Donald Trump is rushing to the Situation Room right now based on an apparent emergency that he wanted us to be distracted from over the weekend until he and Barak Ravid from Axios could try to manipulate the markets today. So Donald Trump is now saying we just got a new offer in from Iran that we have to determine immediately if we're going to escalate the war again. Or if we're gonna make the greatest deal imaginable, call an emergency situation room meeting. It is always chaos with these folks. And as I've been saying over the weekend after the White House Correspondents' Dinner purported shooting, Donald Trump was using it, one, to build a golden ballroom, number two, to attack Democrats, three, to try to attack No Kings protests, but also significantly to try and distract from the fact that this weekend Donald Trump promised the country that Steve Whitkopf and Jared Kushner were going to Islamabad, Pakistan to meet with the Iranians. And there was gonna be productive negotiations. At the Midas Touch Network, we said that ain't happening. That's yet another Trump lie. And then on Friday, Donald Trump had to admit. And then on Saturday morning, he had to admit before the purported shooting at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, Actually, Whitkopf and Kushner aren't gonna go.

00:01:36

It's a waste of time. And we got a proposal back from Iran and we just don't think it's that serious. So therefore we've decided to cancel the trip cuz the trip would be too much work. And then you had that, uh, alleged shooting at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. And then Donald Trump and his team started like laughing and high-fiving each other afterwards. And they were having a grand old time at the White House holding press conferences after. And then into the morning, Donald Trump met with CBS, state regime media. Donald Trump met with state regime media, Fox, his two favorite state regime medias. And then they started pushing all of the propaganda for the Golden Ballroom. And you know, the media was like, oh, you're so courageous, Donald. This is one of those moments where we're really gonna need the public to rally behind you. This is a time where we need you. Unity more than ever. Really? When Donald Trump's approval is worse than Richard Nixon's at the time that Richard Nixon resigned, really? As the Trump regime is covering up a child sex trafficking ring in the Epstein, Epstein Files, really? As inflation is surging right now, as food inflation year over year is right now spiking and people can't afford groceries, people can't afford gas, people can't afford rent.

00:03:02

And now you want unity all of a sudden. And Donald Trump, he looks so presidential, folks. The shooting was nowhere near— the purported shooting was nowhere even near where the event was taking place. And there everyone's like, oh my God, can you believe what went down? So right before the markets opened today, you had Barack Ravid at Axios. Guess who it is again? He posts the following: New: Iran gave the US a new proposal for reaching a deal on the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. And lifting the naval blockade first and postponing nuclear negotiations for a later stage. Ha ha, a big success. So there's going to be an emergency situation room meeting right now, whereas before Donald Trump and Netanyahu launched their unlawful and catastrophic war in Iran, the sole purpose was to make sure Iran doesn't get nuclear weapons. And that, uh, even though Donald Trump said back in June of last year that everything was obliterated, the whole point was to reach a nuclear deal. So now the big breaking news of the negotiations that Donald Trump and Barack Rabbid are pushing to manipulate the market and to pump it up is that Iran has said, we are not going to even have discussions with you about reducing our nuclear capabilities.

00:04:30

And so now that is a victory and that's some sort of a win. So you're just repackaging Iran's demand that they get to continue to have their uranium. And now that's a story. Do you all see the market manipulation? And now there's urgent situation room. It is always chaos with this regime. 'Cause when they create a state of chaos, that's when they can manipulate the markets. And that's when they could use their state regime media and propaganda arm to try to distort and confuse and to keep the people distracted. But I know you won't be distracted from things like the Epstein files and things like the disastrous economy that has now, uh, been even further worsened by Donald Trump's behavior. And Barack Ravid, you know, he's throwing up the sirens. Everybody, Trump is expected to hold the Situation Room meeting on Iran with his top national security and foreign policy team. Another siren, everybody. The meeting is expected to discuss the current stalemate and the negotiations with Iran and the potential options for the next step in the war. And then of course, this was reposted everywhere. And then the markets were manipulated. Isn't that just what happens every Sunday?

00:05:52

We, we gotta do an analysis of all of this Barack Ravid social media posts that he makes on Friday. And then he makes on Sunday and how he manipulates the markets with Donald Trump. It is utterly outrageous. You, you know, this type of stuff that I'm focused on that they don't want us to be focused on things like this. US farm bankruptcies are up 46% year over year, 70% in the Midwest. Food inflation accelerating. Average inflation for food and beverage companies surged 7.9% year over year in March. The biggest jump in 12 months. This is up 373 basis points from 4.2% in February. The largest jump was recorded in tomatoes at 102% year over year, vegetables at 90% year over year, and diesel at 88% year over year. This was largely driven by higher fuel costs, meaning the full impact of rising and plastic prices has not yet even been reflected. Meanwhile, urea prices, the world's most widely used nitrogen fertilizer, have doubled since February to $900 per metric ton, the highest since 2022. Fertilizer costs are rapidly rising for farmers and will eventually translate into higher wholesale food food prices before landing on grocery store shelves.

00:07:26

Food inflation is set to accelerate as the Kobiasi report, uh, explains. Um, so, you know, this data right here lets you know why you see a lot of this mass chaos right now, because they want to distract from all of this. How, how about this piece of data right here? The Great Lake States— Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin— they're about to set 2026 record highs the next few days, um, with gas prices set to jump 25 to 65 cents more. Folks, I could keep on going, but I think you understand what's going down. So what did Donald Trump now say over the weekend? I mean, in addition to Golden Ballroom this and Golden Ballroom that, Donald Trump is now claiming, and this is, this is the new narrative that they're gonna push today, right? The weekend was White House correspondent shooting. We need a new ballroom. Oh my God. Mass chaos. The shooter was so close. How courageous and unity. Now what Donald Trump is trying to claim is that in 3 days, Iran's entire oil field is gonna blow up if Iran doesn't make a deal in the next 3 days. Right now we're on like a 3-day loop.

00:08:47

And so because Trump says this naval blockade is so effective. Trump says mechanically in the earth, something happens where the oil fields in Iran will just explode. That's Donald Trump's scientific definition. Watch what he tells state regime media here. Play this clip.

00:09:06

But what you're referring to is that when, when you have, uh, you know, lines of vast amounts of oil pouring through your system, if for any reason that line is closed because you, you can't, continue to put it into containers or ships, which has happened to them— they have no ships because of the blockade— what happens is that line explodes from within, both mechanically and in the earth.

00:09:32

It—

00:09:32

something happens where it just explodes. And they say they only have about 3 days left before that happens. And when it explodes, you can never— regardless, you can never rebuild it the way it was. In other words, it will always be If you rebuild it, it's hard to rebuild it all, but it would only be about 50% of what it is right now. So it's a very powerful thing that takes place, sort of having to do with nature. But when, when that gets clogged at the end, in other words, when you have to turn it off because you have no place to store this oil, either put it on ships or storage tanks, which they are just about finished with, a very bad thing is going to happen.

00:10:13

So I think they're under pressure, but, or we can hear from a real oil expert like Daniel Davis, who explains that's not how oil facilities work. Donald, pipelines don't just blow up because they can't store enough oil. That's a lie. If that was a risk, then 5 of the other Gulf country cooperation countries would already have their pipelines exploded, right? Like the Saudis and Qatar and Bahrain and these countries, it would've all blown up already, right? And none have. Literally, the systems are designed with fail-safe safety measures to make sure that doesn't happen. Plus, Iran is definitely not 3 days away from full storage capacity. It takes a lot longer than that to reach that level. If an Iranian pipeline suddenly blows up in the next 3 days, the likely culprit will be a US missile. and that will trigger a massive retaliation from Iran. If Trump is trying to be cute again, it's going to blow up in all of our faces. Now here's the deal, Donald, you can pursue a negotiating path with Iran, and in negotiation you give and you take a little bit, right? You have to, you have to give some things up.

00:11:28

You have to make concessions. So if you want to negotiate with Iran, You gotta make a deal. You can't keep on threatening them. That's not how people negotiate. If you want to threaten and you want to go dominate, I don't think this is the right move at all. I think it's the wrong move, but then go to war and see if you can win. But you can't try to achieve that which you couldn't on the battlefield through a negotiation via your social media post. It's why Iran just keeps on mocking you over and over again. Again, because you are setting arbitrary deadlines. You think your all caps is gonna scare them. It doesn't scare them. And then you blink and then you extend the deadlines and you make up stuff that isn't true at all. You know, you had all of these MAGA sycophants like lining up also on state regime media known as Fox to try to be like, like, they know how deeply unpopular Donald Trump is the least popular in presidential history, right? So you have like Maria Bartiromo is on there with this MAGA Republican congressman and she's like, I spoke with Trump this morning.

00:12:43

He exhibited calm and solid leadership. What are you talking about? What are you talking about here? Play this clip.

00:12:51

Right. And I spoke with him this morning and he also exhibited that calm and solid leadership, hands on the wheel. And he told me he wanted to go back in. but the Secret Service advised not to, that it was very difficult to secure the room. They don't know if anyone else got in at that point. So he said, uh, we will reschedule. But Congressman—

00:13:12

and then you have like MAGA Republican Congress member Jim Jordan tries to tie this into this bizarre criminal case that the Trump regime brought against the Southern Poverty Law Center. Like this was 3 attempts on Donald Trump. They keep on trying to go after Donald Trump. Excuse me, I mean Butler, which has a lot of questions about it as well. Um, and the Trump regime is not being transparent and Trump's not turning over his medical records about Butler, Pennsylvania, but the shooter was a MAGA guy. Um, what, and then the other, the other two, there was one thing at Mar-a-Lago where the guy didn't even get close, or he was by the, or the Palm Beach golf course. It didn't even get close. And this didn't get close at all. And the Palm Beach one, the guy was also a Republican also. And it was just so embarrassing, right? I mean, you had like, uh, Heinrich, uh, the MAGA Republican, uh, regime media, uh, propagandist on Fox. And she concluded her interview with Trump by praising him. You're so strong, Donald. You're so strong for— thank you for being there at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

00:14:20

Here, play this clip.

00:14:21

And Jackie, with that, I have to go. Okay.

00:14:23

I want to thank you, Mr. President, for joining us today. And I also want to say how grateful we were last night. Um, as a member of the board of the White House Correspondents Association and the incoming president of that association, we were very grateful to have you there, uh, taking part in a tradition that recognizes the role of a free press in our democracy. And we're all sad that it went the way that it did. We're all grateful that we get to come home to our loved ones and be together afterward. And thank you for your leadership, uh, in the moments afterward, and for coming on and giving the, the country, um, the strength to not let those who would wish to harm us, uh, stop us from our pursuit.

00:15:01

Well, Jackie, thank you very much. It's very nice, very nice. And let's do it again. Let's, let's not— people, let's not let people like this change the course of our country. We're not going to let that happen. So hopefully you guys can get it on and get it together, and I'll be there, I promise.

00:15:16

Thank you, Mr. President.

00:15:17

Thank you very much, Jackie. Bye-bye.

00:15:20

And then you had all of these, like, uh, press people like Weijia and CBS, and they wanted to make this all about themselves, like, and I was there and I couldn't believe what was going to happen. Listen to what Weijia says here. Play this clip.

00:15:33

Your 7-year-old daughter was there. Your parents were there. Your husband was there. This was a lot. And I wonder what you think about this and why it was so important for all of us to be gathered. How are you making sense of that? Have you? I think we're processing this still. I think we're all processing it.

00:15:54

Look, I just think they're all ignoring what the American people are actually going through right now, the pain that people feel. And regardless of what went down or didn't go down at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, the undisputed fact is that Donald Trump and his regime handled it in such a deeply unserious manner afterwards, right? They were laughing, they were like high-fiving, they thought it was one big joke. Regardless of what you believe happened or didn't happen, let's just stick with the undisputed facts, Jack. Afterwards, they were like, acted like they were having a jolly old time. And then they immediately, I mean, and I mean immediately, politicize the thing. No more No Kings protests and, you know, Golden Ballrooms, and the Democrats are behind all of this always, and Democrats are bad, and this is why Democrats need to, you know, uh, allow the, uh, you know, allow this piece of legislation to go through and that piece of legislation to go through. We'll keep you posted on what's going down in the Situation Room today, but I wanted to give you this update, and I want to give you the news that you're not really hearing anywhere else.
