Ornot gibt es seit 2013. Wir stellen Fahrradbekleidung her.

Welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an 8-figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your 6. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex, and today we are talking about the absolute necessity of suffering in business. The respect of the grind. Because let's be real, if you are constantly hunting for a hack, a shortcut, or a magical software that lets you bypass the hard work, you are actively avoiding the exact friction required to make you a competent leader. Let's break down why you must earn your scars. First, realize that avoiding the grind creates incredibly fragile CEOs. Too many new founders want to delegate everything on day one. They want to hire an agency to do their marketing, a closer to do their sales, and a manager to run their team, while they sit back and collect checks. That is a fantasy. If you have never made a cold call, how can you train a sales team?

If you have never fulfilled the product, how can you assure quality? Whether you are running a physical service or digital consulting, you have to bleed in the trenches first. If you skip the grind, you kill your own authority. Second, you have to understand that the scars command respect. People do not follow a leader who was handed the crown. They follow a leader who fought their way to the throne. So, instead of trying to outsource the hardest parts of your business, attack them head-on. Take the angry customer calls, balance the books at midnight, and learn the absolute brutal mechanics of your industry. Make your hard-earned experience your ultimate leadership credential. Lastly, when you have earned your scars, your confidence becomes completely bulletproof. No market crash, no competitor, and no internal crisis can shake you because you have already survived the absolute worst. Extreme ownership, relentless grit, and a deep respect for the process create a legendary founder. When you embrace the grind, The market embraces you. Bottom line, you cannot buy a shortcut to greatness. You have to walk through the fire and earn the calluses. Do the hard work, lead from the front, and execute.
