Transcript of Trump's Own Supporters Demand Impeachment over Epstein Files
The MeidasTouch PodcastDonald Trump's own supporters are now calling for his impeachment in connection with the cover up of the Epstein files. Not just any supporters, but Donald Trump's former top political lieutenants, but perhaps Perhaps even more significantly, survivors of Epstein who voted for Donald Trump are calling for his impeachment, for Bondi and Patel's impeachment, and for them to be fired. Folks, this is a fast-moving story, and the Midas Touch Network is leading the way in our coverage. Just a reminder, make sure you hit subscribe right now to this YouTube channel. So you have Marjorie Taylor-Green posting the following after seeing what was produced in this latest batch 8, data set eight of the Epstein files. She writes, This is horrifying. Trump called me a traitor for fighting him to release the Epstein files and standing with women who were raped, jailed in stalls, and trafficked to men.
Only evil people would hide this and protect those who participated. I pray for these women. Only evil people. Remember what I've been saying here over and over again on the Midas Touch Network? Trump and this regime, they are evil, and we have to just call it out that it's evil, evil, evil behavior. Then you had Epstein survivor, Halley Robinson, who was a Trump supporter. She voted for Donald Trump. Here she says, I'm no longer a Trump supporter. He needs to go. He needs to be impeached. Let's play this clip of Epstein survivor, Halley Robson. Play this clip.
Talking about Trump, right? Just to be clear in terms of pointing the finger.
Yes, exactly.
You said that before that you have never heard anything to implicate him.
Exactly. It wasn't until I started meeting some of the other women from different countries and different states where I really started to hear their stories. And of course, as a survivor sister, and going through what I went through, I do believe these girls. But at the end of the day, I am no longer supporting this administration. I redact any support I've ever given to him, Pam Bondi, Cash Patel. I am so disgusted with this administration. I think that Pam Bondi and Cash Patel both need to resign, and I would love to see number 47 get impeached over this, and I'm just waiting. Should Pam Bondi be held in contempt, you think, for the release of this class? She needs to be held more than in contempt. Absolutely.
Now, Virginia Jufrey's sister-in-law also chimed in. Here's what she says. And Virginia Jufrey, of course, was a victim of Epstein, and she died by suicide recently after the atrocities that were committed against her by these sick and depraved criminal men. Here we play this clip?
First off, I think the incompetence of the DOJ is quite insulting. I think their behavior and the fact that they've redacted the perpetrators and left these survivors unredacted and then claim that the care is for the utmost survivors, it just doesn't add up. Then secondly, to have the President of the United States care more, care more for people who have operated in this circle who could potentially be pedophiles, who could potentially be perpetrators. He doesn't know that. That's why we need all the evidence. And so the care to protect the rich and wealthy and the powerful over the survivors who have been fighting for decades, once again, it's just so disrespectful. It's so disrespectful to this case and what happened. And it almost feels like it's intentional. This chaos that this administration is creating around it is intentional. But we're paying attention. We are paying attention, and we're going to keep fighting.
As both of you have, so- Then I had the opportunity to interview Democratic Congress member Roe-Kana, who's been leading the way on the Epstein file release. Here's what he says about there being whistleblowers now, FBI whistleblowers. Let's play this clip. I don't know if you can share this, but any FBI whistleblowers or DOJ whistleblowers who may be on the horizon, who's upset about the way this was handed, who may have been-We've had some approaching our office and the committee.
I obviously can't get into the details, but there are people who are upset about the non-compliance of the law, and they don't want to be held accountable. Anyone who is at the Justice Department who's involved with this, who's not complying, could be prosecuted for obstruction of justice. Now, Pam Bond is not going to prosecute them, and Donald Trump isn't going to have an attorney general who prosecutes them. But in 2029, we're going to have a Democratic President, and that Democratic President is going to have an attorney general, and that attorney general is going to prosecute the law, not out of vindictiveness, out of just saying that you can't commit crimes and get away with it. By the way, I think that should apply to crimes, not just in violating the Epstein Transparency Act. I think it should apply to crimes with ICE, crimes in terms of the strikes in the Caribbean. We need accountability before reconciliation. If you're at the Justice Department and you know that you're violating the law, you probably don't want obstruction of justice charges brought against you. And that's why I think more and more people are speaking up.
So then in one of the oddest, most bizarre statements you may ever see from the Department of Justice, they post this basically just admitting that they're serving as Donald Trump's personal law firms It says, The Department of Justice has officially released nearly 30,000 more pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. Okay, okay. Then it goes on to say, Some of these documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims made against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election. To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false. If they had a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already. Never Nevertheless, out of our commitment to the law and transparency, the DOJ is releasing these documents with the legally required protections for the Epstein victims. I want to bring in the Democratic Senate leader, Chuck Schumer, who's been actually calling for legal action to be immediately taken against this Trump regime for their cover up. But before getting there, Senator, let's just talk about this DOJ's statement. What's your reaction to it?
The reaction is very simple. They are Trump's shill. If everything is so hunky dory, then release all of the files. They have blanked out. They have blanked out huge amounts of these files. In one whole grand jury testimony, 119 pages, totally, totally blacked out, 265 pages elsewhere. If everything's so cool with Donald Trump, and no one believes it is, then come clean. Release all the files all the time. Don't just dribble them out. The law said they should all be released. It was passed unanimously in the Senate with only one dissenting vote in the House. All of them should be released on December 19th. And so the bottom line is very simple. You're not releasing them, you're You're dribbling them out. Now you're trying to be a cheerleader for Trump. There's one answer, DOJ, come clean, come clean. Let all... Don't stop. Stop locking out all parts of the files. Put all out there, put them all out at once, and let the American people decide what Donald Trump was up to and other bad people were up to as well.
Let's talk about what the Senate can do now as this cover up continues by the Trump regime. You posted that you would be introducing a resolution directing the Senate to initiate legal action against the Department of Justice for its disregard of the law relating to the release of the complete Epstein files. What does that look like? Are you going to be able to convince Senator... Do you need to convince Senator Thune? I mean, this was passed by unanimous consent, the Epstein Transparency Act. But what do we do here in terms of getting this resolution through?
Ben, first, let me say the law was written very clearly. It did not allow all these redactions, all these blacking and getting out of everything. It did not say you can dribble them out over a period of months. These guys are full of shit. They should simply release them All now. So our law says that. And if they don't comply with the law, Senate will go to court and demand everything be released. Now, John Thune, we have to approve this in the Senate, but public sentiment is everything. That's what Abe Lincoln said. And why were we able to pass this law with every Democrat and every Republican saying yes? Because the public demanded it, the victims demanded it. There was a relentless campaign of public pressure to release all of it, not some of it, not redacted, but all of it clean and simple. And if they don't comply, DOJ, and I doubt they will, given the statement you read, they become just shills for Donald Trump. Not surprising, but that's what they do. We will go to court, and we will win in court because the law is so clear. And if any senators refuse to do that, it's at their peril.
The American people demanded it. Everyone in Congress voted for, everyone in the Senate voted for all but one in the House. We need all of it, public, so the public can make judgments. It's not up to the DOJ to make a judgment. It's not up to even the senators to make a judgment. It's up to the American people.
And look, let's talk about, look, Cash Patel, FBI director, when he's not out there flying around on a private jet on the taxpayer dime with his girlfriend or buying himself a fleet of new BMW X5s, he seems to be lying to Congress. I mean, he spoke to the Senate. He testified there's no co-conspirators. There's nothing in the files about any other people. And as you just posted, because some of the records that are redacted acted, so we don't know who these individuals are. But as you post in 2019, Trump's DOJ had a list of 10 Epstein co-conspirators. We want to know. Who are these 10 co-conspirators? Why haven't we seen them?
We want the list public now. Every day, we're finding new things that are in these files. We have some great help. We have some of the people who worked on this case who have now quit the Justice Department in disgust because they don't think the Justice Department is being honest or honorable about this. We have the lawyers for the victims who are working with us. So we know in large part what's missing, and we're able to make that clear. So this idea that they don't release these 10 co-conspirators, and there may be many more, is outrageous, and we're going to put a lot of heat on them to do that.
Right. I was watching. It was actually a Republican senator, Senator Kennedy of Louisiana, who was the one who asked Cash Patel the question, and Patel said, No, no co-conspirators, basically. These people from this Trump regime, they just show up at the Senate. They just lie.
They just lie. They're total, total shills for Trump. No one believes them. That's why we asked the files to be in public. The reason that we want all the files unredacted, blacked out files to be public because no one trusts Bondi, no one trusts Patel, no one trusts any of these people, to be honest or honorable about this. They just bow down to whatever Trump wants. And we know Trump is a liar and will not want anything to come out, especially when it's about him, but probably about lots of other things as well.
Look, before we go, I just want to get your take on... We see what's happening with the FBI DOJ here, but CBS, I mean, censoring stories right now. You posted about this, that Trump and his billionaire buddies are trying to shape what people see here and believe. I mean, this is a crazy... Cbs, we all grew up with CBS as the gold standard of journalism.
Walter Cronkite, everybody's honorable grandfather type person.
And here they are.
Look, this has an aroma of tyranny. Trump and his Minions, the head of the FCC, are trying to pressure the networks to put on TV, all of the media, to put in the media, in newspapers, in everywhere else, only what Trump wants. And he basically says it, If they do things I don't like, they should be off the air. That's outrageous. We need to... Cbs has now, because in Canada, there's an unedited version of what came out. But we need to know what happened. Who did Trump pressure? Why, where, and when? Not just for CBS, but for all of these things. We saw what they did with Jimmy Kimmel. We saw what they did with ABC or earlier. I got to tell you, Ben, if you're worried about democracy, there are lots of things to worry about with this administration. But at the very top of the list is they're bludgeoning the news media to only have the news on that they want to hear, not what they don't want to hear. To the credit of many, many journalists have stood up, Kimmel's one of them, but it is really dangerous.
I want to thank you for joining us, Democratic leader of the Senate, Chuck We appreciate you.
Thank you, Ben. I didn't know you were a Long Island boy, so that's very nice.
