If you do not have a product in the market collecting data and revenue, you are playing a simulation. Whether you are dropping a coaching program or a physical product, The first version is supposed to be flawed.
If you wait for flawless, you kill your speed to market. Second, let the actual paying customers edit your business. People do not create world-class products in a vacuum. They create them by putting a rough draft into the world and letting the consumer tell them what is broken. So instead of assuming you know what the client wants, sell the minimum viable product today. Make their feedback the ultimate blueprint for version 2. Lastly, messy action always beats perfect inaction. When you launch fast, fail fast, and fix it on the fly, you develop an agility your perfectionist competitors cannot comprehend. High risk tolerance, rapid iteration, and an absolute refusal to stall create a dominant market player. When you drop the perfectionism, you capture the profits. Bottom line, the market rewards the fast, not the flawless. Stop tweaking the logo, launch the offer, and collect the cash, because when you do, you will secure the data faster than ever.
