clown.

00:26:48

Yeah, it's okay. I was putting the makeup on for three quarters, so I washed it off late. But I mean, by the way, thoughts on the rivalry jerseys for the Cardinals because I was a big fan.

00:27:01

I was a huge fan. I love it.

00:27:02

I love the helmet. You're wearing the cap. I like the caps. The jerseys- You don't like the sand, speckle mold on there? I don't know. I'm still TBD on it.

00:27:16

Yeah, all right. Jacksonville, 2-1. San Francisco, 3-0. Vegas Line, San Fran, minus three over under 46. 5. I don't know what the Jacksonville Jaguars are. I feel like on some levels, on some plays, Travis ETN being resurrected a bit, you feel good for a minute, but then most of it has been disjointed. Targeting Travis Hunter has been a bad bet right now. Five targets of 10 plus yards down the field leading to two picks. No, three picks. One, almost interception, and a diving in a diving incompletion. They want to get Hunter the ball. It's not working. They want to get Brian Thomas Jr. The ball. It's not working.

00:27:58

They're throwing it to them.

00:28:00

Right now, their defense is holding them up a little bit compared to what it did last year. But do they stand any chance in this matchup?

00:28:10

I think they do stand a chance. They have a good defense. Yeah, their defense looks so much better than last year. Last year, we were targeting the Jaguars. This is one of those... We're almost a month into the season, and I believe what I've seen from the Jacksonville Jaguars, Josh Heinz-Allen has looked awesome. Yes, This is a team that I think can get after Brock or can get after Mac Jones. We're not 100% sure who's starting right now. I think I expect Brock to play, but we don't know that entirely. While the San Francisco defense looks... I mean, metric-wise, it's like, Oh, Robert Salah, he's resurrected this defense. They look amazing. They played the Arizona Cardinals offense that... I mean, yeah, you shut them down, but most people have the The Saints pretty much shut them down. You played the Saints. Like, okay, yeah, you shut them down, but they're the Saints. Everyone's shut them down.

00:29:06

Bosa is out.

00:29:07

Yeah, and they lost Bosa. So I'm not...

00:29:11

Honestly- You have just an opportunity for Jacksonville to be all right in this game.

00:29:14

I do.

00:29:14

So You'd start ETN? Yes. Brian Thomas.

00:29:17

Yeah.

00:29:18

Brent is Strange if you need a tight-end? Yeah.

00:29:21

Strange is right on that streaming tight-end.

00:29:24

We talked about something. I mean, Christian McAfee right now on pace for 437 touches. Oh, my God. That would be-Oh my gosh.

00:29:31

I guess the question that you had- Don't worry about it.. Don't worry about it.

00:29:36

Who's getting hurt at his expense right now?

00:29:38

Oh, gosh. Don't care. Who else?

00:29:40

I'll sacrifice them all.

00:29:41

I think Pierre Saul's got it. I mean, he's next man.

00:29:44

What were you going to say, though?

00:29:46

But you had mentioned maybe there was a world where to keep him healthy this year, they limit his touches. That is definitively answered. Not Chris McCafre. No.

00:29:56

I hope he can hold up.

00:29:57

So far, so good. I mean, he can.

00:29:59

We need a little It's a bit better block in here from that oil line, though.

00:30:01

Two out of every five years. Yeah. This might be that year.

00:30:05

Demarcus Robinson, if Jowan Jennings doesn't play, would be a desperation start there and don't play Tongis McBasketball.

00:30:13

No.

00:30:14

And Brock Purdy, you're going to want to give him some time.

00:30:16

Have we heard anything about Georgie Porgie Kittle? I feel like it's gone complete radio science. Normally, you hear, Hey, I mean, George- IR, man.

00:30:27

Yeah, he's on IR. He's just chilling.

00:30:28

But usually, you hear like, Hey, things are looking good for George.

00:30:32

A bit a couple more of the IR.

00:30:33

We'll hear when he comes closer to the four-week mark. The only other player that I think is maybe... If we're mentioning DeMarcus Robinson.

00:30:39

I thought that was a tooting. That makes it a lot worse for me to make that sound.

00:30:43

That was not a toot sound. No? That was a juicy toot.

00:30:48

That was a shoot. Yeah.

00:30:49

You gambled a loss.

00:30:52

He's all shooting. But Parker Washington had 11 targets last week, and Diamy Brown is not going to be active.

00:30:59

He's Is he? Let's double-check on Diamy Brown.

00:31:03

He was limited in practice. He's got the shoulder injury. I guess maybe he plays, but I'm expecting him to not. In a full PPR league that's deeper- It's probably a better play than Travis Hunter, because Travis Hunter is playing 53% of the snaps last week.

00:31:16

It's gone down three straight weeks. Parker Washington has gone up. If Diamy Brown's out, then I think he's a better play than Hunter.

00:31:25

Coach Cohen did come out and say that if Diamy Brown misses time, that doesn't mean more for Travis Hunter. If Parker Washington would take that spot.

00:31:36

Yeah. No, that's, I think, what would happen. So Baltimore, one and two, Kansas City, one and two. Games at Arrowhead.

00:31:41

Amazing.

00:31:43

I'll jump in real quick, Andy, because I'm not going to hit the button, but Dan Quinn did just rule out Terry and Jaden.

00:31:51

Okay, so they're both out.

00:31:53

Yeah. Betts just posted it, so I'll get a confirmation on that, but be prepared.

00:31:59

How many completions Completions in that game for Marcus Mariota?

00:32:03

How many?

00:32:05

How many completions do you think?

00:32:07

What was he in last week?

00:32:09

I feel like he's going to have 16 completions.

00:32:13

He was 15 of 21 last week.

00:32:16

Now, they're not favored. Last week, heavily favored.

00:32:19

I think maybe 18-ish.

00:32:22

Okay, how does it break down? Position-wise.

00:32:27

This is a Debo question. You're You are just trying to see how many targets-Well, look, Ertz as well.

00:32:36

Yeah, Ertz is playable. If you look at the offense, and I'm trying to manage Marcus Mariota, the thing I'm doing is design plays to my best players, and you're running out of them.

00:32:47

Yeah, and I'm just going to try and run a ton.

00:32:49

You don't have Echler to throw, too. You don't have McLaren to throw, too.

00:32:52

Maybe McNickels is-I mean, he didn't get any targets. Well, yeah, they didn't need them. They were blowing them out.

00:33:00

I don't look at him as the best catching back.

00:33:03

Mcnickels? No. Who do you look at?

00:33:06

Well, I mean, he's just not on the field enough. That's all I'm saying is, is like, yeah, if you were playing him on third downs regularly, what was his Snap percentage last week?

00:33:14

Mcnickels last week.

00:33:16

And this is a blowout game. I mean, he's a 36. To me, that's way too scary.

00:33:21

Yeah, well, I mean, this was also under the pretext that if I think running backs, it was.

00:33:26

I think running backs misses the game. Oh, it was?

00:33:27

Yeah, I was saying if it's Chris Rodriguez. We talked earlier in the news, if Bill didn't go, is Chris Rodriguez a must start? And I was saying, if Bill isn't there, is it Chris or is it Jeremy McNickels?

00:33:39

That's a different discussion. That's a totally different discussion. That was what I'm- Yeah, I thought we were talking about what he had said, which was Mc Lauren and Jaden missing the game.

00:33:48

It's a good sign that if they're coming out and ruling those players out, that they're not ruling Bill Crosky out.

00:33:53

Ravens, Chiefs, out of the air ahead, Baltimore minus two and a half, overrunners, 48 and a half. Okay. Here we go. Kansas City has won five of the six matchups between Lamar and Mahomes, including the playoffs. When this game, somebody said, Hey, it's Baltimore, Kansas City. I didn't know right away where the game was. I just said, I'm going to take the home team in this matchup. I feel like that's the differentiator. Baltimore's favorite here.

00:34:19

Two and a half points. That's wild to go on the road. I mean, Baltimore is a better roster right now. You look at the Chiefs, they've got a great defense. You look at the Ravens, they've got a good defense. There's a lot of personnel on both sides here. You look at the two offenses, and Baltimore has been on fire, and the Chiefs have been struggling, struggling to move the ball. So I understand why the Ravens are favored from a personnel standpoint, but this is tough to go on the road in Arrowhead after a slugfest against the Lions. I'm with you, Andy. I'm picking the Chiefs on this side.

00:34:58

Yeah, I've been I've been disappointed with the Ravens defense, to be honest with you.

00:35:02

Well, sure. They've given up over 100 points.

00:35:05

To me, they're like... Sometimes they look really good, sometimes they break. I think on the road in Arrowhead, that noise. I think that the Chiefs can get it done. Now, this is all outside the context of fantasy. The game has a high over-under. I'm looking at this game. You're obviously playing the stars in this game. Lamar Jackson is in your lineup. Derek Henry is in your lineup. Say flowers should be in your lineup. Don't worry about last week. They ran very few plays. And the way that that game went, it was Derek Henry had a huge role in that offense. You got the Mark Andrews involvement. I'm not worried about Zee flowers personally. It does show what can happen. He's not an alpha in the prototypical sense, so he does disappear from time to time. The question then to me is, you play those three core players. What do you do with Mark Andrews? Do you chase what you got last week, Jason? You got big A. J. Brown, big Mark Andrews last week.

00:36:00

Yeah, I think Mark Andrews is playable. I assumed that Isiah Likely was going to be back this week, and I think they need Likely. Likely has been a limited participant in practice, and he hasn't been on the field yet. I would imagine you're going to have full participation in practice before Likely actually takes the field in a fantasy football way where you can start him. But if Likely is out, yeah, I mean, Mark Andrews is fine. You look at last year on the season, the Chief's great defense, the one place that they were exploitable was the tight-end position. So he's in a pinch. Now, I will say this, if it was Andrews or Ertz, I'm going to go Ertz because I'm much more confident that... There are game plans where Mark Andrews is just in the block.

00:36:45

Okay. On the other side, way more complicated, way more challenging. We got a game in which we believe, two of us at least, that the Chiefs can win this game.

00:36:56

The Ravens are covered. If you want opinion on what's happening for the game.

00:37:02

Well, they're... Okay.

00:37:04

I think the Ravens are going to win this game by at least a countdown.

00:37:09

Okay. So, yeah, your opinion is different. Yes. Got it. Yeah, no. I mean, it's up in the air. But where does the points come from? Where does points come from?

00:37:21

It really is. It's almost like what we've seen from Taekwan Thornton has been so necessary for the Chiefs.

00:37:28

He might be the only player I want to play.

00:37:30

I think maybe you got to keep playing.

00:37:33

And by that, that's flex, double flex situation. Yeah, but- You think he's up above that?

00:37:38

He shouldn't be.

00:37:40

No, he shouldn't be because you're going to need a big play. Yeah. Then you're in the... I mean, Trey Tucker, Taekwan Thornton this week. What would you do there? That's the category.

00:37:50

I think I'd go Thornton.

00:37:53

I'm going to go Thornton.

00:37:55

Yeah. I mean, I might not go either one.

00:37:59

Because the thing is, it's like the Chiefs. Do the Chiefs come out of this game? I have to imagine. Is this primetime? No. Oh, wow. Crazy. The Ravens, the arrowhead, and they don't primetime that. It's just like one of those things where Mahomes will hit some big play. It always happens. I just don't know that there's anybody else to hit it with.

00:38:23

Where are you with Travis Kelsi in a start-sit perspective this week? Because the people want to know it's a big name on your bench, and sitting there going, Do I really play Ertz? Do I really play Hunter Henry? Do I play Harold Fanon? Do I play Laporta? Where are you with Kelsi?

00:38:38

I'm playing basically all those people you just named. I mean, Zack Ertz is available, and I would play Zack Ertz over him.

00:38:45

Even with Mariota?

00:38:46

Even with Mariota, because you don't have Terry McClorn there. Like you said, if he completes 18 passes, how many are going to Ertz? You know he's going to be involved.

00:38:54

Ferguson, Kincaid, both ahead of him?

00:38:57

Oh, yeah.

00:38:58

I mean, I think it gets a little bit more murky if you're down in the Mark Andrews decision, Kyle Pitz decision, Brinton Strange decision.

00:39:07

Yeah. I'd play him over Strange.

00:39:08

Yeah, I'd play him over Strange. I'd play him over Pitz.

00:39:11

Okay. Anybody else? We avoided runningbacks for the Chiefs.

00:39:16

Yeah, you should not. Is that strategic?

00:39:18

If you're going to start one, it would be Hunt. I think you're looking for touch downs.

00:39:25

You should have gone demarcado.

00:39:27

Yeah, that's tough.

00:39:29

I didn't I didn't even rediscover that I started Demarcato until after that game. Otherwise, I would have lost my mind during it. Chicago, Raiders, one and two. Both of these squads, we have the Raiders one and a half point home favorites. The over-unders, 47 and a half. The line has jumped back and forth. The bears looked really good last week, but they're on the road here. I think this game has the potential to be very good for fantasy, personally. I I think that the Chicago defense has been really bad. They've lost pieces. We know that Jalen Johnson is getting core muscle surgery now. Chicago has given up a lot of yards. Gino Smith has been willing to throw the ball down the field. You have a game I'm pretty excited about for fantasy.

00:40:20

Yeah, I would agree.

00:40:21

I think- Who are your locks in this game?

00:40:24

Caleb Williams.

00:40:27

I thought we were talking the Raiders. Raiders side- Both sides.

00:40:31

Yeah, both sides.

00:40:32

If Genti has a down week this week, then I will start to be concerned.

00:40:40

Yeah, I told a lot of people to go pick him up.

00:40:43

I'm for that decision. Of if you can go get a workhorse running back who's just underperforming. But if you can't perform in this matchup, then you'll be like, When will it actually happen? When could it actually happen?

00:40:59

Yeah, the The principle behind acquiring Genti is that if you keep giving Ashton Genti 15 plus opportunities a week, you'll be happy with Ashton Genti. That's the principle. Yes. But we need the outcome to match.

00:41:13

I love Jacobi Myers. He's my start of the week. And Brock Bowers should be back to what you're used to.

00:41:23

Yeah. You got Michael Mayer still working through his concussion, didn't participate in practice this week, so he probably won't be active. Bowers is now going to be three weeks removed from the initial knee injury that he's been playing through. So Bowers is a lock. Odunzey is a lock. Odunzey is absolutely a lock right now.

00:41:42

There's a lot of fantasy- The running backs, though, in Chicago. This is an area where the Raiders so far have been very good in terms of not giving up a lot of fancy points to runningbacks. Do you play Swift because of the runningback landscape?

00:41:56

He is just outside of my top 24.

00:42:01

Just outside the top 24? Yeah.

00:42:04

That's about how he feels. Tony Pollard or DeAndre Swift? Pollard. I'm Pollard there as well. Trevian Henderson.

00:42:12

That one's tough.

00:42:14

I the known work for Swift.

00:42:16

I'm just so afraid. Like, the logic and rational coaching says, Hey, Henderson gets chances. What if he has three chances?

00:42:25

It's in the range of outcomes.

00:42:27

I'm going to take my three chances on a big play.

00:42:33

Well, we haven't. Yeah. So you'd play him over Swift? I would. You'd play Henderson over Swift. Jason Moore. All right. Well, I mean, the last two weeks, 12 and 13 touches for DeAndre Swift has not been a ton on the ground. It's been okay. Trey Tucker chasing that three-touchdown game. You guys said you'd play Thornton over him. I mean, the thing I come back to with Tucker that made me feel more confident was the involvement, the snaps, and the week one where he got into the end zone again. Gino Smith, we don't know who his favorite targets are on this offense yet, but it was nice to see Tucker involved.

00:43:08

You're going to be- The first two weeks, it was Jacobi, and then it was Trey Tucker.

00:43:12

Yeah, you got to monitor that. It'd be nice to monitor from the bench, I think. See if you have something more long term.

00:43:17

Can you even start DJ More? No. I don't think so. The packers boys, like Romeo Dobbs. Not Golden, obviously, because we're pretty pumped. But Romeo Dobbs in that matchup against Dallas or DJ More.

00:43:37

Probably Dobbs. Dj More is on pace for 765 receiving yards.

00:43:43

I'm going to lean on the DJ More side there, but I think that's a good... That's where he is now. Yeah.

00:43:49

And Gino Smith, would you play him over Baker? We didn't mention it in the news, Baker is managing a biceps injury.

00:43:55

Yeah, we did just get an update on that.

00:43:57

He has a tough matchup.

00:43:58

Bulls was talking about Baker, Godwin, and Worfs. He said, All those guys are questionable, but trending in the right direction. We'll see what happens tomorrow with Tristan and Chris. Baker should be okay for Sunday.

00:44:09

Okay. What's the answer then, Gino or Baker?

00:44:13

Man, it's tough. I personally would go Gino. I've got him in two different lineups. It feels so scary and stupid, though.

00:44:21

Is he your league record quarterback this week? He is.

00:44:24

I'm playing him over Dak. If CeeDee Lamb is ever officially ruled out, and I can change my lineup.

00:44:30

Okay. We're holding out hope. This is just an inevitable out, isn't it?

00:44:35

Yes, it's just an inevitable out.

00:44:37

They were talking about, do we need to put him on the IR?

00:44:40

They literally said, we're going to reevaluate in two weeks. Doubtful.

00:44:45

All right, we will take a break, and we'll get into Sunday night, Monday night. Speaking of them cowboys, Green Bay travels to Dallas. Green Bay, two and one. Coming off a loss, Dallas, one and two. Vegas line here, Green Bay minus seven, over under 47 and a half. Dallas is hurting. We've got injuries. Ceed Lamb, we've already talked about it, but you've got your first-round guard, likely heading to IR for Dallas. You now lost your center for 6-8 weeks. We talked about it a little bit on the Trade episode on Wednesday, the fact that I'm a little worried about Javante long term. Sure. I'm worried about Juvante against Green Bay. They have been pretty much a force. They lost a really close game last week, but it wasn't like... I mean, I guess Judkins had a good game against them.

00:45:41

Yeah.

00:45:42

But I'm not as confident that Javante gets into the end zone this week.

00:45:45

I don't think Javante is as good as Judkins is.

00:45:49

Skatebu against the Chargers or Javante against Green Bay?

00:45:52

That's a great question. Skatebu. Yeah, go Skatebu. It's not that great of a question, honestly. It's a mediocre question, Mike.

00:45:59

Oh, man.

00:46:00

Yeah, I'm sorry.

00:46:01

I thought it was at least good.

00:46:02

If we had disagreed, it would have been a great question.

00:46:03

I think one of the biggest Travis Etienne or Javante Williams? Etienne. Come up with a good question, Mike.

00:46:10

Try to do a good question.

00:46:12

He just has questions.

00:46:14

Medium to mediocre.

00:46:17

Bries Hall. Oh, that's a good question. You did it, Mike. Third time's the try. You did it.

00:46:23

Andy?

00:46:23

Bries Hall.

00:46:23

Okay, cool. Next question.

00:46:27

Pollard. Jeremy wants to know, Pollard or-Oh, is that- Or is this a- Or is this a part?

00:46:33

No, I don't have that. I just thought it was a good question. I think that one is a great question, Al. Oh, what? Come on. What? I love that question. It's really well thought out.

00:46:44

What? Yeah, thank you.

00:46:46

I will take- I don't want to- Givante.

00:46:50

Yeah, I don't want to say that Givante is unstartable here. No. This is the running back six through three weeks. He's been very good. They're going to need him, and his utilization has been awesome. But Without the same center and guard he's had with CeeDee Lamb removed from... You're going to have an easier time at the line of- I hope he can catch some passes.

00:47:10

That would make things- And he has been. Yeah. Last week, he only had 10 attempts on the ground, did not score for the first time on the ground. Ended up at Running Back 25. I think that's about where I have him slotted in this week. Jordan loves my start of the week. Matthew Golden is my start of the week on the Green Bay side. Josh Jacobs is Jason's start of the year for the rest of the season. So looking Looking forward to seeing how Jacobs breaks out, gets back into the end zone maybe once or twice. We'll see. Romeo Dobbs, you can play him. You really can. You don't have to be excited about it. Just do it. Tucker Kraft, we finally had a down performance. The knee is hurting.

00:47:47

Because he was going to be out for the year.

00:47:48

Where's that dog, Mike?

00:47:50

He played. Yeah, the dog was on the field.

00:47:53

So you can play poorly? Oh, absolutely. Through injury and be a dog?

00:47:56

If it's a season-ending injury and you play through it, then you're a dog.

00:48:01

I mean, that stands to reason Mac Jones is a dog, Mike.

00:48:04

No, he left. Most guys would have gotten certain. Oh, okay.

00:48:08

He still didn't play.

00:48:08

Yeah, he left the game.

00:48:10

Play George Pickens. Tuck away Dak on your bench.

00:48:14

Yeah, Pickens is very interesting to me. Yeah, he is. I'm scared as all get out right now about Pickens because without... Like, Pickens was a my guy. Because he was the wide receiver, too. Because he was the wide receiver, too, for this team. It was perfect for him. Now, it's like the defense is going, okay, there's pretty much this guy.

00:48:32

Over under nine targets.

00:48:34

I would take the under on that.

00:48:36

See, I think he's guaranteed nine or more.

00:48:38

I'll go over. He's been at nine targets the past two weeks.

00:48:42

That's why I picked that.

00:48:43

I know. I was letting Jason know that he was there.

00:48:47

All the concerns aside, though, Jason, is he slotting in as more of a wide receiver, too, for you? He is.

00:48:51

He's not a must start to me, but he projects to get volume.

00:48:56

Jake Ferguson is a must start.

00:48:57

Yes, he is. Goodness gracious. The only place that the packers have really been beat this year is really the tight-end position, and Ferguson's going to- Over under 21 targets.

00:49:08

I guess I'll take the push. You're pushing. I'll take the under. All right, Monday Night Football. Do you know we got the double header at the different times, but they're still playing at the same time?

00:49:20

Just an hour. We got to stagger them an hour.

00:49:23

Split screen, baby. For what reason?

00:49:26

Look, now that we're- You guys are weird. No, I mean- I hate it. It's actually pretty awesome. Personally- We like it, man. I'm on YouTube TV, so it's like I just do the- Why? I do the two things.

00:49:40

Am I the only one who hates it? I like it. I like it, too. Okay. I'm weird.

00:49:44

I was with you, man. The first time they did it, I was like, But with the split screen where you can just have the audio go back and forth between the two games?

00:49:51

I love the island games because it's an event.

00:49:56

Isolated attention on Twitter.

00:50:00

When Game of Thrones, when you had to watch it live, everyone in the world, we're all watching the exact same thing at the exact same time, and we can have a conversation on Twitter, and it's just fragmented.

00:50:10

Don't you have an HOA meeting at that time anyways that you're going to miss this for?

00:50:13

Well, I'm running, yeah. Can I count on your vote or what?

00:50:19

Yeah, you're the man for the job. No more dual Monday night football. The Jets are 0-3, the Dolphins are 0-3, the Vegas Line, Miami minus two and a half, the over-unders, and a half. You look at this division, and Buffalo could put on blindfolds and win this division right now, the way those other three teams look. We went into the seasons. It's like, Oh, you know what? The New England, they look okay at best. Okay to bad. And then Buffalo, a dominant force. Again, the Jets and Dolphins are winless. No sideline dance victories yet here for Aaron Glenn. Okay, here we go. We get to play Monday night football. We got a 45 and a half point over under. Justin Field should be back out on the field. The last time we saw him on the field, it was bad.

00:51:06

It was against Buffalo.

00:51:07

And I had bought in, so I'm bitter. I get it.

00:51:10

It was against Buffalo. You're going to want to have some clarity on just for sure knowing that Fields is going to play. But if he's going to play, then I would start him.

00:51:25

Does that go like Baker versus Fields, or are you talking a tier below that?

00:51:29

Like I would go Fields over Baker. You would? Yeah.

00:51:32

See, Fields, unfortunately, going on the road with some of... I mean, he was 11 for 27 through three quarters, okay? Yeah, but I know it's both of them.

00:51:43

How was Kyler through three quarters? No, I'm just saying he didn't play a whole game.

00:51:48

11 for 27 is rough. A 39 passer rating is rough. I'm not two fumbles. You look at the career, there's a lot of that. That's all I'm saying. I I would not play him over Baker.

00:52:01

But that was Buffalo, not Miami. And the Dolphins have lost their secondary. I would. I think I'll take that gamble because Baker against the Eagles with some injuries there. I mean, I get it. It's a gamble, but I think-If I had that Baker tier, I'm not doing it.

00:52:17

So we disagree on that one. Devon Achan, Breese Hall, you can play them both. Yep. Garrett Wilson, yes. Tyree Killen, yes. The last two weeks, he's been viable.

00:52:30

Can you start Waddle?

00:52:31

I thought you were going to say Waller, and I was like, no. You can't start Darren Waller. I don't know what Darren Waller has done to get this free money.

00:52:39

Is Waller potentially actually playing?

00:52:43

I doubt it. I think he's ramping up. They're looking for week 16.

00:52:46

He's limited.

00:52:48

He's trying to go up that ramp. The world's longest ramp. It was that Red Bull skate ramp.

00:52:55

He says he's still on track to make his debut. He's In this game? Yeah, on track to make his debut in this game.

00:53:01

Wow. But it's on Monday. We have plenty of time for a setback.

00:53:06

Trying to channel some energy.

00:53:11

So go back to Waddle.

00:53:12

He's had a breakdown each of the last two weeks. He has. Five receptions each of the last two weeks.

00:53:17

If he's healthy, I'm fine playing him.

00:53:19

He's never healthy.

00:53:20

You caught me.

00:53:21

Yeah. I mean, he'll go out a couple of times in this game.

00:53:24

You caught me.

00:53:25

I think you can start him.

00:53:26

No, I did, too. I think he's a flex-worthy wide receiver, play.

00:53:31

Three.

00:53:32

Wide receiver, three. All jokes aside, it will be interesting to keep your eyes on Darren Waller.

00:53:35

Who do you think wins this ball game? I think the Dolphins win this game going away.

00:53:41

I think the Dolphins win this game by five.

00:53:47

Yeah, I guess we'll see.

00:53:51

But if you don't like this game, you can watch the other one that's going on at the same time. You look- I got bad news for you.

00:53:58

It's the bangles. It's the broncos.

00:54:00

The bangles, broncos? The Mike McDaniel era of the dolphins, the dolphins have looked good against bad teams. That is like their specialty. So if you want to say that the dolphins will have a great game when going away, I get that.

00:54:15

Yeah, they showed them fight against Buffalo last week. That was closer than the final score for sure. Cincinnati, two and one, taking on the Denver Broncos in Denver, Denver, one and two. The Vegas line is Denver minus seven and a half. The over-under is 44 a half. I won't go almost upset, but I actually think Cincinnati is going to keep the game closer because this is just setting up to be a little bit of a trap, I think, for Denver at home after how bad Cincinnati was last week. Bo Nicks, independently of... They're one and two. That's a reflection on how he's played. They've been close. He's not been that good. No. He's been really up and down.

00:54:55

The Broncos have disappointed me quite a bit. They had a game against Tennessee to start the season where they were terrible. They won because it was Tennessee, but they weren't good, and then they've lost their next two games.

00:55:07

I'm not sure the Sean Payton play calling thing is still working the way it used to work. I'm not sure I like everything I'm seeing from a play calling perspective.

00:55:15

Having said that, I like him this week.

00:55:17

Yeah, this week, you should get production. Your start of the week at quarterback, your start of the week at running back and J. K. Dobbins. The world waits for R. J. Harvey to be more involved. The gap in involvement is so vast right now. I don't really see a takeover scenario happening anytime soon, if at all this season.

00:55:35

No reason. No reason. Dobbins is playing really good football.

00:55:40

When you look at the wide receiver room, Courtland Sutton still sitting right around wide receiver 15 on the year. Is it Troy Franklin, next man up?

00:55:48

I think Troy Franklin, he's still the one with the snaps as the wide receiver, too. So yeah, he's next man up. He's still playable. I don't know if he's as playable in this matchup.

00:56:00

For Troy Franklin?

00:56:02

Yeah. I mean, if Andy's right that the bangles show up and make this a competitive game, then I'm a little bit more excited for Troy Franklin.

00:56:09

Yeah, I think Franklin, to me, is in the watch category still.

00:56:12

Yeah, that's where I have him.

00:56:13

I can't imagine you have a team that's... I mean, if you're in a super deep league, I guess- We're talking about starting Thornton and Trey Tucker. Yeah, that's fine. I would not play Franklin over those two guys.

00:56:25

I would not.

00:56:26

He'd be at the third for me.

00:56:28

Yeah, I think he's in that same Just because...

00:56:31

I mean, just tough. You could get nothing. You could get zero. By the way, J. K. Dobbins is one of only four runningbacks to be top 15. All of the weeks. James Cooke, B. Jean, CMC, and J. K. Dobbins. Pretty impressive. Not impressive. Chase Brown, Jake Browning. If Brown's in your name, scoring points ain't your game.

00:56:56

Oh, man. So it's such a bummer.

00:57:01

So far, week one, 43 rushing yards, week two, 47 rushing yards, week three, three rushing yards. He has not looked good. He was never a special enough player to just demand everything. He was opportunity on an incredible offense. The opportunity is still there. He's still getting 15 opportunities this last week. That's enough for fantasy. But if you're on a bad offense...

00:57:29

Yeah, and I'm not excited about Chase Brown. Oh, my gosh, their schedule. It's Denver, Detroit, Green Bay are the next ones. Because what I was going to point out, week one was Cleveland. Cleveland, he put up 43 rushing yards against Cleveland, where Derrick Henry and Josh Jacobs did Jack Squad against that defense. Then Jacksonville, who, Jay, we agreed that I think that Jacksville is a better defense than We got to start reorienting, retrain your brain on that because they were so bad. Then Minnesota. Minnesota won the game with defense. That's not a, say, to play Chase Brown.

00:58:12

That's a schedule. Maybe it's not as bad as it's been. Yeah.

00:58:15

Once we get to week seven.

00:58:17

Right. But I was going to say this. I mean, maybe- The next three weeks.

00:58:20

No, thank you.

00:58:22

T. Higgins?

00:58:24

I prefer not. Let's see. D. K. Metcalf against Minnesota or T. Higgins?

00:58:33

Oh, Metcalf by a lot.

00:58:35

Okay. Michael Pitman. Terrible question. Michael Pitman.

00:58:40

Pitman.

00:58:41

Yeah, Pitman. I mean, Higgins is bottom of the barrel.

00:58:43

Okay. Romeo Dobbs.

00:58:45

Higgins. Yeah, I'll probably play Higgins.

00:58:47

Okay, and then I'll give you one more bottom of the barrel. Jerry Judy.

00:58:51

I'll play Higgins. All right. That way, I'm not playing Judy.

00:58:56

That's not a bad strat.

00:58:58

All right. Some more injury updates before we turn to the fantasy face-off. Jalen Warren still been limited in practice. Johnny Smith, limited. Truba Hubbard listed as questionable with the calf injury. Ted McKmillin, questionable, expecting to play. And Jutavian Sanders and Xavier Laguette ruled out of that game, as well as Alex pierce with the concussion, ruled out. So your dart throw, your DFS, Adani Mitchell, someone you could look at.

00:59:26

Looking, update. Ceed Lamb, not yet ruled out.

00:59:30

No?

00:59:31

Doubtful.

00:59:31

Fingers crossed. Doubtful.

00:59:33

All right, let's get to it.

00:59:35

Fantasy Face-off, presented by Prizepicks.

00:59:47

Last week, Mike went four for four. All four of his-Yeah, baby. Picks-we won.

00:59:52

Delivered, and I ended up two out of four.

00:59:59

Tyler ended up six yards shy, and Ken Walker did not get to his yardage total. Jason, you ended up-I did not too well last week. You ended up with the Wheel of Shame.

01:00:10

That's why.

01:00:15

Wheel of Shame.

01:00:22

All right, spin that wheel.

01:00:25

I read them off. What we got there? I can't wait.

01:00:27

We got reporter, we got rainy day, MTV Cringe and Snorked.

01:00:34

What is Snorked?

01:00:36

Oh, this is going to be a Snorkel, isn't it? Oh, son of a gun. Make sure that cap goes on first.

01:00:41

Wait, you got to put on your swimming cap, Jay. Oh, this is good.

01:00:46

All right, okay.

01:00:47

Oh, baby.

01:00:48

You're going to be looking at the fishes.

01:00:50

Oh, yeah.

01:00:52

Oh, that was a snap.

01:00:54

Okay. Yeah, that's good for the audio.

01:00:56

The glasses situation, I don't know.

01:01:00

You're going to have to need to pop those off. Because you want to jump in.

01:01:02

Can you read your-I can-your lineup?

01:01:06

I can zoom in.

01:01:07

Can you please... Does he have to put the Snorkel? Oh, for sure.

01:01:10

No. No?

01:01:10

Oh, no, we got to be able to talk. In between. In between.

01:01:15

Okay. All right.

01:01:17

Looks good. Looks pretty good. All right, we're going to blitz this week's picks. Starting with the quarterback position, I'm going Jordan Love, more than 5. 5 rushing yards.

01:01:30

Jason Voorhees.

01:01:32

That is the same one I have.

01:01:34

Hey, you cover that nose.

01:01:36

No, with the mask. Is it wrong? The water is getting in my nose. Oh, okay. That's way worse.

01:01:42

Yeah, that's the point. Oh, gosh.

01:01:45

Okay. He's fogging up. You said...

01:01:48

Jordan love more than 5.

01:01:50

5 rushing yards. That is the same one I have. We've been actually doing this. This projection has been six and a half the last couple of weeks, and we've been going more and having great success. All right, then.

01:02:02

You are. We're getting real foggy.

01:02:03

I can't see anything.

01:02:04

I'm going with Jake Browning, less than 224 and a half passing yards.

01:02:12

All right. Running back position. I'm going Amari and Hampton, more than-We're getting a real fog situation here, fellows. Amari and Hampton, more than 39. 5 rushing yards.

01:02:23

What? Wow. I did not see that one. That one is good. Speaking of those bagels.

01:02:30

For the audio listeners, his mask has fully fogged.

01:02:35

He is in-I'm supposed to be underwater right now. And you are. Yeah. I'm going to take Chase Brown from the bagels. His projection is 53 and a half rushing yards.

01:02:49

I didn't see that one either.

01:02:51

If you're curious if I'm going more or less than that- More.

01:02:55

Don't be a coward.

01:02:56

I'm going less.

01:02:57

Mike, who's the running back for you?

01:02:59

I'm I'm going with Jordan Mason. I like your guys so much more than mine. Okay. But Jordan Mason, 80 and a half rushing yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers. I'm going more, baby.

01:03:08

My wide receiver. I know.

01:03:10

It's up there.

01:03:11

I like ours way more.

01:03:13

Yeah, I do, too. Garrett Wilson 65. 5 receiving yards. I'm taking the more.

01:03:18

Oh, man, we were going to fight.

01:03:19

I'm taking the more. Garrett Wilson is too important.

01:03:21

All right. I'm going with huge Quentin Johnston. He is at two and a half receptions. I'm going more than two and a half.

01:03:32

All right?

01:03:32

And I got Andy's start of the week, Mr. Matthew Golden. Nice. More than 41 and a half. If this is a- Thank you. The rookie watch of Matthew Golden against Dallas. If he can't perform there, it's going to be devastating. And Ashton Genti in that bears matchup is like, If these guys can't get it done this week, it'll be- Those are two, Genti and Golden? Yeah. What are you doing there?

01:03:56

I got to be able to see what my tight end is.

01:04:00

Forgive me. Okay. Andy, who's your tight end?

01:04:03

Hunter Henry, 38 and a half receiving yards. I'm taking the more. All right.

01:04:07

I'm going Dallas Goddard on his first two receptions.

01:04:13

Did he forget the rest?

01:04:14

No.

01:04:15

Oh, you're on one of those- I'm doing one of these.

01:04:16

That's real specific ones. I love these. So 17 and a half yards on his first two receptions. Dallas Goddard is a dink and dunk guy. I'm going less than 17 and a half yards.

01:04:28

On his first two receptions. On his first two That's interesting.

01:04:31

I'm going Jake Fergalicious. Oh, boy. Four and a half receptions. Oh, boy. I'm taking them more.

01:04:37

Oh, boy. All right. That was fantasy Face Off presented by Prize Picks. I'd like to talk slow for Jason's sake here. Check out max discounts on the app now like Jalen Hertz at more than 0. 5 passing yards for the September 28th game. Use the code footballers and get $50 in lineups when you play $5.

01:04:54

How are you making the mask dance?

01:04:57

He's breathing in and out. I I mean...

01:05:00

You're going to hyperventilate, my guy.

01:05:02

Yeah, he is. All right. It's time to say goodbye. That is it. Jason has snorked out. We are done. Enjoy the weekend, everybody. We've got Sunday Live.

01:05:12

Yeah, I'll see everyone Sunday morning, bright and early. Goodbye.
