Take a

00:01:19

break.

00:02:06

Morning, Al. I wanted to catch that, so I just rushed the setup to get everything up and running.

00:02:21

As you can see, we are on a runway 106.

00:02:29

So we have a queue of traffic down beyond. I may have to set this to manual focus just because of the dullness. We'll see how it goes. Welcome to the roof of Dubban, from the mountain side. So I am on the roof, but there's trees behind me, so the breeze here isn't actually too bad. Do let me know if everything is okay, sound and audio-wise. I'm going to be in and out of the comments. Just because the amount of rain, I'm going to have to keep my phone in my pocket. That was the Delta A330 that diverted in yesterday. I could have went over the other side and let these land on top of me. However, I have a feeling if they can, they'll come off once We are going to have to set that to manual because those lights aren't going to play Give me a second.

00:04:02

We're on your one, six, zero. I got a morning, sorry, your line up from A1, take away. I'm going to bring it out on you and press.

00:04:21

I'm going to... Hopefully, that should work. Oh, look how it is.

00:04:36

Shamrock 26, Mike. Click base hotel one and continue right turn, Gretchen.

00:04:43

Second right turn, please. So hopefully, that should have worked. If not, I will have to try again.

00:04:46

Okay, one, eight minutes, five, two, eight, four. Shamrock 26, Mike.

00:04:49

Elegant, inspirational, divine, virtuous, majestic, retro with the climate-backing lap-miss.

00:04:58

Running 1, zero, platform. 192, means two, one, adjusting three, four, runway one, six. Clears to take off. Take off, 1,6, right there. Roger, 116, take off. This is the future reference. We do have traffic on approach. We need you to follow the line of the Hold, traffic, power 3, to be ready and patient with the lineup destruction. We need you to follow the lineup line. Wind check, 192, 3, 2,2,0, I think I pressed the wrong button, but we'll see how it goes. Beware 8, Delta Delta, this is 100 feet 5 on the next street, forward, runway 1 to 6, 3, 4, runway, 1, 6. There's a lamp.

00:06:05

There's a lamp on the deck coming next. Now I have the problem that I think the button I need is too far under the rain cover.

00:06:58

Let's see how it goes.

00:07:07

One check to 00 degrees to get to the back to 34.

00:07:32

They're approaching over North County, Dublin, landing on runway 16 and departing on 16. We have had a couple of heavies look for one zero right. Obviously, they need the longer runway, but at the moment, this is what we've got. As you I'm going to line up now.

00:08:37

So morning to Adrian, Freddie, Dean, David, Charlie, Elaine, Ted, Sylvia, Joel.

00:08:49

Like I said, I will be taking my phone in and out of my pocket. What did I miss? Adrian, 12 months in the Spotters Club. Finally got your 7. 4.

00:09:06

Ryanair 3, Whisky. Wind is 100.

00:09:09

Aviation fan, 16 months.

00:09:12

I got one six, All right. All right. And be ready to go. Just to confirm that a 1. 6? Ryanair 3, 3. 4. And people 8, 2, also just confirmed that Aprotect was 4 to stand 3, 3, Charlie. It was 8, 3, 4.. And monitor ground just to see if you or you're going to stand. 1,2,1. That's police. Take care. So what's the name? How's your health?

00:09:30

All right.

00:09:34

Claire, 1, two, 318 rolling.

00:09:36

I will sort the tripod as we go on. I'm just making sure everything's waterproof more than anything else, and that we can see what's happening.

00:09:52

Flared 1, 2, 2, UQNH, 9, 9, 9. 10, Adam. Flared. 12, 2, 8, firm.

00:09:59

With this position, we're going to be in a recidivist. Airbus guy, it's heavy enough, yeah.

00:10:26

When I started setting up, it wasn't, but in the For the last, I'd say 10 minutes or so, the rain has gotten pretty heavy. Neeve, no clue how long they're going to be on one six. I'll give you a look at the old soco here. So it Guston 35 knots, as you just heard on ATC. I imagine... Unless there's a significant change, it's too much of a crosswind, so they're not going to change anytime soon. However, normally there is a runway plan on the internal airport app, but it's not there today. Sorry. The wind is due to swing, Adrian says, around 11: 00. Okay dokey. We may see 2,8 become active, which means they'll be landing right on top of me here, which is okay.

00:11:53

Sign up in the wait for one second. Sign up, please, to include this cut-up.

00:12:00

As you can see, still quite challenging for them, even though they brought on runway 1,6.

00:12:11

Yes, I'm You are number one. Windings 200 with the two-minute street life on the broadway. R1, 132, vacate. If you're going to block one, it's on short of link two.

00:12:29

Take a watch box one. Hold short of the link. Normal.

00:12:37

Ambulance being dispatched. Buzz next. As you can see, play here have used the entire runway to stop. Runway ends literally there, and that's them.

00:12:48

You are being to be getting there.

00:13:00

Hall, two months. Thank you very much.

00:13:05

Two of the maximum is three, buying runway one. Take off, bye-bye.

00:13:08

Two of the content, Cahal. The 169 is three, two X-ray total.

00:13:12

Fire, one, six, little shortening, shortening, Now, remember, I'm not ignoring you.

00:13:20

I just don't want to get my phone full of water, so it's in my pocket for a couple of minutes. This is easing off, so I'll be able to take it out now and we'll hopefully be all right.

00:13:30

Is Papa One available?

00:13:32

Sorry, say again.

00:13:33

Is Papa One available?

00:13:35

Just say that again, slower. Is Papa One available? Yes, Papa One is available. 21 Hotel Alpha, the wind is 200, exit 52.

00:13:55

For the maximum three-body row is within three-and-a-half.

00:13:58

Very well.

00:14:00

You forgive me if I don't spend too long looking that direction.

00:14:17

That's where the rain is coming from, so we don't want the lens getting flooded. David, fair I'm afraid you wouldn't put my mother-in-law out in weather like that. It's actually not that bad. Like I said, I've strategically placed myself so I can use the roof of the van and I've left the trees behind me to provide shelter. So the breeze isn't actually coming that badly behind me. Yeah, Joe. Because I have Because I have the wind coming from behind me today, I've opted to use the better camera with the cover on it. Now, remember, I have set it to manual focus. It's not going to be perfect for every situation, but it will stop us losing focus every time the lights hit the camera. Pour ETR, having it rough.

00:16:00

9, go.

00:16:01

Ryan, on number 168.

00:16:03

Ryan, on number 168. Ryan, on number 168. Roger. Roger. Roger. Roger.

00:16:12

Air France going to be heading back to Paris. James Moon, Cribs. Hempel 21 Hotel, off at Papa 1, East 5.

00:16:26

Patrick, how do? It should be down the bottom of your chat, Airbus guy. Adrian telling Dean he should be on an ATR flight today.

00:16:43

No. Yes, bye bye.

00:16:46

Yes, it's on the cross, on the way, on the cross. Yes, it's on the 5. She's going to go back.

00:16:51

My name is. 21, Modela, Alpha, contact right north, and one, two, five, just to be able to find.

00:17:04

.

00:17:06

Roger, 90, great box, person, and in Riner 90, train cloud, structure, wind is 210, half two five, at a max of three five, somewhere, one, six, zero, land. One, six, zero, land, one, eight, nine, three, four.

00:17:34

Just a shame I can't use the bigger microphone here today.

00:17:57

I'd say the sound would be class. E-i-x-l-t, how do? E-i-x-l-t. Post a lot of videos on TikTok.

00:18:11

E-i-x-l-t. Post a lot of videos on TikTok.

00:18:13

E-i-x-l-t. E-i-x-l-t. You're welcome.

00:18:16

So 35 knots.

00:18:24

There's our suck.

00:18:27

Gary, morning to you.

00:18:35

Rain not as heavy now, so I'll have the phone out properly in a couple of minutes, We're going to have to go to a witness.

00:18:47

We're expecting a battle high group now, so I'm on 6.

00:18:50

Graham, how do?

00:18:53

Wind 2007, R7, R7, 9.

00:18:58

Sustained winds, 27 knots, gusting 35. As we can see.

00:19:08

We're going to need to take three on the road.

00:19:09

We're going to need to go Is the focus okay with me a little bit further out? It's locked.

00:19:23

Why is that doing that? There will be a courser helicopter lifting from the air.

00:19:24

There will be a 14 helicopters lifting from the air.

00:19:30

So morning to everyone joining. Happy Sunday. The winds are to gradually increase over the next 2 hours, up to 40 knots, according to the forecast.

00:19:53

I'm playing away. I'm only wanting to see some north to 4, and then we're going to get.

00:19:58

Dershka, start 116. You are here in the distance, cross runway 116, don't cross, and reach direct to Mallahide and report to Mallahide.

00:20:06

He's listening, cross 116, direct to Mallahide. Mallahide, next door, is good.

00:20:10

And then, I know, we've got to the end of the end of the deck.

00:20:16

Echo 1, soft 1, autor, lane 2, Ryanair 9, two, three, talks.

00:20:26

There's still double music, Ben, six, six, six.

00:20:36

Yeah, we'll go.

00:20:40

Scandinavian, six, six, six, six. Okay, we'll go. Scandinavian, six, six, six, six, Cleared. Continue the approach. The wind is 202, 25, 934.

00:20:49

Three seconds, behind the deep end. Revolved.

00:20:52

Revolved. Revolved. Left turn, five, four. Hold short of link two. Revolved, not sure, link two.

00:20:59

Revolved, not sure, three, five, four. And on the tower, 116, 16. Reiner, one Ego Delta.

00:21:10

The wind is two, 126, 932. Airbus guy.

00:21:31

I am in work later on, but not till this evening. The plan here today is I'm with you till 2: 00 PM, and then Dean is going to take over at 2: 00. I have my stream set to bring you all directly to him, so you have continuous coverage from here at Dublin. Obviously, his set-up location will be determined by what runway they're using at the time. We know just because of the delays it caused, they don't like using one six as much as they can.

00:22:15

But that's the knock-on effect you see there.

00:22:19

That's the queue for departures with a bizjet looking to cross over as well.

00:22:26

3, 2, 9, 1. I'm still in the train, so I'm thinking I want to go in the air. I'm thinking I want to take a mix of people.

00:22:35

Can you jump on a quick break? O'dane has bottled it, has he? Oh, well. Not good. I We do have an aircraft on approach, but I'm going to let it get that a little bit closer.

00:23:04

Okay, report the control zone by your frequency change. And outscope star 116 from not over 500 feet.

00:23:18

You in charge of 999.

00:23:21

That's what? 518,999.

00:23:23

Said he's going back to being a fair weather streamer. Mass morning to Again, folks, I'm not ignoring anyone that has said hello. I am keeping my phone in my pocket while it's raining. I'm just checking it intermittently. I did warn, maybe I didn't. Obviously, if there's a power cut at home due to winds or anything like that, remember, the stream will stop. There's nothing I can do about it. If you get an abrupt ending, I do apologize. It's not what we're going to be aiming for, but if it happens, it happens.

00:24:18

3401 lineable, we won't be able to wait. Letting us know when we're ready.

00:24:31

Sas got there. Now, remember, we're over the mountain side, so this road is much busier than where we normally stream from.

00:25:00

3, 1, Bravo. You need the taxi, Echo 1, left turn, Fox 1, and hold short of link 2.

00:25:07

Echo 1, Fox 5, short of link 2. We can name in 3, 1, Bravo.

00:25:11

If you're watching, do make sure you press the L, like button for me.

00:25:21

Fraction 4, 3, 8, go. You can add traction in the fast crowd out of route, out of hold short of link 6.

00:25:26

One second, Fox.

00:25:30

Scandinavian 4, 0 winded 200, 12, max 3, 4, runway 1, 6, clear, take up the site.

00:25:38

I take over the 1, 3, 4, 1, 5, 5.

00:25:41

Delta, 3, 2, 9, 1, Scandinavian, 0, sub, 1, 3, and 4, winded 200, 12, 3, max 3, 4.

00:25:48

I'm going to cross, I'm sorry.

00:25:50

London, 4, 0, 1, winded 200, 12, 3, max 3, 4, runway 1, 6, clear, take up.

00:25:54

Delta, 4, 10, 6, 1,1.

00:25:56

Scandinavian, 2, Bravo, content. The 1, 2, We weren't going to get the Waukey anyway.

00:26:12

Too far away. Is it even a Waukey today? No, it's not.

00:26:23

No.

00:26:35

I think I heard a gemstone clear to land, so that's going to be an ATR coming in.

00:26:53

Michael Colhan, morning from Murcia. Joel, obviously, when they're on runway 16, there's a knock-on effect to arrivals and departures. They're put into a holding pattern, either over North County, Dublin or over Wicklow. They're the two holds for Dublin Airport. Obviously, they have regulation arrivals, which is a max of 20 per hour. Now, sometimes that could be for both, so a max of 20 arrivals or departures per hour. It depends on the situation. I haven't heard anything. I didn't see anything come up about regulation arrivals in place. But with the queue of outbound they have, they obviously have to stagger the arrivals. They'll put them into holds and clear them in sequence.

00:28:01

Next is FAAV. Do keep in mind the level of zoom I'm having to use and I'm on the roof of the van, so the little bit of shake is going to be inevitable.

00:28:35

I do apologize.

00:28:45

Faav had a bit of a battle there with the wind, but made it down. Council, 3, 2,9,1. Lever, Mike 1, and then 8,2,1.

00:29:10

Stop, God, enter. Mike 1,4,4,4,2,2,3,3,4. Council, 3,2,9,1. Lever, Mike 1,4,4,4,4,2,3,4.

00:29:13

Why do you think I'm not following it?

00:29:28

Richard, chat later.

00:29:36

9, 9, Echo, God. The wind is 200, it's 26, I'm on 36, when we're on 200, take up, bye-bye. Take off, take off, take off.

00:29:42

We obviously have some form of a spill over here because the sweeper has been doing its thing for the in the last few minutes.

00:30:04

Little ballet with the airside ops vehicle. Power on while still turned. Did you see that? Wow. Power sliding the turn onto the runway. I like it.

00:30:32

Rader 8, Rader 8. The wind is 200, but 24 with a max of 36. One more one, six. Here at Lange.

00:30:46

Rader 6, good at Rader 8, Rader 8.

00:31:00

We're getting some great noise as they climb over us as well. Luftie next, 319 from Munich, says Eido. Again, folks, thanks for joining me. I did obviously get that start a little bit earlier when I saw Runway 16 in use. Very rare nowadays, maybe twice in the last, I'd say six months or so, if even. And that was middle of the night stuff. It wasn't during the day. The last time 16 was used for any length of time during the day was when Casey Rallying Plains was here for Storm Ashley.

00:32:02

Dublin Tower, hello. This is the one 5. Yes, sir. I understand.

00:32:09

00:32:28

00:34:24

Fox, we're going to watch what the fuller is on.

00:34:27

I'm not with you. The Sun's the wind starting in the picture of the wind as it is. 2107, 936, 4116, So next is our Luft.

00:35:15

I just heard it, clear to land.

00:35:30

Brian, how do?

00:35:42

I'm George. Morning. Keeping my phone as sheltered as I can. The last time I had it out in the rain, the water on the screen just started banning random people, if you remember. So Either that or it was Ruby, and she just blamed me.

00:36:19

Riner 7, Juliet. We see a low line up on my one-sixam weight.

00:36:23

Riner 7, wait. We're waiting for the weight is the one-sixam driver.

00:36:46

Tanza, one tardy picture, a becage, Echo one, box one.

00:37:42

Xlt, see where that van is over there. All right. You can spot from there if you want to watch them land on top of you. That was the truck that was behind the Ryanair as I was speaking. Go past the parking space for the parking space. There's enough parking for two or three cars over there on that roundabout, and you can stand under the ILS.

00:38:11

20012392, take one way one, make it through the land.

00:38:30

Duncan, morning to you.

00:38:37

I'm Reuben Press, 1881. Hello, continues. You are number 2. The wind is 200936, and There's a lot of rugby on the runway in the second.

00:38:46

Now, your phone's going away again. Rains just got that a little bit heavier. So I'm not ignoring you. It's protecting me, phone.

00:38:51

I'm going to take a remember to make it very low, really.

00:38:59

Someone's on CDG behind rugby.

00:39:29

The Q5 from November 4, on to runway 16, and report runway 18.

00:39:53

Oh. When I turn on my phone, there should be a copious amount of oof emojis for that one.

00:40:25

Patrick, thank you very much. Then on the long side of the camera cross, the rain will be really good. Welcome, brother.

00:40:43

Runway inspection taking place before the Malta departs.

00:40:53

One of the Mike contact right north, the one-two side.

00:40:59

Graham, you nearly became a victim of the rain. Phone trying to ban you. Well, if you had a slip disk, I'd imagine it's realigned after that one. Look, end of the day, they wouldn't have even attempted to land if it It wasn't safe there. I know it looked hard from out here, but I imagine they knew what they were doing.

00:41:37

Continue the approach. There's debris on the runway. Very late landing clearance.

00:41:42

Debray on the runway? Very late landing clearance for the approaching aircraft. Let's see what's happening. Has it?

00:41:57

Everest Express 188, 100. It's No, I'm not going to have to wait for the last body.

00:42:02

I have a friend, my name is one. So, Rish, 1,5, be came to the 7.

00:42:09

Okay, Rish, 1,5, for sure. I'm going to take a back to Rish, 1,6.

00:42:13

Roger, 1,3, compared to ground 1. I have a friend, 1,8,1.

00:42:17

He's gone around. He was there at the moment, 3,3, probably 1,6, scared of.

00:42:22

I have a friend, 1,8,1, going around. Do you, Rish, your friend, your friend, your friend, your friend.

00:42:33

Iberia saying they experienced wind share going around. Eido, that power is turned on today. They were already informed they were going to get a late landing clearance as the debris been removed from the runway. Deborah.

00:43:19

Delta River, 7181. Continue with a standard business approach. Of course, the Delta is being zero.

00:43:29

It's a bit late, but anyway.

00:43:37

You're on the third aircraft. No, I said it already. There.

00:43:50

If you're ready, contact later, please. 132, 5, Eitho, so they're on a single runway operations.

00:44:34

Normally, there's two runways, so arrivals and departures don't affect each other. But this morning, because they're on runway 16, you're slower to get cleared.

But the amount of people down below me taking pictures of me, not realizing I can see them.

00:53:52

The Delta that diverted in yesterday, I believe Sean's Aviation on Twitter said it was due to a smell in the cabin that was making the crew sick. Landed safely here in Dublin, but it's still parked here. I'm just there. I don't know whether the United that was here has left. There was the United triple seven stranded here after going tech, and that's the Linden C 130 was in for during the week, bringing parts in for the triple seven.

00:59:20

7603, you will be on the way.

00:59:22

Again, folks, I know it's windy. You can see that they're obviously having to battle the crosswind. 7703, you will be on the way.

00:59:28

Again, folks, I know it's windy. You can see that they're obviously having to battle the crosswind.

00:59:28

7703, you will be on the way. I'm Anderson. Welcome to the Spotters Club. Thank you. Again, remember, I'm not ignoring you. The phone's in my pocket because of the rain. Lorna, how do? I know it's windy. It looks dramatic, but the reality is these pilots are as cool as can be, sat behind the controls of these aircraft. They've done this countless times in real life and in sims.

01:00:00

We're all like, oh my God, they're just like, yeah, wind. Yeah.

01:00:34

We say it every time the weather is like this, the overriding thing is safety. They're not going to do anything that's not safe or that they think is not safe.

01:01:01

When the rain eases off, I will be able to follow them a little bit more, but at the moment, I just don't want the rain coming in on top of the lens.

01:01:21

Emperor would only be too happy to see. Lens clot out to play. Steve Mac, how do? Gerry Keenan. Anthony. Sandra, I am on the roof of Dubban, but as I said, I'm over at the mound here, so I have the shelter of a load of trees and bushes behind me, so I actually can't feel the wind at all. Whereas if I was on the pillars, I'd be getting thrown around the place. I could have used the mound, but it's like a slip and slide. With the rain that's been overnight there, the muck is just horrendous. So opted for dub roof. But again, Sandra, don't worry. If it gets to the point where I can't stand here or it's not safe to, I won't. But they're saying 41 not gust at the moment. I can feel absolutely none of that because of the... There's an embankment behind me with trees and bushes, and it's providing great cover from the wind. I'm on the left, on the box, in our short lane 6. I'm on the left, on the box, in our short lane 6. That was a sell, very good. That was a sell, very good.

01:03:00

Colin, love the ATR approach. And don't tell us when you're almost ready to shut down.

01:28:05

I'm going to have a question. I think I want to take no problem.

01:28:08

I'll just like my voice instead of one second.

01:28:31

Lufty next again.

01:28:41

Shemex 60, Rotex.

01:28:42

Herb Lange somewhere. Gillian, welcome. Another two aircraft in the hold off the Coast of Skerries.

01:28:54

Shemex 60, Rotex. It's two degrees more so than Alta, 3903, runway 60 for Skerries.

01:29:00

Eido, are you serious? Has he really canceled? Sorry, I know that was about 30, 45 minutes ago that you said that, but has he genuinely

01:30:19

canceled? Oh, yeah, sorry. Remember, my phone was in my pocket, yeah. Okay. 1,5, 8, 1,2, 1,2, and off, maximum, 2, minimum, 1,3, not, runway, 1,6, here to take up the way.

01:30:56

Roger, call.

01:30:57

Ryanair 4, 6, November fifth, good morning. Line up, January first, please.

01:31:02

Good morning, which is the reason? I'm in the right inforce, November fifth.

01:31:05

I'm in the right inforce, November fifth, please. Line up and report when you're ready.

01:31:10

I'm ready now, right inforce, please.

01:31:11

I am in the right inforce, November fifth. So It looks like they're using this chance to clear the queue of departures.

01:32:10

Eight in hold with two turning on to final. Lufty and EIDF from Brussels.

01:32:23

Miriam, hello to you and your father, Patty. I'm on the fifth of the fifth of the ninth. The approach was Q1, 0 degrees, 2,0, and I can see 3,2, then I'm on the first street.

01:33:31

Graham, thank you very much. Darren, how do. The diverted Delta from yesterday is still over on the West Apric, yeah, the A330.

01:34:12

Wind track 2000, two train and a half, maximum three three, and I'm on the Over there.

01:34:29

The Delta that's in the departure queue is just the normal daily routine. I saw you. Where are you going? The bunny is there somewhere.

01:35:16

So now, we're going to need to approach when Q1 is due to group Q3 not, my friend, three, three, and then after.

01:35:22

We're going to show them to pick up.

01:35:24

Final five, six off, special lineup, runway, one, six. Don't sound your five company with a kid, Echo 1.

01:36:01

Thank you.

01:36:02

I'm going to be in charge, please. Echo 1, Echo 2, Echo 5, taxi. We have to keep I understand. I'm not going to find that five, but I'm going to see, I'm not going to find that box one, we'll short link two.

01:36:26

From Brava to... From three, I'm the one who short, I think two %.

01:36:32

Thanks very much. Thank you. And I'm not going to find that five, but I'm not going to share them with the 10 times as fast as one.

01:36:39

I'm going to save it for take-off in case you're wondering. Yeah, it was actually. I was No plans for a third terminal at this stage. The talk of Terminal 3 is by a private business group who own land in behind the ATC tower there.

01:37:40

Schamoff 6, Alta, talk of wind, C1, 0 degrees, zero, and off, one, two, three, minimum one, two, runway one, six, here to the bagel, please.

01:37:58

Casey, KL74 has been officially click baited. John Kelly Cruise, how do. Again, remember, intermittent use of my phone due to the rain in between aircraft. I'm keeping it in my pocket other than that. Eidf, I believe, Adrienne said this was.

01:39:05

Papa, hello. Ryan, at Runway 16. Hello. Hello, line up runway, 1, 6.

01:39:12

Hello, tell me your name, 6, 30.

01:39:14

Scandinavian 6, 0, Kilo. Hello, you approach, 202, 1008, picking up, 1,3, 3, then at 1. Okay, then.

01:39:22

Kl, if you have a look online as well, there's a private business group looking to open a second international airport on land they've bought in Arklow, or near enough to Arklow. Dave Martin says, 'Eirlingus should definitely have an A321 or 320 in the '70s, '80s white Shamrock shades of green. The best 'Eirlingus livery. Dave Martin, no relation. I don't know. Is it?

01:40:14

No money for Terminal 3.

01:40:24

They've spent it all on the new mascot. Yeah. I think their aim first and foremost is to get the current terminals and runways up to the capacity they're capable of before they were ever going to consider any terminal

01:41:16

expansion. No, maybe distant cousins. Nail by light.

01:42:46

Good morning.

01:42:57

You can see the approach to number one, to come to the west.

01:42:59

We're going to see the wind check of two, two, two, two, two Runway, runway 169, 8, Riner 8, November 12, 6, morning.

01:43:13

Riner, from 8, 16.

01:43:14

Riner, point, runway 16. Riner 8, Riner.

01:43:16

It's going to be heavy break in here because this runway is shorter. No? Yes, 164, though. Yes.

01:43:37

22, 0.

01:43:38

Okay, just double.

01:43:42

Got a 3,4, down. Yeah. 3,0. 3,2, still.

01:43:43

Got maybe a six-year-old kilogram. So 3,4 won't be used at all because that's arriving from behind me, which means they'd be arriving with a tailwind.

01:44:03

One, six is the current operational runway because that gives a headwind. There you go.

01:44:09

The Navy 6,0. Kilometer. Taxi, % of the contact, 1,1,1,8.

01:44:15

Gilly P.

01:44:20

Welcome.

01:44:22

Kl, I just seen your comment there about 5: 00 AM.

01:44:30

I imagine that's more to do with the wind direction than anything else.

01:44:37

Because North Runway, I know, I work in the airport, is never used.

01:44:53

The earliest I've seen it go into use is five to seven. In the exception where this The runway over this side is non-operational. There's been times where, obviously, the North Runway is the only runway, but it doesn't start until 5: 00 to seven.

01:45:10

Wow.

01:45:15

That doesn't mean their flight plans don't bring them over the top of you. You have three runways, Jake, the two main north and south, and then the one they're on at the moment, the crosswind runway, 1634. In normal operations, you're either on two eights or one zeros. With the crosswind today, they're operating in 16. If the wind was coming straight at me as opposed to from behind me, they'd be using three, four, so they'd be coming in over the city nearly. Xlt says LRH is next.

01:46:44

There was a 60-year-old driver, the line is on A16. I know, A16. I'm not going to go back. Imagine being, sorry, the driver is driving But imagine being in town and a random tree turtle just pops overhead.

01:47:18

Yeah, I know. Contact, very good. 1,2,1, that's 1,8,5. 1,28, Charles, 5,2,3, good. 1,2,6,4, Bravo. We can take 2,1,08, please. 3: 00 when they want to take everything up.

01:47:34

Yeah, no, I agree with you.

01:47:56

I'm Their plan was always to be able to use both runways, not have to segregate. So at the moment, with the passenger cap, there's no need to run concurrently You know what I mean? As in like they run arrivals on both runways. They segregate at the moment, one for arrivals, one for departures. But the plan was always to run both parallel. The alarm will be one six times on the O-M-G. Welcome. Farmer. How do. Correct. That's what they did. They haven't got approval for parallel ops yet.

01:49:31

We check 200 degrees, 200, maximum report.

01:50:01

I'm going to do my thank you.

01:50:10

Good morning, good to see you. The approach to show you number one, talk to track one. We can check to one, zero, three, two, zero, five. Zero, five. Just on 6, six, six, eight, from the... The main character, the five, four, and the one, six, JMP, 905, have a date, be back to, Mike 1, and then, Busta, energy, please.

01:50:48

Take 8, Mike 1, bus 5, energy, gents. We're on bus, come back. Gents, 6, 15, 7, 2, 2, 1, duty, 2, 3, 9, 3, 0, remain 1, 6, 0, be take up. Under those. Take up.

01:51:04

There's our queue of departures.

01:52:13

Farmer, thankfully, rain clearing here, too. Adrian says, Still six aircraft in holding patterns, with three turning onto final.

01:52:39

Emirates now number two to land.

01:53:14

Emirates Revenable 5, line of service, number 6.

01:53:39

Line of service, number 1, 6, 045.

01:53:44

Reina, one, good morning. Do you continue the approach, your number two, top start with a C2, 2,018,2,5,9,4,5. Continue for hotel one and then a bit of M2 on to...

01:54:03

Edward, how do? Contact, Greg, 125, 885, one, for dinner.

01:54:09

So 18 for two, and 125, 85. Thanks to your help, Reiner, for 192, man.

01:54:15

In for a little treat now. 767 straight at us. Yes, 4,5, 30 in, checking.

01:54:29

Delta heading back to JFK.

01:54:45

Spray time.

01:55:28

Glad I wore my headphones That one?

01:55:46

No. Emirates, triple.

01:55:54

Ek, 161, inbound from Dubai. That's the runway dried up. I imagine this next arrival is probably going to help as well. Sue, welcome.

01:56:20

I'm Claire Claire, R&R 448, sixth of the week. Full established, highland, Cueg.

01:56:25

R&r 428, thank you. I'm thinking you can hear the approach of shortly number one that we're coming to. Right, so I'll call you Wynch 8, 2108, Wynch 2 in the maximum street, please.

01:56:34

I'm thinking you can hear the approach, R&R 448, Cueg.

01:56:48

Ryanair 8, Mike 3, motor, 202 taxi, Roger. Lining up for page 16, be ready to take a long depression. 7, 8, 1, 6, 9, 8, 9, 6.

01:57:30

Can we take camera 2 for a bit more info?

01:57:32

We could have both very interesting, because echo one and then plus one. One, two, three, became the one that is echo one.

01:57:38

Echo one, two, three, one. Echo. Emerson, do you think you want to talk to us? Please contact Reem. The 121, that's my later line. The 121, that's my later line.

01:58:01

It's steady as a rock. 104, for a direction. Please check. It is the... We're doing it in two sides, max 3, 5, number, 16, so to that.

01:59:02

Turn down, 16, 204, for eight.

01:59:05

Okay, one more time. Hello, you're Carry number 7, 6, 7188, 2, 5, 5, whatever. You're walking right here.

01:59:22

Yes, sir.

01:59:29

Henry, thank you very much. Billy Q. Watching in bed. That's the way to do it. Wish I could do that. Could I stream from bed? No, no. Different channel channel.

02:00:13

Ryanair, Four, make up Ryanair, runway, one, take.

02:00:20

Ryanair, runway, runway, one, take. Ryanair, row, four, Reveng. Reveng, ready to take a row in front. Ryanair, Four, break, back, six.

02:00:33

Mike, one, next turn, truck, set, hitter.

02:00:35

Mike, one, truck, seven, eight. Frank, how do? As you know, I don't usually use this side of the airport at all because of the road. But unfortunately, we've been on one six today. It's the only spot I could use.

02:01:01

There may be a chance in the next little while they could switch to the two eight, but we're still in position for that, thankfully.

02:01:12

Jack, they're not using the North Runway, they're using Crosswind Runway. Runway 16. Matt, yeah, that's where we wear for Storm Kathleen when I broke the HDMI. We don't talk about that. I broke the HDMI cable over there while we were streaming, if you remember. So they'd be directly landing above your head on that roundabout. The only problem is you can't get any height above the fence.

02:02:59

The British Airways there has been told, Line up and be prepared for a rolling departure.

02:03:17

Big queue of departure still sitting on the ground here.

02:03:31

Hello. Echo one and a clock to one two three, location on eight.

02:03:37

Echo one, box five, my name is.

02:03:46

Yohsi, so it's all wind direction. At the moment, there's your wind direction, blown towards the skinny end of the SOC. If they were using either of the north or south runway, it would be a complete crosswind, whereas in this configuration for runway 16, it's still somewhat of a crosswind, but more headwind-based, which is exactly what they need for takeoff and departure. If they. Rob, how do? Sanfran on the way in to land. Okay dokey. That's an A330. British Airways, back to heatrop.

02:05:15

960. Good morning. You can see the approach. You are number 2. The wind check is 220 degrees, 25932. We'll be tracking the right time.

02:05:23

You can hear there, ATC is given the wind coming from 220 degrees. When we started, it was a 180 degrees, which was almost ideal for this runway, 16. If it continues to shift more, they may switch to 28. Then this Southern runway will become arrivals, and North runway will become departages again. So, 5, 5, 10, go. Line up on 8, 16, grade, make a one, Roger. Roger. Line up, one, runway, 16, 8, Mary, 10, last week, five, often, here.

02:06:00

Be prepared now for when Adrian does his superpower because it's inevitable, boobel..

02:06:37

Sorry, Bravo 2.

02:06:38

I just have to show him real, Catherine. Halingas, retro.

02:06:40

I have to practice that with DJ better, so if Bravo 2 is not good for me, then I go with 2. Here we go. Sorry, Bravo 2. I'll just have to show him real, Catherine. Halingas, retro. I have to practice that with DJ better, so if Bravo 2 is not good for me, then I go with 2. Here we go. David, we've discussed this a lot.

02:06:53

Obviously, there's more 737s landing here, so the chances of seeing a harder landing is higher.

02:07:00

Can you take on the max?

02:07:01

Because they don't have my one-six, share my five on time.

02:07:03

They also, the max in particular, have a faster approach speed than the A3 320s.

02:07:22

Can we get the one-way light to look up, please? Okay, wait a minute.

02:07:27

Ei, DVM, Eilingus Retro 20. Inspirational, divine, virtuous, majestic, retro, with the cool bottom nose.

02:07:41

Come at 9: 06, assessment. Take 2: 20, degrees 2,5,932. 6, 7, 8.

02:07:46

That one was so long.

02:07:48

Yeah.

02:08:00

As is typical, my phone chat was frozen.

02:08:42

Apologies.

02:09:10

And the EFOP Alpha 6050 expect to cross 16 after landing traffic.

02:09:21

The EFOP Alpha 2050 expect to cross 116 after landing traffic. The EFOP Alpha 2050 expect to cross 116 after landing traffic.

02:09:25

Where the 133 The 747 is due here on Tuesday.

02:10:05

Apparently. Okay. No timing yet.

02:10:10

The 111 205. Just to confirm it's hot dog. You're not enough.

02:10:14

Outer, please. Continuing the outer to ensure the link's fixed. Roger. Continue the outer. 1,2,3,4,5,6.

02:10:23

Philip, how do?

02:10:25

The only one's being taken. I'm going to call the lead that traffic.

02:10:27

Yes, it's apart.

02:10:30

Dave, how are you? The player was screaming by the windage 220 at 34 with a maximum 3,5,1,1,1,6. Caramedia, pick up.

02:10:53

Caramedia, take off. Sierra, medium, take off. The player, 1,2,1. 1,910.

02:11:02

1,910. Hold short, 5,1,8. Gilling, 132, continue, round the goal. 1,3,0, as before, master, 3,5.

02:11:12

02:11:56

Revealing 132, Dexter, 122, 012, 3, 9, 3, 5, runway 16, your last.

02:12:13

Go that route, 132, Dave.

02:12:18

Yeah. All good. A little bit soggy to start, but it has improved since.

02:12:23

I don't want to get back out of your number 2. Continue to the windows. 220824, maximum 35. And I am traffic to the park.

02:12:30

Another one.

02:13:01

792, Echo 5, Norema 4, Lining up on my one-six, and wait.

02:13:05

Lining up on my four, Lining up on my four, Lining up on my six, Lining up on my six, Lining up on my six.

02:13:08

Actually, Dave.

02:13:22

Oh, thank you. Actually, there's three. For whatever reason. Is our queue of departures building all the time?

02:13:54

7,9,2,f. The wind is 2,0.

02:13:55

John, thank you very much.

02:13:56

After you find my street time, number one, 1,2,3,4,2, on the right. Perfect.

02:13:59

Hey, hey, camera, back to yellow.

02:14:03

Sorry, sorry, sorry.

02:14:07

1,8,8,8,8, Yes, be great.

02:14:26

Deirdre, I imagine they've done it that many times, both in real life and training. They probably don't think anything of it. We're more excited for it than they are, probably.

02:14:40

Right now, we need to East, I guess. You see zero, two, four, maximum, three, five, probably one-six, cleared along.

02:14:46

It's on a one-six, then a one-eight, committed.

02:15:00

Jen Sun, welcome. I said it earlier, and I've said it before, Jordan, these wind events. We all think it must be mad hectic for them, but I imagine they're as cool as can be. Just another day at the office thing. There was one, I think Jordan Stone. Ashley.

02:15:37

Yeah, it's 2: 00, 3: 04, but a maximum of three.

02:15:44

The AC rallying planes, Brian was here and he was live and he had the ATC on. You could hear the Ryanair pilots obviously left their transmit button on and they were cheering themselves for the landing. Other than that, we've never really heard anything. There's a Delta A330 on the ground over on the West Apric. That's the one that came in technical yesterday. I imagine they've brought in another for replacement. But we will have seen three this morning.

02:16:30

Scandinavian five of those. Wonderful wind. Fixed, activated, two, six. Come on, pick nine, and three for turning. In fact, that's down, four, one, seven. That's what makes me sure. That's what makes me sure. That's what makes me There's the diverted Delta A330 from yesterday.

02:17:09

I said it earlier, Sean posted that they reported a smell in the cabin that was making the crew sick, so they turned back over the Atlantic and landed here. John says, Three deltas, New York, Boston, and Atlanta.

02:17:31

There was a two, two, zero, was two, six, with a maximum of three, five, well, with one, six, clear media paper.

02:17:37

One, eight, seven, eight.

02:17:39

One, eight, back, actually. Short, link two, and contact, round the one, two, one, delta, link.

02:17:43

Link two, one, one, eight, six, six.

02:17:51

Come on, 6,9, action, 6,2,1,6,2,2,2,2,3,4,4,4,4, Dope hair doing his thing.

02:18:47

Heraldo in Brazil. Welcome back. Did they get the smell away? Well, it's still sat there, so don't know what the story I imagine it'll be tomorrow before you have engineers and techs in to make sure everything's good.

02:19:11

That review will be done.

02:19:18

You're in for 6 minutes, 6,064 with a maximum three, five, and nine traffic to depart. We're coming back to get to the point. It's a hundred and fifty-doubts. Romeo 6, Romeo Junior, down line of Romeo 6, right in this position. Romeo 6, Romeo.

02:19:43

Which one is?

02:19:52

Revenue two, from Papa, one cross, runway 164, when we vacated.

02:19:57

From Papa, one, approved to cross, one six, three, four I'll call you again in rest of you.

02:20:04

Dermot 6, 9, X3, making Bravo to Tidal, for all the way down to 17.

02:20:10

Bravo to, then goes to, forward to 7, Dermot 6, 9, X3.

02:20:22

Dermot 6, 9, X3, vacate. Travel two, Tango, forward, 17. Revenue, 6,9, X3, vacate. Revenue, 6,9, X3, vacate.

02:20:24

Revenue, 6,9, X3, David, I absolutely agree with you. I said that It's a good of a day as well. If you're a nervous flyer, watch this and you'll see, no matter what the conditions, everything is still done safely.

02:20:37

Three, five, one, one, two, six. Here, take off by eight. Thank you. Thank you for that. Back to you, one down, one eight.

02:20:45

One, two, one, down, five, rescue.

02:20:46

If it's not safe to put the plane on the ground, they won't.

02:21:00

We saw it on Thursday with the number of ATRs on missed approaches and winds out of their limits.

02:21:13

They all diverted to either Belfast or UK airports. Some came in on approach but didn't even attempt to land. The wind was too much. So made the safety call, went somewhere else.

02:21:30

I can give it that little bit more of a turn now that the rain has stopped.

02:21:53

Ford, how do? Adrien's back.

02:22:03

When you are zero, as you think, my three.

02:22:12

Looks like a little... Is it a Pilates, I think? I haven't looked, but just the flashy lights reminds me of a Pilates. I don't know. Sideways.

02:22:53

20210, 36, max 36.

02:23:00

Look how sorry the is that is. 599, go fully established.

02:23:06

That's 999, 419.

02:23:07

599, that's a opinion of a family to work in a way to be 519. See you, very trusty, my man. Chama from 05, line up on 06, an expiration.

02:23:35

Nicely done.

02:23:40

Riner 7, 5, by 9: 30. We'll continue to approach that heavy target There are two on two Delta road, the end then it's Echo one, correction. Yeah, ECHO 1, SPAX 11 short, link two extra, I think. Hating.

02:23:58

Echo one, box one, then there are two on two Delta.

02:24:09

Imagine there was a point on that where the passenger was was was there, two on two Delta. Imagine there was a point on that where the passenger was there, two on two Delta.

02:24:15

And see the runway.

02:24:30

Last year, I landed in Inverness on a day like this. Everyone cheered when we landed. Someone They messaged me during the week. Their mother was on one of the ATRs on Thursday, and they had two missed approaches and then diverted, I believe. Obviously, they were doing their best to tell their mother it was all right, but I think the mother was terrified. The crosswind here Thursday was 35 odd knots, and they didn't use 1. 6, so We're coming in on the two eights as normal.

02:33:25

We can take that Delta 155.

02:33:26

As well as Other, obviously, aircraft safety and emergencies. There's also a domestic for any illnesses or accidents in the terminal. That's what that ambulance is probably for. Or someone has taken ill, maybe, while sitting waiting to depart, you wouldn't know. Little bunny running around in the bottom of your picture. Give me 2 seconds to check something here. 02:35:49

What you're hearing on the radio there is the air traffic controller asking the aircraft if they're happy with the current wind conditions because the wind has shifted. Basically, she has to ask each one if they're happy to depart in the current conditions. If they get to the point where the pilots start saying no or not doing it. That's when we'll see a switch to two eight. We'll have arrivals coming from our right-hand side here.

02:36:23

You're able to park either to a right or to the left.

02:36:30

You've heard there.

02:36:38

02:40:25

Safe and sound in the front of the van below me with a microphone beside it. Silla? God, no.

02:41:24

Ask. How do?

02:41:26

I think everyone goes through that ask, but you can overdo it sometimes, and you get to the point where you're just...

02:41:41

Visibility dropping as this Sherrill passes over. But it does look like it's going to be a Sherrill. We'll move on.

02:41:55

Yes, it's the pilot's decision. It's a Raleigh, it's a E6 unit, Charlie.

02:42:03

How can I confirm the frequency, please?

02:42:06

02:42:23

Why not 1,2,5, just for 8,8,5?

02:42:28

Copy that, 8,5. Thanks, Rana, 86, 6,8, Charlie. Chou. We're on the tail, Rana, 8,8, 6,0. We're going to publish the last one.

02:42:36

Rana, 3, if it's your will, I'll continue. You are number one now. The wind is 2,0, at 2,5, max 3,3. Traffic ahead in the So there is a missed approach, but we can't see it.

02:42:49

They didn't even... Looks like they changed their mind completely before they got anyway near us. There it is.

02:42:58

Atr.

02:42:59

I'm still going back.

02:43:00

In the cloud, unfortunately. Deirdre, never a bad question, especially when none of us are experts in this area. It's always good to learn and see what's going on.

02:43:57

Again, I'm going to get you two light whiskey.

02:44:00

Go ahead.

02:44:01

Okay. I'm going to have to answer again. The wind is 230 at 249. 3. 3. You won't be able to part of this name either, confirm?

02:44:09

We're on the 203 03, so we can't let the car off the lane.

02:44:14

Okay, from 23 up, you can depart off your lane.

02:44:18

Okay.

02:44:18

I think the plan is to go to change your way pretty soon, but I will get back to you.

02:44:24

There you go. Okay. Thank you. Atc, confirm. They're going to move to the 2, 8, fairly quickly. 33, runway Here the land.

02:44:31

We're going to have close-up landings here in front of us.

02:44:56

Was there. Was it going? The hair's gone mad running around this side. Sounds like that Ryanair has gone around as well, has it? I can't see, obviously, because they didn't come out of the cloud, but it does sound like... V1 and road... No. Rto, rejected takeoff. No, it hasn't. No. So what was I hearing overhead?

02:45:57

There's no such a thing as 'same' German, ticket, one low, continuing, number two.

02:46:02

The wind is 230, 23, and they're stepping traffic to depart.

02:46:08

Lots of aircraft circling. I'm Dermy. Thank you very much. Like I said, I'm not ignoring your comments. I do have my phone in my pocket because of the rain currently. I don't want to destroy my phone by trying to read comments in the rain.

02:46:46

Delta 155, down on 168.

02:46:51

Lining up for a 168, down on 155.

02:47:01

So the Delta is going to depart here on 16 in front of me.

02:47:12

Delta Delta, Delta, Delta, Delta, Given the wind conditions, expect this to be loud.

02:47:46

I'm not going to bother turning down the microphone. It might catch a little bit of clipping, but I imagine they're going to be pushing this one with the wind change.

02:48:00

Deltia, find 5.

02:48:05

Irish Homestead. Welcome. Steve, 90. Yes, Steve, we heard that there that they're going to flip to the two eights.

02:48:19

Fine, air. See if the computer is on the ground at 1 to 1. 8.

02:48:22

1. 8, sorry. 9,8. 8,00. Thank you.

02:48:40

Bye. I'm waiting for it.

02:49:19

It's very good riding, of course, around. Poor Pilates doing laps.

02:49:23

Obviously, forgot their shoes for PE being made rum. I know seven. I'm only expect half the week of during the day, here on the right. Direct it.

02:49:29

Mia Charlotte.

02:49:43

Welcome along. Adrian was saying he's hoping to be able to see the Qatar from home, but the cloud base is too low. As you can see here, Adrian, it's quite bad here still. It's fine, There's always a bus or a truck, isn't there? Yeah. Got to know what people are waiting in, Cilica.

02:51:06

Teller 212, Runway 3-4 and they came at 3-4 and a bike to get you out of a flight of taxi. Tom, how do? Tom and Dreamweaver had their stream from Denver yesterday. 6-8-1, go to the end at 1: 15. Go on, Fox, on the holding to Shamrock 681.

02:51:55

9,7, on the back-end sign of their traffic package, and they will be giving your right side.

02:52:13

Copy that, Reina, 10, road away. They're out there, ready to hit their eye, like that. 9,7, Victor D, malo, 15, on the 1,2, 3,0, and 10,1 for the maximum of three,4 at traffic, Ruta sent me a message going she regrets her decisions.

02:52:57

Apparently, New Look are obviously closing and there's a sail on in Blanchardstown and she went to see suss out the sail and Apparently, the queue was a kilometer long.

02:53:27

Could have warned you about that one. There's our SOX situation. You can see the change in direction. Shower has passed, thankfully, yes. Not as bad as it was. Should clear up a little bit now. The Pilates is due out to Cardiff now. Must have slowed down to let people tuck and roll and it's back out again.

02:54:26

Like a housefly bouncing around till it finds an exit. From November 4, line up on the one-six away. One-six away, two. Four to three times. So three, one, Julia. The wind is two three zero of one-eight minus three, four, and this track climbing up. Copy. That's great. Thank you.

02:55:17

Tap, Embraer, lining up back to Lisbon. All aircraft are taxiing to 208 right.

02:55:31

All aircraft are taxiing to 208 right. Al, got to my dad's house.

02:55:44

What are you watching?

02:55:48

An hour later, we're still watching, and now we're subscribed. Thank you very much.

02:56:02

Windus 23, now at 2: 00, 9: 34. We are going now on the go. So 312, name, Alpha, copied out.

02:56:24

Sending traffic information to you. Every hour, as my image now, on runway 16, just past you.

02:56:41

End of runway 12.

02:56:45

Roger. Etr, go around by the sounds of things.

02:56:54

I'm on cloud zero, Victor.

02:56:58

Call the name, please, for departure and traffic overheads in the middle of the country. I'm on cloud zero, Victor.

02:57:18

I'm waiting to see, can I see it?

02:57:27

Cloud base is quite low, so they may be too high for me to catch them at all. There it is. So early missed approach for the ATR. Roger, one moment. No, it's not good. I don't want to lose the one. Roger, one. Romeo kilo, ready to take a finesse approach. 53, 0 degrees, 180 on the track. Clouding not playing ball with me, huh? Ryanair, turning. Obviously going to go 2-8. Adrian saying that is the second missed approach for that ATR. Ryanair from Riga is going to land on one six. I could have went the other side this morning, and that's what I was thinking about, to get them landing overhead almost. But if they switched to two eights, I was going to be completely out of position. That's why I chose to come here today, plus to use the embankment behind me as shelter for the wind.

02:59:59

Because I wouldn't normally come this side.

03:00:06

I'm normally stood way down here, along that road down there. See, can we see? There's our debris on the fence that we're always talking about. I would normally get two, eight arrivals or one, zero departures from down there, away away from the noisy road. Radeck, my name is Paul. No. Crosenest. Hello from Shannon. The bad weather has passed for now and the sun is out. Nice. Steve, do you mind if you take that? Okay, just to okay. It's 6003, one on 127, then 13. Yeah, we'll take that.

03:01:38

Okay, that's what you'd like to see, just come by. Steve, 90 saying, two more to take off. Yes, Sander. Abbe Holder in Tom Cruise style. We need a C 130 for that, don't we?

03:02:14

Was it a C 130 or was it a A400 in the film? No. Michael, oh, yeah. No, it's grand.

03:02:33

You know, I always give out the road noise here.

03:02:44

It torments me.

03:02:46

That's the only thing, all the trucks and busses going by.

03:02:57

You and The Lindenair Cargo C 130 brought parts in for the stranded United triple seven and then departed back out to Detroit. I'm talking to Soling. We are going to be checking drop in. We will be site to make noise part.. Iceland there. 321 Meal.

03:03:45

T-f-i-a-a may be the first to land on 2: 8. Okay.

03:03:56

Doki. Sandra says, to be fair, the road noise hasn't been too bad today. I have the microphone pointed away from the road and I'm actually under my hood, believe it or not. Hello. Deirdre says, I'm down Wicklow Way, a lot of circle in above. So both holds the North County, Dublin and the Wicklow Holds being used, obviously. So ATC will calm down now a little bit as well, folks. We're going to have arrivals only on this side. We'll have half the scanner traffic as well. But it's still, if they are changing runways, they're changing to a full crosswind because they're going to be landing from right to left here. Microphone has been kennied. Absolutely. That's exactly what it is. That's what I look like. I'm sure there's a few people have taken pictures of me already. So I'm sure you'll find pictures of me on social media. The lunatic stood on the roof of his van. Can you please change on to 124, that's not 6: 06. What? Where are you going? So there you go. Atr has changed his mind completely.

03:07:04

Kerry Thank you very much.

03:07:10

Just as a truck goes by to absolutely ruin it. They have a little house there. That's obviously where our den is. They keep going, disappearing at that spot. Atr vacated and is turning back. We've gone from crosswind to two-way left arrivals. Aircraft are going to be approaching from our right-hand side now and landing directly in front of us. So while we've been here since 10, all aircraft have departed on one six, including the 3: 30s and the Delta 7: 6s. He's running for the flight so they don't forget him, look. Yeah, I see you. Well, there's a full on race on down here. Speed, wow. I'm just passing time while we're waiting for the first aircraft to approach now on two eight.

03:09:17

Kl says, ATR should be visible short final, 2: 8 left soon. No sign yet. Remember, we have a low cloud base, so it might take them that little bit longer to come into visit. He'll miss the flight by a hair. Now, slight adjustment needed of the tripod.

03:10:06

Just so I can see what's happening with the camera. Seymour, welcome back. Ursula, how do? This is the third attempt for this ATR. Now, in advance, the glare off the rain cover is hindering my visibility somewhat.

03:10:43

I can't take it off though because it's still raining.

03:10:54

Tower, Dr. Rona. I said 4,1, 6, final to inland. I said 4,1, 7, power. The afternoon, continue the approach, and on the 28 left here, number 2.

03:11:22

Wind is 220 degrees, once you're not adjusting, two, four. So I said 4,1, 6. Etr down on attempt three. Radec, we don't see them a lot. Actually, very rare, unless it's a diversion.

03:11:56

Sorry, I hit the camera that time with my shoulder. Sierra, and located in contact, London, 121, that's the police. Take care. I said 4,1, 6, 2,2,3,4,4,1, 6,2,2,3,4,4,4,4, The title of today's stream is Rare Runway. It should have been Hair Runway.

03:12:38

Deirdre, there is a huge, huge population of hares airside at Dublin Airport. They are protected as well.

03:12:57

Ursula says, Oh my God, I'm flying in one of them in June. Not looking forward to it, especially if it's windy.

03:13:19

You're better Obviously, you have more chances of having better weather in June, Ursula.

03:13:33

Let me know that the sun has come out behind me, let me know if things are too white, I can throw one stage of a filter on just to dim it down a little bit because that looks like it's too white to me.

03:14:18

That's what I'm doing. 7 knots, and we're going to travel too much out. That's what I'm doing. Cool.

03:14:36

Are you on normal? I can't hear anything. We're not. Declan. Hi Paul. Enjoying the coverage. My son is circling above Ryanair from Lisbon.

03:15:01

He's not looking forward to landing when seeing the weather reports. Smit, two brights. Standby. Here we go.

03:15:18

Let me know if that's fixed it.

03:15:26

Lts 55 low file, LAT2A. Lts 55, North 5, Europe.

03:15:36

Reven, case 05. Inclined Yeah, it's fine by itself. Dirdry reckons, strap a GoPro to one of the hares and livestreaming, that'd be class, wouldn't it? Two for... Farmer, that will show you, is it working? It should show you the current wind direction and strength in relation to the runway.. Inshallah Jibril, my star, Gini Pro, Gerund 8, U8 left.

03:17:29

You're now number one, within two users. We've got to the top, next to two, four.

03:17:45

Gini, break in, and Gini, Dr..

03:17:51

03:19:07

To me or not to we, Tom. Probably not a good idea while I'm on the roof of the van. You know? Yeah, myself and Will and John Walton have livestreamed from heatro and we had three 380s within three minutes of each other apart, like three minutes separations. It was class. Katie Larson says they're getting the XLO as well. That's correct. Charlie, eight months, man. We need to his left and speed one, six, you're on. Yeah, I'm sorry, I got to go nice, but he's 05. I don't see a van. We can get a contact on the phone. You got that's what I think. There's no employees there.

03:21:00

I'm very much in the place. She's there at 775. She's 14, not to jump. 6, runway 6, left, 9. Kata, Kata, 8, 5, 5, 5, 5. Kata, 8, 6, 9, Charlie, Kevin, Tower, the date. Caroll, Held, 2. With this, 2, 2, 0, the green, 14, not to jump, 8, 2, 6. Kata, Kata, 6, 9, Charlie, coming in. It's Ireland, of course. There's rain. Navy Jack. Alex says the queue of planes on the other side of the airport is huge.

03:22:24

Paul, the Finnaire A350 that came in the other day is in for painting. We had two of them in last summer as well for painting. Turnaround time was about two, two and a half weeks for each of them.

03:23:03

The same as the Virgin Atlantic A330 that came in In Virgin Atlantic colors.

03:23:17

And left in Ramos colors.

03:23:22

Ramos. Qatar Dreamliner in from Doha. Travel, you're from Yankee, 7, you're from Yankee, to Atlanta. Right, so you're from Yankee, Charles. Reporting to a correction. I'm soon to be in the approach. On the space 7, you're just now on number one. With this view, you will see one different on the justice music. You approach to Atlanta, you're from 75, Yankee.

03:24:25

Obviously, now someone on the Qatar gone chasing it. Bernard, how do? Calming down and brightening up now along the Foyle Valley.

03:24:47

Thanks for being here today, Bernard. You know I love it. I said it to the the Mods, will I do Saturday in the sunshine or Sunday in the rain? And they were like, Oh, do Saturday. I was like, But rain and wind. So It was almost pointless asking them because... But the plan was today to hand over to Dean at 2: 00.

03:25:53

Tom, thank you very much.

03:25:57

Jilly, you could put a saddle on that and enter it for the Grand National.

03:26:13

Hello, I'm the, and I'm here to get you back in six minutes.

03:26:27

I'm going to call you Domi Bar.

03:26:33

Hello, I'm the, and I'm here to get you back in your approach. Wind 2, 2, 0, 108. Dub spotter, now it came in two days ago, I think. Or possibly yesterday, I can't remember. But now it's already in. More rain starting. Anyone that's here frequently knows that's one of my favorite paint schemes right there. Steven, listening to the stream beside Great channel. Thanks, Steven. Hi, to 8 West. Wait for an info. We have a new mix. Tom, fair point. 7wb, the Internet, do, Mike Lange, do, 72, Chester, left, Raleigh. Hello, Ryan. Mike Lange, 6, approach. We're in zero degrees, 20 knots. We're on two, eight knots. Here, first, Raleigh. Take left, first, Raleigh.

03:28:34

Patricia, we'll chat you later on. Thank you for being here. Hope Helen is okay. One, quick high by all. Call. He loves weather for ducks. Work calls. See you later. One. Every time I lean down to pick something up, I eat my coffee. I keep hitting off the handle of the tripod. Sorry. Shredder head. You're welcome. Andy, New York.

03:29:36

Morning to you. So for those who are just joining, we were on Runway 16.

03:29:51

They've moved back to two eight now.

03:29:57

Hello, Ryan. 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9 Tom, correct.

03:30:10

United 7. Well, obviously, because we've seen it now, but yes, that was a 7. 5. I was reading there. We're going to have a United triple, a United 7. 5, and a United Dreamliner for the summer schedule. As well as the Delta 7,6 and a 330. Andrew.

03:31:00

I grew up in River Meath and 16 was the main runway when I was a kid. You remember 747's Air Linguis landing? That's where my love of planes came from. Feel old now. Join the club, join club with jackets. They're mostly always soaking wet from the rain. But yeah, we do have jackets. I was the same, Andrew. My grandfather, like I said, when the 16, where basically it was a crosswind runway, but I don't think it was...

03:32:21

Was it called 16? I don't think originally it was called 16, was it? There was the one runway which ran like the 16 route here across the runway, and my grandfather would park down here.

03:32:57

I can actually show you now.

03:33:04

I've told you this this long time. Down here, there's a little gateway behind those where where that tree is, wobbling there. He'd park there and open the side door of the van, and I just sit in the armchair in the side door of the van with the scanner listening to them all day long, taking off over me. Hello, this is your number two, Continuous Road, with 220 degrees, 169, 16.

03:34:16

Max 126, 116, now. Scalable. Yep. Great days. Watch on runway two, three. There you go. Andrew says, Yeah, we'll have three Air Canada's as well. Yeah, it's... The tech Delta 330 being towed, the one that diverted in yesterday. I said it there a couple of streams ago. There's someone online on the Dublin Airport movements and spotting group has put up a spreadsheet document. 42 transatlantic arrivals a day during the summer schedule this year.

03:35:33

From 04: 00 AM, right up until 02: 00 PM, by the looks of things.

03:35:48

Sorry, around half or 04: 00 AM is too early, isn't it?

03:36:00

Although they do pick up speed, so they do tend to arrive in somewhat earlier. But the scheduled arrivals are between half or 2: 00 PM. 42 of them a day, just trans-Atlantic. There is a day, Riner 4, Kumpal, by the established 5,5,8 left. Follow, Riner 4, Kumpal, by the road, number 2, continuum Road, sprint 23, 0.

03:37:00

3, now, 4,626. Very well, 6,000. European, hard today, and then established by 5,811. Hello, Ireland, from London. The number 2, continuum Road, sprint 23, 0. 3, now, 4,626. Very well, 6,000. Severed 834, make it right. You're applying to a right turn on Sierra. Sierra 5, 100, 0. 0. 0. 0. 0 Hey, welcome back. You can get a good view of the old…

03:38:05

Here we go. We can do it.

03:38:12

We usually do it from a different distance. So There's the original. That right? Okay. There's the original tower, part of the north terminal. Then we upgraded to this one. Part of T1.

03:38:45

Then we went to here.

03:38:50

That was the last tower before. Yes, there was a view an area on the old north I'll show you again now in a second.. Hello, continue your number 2, the wind is 220 at zero. Obviously, you can see the platforms on the old North terminal all around it there. Then in the old T1, there was an observation deck as well, or even just windows where the bar was, but that's all closed off now and gone as well. All aircraft coming out of their hold. Nine aircraft in quick succession. Okay, dokey.

03:40:27

Our diverted 3: 30.

03:40:31

Looks like it's moving over to a gate, so it must be good to go. I'm coming by just to wait there. This is the F1, 09, 018, 018, 018, 018, 016, 24. Start taking your land.. Riner 4, come back, open on the ground at 1: 1, 08.

03:41:20

Riner 4, come back, open on the ground at 1: 1, 08. Riner 4, come back, open. Bye, bye. Bye, bye, now. Do you remember the Christmas decoration? I see someone put up a picture last night. I don't know whether you saw. Obviously, the sign here has been It's in place recently. It's now an L-E-D sign. Most of the time, they leave it white, but last night, it was lit up like the Irish flag. Andrew, anyone remember the Burger King that used to be in T1 arrivals had an entire cockpit wallpapered on one of the walls? Yeah. I don't know whether you know the pub out on At the end, too, there, the White House, they still have the 747 painted on the hangar at the end of their car park.

03:43:36

The White House is obviously the pub itself is actually closed now. It's a park and fly facility, apparently.

03:43:55

That came in Yesterday, I think heading to, someone will correct me.

03:44:08

I think it was going from the Netherlands, I think, to the US and diverted in due to an odor in the cockpit making the crew feel unwell.

03:44:36

Gerri, make advice to your client, your right to your client, Sierra. Sierra, Sierra, have you seen his call?

03:44:54

Gerry, Whitehouse was a great Yeah, the jumbo is still there.

03:45:05

Yeah, painted on the back, hangar at the end of the car park. Dave used to do good food there. The breakfast there was amazing. Me and the boys would come out here some mornings early enough, watch a few planes, and then go in there for breakfast.

03:45:53

December 17, maximum call, and wait to be at left.

03:46:03

Here to land.

03:46:06

Here to land, to right left, right, 9 to 7, 5. This is Jemal, 29, on the ground, 1 to 1, 7, 9, bye, bye. Proms in the AC.

03:46:36

Revenge of an ex-wife.

03:46:39

I can't imagine. Andrew, yeah, you'd get search before being led into the terminal.

03:46:53

Yeah, that's the... Back in the day when the scanners were or even the the baggage check was on the front door of the airport itself. Riner 20, November, England. Rimer 24, one week eight, on to the land. Shal, 6, about zero. Kl, it's gone to a So yeah, I imagine they're going to be departing. There is no other hello, right? I think one three is being returning to the gate. Kl will continue to convert to when you go zero at one three. That's important. So you can see them in somewhat of a crab here as the cross The wind is coming from their right-hand side. So they're pointed towards me on approach. So your queue for departures over the north side is stretching back to there now, the Runway 16 intersection.

03:49:10

Andy, this has been a lovely blast from the past. Yeah, five, four,.

03:49:24

Ring master, I was in the aerolingus pipe band and we practice in the north terminal two nights a week.

03:49:44

The old north terminal now is mostly administration.

03:49:52

A bit of training is done there as well. Airside safety training. One more time, please. Yeah. Swiss Waukei, three out, like the M50 at rush hour.

03:50:19

So folks, I will be ending up around the 2: 00 mark, but unfortunately, I don't have a I'm logging everything to hand you over to.

03:50:45

Hello, this is Y. I think you're right. I just made a letter for a nice plan. Before your next three road continues, you use R9 on what you're going to do? 1,014,1,5,4. Number one now, 6,2,3,4. I was going to say gaga, yeah. I was like, Back then? No.

03:51:35

Rider 8, straight, right turn, Sierra 5, and a right turn on Sierra. Drive five, and right turn, Sierra 5. Roger, I'm on 643.

03:52:00

The police down to two in left. Cessna, 8, actually. Cessna, 2, 1, 0. Two for it to be had?

03:52:20

I'll not say no.

03:52:24

Tom says the Zoom is working great. They're killing each other. It's class.

03:52:37

They're having a little Royal Rumbble here. Where are they going? Here today, gone tomorrow. There they are.. I'm easily amused, am I? Adrian saying, spring has sprung. Not just yet. I believe we're meant to have a little bit of a cold snap this week.

03:53:24

Nothing too crazy, just frost. Missed the Delti take off, too busy. Looking at the hares. Roger, sir. Ryan, if I want to go to the termin. Stop, 5,1, in good terms. Stop this, ALS 2,8, 5,4,5,1, out.

03:54:01

5 minutes, radio. The E-Number, please. Wind, C2,0, at 1,500. Dev. Roger, continuing.

03:54:15

Me, Ryan, if I wanted to go to the termin. It's not for me. Don't worry. Or is it? Deirdre, thank you for being here.

03:54:39

614, they can write zero five zero, and turn on zero. Zero five zero, come on, and 614.

03:54:58

Synchronized crapping. Carole Anne, thankfully, yes, the rain has stopped. Things are calming now as well. Wind isn't as strong. So. Riner 5, 1. Echo to Charlie. Wind is due to the road 1,5. Marcos, East Ham. 1,2,3,4. Riner on. Runway 2. And they've run in for a minute. Go tell me. Riner 6,4. Trade contact.

03:55:54

Riner 1,2,1. Dust 5,5. Riner 5,1. Echo 6,4. Dave, how are you? 25, 100. Sure.

03:56:10

17, 05, record on zero. We're located. Contact, 1, 2, 1, 1 to 1, the decimaleight on Sierra Rana 5, 1, Ecosarly. Shebun 9, 5, 0, heavy. Chouar? We'll get started, Chouam, 9, 5. Shebun, 5, 0, heavy. When okay, contact.

03:56:51

Bound on 121, décimal A. Take care. 121, décimal A. Don't care. Reven. Air 5, 1.

03:57:07

E. C. Herbie. Sheb. 9050. Hevy. Okay. Sorry, sheb. 9050. Thanks. Sheb. 9050. Hevy. When the head is 222. Now, the Delta that diverted in the estate has just been brought over to the gate by the looks of it. So that's still due to go out. Delta 9 3 Delta, you can call the last person. You can call from channel 8, 8 to the left, your number 2.

03:58:16

When this two two I think we need one nine or not.

03:58:30

But actually, that's not being zero or not.

03:58:37

I don't think so. Dave Martin. Good stream. Take it easy. And cousin. Over and out, all the best. My father's name is Dave, and my sister's name is Martin, so that's why I was like, not my dad. Paul, I didn't die there, to be honest with you, but I believe we will see a daily 3: 30 this summer schedule. Irish rugby team on board, E-I-D-E-G. Slow down your golf swing on the tripod I'm fabulous.

03:59:55

You've much appreciated.

03:59:58

I do have... You can see there.

04:00:05

I had it set up for straight at me.

04:00:14

I do have a little trick that I use with the rubber band on the end of the tripod, but it just doesn't work sometimes. The tripod seems to get too tight, almost.

04:00:47

Then when you have wind like this, if you loosen it too much, it's going to just blow around on you.

04:01:08

I never realized until I started doing this, just how much your fingertips affect video footage.

04:01:24

If I leave my hand on the tripod, you'll start to see my pulse. Look. I'm about to try an inactivision.

04:01:45

In fairness, the team done this in the same, so they could probably land themselves, couldn't they? Ryanair, nine, two, VF, two, VF, plant to the K-Bus, Sierra five. This is two, three, zero degrees, two, zero, not. Gusting three, zero, runway two, eight, left, where is the line? It's gotten even brighter again. Let me know if another filter is required, we can do it. Okay, Juliet, UK05, right turn on CR1, located. Contact, office, 1,4, 8, take off.

04:03:06

One second, that's for the eight-digger. Okay, 140. 7, 5, 5, 6, 12. Colline just 220, 16, now. Justin to a nighter. Runway two, 8, to left, to Midland. Midland, to a left, to request five, C12. P.

04:03:43

Yeah, so I have the autofocus turned off, obviously, because we were dealing with low cloud earlier on and lights pointed directly at us. It'd be the same now if I was to put the autofocus on. We're on manual at the moment. If I If I were to put the autofocus on because they're pointing towards me on approach, those lights would cause focus hunting. Particularly right about there where the lights are almost directly at me. So, Bob, I'm using a scanner myself. It's in the van below me with a microphone beside it. But if you want to listen to... If you want to listen to the airport in full yourself, go to liveatc. Net and you can listen to the various channels in Dublin. Yeah, exactly, Tom. We don't want too much funding from the camera.

04:06:04

Scanulable.

04:06:05

I'm pretty sure we'd all prefer if the planes didn't bring us that close together. We're in the last few minutes. If you haven't already, do take the chance. Smashy likey for me. As far as this week's stream is concerned, I do know I stream on a Monday, I am available tomorrow. So I may do a shorter than normal stream tomorrow because if this 7: 4 is due in on Tuesday, I'm going to be here for that as well. Steven, there was to be a second dose of wind for the northwest of the country as one of the tales of the storm cycles through, but it's not to affect Dublin, I don't think. Charlotte, you're most welcome.

04:08:06

Eric, we used to have the on-screen info from Radarbox.

04:08:16

We were part of their streamers program, but I disagreed with them posting footage of a flight crew being burnt to death in a crash on their Twitter account. When I said it to them, they said, Oh, you're right, we shouldn't do that. They didn't delete it. I've left that program, so that's why you won't have flight info on the screen. How are you We'll let the Turkish be our last arrival. But we used to have the live widget from Radarbox. We were in their streamer program. But when I asked them to stop posting crash footage, that it wasn't... I don't know. It's not fitting for a professional aviation company to be posting footage like that, especially in the immediate aftermath when friends and family probably haven't even been informed. They disagreed with me, so I walked away. Kimmy Bear. Thank you for being here. Obviously, John Kelly Cruise. Thank you very much as well. 7: 00. You got to be 2: 8, drop 8: 00 AM, be careful. Time for the arrival appears to be 7: 00 AM. 317. You got to be 28, runway 28 to left, to land. My reckoning is it's going to be too dark at 7: 00 AM to stream the arrival.

04:11:49

I'll hope to cover the north side with the roof of the van.

04:12:02

We'll do departures for that stream and get it taken off. David has gifted five memberships. Thank you very much, David. Lalo, thanks very much. David. Thank you. So Turkish will be our last arrival. We have an ATR next though. Lalo, thank you as well. Now, I was told that 7: 00 AM is subject to change, so I'll know a little bit more. Probably early tomorrow morning, I'll be able to tell you all on stream what the story is. You're up. What's your Chips, no one, Delta. Okay. You're on, direction, right turn on, here, and cross, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Checkpoint, number one, Delta. Okay. You're on, direction, right turn on, here, and cross, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 1,017,980. Grand 1,017,980. Keep an eye on the schedule for tomorrow. We'll have a bit of a stream tomorrow. See what's happening here at the airport, and then absolutely, we're not going to be missing the chance to cover a 747 here in Dublin.

04:14:52

They're so rare now. We only had two last year. Sophie and Brian, we enjoyed the stream today. Thank you very much. Something a little bit different as well because we don't use this side very often for obvious reasons.

04:15:31

Jilly says, Thanks for another great episode of Springwatch. The planes were entertaining too. Don't worry.

04:15:47

Normal service will resume tomorrow and we'll have our dub crows tormenting me over at the Pillars. One, nine, and off to go.

04:16:11

Roger, sir. You're over there. Tony, you're most welcome. Adrian and Ruby, and all of our moderators. Thank you for being here with me today. Bob, you're most welcome. If you haven't already, folks, before you do exit, smashy likey for me. It's much appreciated.

04:16:56

I don't know whether they're still live or not, but Simon Lowe and John Walton are live in Manchester currently or where to be live currently. The weather we had here this morning will be with them.

04:17:33

So could be some interesting viewing to be had at Manchester when we turn off here. Turkish last flight, folks. Killeen, you're most welcome. Sandra. Tom, for joining us. Crazy early o'clock, your time, and Dreamweaver as well. Paul Gordon, Chatcune. How would you like to be listening in ready for a second? And rescue 1, now via runway 1, 6. That didn't look enjoyable for them, unfortunately. Yes, take your time. Rescue 1 with an inspection now.

04:18:51

We're on report, thank you. Thank you very much, Rick. Thank you. Wilma, I don't want to go home. We're leaving Dublin today. All right, folks. I'm going to go home, get showered and stuff and get ready for work this evening. Yeah. Hopefully see us all probably around 11: 00 or 12: 00 tomorrow. If we can get the Emirates arrival, we'll do that. And then again, 7: 47 potentially for Tuesday.

04:20:04

That's obviously subject to change. I can't guarantee it. You know yourself. But yeah, thanks very much for being here, everyone. That was not a Turkish delight. Again, thanks everyone who gifted and donated. Thank you very much. Hit the like button for me. Thanks to everyone who's been here with me since 10: 00 this Mods, much appreciated. See you all tomorrow, hopefully. Bye-bye.
