Transcript of Trump Caught On Tape Violating Multiple Court Orders

Donald Trump and his regime have been caught on tape. We have videos, we have photographs, we have the receipts of Donald Trump and his regime violating court orders, prohibiting the use of chemical warfare against American citizens and against people in the United States of America. I can't even believe that I have to use that sentence. We have tape of Donald Trump not just engaged in chemical warfare against people in this country, but engaged in acts of war crimes, essentially, against people here in the United States of America. Let me repeat that, US citizens in Chicago, including the Chief of Staff for the 22nd Ward Alderman, two agents slam a woman down onto the ground, kneel on her back, and zip-tie her despite witnesses all agreeing that she made no threat. I'm not resisting. She screams, I never made a threat. I never said anything. Those bounty hunters didn't want to leave empty-handed after getting locked out of a laundry mat where they were going to kidnap people. That's what the witnesses were explaining. The two staff members of Alderman Michael Rodriguez, who were detained, Chief of Staff, Elaine Bahana, and Police district Council member, Jacquelyn Lopes. This incident occurred in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood. Let's watch this.

In this next clip, I'm going to show you, ICE detained a mother dropping off her child at elementary school, and they refuse to even look at her legal papers from the United States. What documents, the agent sarcastically replies, holding up the folder of the documents that he was handed by the woman lawfully here who he was kidnapping. The agent actually admits to being an immigrant himself and says, yes, when asked if he purchased his vest on Amazon, a different mass kidnapper is wearing no type of ICE uniform at all, just a green sticker ID that says he bought for his safety. Also, you'll see that the license plates are completely blocked off. You have masked men kidnapping people with papers off the streets in the United States of America. And This individual was sent to a maximum security prison in an area in Africa called Eswatini. Eswatini, inside South Africa, in Southern Africa. Eswatini Latini. Now he's on a hunger strike, hoping to get attention of the MAGA movement. He came to the US from Cuba at age nine, was a big Cuban for Trump supporter. He was actually someone who was convicted 30 years ago for attempted murder in the first degree and had numerous other crimes during that period. He turned his life around, according to his family, hadn't committed crimes for decades, and was living a productive life in Miami. Big Trump supporter, and now, welcome to Eswatini, a country called Eswatini. Play this clip.

Immigrated to the US from Cuba when he was nine, is on a hunger strike while in Africa, hoping to get the attention of the man he once supported. He was very pro-Trump, super Trump supporter. Monica Mosquera's dad was taken by ICE. A couple of days before Father's Day. Her father, Roberto, went for an annual check-in with immigration agents back in June and was taken into custody. But instead of being deported to his native Cuba, the 58-year-old is one of at least five men sent to a maximum security prison in the Kingdom of Eswatini over the summer, a small country in Africa criticized for alleged human rights abuses. How we go from one moment of me hugging my dad and being with him all the time and just being his little girl, and then to, he's just on a different country in prison. For what? He did his time years ago. The Department of Homeland Security highlighted Roberto Mosquera as the worst of the worst, stressing he was a convicted murderer.

It's messed up that you guys are labeling my father as a murderer.

We found Mosquera has a lengthy criminal record in Miami Dade, and it shows he was convicted not for murder, but for attempted murder. Back in the '80s, he spent years getting his life back on track. He is a plumber. Very, very hardworking. His attorney adding, Now his life is on the line. Monica tells me she's very concerned about her dad in this hunger strike. She hasn't heard from him in over a week. His attorney alleges not only is this against international law. You have a man in a prison on no charge, not to mention he's in Africa, so she's been unable to meet with him one-on-one.

This next video I'm going to show you involves a restaurant owner who gave free meals to active military during the Trump shutdown. Now, ICE is forcing her to deport. She owns something called Tacos El Fluffy with her son. Her son is a US Navy veteran. Her work visa has now been revoked and forced to sell by the end of her month. Her son, Gio Zalaya, announced that he will have to close the restaurant until he makes sure his mom is settled. Having to execute that plan has been a lot for me and everybody around me, especially my sister, who is a 16-year-old, trying to live as normal life as possible. Tacos El Fluffy is located in Pensacola, Florida, where about 25% of the population works with the US military. Play this clip.

Tacos El Fluffy has become become increasingly popular over the last couple of years, even serving free meals to military service members during the shutdown. But now they are closing their doors as the mother of the business has learned that she has an unexpected deadline to leave the country. Gio Zalaya founded TACO Zell Fluffy with his family in 2023, using recipes passed down through generations. In a social media post, Zalaya shares, despite his mother living here for 20 years and holding a work permit, In the last 10, her most recent renewal was denied, and the permit was revoked. I come to you with a different message today. Not the usual pulse that would be expected, but it is the reality of what me and my family are going through at the moment. She's been given a month to self-deport. My mom has to self-deport by October 25th, and I haven't been able to process the reality. We knew that this was something that could happen, and we have a plan, but now having to execute that plan has been a lot for me and everybody. Around me. Because of the situation, Tacos Out Fluffy will be closed until the end of October.

I just want to spend the next couple of days cooking for my mom, my team, and spending time with family before we have to take my mom to the airport and have her go back to Honduras. Immigration attorney, Jerry Garetson, who is not representing the family but spoke generally, says revocations can be common in the current administration. And so there's not In the old days, it was a more compassionate, right? Usais, they would say, Hey, let's try to get this figured out.

These days, they're saying, Get out of here now.

Garetson says once a visa is revoked, options are limited. The options are they can appeal.

And so it goes to judges, right? And so immigration judges. The judges are likely to be incompetent or right-laman, so they're just going to throw it away anyway. So there's, yeah, you can appeal, but there's this, really, or find another option, right?

Now, Gio Zalai was here just about 30 minutes ago. He was posting a sign to the door, letting people know that the doors will be closed in the meantime. He was here and he said that multiple people have been coming by, trying to get into the taco shop, but unfortunately, it is close until the end of the month. He told me things are moving fast, and they are actually leaving tomorrow to head to Honduras for his mother. Reporting live, I'm Aria Serca.

This next comes from Unraveled Press. They talk about how as this was on the weekend, it was not even 11: 00 AM, and federal agents started gassing the northwest side of Chicago twice in one morning. They ended up doing it a lot more times than that. Just before 10: 00, NWSRR reports they detained two people in Irving Park, one of them known to be a US citizen. This was the first gas attack on Saturday morning, but there were multiple others that followed. Play this clip.
