We are learning more about the very shady deal Ivanka and Jared did in Albania and the crooked individual who they acquired a major part of the Sazan Island from. And we learned about a letter that the locals actually sent to Ivanka and Jared 2 years ago, warning them about what was going to happen. But of course, Ivanka and Jared didn't listen. This while Jared destroys the United States of America standing internationally. Jared couldn't even run one building that he got from basically his trust fund during the first Trump regime, and he needed to be bailed out from Qatar cuz he's a pathetic loser. Let's zoom in on what the hell Ivanka is doing right now while her daddy Daddy was in Ohio being a fricking creep, staring at high school girls or whatever the hell he was doing there and dancing in front of them. It was really gross. And as we learned about how Donald would sneak out through the old Air Force One in Turkey in a catering container truck, because he is a panicked little fool who, despite not deserving the position that he has running the, uh, being in —being located in the Oval Office, I should say.

You've got him sneaking out and showing how utterly scared and what a coward he is in the face of wrong. But look at Ivanka's behavior right here. This is what she's posting right now. Just think about it. While the American people are suffering, while we are learning how Democrats are preparing to subpoena Ivanka and Jared and Barron and this whole despicable family, this is what she's posting. And don't let it fool you because Ivanka and this whole crooked family family is absolutely terrified, just like Donald sneaking in cafeteria containers in Turkey. Here's what she's posting. And here's your creepy father, uh, like, looking at little girls. That's at the Patriots games. Let's talk about what Ivanka and Jared were just busted doing. Uh, we know about the Sazan Island situation, the Flamingo Island, how they wanted to turn this beautiful Albanian island into their own, like, umpenstein island. You know how Epstein had an island? They want to do the Albanian island for the billionaires. It's got underground tunnels and they worked with the Albanian prime minister. This was such an important thing for them. Um, but it was so important that they spent $125 million to buy a part of this land from a guy named, uh, Shihou.

This is the story. The now 60-year-old Albanian entrepreneur named Shihou, um, had been eyed by Albanian and Italian authorities for years. He relocated to Miami, secured asylum in 2001 following a gang-related gunfight. He became a US citizen in 2019, but kept growing a real estate portfolio in Albania. This is the new Wall Street Journal article that just came out. For years, he's been linked to various drug investigations around the world. Kushner's like, let me work with this guy. Ivanka's like, that's the guy we're going to do business. Let's do, let's work with him. In June, arrest warrants were issued for Shihou and 19 other alleged members of a large European drug ring. Prosecutors said he led a leadership position within the organization. Shehu's lawyer has denied his client's involvement in any criminal activity. Shehu was charged with participating in a structured criminal group and money laundering. Specifically, prosecutors alleged that Shehu acquired land by relying on forged documents that claimed historic ownership. And Kushner's like, that's the guy I want to work with. Here's the Flamingo Island, uh, the Saison Island that triggered the Flamingo Revolution in Albania. In a letter, villagers told Kushner that they've been caught in a legal battle over their ancestors' land with a man named Artur Shihou, a suspected gangster who fled to Miami for almost two decades.

Despite the warning that they'd been buying stolen land, Kushner's team proceeded anyway. This is according to the Wall Street Journal article. I should mention, Shihou's lawyer denies all of this and says that this is Not true. Um, but Kushner did pay Xihu $125 million for his portion of the land, which he claimed belonged to his ancestors. You take a look at Xihu's involvements. Italian prosecutors sought his arrest in 2012 for conspiring with an Italian mob boss. An Italian judge rejected the attempted arrest due to insufficient evidence. Xihu was spotted in Monaco with suspected traffickers. He was photographed at a 2019 meeting in Mallorca with a top mob boss. Zvërnik villager Zoi Pula claimed that the peninsula belonged to his family and took Shehu to court. The Albanian High Court found that the archivist and lawyer Shehu hired to secure the land falsified Ottoman-era land records during the translation process. Shehu has not had to give up any land due to the many appeals and retrials in this case. But this is the Wall Street Journal article: Suspected gangster causing headaches for Kushner. So with all of this taking place too, this is one of the main reasons why Donald Trump and his Department of Justice, which is basically a criminal racketeering enterprise at this point, now led by one of the main mobsters, Todd Blanch, why they're out there now claiming in a new legal memo that just dropped yesterday that Donald Trump can claim executive privilege regarding all communications with anybody that Donald Trump deems to be and advisor.

Also, Trump can claim executive privilege according to our corrupt and criminal— yeah, they're a bunch of crooks, call them out what they are— our criminal racketeering enterprise Department of Justice that's out there covering up child sex trafficking rings and actually doing the crime right now. But they also said that Trump's advisors in the Oval Office, their communications with private citizens can be shielded under executive privilege, meaning that they won't produce documents or give any testimony and they'll block any testimony, whether it involves Kushner, likely Ivanka, anybody who Trump deems to be an advisor. He's going to say executive privilege. And they're going to say, we're not going to do any testimony before the House Oversight Committee. I know, right? Utterly despicable. Meanwhile, in Iran, you continue to have billboards like this popping up. It says, hey terrorists, get ready to die. And it's photos of Melania and Barron and Ivanka and Trump's family. And we know how terrified Donald Trump personally is about Iran killing him. Although I think Iran wants to protect that creature, that gremlin's life at all costs, right? Why would they want to kill him? He's doing such— he's doing more damage to the United States than a nuclear fricking bomb would be doing.

Why would Iran run his— Iran's like, keep this guy alive forever. Like, let's keep this guy destroying the United States. We've never had to deal with a dumber, weaker, more pathetic, putrid thing who's leading to the downfall of the United States. By the way, Kushner and Ivanka, remember your Abraham Accords? Remember that? Oh, we're gonna get all these Middle East nations to become allies with Israel. But by the way, let's be clear. In my opinion, Kushner and Ivanka are almost at the top of the list of people who are complicit into getting the United States into these never-ending wars, into this catastrophic war with Netanyahu. I mean, moving the embassy to Jerusalem, being a Netanyahu bootlicker, that was all Kushner and Netanyahu's plan. He was obsessed with having Saudi Arabia become an ally of Israel, um, and join the Abraham Accords. And Saudi Arabia is like, we ain't doing that until you recognize a Palestine, until there's a two-state solution. We're not going to be joining the Abraham Accords. And what did Saudi Arabia do just now? Saudi Arabia this week, week and a half, announced that along with Pakistan, who they've already had an alliance with, Turkey, they're probably going to bring Egypt in.

They've made the Mecca Pact, as they're calling it, which is basically a middle finger to the Abraham Accords, a middle finger to the dwindling or non-existent US security umbrella. And now you have the Arab nation saying they're taking control of themselves. Everything that Kushner touches dies. I mean, this guy's an idiot. I mean, he literally bankrupted— he bought for like $1.8 billion a massive skyscraper during Trump's first term. Basically, it was going bankrupt. He had to get bailed out by, um, a private equity firm with links to Qatar who basically bailed him out. And now he goes around like the Pied Piper of selling out the United States' interest, making an utter fool of our country. Oh, by the way, hat tip to Dua Lipa. Who has publicly backed the protests in Albania against the €1.6 billion— it's like actually more than I think it's like, but all said and done, €3 to €5 billion luxury resort where the Trumps want to make their own version of an Epstein Island or something like that in Albania. They want their own, they want their own island. In other words, they want their oligarch island is what I'm trying to say.
