Transcript of Tuesday Afternoon Breaking News Update with Ben - 7/28/26

Welcome to Ben On Breaking News. I'm Ben Myselis and this is your breaking news. Let's just start with the facts, not hyperbole, no exaggeration, just the damn facts right now. Okay, let's talk about the Strait of Hormuz. Who controls it, the US or Iran? Answer: Iran. Bab el-Mandeb Strait, Red Sea. Who effectively controls it right now. There's some more traffic going through the Bab el-Mandab than the Strait of Hormuz. Virtually no tankers going through the Strait of Hormuz right now. Bab el-Mandab, the Houthis, part of the axis of resistance with Iran. What's going on in Saudi Arabia right now? I mean, as we speak, right, there are 3 major refineries that still remain on fire, the biggest refineries in Saudi Arabia., and a pipeline that connects eastern Saudi Arabia with western Saudi Arabia. And then there is a refinery that's slightly south of the one, uh, on all the way on the east by the Red Sea, all destroyed by the Houthis after Saudi Arabia destroyed the Sana'a airport, uh, in western Yemen. And the Houthis said they were going to respond. They did indeed respond. Our strategic petroleum reserves I know I sound like a broken record on this, on a— at an all-time low right now.

I mean, and that's, that's not good. You take a look at the Treasury yields right now, right? The 10, 20, 30-year— 30-year's over 5%, the 10 and 20-year, uh, aggressively approaching, uh, you know, new highs. But 5%, people can't afford things here in the United States. That's objectively what is happening, uh, right now. Um, there is no deal with Iran. There's no deal. We're not close to doing a deal. As you know by now, we've been on this beat now for weeks and weeks and weeks. The United States basically ran out of munitions, those precision munitions in particular, the THAAD, the Patriot interceptors. Dwindling significantly. And, uh, the U.S. bases that are in the region— in Jordan, in Kuwait, in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Syria— those were getting clobbered by Iran. Clobbered by Iran. The U.S. shut down any private companies that put out satellite footage. The US asked European companies to do the same, to shut down its satellite footage of the Middle East because they didn't want us to see what was actually happening with the US bases. There still was the Sentinel-2 satellite— it's European in scope— where we could see a lot of the bases that were being blown up by Iran.

We can see the containerized barracks, where our troops would be staying, containerized, like containers that you see on the back of trucks. That's where our troops stay, and you would see 12 of them demolished. And what Iran was also really striking also was the early radar detections, uh, radar systems, hangars. It seems like they were destroying a new MQ-9 Reaper drone a day, Apaches. You could, you could literally map out the different bases that were being destroyed by Iran. That's what we were reporting on. We know that the Trump regime is now claiming that the injuries are now up to 650 or so, 624, 644. But the latest round of injuries from the past 3 weeks of escalation Those are now moved to a new category called overseas operations. Not Epic Fury, according to the Trump regime and CENTCOM, these lying, disgusting propagandists. Sad that I have to say this. Sad that they lie like this. Anyway, they said we won Epic Fury. Now we've moved on to, quote, overseas special operations, right? It's like right out of the Putin playbook. It's a special operation. That's what this is. And so hundreds of new injuries from the special operation, not Epic Fury, that was done, of course.

And I still believe the United States military is, uh, certainly undercounting the casualties. I believe the casualties are probably closer to, I don't know, 3 to 5x what they're saying. I would not be surprised if the real number was somewhere in the range of 3,000 or 5,000, um, actual injuries. I, I, I, I don't know in terms of— they say that the death toll is 18 killed in action, with the latest 4 from special operation, not Epic Fury. But I probably think that they're undercounting that number also. But certainly the injuries, and you know, the Trump regime is claiming traumatic brain injuries are minor concussions. And let me be very clear, as somebody who used to be a litigator in catastrophic injury cases, there's no such thing as a minor concussion, especially when you have Shahed drones and you have ballistic missiles striking right next to you. The sound alone will go and get you, um, a traumatic brain injury. So I start off by saying these are the facts, that the United States on its own, no deals, no— Iran's not involved in negotiating anything. They, they, they— Iran denies reports that it's in direct talks with the US.

Iran is in talks with Oman because Iran is working with Oman as it stated they would in the memorandum of understanding. In order to have control over the Strait of Hormuz and to administer it. Oman has an area— if you look at a map of where Oman is, it's on one side of the Strait of Hormuz. On the other side is Iran, although the entire Iranian coast, if you look at a map, goes all the way through the Persian Gulf. And obviously, you know, it juts out in the Strait of Hormuz, very narrow passage. So you have Oman, you have Iran kind of right there, and Part of that area is in the territorial waters of Oman. Part of the Strait of Hormuz is in the territorial waters of Iran. And so, you know, Iran just says, look, we're gonna administer it. Oman, you're not allowed to allow the United States or anybody to go through a southern route closer to you for free. We're gonna collect some form of tolls. And so Iran and Oman have been working towards what that toll system is like. Is it per ship? Is it a voluntary fee?

Is it, um, an environmental fee? Is it an annual fee? Is it in the form of insurance? What's it going to be? And then the US is like, oh, well, we're speaking with the Sultanate of Oman about this deal, and so we're involved, uh, in negotiations with Iran. Iran's like, no, you could be talking to the Sultanate of Oman, that's fine, but you all decided to re-escalate this war against us. You ran out of munitions like everybody knew you were going to in the past 2 weeks. We're not going to back down. And then, as I've been reporting as well, you then have China getting involved in, I think, a bigger way than we saw before. We saw Wang Yi, China's foreign minister, uh, during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting that just took place. The SCO, met with Araghchi, the foreign minister of Iran, and China publicly made it clear, as they've done before, Iran is our strategic partner militarily, economically, and politically. This isn't like some secret thing. So when Trump's like, I don't think they're helping. No, I mean, they are. They're allies. They're very clear that they are helping. They say that they're helping., and then you had the Zelensky strikes on an Iranian, cargo ship in the Caspian Sea, right?

And the Caspian Sea, links— it's a sea, but it, by boat, by ship, links Iran with Russia, areas of Russia. And so that's where a lot of the weapons would get into Iran, and Iranian weapons would go to Russia. And they'd say it's cargo ships. But I mean, I think we have a high degree of probability. I'm sure some were cargo ships. I'm sure some were weapons. Let's not be— let's not be naive. But Ukraine hit the Iranian cargo ship or weapons ship, tanker, whatever, whatever you want to— whatever you want to say right there. Right. And then Iran said, all right, well, we're going to strike Iran directly. I mean, Iran's going to say we're going to strike Ukraine directly. Iran has already, of course, been providing its Shaheds to Russia, the drones that it uses, which are used against Ukraine. But the direct strike from Zelensky on the Iranian ship has Iran saying, okay, well, now we're going to— now the war is all drawn into one world war. What do you call that thing when there's a war? Involving the entire world all at once. And again, I don't want to veer into hyperbole— World War III, World War III— but I think objectively, when you step back and you look at the facts and you saying, well, there's war in the entire Middle East, every country, there's a ton of proxy wars going on right now in Africa which no one pays attention to but us, you know.

I mean, by other independent news, you know, not BBC, okay, you know, there's some corporate news, I mean, there's some international news that does a decent job, and independent news does a really good job, right? You have Donald Trump engage in all these war crimes off the coast of Venezuela, right? I did, uh, did a story as well that— well, let's be clear, who did— DropSite had an incredible reporter who broke the story, okay? Gotta give absolutely give credit to courageous reporting where it's due., and we covered it. They, they got the scoop. And in Ecuador, numerous individuals who survived— there's like, like close to 300 people the Trump regime has killed off the coast of Venezuela in the Caribbean. And there have been survivors though from these ships. And Ecuador has a dictatorship, the Neboá dictatorship, a Miami billionaire who Trump put as his basic puppet to lead Ecuador. And this is what Trump's doing throughout the Western Hemisphere. This is, you know, the 51st State talk, taking over Canada. Trump's running CIA operations in Mexico and also trying to flip people in Claudia Sheinbaum's government, the president of Mexico, against each other, turn them into informants against each other.

But massive CIA operations in Mexico The Trump regime is supporting secession movements inside Canada, in Alberta and other areas, and trying to, and, you know, trying to tariff its way to make Canada submit. Canada goes elbows up. Maple Midas, what's up? And then though, in Central America, South America, you got Trump doing these things like, or, you know, Delsi Rodriguez is his puppet in Venezuela. Authoritarian extension of the Maduro regime. $13 billion, maybe more, has been made in oil money, apparently, since the United States took over Venezuela. And no one knows where the money is. Like, where the hell's the money? Like, Trump took the money.

We don't—

we— no one knows where the money is at all. But Trump's working very closely with Delsi Rodriguez there. He's got Naboa in Ecuador. Who he's working closely with. And we're running— we have ground troops in a lot of these countries. The new leader of Colombia is a Trump-backed, uh, wealthy guy, lawyer, puppet of Trump. We're going to be running ops in Colombia soon, um, obviously Argentina, El Salvador as well. We have ground troops, and under the idea that they're going after narco-terrorists, it's, you know, Putin saying he's going to denazify. Trump says, I'm going after the narco terrorists. And so in Ecuador, the main prosecutor on a case involving the subsequent torture of survivors of some of these boat ships that the Trump regime tried to kill them and didn't kill some people. A prosecutor was investigating the claims of torture when the survivors came back and threats to kill the survivors. When they came back to Ecuador. That prosecutor was killed, her security detail was removed. And, you know, again, you have, you have these kind of operations going on all throughout the Western Hemisphere, okay? Um, you have China obviously, uh, allied with Russia and North Korea, um, and supporting Iran.

And one of the reasons why Trump backed out of the massive escalation that he threatened was China saying, well, we're going to get involved if you open the gates of hell like you say you're going to open the gates of hell, then we're going to go and we're going to support Iran. That's not being reported the way it should be. It's mostly being reported in a way that's still humiliating for the United States, that the US ran out of its munitions. But we ran out of munitions where if China were to step in, the United States right now is incredibly vulnerable. The US allies, or I should say former allies in Southeast Asia, are very vulnerable right now. You have Taiwan is very vulnerable right now. You have Japan. The prime minister there, Takaishi, who used to have a lot of support in Japan, has basically lost. All of the, you know, has lost all of the support. And she's making these very deranged late-night posts about how she doesn't get sleep and she gets 3 hours of sleep. And it's a whole thing going on there, you know, in Japan right now. And so this is what's caused by a deranged lunatic like Donald Trump right now.

And this is what's going on in the world. All of the things that Donald Trump and MAGA tried to fearmonger about what was going to happen if Biden were to get another— if Kamala was in office. It's literally happening. It's literally happening right now. So with that as background, and literally with the— do you all hear this background? I'm in a new location, but they got the loudest background noise in the world. I got to adjust now knowing that they're going to do that. I'll close the window.

oh, you can't hear it. Good. Right now they're doing like, uh, they have like a whole, a whole crew out there, uh, like drilling. But if you really can't hear it, that's good. Um, here's what Trump said though when he went to Michigan. So he went to Michigan, he was called the pedo— he was, he was called the pedo protector by somebody there. There they were, there were data center protesting taking place. And Donald Trump's speech, with everything I gave you as background, was that in 18 months we've turned everything around and everything's going great. Here's what he said. Let's play this clip.

Billions. In just 18 months, we've turned this country completely around, and it's still— we're gonna do still better, but we have a turn. We're, we're hot.

That's how to close the window right there. Then he described the Iran war as like playing a banjo. It's like playing a banjo. Here, let's play this clip.

Down faster than at any time in the last 6 years. When, when the fuel comes down, which it did for a little while, then they didn't behave and I had to go back and now they're behaving again. You know, it's like playing a banjo. But every day we're fighting to put more money in.

It's like playing a banjo. Sending our service members into harm's way with multiple service members over 18 getting— at least 18 getting killed, at least 600 injured. It's like playing a banjo. And again, could you read— could you imagine if Obama or Biden or anybody refer to a war as like playing a banjo? And then Donald Trump to this death cult that attends these events says to them, I'm better than your parents. I am better to you. Remember, I've done more for you than your parents ever did for you. I mean, again, this is some sick cult stuff right here.

Let's play it down faster than it— have Mary Hater said you wouldn't have an auto industry right now if they got elected. You wouldn't have an auto industry. But I don't know what happened to the guy. Somebody said he got fired. But I can tell you, The people that count, those people love Trump because I've done more for you than your parents. Okay. Your parents are good. I'm not going to knock your parents, but I have been better to you than your parents. That I can tell you. And they would agree with me wherever they may be. They would agree. Today, I'm proud.

You know, there are people in the back laughing at that. I mean, it's truly the most deranged stuff. And why am I even showing that to you? I'm never going to normalize that behavior. And I truly don't even understand how corporate news just will be like, yeah, that's just Donald Trump being Donald Trump. Look, that Donald Trump being Donald Trump while he's out there saying those things. The American people are deeply, deeply suffering right now. And, you know, if you take a look at even what, you know, former MAGA supporters are saying, you know, Trump's base, the UFC guys, you know, the people who Trump had shoulder to shoulder with him. I mean, you look at what they're saying about Donald Trump right now. UFC fighter Sean Strickland going on one of these right-wing podcasts. Here's what he just said.

But I will say, dude, like, it's— it is kind of crazy, dude, how mainstream that— how unpopular Trump is. Because I'll go to places like I'm in Florida, I met a Texas guy, like, and we're talking about like hardcore Republicans. And even these guys are like, I just— I can't do it anymore with Trump. I just like— I feel fucking betrayed. And like, Trump to me, everyone's like, Like, I was talking to this, like, really wealthy guy about, like, Iran, and he was like, ah, fuck it, whatever, I don't care. I'm like, dude, you don't care because, like, you've— you're fucking a million— you're a multi-millionaire. I was like, dude, you got to think about, like, every other American in more Florida, Texas, that they're making, like, what is the average? Like, I think it's like $50,000, $60,000. So you take somebody making $60,000 and now you add 4% inflation, a metric fuck ton of gas, you're adding thousands of dollars a year to their life. Like, you are like crushing families. But it's like the people that have voted you, that rallied around you, like you actively just fucking spit in their fucking face for what, dude?

Yeah, you know, and I think about that. I remember I've been highlighting I've been highlighting what's been going on in places like Pennsylvania. I, I want to share this with you as well right here. Um, you all know Pennsylvania 7th Congressional District MAGA Republican Congress member Ryan McKenzie. He's out there again putting and pushing forward Donald Trump's horrific and horrible agenda. And you see the people in a place like Pennsylvania 7th, like everywhere else, who are just getting absolutely screwed right here, who are getting destroyed. I mean, you have the Puerto Rican diaspora community there, and Latinos across this country, but people across this country in general. Trump promised them the world. He promised them everything. And yes, look, I talk about the fact that Donald Trump will go on an AI posting spree. He'll post 100 deranged AI images. He'll post himself destroying Karg Island and civilian infrastructure, or being a pirate and taking over Iranian tankers and said, "My ship now! My ship now!" Or he'll, you know, post AI images of himself with John F. Kennedy, and he'll be like, "Look, you know, hundreds of these." No, it is to point out that he's unfit for the office and that the behavior is not normal. But it's also to point out that he's doing that while he's burning down the world.

And I'm not saying that in a hyperbolic sense. I mean, dude is burning down the world. The world is at war. And he's one of the main contributing factors to the global war that's taking place right now. The American people are suffering. They don't want any part of this unlawful and catastrophic war, uh, in Iran. And he's out there memeing away, and he thinks this is all one big game. These are people's lives. You know, the White House account posting AI slop cartoons of him frolicking around the White House. Hop in the best dimension yet while Border Patrol gropes and like assaults literal aliens. And it says, hop in, best dimension yet. And it's the Customs and Border Patrol. You know, when you think about it, it's like, um, You can't do a deal with that person. You can't negotiate. I mean, it's literally— could you imagine if another world leader ever behaved like that? I mean, one of the closest we came, I thought, growing up, you know, was the stereotypes of Kim Jong-un in North Korea growing up that South Park used to mock, you know, um, yeah, or, or, or the idea— or like a Saddam Hussein ain't nothing like what's happening in the United States of America.

There's no— there really is no historical parallel to having a literal psychotic madman in charge of any country like this, like at this level of psychotic behavior. And this is the United States. This is the United States of America. I mean, just think about it this way too. You had Netanyahu in the Oval Office today. You had Zelensky in the Oval Office today separately, separately, no cameras inside the Oval Office at all for these press conferences. Like, we all know that Netanyahu was there to get Donald Trump to blow up bridges and power plants. I mean, Israel's defense minister, his name is Israel Katz. His name is Israel. Cats. And he was saying that today too. You know, we want to blow up their power plants. We want to blow up their bridges. We're trying to get Donald Trump to do that. That's, you know, Trump's worried that it may trigger more of a global oil crisis. But that's what, that's what we want to do. I mean, they've made it very clear what the purpose of this visit for Netanyahu is. But Donald Trump kept this one secret. You know, he brings in— just think about it.

He'll bring in the prime minister of Iraq, say how handsome he is. He'll bring in the prime minister of Syria, right? Brings in the prime minister and starts spraying cologne on him and sniffing him. Um, you know, he'll bring in the president of Lebanon and, you know, he'll, you know, say things about the president of Lebanon, you know, to, you know, show that Ayun is a puppet to show. Jalani, Syrian president, puppet. You know, he'll show the Iraqi Prime Minister al-Zaidi as a puppet, um, although al-Zaidi has to deal with being pulled in lots of directions because they're very close to Iran. And you saw the Shiite community there in Iraq for Khamenei's funeral, and that was done intentionally by Iran to send a message about the Shiite support for Iran and for the Ayatollah in Iraq. But notably, for Netanyahu, no cameras there, no press conference. Arguably, of all of the, of all of the world leader meetings, wouldn't that— where isn't that the one where we would want questions to be asked by the press. What the hell is happening? Why is Netanyahu here 8, 9 times? What's the status of this war?

I mean, the two people who got us into this catastrophic and unlawful war are there. That's the one where they go, you know what, we're not going to do that one publicly. Well, we'll do all the other ones so Donald Trump can feel like a tough guy while he, you know, behaves in this you know, bizarro, demeaning way to the other Arab leaders who kind of have to take it. I mean, look, the president of Syria, Jalani, he wants all of the sanctions removed, the designations removed, to open up Syria to the world markets. So he has to— so you want to spray me with cologne, you spray me with cologne, you know. I mean, that's, you know, he's there. You've, you know, and, and the U.S. threats in the region are significant. Um, Aoun, the president of Lebanon, you know, was there, you know, who, who basically admitted that what— or Sergio Gorka, one of those right-wing extremists in the Trump regime, he was saying, uh, that he taught, uh, Aoun, the president of Lebanon, studied under him. Isn't shocking. Um, Sebastian Gorka. Yeah, Gorka. Um, you know, Zaidi of Iraq. You think about all of the, you know, oil deals, all of the US controls the pipelines there.

And so Zaidi has to do this balancing act, but Netanyahu shows up, that one's not going to be in the press. Note, and, and you know how you can kind of see what's really happening here. And, and when Donald Trump actually is afraid of people, he doesn't want it to be done. When he feels intimidated, he doesn't want that to be done publicly, right? I mean, you think about it, think about how short the presser was with Putin, right? It was in, in, out. Zelensky previously, when Trump thought that he had the cards, when Trump thought Trump had the cards, when he didn't, he would have Zelensky there and try to like embarrass Zelensky publicly. He would try to put Zelensky through the, you know, through the Oval Office humiliation ritual. You go back to February 2025, perhaps one of the most historic meetings ever held, where Donald Trump was saying, you don't have the cards, you don't have the cards. And Zelensky is like, this isn't a game of cards. One day You're going to need me and you're going to be flailing. You all remember that one. But notably, Zelensky's meeting today was not done publicly and they kept that one privately, which tells me also there really is a power dynamic shift there that Trump didn't do the Zelensky one publicly.

Right. That's kind of a signal there because I think Trump thinks that if he's there with Zelensky, that the same way he thinks if he's there with Netanyahu, it'll expose how weak Donald Trump is. I'm kind of, you know, look, I am on the one hand, you think, well, it's a positive development that Donald Trump is out there helping Zelensky, you know, or at least showing more positive language towards Zelensky than before. And could that mean the Patriot interceptors get expedited or the licenses are given to Ukraine? You know, I also have a, you know, I don't want to say it's a contrarian viewpoint, but I think that experience shows that also everything Trump touches dies. And I think a lot of the strength that Zelensky in Ukraine has been able to build has been done without Trump. And so the reality is, is that I think when people like Trump and Loomer and— who's the guy who wears the beanie? What's that guy's name? The, the right-wing podcast dork guy who wears the beanie? Tim Pool, right? All of them all of a sudden are like— they went from like Russia to Ukraine, you know.

When you're like, oh my God, uh-oh, like that crew's now there, you know. And also the way the corporate news, like, right away, like, ignores everything they've done in the past, and then they, like, glorify these people who were never on the right side because it seems transactionally they're on the— they're now saying things that are different because it seems now— I don't, you know, whether that feels more aligned with their views towards Israel, or their— or, or whether, you know, they are now having different, uh, resource structures given to them for their, uh, position changing, if you know what I mean. I don't know, but this is not the— that's actually not the crew that you want on your side, objectively, right? Like, like, like, this is the crew that tends to lose all. And, and so You know, I just, I throw that out there. But while Donald Trump, Donald Trump was closing the Oval Office to the press, you know, it's like, well, what, what is he posting? What is he doing? It's all closed to the press, closed to the press, closed to the press, closed to the press. I did a video before about that deranged funeral.

I can't believe I'm calling a funeral— like, how could you have a deranged funeral? All right, the deranged Lindsey Graham funeral.

And you go to—

and you, you ask yourself, you're like, okay, deranged funeral. That was like the most deranged thing. Trump spoke there. Sean Hannity spoke there about obliterating Iran at the funeral. Trump was like giving Tic Tacs to— like, he was sleeping and then giving Tic Tacs to everybody. You remember what he's previously said about Tic Tacs too. And so that's what he was doing there. He spoke there, but then closed the Oval Office to the Zelensky meeting and the Netanyahu meeting. But he was posting things like this. This was a real post from Donald Trump while those Oval Office meetings are going on. He posts Trump on TikTok, 425 billion all-time views of #Trump TikToks. Number 1 most followed and watched leader on TikTok, not Tic Tacs. Tic Tacs is what he gave. This is TikTok. And it says 1 billion views. He's bragging Trump's Iran peace deal, 1 billion views in just 48 hours. I mean, just think about how deranged this is too. You're bragging about getting 1 billion views over a peace deal that doesn't exist right now as you've been escalating this catastrophic war. And you ran out of munitions, so you had to stop escalating.

You're making social media posts bragging about TikTok views and then going to a funeral and passing out Tic Tacs. But he apparently also— these aren't like views from his account. These are like people who are talking about the deal or Iran. It's not like directly even related to his own post, because if you look at his posts, they don't have those level of views. And like, he's doing that, and then you have like Iran's leadership out there saying, we're not negotiating with them, don't believe them, they're deranged. You want to see how the Americans negotiate? Just look what they did with Saudi Arabia. One day they announced they're doing a civilian nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia, and the next day Donald Trump says, actually, Saudi Arabia You've got to be allied with Israel through the Abraham Accords, and they change it up. Iran's like, you see, yet another US deal can't even make it 24 hours. Now, look, this idea that Donald Trump is involved in quid pro quos and giving civilian nuclear capabilities to Saudi Arabia was deeply alarming in and of itself and completely incongruent with the position that Saudi Arabia should be able to have.

Civilian nuclear weapons, but, or civilian nuclear, uh, power, but Iran can't have civilian, uh, nuclear power. Um, especially when Donald Trump does business deals with Saudi Arabia. Also, it's clear Donald Trump doesn't understand the way enrichment works, that even for civilian nuclear plants, you have to, other than some that are in Canada, but by and large, you have to have enriched nuclear material. It's just not weapons-grade. But Trump's like, it's not enriched, no enrichment. Okay, well, that's— how do you think most civilian nuclear plants work? There's some level of enrichment. It's just not a weapons-grade amount. But if you can downblend, you can upblend.

Okay.

And so that's one of the— it was one of the issues and concerns about giving Saudi Arabia, you know, this program, or having a view that Saudi Arabia can get this, UAE can get this. But then Donald Trump changed up the terms the next day. He's like, actually, you've got to join the Abraham Accords. And we know Saudi Arabia is not going to join the Abraham Accords. And it's like you've got Trump out there posting weird AI slop memes of himself as cartoon characters and bragging about TikTok views and then making posts. Head for an eye, like eye for head for an eye. Rubio says Iran begging US to make a deal. Adds Trump's policy is head for an eye, not eye for an eye. It's head for an eye. Do what we can. Who are these warmonger crazy people saying these things? I mean, like, literally, the United States sounds like Nazi Germany. Head for an eye. We're going to blow up your bridges and obliterate you and destroy every aspect of it and all 90 million people. I mean, it's It's really tough to be an American who cares about humanity and to live in the country where you have this authoritarian regime bragging about war crimes all of the time, every single day.

And then the level of bragging about war crimes, then we got a deal, then making up fake deal conversations. It's like loser behavior. Open up the gates of hell and these idiots run out of munitions. Open up the gates of hell, but then run out of munitions. And then Trump goes, I've got more munitions than anybody, more munitions than ever, except it was Biden's fault that we ran out of munitions giving it to Ukraine. We should never have given it to Ukraine. But now I'm meeting with Zelensky right here. But I think Putin is a great guy. It's just psychotic behavior. And while we all know that Trump doesn't control these straight up Hormuz, you know, he's out there. This is what he was doing this morning before this funeral. And Trump was like, Iran doesn't control the strait. I control the strait. I— we control the— we don't control the strait, Hormuz. When you say things like this, not that we have any credibility left at all, but whatever's left is not just shattered. It's like, do you all feel that pit in your stomach when he says things like this? Despite we all know we despise him, it's just like, stop, man.

Just behave normal, please. Can you behave normal just for a day?

He can't.

They're never going to allow the Strait of Hormuz to not be under their sovereignty and their control. They will fight to the end for that proposition. While Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth and the worst possible human beings are running the United States into the ground. When other world leaders, even like Russia to China, there are readouts. We, we can see that there are conversations. That's the way this has always worked before. Um, are you speaking with the IRGC? Are you speaking with the army? The IRGC and the army actually technically different groups in Iran. Are you speaking with their Supreme Judicial Council all the way up to the Ayatollah? And now who are you talking to? So Trump is asked, let's watch what he says.

Here's on Iran, but Iran has come out publicly and say we're not talking to the US. We're going to pause this. We are talking a little while ago because— so could you tell me who you're talking Mr. President? For some reason, for some reason, we can be in the midst of a beautiful discussion and they'll come out and say, we're not talking, or we didn't discuss nuclear. Well, that's all we discussed because they'll never have a nuclear weapon. They understand that. And we, we have had some very good talks. And very interesting with Lindsey, he was very much a hawk, as you would say, on Iran. And over the last few weeks, I would say that he became like, if you could make a deal, it's better than— better making a deal in this case.

I'm sure Lindsey Graham said it's better to make a deal, but like, now that we've run out of munitions, just think about what a sicko this guy— and by the way, Lindsey Graham was an absolute sicko as well. I mean, like, Lindsey Graham was a horrible person. I mean, I'm just being objective, you know. I, I, you know, he, he lived his life to kill people, and then he died all alone.

Dead.

But he invoked Lindsey Graham's name to talk about a peace deal because the United States ran out of munitions. And then he lies and he's like, well, actually, Iran just came out with a statement and said they were talking. No, they don't. I mean, it's just the most ridiculous propaganda. It's just dumb propaganda from the United States. The Iranian press conference this morning was We are not talking with them. We do not want to talk with them. If Trump says we're talking, we are not talking with them. Do you see how humiliating that makes us look? And we actually are when that's what the United States has become. And one of the points I emphasize in the videos that we are doing is that the security umbrella in the Middle East has completely shifted. The United States security umbrella is done. China is moving in, and this is China's security umbrella right now. And the Middle East countries are welcoming China's involvement right now because far more predictability and stability and normalness than the way Trump's behaved. That's, that's where we are historically right now, is that One security umbrella is out, a new security umbrella is moving in.

That's what Donald Trump has done. So you go to Lindsey Graham's funeral, and Donald Trump saying about Lindsey Graham's funeral, I think I know where he is. I think he's up there. Here, let's just play this.

Constant opponent. Our nation needs more men and women like that great person sitting, laying, wherever he may be. I think I know where he is, and I think he's up there. I think he's watching us. I'm pretty sure of it.

Sitting, laying like— dude can't be normal. I mean, he can't even deliver the most basic eulogy. For somebody in his warmonger crew. He can't just— he can't do it.

He can't.

He's incapable of doing it. Then he says about Lindsey Graham, he was hawkish, never saw a war he didn't like, always loved war, loved killing people. So what Trump says at the eulogy, let's play.

And he was extremely hawkish. I will tell you, he never saw a war that he didn't like. Only his true friends would understand that, but he wanted it for the good of our country.

Then you had Hannity speak, and Hannity described Lindsey Graham's heaven as being Mar-a-Lago, which may be hell, so there may be some truth to that. But he describes it as Lindsey— this is like, what do I mean? Just think about this, this cult shit, right? Like, this is some crazy— because it's like some crazy stuff, you know. You got Hannity's like Lindsey is probably in his heavenly version of Mar-a-Lago. Like, if you told me that this was a Jim Jones thing, or so, I'd be like, no, I don't buy it, that's too crazy. But watch for yourself.

Here, let's play it.

Lindsey, Mr.

President, I would argue in my mind probably has a heavenly version of Mar-a-Lago. It may even be a little bigger.

He may have a little more gold in the Oval Office in his mansion in heaven.

And I wouldn't be surprised if he added one big, beautiful ballroom and an arch somewhere on the property because he would want to obviously duplicate his dearest friend in life, you. Mr. President. Straight up the most psychotic stuff, all of these people. But by the way, you now know why the title of the book is called WTF America, because I mean, I just think, you know, I know we have so many international viewers and listeners and they watch this stuff and they're like, dude, what the hell's happened to your country? WTF?

Yeah.

These are all like psychotic human beings. These are like just the least normal people imaginable. Oh, and then he uses the funeral to call for the annihilation of Iran. And you have Netanyahu is there, and so you have Hannity with Netanyahu over there saying, and what, and what Lindsey Graham would have wanted is for Iran to be fully annihilated.

Lindsey Graham's dream of a lasting peace through the annihilation of the Iranians. We shall hope that— I mean, what are you doing? What in the world are we even doing here, folks? Israel, Israel, Israel, what are we doing? The United States and Israel, that's what Lindsey Graham would have wanted, demolishing the Iranian civilization. I see Mr. Netanyahu right here. Let's do it. More war crimes. And the American people are like, we just want healthcare. We really just want healthcare, and we want to be able to pay our rent and afford our homes and stop sticking SpaceX into our 401s. Like, we don't want SpaceX stock. We don't want Trump accounts where you throw the oligarch companies into mutual funds for our kids. If you want to— if you want to do an account, you don't need to call it Trump accounts for our kids because Everything Trump touches goes bankrupt. There's a way to do that account the right way also.

They, they took something that, by the way, the concept of the Trump account, setting aside its name, where $1,000 or so was put into an account for, uh, kids when they're born, and then it's in, and then it's invested in a certain way. I mean, there, there could be a, um, way to run a program like that, you know. That, that may make sense. There could be. But what it's actually being done for is what we saw yesterday, and I talked about it this morning. So you had like the CEO of SpaceX, as that stock is crashing, donating the SpaceX stock into the, uh, Trump kid accounts. And then Trump posts, SpaceX, SpaceX, SpaceX, great work SpaceX. And so in my opinion the way it's being used under the Trump regime is basically for Trump trying to pump up the stocks of people who bend the knee to him. And that, that's— oh, it's a, it's a way to take a tax deduction for a company that wants to, um, you know, get government subsidies for being— for bending the knee to Trump in the first place. And then taking a fraction of the money that they get in the government subsidies, like in the case of Micron and others, and donating that in a way that I believe is probably tax deductible to the accounts that then invest back in your company to try to pump up your stock.

Like, isn't it pretty obvious in my opinion? Like, that's what— that's how they're using these Trump accounts. Seems pretty clear what the scheme is. I think we need to call it out more. Let me just talk very briefly about some of these cases. I'm going to do a bunch of hot takes with Harry Litman where I'll go over a lot of these. James Comey filed a motion to dismiss regarding the '86 seashell case, um, arguing that dictionaries, context, precedent, and common sense all make it clear that '86 simply means get rid of or reject. And has no violent connotation under the First Amendment, dismissed the complaint. You have in the reflecting pool case right over here, David Hearn pointing out that in their investigation, the only witness who went before the grand jury had no evidence at all of any damage that David Hearn actually did to the reflecting pool. Um, attorneys for the Reflecting Pool, defendant David Hearn, said in a filing yesterday the only witness to testify about damages to his grand jury could not identify any additional cost caused by David Hearn's alleged, uh, conduct. And one of the things that you have to prove, that the grand jury would have had to have found probable cause was that Hearn caused damage of more than $1,000.

Not that he put his hand in— he put his hand in, he didn't rip anything off. You have to show $1,000 in damages or more. So the question is, is did they— you know, if the witness has no evidence of what the actual damage caused was, what was the instruction given to the grand jury Or is this yet another example where the grand jury was given false instructions by the Trump DOJ in order to indict? And we've seen all throughout the country false grand jury instructions being given. Is that, is that what we're seeing over here? On the Midas Touch Network, I don't need to play this clip, but we've had, we've been breaking the stories here on the Sunday show with Jack Cucciarella. Shout out to Jack. Infantino, Gianni Infantino, to sell the World Cup to Private equity. Yeah, the Trump, Infantino, Kushners, they want to take the world— Albanian islands. Now they want to take the World Cup from us. They want to take— what do you think all this plan was? It was a money grip. So now what Infantino wants to do, working with the Kushners apparently, is to create a holdco, a holding company that will essentially acquire the FIFA World Cup and then sell off pieces to private equity. That's what they're— that's what they're scheming right now. But by the way, if you've been following the Midas Touch Network, we've been talking about how private equity has been buying up children's sports programs, kids' sports programs, and they've been just making it inaccessible and unaffordable to parents and people who just want to play like soccer or tennis or baseball or softball or whatever, you name it. Private equity— hockey— private equity buys up these leagues and then raises the price so that people can't participate in children's sports.

The court has inherent authority to review such material ex parte in camera as part of its judicial review function. I have faith in Judge Sullivan's ability to be able to weed through the bullshit that Todd Blanchwell likely tried to shovel.
