Transcript of Trump has Disaster Landing to DC as Admin Loses All Control

Donald Trump just had a disastrous return to Washington, DC, from New Jersey, where he was once again playing golf on the taxpayer dime. While at the airport in New Jersey, Donald Trump took some questions by the press. He was asked questions like, Can you give us some more information about the United States military strike on that fishing boat that killed 11 Venezuelans? You posted a video of it, Isis-style execution video. You claimed that that boat was transporting cocaine cocaine to the United States. It contradicted the story of Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State, who said that the boat was heading to Trinidad. In any event, how do we know they were not innocent people on the boat who was on the boat? Can you provide us more information? Was the strike on that boat illegal? Donald Trump responds and says, What's illegal is the fact that 300 million people in America died last year from drugs, he says. 300 million people died last year of drugs, he says. Are you going with us? Maggie? I'm not with you. Good. Just one more of Venezuela. The pressure on Venezuela for the strike on the boat illegal. Are you concerned that Maduro might escalate something? What's illegal are the drugs that were on the boat and the drugs that are being sent into our country and the fact that 300 million people died last year from drugs. That's what's illegal.

Do you think he's not telling the truth?

Of course, there was no follow-up from the press there. So you're saying 90% of the country died of drugs, and you're just making up numbers right now. Could you actually provide us with information about who was on that ship? If you say it was Trend Day, Aragua, They engage in human trafficking. How do we know that there weren't innocent people on that fishing boat? Next, Donald Trump is asked, Are you going to potentially start a war with Venezuela? Should we expect strikes on the mainland of Venezuela? Donald Trump's response is, We'll see what happens. Here, play this clip.

Just on that, do you think we will start with strikes on the mainland of Venezuela? We'll see what happens. Look, Venezuela is sending us their gang members, their drug dealers, and drugs. It's not acceptable.

Then Donald Trump says that he's already investigating a lot of people on the left. There are lots of people under investigation, he says, regarding what comments relating to Charlie Kirk, people who were critical of Charlie Kirk. Here, play this clip.

They're already under major investigation. A lot of the people that you would traditionally say are on the left. They're already under investigation? Already under investigation. Have you asked to start with it?

Then Donald Trump says that, look, right-wing people never celebrate. If something happens on their side, we don't celebrate. Let me be very clear. No one should be celebrating, in my opinion, the death of Charlie Kirk. I think we need to condemn all forms of political violence. I also want to be very clear, or all forms of violence at all. It's unclear if the motive was even political. Let me be very clear about that. But we should condemn all forms of violence, period, full stop. I don't think, though, we should be pretending that Charlie Kirk was a good guy. I think that it's perfectly acceptable to criticize Charlie Kirk, to show the hateful and horrible things that he previously said, his anti-Black, anti-gay, anti-immigrant, anti-civil rights, anti-mostly everything other than white Protestant statements. I think we should be able to call that out, I think. But here's Donald Trump saying that. Let me just show that clip to you first. Let's play it.

Have you asked to start revoking the visas of the foreigners who have celebrated Charlie's death? No, we haven't. But we are looking at names. We don't like That's not right. We wouldn't celebrate if something happened on their side, and we don't. These are sick people. These are really deranged people.

Now, I want to remind you as well, though, that Donald Trump is somebody who has celebrated the attempted murder and harm to other people before. Like Donald Trump mocked Nancy Pelosi and her husband when her husband was almost assassinated by a radical extremist killer. Here, play this clip.

We had no terror during my administration. The only terror we had was Nancy Pelosi, who's a crazed lunatic. She's a lunatic. She is a crazed lunatic. What the hell was going on with her husband? Let's not ask. Let's not ask. I'll withdraw that statement. By the way, she's got a wall around her house. Obviously, in that case, it didn't work very well, did it? It didn't work.

When there was a clear political assassination of Melissa Hortman, the former speaker of the House in Minnesota, Donald Trump and MAGA and Republican leaders all spread lies and blamed the left for it and said that Governor Walls was responsible for this extremist right-wing person killing the Democrats. They go, Oh, Walls did it. Donald Trump wouldn't even call Governor Walls on the phone or the family members of Melissa Hortman or anybody to even show any type of empathy at all. But I'll also note that one of Charlie Kirk's statements is, We shouldn't show people who die empathy. We shouldn't show empathy to people. Empathy isn't something that we should ever feel. That's what Charlie Kirk said. He hated empathy. That was literally direct quotes. He hates empathy, he said. Here's Donald Trump saying that. Play this clip.

Governor of Minnesota is so whacked up. I'm not calling. Why would I call him? I could call him, say, Hi, how are you doing? The guy doesn't have a clue. He's a mess. I could be nice to call him, but why waste time?

Then you see all of these right-wing leaders, Trump regime officials all out there, again, trying to push all of these narratives about the killer of Charlie The killer was a 22-year-old white guy from Utah, from a religious family that was involved in the community. This was a guy who got deep into deep underground internet culture and got radicalized, whether that's right or left. It's just this internet radicalization. But now you have Kerry Lake and all these MAGA people are saying, Look, the real problem right here is he went to college. And because he went to college, that radicalized him from this good Trump-loving family. It was the college that did it to him. He went to one semester of Utah State during COVID, virtually, and then with Drew. And then he went to a trade school for the past three years. Not a university at all. We've got to stop this, folks. We can't let this go on. This violence has got to stop. It's got to stop. I'm not going to say our side is perfect, but damn it, this is coming from the other side. How does a 22-year-old become so filled with hate? Five years earlier, I was told he was a Trump supporter, and we sent our kids off to college, and they brainwashed him. I am making a plea to mothers out there. Do not send your children into these indoctrination camps. Don't do it. Do not do it.

Then more hate spewed from Carrie Lake. By the way, this event is how they're using the Kennedy Center now because no one wants to show up at the Kennedy Center for other events. I've done reporting how Kennedy Center attendance is down massively. But Kerry Lake is like, This is a battle between good and evil, and I wish we could compromise, but you cannot compromise with evil. But what they've been pushing at this whole thing is that the left is evil, the Democrats are evil. This is coming from the evil people. And to literally make a America within the enemy. I mean, that's why Trumps refer to the enemy from within. He refers to that as Americans are a bigger threat is what Trump says than Russia or North Korea or China. But here, play this clip.

I know we'd have a lot of time. There's so many good speakers tonight. This is a battle between good and evil. I wish we could compromise, but you can't compromise with evil. You can't compromise with evil.

At one moment, that 22-year-old who shot Charlie was a baby in his mother's arms. And by all accounts, those parents did a good job raising him until he was sent off to be brainwashed. We have lived through the most horrific brainwashing campaign in the history of mankind. The very fact that we're all here means we have somehow survived it. We've survived it. But too many youngsters are not surviving it. We got to stand up because some things are non-negotiable. Our children's minds and futures are non-negotiable.

There's a purge currently underway in the military as well as in corporations for people who have said negative things about Charlie Kirk. You heard Donald Trump encourage that. I'm going after the left. Who said all these things? A big purge there. You have all these right-wing accounts trying to dox people for posting Charlie Kirk quotes. If you've said a Charlie Charlie Kirk quote because Charlie Kirk said hateful things, and you literally just post his words. They're like, You're criticizing him. There are people who were like, I condemn the killing of Charlie Kirk, but he's a bad guy. They're like, She needs to leave the military. There's no way she could serve. There's no way this person can serve. I'm actually not going to show the photos of these people and their names because that would further what the right wing wants. So don't show the photos and don't show the names. Then Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, post this. This is what happened to the person who was locking Charlie Kirk's assassination at Texas Tech. It's a young black woman being arrested by the local police there, and Greg Abbott goes, F around and find out.

Now, let me be very clear. I strongly condemn anybody. No one should mock Charlie Kirk's assassination. Nobody should be celebrating Charlie Kirk's assassination. That sickens me. I don't agree with that. At the same time, I am very critical of Charlie Kirk's behavior. I'm very critical of the things he said and who he was. But I also still recognize that there is something called the First Amendment in the United States. As long as someone's not committing an assault, as someone is not creating a riot, people have the right to say things, even if But even if the things that they're saying I strongly disagree with. Charlie Kirk said a lot of things that I strongly disagreed with that were he didn't like the Civil Rights Act, he didn't like Martin Luther King. He said that he doesn't trust black pilots. He said that after these school shootings, he said that it's okay. The Second Amendment, there's going to be that's part of life, school shootings. You got to live with. He He said so many hateful things when he was alive. And you're posting photos of arresting people on school campus who may do things that I totally disagree with.

But the governor of the state is posting that. I don't know more details about it, but as long as someone's not actually committing a crime, whether it's thought crimes, word crimes now.
