First thing is for your beverages, don't drink anything except for coffee, tea, or water. Now, I drink coffee all day long. Don't put dairy milk in it. You can use nut milk. Cut down or cut out on ultra-processed foods. Now, ultra-processed foods, basically, foods made by a factory containing 20 or more ingredients, most of which you can't pronounce and you don't know why they're in there. Swap them in with what I would say plant-based foods. I'm not telling you to be a vegan. I'm saying just start adding some things that are more in the veggie side of things. The third thing I would actually say is let your body signal to you when you're satisfied, but before you're full. Eat slowly so you can actually pay attention to your body's signals. Then I would say, get in motion. You don't have to hire a trainer. You don't have to go to an expensive gym. Go for a walk.
