Too many founders build massive administrative teams out of pure ego. They want a big payroll because it makes them feel important.
But humans get tired, and humans make errors. If your customer onboarding process relies on a person remembering to send a welcome packet, it will eventually fail. Whether you run a logistics company or an online agency, repetitive tasks must be handed to the machines. If you rely on manual labor for basic logic, you kill your profit margins.
