Welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an 8-figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your 6. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex, and today we are talking about a completely natural but uncomfortable phase of business growth. Growth. Outgrowing your mentors. Because let's be real, if you stay in a mastermind or a coaching program long after you have surpassed the teachings simply out of a sense of loyalty, you are stunting your own evolution. Let's break down how to graduate and move forward. First, realize that different levels require completely different guides. The coach who helped you get your business from zero to $100,000 is rarely the same person who can take you to $10 million. It is not an insult to their ability. It is just a matter of scale. If you are sitting in a room where you already know all the answers and you are the highest earner, the room can no longer serve you.

Whether you are seeking tax strategies or elite leadership training, you must constantly upgrade your circle. If you stay too long, you kill your momentum. Second, you have to sever the cord with absolute gratitude. People do not move to the next tier by badmouthing the people who helped them start. They do it by acknowledging the foundation and intentionally stepping into a bigger arena. So, instead of feeling guilty for leaving a group, thank the leader for their impact and gracefully exit. Make your continued growth the ultimate testament to their initial coaching. Lastly, seeking out bigger giants is the ultimate cheat code. When you actively put yourself back at the bottom of the food chain, in a room full of absolute titans, your hunger completely resets. Ruthless humility, constant environment auditing, and an unquenchable desire to learn create a legendary trajectory. When you graduate from the old level, you conquer the new one. Bottom line? You cannot stay in grade school forever just because you like the teacher. Take the lessons, graduate with class, and find the next mountain. Because when you do, you do., you will scale higher than ever. Thanks for tuning into the Level Up Podcast.

Episode description

Perfection can look professional.

But sometimes it is just procrastination in disguise.

In this episode of The Level Up Podcast, Paul Alex breaks down why speed beats polish when you are trying to launch, test, and grow.

Let’s be real…

If you spend months tweaking the logo…

Changing the font…

Perfecting the website…

And adjusting every tiny detail…

But your offer is still not live…

You are not building a business.

You are delaying the market.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

Why perfection often becomes a form of procrastination

How over-polishing kills speed, feedback, and cash flow

Why the market only cares if your offer solves a real problem

How launching fast helps you collect data and improve faster

The truth is simple:

The market rewards the fast.

Not the flawless.

Your first version will not be perfect.

Your first launch will not be perfect.

Your first offer will not be perfect.

But none of that matters if you are willing to improve in public.

High-level operators do not hide behind endless tweaking.

They launch.

They listen.

They adjust.

They let real customers tell them what needs to change.

Because feedback from the market is worth more than perfection in private.

Stop polishing something nobody has seen.

Put the offer out there.

Collect the data.

Fix it on the fly.

And keep leveling up.
