00:00:22

Donald Trump has gone silent all morning as the memorandum of understanding with Iran has all but collapsed as the Trump regime continues continues to violate the ceasefire. You take a look at what Donald Trump was doing this morning. He was, uh, over at the East Potomac Golf Links at 9:04 AM making renovations to the golf course and presenting blueprints with Interior Secretary Doug Burgum. The White House photography pool was able to capture some images and video of him right there. That's what he was doing this morning. The last post that he made, he was attacking Maggie Haberman and calling her Maggot Hagerman. That was about 12 hours ago. And he was also saying that the deal with Iran, which he's repeatedly violating, is making American truckers rich, the same way Donald Trump lies and says that the Iran deal is gonna make our farmers rich because Iran is going to buy all of this corn and soybeans and other produce, which is not in the MOU and which Iran is not going to do Donald Trump defrauding truckers by saying that the Iran deal energy boom will be a big boost to the trucking business because Donald Trump has destroyed that as well.

00:01:44

But this is what he's been doing this morning. We see him over here walking around with Natalie Harp, who is described as his human printer. She's described as a few other things as well with respect to him, but they're just wandering around pointing at trees. One of the things that Donald Trump was talking about out as well is that he wants 47 trees to surround the White House for the 47th president. He's focused on that. But if we take a look at what's actually happening in the Middle East where the Trump regime bombed Sirak and Kashem in Iran in violation of the memorandum of understanding, if you take a look at the Trump regime pushing this Lebanese MOU, which is in direct contradiction to the Iran MOU, and Netanyahu is bragging that the Chinese MOU has destroyed Iranian diplomacy and diplomatic access, which would seem to directly contradict the US deal with Iran that Donald Trump is saying is great for our farmers and our truckers, apparently. Uh, let me show you what's going on in the Middle East. These are the Iranian missiles, uh, responding to the US strikes, and they successfully, uh, targeted, uh, numerous sites in Bahrain, American military bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, and other military infrastructure in Bahrain.

00:03:09

We have photos of some of the Iranian, uh, strikes. I mean, there is no real ceasefire taking place right now. It's just in name only. Let me just show you what the missiles look like coming out of Iran. And you saw the photos right there of what it looks like in Bahrain. Here are the missiles. Let's just play this quickly. Now here's the statement from the IRGC Navy. While Donald Trump is waddling around the East Potomac Golf Links because he wants to destroy that also, he's just there with a wrecking ball in Washington, DC, turning it into his junkyard. The IRGC Navy issued the following statement: America's aimless firings towards Sirik will not resolve our issues of dominance and oversight over the Strait of Hormuz, but our firings toward offending vessels will illuminate the correct passage route. The matter of American bases in the region is a separate issue. The Americans will experience hell in the coming days. The memorandum of understanding says the Strait of Hormuz is to be administered by Iran, uh, that Iran will not charge any money for the first 60 days. Thereafter, it can charge money. The U.S. has now said, well, well, we're gonna open up our own lane by Oman in the Strait of Hormuz.

00:04:43

Iran said no, it needs to be coordinated with us per the MOU. Iran has been targeting ships that violate the IRGC control. Then the US strikes Iran, then Iran strikes US military bases. And that's basically where we're at now. And I suspect that we're gonna have that and more escalation take place basically throughout the remainder of the Trump regime, because this is just what Donald Trump does. And this is how he behaves. Think COVID, like a miracle, it's all gonna go away. The curve is gonna be bent. It's gonna be fine by Easter. No, it's gonna be this summer. Oh, it's actually great. What do you grade yourself? I give myself an A+. Remember how he dealt with COVID and the disaster that was? This is, he's a bankrupter and he's a fraud. And I'll give you another instance of a fraud. You all know by now that in the memorandum of understanding, it says that Iran will be given $300 billion. There will be a $300 billion redevelopment fund. It's disputed, right, that that's what it says. The Trump regime said, ah, that's coming from the Arab nations and its neighbors. It's not coming from US taxpayers.

00:05:51

You'll recall I showed you videos earlier in the week from Secretary of State Marco Rubio when he visited the Middle East to speak to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. And then he was asked, so did you talk to them about the $300 billion? Because you've all said they're on the hook for it and not American taxpayers. And Rubio said, why would I mention that? That's way down the line. The memorandum of understanding is like a negotiating framework. It's not really a real deal. No, it's a real deal. It's a memorandum of understanding. The long-form final agreement is to implement those terms. In any event, uh, the GCC, the Gulf Cooperation Council, Secretary General Jazim al-Budawi just gave an interview and he was asked, so what do you know about this $300 billion fund that you're on the hook for, that the Arab nations are on the hook for in the MOU because Trump put it in the agreement but says the US isn't paying for it. And then they— and then the Trump regime, we all know, right? Undisputed fact that the Trump regime has been saying, no, no, it's not the taxpayers, it's the Arab nations.

00:06:55

Okay, Arab nations. Okay, Gulf Cooperation Council. What do you make of the $300 billion? Play this clip.

00:07:01

Not something new to our— we've discussed it.

00:07:04

Not coming out of nowhere.

00:07:06

Yes. Yeah. For the 300, I have not seen anything. It was not introduced to me nor to other GCC countries. We don't know anything about it.

00:07:17

It's not part of the conversations you had with Mr. Rubio?

00:07:20

Nothing. We did not discuss.

00:07:21

Didn't you ask him?

00:07:23

Why would I ask him if it's not introduced to me? You know, I would ask him if somebody has a plan for the region. We don't know what is the 300, who's going to fund the 300, who's going to be the beneficiary of the 300. We don't, we really don't know anything about it. You cannot call.

00:07:40

And so while Donald Trump has gone silent, while the Arab nations say there's no $300 billion fund that they're aware about, even though it's in the MOU, here we have Mike Waltz, uh, Donald Trump's ambassador to the United Nations, who's a warmonger, the ambassador to the United Nations. He's the main person on TV. And he's out there basically saying, we control the Strait of Hormuz. And if Iran dares try to control the American lane, we will keep on striking Iran. Okay, then if that's how you feel about things, then just don't enter into the MOU. Look, I believe the war was catastrophic and unlawful and should never have taken place. I believe Donald Trump is a genocidal war criminal along with Netanyahu. That's how I feel. But put my feelings aside. If Walls and Trump, if you didn't want to do a deal that gave Iran things, then don't do the deal. But when you sign a deal in Versailles and you hold it up There's going to be concomitant obligations. And so stop acting like, oh, there is no deal. It's a— just stop it. You just be clown yourself every damn day. And it's frankly humiliating as an American to see this behavior.

00:08:52

Play this clip.

00:08:53

If the Iranian regime thinks for a second that, uh, President Trump is going to sit, sit by, stand by, uh, while Iran continues to attack international shipping without a response or our bases, uh, without a response. They're sadly mistaken. Uh, and they saw that loud and clear over the last few nights where we'll continue to militarily, if needed, take down their infrastructure that they're trying to use to illegally control an international waterway. And Shannon, just one more.

00:09:24

Now, speaking about it being humiliating as an American to see this behavior, then the Trump regime wants to distract with, hey, everything's going really good with America's 250th fair. It's amazing. So you have Brooke Rollins going on state regime media Fox this morning with Peter Doocy. And they're like, look how many people are here. This is like such a great event. This is what American state regime media looks like as literally no one is there. Here, play this clip right here.

00:09:52

You ever in your wildest dreams think you may be doing your Sunday show from a state fair on the National Mall? How great is this? It's really, it's really something.

00:10:01

And the weather, not the best today, but people are still coming out.

00:10:05

People are still coming.

00:10:05

Listen, we need rain, so we'll take it. Well, the farmers need the rain, so we're gonna be okay with it.

00:10:11

We do need rain. Um, first, and then on state regime media, you had Doug Burgum saying, you know, look everybody, the reflecting pool is being vandalized again and we've arrested more people. This is what's going on while there's real problems, catastrophic problems that the American people are facing right now. This is what Doug Burgum is saying. Play this clip.

00:10:34

And of course the reflecting pool, which has got a lot of attention. This was part of the original design, the reflecting pool, part of the 1922 Lincoln Memorial. It is part of the monument. So when people are using box cutters to do vandalism on this thing, it's the same as if they were throwing, you know, paint on Lincoln's statue in the eyes of the law. So we've had, you know, 7 arrests, a number of other citations, 18 police reports. As President Trump— I mean, it's— and again, there was multiple cases both on the grass and in the pool that we had not reported before we even filled it up, where people were making these threatening messages to President Trump. But it's just President Trump, you know, came to D.C. to drain the swamp. And some of these folks are trying to, you know, bring it back. It's just— it is, as he says, it's crazy. Yeah.

00:11:22

And this is why I've always said it's just so important that we have a healthy and accurate media diet, because you have regime propaganda, distracting smoke screens, WMD, weapon of mass distraction. While the Trump regime is out there manipulating markets, picking your pocket, you've got Donald Trump's various son-in-laws right now, right? Jared Kushner was, you know, in Switzerland hovering over J.D. Vance while Kushner was raising another $5 billion for his private equity firm from the Middle East. You have Michael Boulos, Donald Trump's other son-in-law, new characters, but added into the mix. He was at the table in the United Arab Emirates when Marco Rubio was there trying to undermine the MOU, just enriching themselves and screwing all of us. I mean, by the way, you've got Jared and Ivanka doing that Trumpenstein Island in, um, over in Albania. And by the way, shout out to the Albanians. Albania continues to protest. They're rallying for 28 straight days against their leader over there and against the takeover of their beautiful island by Jared Kushner and Ivanka and all of this private equity money. And I just want to highlight, just if you just take a look at this, I'm like, who's talking about this right now in the news right now?

00:12:48

And I just found it interesting that in the right-wing media, they want to conceal that what this is all about is a Trump regime money grab, because you see over here that very few right-wing media is actually covering the fact that these Albanian protests are still going on. I just think it's so important to have a healthy media diet right now. It's exactly why I partnered with Ground News for this episode. They're the best tool for me to stay objective. With my reporting. Ground News is an app and website that pulls in thousands of articles from around the world. It organizes them by story to show you how the left, center, and right are framing the story differently. For every story, they have a nice color-coded layout, which makes it easy to see the political bias of each source. Is it a corporate news? Is it an independent news? Is it a large media conglomerate? Is it a right-wing story, left-wing story? Who's covering it? How much coverage is it getting it from the right wing or the left wing or the center. So Ground Wing has this dedicated blind spot, which is a personal favorite of mine that I use in my reporting to make sure I'm giving you objective coverage.

00:13:49

Because I believe in Ground News so much, we're offering you 40% off the same Vantage plan that I use for my research. Just go click the link in the description or go to ground.news/mt. Or scan the QR code up here. It's one of the biggest discounts they've ever offered. If you want to support this channel and get a clearer understanding of the world, try out Ground News. Go to ground.news/mtn right now, and, uh, or use the QR code above. Just going back to some world events right now, you have Foreign Minister Araghchi, uh, of Iran. He's in Iraq right now, um, and he's addressed that if there are further United States attempts to derail the IRGC route in the Strait of Hormuz, that Iran is very close to closing the Strait of Hormuz. I expect the Strait of Hormuz to be closed fairly soon. This is what Araghchi said: If the recent escalation of the situation continues, it will become impossible to keep the Strait of Hormuz open. Under the agreement signed by Trump, signed by the United States, Iran is the only country responsible for managing the Strait of Hormuz. If other countries and parties enter and try to create their own management, it will create clashes.

00:15:02

We've also been seeing now as well traffic getting much, much lower through the Oman route and most traffic going through the Iran route. But we still see traffic generally through the Strait of Hormuz, way less than before this war, way less. And so the fact that you have this Brent crude price where it is to me is pure unadulterated market manipulation right here. Also, Aragchi pointed out while he was in Iraq, According to Article 1 of the Memorandum of Understanding, the war must come to an end on all fronts, including Lebanon. We regret that the Israeli regime continues its attacks. Netanyahu continues its attacks on Lebanon. It is the responsibility of the United States, in accordance with the commitments it accepted in the Memorandum of Understanding, to ensure that these attacks by the Israeli regime are brought to an end. And that's not happening right now. Israel's Defense Minister, Israel Katz— that's his name, Israel Katz— Katz, hailed the Israel-Lebanon agreement last week as historic, saying it is a strategic blow to the Iranian access. Katz said that Israeli forces will remain in southern Lebanon's self-declared security zones. So they are bragging right now. And they say that he said the following.

00:16:22

He said he has instructed the military to prepare for a prolonged deployment in the security zone, adding that Israel would respond with great force if Iran attempts to interfere with the implementation of that agreement. So basically Rubio did a contradictory agreement with Israel and Lebanon that directly contradicts the MOU that JD Vance did with Iran, because the Iran MOU basically says Israel's got to go, and the Lebanon-Israel Israel-United States-Rubio MOU says that Iran— it says that basically we are destroying Iran's influence in the region and we're destroying Iran's ability to, you know, to operate here. And so it's a directly contradictory document. I mean, you have Israel Finance Minister Smootrich saying, I'm putting an end to the idea of a Palestinian state by strengthening our presence with the approval of Americans. The Prime Minister and cabinet decisions. There will not be a Palestinian state. Then he brags about establishing, uh, communities in the Palestinian state areas. You've got MAGA Republican Senator Roger Marshall this morning saying the following about, I don't think the war's over, but this is the first time Iran has ever agreed that it won't build nuclear weapons, which is a total lie.

00:17:43

I mean, the JCPOA said that in the very first sentence, and that was a real deal.

00:17:46

Deal.

00:17:47

Watch what Senator Marshall has to say. Play this clip.

00:17:50

War still going on. Can we credibly say that the war is over at this point?

00:17:57

Well, I don't think the war is, is over. I think there is a détente going on right now that President Trump, for the first time ever, got Iran to sign a document that they will not develop any nuclear weapons in the future. That's, that's great. And then he followed that up with they're going to sign a UN security resolution as well. We're making great progress. So America, I'm asking America to hang in there. This is a, this is a détente. This is a ceasefire. And yeah, we—

00:18:23

more from Senator Marshall right here, just, you know, completely lying through his teeth. Let's play this clip.

00:18:28

The major war is over, and think of this as almost just a mop-up operation. We have to press them. If they strike us, we have to strike them back by 10. We're making great progress. To your point about Secretary Rubio, he just made a great landmark case over in Lebanon and Israel, getting those those folks together. Look, let's, let's not— let's root for the Trump team for once rather than try to tear him down. So I think we're doing what we need to do, making great progress here. And again, working toward those goals: no nukes for Iran, no forever wars, and let's keep bringing that cost of gas and groceries down back home.

00:19:00

But I just want you to contrast that for a moment to Mayor Mamdani's interview this morning on ABC's This Week. And just, you can just see the very different priorities right here. Here play this clip. Republicans are going to make you the poster child for the Democratic Party.

00:19:18

Let them. We don't have to ask ourselves what life looks like if a socialist wins. I won last November, and over the course of these last 6 months, what we've delivered for working people are the very things we were told were impossible. We've delivered free childcare for 2-year-olds for the first time in New York City history. We've delivered tens of millions of dollars back to tenants who were taken advantage of by bad landlords. We've delivered 165,000 potholes being paved, and we've done all of these things while also delivering the lowest recorded crime in our—

00:19:49

Now contrast that to Senator Marshall this morning saying, um, you know, uh, he was— he was— when he was asked about Donald Trump refusing to sign the housing bill that was a bipartisan housing bill to try to make housing more affordable, and Trump refused to sign Senate. And then Marshall's like, we're focused more on like, uh, suppressing votes here. Play this clip.

00:20:11

This week, uh, the housing bill that was passed by a bipartisan measure in both the House and Senate is currently stalled, and that's because President Trump has refused to sign it. I wanna show you what White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt posted about the housing act. She said it was, quote, one of the most significant pieces of housing affordability legislation in American history. She added, promises made, promises kept. But within hours of that post, President Trump canceled the bill signing, saying that it was just of minor importance. Did President Trump break his promise when it comes to housing and affordability?

00:20:45

Look, this is a long book right now. I'm concerned about the cost of living right now under Joe Biden. We saw the cost of housing, healthcare, childcare all go up 50%, and we're still reeling from that. But we're keep— we're getting back in the game again. That America is truly back, that real wages are outpacing inflation right now. Housing is part of the puzzle, but this is classic Donald Trump negotiation style. He's going to grab every leverage point he can, and this is one to get the bigger priority to cross the finish line, and that's election.

00:21:14

And then finally, you had Bernie Sanders this morning, and here's what Bernie Sanders said in his speech that he gave. Let's play it.

00:21:23

We will end a foreign foreign policy, which is immoral and ineffective, and a military budget of well over $1 trillion a year. No more spending billions of dollars on endless wars. No more spending billions of dollars on the genocidal Netanyahu government in Israel. No more support because we believe in democracy. No more support for the cruel dictatorships in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and elsewhere. Bottom line, let's start investing in the American people, not the war machine.

00:22:43

And more from Senator Bernie Sanders right here.

00:22:45

Let's play it.

00:22:46

Every man, woman, and child. So that's healthcare, basic necessity of life. What about housing? Most of us would like a roof over our heads. It means that while Jeff Bezos can own 14 mansions around the world and other multibillionaires can buy their own islands, some 800,000 Americans are homeless. And 20 million households are spending 50% or more of their limited incomes on housing.
