Transcript of Trump Panics on Election Day as Power Slips Away

Donald Trump has been panic posting all morning as he sees his power slipping away on election day. It looks like a blue wave is forming today. Remember, go out and vote, and Donald Trump is not handling it well. It's been post after post after post like this. Donald Trump posted earlier, the unconstitutional redistricting vote in California is a giant scam in that the entire process, in particular, the voting itself is rigged. All mail-in ballots where the Republicans in the state are shut out is under very serious legal and criminal review. Stay tuned exclamation point. Donald Trump is an election denier. He hates free and fair elections. As Governor Newsom says, These are the ramblings of an old man that knows he's about to lose. Good for California Governor, Gavin Newsom, standing up and punching back against Donald Trump right away. Then Donald Trump says this morning that he will refuse to follow a court order, demanding that he provide Snap, food stamp benefits, to billions of Americans choosing instead to force people to starve. Again, this is what he wrote this morning as well. Trump posted Snap benefits, which increased by billions and billions of dollars, many fold during Crooked Joe Biden's disastrous term in office due to the fact that they were haphazardly handed to anyone for the asking, as opposed to just those in need, which is the purpose of Snap, will be given only when the radical left Democrats open up government, which they can easily do, and not before.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, DJT. And regardless of the fact that Donald Trump's lying about everything thing in there. He's saying that he's refusing to follow a court order. By the way, the Trump regime has not followed the court order to date, which says, Pay the Snap benefits to the people who are starving to death. The Trump regime was like, Well, we need a couple of days and we'll pay half of the benefits. So the group that filed the lawsuit went back into court and said, You need to order Donald Trump to do what this court required, because they're now saying they're going to just do half of the Snap payments. And then after that, Donald Trump posted, We're just not going to follow the court order, and we're going to starve Americans to death while Trump goes out and holds his great Gatsby Roaring Twenties theme party, where the slogan is, A little partying never killed nobody. More on that in a moment. Donald Trump also says that if you're a Jewish person that votes for Mandami, you are stupid, he says. He goes, Any Jewish person that votes for Zorin Mandani, a proven and self-professed Jew-hater, is a stupid person, exclamation point.

I mean, how dare you? Again, just the immaturity by Donald Trump, the behavior. You're the voice of Jewish people, Donald Trump. Who the hell are you? Then Donald Trump says the following, If affordability is you issue, that's how he says your, if it's you issue, vote Republican. Because by the way, folks, just pause there. We all know how affordable things are today, right? Donald Trump says he solved inflation and that groceries are so much cheaper and energy costs at home are so much cheaper. We all know it's the opposite. But Trump says it's a golden age that he brought everybody when we know inflation is absolutely surging. But Trump goes, If affordability is U-issue, vote Republican. Energy costs, as an example, are plummeting. And no, they're not. Getting close to $2 a gas, a gallon of gasoline. No, it's not. When energy goes down, Everything else follows. And it has. No, it hasn't. President DJT. Then he goes, Terminate the filibuster, exclamation point. Then the next post. This is all this morning. It's post, post, post, post, post. The next one. Wow. Joe Scarborough's television ratings are really bad. They've gone, as they say, down the tubes, as has the rest of MSNBC.

It's a beautiful thing to watch, DJ T. How about this one that he posted again this morning? The Democrats are are more likely to win the midterms and the next presidential election if we don't do the termination of the filibuster, the nuclear option, because it will be impossible for Republicans to get common sense policies done with these crazed Democrat lunatics being able to block everything by withholding their votes. For three years, nothing will be passed, and Republicans will be blamed. Elections, including the midterms, will be rightfully brutal. If we do terminate the filibuster, we will get everything approved. Like no Congress in history, we will have fair, free, and safe elections. No men and women's sports are transgender for everybody. Transgender for everybody? What do you talk? What does transgender for everybody even mean? Everybody's becoming transgender? I mean, these MAGA Republicans are absolutely deranged human beings. Americans are starving to death. 20 million Americans are losing their health care. 42 million Americans are losing their snap. And you're saying everybody's turning into transgender people? What the hell are you even talking about? He goes on to wine and wine and wine, and he goes, In fact, they will lose big and for a very long time, terminate the filibuster, end the ridiculous government shutdown immediately, and then more importantly, pass every wonderful Republican policy we've ever dreamt about.

And he puts that all in caps. So when I say that he's panicking this morning and spiraling out of control, I don't think I'm being hyperbolic there. As our Editor-in-Chief, Ron Filipkowski, writes, Who could have foreseen after everything that went down, November 2020 through January 2021, that if you put that guy back into power, we would never have another normal election while he was President. Voters in November 2024 took a blow torch to American democracy. One of the things we're also learning this morning as well is that the Department of Transportation says it will likely be forced to shut down airspace in many parts of the country if the government shutdown continues into next week. That's what Transportation Secretary, former Real-World Road Rules Challenge actor, Sean Duffy, had to say. And specifically, he said that some American air spaces will need to be closed down. He says that there will be mass chaos in the air. If air traffic controllers miss a second paycheck, it would result in mass flight delays and mass cancelations across the United States, is what Sean Duffy is saying right now. As a result of Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans government shutdown because they want to take away your health care and they want to take away Snap benefits.

So MAGA Mike Johnson was asked this morning at one of those embarrassing press conference, this humiliation rituals that he holds each and every morning. So MAGA Mike, what about that split screen where you have the Trump regime saying it's not going to pay Snap benefits or only half? And then Donald Trump is doing great Gatsby, Roaring Twenties theme parties at Mar-a-Lago with his billionaire oligarch friends with half-naked women dancing in martini glasses. What does that send? What message does that send, Maga Mike, to the American people? And Maga Mike is like, Oh, well, you're conflating issues. He calls it an obligatory party. That was an obligatory tradition. He was obligated to throw the... I kid you not. I'm going to show you the clip. Maga Mike says that Trump was obligated to throw the Gatsby theme party with the half-naked women in martini glasses. He says Here, play this clip. You talk about the split screen between Democrats are doing and the Republicans are doing. What about the split screen about the fact that the Trump administration is administering only part of the Snap program while President Trump is having a gaffing party in Mar-a-Lago?

I reject the premise of the question. Let me talk about Snap. Okay. By the way, the President had an annual Halloween theme party every year at Mar-a-Lago. That's what he went back to as obligatory tradition. I just discount what you're trying to do there. The Snap benefit is very important question. The White House has bent over backwards, as we've recounted here every morning, to make sure that Americans pain is mitigated as much as possible, reduced as much as possible. So we got the troops paid. They made creative solutions for that. The WIC Funding for Women, Infants, and Children. Snap came to a legal crossroads because the legal analysis said that you could not use the contingency fund if the underlying fund was not flowing. I've explained I'll get into detail here multiple times. Two courts disagreed. So what did the President do? In good faith, showing again that he's willing to bend over backwards to help the American people when Democrats are not, he went to the court and said, Fine, show me how to do it because we don't see the path. And so the courts have ordered that. They filed a brief yesterday or some response yesterday in the court that they'll give as much as is there.

Remember, the contingency fund only has roughly 5 billion, and it costs roughly 9 billion for a month of Snap benefits. So I think the arrangement is they're going to give half, at least half to everyone. But here's the problem. It's very complex. Is that it's administered through the states and you have to recalculate all the allocations and how the checks go out. You can't just flip a switch.

Then mega Mike says, I just want everybody to know the Republican Party is fighting for your Snap benefits. I just showed you, mega Mike, Donald Trump's post where he says that he thinks that Snap is a fraudulent program to begin with, and that he says he's not going to follow a court order because he wants to starve Americans to death. You all Republicans hate Americans. You are killers. You are murderers. You hate Americans, mega Republicans. Here, play this clip.

People everywhere can see clearly who's fighting and voting here every day and delivering for them. I'll say this clearly to every hardworking American in any place who's missed a paycheck, anyone who has been made to suffer because the services, the health services you rely upon or the food and nutrition supplement for your family, anyone who is hurting, you have a home in the Republican Party. You have people here who are elected by their constituents to come and do their job, and they do it. They're voting to support you, to make these programs available, to ensure that the people in need have them. And the Democrats, by stark contrast, are doing the exact opposite.

Then they We bring on Labor Secretary, Laurie Chávez-Doremer, and she's like, I just want everybody to know. I want you to know. What we have to also be focusing on now is unemployment insurance because that's about to expire as well. Here, play this clip.

As far as the Department of Labor goes, as was mentioned, when we're talking about the Snap program, one of the other programs that we're definitely concerned about, and we've sent letters out to all 50 states, is unemployment insurance. As delivered by those states, that will be the next thing that we have to be concerned about. If people stop receiving their unemployment insurance will be another detrimental fact to the American workforce. So that is what we're focused on now.

Then they bring on Tom Homan on Fox, where they stop talking to him about the $50,000 in the Cava bag, the Mediterranean restaurant where he received $50,000 from undercover FBI agents that he asked for. And he goes, That's just the way I do business. They don't ask Homan about that anymore. But Homan goes, There will be lots of bloodshed coming here playing this clip.

Again, we're going to keep doing this job. I said, I started back in March saying, If this hateful rhetoric continues, there's going to be bloodshed. And the left went crazy. How dare I say that? I'm a fear monger. Well, unfortunately, I was right. There's been a lot of death, either of detainees that were shot by a sniper in Dallas or people that attacked an ICE facility and the threats on ICE officers. In the rhetoric, if it doesn't slow down, we haven't seen the end of it. There will be more bloodshed.

And by the way, folks, the news keeps getting worse for the Trump regime this morning. Lindsay Halligan, Donald Trump's former personal lawyer, the insurance lawyer, who, after the Republican United States attorney in the Eastern district of Virginia, left that office or was fired by Donald Trump because he said there was no evidence against Komi and lots of other people left. And then Lindsay Halligan became the top federal prosecutor out of the Eastern district of Virginia. But now it's being challenged that she's actually a fraudulent federal prosecutor because you can't have two interums after you've appointed the first interim, the Republican guy who left because he said, There's nothing to prosecute Komi for. And if you're going to force me to do something unethical, I'm not going to do it. Halligan, who had no experience as a federal prosecutor, she presented to the grand jury certain claims about Komi that led to Komi's indictment. Do you remember what I said? I said, She's never been to a grand jury before. She was the only person in the room. I said, I wonder what the hell she told that grand jury, because I said, I bet you that she lied to that grand jury.

I was giving my opinion, of course, and that she told them things that weren't accurate to secure that indictment, because we all know that the main witnesses, Witness One and Witness Three, are individuals, one has been on the Midas Touch Network, the other we've reported on as well, and they've said that Komi didn't do the things that are being attributed to them, and they're the main witnesses, and they're friends with Komi. So I'm like, They She didn't testify. So what the hell did she tell this grand jury to get this indictment? Well, now the federal judge last week or two weeks ago or so ordered Lindsay Halligan, Turn over the grand jury transcript. I want to read it in advance of the hearing to determine whether you're disqualified or not. Get this. We're now learning today that Lindsay Halligan did not turn over the full grand jury transcript. She gave like other information and not the actual transcript. So the judge says, Where's the transcript? Why have you edited out the things that you said? I want to see what Lindsay Halligan said. That's what I'm ordering you to do. Halligan is hiding from the federal judge the grand jury transcript that led to Kobe being indicted.

Lindsay Halligan seems to be in deep, deep trouble right now. Judge Curry orders the DOJ to submit a more complete transcript of the Komi grand jury proceedings, noting that the transcript she was provided of the lone witness does not include Lindsay Halligan's remarks or presentation? How did they cut out what Lindsay Halligan said? Because remember I told you, I said Lindsay Halligan, I bet you she told him a bunch of BS. There's no way she could have secured that indictment if she told them the facts because I knew it, Witness One and Witness Three had previously said. And this is what the court says in the order, just so you can see it for yourself. Defendant James Comey has filed a motion to dismiss, alleging the indictment resulted from a violation of the employment clause, which authorizes appointment of an interim United States attorney. On October 28th, 2025, the Underside entered an order directing the government to submit for in-camera review. That means just the court sees it. That's what in-camera review means. And the public doesn't see it. The judge sees it. Because it's grand jury testimony which is confidential under the Grand Jury Federal Rule of Criminal Procedures 6(e).

All documents relating to the indictment signer, meaning Lindsay Halligan's participation in the grand jury proceedings, along with complete grand jury transcripts. On Friday, October 31, in 2025, the court received a package containing transcript of grand jury proceedings on September 25th, 2025. This court has reviewed the transcript and finds it fails to include remarks made by the indictment signer, both before and after the testimony of the sole witness, which remarks were referenced by the indictment signer during the witness's testimony. In addition, the package contains no records or transcripts regarding the presentation of the three-count indictment referenced in the transcript of the return of grand jury indictment proceedings before the magistrate judge. Accordingly, the government is directed to submit no later than Wednesday, November fifth, at 05: 00 PM for in camera review, a complete transcript and/or recording of all statements made by the indictment signer to the grand jury on September 25th, 2025, to include statements made prior to and after the testimony of the witness and during the presentation of the three-count and subsequent two-count indictments. I just want you all to think about that right there, that that was not turned over. One other thing I want to mention or two other quick things I want to mention.

Governor Westmore of Maryland is announcing the creation of the Governor's Redistricting Advisory Commission, the first step for a mid-cycle redistricting there in Maryland to get rid of this one Republican district to fight back against Trump's unlawful trying to rig the midterm elections. It's a response to what Trump is doing. Then I want to mention this as well. Dick Cheney passed away at the age of 84. He was a White House Chief of Staff, Wyoming congressman, Secretary of Defense, and Vice President of the United States, and of course, the father of Liz and Mary as well. While I disagreed politically certainly vehemently with Dick Cheney, he was standing up to Trump at the end and speaking out against Trump, and my heart goes out to Liz and Mary and that family.
