This is happening after the Colombian President, Petro, blocked two military flights carrying Colombian deported migrants back to Colombia earlier on Sunday and blocking the strategy of Donald Trump to deport as many migrants as possible back to Latin America. Now, this trade war is translating into tariffs of up to 50% on each other's exports. That means that basically from now on, you might pay a little bit more for Colombian goods in the United States, such as coffee or your flowers for Valentine's Day. There are millions of Colombians traveling up to the United States to visit their friends, relatives, to do business for any reason they might want.
