Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright.

00:00:23

Oh, welcome in.

00:00:27

You've been healed.

00:00:28

I'm back, baby. Week 1 was good for Andy's soul.

00:00:36

Yes. Welcome into the show.

00:00:38

Oh my.

00:00:39

Monday, September 14th. I am so excited for this episode because we, I mean, we were together all of yesterday watching all of these games, but this is our first chance to kind of like touch on all the different things we saw and how it impacts fantasy players. And man, what a spectacular day.

00:00:58

Yeah, it was, it was really fun.

00:00:59

I don't know why. Hold on a second.

00:01:00

But it's going to— oh, oh, wait, hold on.

00:01:01

Come on. There's some changing happening to the set real quick.

00:01:05

Let me just do some things here.

00:01:08

Changed out the centerpiece. Yeah, that's fine. All right.

00:01:11

No, I just signed Cardinals.

00:01:12

Wait, we're doing a mid-podcast change?

00:01:16

Early podcast change. He is now putting on a Cardinals jersey. He has replaced our footballer's hat with a David Johnson hat. Our helmet. Oh man, that's tight.

00:01:26

All right. They're supposed to be fitted.

00:01:29

He's got a Cardinals hat.

00:01:30

And we are all in on the Cardinals. This is a little shameful.

00:01:36

Oh, here's Justin Herbert on the desk.

00:01:38

Oh, Justin Herbert. Goodbye, Justin.

00:01:40

Goodbye to Larry Fitzgerald.

00:01:41

Hold on, Lamar. You had a good week.

00:01:43

All right. Why are we replacing Lamar?

00:01:45

Andy's just going full Cardinals.

00:01:47

All right. I'm ready for the show.

00:01:48

Full Homer.

00:01:49

I'm ready for the show. We good, guys?

00:01:51

Sound a little winded from changing.

00:01:55

I did.

00:01:56

Jason, that is an embarrassment.

00:01:57

Is it immature? Of me?

00:01:58

No.

00:01:59

No. No. I brought a Cardinals hat today too.

00:02:03

Yes.

00:02:04

Because this is the only chance to get all season.

00:02:06

Oh yeah, Matt, when we walked in, Mr. 49er over there, the Falcon, he's like, you know, he thought it was a dig when he's like, oh, you're going to celebrate while you can. Yeah.

00:02:15

Yes.

00:02:15

Yeah.

00:02:16

Yeah. We are well aware that this is our only opportunity.

00:02:19

9.5-point underdogs. Congrats, man. Called it right here on this show.

00:02:24

You did have an almost upset.

00:02:25

Although that was just a full upset.

00:02:26

My Twitter was filled. Yeah.

00:02:27

My Twitter was filled with, well, 2 things, impressed people and depressed Charger fans.

00:02:34

Oh, the Chargers found a way to suck.

00:02:36

Come on, Chargers.

00:02:37

I mean, they are who they will always be.

00:02:41

Just accept a disappointment. Charger fans are like Cardinal fans, but they like pretend.

00:02:46

Now, I will say this because look, all, it's all fun and games. We, we're, we are in Arizona. We're Cardinals fans or we try to be. It's impossible. So it's fun.

00:02:56

Most people might remember all of our negative comments all offseason.

00:02:59

Yeah, it's, it's, it's fun to celebrate.

00:03:01

I don't.

00:03:02

But we also, you know, leading up to week 1, we kept saying, how do you, how do you not overreact to week 1? Yada, yada, yada. It's impossible. But you have to be aware. And I would just like to remind people last year.

00:03:15

Yes.

00:03:16

The Raiders went on the road in week 1. Oh man. To the New England Patriots. Oh man. And they beat them 20 to 13. And it was like, hey, maybe the Raiders are okay. No, they were literally the worst team and they got the number 1 pick.

00:03:28

So you're saying we can still get the number 1 pick?

00:03:30

I am.

00:03:31

Absolutely. Okay.

00:03:32

And I'm saying that the Chargers could still go to the Super Bowl like the Patriots did.

00:03:36

And I'm just saying that the Cardinals are at home, home opener against the backup quarterback Drew Lock of the Seahawks. That's all I'm saying.

00:03:43

That's going to make it even worse.

00:03:45

I'm just saying the division, they got to come through.

00:03:47

They got to come through Arizona.

00:03:49

So yeah, part of the ridiculous weekend. We had the highest scoring opening weekend. Was it ever?

00:03:55

Yeah.

00:03:57

53.3 points per game average. NFL record for opening Sunday. Wow.

00:04:04

Thanks, Bears. Kind of pushing that average up.

00:04:08

Yeah. I, I, it was a crazy week. We got so much to talk about. Mike was there with you Sunday live. which was spectacular leading into kickoff. So many of you were on the Ultimate Dashboard at jointhefoot.com loading up the rosters and optimizing for week 1 and all the rankings. We still got a game tonight. We still got a fun game tonight. Kansas City and Denver. We get to see K-Bone.

00:04:36

Hopefully we have a game.

00:04:36

Hopefully it's fun. Oh, I could see this being a defensive battle. We had so much offense yesterday.

00:04:41

It was so fun. That's all right.

00:04:43

And I will say this.

00:04:44

It's all right.

00:04:45

We did escape with not too many injuries. Not that there were zero, but I would say for an opening weekend, it was pretty, pretty good, especially after the Wednesday, Thursday barrage of injuries started the week. It was like, oh no.

00:04:58

That was a great weekend of football.

00:05:00

Yeah.

00:05:00

Or great Sunday.

00:05:01

Yeah. I mean, the only real injury that— there's a couple and one of them was another my guy.

00:05:05

Yeah.

00:05:06

So that's cool. That's cool, lad. The only, the singular Charger.

00:05:11

Yours had an excuse.

00:05:12

The singular Charger that did anything, right?

00:05:15

He was very good.

00:05:16

Oh, it looked—

00:05:17

The only contributing factor to the entire Chargers offense that week, injured.

00:05:22

Ladd looked like—

00:05:24

Maybe his organs are scrambled.

00:05:25

He looked like just, it was immediately like, whoa, this was the call. This was a great call. Ladd is going to be the dude, heavily injured. And then Justin Herbert was like, hey, Ladd, how about you go to the hospital?

00:05:40

That was not a good pass.

00:05:41

No, because he—

00:05:42

you can't—

00:05:42

as a quarterback—

00:05:43

threw a little guy into coverage.

00:05:45

You can't do that to your— you can't do that to your guys. But he didn't. Then Vlad suffered the consequences.

00:05:51

Mike, you posted a kind of a quick question. What did you post on Twitter?

00:05:54

Yeah, I posted, look, after week 1, what is the hottest offseason question you believe is already solved?

00:06:02

Oh, we figured it out. Yeah, Cardinals undefeated.

00:06:05

Cardinals going to Super Bowl. Because we say don't overreact, but you do need to react. Like there is stuff that happens in week 1 where you're like, that is going to end up being what the truth is for that player or their team.

00:06:18

The Arizona Cardinals. Here's my answer. The Arizona Cardinals offense will be what I thought it was going to be. It's going to be a good offense. You could say the Chargers are bad. Cardinals have too many good weapons to not be a good offense. So I think for fantasy, they may never win another game. In fact, the odds are probably against them doing so. But Jeremiah Love, Trey McBride, Michael Wilson, Kendrick Bourne in the slot.

00:06:39

You're right.

00:06:40

It's good.

00:06:42

Cardinals had one catch from Marvin Harrison.

00:06:44

If you swap jerseys with Marvin Harrison and Kendrick Bourne, we'd be so happy right now. Yes. You'd be like, dude, Marv, 8 catches.

00:06:52

That is true.

00:06:52

He had 8.

00:06:53

I believe so. I think it was like 8 for 75.

00:06:56

I do think that the Cardinals offense is going to be—

00:06:58

8 for 75. Is that what it was? Yeah. I agree with you that I think the offense is going to be great. Seattle is a much different defense.

00:07:08

Oh my gosh, these comments. So we posted that. Mike posted after week 1, what is the hottest offseason question you believe is already solved? Here are some answers you guys provided us. The Chargers are still the Chargers. Fantastic wrote in. McDaniel is more weird than good.

00:07:26

I still think that that would not be as bad as what you saw this week.

00:07:30

You know what was wild is the Cardinals had like no pass rush last year and the Chargers got their top tackles back and why couldn't they protect him?

00:07:39

Well, there's one—

00:07:40

Why couldn't they protect him?

00:07:41

Did you see the play?

00:07:42

There's one constant on that offense, guys.

00:07:45

Oh, the quarterback.

00:07:46

Yeah. The one who keeps just matrix dodging all blame around him. He's the one who's always there.

00:07:55

Did you watch the highlight?

00:07:56

He's the one, like the play where 3 Cardinals ran in free. The quarterback is the one who has to be like, hey, I think we might need to change protection here. That's his job.

00:08:06

But I can't imagine his protection was, hey, you 3 offensive linemen go block that one dude.

00:08:11

No, but he got confused.

00:08:12

Because did you see that play?

00:08:13

Yes.

00:08:13

3 of their linemen went and blocked one guy.

00:08:16

Yes, because the edge on, I think, the left dropped into coverage. And confused them. And then they were like, we don't know what to do.

00:08:24

You have to—

00:08:25

I just say—

00:08:25

I mean, look, if it goes south for the Chargers this year, you have no choice but to lay it at the feet of Herbert. We can't do the excuse making anymore. When you can throw the ball like he can throw the ball, you, I mean, you look at that and you say, well, something else is going wrong, right? But we have been there with some gunslingers in the past.

00:08:44

Very, very physically gifted.

00:08:47

Maybe— Jake Cutler is one of them.

00:08:48

Maybe it's a week 1 snafu.

00:08:49

Yeah, I mean, it's week 1.

00:08:50

Maybe it's right at the ship.

00:08:51

It's week 1. So what are the things that we think we, did get an answer to. Phil says, is the Cowboys defense better?

00:08:57

Nope. And that's one of the things to me as well, that it's like, oh, okay.

00:09:02

That one's, that one's tough. I will— you got to give the credit to Jaxson Dart and the New York Giants. That offense was just absolutely firing.

00:09:11

The addition of Fields and Likely makes such a difference to some optionality. You didn't have to just lean on Nabers sometimes.

00:09:19

Also Malik Nabers.

00:09:20

Yeah, he's good.

00:09:21

Did you see the, how Nabers was able to finally decide to play?

00:09:26

I did.

00:09:26

What's this?

00:09:27

Yeah, John Harbaugh tackled him.

00:09:28

Yes. John Harbaugh before the game tackled him and Nabers was—

00:09:31

Can you imagine if he injured him? Can you fathom that?

00:09:35

I had the thought of it.

00:09:36

Meemaw Malik hurt Harbaugh?

00:09:38

Well, no, I don't.

00:09:39

But yeah, I mean, Nabers' family didn't come to the game. Like that's how he was not, he was really not sure if he was going to play. And he didn't want them to come if he wasn't going to play. And then Harbaugh was like, well, I'm going to tackle him. He's going to be fine.

00:09:52

Yeah. I mean, you traded me. We did a CeeDee Lamb for Nabers trade.

00:09:55

I'm taking this into my own hands.

00:09:57

And I'm not sure I wouldn't rather have Nabers. Phil says, or sorry, Sam, Parker Washington is the top dog for the Jets.

00:10:04

Yep. That one I'm in on.

00:10:05

You think that's solved?

00:10:06

Yeah. I think that's solved.

00:10:07

Matt Fernandez, there is no 1A, 1B in Tampa. Bucky is the dude.

00:10:11

Oh, just like I knew, baby.

00:10:14

You knew that right when you were on the clock.

00:10:15

Right when I was on the clock and decided to draft him.

00:10:18

The clouds parted. The sun started to shine in and I could see clearly.

00:10:22

Bucky is my dude.

00:10:23

Bucky looked good. And you know what looked great? 7 targets.

00:10:26

Yeah.

00:10:26

I'll say TBD on that one.

00:10:29

I think mostly solved for me. I can't read that name. DJ Moore is still really good is another statement from a Twitter.

00:10:39

I think for fantasy, he's going to be pretty good.

00:10:41

That one I think is tough because it's like his huge play, the, what was it, whatever, a 50-yard touchdown. Awesome. But it was the type where the DB fully sold out to catch the ball and whiffed.

00:10:54

I like 8 targets.

00:10:55

And DJ Moore is just free to house it. So not taking away from the play, but I wouldn't say it sounds like you. That's exactly what I'm taking away from the, the DJ Moore is still really good.

00:11:09

Okay. John says no one on the Tennessee Titans is startable for fantasy football.

00:11:13

Holy moly. Okay. So, so Carnell Tate's my guy because Carnell Tate is an amazing player. And I'm already week 1 like, crap, did I— is Cam Ward that bad? He can't get just even a smidge better. I was hoping that, you know, Brian Daboll coming in and obviously the preseason was vanilla and they were going to scheme some stuff up, but this was the Jets. I've never seen a more boring, terrible looking. It was like a preseason vanilla offense. Like, wait, did you not realize this was week 1? Cam Ward stinks, man.

00:11:45

Solved?

00:11:47

It feels solved. It feels, it feels, it feels bad. Awful.

00:11:50

Ryan said the 2025 Patriots were a product of an easy schedule.

00:11:54

No, I wouldn't do that.

00:11:56

I'm not going that far.

00:11:57

That one I disagree with.

00:11:58

Did you— so the Titans ran 49 total plays. And only 3 in the red zone in that game. Did you see that the, I think the Saints ran 84 plays. So you look at the Saints numbers, that's almost double.

00:12:10

Oh, Kellen Moore.

00:12:11

It's almost double. Yeah. You had the extra time, but they ran so many plays.

00:12:15

Yeah. And they also won the game. The New Orleans Saints lost by 1. Congrats, Lions home fans. But that scoop and score on defense was an absolute nonsense call. I don't, I still don't understand how that was not a fumble in any way, shape, or form.

00:12:31

And I don't see people even discussing it.

00:12:33

No, it's not coming. It's the NFL's not coming out and defending it. Like anyways, there was a play where Goff was dropping back to pass. Don't worry guys. His intention was to throw it forward. So it was not a fumble because in his heart he wanted to go forward with his pass.

00:12:50

I mean, is this just us waking up to the rule?

00:12:52

Maybe, maybe. But I haven't seen someone like Mike saying, I haven't seen like Someone coming out.

00:12:57

I've seen some posts that are like, should this have counted?

00:13:00

Yeah.

00:13:00

That type of stuff.

00:13:01

Because I don't understand it. It's like, so if I'm— I just, I don't— it can be pure, easy, no speculation. It's black and white. If the ball goes backwards, even if you're being hit with a forward passing motion, if it goes backwards, it's a lateral.

00:13:18

All right. Okay. All right.

00:13:19

This is item 1.

00:13:20

Does it talk about the heart?

00:13:21

If contact by an opponent materially affects materially affects the passer after the passer begins his throwing motion. It is a forward pass if he passes the ball regardless of where the ball strikes the ground, a player, an official, or anything else. When this occurs, intentional grounding rules do not apply. When the passer intends to throw a forward pass and is contacted by an opponent before beginning the throwing motion, the direction of the pass is the responsibility of the passer if he passes the ball and intentional grounding rules do apply.

00:13:48

It sounds like they got it right, but I feel like we can go back and find a dozen plays in the past where they have then got it wrong because normally you can say the rules are broken.

00:13:57

Yeah.

00:13:58

If you want.

00:13:58

Yeah.

00:13:59

Well, all right. That was a, it was a turned into an exciting game after all.

00:14:02

That pitch I threw, I intended to pitch it forward. Yeah. That's not a fumble.

00:14:07

I mean, it does seem really silly because the problem, and if you didn't see the play, essentially Jared Goff went to throw a pass. It ends up being decidedly backwards because he was impacted while the throw happened. It was originally a fumble on the field. The Saints scooped and scored it. But then you're like thinking, well, nothing matters here on the review because a lateral is a fumble, right? If you threw the ball intentionally backwards, so it doesn't matter. We were all surprised when it was overturned, unaware that that intent of the heart was such a big factor.

00:14:37

That is an official rule. A couple other things my— I think were answered. I did not know if the Baltimore Ravens offense would be good or not with their offensive line changes. Declan Doyle.

00:14:49

I mean, apparently you don't need Lindenbaum for Derrick Henry.

00:14:53

Seems like he was just in the way.

00:14:55

Like, hold on, let me try and find the—

00:14:58

also, the Bears defense stinks. I'm so thrilled about that.

00:15:01

This was a tweet from Jameson Hensley. Says, in offensive coordinator Declan Doyle's first game as a play caller, the Ravens produced the first game in their 31-year history with this trifecta, a 300-yard passer, 150-yard receiver and 100-yard rusher.

00:15:17

I think that middle one was the hard one to do.

00:15:19

And I would say finally, Sean Mannion did not fix the Philadelphia Eagles. Their offense, they won the game and they were running okay. And Hurts ended up with, you know, like 47 yards. More like a jog.

00:15:31

Part of the offseason reality that we have to face every year is that when teams make changes, they make changes to improve, but half the teams don't. improve from the changes. Like Brian Daboll. The intention was to improve.

00:15:45

Yeah.

00:15:45

We didn't see it in week 1.

00:15:46

They should give him the win. They intended to win that game.

00:15:49

And through 1 week, I will say this.

00:15:51

What a dumb rule.

00:15:53

It's 1 week. It's 2 rookie wideouts. It's 1 coming off of injury. I'm not so sure the Dolphins are going to be any good.

00:15:59

Oh, the Dolphins offense is—

00:16:00

I could be really, really off on my Malik Willis hopes there.

00:16:04

Do you know what their schedule is?

00:16:06

It's not good.

00:16:06

Oh, it's as bad as the Cardinals.

00:16:07

Let's, let's just real quick before the bye week. We get at San Francisco.

00:16:13

Oh, I'm very aware.

00:16:14

Kansas City at Minnesota.

00:16:15

There's 2 games they can win this year.

00:16:16

And the Bengals, the Jets games.

00:16:18

The 2 Jets games.

00:16:19

Yeah.

00:16:20

If you look at the Dolphins schedule, if you don't win week 1 against the Raiders, you have, you're not beating the Bills. You're not going to beat the Patriots.

00:16:30

No.

00:16:31

They play.

00:16:33

They do play the Chargers, guys. Yeah, they play the Chargers.

00:16:37

The Dolphins might not win again.

00:16:39

Any given Sunday.

00:16:41

Well, we have more reactions from the weekend as we always do. The very first edition of this year and we have a bunch of great ones. I will say 3 of the 3/4 of what I reviewed on the Monday Punday seemed to be on the negative side of people's experiences. Maybe 3/4 of those were Colston Loveland.

00:16:58

But here we go. Yes.

00:16:59

Yes.

00:17:00

Monday Punday reactions from the crew. I'll start. Well, let Mike start with this one.

00:17:05

Zay Powers.

00:17:06

Yes, sir. Ashton Plenty.

00:17:08

Oh, and Dalton Winkay.

00:17:11

What about Parker Watch Me Win?

00:17:14

Parker Watch Me Win. How about Chuba Hubba Hubba?

00:17:16

Yeah.

00:17:17

And Isaiah Lovely or Isaiah Certainly.

00:17:21

Yes.

00:17:22

Or David Mangumery.

00:17:26

Or Jameer.

00:17:27

Gives me that!

00:17:29

Gimme that.

00:17:30

Christian Gigawatts.

00:17:31

Oh yes.

00:17:32

Oh, it was not all good despite the routes.

00:17:37

Who?

00:17:37

Catston.

00:17:40

Colston Dudland.

00:17:42

Or Ghostin Loveland.

00:17:43

Yeah, and you had Jamar Waste, of course.

00:17:46

That's Fake May.

00:17:48

I was gonna say—

00:17:48

Fake May.

00:17:50

That's written Fake Make.

00:17:51

Why don't you take the next one?

00:17:53

Let's go with Bustin' Herbert.

00:17:56

Bustin' Herbert. How about Faker Mayfield?

00:17:58

Yeah. And you had a heaping pile of pits. Oh, stinky.

00:18:05

Marshawn Boyd.

00:18:07

Terry McMorin.

00:18:08

Oh, George Little.

00:18:09

I'm going to— Jay, I'll let you do this last one.

00:18:11

Oh no. Yeah.

00:18:13

I had to end with this one. Yeah.

00:18:15

Carnell Taint. Yeah.

00:18:18

To be clear, I could have, I could have gone with Carnell Ain't there.

00:18:21

Oh, that was— we, we got classy here.

00:18:24

We got to end classy, classy style.

00:18:28

That's Cam Ward. I can't wait. Like genuinely, if Cam—

00:18:33

Can't Ward.

00:18:34

If Can't Ward, if he were to be benched, they would be better.

00:18:40

You know who's up if he is?

00:18:42

It doesn't matter.

00:18:43

Okay. But who? Mitchell Trubisky.

00:18:46

Dude, heck yes. No joke. If Mitchell Trubisky stepped in there, that offense would be at least twice as good.

00:18:54

Can we get a JJ McCarthy injury slash soft benching here?

00:19:00

Yeah, exactly.

00:19:01

I mean, you can't, you can't do that as a team. You have to develop him.

00:19:05

I know.

00:19:05

You have to hope, but man, that was bad. Instagram and on X, you can send those in every week at Fantasy Footballers. on Instagram @theFFballers on X and submit them with hashtag Monday Punday every Sunday night. Let's take a break and we'll talk news.

00:19:29

News and notes from around the league.

00:19:34

All right. We have a lot to get into, including a whole bunch of this.

00:19:37

Oh man.

00:19:39

He's just making it rain.

00:19:42

All right.

00:19:42

So DeAndre Swift, 3-year, $33 million extension. This was all prior to kickoff. Tucker Kraft, 4-year, $75 million extension. Michael Mayer, oddly timed 3-year, $45 million extension.

00:19:56

The timing of that one for the Raiders.

00:19:58

Oh boy.

00:20:00

Any thoughts on those deals?

00:20:02

The Swift one is—

00:20:03

Nice hat, Jason.

00:20:04

Thank you. I'm a diehard lifelong Cardinals fan. The Swift one is interesting, especially for dynasty leagues where this was a team that over the last couple of years since Ben Johnson got there, there were rumors for them to take a high draft, you know, pick at running back. They were in the market on some of the bigger named running backs the way that, you know, the Lions took Gibbs and now they're like, hey, Swift is our dude. We're happy with him. And that's That's a big deal because this, this run game and this offense is going to be awesome. And what we saw from the Bears defense is they're, you know, they had a couple of offseason injuries that were unfortunate to their defense, really hurt them. And it is just so good for fantasy because their defense looks very bad.

00:20:49

Do you realize they had almost 3 100-yard rushers sort of? I mean, they had 2, like the young guy, Anstead.

00:20:54

Oh, Caleb almost there.

00:20:55

Well, not quite, but I mean, he was in the 60s.

00:20:57

That's how you do the stat, man.

00:20:59

With 100 from Minungai and 120-something from Swift, they scored 59 points. I think their record-setting season is off to a good start.

00:21:08

So our guys on the Bears had a good week, right?

00:21:10

Yeah.

00:21:12

Right?

00:21:13

Yeah. Is your guy Khalif Raymond?

00:21:16

If you score 59 points, obviously Loveland, big game.

00:21:20

All 3 big names.

00:21:21

Burton, huge game.

00:21:22

Yes.

00:21:23

Odunze, big game.

00:21:23

We'll get to them in the duds.

00:21:25

Tucker Kraft's deal. I mean, we all know he looks the part. They're locking him up while they can on a cheaper deal. And then Michael Mayer, they're not letting him go. He's a—

00:21:35

this is honestly a comp—

00:21:37

these teams with double tight ends.

00:21:38

Yeah. It has nothing to do with Bowers. Bowers just doesn't play the tight end role that Michael Mayer plays. Like Brock Bowers is a slot player.

00:21:46

They didn't have an injury to Michael Mayer and then in one day go, let's get a contract. This was already in the works.

00:21:54

We did not get the best news on our high ankle sprain patients here. AJ Brown expected to miss 6 weeks.

00:22:00

Gross.

00:22:01

I believe they are a week 11 bye. You know, 6 more weeks. Is that— I mean, statistically you have a 3-week reduction of production. That doesn't say— I got to find a new way to say that. A reduction of production. So you got 6 weeks you're out, a 3-week reduction, a bye week mixed in.

00:22:18

And then fantasy playoff glory.

00:22:20

I mean, maybe. But you got to get there. That sucks.

00:22:23

Yeah, that stinks.

00:22:24

My guy, one of them injured here, De'Jon Stribling, he's going to miss at least a month. If you look into this injury, it's a deltoid ligament sprain of the ankle. You don't hear that very often. This is— he couldn't put weight on it. He was carted off the field. This is an injury that often leads to surgery or you need surgery right away. But essentially they're in a position where they can see if rehabbing gets him back before that decision is made. Because if you make it in 6, in, in 4 or 5 weeks and it's season ending versus now season ending, you can give him a chance to get back.

00:22:57

Yeah. It'll be interesting to see if they throw him on IR. AJ Brown was placed on IR. I would imagine they will, but TBD.

00:23:04

Also, I mean, can we talk to big anatomy here?

00:23:08

Oh, big anatomy.

00:23:09

Yeah.

00:23:10

Let's be careful with that. But go on.

00:23:12

Yeah. Your muscles.

00:23:15

Yeah.

00:23:16

Your deltoids.

00:23:17

Yeah.

00:23:17

Where, where, where are those?

00:23:19

That's in the lower meat.

00:23:20

No, no, no, no, no. Your actual deltoid muscles. They are in the upper body. Why is there a deltoid ligament in your ankle?

00:23:29

They had bones connected to the, I believe.

00:23:31

Just say it like, that's really strange. We couldn't find another word.

00:23:37

Maybe they do the same thing. Down there. I mean, Mike, don't— big anatomy. Don't bring it up here. I'm more of an expert in almost upsets.

00:23:46

There's, there's 3 other guys who could have chimed in.

00:23:49

Oh, those guys don't know their deltoid from their— well, maybe Josh does.

00:23:53

I was going to say one of these guys is a biology major.

00:23:56

How many deltoids do you got, Papa?

00:23:57

One on each side.

00:23:59

Wait, what do you have? The top and the bottom?

00:24:00

Top and the bottom.

00:24:01

Yep.

00:24:01

No, he's—

00:24:02

that was my answer. I don't like it.

00:24:04

One on each side. He's like, no further questions.

00:24:06

It depends on the alignment of the side.

00:24:08

Yeah.

00:24:09

Which is, are you laying down or?

00:24:12

Miles Garrett, knee surgery, IR. Okay.

00:24:17

So much for the duo to start the year.

00:24:19

Super team.

00:24:21

Kyler Murray left almost instantaneously. First he made a fadeaway terrible interception throw.

00:24:27

Yeah.

00:24:28

Which you, the worst part about that by far was that immediately what you do in that moment is you go and you make fun of it. Right?

00:24:36

Yeah.

00:24:36

And then 2 seconds later, it's like, oh, very severe injury. Very severe injury. Looked awful.

00:24:43

He was talking to Carson Wentz and smiling and laughing in the locker room after the game, which is great.

00:24:47

Didn't, didn't have to go to the hospital. And also Carson Wentz came in and looked awesome and Justin Jefferson got rescued.

00:24:54

I know for a fact that I'm, I know for a fact that this guy over here, this Al Borland character, while we're wearing the gear we're wearing, I noticed a stark lack of Gold and green.

00:25:05

That's primarily diet related. Oh, okay.

00:25:09

I've outgrown a lot of that, but that was a rough game.

00:25:12

He's emotionally or— Just to be clear, we didn't even make that joke.

00:25:17

He's just like volunteering he outgrew his Packers gear.

00:25:20

You could have just said like, yeah, we lost and I'm upset about it.

00:25:23

Yeah, that's also true. Wait, how upset were you?

00:25:26

Wait, to be clear, I know for a fact over the last couple of months you've lost weight. So are these jerseys too big? Yeah. I mean, we're talking my jerseys are Eddie Lacy, Jordy Nelson.

00:25:37

Oh, so they were a long time ago.

00:25:38

Lacy would have worked. It wasn't Eddie Lacy's jersey.

00:25:42

Oh, okay.

00:25:44

Okay.

00:25:44

It wasn't game worn. No, sir.

00:25:46

But loved—

00:25:47

What a brutal game for the Packers.

00:25:48

In the morning with, why are the Vikings favored in this game?

00:25:53

Yeah.

00:25:53

He did start the day with that. Because they're a really good team, man. I know for a fact he stands by that.

00:26:00

I know for a fact the Chargers get a lot of crap for being the Chargers, but I feel like the Packers are doing this thing now where they are giving away games that they—

00:26:11

possible.

00:26:11

You know, that's the first time in history a team was up by 12 points with 20 minutes left and lost by 17.

00:26:17

I did not.

00:26:18

I mean, that's very specific or something like that. Well, it was just the dynamic. Like it was 22-17. with what seemed like 4 minutes left in the game. And then all of a sudden you blink and it's 39-22.

00:26:30

That's what I'm saying. I saw a tweet talking about, you know how there's always the win probabilities and you're at 96% win probability with this much time left. In the last like 2 years, there's been like 4 or 5 games where the Packers are basically above 95%. The game is over and then they lose and lose not just like They just collapsed.

00:26:52

I mean, shout out to that team rallying around a backup quarterback. Brian Flores defense turning on the Vikings are legit.

00:27:00

They just need a quarterback blitzed.

00:27:01

And shout out to the refs according to Al.

00:27:04

Yeah.

00:27:05

The refs were not good in that game, but the point differential at the end was not due to the refs. It was significant. Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey left with a chest injury. He got blowed up.

00:27:16

Yeah.

00:27:17

In a bad way. I mean, I was kind of making, you know, I was like, man, it looks like he got his organs scrambled. And then after the game, they're like, they're actually worried about organ damage. He got hit really hard. So no update on that. Although I did see Jason shared with me one fantasy medical expert. See if you can find his so we can shout him out real quick. But he broke down the fact that majority of the time, if it's a rib injury, They can play through it with a flak jacket. Like that's the majority outcome.

00:27:48

I don't remember where I sent it to you.

00:27:52

Yeah. So I, I'll see if I can find that. But where the hope is that Ladd will be able to, you know, be back out there soon.

00:28:01

There might be a scarier injury and we'll have to wait and see practice reports, but Zay Flowers. Reaggravated the hamstring that he was already dealing with.

00:28:11

Fantasy Docs on Instagram. Sorry.

00:28:12

Yeah. There was, Zay Flowers was dealing with, you know, his little hamstring injury, reaggravated it despite the fact that you just look at the game and you go, oh my gosh, Zay Flowers dominated that game.

00:28:26

Yeah. He was 150 and 1 in the first half of football.

00:28:29

I think he only ran like 11 routes. 11 routes.

00:28:33

11 routes. He ran 11 routes. It's the most fantasy points scored. on 11 routes in history.

00:28:36

That's so— the yards per route run numbers, you know, it's like if you're, if you're up at like 4, that's amazing. He was at 13.6 yards per route run.

00:28:46

You just don't want to keep re-aggravating this thing. And this is at least a second aggravation. There are some comments that maybe it was precautionary.

00:28:54

Yeah. The latest from Rapoport was Zay Flowers is not considered serious. He'll have an MRI But if it was a playoff game, he likely would have returned. So day to day right now.

00:29:06

The problem is there ain't no playoff games for a while. So does that mean next week, do they give him a week off?

00:29:11

We'll see.

00:29:11

I mean, Jacoby Lane, but one week also hurt.

00:29:14

One week versus a dude going on IR because his hamstring is torn in 2. For sure.

00:29:20

They will certainly MRI it and see what's going on. Jacoby Lane, who had a touchdown called back, got a lot of snaps, left early with a wrist injury. It ended up being a fractured wrist.

00:29:30

This is their rookie, their promising looking rookie from camp who's gotten a lot of It was great to see him on the field used around the red zone. Everything was like, okay, this one worked. The touchdown was called back. It didn't work. And then he broke his wrist.

00:29:43

So, well, that's— Dijon Stribling and Lane were like my favorite 2 rookie wideouts from camp and they're both hurt.

00:29:49

Yeah. So Rashad Bateman.

00:29:51

Yeah. We'll have a waiver show tomorrow.

00:29:53

It's so weird because I don't think he had a catch.

00:29:54

It's funny.

00:29:55

I know.

00:29:55

And he had by far the most routes on that team.

00:29:58

That describes him.

00:29:59

Yes, it does. But it's funny because I wanted to move on from Mark Andrews. Because it's like Mark Andrews did nothing, whatever, you move on. But then it's like if Zay Flowers and Jacoby Lane are gone, it's like, do I have to roll Andrews again next week?

00:30:12

You could go Smythe.

00:30:14

Yeah, he is there.

00:30:15

There were plenty of Smythe touchdowns in the absence of all the star tight end touchdowns. Omar Cooper Jr., another rookie wide receiver, high ankle sprain. He had a nice play in this game and then got hurt. Chika Okonkwo, hamstring injury, did not return.

00:30:30

We'll see.

00:30:31

Dylan Sampson also left early. I saw him going into the locker room. Knee injury. Was on crutches following the game. This was the—

00:30:39

So did Judkins have a good game?

00:30:41

Well, no.

00:30:42

Kidding. Man, the Browns and—

00:30:44

The Browns. Look, it's, it's as simple as Deshaun Watson is not a professional quarterback.

00:30:49

Dude, that guy's so bad.

00:30:50

If Deshaun Watson didn't have that paycheck, he would know he would be nowhere near an NFL team. Every single play from decision-making to physical gifts, abilities, and talents. Like, yeah, he threw a bomb touchdown at the end of the game. I don't care. He'll probably start another week, but disgusting.

00:31:09

Yeah.

00:31:10

And he's going there. Did you see Harold Fannon have a nice game?

00:31:13

Nope.

00:31:13

What about Judkins?

00:31:14

Nope.

00:31:15

Nope. Whatever. No.

00:31:16

Concepcion. I mean, the only one that did was Boston because he caught the long bomb touchdown. But if you want to bank on that, good luck to you, man. Football's fun though.

00:31:27

It is.

00:31:28

We had the initial 9 televisions up on the lobby and complete stimulus overload as the game started. And it was wonderful. It was fabulous.

00:31:39

Let's talk.

00:31:40

I will say just because you bring that up and while Deshaun Watson's playing, it's irrelevant. Snap share, Denzel Boston was up at 92%, 47 snaps to Concepcion, 35 snaps, Jerry Jeudy, 32 snaps. So it was like, that was just interesting behind the scenes. Now you could say, oh, wait until Watson.

00:31:59

I believe Concepcion was the target leader.

00:32:02

Who was?

00:32:02

Even Concepcion.

00:32:04

Yeah, he was, he worked from the slot on 63% of his routes. So something significant there.

00:32:11

Let's get, let's get this team a quarterback, please.

00:32:14

Yeah. So there's lots of studs and duds to talk about. By the way, one oddity that I noticed was you had talked about Parker Washington in the beginning when he's definitely the one. And then we, I don't know why we didn't mention it, but Brian Thomas Jr. is another update. He went out with a shoulder injury, but in spite of his absence, Jakobi Meyers, his playing time, 65% of offensive snaps. So we saw some work with, with Well, we had a touchdown by somebody who we didn't even know. And then we had Travis Hunter getting in on the offensive side of the football.

00:32:48

He played 4 snaps. But he'll probably play more if Thomas is hurt.

00:32:52

Yeah. You guys want to talk some positives? You want to talk some studs?

00:32:55

Yes.

00:32:56

Some good stuff.

00:32:57

There was a lot of that.

00:33:00

This week's fantasy stud muffins.

00:33:05

We're already going to have an interesting waiver show tomorrow.

00:33:08

That'll be fun because it is because I don't, there's not like, oh, that's, that's the guy. Like after week 1, there's, I feel like there's always a top player.

00:33:18

What percentage of leagues was Isaiah Likely drafted in?

00:33:20

The majority, I would say.

00:33:22

Probably near 100.

00:33:22

See, that's what I thought. But the feedback I'm getting, I'm thinking he wasn't drafted in a lot of leagues.

00:33:26

Oh, well, 88%.

00:33:29

That's a lot. Yeah, that's a lot. Let's talk some stuff.

00:33:34

Speaking of a lot.

00:33:35

So far so good on 1/3 of my My Guys.

00:33:38

Well, you got rid of your other 2 to put all the power into one.

00:33:41

Number 1 scorer on the week at quarterback, Caleb freaking Williams, 37.3.

00:33:49

Yeah. There's some other guys I'd like him to throw the ball to.

00:33:54

Well, the fact that he could do this without them.

00:33:56

Yeah.

00:33:56

That offense is, I mean, I know he wants to break records. Do you think part of his strategy is a bad defense? Because you're not going to be able to break records without a bad defense, Jason.

00:34:04

No, you probably won't. They now have the ability to. I mean, you also had him doing what we need for fantasy football, which is running the ball at the quarterback position. 10 carries, you know, most of them probably scrambles, 65 rushing yards, 2 rushing touchdowns. That's how he's the number 1 scorer of the week. It's just delightful. I don't think it's going away. I will say that—

00:34:30

It's not going to be that good every week.

00:34:33

No, the next 2 weeks will be a real test. Minnesota and Philadelphia. They're both at home for Caleb, but those are really good defenses. It'll be great to witness and see what happens.

00:34:45

Josh Allen against the Houston Texans. I know he's Josh Allen, but remember I said I wasn't willing to bench him?

00:34:51

Yeah. Smart.

00:34:52

Can you imagine if I had benched him for Goff?

00:34:56

Yeah, it would not feel great. That's what I'm saying. I get it. I understood the, you know, Josh Allen in Houston. It had not been, not been good. And we expect the Houston defense to still be a strong play, but Josh Allen was playing incredibly.

00:35:11

Well, he had his best weapon finally out on the field for 75-plus percent of snaps, which is—

00:35:15

Oh, that's a Dalton Kincaid comment.

00:35:17

That sure is, baby.

00:35:18

He did look good. Bryce Young was the 3rd highest scorer of the week.

00:35:23

Bryce.

00:35:23

This is what we're talking about with the Bears defense.

00:35:25

I mean, 361 yards, but it wasn't just because Like you have, do you realize the numbers for Jalen Coker versus Ted McMillan when they both been on the game?

00:35:35

Yeah.

00:35:36

It's like 37 catches to 21 catches on the Coker side.

00:35:39

Yes. Jalen Coker.

00:35:40

And he was, because Tedderoa McMillan, he was the number one fine. He was 5 for 75. Okay. You're disappointed, especially in a game where—

00:35:52

Should have scored.

00:35:52

If you told me Bryce Young, who usually throws for about 200 yards, or you hope he hits 200.

00:35:58

Yeah.

00:35:58

Throws for 361 and 3 touchdowns. You just assume Teteroa dominated. But yeah, Coker is probably one of the biggest pickups.

00:36:06

9.8 yards per attempt is the highest of his career when attempting more than 20 passes. The downfield was working for Bryce.

00:36:12

Let's do it against more teams than just Chicago.

00:36:15

Yep. That's one we have to not quite grant the superstardom to.

00:36:19

Yeah, not yet.

00:36:20

Jackson Dart, my start of the week, 23 for 29 in full command last night. Also rushed for 54 yards and felt like, I know he got in control.

00:36:29

Yes. He got blowed up on one of those plays.

00:36:32

But it was out of bounds.

00:36:33

No, no, no. I'm talking about just when he was in the pocket and didn't look to the right. It was just like the Tyrone Tracy play, except there was no one there to block. So it was entirely on Jackson Dart.

00:36:42

Yeah.

00:36:42

It was probably still Tracy's fault.

00:36:43

But I will, I will say he did, he did his own thing. His own thing.

00:36:47

You're talking about tripping over yourself.

00:36:49

Yeah. But Jackson Dart looked Really good as a quarterback still. You know, one of the questions was, will he scramble? 11 rushing attempts, 54 yards. But also, how will he scramble? And it looked so much more in control, so much less like I'm trying to sacrifice my career on every run. And instead— and there were designed runs, which I was thrilled to see, that this team is like, hey, we've got a quarterback who has great mobility. Let's utilize him in the game plan. Not just tell him that's dangerous. Don't do it. I, you know, Jaxon Dart was, you know, he's close to a my guy for me for a while in the offseason. He's very scary, but I think that the upside is here.

00:37:29

Granted, this is Cowboys. Dude, against this team, this is not Dallas.

00:37:31

Exactly.

00:37:32

Same thing as the—

00:37:33

So he's got the Rams coming up. Much, much tougher, but I'm excited. I think Dart's going to become a weekly must-start.

00:37:41

Trevor Lawrence should be, although, man, they didn't even need him for half the game. 18 for 23, 245 and 4. Since week 9 of last year, Trevor Lawrence is the QB what? Oh, well, he's got to be one.

00:37:56

Yeah, it's number one.

00:37:57

Number one. He's a top 12 quarterback in 11 of his last 13 starts. Denver next week. Keep an eye on them.

00:38:04

He completed— are you telling me he completed 18 passes?

00:38:08

Yeah.

00:38:09

Because 7 receptions was what Travis Etienne Jr. had. So 7 of 18.

00:38:16

Are you, are you crossing streams of teams here?

00:38:19

Yeah.

00:38:19

Oh my gosh. He's— yeah. Okay. That makes far more sense. My brain went—

00:38:23

Grandpa, put the keys down.

00:38:25

My brain went back to college and NFL. This is the first game we haven't had them together. Okay. Wow.

00:38:32

Oh yeah. They're not there. They're not there.

00:38:34

That makes a lot more sense.

00:38:35

He's so good. He's catching passes from a different city.

00:38:39

Lamar Jackson looked in control as well. 324, just 1 passing touchdown, had 1 on the ground, 40 yards rushing. He only hit 40 yards rushing 3 times last year with the injury. So far so good for Lamar against the Colts. Jalen Hurts.

00:38:57

That was weird.

00:38:58

This is a, this was a good bad game.

00:39:00

It was a bad good game. Yes.

00:39:01

Something like that.

00:39:02

He did not look good. He didn't play well. His rushing was meh. And then at the end of the game, 48% of dropbacks, they were pressured.

00:39:10

That's absurd.

00:39:12

That's crazy.

00:39:13

You know who the least on the entire week was?

00:39:16

Joe Burrow, right?

00:39:17

I have to guess Jacoby Brissett.

00:39:18

No, it was CJ Stroud, 21%.

00:39:20

Oh, all right.

00:39:22

Crazy. Yeah. Jalen Hurts. I mean, you can't really complain with 3 passing touchdowns and 46 rushing yards and the end result of fantasy points. If you watch the game, it was not easy sledding. They didn't look great. You know, the Dallas Goedert big late kind of breakaway touchdown really, really helped him.

00:39:41

I forgot about— yeah. And Goedert had 2 of them, man. Goedert is— he was the start of the week and we'll talk about him in a bit. But there are a few guys that I'm very curious your long-term view on. Tyler Shuck. I mean, this is like—

00:39:54

That was absurd.

00:39:55

Dude, Tyler Shuck was in negative points at like basically halftime. Like he ended up passing the ball 56 times.

00:40:03

Sure, man.

00:40:03

4, 10, and 3. Almost won the ball game.

00:40:08

We always—

00:40:09

86 plays.

00:40:11

We always tell people wait until the game is over because—

00:40:16

Oh yeah. Because the tweets are coming in.

00:40:17

There's a lot of like we get, you know, we get, we get good tweets. We get some people who are upset. From this game. Juwan Johnson, aka Juwanson, was one of our most recommended plays of the week.

00:40:31

And it felt bad.

00:40:32

And it felt really bad. And like Tyler Shuck was playing so bad.

00:40:37

It was actually really terrible play.

00:40:39

We're in the 3rd quarter. I'm like, I feel like I have to tweet. I feel like I have to go apologize. Be like, I'm so sorry that I was, I was so in. I thought Tyler Shuck was going to be Something. I thought the Saints and then, hey, I didn't send it.

00:40:55

Vele, Olave, Juwan Johnson, Chock. I mean, it was, it was great. Turns out you just need 4 quarters.

00:41:03

5.

00:41:03

5.

00:41:04

Fair.

00:41:05

Brock Purdy, 25 for 34, 205 and 3. Efficient night for Brock on Thursday night. We knew he was great. And the Rams defense, Aaron Donald, when will he come back? No Miles Garrett. I mean, look, if you take— you traded Jared Verso away for Myles Garrett and Myles Garrett's going to be out for a while. So your pass rush, if anything, it should mean some better stuff for maybe Williams and Corum and Puka and Adams.

00:41:31

I think the Rams will be okay.

00:41:33

Running back scores on the week, the top 5. Why not? Derrick Henry, 34.8.

00:41:38

He looked like the Yeti. He was, but he was, he was in complete control, man. It's not time.

00:41:44

Just imagine when it's crazy winter. He is now 3rd in most rushing touchdowns in NFL history. Swift, Gibbs, Jeanty, Monty, of course Gibbs and Monty together, and Bijan Robinson. The weird, the funny thing about Monty was, I mean, they're obviously going to lean on him. He's going to be a huge part of this offense. This is a very reminiscent performance to the Mixon-esque.

00:42:07

Yes.

00:42:08

He arrives to no fanfare and then all of a sudden is everything. Great defense. Running game is going to help win it and take pressure off of Stroud. I just talked about the pressure rate was the lowest in the league. So you can say what you want about the offensive line or the Bills defense, but something worked because they scored 3. He scored 3 touchdowns.

00:42:26

But did you see the snaps? Yeah.

00:42:28

I mean, like it was almost 50-50 with Woody Marks.

00:42:30

I believe Woody Marks had more snaps than David Montgomery, which you wouldn't know because all the work went to Montgomery, which is all that matters. I mean, it basically was saying when Monty was in the game, you know, they were using him. They were putting the ball in his hands in both the passing and the rushing game. It was, it was gorgeous to see.

00:42:46

Gente looked great. 23 for 102. Now the Dolphins defense, again, you know, it's probably not going to be this good every week for the Raiders, but you love to see it. And by the way, Jahmyr Gibbs, 29 carries.

00:42:58

You're going to kill this man.

00:43:00

No, you can't.

00:43:01

No, you can't.

00:43:02

You can do it. No, you can do it one year.

00:43:04

Dan Campbell said he's going to get one glorious year.

00:43:07

34 touches.

00:43:09

Not enough.

00:43:10

Oh man, Andy, I don't know that you know what you're asking for. I know you've got Gibbs, but, uh, whoo.

00:43:18

You know, we'll see. I'm not, I'm not a man like you that would be willing to guarantee that a player becomes healthy the entire year.

00:43:26

But you want to.

00:43:27

But he's been a healthy player. So we'll see. Bijan got it done despite— I think Cooper Rush might've looked worse than everybody this entire week. Yeah.

00:43:35

I was surprised.

00:43:36

It was like if you took a game manager and cut that in half, that's what he was like. He just found Bijan. I mean, Drake, if this— if Cooper Rush was starting the rest of the year, I would, I would be 3 shovelfuls On the way into the grave for London and for Pitts because this offense cannot function. This offense with Cooper Rush cannot produce fantasy value for London or Pitts and Bijan will pass away. 10 targets. I think his, I think his target share was like 56%. Yeah.

00:44:08

Well, it had to be.

00:44:10

This was, they almost, I mean, Michael Penix Jr., I never thought I'd say this. You've done an amazing job by not playing. You have looked so good.

00:44:17

We've never accused him of being a dumb man. No, we've just said maybe he's not that great of a quarterback, but he is.

00:44:23

Please come back.

00:44:24

He is playing his hand very well right now.

00:44:26

The Falcons attempted 22 passes. 3 were batted at the line. 1 was a throwaway. There were 12 completions in the game. 8 went to Bijan, the running back. That is not a real NFL offense.

00:44:40

I mean, he missed Pitts on a seam route. London was not involved. I'll say this, man. I, I loved Pitts because I loved Tua and what he would do. Yeah.

00:44:49

Let me say this. Fantasy Faceoff that we do every Friday. Oh, my Green Goblin, which is the easy, like it's generally, that's the gimme. It's a freebie.

00:45:00

Yeah. Mine was like what, Baker 150 yards or something.

00:45:03

Mine was 2.5 receptions for Kyle Pitts. I said, oh, certainly he will get more. And then the I had already locked in and then it's like, oh, well, Cooper Rush is going to be the quarterback. I'm like, nah, you know what? Certainly Cooper Rush could get the ball to Kyle Pitts 3 times.

00:45:19

Yeah. But who's, who's going to spin the wheel?

00:45:22

Not me, baby.

00:45:23

It feels really bad because we, so we all did great. We all, we all crushed. I mean, because we all cashed all 3 of our lineups.

00:45:32

4 for 4, 3 for 4, 3 for 4. Yeah. And then you guys did a tiebreaker last night, which Jason narrowly lost. So I'm pretty happy with that. We saw people's feedback. It was almost perfect. And I think the only one you missed was Jordan Love's rush attempts.

00:45:45

Yeah.

00:45:45

The only one you missed was Kyle Pitts' Cooper Rush problem. Jordan Love was all about rushes.

00:45:50

Jordan Love was supposed to have a couple kneel downs at the end of the game, but then they were like, oh, I forgot.

00:45:55

We're good. I know you were counting on that.

00:45:57

Yeah.

00:45:57

Jonathan Taylor was great. Chuba Hubbard was great. Javonte scored twice. Breece Hall, your start of the week. Great, Jason. Bucky Irving, Mike's start of the week and your number 1 draft pick, Jason.

00:46:06

Dude, my heart.

00:46:07

Cooking. Only 8 carries. That's the only thing I'm going to point out there. It was 8 carries.

00:46:12

They were down so much. I mean, you had Kenny Gainwell with, with 5 carries. They just didn't run them. They had to just drop back and pass so quick.

00:46:20

What was wild is, do you know who the lowest yards per attempt of the entire league was in week 1? Was it Baker Mayfield? I feel like Burrow did not look great.

00:46:30

But the— this is why I'm saying I'll hold off on Bucky.

00:46:33

It—

00:46:34

look, week 1 looks great. If I had Bucky, I'm not trading him. I'm feeling good about my pick. But it's like Kenny Gainwell was in for 46% of the snaps. Work on the ground was very close, 8 to 5. It just— the targets happened to go to Bucky. And it's like, with the snaps being almost shared, those targets almost certainly could have gone to Gainwell. as well when he was on the field. So that's why I'm just a hold.

00:47:00

I will say what was very good to see was that Bucky looked like he actually looked like the first step was great. The Bucky of 2 years ago.

00:47:10

We'll take a break. We'll talk wideouts. The number 1 fantasy scorer at the wide receiver position in week 1 was Jalen Coker at 29.8 fantasy points. So you talk about waiver wire pickups. That's going to be the biggest.

00:47:28

Yes.

00:47:28

Probably the biggest one. Number 2 though, Christian Watson.

00:47:33

Oh, what?

00:47:36

Christian Watson. Are we doing a week 1 victory lap right now?

00:47:39

Yeah, you got to. He's healthy.

00:47:41

Listen, it's like the Cardinals. You don't know how long you got him.

00:47:48

He's so good.

00:47:49

It felt like it all came together. in the first half.

00:47:51

It really did.

00:47:52

That's how Minnesota won. They're like, hey, we should take Christian Watson out of the game.

00:47:56

Christian Watson was awesome. And a look, Matthew Golden, I think that's almost— even though Watson crushed for fantasy for week 1, I think he's going to be— Watson is like, we're looking good. Matthew Golden led the team in routes and target share, 31%. I mean, that is the consolidation Really, it looks like it should work for Matthew Golden.

00:48:21

From what I'm seeing, I believe he, he was like 41% in the slot last year in his opportunities and it was 5% in this game. So the change of role in the dedicated targets. Yeah, we'll see. Zay Flowers, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Justin Jefferson, the other top 3.

00:48:40

Oh, Justin Jefferson. We are so back. If Carson Wentz—

00:48:45

But it would probably be Kyler.

00:48:46

It probably will be Kyler.

00:48:48

But like maybe not next week.

00:48:49

I doubt next week. But then what if Carson goes out?

00:48:52

I mean, Chicago next week.

00:48:54

Genuinely, if Carson Wentz goes out next week and throws for 350, he would be—

00:48:59

Could it also be McCarthy? I mean, because I had seen comments. Here's what I had seen is that the order of operations on the backup quarterback is not necessarily indicative of who they would start.

00:49:11

Sure.

00:49:11

Now with Wentz winning the game.

00:49:13

That's the thing. That's what's going to create Wentz starting this next week. I mean, he went out there and played well enough to, you know, he threw 3 touchdowns.

00:49:23

But Amon-Ra eventually got it done. 2 touchdowns, 10 for 67, 14 targets. And you know what? Jamo, they gave Jamo chances to get in this game and he dropped the ball.

00:49:33

Yes, he did. More than once.

00:49:35

I was kind of, That was, that was a bummer. Chris Olave was a machine again, 86 plays. You're probably not going to get that every week. But yeah, he looked every bit the Chris Olave that got the paycheck, that got the big year last year.

00:49:49

Yeah.

00:49:49

We even had an injury scare. Come on, guys.

00:49:51

It is normal.

00:49:53

That was a scare. But, and, and Devon Vailly as well.

00:49:57

Spot starter.

00:49:58

You're not always going to have as many snaps as were in that play. But we've talked a lot this offseason about Kellen Moore offenses. They do have more snaps than most. I mean, it was a combination of also playing against Detroit, having an overtime, yada yada. But the reason we wanted this offense was just because of pace of play and that you get more snaps, more opportunities for fantasy points.

00:50:19

What other big names are worth talking about? DJ Moore, 5 for 100. Nico, 7 for 75, had a couple other chances to score. Parker Washington, all in the first half, 5 for 83 and a touchdown. And man, was it an impressive touchdown.

00:50:31

Yeah. I think that's a pretty good— Ladd McConkey still finished with a solid stat line despite the chest injury.

00:50:38

Top 5 tight ends on the week, man. I did— he was, he was such a finalist for my guy and I, and through one week I regret not choosing him over one of my injured dudes. Isaiah Likely, 23.8 fantasy points. Dallas Goedert, start of the week, 21.7 fantasy points. Trey McBride, sticky gets sicky. The amount of times in that— now, Ja'Marr Chase last year had like no points in week 1. This year, no points in week 1. It's a thing. It's a thing for this offense to get going. But man, every time I looked up, Burrow was throwing to a tight end.

00:51:12

He was.

00:51:13

He really—

00:51:14

and Tee Higgins was better than Ja'Marr Chase, but it still wasn't a fantastic game. They really, I don't know, they were clamping down on the wide receivers, just maybe fully selling out. I mean, worked out for the Bengals in the long run.

00:51:29

Dalton Kincaid, I think, is one of the most interesting storylines.

00:51:34

He scored 15.5 and he did not score a touchdown.

00:51:37

Yeah, exactly. This is a player who has been great on a per route, per touch, per pass basis. Like he's been really, really good last year with his knee injury. He played 38% of the snaps. That is obviously an irrelevant player you can't throw out there. And we were just saying all offseason.

00:51:55

And yet you could have taken shots on him last year.

00:51:57

Yeah. I mean, he had plenty of good games despite 38% of snaps. We're just saying if he's actually healthy and he ends up being a 70-plus percent snap player, then he could be a top 5 tight end. He played 72% of the snaps and was, was very, very, very good.

00:52:14

Through one week, the Muth got Luth. 5 targets, 5 for 46.

00:52:18

He's always fun.

00:52:19

He was like the deep sleeper of the offseason that I brought up one time and then got embarrassed about. Juwan Johnson, 3 for 54 and 1.

00:52:27

Never a doubt.

00:52:28

Oh man.

00:52:29

Never a doubt, everybody.

00:52:30

He ran 52 routes.

00:52:31

I feel like in the 4th quarter, was he goosed going into the 4th?

00:52:34

I think so.

00:52:35

Something like that.

00:52:36

His first catch was the touchdown. So it felt like, okay, totally, we're good.

00:52:41

Bailed out.

00:52:41

We're good. A 20-yard touchdown is fine.

00:52:43

He kept getting targets.

00:52:45

And then TJ Hockenson scored. So there you go. Let's go ahead and we won't spend as much time here because it's week 1. We don't want to overreact, but we'll spend some time. Here we go.

00:52:58

Pooped in his big boy pants.

00:53:02

Yes, yes, yes. We did have some, we had some big boys that let you down starting with Drake Maye. We saw that in Seattle. Justin Herbert.

00:53:11

Oh man.

00:53:12

209 and 1 and maybe without Ladd for another game. I mean, I did not see, it was, it was just broken.

00:53:20

On every level. Everything looked bad.

00:53:22

Even Hampton. I mean, they barely gave Hampton any work and then Hampton fumbled and, you know, he got into the end zone, but somehow like nothing looked good.

00:53:31

No, their running game, their offensive line.

00:53:34

Sorry, I realize we have a new back wall graphic for the duds and you should definitely dress like that, Jason.

00:53:41

I'm thinking about it.

00:53:42

You missed us in the studs. Me and Jay were yoked.

00:53:44

Oh, we looked great.

00:53:45

Those ones, those, the studs, those are real pictures.

00:53:47

Yeah, these ones.

00:53:48

That's real. The duds.

00:53:50

Oh man, you guys are low. Looking good. Yeah. Even with a cupcake shirt.

00:53:54

That's also the biggest muffin.

00:53:55

Why is the cupcake shirt on?

00:53:56

That's a stud muffin.

00:53:57

Oh, okay. Yeah.

00:53:59

All right.

00:53:59

Is that on the shirt or am I— is that in the air?

00:54:02

It's on your shirt. Okay.

00:54:03

Okay. Well, maybe we, we touch that up.

00:54:08

But we're talking duds.

00:54:10

I thought it was a floating muffin.

00:54:11

Where do we go from the Herbert against the Raiders?

00:54:14

I think you— I genuinely think what you do is You throw out week 1 and pray. There is—

00:54:22

He gets the Raiders.

00:54:23

Yeah, the Raiders. Well, I mean, he got, he got the Cardinals. You just hope that they go back and fix some stuff. Teams, all teams across the league will have down games. Sometimes they happen in week 1. Like we talked about, the Patriots last year lost to the Raiders at home and then went to the Super Bowl. You just have to hope because nothing looked good. Nothing on either side of the ball looked good for the Chargers.

00:54:45

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Bengals won because their defense was good. 25 for 35, 254 and 1 for Burrow. It was a letdown in this matchup.

00:54:56

It was.

00:54:56

It'll be bad.

00:54:57

But week 1, what they do week 1 is bad. But I will say—

00:55:00

They normally lose them.

00:55:02

Yeah, they do normally lose them because they usually have a terrible defense. Their defense looked good, caused a lot of turnovers. And, you know, both the Cowboys and the Bengals last year's Great offenses with terrible defenses. They both invested heavily in the defense. Cowboys look like they failed. Bengals look like they might have succeeded. A little early to tell, but worth watching.

00:55:22

Baker, Stafford down games. And then this one I do want to talk about. I thought it looked horrible. I thought the Dallas offense looked bad. 175 and 2 for Dak, threw a pick.

00:55:33

Man, if George Pickens just didn't drop 3 passes, would we feel like it was bad? Because they were all 3 like bombs.

00:55:39

No, Dak—

00:55:40

I'd like to see one of those 2 receivers not have like a drop day.

00:55:43

Dak had the most passes over 20 yards and none of them were completions. Like, he'll be fine.

00:55:51

By the way, is that true, Matt?

00:55:54

Yeah, I think so.

00:55:55

Oh my gosh. He still can't talk into a microphone. 2 drives in the second half for Dallas.

00:56:01

So it was, yeah, I think so. I think that was true.

00:56:03

That's insane.

00:56:04

Yeah. Because they couldn't get the Giants off the field on 3rd down. That's insane. It was a tweet from good friend of the show, JJ. It says nearly 18% of Dak's pass attempts on Sunday went for 20 or more air yards, the 6th highest rate in football. He didn't complete any of them.

00:56:18

So yeah, they missed— he missed Lamb on that bomb with Lamb.

00:56:21

They were in George Pickens. That won't carry over. So I'm not concerned about this.

00:56:27

Mike, morbid satisfaction in Quinshon Judkins performing like this, 12 for 33, 2 targets.

00:56:33

A bet against Deshaun Watson is a cashable bet.

00:56:37

Yeah. It's, yeah, it's unfortunate. It's unfortunate because I, I like Judkins. I think that Judkins can be a good running back. But when you have, when you have a bad quarterback and your offensive line is not elite, you just, it doesn't really matter how good you are.

00:56:51

Here is one player that I have some, some real thoughts on. Marshawn Lloyd against Minnesota. I know how good Minnesota's defensive front is. They played a big part in this. However, Chris Brooks and Marshawn Lloyd through one week as the lead backs of the Minnesota Packers left so much to be desired, in my opinion.

00:57:11

Yeah.

00:57:11

There were 2 thoughts I had. One, we may see some Caleb Johnson soon. And 2, Jacobs will be everything.

00:57:18

And oh, we did have a Jacobs, maybe even more when he comes back. We have at least one Jacobs update that it is. He pled no contest to—

00:57:26

I did mention on the show last Friday.

00:57:27

Oh, did we?

00:57:27

Yeah. Last Friday we had all that covered. The only thing we didn't talk about was the fact that they had actually sealed the record. in court, which sometimes means that the NFL can't get as much access to the case information. And that can cause the suspension to be— they may factor in. In fact, there's a lot of precedent for them factoring in games missed on commissioner's list. But we don't have— the league is trying to get the video.

00:57:52

Yeah.

00:57:52

But we don't have a decision yet from the league. But I was not impressed with Lloyd or Brooks. And I know that there were a handful of okay runs, but 13 for 37 for Lloyd. I thought he was really, really hesitant from the handoff. Like he'd get the ball and he'd make a move that wasn't a response to the defense coming at him, but was just a little bit of a, let's juke for juke's sake. I didn't like that.

00:58:16

I think it's fair criticism.

00:58:18

But we'll see. To me, it was like, okay, nothing I saw means Jacobs will have a reduced workload. We'll see what happens.

00:58:24

And the Vikings are a good defense.

00:58:28

I just thought we were on the way to basically the Packers establishing a great passing game. And then that being the precedent for like Love's going to be the leader of the offense. It won't be the running game. Like we'll start to transition into a heavier— I'm just kind of disappointed the way it went.

00:58:43

Yeah. And honestly, Marshawn Lloyd got enough work to show something, to have one good explosive play. And he looked bad every single time he touched the ball again against a good defense. So we'll see next week. They go on the road against the Jets. opportunity to rebound, to show something special.

00:59:01

You want to talk about— there's a commonality here. These are, these are teams that mostly lost. Tony Pollard, 7 carries for 35 yards. I believe the split was nearly even.

00:59:12

26 snaps to 25 snaps.

00:59:14

Okay, there you go.

00:59:15

With Tajé Spears.

00:59:16

With Tajé Spears. But don't worry, neither will be good.

00:59:21

Let's— for the foreseeable future, the Titans don't have Big boy pants. Like if they're studs, we'll celebrate them.

00:59:27

Yeah. They can't.

00:59:29

Yeah.

00:59:29

Duds are pooped in your big boy pants. Not little boy pants.

00:59:32

Not unless Mitchell Trubisky is starting.

00:59:35

Oh, who would have thought you'd—

00:59:36

He's got the big boy pants.

00:59:38

I mean, if you're at the cope phase of like only Trubisky can save my guy, you're in real deep doo-doo.

00:59:44

Yeah. I'm up. My, like my nose is just barely out of the water. I'm drowning.

00:59:49

I'm going to have some. some Cam Ward cards for sale soon. Jaylen Warren and Rico Dowdle were, I mean, they were both— Warren was better by a lot.

00:59:58

So here's what's funny. Warren was better by a lot. So fantasy-wise, fantasy-wise, he turned 10 carries into 46 rushing yards versus Rico turned 8 into only 15. They both had a good amount of targets, 6 targets to Jaylen Warren, 5 targets to Rico Dowdle. Rico turned it into 6 Rico was terrible. However, when you look at the splits, you know, you go, okay, so obviously Warren was the one Rico was irrelevant. The actual snaps, 39 snaps went to Rico. Only 25 went to Jaylen Warren. Passing snaps, 29 to Rico, only 13 to Warren. Warren was way better. And so maybe they flipped that, but the player on the field that they were trying to get going who couldn't do anything was Rico. So stay tuned.

01:00:43

3 big names that were disappointing, not quite duds in week 1. James Cook against Houston.

01:00:48

Not worried in the slightest.

01:00:49

No. Saquon against Washington. Not really worried there either.

01:00:52

A little more worried there.

01:00:53

Are you?

01:00:55

Just of, he wasn't fantastic last year. I mean, 15 for 83 and he had to do a lot of blocking.

01:01:01

And then De'Von Achane, 11 for 36 on the ground.

01:01:04

One is 4 for 30 through the air.

01:01:06

I believe Achane played the most snaps percentage-wise of any running back in week 1. So he wasn't sharing any time, but there wasn't much time on offense for this team. Every time I looked up, it was a dink and dunk drive for Kirk Cousins and then a 3 and out or a short drive for the Dolphins.

01:01:24

And so through one week, you know, when you get all of a bad thing, it's bad.

01:01:29

Yeah. Yeah. He ended up, it was funny because I traded Achane, I traded for Achane, traded Hampton away in a bigger trade and they were 9.5 and 9.7 fantasy points in week 1, both disappointed.

01:01:40

I think it's going to take the Dolphins, if they get it going, it will take them some time to figure it out.

01:01:45

I agree. When you have 2 rookie wide receivers, when you have a new offensive coordinator, head coach, and quarterback, I mean, how good can it get is the problem.

01:01:53

And so in their upcoming schedule, Mike brought it up earlier, it's terrible.

01:01:57

San Francisco, Kansas City, Minnesota. Oh golly. Wide receiver disappointments, Ja'Marr Chase, an off day, 2 for 12.

01:02:04

It was a bummer.

01:02:04

To be expected, sadly.

01:02:06

Off day for George Pickens, 3 for 28 and some dropskis.

01:02:09

Yeah.

01:02:10

Drake London, 2 for 29.

01:02:12

Not his fault, but terrible.

01:02:14

DeVonta Smith, 3 for 53. This was part of what looked weird in this offense. I mean, Wicks had a 75-yard catch and a touchdown. DeVonta Smith, 3 for 53. You wanted more than that. I did. Yeah.

01:02:24

I wanted more than that.

01:02:25

He was the start of the week.

01:02:26

I didn't think that the Commanders defense was really good enough to stop and slow down the The Eagles, they seemed like they were. Thankfully, the next 2 weeks, Tennessee and Chicago. Maybe the Eagles can get it going a little bit more, but I was super disappointed in DeVonta Smith.

01:02:45

Rome Odunze, Luther Burden. 2 for 52, 5 for 63. Neither scored.

01:02:50

This is worth a discussion because there's been, I mean, there's been so much offseason talk about the 3 receivers, including Loveland in here. And all 3 were disappointing in a game where the Bears scored 59 points. It's crazy. Rome Odunze, I kind of throw, I throw it out. He didn't play as many snaps, but he was coming back from a calf injury. He was a part-time player. So that's, that's less concerning. Luther Burden to me is actually more concerning.

01:03:14

5 for 63 is not the end of the world for Luther Burden.

01:03:18

When you have a fumble, it really kills your fantasy.

01:03:21

Fantasy-wise, yes.

01:03:22

But I'm not concerned is my way of saying that. Now you might get 2 in a row. They go to Minnesota or they play Minnesota next week. You may have 2 down weeks in a row. I don't know. I wasn't concerned, but I also, I mean, I feel like by being concerned about Burden, are we in on Khalif Raymond? I mean, I'm not.

01:03:38

No, I'm not.

01:03:39

No, I don't think so. I think I'm guessing that Khalif Raymond, Jadi Walker, maybe they got some more run because Rome Odunze wasn't on the field as much. Rome played, I think, like 48% snap share of passing snaps. Luther Burden was at 73%. Luther didn't play as much as you would have. He didn't play as much as I would have wanted in 2 wide receiver sets. That was the thing that was a little bit concerning. He was more slot, which, you know, Ben Johnson coming over, we want slot. We wanted that Amon-Ra role. So, you know, something to pay attention to. But I was a little disappointed with the utilization of Burden.

01:04:16

Cardinals won, but they didn't use Marvin Harrison. 1 for 33 on 3 targets. It was He had a drop on his first target. It was, it was gross. And it might just, I mean, they just paid Michael Wilson. Trey McBride is, Trey McBride and Michael Wilson are dogs. So that's a little scary. We'll see. It's just one week, but will they make, be more intentional getting him the ball at home next week? We'll find out. Terry McLaurin was awful. I mean, 2 for 14.

01:04:45

Invisible.

01:04:45

And the other part of that is I thought Antonio Williams looked amazing. I mean, sure, he was 4 for 64 and a touchdown, but I go watch the touchdown. Go watch the route. I mean, he looked good.

01:04:55

I thought his yards per route run were outstanding.

01:04:58

Stefon Diggs, 9 targets.

01:05:00

There are 2 rookie wide receivers I'm pretty interested in, like in the waiver wire. Antonio Williams was drafted nowhere, but then Ted Hurst. I mean, Chris Godwin. Chris Godwin was not good. 4 for 40. 4 targets. And when I saw him with the ball, I mean, it was pure.

01:05:19

Yeah.

01:05:20

He's going to find a way to get open. But I mean, Keenan Allen played this week, right? And he had a bunch of targets and it was worth nothing. And I'm—

01:05:27

weird game.

01:05:27

I'm a little worried that Godwin will be like Keenan.

01:05:30

4 for 40 for Godwin, but Ibuka is 5 for 63.

01:05:34

Yeah.

01:05:34

Like that weird— that one feels—

01:05:37

3 turnovers by Baker.

01:05:39

Yeah. 2, he had 2 fumbles and then Bucky had a fumble. And then was there, was there another pick by Baker?

01:05:49

He had 2 picks.

01:05:50

Oh.

01:05:50

Yeah. Carnell Tate, 6 targets, 4 for 38. Wandale, 6 targets, 5 for 38.

01:05:56

Baker had no picks.

01:05:58

Okay. So it was just the fumbles. Yeah.

01:05:59

Just, he had fumbles.

01:06:00

No picks.

01:06:01

Yeah.

01:06:02

I'm seeing no picks and 3 fumbles.

01:06:03

Oh, 3 fumbles. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. 3 turnovers, all fumbles. I got you. Tight ends.

01:06:10

This one feels bad.

01:06:13

Well, why don't you talk about it? Colston Loveland, 2 targets. And making matters worse, which is always the case when something goes like this, when another tight end has a big touchdown or a big catch like Cole Kmet did. I mean, he ran the 2nd most routes of any tight end and ended up goosing Colston Loveland. Where you at, dog?

01:06:33

One of them should have been a touchdown. You know, all I can take is that the Bears were— the Bears offense was amazing. They're going to score a bunch of points. He ran the 2nd most routes of any tight end in week 1. It will happen. But the fact that we have a zero as our floor, that felt impossible. Yeah.

01:06:55

This is the behind the scenes metrics of the offense is great and he's running the most routes says you can trade for him. You could be confident that good games are coming. But I will say that the one fear that I had coming in for the Bears was—

01:07:10

Was Khalif Raymond?

01:07:11

No, was that if the Bears were really good and Colson Loveland's good and Rome Odunze is good and Luther Burton is good, that it will be they're taking turns and you won't necessarily have everybody dominating or anyone being super consistent. That would be my fear going forward was just like, we're going to have great Ludlum games. You're just going to have some, some bad ones. We're going to have great Burden games. You're just going to have some bad ones along the way. And it's a scary proposition from a consistency standpoint.

01:07:41

Which is the biggest challenge with tight ends because here's another guy, Kyle Pitts, Cooper Rush.

01:07:48

Yeah. You got to just throw it out until you've got the starting quarterback.

01:07:51

I feel okay with Pitts with Penix, but I mean, not as good as I did with Tua. How many back spasms are we going to get there, by the way?

01:07:58

I think it'll be one.

01:07:59

Is that contagious?

01:08:01

I would be surprised if Rush plays this next week.

01:08:03

George Kittle, 5 targets, 2 for 12, coming back from injury. Harold Phannon. This one sucked. Harold Phannon, the second Shedeur is made the starter, I would make him a trade for target.

01:08:12

Yes.

01:08:13

But not before.

01:08:14

He—

01:08:15

Shedeur will start.

01:08:17

So if you mean, if you want to—

01:08:18

Well, they might go through 4 starters this year. Yeah.

01:08:19

But I think Andy's point is if Shoulders will be nice. Shoulders will start until week 5.

01:08:24

Yeah.

01:08:25

I don't think you want to trade for Fannon right now and have a month of Watson version of Fannon.

01:08:30

Well, it was when we had looked at the— so they start with 2 road games. So Jacksonville and then Tampa Bay. And when I, when I was looking at it after the announcement of, oh, Watson's going to be the starter, it's like, hmm, I don't know, 2 road games. Just let Watson go out there and fall on his face.

01:08:47

And Watson.

01:08:48

Either you're like, whoa, we're surprised Deshaun Watson remembered how to play quarterback, which he hasn't done well for, I don't know, 4 years or something. Or we go on the road, we take those losses and then we get back home and then should— I don't think financially the game—

01:09:04

Can we do it though? As like, like if you take him out after 2 weeks, that'd be the best thing for the team.

01:09:09

For sure.

01:09:10

Well, that's why I'm saying of week 3 when they come home, if Deshaun Watson is terrible, in week 2.

01:09:17

Win.

01:09:17

Win.

01:09:18

Okay.

01:09:18

Win. I, this is all just optics and theater and everything, but to go to your home opener after Watson destroyed your team for 2 weeks.

01:09:29

Oh, and get him booed.

01:09:30

Yeah. Oh, he will. The boos will be so loud.

01:09:34

Yeah. You either switch him out after the first quarter of that game or you do it beforehand.

01:09:37

As it turns out, Watson, the fans not liking you is also performance based. It's personal, but it is also your performance. It's everything.

01:09:46

It is personal and performance.

01:09:48

Yes.

01:09:49

Yes, it is. And yeah, that's a— there are some teams this week that they had some rough weeks and I would not feel like I was happy if I was their fans. Waiver show tomorrow.
