In what Republicans are cheering as a win for election integrity. The US Supreme Court ruled in favor today of Virginia removing non-citizens from its voter roles. Daily Wire Deputy Managing Editor Tim Rice has the latest.

Republican Governor Glenn Yunkin celebrated the decision, calling it a victory for common sense and election fairness. Clean voter roles are one important part of a comprehensive approach we are taking to ensure the fairness of our elections, said Yunkin. He went on to note that the state uses paper ballots, counting machines not connected to the Internet, a strong chain of custody process, signature verification, monitored and secured drop boxes, and a triple check vote counting process to tabulate results. The Biden-Harris Justice Department sued to stop the state from purging the non-citizens, claiming it was too close to the election for the move.

The Supreme Court also ruled Tuesday on Robert F. Kennedy Jr's request to remove himself from the ballots in Michigan and Wisconsin. Daily Wire reporter, Amanda Presta Giacomo has the details.

The court ruled against Kennedy, declining to require the two critical swing states to remove his name based on technicalities in their laws. Kennedy lamented the decision, saying, The Supreme Court has, unfortunately today, sided with the Secretary of State of Michigan and Wisconsin, both Democrats, to undermine election integrity and leave my name on the ballot. Kennedy added that the decision was a purely political move made so folks who would have otherwise voted for Trump will throw away their vote by voting for him instead.

Following President Biden's comments last night in which he referred to Trump supporters as garbage, critics today are accusing the White House of distorting the official transcript. Daily Wire senior editor Joel Niedler has more.

A White House statement claims that Biden's apparent trash talk was aimed at hateful rhetoric from recent Trump rallies, not at individuals. Several legacy media figures were quick to claim that Republicans had seized on the President's comments. Here's a bit from MSNBC this morning.

President said something, immediately tried to clarify it, Joe, but it's certainly a story on the right.

We're trying to paint this to be the next basket of deplorables.

On the other side, independent journalist Michael Schellenberger says that, quote, What Biden said is clear from the video, and now the White House has altered the official transcript in a potential violation of the presidential Records Act.

In a new report, IRS whistleblowers maintain that politics heavily influenced their probe into Hunter Biden. They also say the big guy was Joe Biden.

We corroborated the the big guy was Joe Biden, yes.

Did your supervisors accept that the big guy was Joe Biden?

There was no question ever that the big guy was referring to Joe Biden. I don't think that.

So FBI, IRS, everyone understood that.

And that's why when we were doing the interviews, the prosecutors in Delaware specifically told us that they didn't want to ask about the big guy because they knew it was Joe Biden.

In an interview with Katherine Haridge, agents Greg Shapley and Joseph Ziegler say that investigating Biden required unusual levels of approval, unlike typical cases. A Colorado Airbnb host found her property destroyed after a suspected gang-related party trashed the rental. Similar stories continue to be told as the notorious gang expands across the US According to the NYPD, 517 of their arrests in New York City this year have been trained De Aragua gang members or affiliates.

The FBI is investigating a ballot box fire in Southwest Washington. At least 475 damaged ballots were retrieved after officials say the fire was caused by incendiary devices. Clark County auditor Greg Kimsey says the county is attempting to contact voters whose information is still legible so they can complete new ballots. Similar devices has destroyed hundreds of ballots in Vancouver, Washington, and damaged at least three ballots in Portland, Oregon. Investigators say there is evidence that three attacks are linked.

And if you live in New York City, you may start hearing the phrase, Hey, I'm walking here just a little bit more. J-walking is now legal in the city, allowing pedestrians to cross the street outside of a crosswalk. The legislation became law after the city's mayor, Eric Adams, took no action on the bill. The NYPD says it will continue efforts to improve traffic safety citywide.
