Former President Biden is getting his revenge on Donald Trump as Donald Trump's regime is in full collapse mode. The latest Harvard Harris poll shows by a significant margin all voters prefer former President Biden's handling of the economy over Donald Trump's handling of the economy, 52% to 48%. That same poll among independents favor former President Biden's handling of the economy by a margin of 65% in favor of Biden, over 35% in favor of Trump. A 30-point preference for former President Biden's handling of the economy. But it doesn't just end there. The latest Reuters/Ipsos poll is very similar to the latest AP-NORC poll in terms of Donald Trump's collapsing approval. Far worse than former President Biden. At Biden's lowest point, Donald Trump is way worse than that, especially when it comes to Trump's handling of the economy and the cost of living. In the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll, only 34% of Americans approve and 64% disapprove of Donald Trump's presidency. This is the lowest second-term approval yet. The previous low was a net negative 14. He's now net negative 30. And when it comes to cost of living, Donald Trump's approval is only at 22%. Let me repeat that, only 22%.
But the numbers get worse. As Donald Trump and MAGA were out there attacking Biden every single day, take a look right here of a massive coalition fracture among the Republican Party. The latest Economist YouGov polling shows only 18% of voters strongly approve of Donald Trump, his lowest, including less than half of his 2024 voters at 47%. Let me repeat that. Only 18% of voters strongly approve of Donald Trump. Now, former President Biden is surfacing in many other ways in the past 24 hours, and one of those Ways includes an interview that I did with former President Biden in the Roosevelt Room right before Biden left the presidency before Trump's inauguration. Because lots of people are talking about that heavily edited and manipulated Norah O'Donnell interview with Donald Trump after the purported incident at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, where Donald Trump was like whining with Norah O'Donnell, say, I'm not a pedo, I'm not a pedo. And people were comparing that disastrous interview with the interview I did with former President Biden in that same location in the Roosevelt Room. More on that in a moment. But former President Biden's name and presidency continued to surface as evidence that James Comey can use to get Donald Trump's weaponized, despicable DOJ's criminal case against Comey dismissed.
By now, I'm sure you know that Donald Trump's Gestapo criminally charged former FBI Director James Comey with threats against the president's life because a year ago Comey posted a photo of like a North Carolina beach that said 86-47. 86 means to get rid of, it's bar slang or restaurant slang, to remove. It doesn't mean to like necessarily harm somebody. But based on that, the snowflake Trump regime brought criminal charges James Comey, to which many people pointed out, hey Donald, when you were running for office, weren't you posting photos of former President Biden bound and gagged on the back of pickup trucks? Oh yeah. People are pulling out these receipts and saying, so you forced your regime to bring criminal charges against James Comey for a photo that says 86-47 while you've been posting photos like this Uh, this is March 28th, 2024. Trump posts this photo from Long Island, New York. Take a look right there. You could even zoom in. It's a photo of former President Biden when he was president at the time, bound and gagged. And that same pickup truck was out there celebrating Donald Trump at his criminal trial where Donald Trump was convicted on 34 separate felony accounts.
And so people are pointing out, well, if you did that, Donald, uh, shouldn't you then be arrested? Also, lots Lots of Trump MAGA influencers' posts against former President Biden have been surfacing and people are saying, okay, you charge Comey, why don't you charge Jack Posobiec then? If that— if you're gonna be social media police, and by the way, I don't think any of this conduct should be charged, but Jack Posobiec wrote 86-46 about former President Biden. So is that criminal right now based on the Trump regime's interpretation of everything? Oh, also more data haunting Donald Trump right now. 9 out of 12 voters in this latest New York Times focus group who voted for Donald Trump no longer support him. And that's consistent with the other polling data, um, that we've seen. You know, Donald Trump of course is obsessed with Biden. Everything that Donald Trump is screwing up, he continues to blame on Biden. Why is the GDP growth so poor? Biden. Why is our debt exploding? Biden. Why is inflation up? Biden. Why is gas so high? Biden. Why are we at war with Iran? Obama. Biden. Why are groceries high? Biden. Why are you talking about a $1.5 trillion military budget?
Biden. And Trump makes social media post after social media post. Biden, Biden, Biden, Biden. I mean, he's been doing it over the past week, past month, past year since this term began. Biden, Biden, Biden. The guy's obsessed, you know, and he's like, Biden didn't really win in 2020 and there was a coup against him. I mean, the guy is out of his mind, deranged. But you know, when you hear from you know, Trump voters, they're like this, like, I miss Uncle Joe, I miss Uncle Joe, like this guy right here, play this clip.
But honestly, I miss my Uncle Joe. Because, I mean, yeah, there was a lot of craziness going on. But it was a whole lot calmer than this. I didn't— it didn't affect my day-to-day life. I was a nobody and I was balling then. Now, I couldn't even tell you, I couldn't even show you $5 in my pocket.
I think we all miss the compassion of Uncle Joe. Yvette Hoffman, I remember she and her lawmaker husband John Hoffman survived the political assassination attempt on them in Minnesota. Tragically, that was the assassination attempt where the former speaker of the Minnesota House was shot and killed along with her husband. But Yvette Hoffman, who managed to survive— and remember, there were two shootings that took place— posted this about President Biden. She and her lawmaker husband John Hoffman were shot along with Melissa and Mark Hortman. Melissa and Mark Hortman, they were murdered, um, and, uh, fortunately John Hoffman and Yvette Hoffman managed to survive. And she just posted this: although not the current sitting president at the time, He came, he came to the ICU, he came to see the Hortman's Lion's Gate in the Minnesota State Capitol Rotunda, and he came to their funeral. He has checked in with us multiple times since June 14th just to make sure we're okay. And here's Biden with them right there. You see Biden in these incredible, uh, photos with them right there. Now, what has surfaced over the past 24 hours, and I'm not sure if you've been seeing it, but these clips have went viral.
So I had the opportunity to interview former President Biden in the Roosevelt Room of the White House, the exact same location where Norah O'Donnell interviewed Donald Trump. I did my interview at the end of December in 2024, and I asked former President Biden, when history is all told, how do you want to be remembered? What do you want your legacy to be? Here's what he told me. This clip has been going viral today. Let's play it. When history is all told, How do you want to be remembered? What do you want your legacy to be?
I kept my word that when I said I was going to do something, I did. And that my focus has always been about how to give ordinary people a shot. You've probably heard me say it before. My dad used to say, Joey, a job's about a lot more than a paycheck. It's about your dignity. It's about respect. It's about being able to look your kid in the eye and say, "Honey, it's going to be okay," and mean it. It's about being able to be yourself and focus on people who need some help. And the vast majority of the American people, all they want is a chance, just a chance, and they'll do fine.
You see hope?
I do. I am hopeful.
And then I asked him back in December of 2024, what do you say to Americans who are understandably very nervous right now in this moment. Here's what he had to say. Here, play this clip. What do you say to Americans who are understandably very nervous right now, who didn't vote for the other guy, who are fearful of the threats, the rhetoric, the idea of retribution? What do you say to them who are looking at you, who admired your work? And what do you, what do you say to them right now who are watching?
We got to keep fighting. Got to make clear we're not going away. We're not going away. I'm not going away. I'm going to be deeply involved in the environment. I'm going to be deeply involved in foreign policy, deeply involved in all the things I've been involved before.
You know, I also reflect upon the, uh, you know, all of these right-wing, uh, clothing, uh, sellers, 86/46 Outfits. That was one of MAGA's bestselling items was 86-46, was 86-46 merch that they would go and sell. So should all of those people be arrested right now? And look, people are feeling the pain at the pump. People can't afford groceries, people can't afford gas, people can't afford rent. People are suffering, psychologically tortured under the Trump regime. And like that voter from Florida who I showed you before, goes, I miss Uncle Joe. There wasn't drama like this. There wasn't the chaos. I had a normal life. I was doing fine. You know, yeah, that's what we were trying to do. That's what we were trying to tell you all. I mean, I know Biden wasn't flashy. I get that he was old, but he wasn't in our faces. He wasn't in our lives. He just let us be, and he ran an effective government. And you could be like, well, you know, he's not as sharp as he was when he was younger. He surrounded himself with the sharpest team that there was, okay? I mean, just think about the, you know, gas prices are soaring, Strait of Hormuz is still closed.
Donald Trump is saying, well, I'm not going to do anything. We're just going to keep the naval blockade. We're not going to commit more troops, which is a good thing. And we're not going to negotiate though with Iran. I'm just going to keep the blockade. We'll see what happens. Like a miracle, maybe it will go away. You know, and that's not leadership. Do you remember what Donald Trump did? People are talking about this now. Remember what Trump did with Afghanistan? Trump promised that he was going to do the withdrawal from Afghanistan, right? He made it— Trump made a deal with the Taliban. Trump released the 5,000 Taliban soldiers who ended up taking Afghanistan. Afghanistan over and Trump threw under the bus the existing Afghan government that was allied with the United States. And Trump, then Trump invited the Taliban to Camp David on 9/11, by the way. And then Donald Trump said that he was going to evacuate the US military bases and remove the troops. Trump never did that because you have to understand Donald Trump's a coward. Donald Trump doesn't make real decisions. He was never a deal maker. He's a destroyer. Biden had to actually be the person who removed the troops and Biden took responsibility and accountability when things went wrong.
Although Biden was able to move a lot of the troops out safely. Um, but he took responsibility when there was an act, he, he, he took it on himself like a leader is supposed to do with tragic, horrific terrorist attack.
Right.
And then former President Biden didn't get us into any wars. He, he, he, he put us on a course correct and had to deal with what Donald Trump, the arsonist did. And now all throughout the day, you have these Trump MAGA sycophants trying to blame Biden for this, that it's not working. Like MAGA Republican Greg Steube, here's what he had to say yesterday. When, look, I just wanna be very clear, Trump was in office in 2020. You're complaining about the Trump thing here. Play this clip.
You look at this, the, the Census Bureau admits during the Biden administration that they shortchanged Florida and Texas. You know, they made a mistake during COVID under the Biden administration, So we should have gotten another seat. And it's also correct that 1,100 people a day are moving to the great state of Florida, fleeing states like New York and California and, and leftist cities because they hate the policies and they love the policies of Florida and the freedom that we have there. So that is also a fact.
Um, so you're going to see these changes and then you have Brooke Rollins, Brooke Rollins, the agriculture secretary bragging about kicking people off of food stamps and then blaming former President Biden. Here play this clip.
Secretary, you've got some new news to break with us this morning. You know, federal data revealing 4 million fewer Americans are receiving SNAP benefits in the first year of this president's second term. These numbers are coming from your, uh, department, enrollment falling 4.2 million people. And this is after the passage, of course, the big beautiful bill last July. What can you tell us? Well, it is a really big piece of news, and obviously there's a lot going on in the world, but back here and in the homeland, what are we what are we doing to make sure that the president's promise to return the power to the people, to drain the swamp, is really happening? Under Joe Biden, the SNAP program, the food stamp program, grew by more than 40%. Of course, I believe they were buying votes for the election, uh, putting as many people on as they could. Within the first hour of me being sworn in last February, we sent a letter to every governor in the country saying, partner with us, let's make sure that this program is really working for those who need it the most. And as of, uh, just a couple of days ago, we now have moved 4.3 million Americans off of the food stamp program.
A lot of that is fraud. A lot of it is people taking the program that shouldn't have been. And then a lot of it is just a better economy. We've had wage growth that has outpaced inflation for the first time since early 2021.
And then our friends at A More Perfect Union, they do great work, by the way. Um, they publish this showing, uh, what, uh, Republican voters, big Trump farmers, what they're saying right now. Here, play this clip.
My family's farmed for 100 years. You don't want to be the one that can't keep it going. You know, I am a Republican. I voted for this administration, but my patience is running thin.
We're here in the heart of the Mississippi Delta to talk with farmers about how the war with Iran is impacting them.
Oh, it's been awful.
The closure of the Strait of Hormuz is causing prices to skyrocket. Things like diesel fuel and fertilizer.
We're buying a little bit at a time. Sometimes we know that we've only got 2 weeks of fuel. So what has happened to us is not just the impact of one year. We have lost customers forever. They will never come back because we're deemed an unreliable supplier.
I'm paying 60% more for diesel fuel than I would have been paying 45 days ago.
You got to have diesel for everything. You got diesel to disk, to plant, to harvest. So diesel steadily going up like this, man, it affects us.
Bad.
You have no choice. You know, you've got to go ahead and buy it no matter what the price is. There's going to be a lot of people that go out of business at the end of the year, either because they have to or because they're tired of losing money.
Farmers have already been struggling with rising costs and even tariffs making things even harder.
It's going to be the nail in the coffin for a number of farmers. It's just the straw that broke the camel's back. A lot of the money that comes through the economy is just shuffled from the government back to, you know, these big corporations and just kind of— the farmer's a middleman these days. Really are.
It just seems like the farmer's margins were already slim and they just keep getting slimmer and slimmer.
We can't control diesel. We can't control, you know, wars. We can't control anything. All we can control is once we put that seed in the ground, that's all we are called to do, right? And the rest of it is up to the good Lord. I've supported Mr. Trump this entire way. I was a big supporter of his, but I do not agree with this, and I'm not happy about this at all.
I did not vote for this administration.
We're just hoping that the administration can right some of the wrongs that it's created for farmers with tariffs and mainly what this war has inflicted on us.
A lot of people that did vote for this administration say it'll come around, but my question sometimes is, will you be in business when it does? If President Trump were standing here in this field right now, What would you say?
I'd ask him to stick a sock in his mouth and not say anything for a while. Get these fuel prices down. Get them down. There's an old African proverb that says when elephants fight, it's the ants that get crushed. The ants are getting crushed. War, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing.
