A Holocaust survivor driver denounced Vice President Kamala Harris today for her likening of Donald Trump to Hitler. 94-year-old Jerry Wartsky told The New York Post that he was appalled by Harris's comments.

I know more about Hitler than Kamala will ever know. I Hitler murdered my parents and most of our family. For her to accuse President Trump of being like Hitler is the worst thing I've ever heard in my 75 years living in the United States. She owes my parents and everybody else who was murdered by Hitler. An apology for repeating this lie.

Wurzky went on to say that Trump is the right candidate for the Jewish community to support, crediting his uncompromising support for Israel and the Jewish community.

Louisiana attorney general Liz Murillo has filed an emergency lawsuit against the Biden-Harris administration over a Chinese migrant carrying a deadly form of TB. Daily Wire Managing Editor, Brent Schur, reports on the lawsuit.

Louisiana filed the emergency lawsuit after a Chinese migrant with a rare drug-resistant form of tuberculosis entered the US illegally and may have exposed hundreds of detainees at two ICE facilities. The lawsuit warns that ICE plans to release these potentially infected individuals into public spaces without medical clearance. The state wants to require ICE and DHS to keep the people in custody until they receive a health clearance. Tuberculosis carries a high mortality rate, so Louisiana is racing against the to prevent a deadly outbreak.

A new Wall Street Journal national poll shows Donald Trump leading Kamala Harris by two percentage points. Daily Wire Deputy Managing Editor, Tim Rice, has the numbers.

Election Day is less than two weeks away, and Trump has taken a small lead, with 47% of voters favoring the former President compared to 45% for Harris. The poll highlights a significant shift in voter favorability, with Harris's unfavorable ratings rising to 53%, while Trump's favorability has increased now at 52%. Negative advertising appears to have Kurt Harris's image, while voters are viewing Trump's previous tenure more positively. Both campaigns are racing to sway undecided voters as the election approaches.

La district attorney, George Gascon, has decided to re-sentence Eric and Lyle Menindez. Daily Wire reporter, Tim pierce, has details on the brothers' case.

The brothers were convicted of murdering their parents in 1989 when they were 19 and 21 years old. The brothers had been sentenced to life without parole, which has now changed to life with a possibility of parole. Experts say this likely means they will be released now that they have served 35 years. Gascon's decision follows new claims of abuse by their father, but the brother's uncle, Milton Anderson, through his lawyer, is warning that the evidence may be fraudulent. The Menendez brothers have appealed for resentencing, signing a letter and testimony regarding their father's alleged abuse. Critics argue the brother's motive was financial gain, while the case has become increasingly controversial ahead of Gascogne's re-election.

The personal information of More than 100 million Americans has been compromised in what's being called the largest US health care data breach to date. Change HealthCare, which is owned by United Health Group, revealed details of the cyber attack on Thursday. The breach was first detected eight months ago, but at the time, executives said it only affected 500 customers. The new information prompted calls by Congress for stronger penalties on health care firms and even jail time for executives who lie about cyber security practices.
