Prosecutors have said that Ruth's rifle had a scope attached and an extended magazine allowing for more rounds. It was loaded with 11 bullets, with one in the chamber ready to fire. We need 100,000 people here fighting. We know already that he had a particular focus on Ukraine. In the letter, he hints at what he sees as Trump's foreign policy failures. Ryan Ruth will remain in custody pending further proceedings, the judge saying he finds the weight of evidence against the defendant to be strong.
