And let's start with the bad people. We'll understand why we keep going back to bad people. There's a number of reasons.

Number one, the scarcity mindset.

We have convinced ourselves that nothing better is coming, that if we give up this person, we may be alone forever, that this might be the best we're going to get.

I'm never going to feel like this again. I'm never going to be this in love again.

And I start to wonder, Am I broken? Is this ever going to work out for me?

Now, why do we keep going back to the same kinds of bad people over and over again? There is something pattern that is familiar to me.
