First, realize that your calendar is the blueprint of your net worth. Too many new entrepreneurs operate with a massive people-pleasing complex. They think that saying yes to every meeting and every favor makes them a good person. In reality, it makes them a distracted, exhausted operator. When you give 2 hours of your prime energy to a cynical coworker complaining about their job, that is 2 hours you stole from your future legacy.
