Transcript of All Hell Breaks Loose as Trump Goes Nuts with Failed Cover Up

All hell is breaking loose right now throughout the United States as Donald Trump is trying to distract from the fact that he and his regime are covering up the release of the Epstein files, refusing to turn over and comply with the Epstein Transparency Act. Instead, they dumped a bunch of redacted documents and said, Here it is. Now, whenever Donald Trump is in this cover-up mode, he ratchets up his attacks on people in the United States. He ratchets up his ICE and border Patrol Gestapo torturing, terrorizing people throughout this country. And this week has been no different. The horrors, the atrocities, they've been caught on tape, they've been caught on film, they've been caught in photos. Those courageous citizen journalists out there showing what this Trump regime is doing, taking out Donald Trump's cover-up cowardice on terrorizing these communities. Let's take a look, for example, what just went down in Pittsburgh. As ICE brutally detains a Pittsburgh man. They put their knee to his head. They torture this individual. He's screaming, I can't breathe. I can't breathe. And witnesses are saying, he can't breathe. What are you doing here? This incident took place on Norton Street in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Let's play this clip.. Then this week, you had ICE basically pinning down and dragging what appeared to be a pregnant woman. People are saying, She's pregnant, she's pregnant, she's pregnant.

They put their knees in her, and we kept telling them, She can't breathe. Let her up. Let her up. In the chaos, the woman who was handcuffed was suddenly being dragged by one arm as the angry crowd through snowballs and screamed at the federal agents.

This is going on from Coast to Coast, right? For example, in Buffalo, New York, you're seeing ICE attacking roofers. People who are working on construction projects, the lady who owns the home is like, What are you doing? These people are working on my house. Why are you? You're pointing guns at them, and you're pounding them to the floor, and you're choking them to death. What the hell are you doing, Trump regime? Here, play this clip.

Good, guys. Now, here's how it's being reported on 11 News in Pittsburgh about what went down with that individual. And by the way, ICE and Border Patrol never got back to the network about why they were going after that guy. That's a common theme that we hear. Play this clip..

It's scary. Neighbors described chaos and confusion as they watched federal agents take a man into custody on Norton Street in Mount Washington. He told you he couldn't breathe. Celphone video taken Wednesday morning shows a struggle that continued for several minutes. The ICE agent car was blocking the truck. He was going up. The truck was going up. And there was another car in front him, so they must have blocked him in. Neighbors watched and listened from a distance, many of them taking videos and asking questions. One neighbor told us he heard a loud boom, which he believes was the man's truck window being broken. That truck was still parked along Norton when our channel 11 crew arrived. A public information officer from the city of Pittsburgh told channel 11, police and EMS were called to evaluate all parties following the incident, which included federal agents from ICE and the man who was the target of the operation. Channel 11 asked about Pittsburgh police's role in the incident. Police sent this statement, reading in part, Pittsburgh police is not apprised of ICE activity, such as federal administrative warrant service in the city of Pittsburgh, and does not assist ICE agents with such operations.

Pittsburgh police officers respond to emergency calls for service in their jurisdiction. I don't think anybody is against going after criminals, regardless of your legal status. I think we all want to live safely. The issue is that we don't know. Until we do know, that's where the issue is. That's where we need more transparency. Now, we reached out to Homeland Security investigators to ask exactly why the man was taken into custody, and if there were any warrants out for his arrest. Those questions remain unanswered tonight. Next, we'll talk about ICE detaining a pregnant woman, different pregnant woman, than we just talked about in that prior footage. This is a pregnant woman in Nashville, Tennessee. The prior footage was a pregnant woman in Minneapolis. This is in Tennessee right here. Ice detained her. She gave birth in custody. Then they took away her two and a half day old baby. While they tortured her, they took away her baby and made her give birth in custody and then stole her baby. Here, play this clip.

As Sister Lopez Sánchez is in ICE custody while she says her baby, who is a US citizen, is in DCS custody. Lopez Sánchez talks to Zineb Al-Mathkour from the detention center. This has destroyed her. Al-mathkur tells me Rutherford County deputies are Arrested Lopez Sánchez last year while pregnant. Once, at the Rutherford County Jail, Alma Thcore tells me, Lopez Sánchez went into labor and gave birth at a hospital. Then she was sent to a detention center without her baby. Her whole That focus is regaining custody of her daughter, whether that means fighting deportation here, going back to Mexico. Deputies arrested Lopez Sánchez along with her partner, Roberto Nunez Gómez, for drug and firearms charges. López Sánchez's charges were dropped last month, but Nunez Gómez was convicted. Alma Thcourt tells me Nunez Gómez is the baby's father. The mom is perfectly capable of caring for her child. Steve Gill is a conservative political analyst. The real focus has to be what's best for the child, whether it's being under foster care here in the US while the mother is back in Mexico, or whether it is dispatching the child with the mother back to Mexico. Attorney Andrew Rankin agrees custody needs to be in the best interest of the child, but says first, migrants should be heard in court.

There is an argument that as a matter of due process, parents have the right to parent their child. Rankin tells me reliable family members should be next in line. Does it matter if that family member is undocumented? It could matter to DCS. He says it matters because a family member might be detained, too, leaving the child in limbo. A DCS spokesperson tells me that they can't comment on Lopez Sánchez's case because that information is confidential. A nice spokesperson tells me they are working on a statement for us, but we haven't received that yet. When we do, we'll keep you updated. Reporting live in Nashville. Now, I think you'll see a common theme here. Ice, they love to attack women. They love to attack women. I love to take everybody. They go after women pretty hard and torture women. Ice detained a mother, dropping their kid off at elementary school because ICE said they got a tip from the estranged father. So six agents sworn her car, smash her windows, drag her out, throw her on the floor in front of traumatized students. Her daughter has not seen her dad in over a year. She doesn't want to go with her dad. But now you're seeing Vanessa Parizal was brought to the US 22 years ago at the age of two years old, and she was just tortured by ICE in front of children. 24-year-old Vanessa Parizal had just finished dropping her daughter off at Pinehurst Elementary School when She was swarmed by immigration customs enforcement agents wearing masks and vests. Her neighbor, Beth, she was riding behind her, got out the car and videocaped everything that happened. Elizabeth Watkins captured this video. In it, you can see at least six men trying to pull Vanessa out of her vehicle. When that didn't work, they smashed the driver's side window. Vanessa's sister-in-law, Sophia Livingston, alleges the father of Vanessa's child called ICE on her because of a custody dispute. She called me earlier. I could barely understand her from how upset she was. She said, Please protect my child. Please protect my family. Her daughter has not seen her dad in over a year. Her My daughter does not want to go with her dad. Parents and community members organized a protest outside of Pinehurse Elementary during pickup time. Olivia Wacket says she had just attended an event at the school a week prior. It's so jarring to have gone from experiencing that and feeling this true sense of belonging and community and loving and supporting one another to look out my window and see this car just completely bashed in.

She says Wednesday's events have shaken the entire community. This has a ripple effect. It's not just the person who was ripped from her car this morning that this has impacted and her family. It's our entire community. It's our children that are being impacted by this. Reporting in Salisbury, I'm Leila Weia, WMDT, Because Local Matters.

The next clip I'm going to show you, ICE hit a man with their SUV at a high speed and then detained him without calling an ambulance to, in my opinion, try to kill him.

Here, play this It was caught on camera when a man running from a fast moving truck turned back to look and got hit by the side mirror. He summer salted over the pavement and got back up to run again. That's when authorities in masks and tactical vests swarmed in and handcuffed him. If that was one of my family members, I'd be pissed off because you have to hit me and deport me. That is crazy. Hannah Sanchez says the men who arrested him were wearing ICE logos and that they almost hit her first on the other side of the building. You're a federal agent. Why are you not paying attention? When they chased the man out of the laundry mat next door. The guy was doing his laundry with his family. I heard the wife crying. What are you bothering him for? There's bigger fish to fry. We reached out to Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security for clarification on who was going after this man and for what specific reason, whether or not they believe he may have a criminal record. We have not yet heard back, but local authorities confirm it was not them.

Rialto police say they were not notified before or after the incident, but now they're investigating and trying to identify the man who was driving this black pickup. We don't know if they were actually looking for this person or if they just racially profiled him. Javier Hernandez is the executive director of Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice. He says they're waiting to hear back from several consulents for any information about who was involved in this incident. They're demanding answers. It seems very clear that the intentions of these officers were to stop this gentleman at whatever cause necessary, that included hitting him with their vehicle.

Of course, what he said was he's keeping us safe from violence. But what we know is that the violence is being perpetrated by federal agents. They had a conversation with our police chief.

It sounds like they plan to be here throughout the rest of the day. I'm delighted to say there were tons of rapid responders. There were people pushing back. The tragedy is that, as I saw with my own eyes, two people who they abducted, and I'm told there may be more. It's not clear yet, and I don't want to say anything unless I'm sure it's true.
