I filled, fixed, sold, booked, and cleaned. My phone never stopped. My family saw my back more than my face. I told myself it was only for a season. Look, the season stretched and my energy shrank. Then a mentor asked me a question, Are you the only one who can do that job? The answer was no for most of my list. I started to trust actual good people. I taught what I knew, and And I let them own it. Stress dropped and service actually got better. I found time to think and lead, guys.
Doing everything yourself has hidden cost. You pay with burnout, you pay with missed chances, you pay with slow growth and weak joy. Control feels safe, but it becomes a trap. Trust feels risky, and it becomes a bridge. Even inside a 9: 00 to 5: 00, this matters, guys. You want to share credit. You want to share knowledge. You want to share the load. You rise faster when others rise with you. Leaders are not heroes who do it all. Leaders are actual gardeners who grow others well. Let go of tasks that drain your best talent. Hold tight to work that uses your best gift. Your team will surprise you in the best way. Your family will see you more, and your mission will move you further. So what's the moral of this pod?
