Welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight-figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your 6. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex, and today we are digging into the most critical metric of entrepreneurial speed, the velocity of self-trust. Because let's be real, if you constantly doubt your own decisions, constantly ask 10 different people for advice on a basic problem and constantly rewrite your own strategies. You are moving at a snail's pace. Let's break down how your internal trust dictates your external revenue. First, understand that hesitation is an incredibly expensive tax. Too many new founders suffer from analysis paralysis because they do not trust their own intuition. They were trained by the corporate world to seek approval from a manager before making a move. In business, there is no manager. If you delay a marketing campaign by 3 weeks because you are second-guessing the copy, you just lost 3 weeks of compounding cash flow.

Whether you are running logistics or scaling an agency, speed of execution is the ultimate weapon. If you doubt yourself, you kill your velocity. Second, you have to view your intuition as compressed data. Your gut feeling is not magic. It is the culmination of every book you have read, every mistake you have made, and every pattern you have recognized. People who scale massively learn to trust that data instantly. So instead of holding a committee meeting for every pivot, make the call within 60 seconds and deal with the consequences later. Make rapid, decisive action your ultimate brand standard. Lastly, supreme self-trust creates an uncatchable leader. When your team sees that the CEO makes hard calls instantly and stands by them, their own confidence skyrockets, and the entire organization moves with military precision. Elite decisiveness, radical accountability, and a refusal to overthink create an absolute titan. When you trust yourself, the market trusts you. Bottom line? A fast wrong decision can be corrected, but a slow right decision will put you out of business. Trust your gut, pull the trigger, and steer on the fly. Because when you do, you will operate with more velocity than ever. Thanks for tuning into the Level Up Podcast.
