Too many leaders think they need to be accessible every single minute to be supportive. They do not. If your team can interrupt you every time they hit a minor speed bump, You will never have the consecutive hours required to do high-level strategy. Whether it is random Zoom calls or constant Slack messages, friction destroys focus.

If you do not build walls, you kill your output. Second, design your week before the week begins. Every Sunday night, you should know exactly what you are working on every single day of the following week. No ambiguity. No last-minute decisions.
