Transcript of Thoughts on tipping service staff?

Why employers are allowed to pay their employees such little money, and it's on us, the customer, to give them their salary. The whole concept actually blows my mind. They're relying on strangers. Pay your employee. Why is that up to me? You make it so much easier. If they go above and beyond and they do an exceptional job, you can give gratuity as a bonus.

Don't get us wrong, we all tip actually very well, but this is just a very interesting- We do because we have to because it's so stupid. I know people don't tip. I feel like people't tipping. So we make up for it. I know I definitely make up for.
